The product is top notch, the installer is the absolute best. It would be the biggest shame if Vivint lost such an amazing employee who truly took care of my needs and then went ABOVE and BEYOND!! Do what you must and keep the employees that keep your business going.

My installer was FANTASTIC! I appreciate his help and service. Very polite and knowledgeable. He knew the product and answered all of my questions. He was clean, neat, kind, friendly, quick and helpful. I hope I have a great service and monitoring.

From Vance knocking on our door to Phil putting the finishing touches on our cameras and installs, the service was great. Both were very straightforward, nothing was misleading. Phil was VERY thorough going through the setup process, did a great job installing (and cleaning up!) our system. He was even able to use all of the equipment from the previous owners on the doors and windows. Couldn’t be happier!

Zane ** did well installing Vivint stuff. Couldn't get myQ door opener to connect to wifi, but he worked hard on it. Software problem on video replay, in spite of numerous tries. Both problems common and company hasn't solved yet. We're happy with his work.

The company Vivint was very professional and the installers did an excellent job in the house. I got a lot more for my money. I’m very happy with the job they did. They took their time and did an excellent job.

You really can’t beat the quality of Vivint’s products. The cameras are amazing, the options are varied, and the set up is even easier than I’d hoped. Our installer was great and took the time to walk me through the system. Most importantly, he didn’t try to upsell me anything!!

I’ve had a great experience with the security system so far. It’s definitely a bit pricier than other options I’ve seen (hence the 4 stars), but I like the ability to control it with my app, and love the remote monitoring.

Sales tech was very informative and knowledgeable of the equipment he was selling. Installation was good. Went over the operation of all the equipment. Help set up the app. Made sure everything was good before leaving. So far the system doing good.

The installation team was quick to arrive and go over what was going to occur. The installation was quicker than expected. They were able to explain how the system worked and were knowledgeable. They were also able to accommodate any changes I requested. Would recommend Vivint to others.

Both Guy and Alex were very helpful and easy to talk to. They were efficient, I had told Guy I needed to be out of my house soon and he made sure I was helped asap. Alex was very clear with the instructions and we set it up super fast.

I would definitely recommend Vivint to family and friends. Very courteous people from the first phone call to the technician that installed the system. Took time to make sure I understood how everything works. The system seems to be very user friendly. The quality of the camera is superb.

We have been looking at adding security cameras and other features to our house. Meeting with the Vivint sales rep made clear how to put security and portability in our home. He addressed our needs and the installation team followed his direction to our complete satisfaction. We are pleased with our purchase, and the price was reasonable for our needs. We have our entryways secure, and our cell phones provide portability when on the road! No component integration issues.

Just got my system today and already love it. Far superior to my old ADT system. The installation was excellent, the technology integrates perfectly with my Google Home and the interface is super simple to use. The technology is so intuitive and easy to use and Vivint makes all their own components.

The process from the moment my doorbell rang from the salesperson to the completion of installation took less than three hours. Both the salesperson and the installer were polite, respectful, and professional. I appreciate their willingness to be efficient, but stay until the job was done.

Excellent door to door customer service. I have been wanted a full service security and it was nice having someone walk through everything with me. My purchase and install was all in one day. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and product I received. Extremely happy customer and would recommend to anyone.

We knew we needed home surveillance. This is beyond what we imagined. It allows live video, open garage from phone, speak to people at the door when we are not there, and paired with Amazon for garage delivery. I love it! I feel like I can worry a little less knowing we have this extra barrier of protection!!!

My technician Devine was prompt, efficient, informative, and patient in walking me through everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend her to others. I only wish I could have given her 10 stars instead of just the 5.

We had a young lady come to our door and asked if we would be interested in hearing about Vivint Security system. She came in and presented a package we could not pass up! She also stated that if interested she could have her technicians here to install right away. We had 3 technicians working and they got everything set up and cleaned up. They showed us how everything worked and they were gone. Took no time at all. We are extremely happy with the service and the quality of the product! Product! We highly recommend looking into this Security System!

Your installer did an awesome job in installing our Vivint door ringer and thermostat… And Sabastan took his time to show me and my wife how to use the equipment… Thank you. We will refer family and friends.. I was really surprised by the look of the equipment it was very sleek and not the bulky ones that I have seen.

My garage door is still offline even though it’s saying connected on the module. I called the technician. He said he will check it when he come back to bring the cameras but I haven’t received everything to know how it actually works.

We we very happy with the ease of the installation. The tech was very nice and quick. No fuss and informative. Salesman was also very informative about the process and equipment. I felt very a satisfied with our decision to change over to Vivint.

