Richard and Porter were the first pushy sales people we actually enjoyed talking to. Everything happened exactly how they said it would be….from the signing of the paperwork to the installation. We thought it would be a while before the installation but it happened the same night. Thanks for the experience!

They were extremely courteous, respectful and kind! Not only did I speak to the guy about Vivint (he explained everything) but about an hour later, they showed up to install! Prices are amazing as well! Very much happy! They are quick and give out every information that you need to know!

So far I am loving the Vivint security system! There is nothing to complain about at this moment, it’s simple and easy to understand. The quality of the video is good and looks great on phone device and in the panel!

Good introduction to the system. Explained very well what it was about. Payments and documents including the contract. Good job and very helpful and friendly staff. All questions answered. The staff explained every piece of equipment, what it was and how to operate it.

Customer service was great but equipment sucks. When things don't work was told reactivation will clear up the problem but it still says the same thing. This is why my husband was hesitant on going back to Vivint. Maybe we should have looked elsewhere instead of signing back up with Vivint.

I love the system and I loved the service. The tech and consultant were professional to say the least. Very quick and precise. I am happy to have a reliable alarm system. The system is up to date and easy to operate.

The tech did great! Super easy, quick and he even vacuumed up by mess from drilling! Very professional. Would have definitely recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new security system! I received door sensors and to make it cheaper instead of a sensor on every window, we did glass break sensors.

Vivint, Caleb, made it very easy to set up an Appt and knew exactly which equipment I wanted. Ryan, tech, was very professional and an expert at installing and explaining the equipment to me! Great team and service. I am glad that I switched security systems!

Our Technician was informative and great. He set everything up and walked me through how to use the system he was very helpful. He explained to me how to use each piece of equipment, help me download my app and make sure I understood how to use it all. I was very happy with my service.

Great customer service, and surprisingly fast installation on the cameras and doorbell, as well as the smart door lock on the main door. Loving the fact that I can lock or unlock the door with my phone when I’m away. Would highly recommend Vivint to friends and family.

The installer tech was friendly. No other comments. Just had the system less than 24 hours. Will be able to submit another experience after 40 days. I think the customer affairs will contact me in the next few weeks. Thank you for your service.

The sales agent was polite and respectful. He explained everything in a clear, easy way to understand. He did not try to force any products on us, instead he put together a pack but he let us choose what we wanted. The installation crew was professional and polite.

Our installer was as close to perfect as we could ask for. He was full of knowledge, walked us through everything, answered all the questions we had. All in a a great guy & a great experience. His name is Dallas.

Great service representatives and installation techs. Very kind and very professional. Completely satisfied. They took the time to go over every detail with us and answered any questions we had. They did not try to just sell us everything just to make a profit. The Vivint representative Shaun went out of his way to walk us through what we think we might need. The technology from Vivint has definitely improved over the years and the cameras are really amazing. I was a Vivint owner several years ago and I can see how the company has improved.

Tag the salesperson had a great personality and explained the system very well. The installer Paul, was quick and knowledgeable. He respected our space and explained the usage of the system and app. Both did a fantastic job. Already enjoying our new system.

It was very easy & rather quick. My rep David was very thorough & nice. They did most of the install within an hour or so. 2 of them came out to help the main installer, Evan. Overall very good experience. Definitely will recommend.

The techs were very friendly and helpful. They answered every question and walked us through how to use our equipment. They were also sure to make sure everything worked before they left. There were two techs. One's name was Zach. I'm not sure of the other one but they were amazing.

I was very pleased with the salesperson and the young man who installed the service. And so far I am pleased with the service. Both men were very polite and explained how to use the door bell Camera and how to turn on my alert system. Looking forward to this venture.

The installer went over everything but I am 90 with poor sight and I need a booklet or computerized explanation to learn at my own pace. Both the sales person Max and the installer were very professional.

The purchase and installation process was quick and efficient. The technician answered all my questions regarding the cameras, doorbell and assisted with a walkthrough of the hub. The setup process of the hub and mobile app was also done smoothly.

I'm very pleased with the sales rep (Tru **) and our installer (Warren). Both were courteous and knowledgeable. They took their time and explained everything I needed to know about our setup. It's only been a couple of hours but I have high hopes it's going to be great.

We just had our Vivint security system installed. So far, we love it!! Our sales representative (Hailie) is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. The installation gentleman (Nick) did a wonderful job. Very professional and genuinely nice people. Highly recommended.

