Tim was very prompt, very effective communicator and very respectful of me and my home. He was friendly and helpful. It took us a while to find the wiring box but he never gave up and went in the tightest farthest spot to do the necessary work. I’ve used Vivint for years at multiple houses and have been very pleased with them. Thank you Tim.

I am very pleased with the work Pablo did to our Vivint system. He was very patient and got everything working and running. I can be a little annoying with all the questioning but he was a professional and answered all of my questions and even told me to save his number in case I needed anything. A+ to him.

Brooklyn ** sales & Mike tech saved your acct. I was ready to go to another co. I was so unhappy w/ you. The upgrade cost $1800 unhappy about that but love results. Brooklyn and Mike spent lots of time to fix things.

Sales guy was wonderful. Only thing is he scheduled our installation extremely late forcing us to stay up till 3 am. There was no discussion on when would be a good time to install. The installation guys were amazing and tried to be very polite despite it being 1 am in the morning. Overall the experience was great and we are happy with the results but a little more planning and notice would be appreciated.

Your installer were very knowledgeable and did a great job the sales rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. The process was very easy and was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to my friends.

Our sales rep explained all the options and cost for new service. Also let us review several videos of products and services they provide. The techs were available to install cameras and security pad on the same date. The images are clear and techs installed and explained our system completely.

I had an awesome salesperson by the name of Gerald **. I live in Oak Grove Kentucky and Gerald was in the area with his technicians setting up service in the neighborhood. Gerald came by and presented a package that was by far the best deal I've ever seen! Gerald is an amazing salesperson with attention to detail and answered every single question I had regarding the product and or service! I would thoroughly recommend Vivint to everyone I meet! I'm looking forward to sending referrals in the future and could definitely show my friends my system and brag about it!! I was so excited to begin my contract with Vivint, new devices, updated system, and to top it off the price I was quoted was great. What a horrible experience from trying to get a tech to come out and install it since day one. There was no accuracy on arrival time, no window given, no timeline of job completion. When a tech finally arrived it was 10pm and they expected the installation to happen then and there, not going to happen. Told them to come back Friday on my day off. Sales rep was trying to get his commission in and asked me to do him a solid and get it installed before the end of the month so I did just that.

My experience with sales by Mr. ** to the installation team has been outstanding. Very thorough in explaining all my options and curtailed it to my financial budget. Excellent customer service. I would score them a 10 out of 10. The resolution on all the cameras are excellent and then app is user friendly. My whole family has the app and love how simple all the features are to use. Vivint is really a high quality alarm system.

Great service. The service is very good, the seller was friendly, he explained in detail the service and its benefits. The technician was very kind and also explained to me how I can access the accesses I have through the app and how to use them.

Great people! We've had Vivint for a few years now and we truly love it! Being a family with teenagers, surveillance cameras are a must! Every time Vivint has had to come out they are always very pleasant and respectful. I do feel as they are kind of pricey.

Service personnel were great and very informative. The system was well explained and installation was clean and well thought out. I was also impressed by the many features the system has as well as the level of security and customization you can program into the unit. My family and I are pleased with going with Vivint.

Called about having a system installed. Within 24 hours a technician was at the door. He evaluated my needs and recommended the right items I needed to safety secure and monitor my home. The install was done promptly in time less than 2 hours.

Both the sales rep and system installer guy were nice, easy to talk to and understand. I felt like nothing was being sugar-coated and there were no hidden agendas or fees. This is only day one but so far the people have been good. Not sure about the actual system yet, it’s too early to tell.

My installer Deyvone ** polite and very thorough in all of the directions and how to work my system!! She certainly is one of you top technicians!! She was very helpful and was sure to leave her info so if I had any questions I could call her!! I think she would impress anyone that she services!

Tyler was very knowledge of the different products and was able to answer all our questions. He was also very willing to work Werth is to add and remove any opens we didn't want or that wouldn't work with our house setup. Installation was fast and the demo of the system was thorough but easy to remember.

Our whole experience with Vivint has been amazing thus far!! John came to the door and was very polite and straight to the point. Came in and explained everything quickly but thoroughly. We told him what we wanted and he wrote everything up. He showed us all the specific details that’s were turning points for us. We filled out our documents and Cory showed up in 15 minutes to install. He was also very thorough and walked us through everything that we needed to know and answered all of our questions as well. I will highly recommend Vivint to any of my friends and family!