Very courteous and the install happened right away and was super quick. Knowledgeable and both people I worked with was super down to earth and easy to talk to. The first person I talked to wasn't trying to force any sale. Just explaining how everything works and compared it to the security I already had. The installer had everything done within an hour and walked me through everything.

Awesome service, user friendly and excellent customer service! The installation time was super fast, in no time we were setup and ready to go. And all the equipment for the price was amazing. Both Quinn and Kelton were amazing. I really loved working with them. They both were here on time, Kelton install the whole system the same day we signed the contract, which was very convenient for me. Quinn explain every features of the equipment very well and Kelton took the time to show me how to use the whole system properly.

Was very pleased how Chris the installer took the time to let me know all I needed to know about my new system. He did all he could to get all the cameras I want to get installed, would give Chris a 10 out of 10.

I inherited a Vivint system from previous owner. The customer service rep and technical support helped me with the transfer over couple of calls. Once the previous owner had cancelled their account, setting up my account was quick and easy.

Cody put in our system and he did a great job. He answered all of our questions as he was working and after the installation he made sure we understood all of the features and how to use the app. So glad we chose Vivint!

Want cancelled and equipment removed. Said I have to pay 3000.00. I will not pay this. The camera do not work. I do not like the system at all. Please help me. The man I spoke to will not help me. I already stopped any more payment at my bank. Only have had since end of May. Was not even installed right. Big waste of money. I want taken out of my house.

The installer was sloppy with the install. Had to tell him more than once if he could rerun the wires cause they were not neat like he said they would be. Also drilled more holes than needed to check for studs. Overall not really happy with the install. Also didn’t show me how to set up the lock codes on the door either.

System was installed in a very timely manner. My family and I are definitely excited about our new system. We are asking our family if they would like to get Vivint installed in their homes and their business.

The technician was kind and professional. However, he did not install the security doorbell which was included in my package. I called Vivint and they don’t know why it wasn’t in the package (had nothing to do with inventory). It will take almost 2 weeks for them to come back and finish the installation.

Excellent service very Professional, very patient because I am a senior and he was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family. I will be waiting for my wristband to complete the service.

Aurora is very professional and polite. She had a tough time at my home due to the age of the house, she was very good with all of the curveballs that the house threw her. I would recommend her to any of my friends and neighbors to handle the process of installation.

We had Chad as a technician and he was really nice and helpful, we appreciate him. However we only got it installed 4 days ago and the camera has not been recording 24.7 like the Vivint vendor said, keeps saying person detected when no one has passed by (not even a car). We lowered the sensibility then it doesn't catch no one pass by at all.. We switched to Vivint from ADT because we were promised good service. At this point we are not happy with the service and regret switching over. We’ve already called and no one has came by to fix the problem.

Spencer is the one who introduced to us the Vivint security and safety for the house. He also explained it well and give us knowledge about Vivint. Spencer is very polite, funny and a nice guy and he's 10/10. All 4 installer men are very quick to install. They are very nice too. 10/10. My husband and I are so happy to get the Vivint.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the service he was selling. Most importantly Sam was very polite and though he didn’t want to take no for an answer and offered a solution to anything that made me say no but he did it in a non pushy way. Being in sales and management I must say I’m truly impressed by their tactics. As soon as we came to an agreement and signed the agreement an installation crew knocked on the door and went to work. It’s truly a genius way to do it because it prevents people from saying yes just to get the salesman out then canceling before Installation after have a few days to develop buyer's remorse. I think that’s why the instant crew follows but it’s also great for the customer to have instant Gratification after purchase. We’ve only been up for a day but are very happy with it so far. The equipment is stylish and appears to be high quality as well.,

My sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The techs came out the same day and set up was quick and easy. The techs were also very friendly and courteous. When the work was completed they walked me through the setup and made sure I knew how to log in and use the system. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Colton My representative was so friendly. Very professional. Explain the products very well. I've been a customer with ADT for over 20 years. My reasoning for changing is the price I will be saving After the equipment is paid off. My bill will be lower than ADT. I'm hoping this price range stays the same as I was promised no price increase... because that's the main reason I'm leaving ADT. Every few years their price goes up. I'm On a 30 day trial but I like the way the equipment operates. Friendly to use. Vivint have a new customer.

I just got my new Vivint system installed. It has so many features the other competitors don’t have. I live in a ranch style condo and they are very picky about what you can and cannot do to the outside of your unit. We had to get a little creative when it came to the dead bolt locking feature and my back door camera. I share the front porch with my neighbor. My old door bell camera basically showed their side of the porch. Now I can see down the sidewalk and out into the parking lot. The old one also did not record and now I will have 10 days of recordings. Alex the sales person and Austin the installer we so polite and explained everything. I am very happy I switched to Vivint.