We just signed up for service and I could not be happier. From the time that Bobby the installer arrived he was super professional. Communication was excellent answered all my questions regarding the system. Was able to incorporate my existing equipment, giving me peace of mind knowing that my family was extra safe. You should ask if it’s ok to installer after 9pm. The installer(s) were nice and knowledgeable, however they left around 12:30 am. I had to get up at 3 am to make sure my granddaughter got up and could drive safely to work, which is an hour drive. I could have waited til the following night. But everything else went great. And perfect timing to have someone drop by and sell it.

I received great customer service from Martin. He helped me choose the products best suited for my home and made it easy. Installation was done super fast and now I am enjoying my home security system. It provides me great peace of mind to have cameras and sensors on the doors and windows. I know my family is a lot safer!

Corein was very professional and respectful. She explain everything about the security system. She did try to sell me, she let the system sell itself. She is a sweet young lady and she is professional for a young person. Thank you Corein for all your help.

All I can say very good experience!!! I would recommend Vivint to my family and friends. The sale persons were good and had great calm. Again great experience and we will see how the rest will good. Also, the tech guys were extremely helpful and guiding me through my equipment/understanding.

Was relieved because to get started from beginning and to the end was painless and simple to understand. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly he got us a text to install almost immediately and introduced us to other products available.

Great service all around from the sales side to the install side. Install was quick and easy. The system works perfectly. Everything I needed and more. The system was able to have some things I needed added and the things I didn’t removed. Great clarity on the cameras. Garage and front door systems can now be accessed by my phone which is a great option to have.

Good price and everyone was very nice to talk with. The products are very modern and easy to use. There are plenty of useful settings for alerts as well. It can become very expensive or be very affordable depending on what you decide.

I have only had my security system for 24 hours but so far so good. My Vivint Sales Rep, Steve and the 3 guys who installed and set up everything were all awesome! They explained everything and made sure I knew what I was getting and how to work everything. The whole process from selling me on the security system, completing all the paperwork, and them installing and setting up everything took 2 hours! They were quick, efficient, and very nice and professional! I would definitely recommend Vivint to my friends and family if all of their workers have this type of customer service.

I could not have been more happy or satisfied with VIVINT from the moment I called inquiring about the products until the installer left. As a security professional myself, I am very particular on who does any work for me in the security arena. That said, I would recommend VIVINT for all of your residential security needs.

Our installer arrived and explained what he would be doing. With each step, during the install, explained what he would be doing, he did it and made sure that we understood. At all times he was professional and exhibited good knowledge of his job. We were very pleased with the install. Outdoor cameras were not installed on this date, due to extreme heat conditions. Before leaving, set a date to return for camera install. He showed us how to set the system, made sure we understood, and picked up his trash and left.

I was very pleased with Mr. ** professionalism. He was patient, kind and answered all of my questions. He explained how the equipment worked and showed us some options of other products the company has. He checked all of our equipment to make sure it was working before he left.

Love the system, super clear camera, alarm system is a plus, love the set up, and easy to use and I like how everything is smart. Tech will right by the door quick for installation.. good customer service, friendly staff.

Quick and professional. Instructed me how to use the system and respected my space. I would definitely recommend as a security service. I purchased 2 outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera. All of the items are great quality and the subscription service is reasonably priced.

Chad was our technician and he was on it. Missed my original appointment but he made it work and came out as soon as he could. Very nice and explained everything 100% thoroughly. So far We are loving our smart system!

Thomas ** gave excellent sales pitch and seemed very knowledgeable on the Vivint system. His explanations were pretty clear and in most cases easy to understand. He was enthusiastic throughout the process and gave his contact info if we need to call in the future.

Nick came to our new home on 7/6 to reset the main panel left over from previous owners (and get it set up in our name). He was communicative about his arrival time, courteous, efficient, had a good sense of humor and got in/out all very quickly and competently. As you can imagine moving into a new home - we’re dealing with a lot of people and companies getting things set up. But Nick has by far been the best of those we’ve had to deal with; unfortunately folks of his nature aren’t super common anymore. So kudos to him for the great work, and great attitude!