We had a great experience with signing up for Vivint and getting our equipment installed. Our sales rep and tech were both fast, friendly, and efficient. Our sales rep was never pushy and made sure we knew what we were buying and our tech was very helpful and understanding of what and where we wanted our products installed.

Ring was good but not good enough, we feel safer now knowing that we have a System that is beyond awesome.

Salesperson and technician were very courteous and knowledgeable. The installation process happened quickly and I find the system easy to use. It has been less than 24 hours but I like what I see so far. The only drawback was that you all don’t carry the battery operated Nest thermostat so I was unable to get that installed. Otherwise so far so good.

I think Vivint Smart home system are worth the money and off were really good security for your loved ones and property my daughter has the same system and so does my brother and they are both very happy with theirs.

I haven’t had a great customer experience like this is YEARS!!!! Harold went above and beyond!!! He was attentive to details, respectful, knowledgeable and quick. He was ready with all tools, and left the house very clean. Please give this guy a raise, well deserved!!

Excellent technician. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. He made the process into a very pleasant experience! Instilled confidence in the product and in its ease of use. We feel secure about the quality of the product and the safety of our home.

I don’t like that the coaster service everything is left up to the customer to do. And everyone may not know how to use the function. Of the computer why can’t the company make it easy for the customer. I don’t like that part of this. When one needs help. What can’t they get it. And then I need help with completing the process. Information about the buyout was not totally honest about the gift card.

I want a full refund and my old system reinstalled. I was told the cameras will record continuously and can play back, That feature does not work. I was told the cameras can pick up license plates and record in 4k. That feature does not work. The cameras constantly tell me there is a person in my backyard when it is just my dogs, tech came to fix it, that also did not work. I have had a tech here twice. They have installed a mesh router and it did not help.

We love our new setup. It meets our basic but necessary security needs. Our salesman did an awesome job of explaining our options and working with us to set up exactly what we wanted. The tech was fast and the entire process went very smoothly.

Definitely will recommend Vivint to others. Now I have access all around property and my home is secured. Great customer service and very neat installation. Great equipment and lots of options while setup. Overall I'm very pleased with Vivint Home Security.

My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure that everything was connected the in the best way possible that made me comfortable. When he arrived he had a smile on his face. I would recommend him to anyone.

Door salesman was good in the beginning, he was knowledgeable and able to answer most of our questions. But was misleading on a couple of details. We asked if it was a soft or hard credit inquiry. He first stated soft, then afterwards it discovered that was not true and it was a hard inquiry. Then when installer came. It was not explained that it had to be a hard wired mounted system. Which I didn’t not like exposed wires. The installer went to his car and took another install job. Came back in and never said anything to myself or my wife and left.

Robert was tremendous! He's very knowledgeable of the system and took time to answer any questions I may have had. I enjoyed his professionalism! GREAT GUY and was very funny at times. He even was ok while my Aunt flirted with him.

I am very pleased with the service I received today with Joe - Vivint Tech, he was very understanding with our needs and took care of it right away. I would definitely recommend him to service a security system for all of my family and friends.

The technician knew about the product and was able to accurately walk me through the app and the different devices. However, the technician did something to the electrical circuit she attempted to use for the HUB. The circuit is now tripped and will need to have some troubleshooting to figure what exactly is causing the circuit to be tripped.

Tech was very knowledgeable and professional and on time. He answered all questions and gave suggestions to fit our family’s needs. His demonstration on how to use equipment made it easy for us non tech savvy people to operate. He was great. Will recommend to family and friends.

Everyone was nice until I was “accidentally” charged 713.98 which put my bank account into the negative. If I receive my refund in a timely manner it would have been a great service, but I have yet to be re contacted about a refund.

Ariel and Steven did an amazing job in explaining how the system consist if and how it works. We had a lot of questions as this is the is the first time we have a security system. So they explained everything from camera, doorbell, sensors, smoke alarm and how our cool thermostat works They did a clean job in stalling it. We appreciate their work!

I never wanted a whole security system. Just front and back cameras and a thermostats…I don’t really know why I have all this extra stuff and have to pay all the extra money each month. I will not use the extra equipment.

The entire process was easy and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The system materials are high quality and easy to use. We weren’t planning to install a system but we got 3 free years with our solar purchase, so more than worth it!

Where to begin? From communicating with our rep Michael, to our tech guy Miguel installing our Vivint system, it was everything! Everyone was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and humorous lol. Excellent service is rare. Yes, we're recommending Vivint to family and friends.

The equipment was not anchored on to the wall correctly and Sensors as well as my monitor have fallen off the wall. Cables were not put in correctly. They are loose and pose a trip hazard. The hose that were made on my walls were not sealed up with silicone.