Robert arrived within the time frame allotted. He seemed to be in a hurry because I was, “the last service stop”. He was very thorough. Everything I asked to be done was accomplished. We had issues with the camera monitoring capabilities. The problem was solved. Good job Robert.

First of all it was a first class service. Every aspect from the sale to the installation was handled very professionally. Even though this is a five star review I did see a couple issues. Company issued DeWalt drills and mandated monthly monitoring fees. If you buy your equipment out right you do not have to pay for monthly monitoring. The cameras are second to none that I have seen and everything works.

The installer was incredibly professional. Even while working, when we were asking questions, he was answering them and explaining how the system works etc. At the end of the install, he went through the system with us & answered all of the scenarios that we could think of. My wife & I are very satisfied with the install and how professional & clean the gentleman was.

Alex was great - explained everything really well. The system seems to be pretty amazing for the first night! Can’t wait till the other camera are here and see how it looks! I am very happy with the switch over!

System installation was fast and efficient. Both gentlemen were kind, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful with me, my mother, and the two dogs. I appreciated both gentlemen possessing these characteristics. The system is exactly what I have been looking for. I didn't feel pressured to get more than what I needed.

I just moved into a house that had the Vivint equipment installed so I called them to activate it. They were very quick to set up the appointment. When we couldn’t activate the equipment over the phone, they sent out a technician (Giancarlo) immediately that was very friendly and knowledge. He got it up and running in no time and was very thorough in his explanation of the function of the equipment and the app.

Sam ** was a true gentleman and very knowledgeable of the entire security system and told me of all the wonderful features of Vivint. Just got the system installed last night and so far I love it. The installer, Avery was also polite and efficient. A pleasurable experience.

Installation was quick and easy. The installer was able to do a walkthrough and make recommendations about placement of the main panel, cameras and window/door sensors. He checked with me before drilling or making any permanent marks and made sure everything he installed looked clean.

I got approved for a system for over two thousand dollars and all that was installed was the wall panel alarm, they keep messing up my order and making me pay separate prices for the camera to also be installed. Now I'm getting the run around on getting the correct system I first inquired about and when I told them to cancel the service because it's not right they're telling me that I have to pay a almost $800.00 dollars to cancel, the last time the guy was out here he was installing two doorbell cameras and no indoor at all. That was the purpose of me getting Vivint for my home. I've been having problems with this company from the start. Can someone from corp, give me a call at ** to discuss this problem please, I am highly disappointed.

Very please with the whole process. Sales rep was polite and friendly. Went over everything and explained everything in detail. Installer was also friendly and polite. Carefully took the time to make sure I was comfortable using the system before he left.

Just got the system installed a few moments ago. So no real.life experience with it yet. The install was fairly painless. Had a couple of hiccups, which were dealt with quickly. System is not yet fully set up, so my experience may improve afterwards. I guess time will tell.

I was already aware of Vivint's services from my last home, so getting me signed up was an easy sell. Joseph came by on a weekday, and I asked him to come back on Saturday to go over paperwork and costs as I was already interested. He showed up promptly on Saturday at the agreed-upon time. Speed; Kyle came late last night for the quick quote. Even though 10 minutes took 2 hrs, that's how it works (-), Calvin came by as expected the NEXT MORNING to set everything up. Kyle and Calvin were nice to visit with, both communicated very friendly, positive and professional. Although everything is new, we're happy with the solution so far.

Because I was puppy sitting I said I didn’t have time to speak with the Vivint representative. However, he was so charming, well spoken, and looked so sharp that I had to say yes, I would listen to what he had to say. As the young man spoke so proudly, proficiently and eloquently about the company he was representing, I became more and more interested in what he was saying. Needless to say, I am now a Vivint customer and feel totally satisfied with my decision. Technician clearly communicated about the schedule and what to expect. Excellent experience all around. The technician did spend a lot more time on site than we initially expected but that was more due our system being old than his actions.

Carlos was very friendly and explained in the detail all aspects of the installation and contract. Gave good recommendation on the location of the sensors. Did some testing and troubleshooting before de departed. He worked well and left the house cleaned.

We just had our services installed & I am very impressed so far. The salesperson & tech were both top notch. Will check back after our trial period & update. As of now I'm very satisfied. We're also looking to add the flood lights once available...So far so good though.

David was very nice and approachable to speak to and he got us set up quickly! My only drawback was that we were able to schedule an install vs having it sprung on us on a late Friday night. Looking forward to working with the new system and seeing all it has to offer.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied right now and I’m ready to cancel it. The work is very tacky, leaving room for someone to disable my doorbell. Did not clean up behind himself, left stuff everywhere. If this is how service is here I don’t want it at all. I was guaranteed great service and install, that’s not what I received.