I am a young adult and have never had a security system install before, so I don't have much of a frame of reference. The equipment all seems very good and easy enough to use and understand. I will definitely feel safe in my home with it. The guy who installed it was nice and made it easy to understand. The grievance I had is that we were given a window of between noon and 4 pm for install, which came and went. At 6:30 pm that day, the guy called me and said he was on his way. He got there around 7:30 and stayed until MIDNIGHT. This is not his fault, he was doing his job and I'm guessing he was going as quick as possible because I sure wouldn't want to draw that process out. This seems like a management problem. On the phone, he told me he would be late because he had a previous job that lasted 4 hours. Ours lasted over 4 hours and it seemed pretty standard, no issues that made it longer than normal.

We are pleased with the rep who sold us on the service. He was extremely knowledgeable in the service being offered. Answered all of our questions. The technician was just as helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and patient in explaining how the equipment works.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and the product installer was there the same night and had the system installed in a couple of hours. Great experience and would recommend to family and friends. Now I can leave with peace of mind.

Dylan, as well as the tech (forgot his name) were really really awesome. Tech dude went out of his way to drill as little as possible and actually came up with some creative ideas to hide wires and holes. It was a really great experience. I feel a lot safer at home now. Very happy with my choice to sign up.

Outstanding customer service. Matisse was very helpful in going over the entire system, how it works and what to expect during installation. The installer arrived within the hour and completed everything quickly. I don’t remember his name but he was professional and good at his job.

I wasn't expecting to try Vivint's security system, but the entry deal I was offered was too good to pass up. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I also didn't expect the tech to show up as quickly as he did and he did a great job although I wish I could have had more of a say and how he wired up some of the systems because I don't love having wires and conduit on my walls, I would have liked to have been more hidden. But I can fix that later, have him come back out. All in all, it's been great and I'll see where it goes in another 2.

We recently received our newly installed Vivint Home Security System; the Vivint employees were personable and informative. They walked us through the system, explaining the features thoroughly. Brando was very clear on his presentation and answered all my questions. In addition he followed up with a phone call the day of installation. The technician who installed it was on time and very polite. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole process. Now I feel safe in my new home.

These guys knew their jobs. I was late in the evening before we finalized the deal. I didn’t realize they were going to install that night. They need to let their customers know. Also it would have been nice if they would tell you what and how they were installing the wires and everything involved.

The Tech was very friendly, he worked efficiently and I’m happy the installation process. This is my first time with such a system, it will take some time to get use to it but it will very helpful to know who comes and goes.

The installer was 45 minutes late and said it would take 45 minutes for the install. It took 2 hours and he didn’t clean up. I like the system but the install experience was horrid. The control board wouldn’t connect to the internet so another device had to be installed.

Very disappointed. Wish I had never purchased it. Got installation the same day and even though the installer was very professional there were problems setting up the equipment and it took nearly 4 hours. The night view from the cameras is poor. Cannot identify a person from the cameras. Cameras have a 140 degree view so our entire driveway cannot be viewed. Control panel is annoying. Even with the system disarmed it talks to you whenever a door is opened. I don't have a smart phone so most of the features are worthless. Wish I could get rid of it but am stuck paying $100 a month for first 5 years.

Very professional and very honest from what I could see and very polite. He had a lot of patience with me and I thank him for that. I talk with Nickko on yesterday. He was very nice. He set me up with Joshua for today. I bet they are an honest company especially when it comes to the elderly so I thank God for them in Jesus Christ name.

Eli was very nice, helpful. He explained everything to me. He was very patient when the doorbell camera was not working. He took his time installing everything in my house and not rushing. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

This is a thorough system. I consolidated several different systems into one. Julian was a good salesperson and very personable. Hunter installed my system very well. They took care to place the system where I wanted them. I can now operate my system with one app on my phone. I love that.

I had a Tech from Vivint, Brandon **, came to my residence and spoke to me about Vivint and how Vivint could buy out my ADT contract. I was interested so he gave the salesperson came within a few minutes. He explained the system, we agreed to try it for the 3 days. Once paperwork was done, Brandon came back and installed the equipment. He explained everything and did an outstanding job! Very impressed with how timely everything went.

Installer Aidan called to make sure the appointment was still a good time to come by. I appreciated that he called ahead and made sure I knew he was still coming and that the time worked for me. The equipment install took a little while longer than I think we both expected. Had some trouble with the garage controller but no fault of the tech. After everything was done, they walked me through the panel and features on the app. Aidan worked the entire time in and out of the attic and never stopped being courteous and answered all our questions. Would recommend if you get the Vivint service to have a tech install it and get everything right for you.