I would recommend Vivint to any family member or friend. I've had Vivint at previous home for years and received very good customer service. The new system is like a tablet and it's pretty easy to use. One advantage is that it's smart and can interact with other devices.

Vivint installed my home security system recently. I had already heard good things about Vivint from a neighbor and a family member, so I was already interested. The salesman Isaiah and technician Cash were both very personable and professional. They were able to answer all of the questions I had about the system. Installation went smoothly and system is working wonderfully so far.

Justin ** the install person was very knowledgeable in placement and working with our needs. We had decided to take out a few things due to overkill if we had them. I had Vivint pro come to install my system yesterday. He was excellent. Knowledgeable and very helpful. So far I’m extremely happy with switching my service. The equipment is superior to what I had and I have a more secure and personalized system with the help of Jorge.

Hidden charges for equipment. Just gave a lump sum. Only got a 6 item package for 4,000. Ridiculous. When asked to cancel they said they couldn’t help me. Doorbell doesn’t work after one day. System keeps going offline and it’s supposed to run on its own internet, yet it slowed down the internet speeds in my home. Doesn’t let me arm it or it will crash. What’s the point of having a security system that can’t be armed? Really wanted Vivint to work, but unfortunately it was exactly as the reviews had said. Very unfortunate that I can’t cancel because it’s past their 3 day period. Wouldn’t recommend. I was better off with fake cameras and a sign.

Started out a little rough with a misspelling of my maiden name and my married name hadn't been update yet. The tech was very patient while we got that cleared up. The transformer for our door bell needs to now be replaced because the tech did something wrong. The rest of the install went fine.

Simple and easy setup process and reps assisting were very friendly and patient. I’m happy to have my VIVINT service going and excited to be able to check and control it all from my phone when needed. I look forward to adding more cameras and features as time goes on and my family grows.

He was friendly, efficient and so very helpful throughout the whole process!! He was very patient and kind even though we were getting our internet installed at the same time he was here! Impossible to Cancel with this company. They would not provide an email, phone number, etc. for my attorney to contact them. They stated I entered a contract for five additional years so I could not cancel without an over $500 charge when I had been a loyal consumer for over 6 years without any issues.

Excellent instillation, Followup continuing on use, adaptability, and function. Now is a little early in the familiarity with the addition. Would like to know how to alert authorities When we are gone. That would make the whole thing worthwhile.

Salesman was nice, however the installer left boxes, nails and wires all in my floor. I have pictures and saw dust from drilling holes in the walls. Not what was expected for the amount if $$$ being charged. Was rushed at the end because if the time then started forgetting what was to be done. Not good for new customer.

It's been 9 days since I paid for installation and paid first months service, and the equipment hasn't all been installed yet. I don't even have the doorbell yet and that was the main selling point. Currently waiting on a technician that said he'd be here 2 hours ago. If he doesn't show up today I'm sending everything back and cancelling. After looking at competitors it looks like I went with the most expensive company, I thought the service would be better but I'm regretting my decision already.

The installer was great. Took the time to do it right and made sure I knew how to use the system both on the panel and on my phone with the App.. There were some hiccups between the order and the actual, but he worked them out and made things right.

Elaine was able to help activate and help me walk through my system to learn how to use it. Elaine did mentioned services and products to help me get the best products. However I will say they are over priced. But her service was really helpful.

The quote was way off. I expected some discrepancies for unexpected issues but not $1000 off. Ordered 4 cameras and he only had 2. Was told they could use my door/window sensors from ADT, but nope. Cost me $800 to fix that. Couldn't use the big garage door sensor from ADT and did not have a Vivint one. Now I have to wait with that being unsecured until he can get back to install my other cameras. Loved the 2 cameras I do have. Getting used to the App. Love the touch screen. Just not enamored by the install and lack of communication with the installer or Vivint.

The installation was easy and the technician was extremely helpful. He would ask whether we needed anything else and would try to give us as many options when installing our panel. For example, he would give us recommendations over the location as well as how to hide the cable.

Both the sales person and the person that installed the system was very well trained, professional, knowledgeable, had an excellent attitude, friendly and I would highly recommend them to others. The installer made sure I understand the features of the system and sales person did a follow-up. They both told me if I had any problems or questions to call them.

Please everyone do not use this company. Why would you pay for something that does not work. With no knowledge of how to install product or how to clean up after yourself. I am totally mad that I answered the door.

I wasn’t in the market for a security system until Chance showed up at my daughter's door. She was so impressed she said I needed to hear about Vivint, and I’m glad she did. Not only did they come later in the evening Eric was right there to do the install to get me up and running. I am not tech savvy but they wanted to make sure I understood what I was getting and how to use it! In today's day and age I am glad for companies like Vivint.

Kobe and Taite were amazing both gentlemen explained everything from the sale amount of my payment to the installment they both were kind and considerate. Taite cleaned up after he completed installing all the equipment. I am very pleased. Would recommend to a family member.

We had our install yesterday with MJ and from the beginning I could tell he knew what he was doing. I thought things would be complicated bc our plugs were in weird location but Mj did an amazing job and everything looks great, in great location, and no tacky wires or holes. He was also very thorough explaining the whole system and letting me practice. This was NOT an easy install but he made it seem that way and did a great job. He was also very polite and professional which is great when someone is in your home for a long period.

Thomas was very informative in telling me about Vivint and getting started. He arranged for it to be installed the same day, which really helped me. Russell installed everything. When he finished he went over everything with me. He explained how it all worked. He went over the keypad and how to set and disarm the system. He also went over everything on my phone. Sales needs to be more informed on what can go where. And to let customer know that everything needs to be hardwired in. The installer was more informed than the salesman. Maybe salesman needs to be an installer to understand what can go where or can't go there. I was very impressed with professionalism with installer. She was very precise in doing her job correctly. Not only did she explain how everything works but made sure I understood what is really going on. In my terms so to speak.

The sales person Alex was great and the installer Aurora was fantastic. Friendly hard working people. Everything was handled thoroughly and quickly. We are super pleased with the results. Because I haven’t been able to use the system for more than 24 hours, I can only comment on the installation. Sailor was my sales rep and Taylor was the installer. Sailor could not have arrived at a more opportune time; I was contemplating a system change. Taylor arrived after and did the install. Poor guy was challenged by an abundant amount of foam insulation. With the system installed and controls handed over I was enlightened by a superior alarm system than the previous one I had. Bravo to Taylor and his persistence with the hot attic.

Clean-up was partially done, all aspects were done very quick, not through. Any document signing was rushed and told what to click so as to not hold up the tech. Call back to do a follow-up didn't happen. Lead was bothered with the clutter of the house, condescending tone of conversation. System works, but the quick one time run through did not leave me with complete understanding of the configuration settings.

Everything was detailed, explained. I love the customer service and going above and beyond. My agent was very helpful with finding the right plan for me. The agent that came out to install the devices was amazing. Explained everything in great detail, and an amazing set up. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10.

The Tech was professional and extremely patience. I was both physically and mentally exhausted and to deal with installation for my service. 5 stars, I wasn't rude to him, but he was awesome in how he kept me focus and moving things along. I think I may like this new generation of techs and customer service dept. Impressive.

Miguel did an Awesome job installing My New System. He was very Respectful, very knowledgeable about the product he was installing. He gave great ideas of what to do and how to do it. Very helpful in showing us how to use the program and how to use different codes, how to view the program with the cameras, the review of a video. This is a great product. The cameras are 10 of 10 so clear the images look great. The sound you can hear people from far away so I recommend this product. Miguel did a great job. I give him a 10. Thanks

The staff was amazing. Provided me with good information and the installation was quick and kept very neat. The cameras work great and I was shown how to work them and shown how to do passwords etc. I’m excited about my new security protection.

Wes was very patient & answered all of our questions & concerns. The control panel seems user friendly. Installation was quick & simple thanks to Wes. Great experience so far. I cannot vouch for the monitoring or response time as of yet because system was just installed.

Really nice system. Even my wife likes it and said I made a good choice. Install very professional. Night camera and doorbell is awesome. Don't have to have outdoor lights on to see people. Great protection for my property and family.

The man who installed our system smelled horrible like he hadn’t showered in more than month, I could smell him from a good 15 feet away, and the smell lingered after he left. Unprofessional & disrespectful. He also had to call & ask for help and sounded very incompetent. I asked the man Adrian I think his name was, how long the guy I think his name was Dillon? had been installing systems and he said a year. To me that’s a decent amount of time to know what your doing. Also the time they came to install was pretty late, they didn’t leave until after 12 at night. That is so unprofessional to me. They should have come the next day.

I was hesitant about changing home security providers; however, the service we received from Vivint was excellent. We are very pleased with our new security system. We previously did not have a video doorbell, so we really like the doorbell camera with the deter feature.