They did well explaining the information and offering services. Setup for clean and kept me very involved with it. I would like to thank both the sale rep and installer for getting our new home protected and safe. I love our services already!

Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable on products. We really enjoyed speaking with her. Our tech guy came the same day we signed up for Vivint and got everything set up. We were unfortunately unable to get the thermostat but hopefully will be able to get the wires redone and have that installed.

Switched from ADT to Vivint also came with the Nest thermostat which I love. The salesman was awesome. The guy that put in our system is great. Just needed a little more help with the apps using the cameras, the nest system and the alarm system. Went a bit too quick for us. Now we are hunting on YouTube videos on how to learn how to use it. If you just wish she would have had time to spend more time with us. Only had it for two days. I’m sure we will figure it out!!

Glenn was awesome. Provided us with all of the products and features Vivint had to offer. The technicians were great! They got our services installed timely and efficiently. I’d recommend Vivint to everyone! Awesome experience. So glad I made the switch from ADT to Vivint.

I also upgraded my original Vivint Security system, some $917 for a new doorbell camera and a new security panel, which I thought was a bit high for just those two items. The young man was nice but what he said it would cost and what was paid thru my account were two different amounts, he said it would cost $1400. But I was charged $1619. And I told him that $60 was too much to pay a month and he said he would adjust it and he didn’t. Which made me very upset. And I was supposed to get a new sign and I haven’t. I think I’ve spent far too much money for what I am receiving, though I really do like your system, my sister advised me to get a Ring for my rental and now I wish I would have and saved myself at $1200. With no monthly payments.

Jacob came in today to install our security system. He delivered an outstanding world class service. Very knowledgeable, respectful, great customer service. Came in as a tech, left as a great friend. Will highly recommend to everyone I meet. Thanks again.

The sales representative and also the tech rep that installed the system were both outstanding. The tech rep Zena ** was on time and he was very thorough with regards to what he was doing. It was also very nice working with him with regards to what he was doing.

Jorge called prior to his arrival letting know when he would arrive. He was also great doing the installation. Also his walk through on the operation of the system was great. He was a good representative for Vivint. All work was completed and area clean up to our satisfaction.

The installers came out at 730pm on the 4th of July. They were very professional and courteous. They worked until almost 1100 and we sent them on their way with plates of our bbq which they were very grateful for.

Kory & Ryan were both extremely professional & efficient. Kory explained all products and answered my questions. Ryan installed all the equipment quickly & went thru the set up of apps on my phone with me. He ensured all my questions were answered & explained how all equipment worked.

He was the extra mile to help me. Not his fault that the installer didn’t very poor job and taking care of me. I need a cover plate also for my doorbell camera. Installer stop by. Left it at the door for me to install. I attempted to install it which I’m not technical with this and now my camera doesn’t work. Extremely poor on the install side customer service.

I have tried this security system for 1 week. I'm so glad that I have it. Dion and Noah explained everything about this system and sometimes more than once. Thanks guy. I have added my daughter's to the system, they love it too.

I’ve provided my mobile number to Vivint as my contact number yet they have my landline on file and continue to use it, this is basically useless since if there is an alarm when we are not home, they are contacting me at home. 5. Their customer service for everything except sales appear to be outside the US, therefore when you call to address any issues such as the one above, the wait times are long and you at times get someone whose English is a second language. I should have stayed with my old company.

Very pleased with sales rep presentation and installation team. Fast, efficient, friendly. All very knowledgeable. Well it appears I still haven’t spewed enough about VIVINT and the satisfactory sales and service.

Nick and Chaz were both amazing and quick with answering my questions as well as being patient either me. They both were very informational and easy to talk to. I’ve been looking into different alarm systems and this one sold me. I would recommend this service to everyone.

I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service I've received. I have to admit that I was quite surprised that all appointments were kept extremely punctual. The installation was almost seamless. I am happy to have joined the team.

The worst company ever. Sales tells me one thing, tech comes out it a whole different price. He had to call to make sure I was not lying, had problems with door lock, schedule appointment, tech went to an apartment and I live in a house. Tech said reschedule service when he screwed up, when we called customer service it’s all a run around so now my house is unlocked for a month waiting on them to fix the door lock. I left a very good company over some cameras and it has gave us nothing but heartaches

Gabby and Brandon were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting our smart home system set up. Everything was ready to go in less than two hours. The cost is very reasonable. The cameras are very fun to watch.

Very professional and courteous sales and installers. Cameras working well and easy to set up on your smartphone. Price point is competitive. I have used other security products these cameras are much better. I would recommend this system over the other three I have used.

I do wish the price was a little less as I am working with a tight budget. After all, some of the equipment is left over from the previous provider.

Christian was amazing. He worked through the threatening thunderstorm that we had coming and finished everything in time. He explained the system use and all our questions were answered. After the work. He cleaned up and was on his way to the next customer.

If it wasn’t for Caleb the installer that came out the 2nd time we probably would of gone with different company due to two weeks of nightmares with Vivint and lack of communication with its different departments and lack of inventory.

We were sold on the system, had it installed, up and running all in the same visit! Same day service, everything works as it should, it is very easy to understand and use. We were hoping for the wiring to be better hidden, other than that, well thought out, user friendly system.

My review is of sign-up and installation. I realized there were a few things I didn’t ask about when signing up but the installer helped with what he could and I’ll be calling the rep later this week. Friendly service was my experience. Just set up the system yesterday so I’m still learning it. The panel has a bright light that I haven’t figured out how to adjust so I covered it with a piece of painter's tape. So far so good.

We were looking for a new security system. I like Vivint because it was easy to install and is reasonably priced. It was compatible with our old system and the representative was very informative. The technicians were also knowledgeable and friendly.

Sat. July 2, four day weekend. Installer came about 6:30pm and was there until midnight. Not ok. Would have appreciated a question like- it can be installed today.. Is that alright since it's the Saturday of a four day weekend? Installer was good, I guess. The process was beyond ridiculous!!!

The guys did a great job. Bridger and Steph were great and very professional. The equipment is working well. We’ve been looking to change security providers and Vivint seems to be a good choice. Overall very pleased with the service.

Our new Vivint system is wonderful. It is easy to use and the camera video is awesome! The installer was so polite and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up all the areas that he was working at. The sales rep was so nice and so knowledgeable. He was not pushy and went over the details until my wife and I understood the whole process.

Mayla was knowledgeable and kind. She helped keep us within budget while meeting our family’s needs. Gavin was quick and efficient when installing our equipment. Overall it was a great experience, and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend this system and company to all my friends and family. I love how safe and secure my home is. It puts my mind at ease.

I don’t always like solicitation at my home but my experience with the Vivint representative was great. My salesperson was not only knowledgeable but he showed respect for my home. Tony was great and walked us through our options with patience. The technician was also respectful.

From the start, both Tyler (representative) and Grant (installer) were both very respectful and professional. Would recommend them to anyone, friends and family. If I was to have any problems or concerns I would not feel a bit hesitant about calling anyone.

I had Epi install my system and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and did his best to set up the perfect package for me. Wires were tucked and hidden, perfect views and sensors in all the right spots. He is the best.

Trevor came by the day before and my husband told him to come by the next day because I’m the one who makes the decisions about things like that. Of course you’d think he wouldn’t. It’s hot. Kid is out pounding the pavement. Well, he did. He was amazing!! Got a plan for an easily economical price. He told me to be patient on installation because I guess installation people can’t teleport themselves from place to place. I’m thinking a week or so. My tech was there in 20 minutes (whaaaat?). Perfect timing I guess. Nick was a gem as well. As far as their perks and top of the line technology, impressive. I can now go to sleep at night knowing my family is safe. Thanks Vivint. Most importantly, thanks Trevor and Nick!!

I like the wide 180 degree viewing angle of the doorbell cam. Exactly what I needed. It’s much better than my Ring doorbell cam. Both the sales guy and installation tech were friendly and professional. Both answered all my questions.

I wasn’t able to be there while it was being installed but me coming home to my husband explaining everything to me, shows me that Shawn show my husband how to exactly use it! Thanks again Shawn, we feel more safe with our brand new home!

Our salesman was top notch. Vivint will be fortunate to keep someone of his caliber for an extended period of time. Zachary ** left his family to pursue his career with Vivint. If I ran their sales org I would ensure he was home with his family sooner rather than later. While a strong man, no man should be home from home as he is. Our experience with our assigned technician was subpar. Sloppy install job and some work was not completed. Disappointing experience, which I hope will be right sized in short order.

The Technician “Awan **" was Experience and knowledgeable about his jobs/work. The salesman/supervisor “Patrick **” was kind respectful and very experienced and knowledgeable about his work and the work of the technician. Patrick the sales representative and Awan the tech are professional who represent the companies “Vivint” with technical knowledge of related products. The salesman “Patrick” provide insights and demonstrated live footed of the product before it was installed, he also was very effective at understanding my need and wants. He was able to put himself in my shoes to really understand what’s important to me and my family.