He did a fantastic job installing all of the equipment and educating me on the system’s use in which I now feel very comfortable using and I feel much safer in my home and have more peace of mind. I think the process was very simple and the equipment is great, only thing is from the time you sign to the equipment installed is right away and caught me by surprise since I had not scheduled time to get that done the same day.

He was patience and took time explaining to me how to operate the security system. In case I can remember he wrote notes and drew pictures of the panel. He explained each of the buttons on the panel also the hostage code too. He walked me through green, gray and orange screen also 60 seconds countdown and 30 seconds disarm. Overall very good.

Knowledgeable and explained how it works. He was on time and worked steadily. He did not leave a mess to clean up. The camera pictures are really good and clear. I am more than pleased with the system and how it works.

Salesman Anthony and system installer Braiden were great! I was uneasy going through the process and nervous about it, but Anthony calmly explained everything and worked with me to meet my goals. Braiden was quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. All work done was aesthetically and functionally pleasing. Both were incredibly personable. Last of all I feel I need to mention due to seeing people claiming they were forced into leaving good reviews…I was concerned about this, however Anthony did the opposite. He encouraged me to leave the review I felt applied good or bad. If it was a good experience leave good, if bad leave bad. There was no coercion and forceful tactics. This was a stellar experience with Anthony and Braiden. On the system, so far 1 day in, I’m loving it. But we shall see!

I was told the price per equipment. The man I asked why I was paying over 13000 then and he couldn’t answer me. Only could say something about a handle package: starter package that was 599. Only said it included the panel. That my sensors were free but yet still included in the 599 package. So he said later. Then was told I would get 30 trial and then told 3. Then told my trial period would last 3 days after my ring bell came in. Which no one told me it was backordered until arriving at my home.

Michael did a wonderful job installing our equipment. He was communicative before the appointment and showed up on time. He worked quickly and explained everything in great detail. Also made sure we knew everything about the system before he left and was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Jason was clearly knowledgeable about the products and proficient with the installation. He told me what my options were even if it didn’t involve buying more from Vivint. Vivint’s cameras are probably marked up a bit much in my opinion but the product seems to work well and is high quality.

They were very polite and helpful. Explained the system thoroughly. Treated me like a person and not a like a money ticket. I am totally satisfied with them. I will recommend Vivint to my friends and neighbors. I would rated their performance as a 10.

We have had a great experience with switching from ADT to Vivint. Our sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable and our service install was quick and happened the next day. The install technician was very professional and did a great job.

Salesman pressured us to buy system late at night 9 pm. Had tech over for install at 11 pm and we have crying young kids. Promised free trial was a week and fine print says 3 days. Lied to us. Found out after uninstall, salesman added 4 cameras to plan and only had doorbell camera. Also tech uninstaller said this unit is used and wires stripped and would not detect alarm. Team is not honest on product. Paid more then what was equipped.

Only complaint is that the technician did not remove old equipment even when I asked him to do so. He was also a little messy and did not place trash in the correct bin. I was surprised when he installed 2 new smoke detectors.

Totally unexpected surprise that I would purchase an alarm system that I’m completely satisfied and have all the I need to feel safe and secure!!! The features are easy to use and I can monitor my home no matter where I am. Most of all, the sales rep was great and the installer was awesome as well. All were very professional!

I signed up and had my equipment and everything installed in the same day. The salesman was very professional. Then the installer arrived and stayed all night and tore everything was working. How many companies do you know that do that. None but they did. Speaks volumes as to what kind of company this is.

The customer service representative worked with me to develop a package that Would benefit me and my family within our budget. I was very impressed how the technician came out the same day to install the service. Both individuals answered all of my questions and any additional questions were answered by the customer service rep when he followed up to see how I like the service.

Very poor support. My complaints fell on deaf ears when my front yard camera went out. I told them I will be out of town and will need my front yard camera working before I leave so I can monitor my house remotely. I called customer service multiple times. I was promised several dates, but nobody came or even called. It has been 3 weeks now since I first reported the issue. Still nothing. What's the purpose of a security system when your camera is not working? The system is good when it works. But customer support is basically non-existent.

The system has a nice appearance on the wall and is super easy to use. The camera is clear and you can see everything by pinching to enlarge image. The functionality of the system is easy to maneuver. That’s what I like most.

System is good but too expensive. We are having the system taken out. Salesman rushed my decision making. They need to let homeowner think on it. Equipment is high tech just the system is too high priced. Wish I hadn't had it put in.