The Vivint installation was fast, the technician was prompt and professional. Also the camera is crystal clear. Best alarm system by far. The tech explained every detail perfectly. I truly recommend this company for excellent service and great customer service.

Had a great experience with the installation of a Vivint security system. Kevin was extremely thorough throughout walk-through and installation. He did also work and we felt like experts on the system by the end of his visit. Thanks so much for such a great product and technician!

Our Vivint sales guys were very knowledgeable and polite. They explained in detail all of the perks included with our package. Our install guys were super courteous and quick. All of the app and panel features were thoroughly explained. Will definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Our Vivint Alarm system was installed today. The representative was so friendly and so knowledgeable that it immediately calmed all my apprehension. He was completely thorough in his explanation of the product and its use. I can’t think of how I would have preferred everything gone. It was perfect!

I enjoyed how well the technician was very patient with our questions he was fast on installing the equipment. Vivint will have my business for a long time. Now I feel safe when my family and I go to bed or when we leave home then our garage door will close by itself or front door will close by itself. Very great system.

By far a way better experience with the home security than I had before. Definitely going to recommend to friends and family. The features I am now getting with Vivint are more along the lines of what I was looking for for home security.

Excellent customer service from technician Chase. Spent half the day at my house installing and reviewing with my family the procedures of alarming the house. I referred my friend and received a free month. Vivint was on time and very professional!

From the salesman to the installer I am happy with the service offered, Shawn and Jake, respectively. I didn't feel pushed by Shawn, which is not often the case by door to door sales, and was respectful in that my wants/needs were covered. And Jake was prompt and friendly. I've yet to explore the installed service quite yet, but so far so good.

Christian went above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedule. The entire sign-up and installation process was super easy. The system is high quality and looks like it will meet all of our security needs. I love that everything has a lifetime warranty.

Devin was professional and knowledgeable on most alarm options but our garage door opener was not compatible with their system. Installation was done quickly but took the time to explain all features. Would recommend to anyone who was looking to replace or upgrade their alarm system.

I should never have given you a second chance. The salesman talked me into it with a bunch of lies. He told me I wouldn't have to pay my 1st bill then informed me he was going to cover it after I signed the contract. Haven't received a single dime from salesman. Told him I had a poor experience with you guys in the past and your customer service. He told me not to worry about the customer service although they were great and to call him with any problems. I had problems the 1st day and he did not take care of it. He told me he would have a repair guy out as soon as possible I never heard back from him.

Brandon was very pleasant and explained everything so thoroughly, I had no issue choosing Vivint as our security system. The pricing and options were better than any other security system on the market. They had the system set up and done within an hour.

John has been working tirelessly to work on our schedule. He kept in great communication and was very knowledgeable. Or was hit and miss but he finally got us. Great service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Danny and Braden are an amazing team! Both professional and personable, clear in their explanations and efficient with my time. The installer was very thorough and helpful through everything. Would definitely recommend the system to my friends and recommend this installer. The installer downloaded everything on my phone and help me download my apps And also cleaned up everything from his install.

I am a new customer. Sale representative arrive late in the evening. He was very personable. Once finished he had an installation guy out same night. Took about one hour for full installation. Installation guy helped set up the app and then run through how to use it and connect it to what I already had installed in the house.

My experience with Vivint so far has been professional, easy, and convenient. There haven’t been any surprises with pricing or setup. My technician was knowledgeable and friendly and the app seems very intuitive. I wish I was able to connect my Ecobee smart thermostat to the Vivint system but everything else is working for me.

We’ve been wanting to get Vivint for our hour since we moved in. We Settled for Adt since they came to the house first when the previous owners moved and needed security. Consequently, when Joe came to the house I was excited, just didn’t have the time to listen. I asked him to come back 2x and he did and we finally got our Vivint set up.

So far so my experience was great and went smooth my tech was awesome and very knowledgeable he explained everything very well. The system is very user friendly as well as the app. I enjoy the smarthome feature. Doorlocks that's a added plus....I'm coming from another alarm service provider that I had for 7yrs and compared to them I'm highly impressed with the quality and clarity of Vivint's cameras. I'm glad I made this change and hope that this experience with this change remains great.