Went ok wanted find out more. Came at dinner time. Then said tech would be there shortly. Had no idea that installation would take so long. They didn't leave until after 11pm. Did not clean wood shavings in entry way. Was told that Vivint doesn't supply them with anything. I should not have to clean up behind them. When you install something. Leave it like you found it

We just got the system at 10 PM yesterday, I think we need to wait and see how it works. So far it seems to connect well and provides great pictures at night and during the day. We like the features provided.

The sales representative was friendly, personable, and explained everything in detail. My dog Yoda was being a nuisance and the sales representative took the time to let Yoda become comfortable with him. The installation tech did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. I didn't know some of the answers, like where the furnace was located, and he took my ignorance in stride and figured out the answer. He let me know what he was doing each step of the way and he cleaned up all of the mess he made from drilling. Both gentlemen provided friendly, knowledgeable, and professional representation of the company.

The Vivint rep was informative and we were able to customize a plan that my family needs. Her presentation knowledge of the product was excellent and her delivery not pushy. The installer was very helpful as well and provided detailed information for locating my system.

The products seem great. But the tech was two hours late coming to set it up. Not showing up until 11pm. Then everything we told was mostly incorrect. It wasn't functional for our home. For $3600 in equipment you would think it wouldn't be so limited.

The experience was great. Quick and easy, they were very patient and walked me through all the steps. As well as giving me all the nice features that Vivint has to offer, I couldn't have pick a better provider!!

Everyone worked in a professional manner and had such a great sense of humor. They set everything up beautifully and quickly gave us the runover of how everything worked. We love our new system! We also love at how they worked with our budget while still giving us everything we wanted. Updated on 08/09/2022: Had security system installed with cameras and they say you can play back up to 10 days. From day one it will not play back. It is blank screen or it say video not available. We have Android phones. I tried to cancel the contract, but they said they are fixing the problem and it will be working soon. Called Vivint several time and they sent Technicians out and they all said it doesn't work very well with Android phone. Vivint said it's past the 3 day cancel so it will cost me $7000.00 to get out of the contract. But the system doesn't work, they just want money and they know it doesn't work with Android phones.

My salesperson was Olivia. She was very professional. Ryan was my service tech. He was very good also. He new exactly what to do. I was in construction for 35 yrs a General Contractor. I didn’t worry about anything once he got started.

He was very professional and really took into consideration where everything was placed in our home considering since we have small children. He was very respectful and very fast! He is definitely welcomed back for any other service. He knew exactly what he was doing and aware of his technique.

My installation was quick and easy. The installer was nice and very helpful in teaching me how to use the equipment. I am excited to be able to take care of my home temperature while away from the house, and it's great to be able to see who comes to my door. I am a happy customer.

Technician was very thorough on the installation and listened to all the suggestions and input we gave. He gave us a very good walk through the system and said they would come back to help any time for any issues we have.

I was little bit skeptical about the security service until I was showed what was available for me. Even though I'm under contract with another security which I'm not happy with Vivint gave me the opportunity to try it out on a trial based to see if I like it. Technicians was very helpful in showing me how the system works and if I had any questions not to hesitate to call customer service.

Vivint seems reluctant to provide any in person tech support. I am concerned that they are locking in customers who will be stuck with systems that are unsupported, yet who are unable to switch to other services without a massive contract exit fee. I am particularly concerned about the impact this will have on other elderly citizens.

My encounter with Vivint has been amazing! Everyone from Cyril, who assisted me on the phone and assured me of all of the ways that Vivint could provide protection; to Chad who made me feel very comfortable and was extremely friendly, professional, personable and informative. I had never thought about having a security system before until recent events and I wish I would’ve done this a long time ago. I will be raving about my experience to everyone I know!

The person who came to do the installation didn’t do that good of a job and never put the smoke/carbon monoxide detector in. Said he didn’t have any with him and was supposed to come back! Also didn’t leave any sign and just put in one water detector as far as I can tell. Also, the camera on the back of my house is plugged into where my lighting for my back porch which he unplugged so now I have to climb up on something to plug the lights in! He didn’t know how to run the wires into the basement for the screen panel so with what he did doesn’t look very good. Getting in touch with the company to see if they can make corrections to his work. He also neglected to clean up mess he made. I included 2 photos of where I have to climb up to plug lights back in.

Very informative and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Took the time to explain all portions of system and installation. Checked all components and replaced batteries as need. Talked us through down loading the App for the system also. Performed current updates needed for the main panel. Demonstrated how to use certain functions of the system.

Benjamin and his team were knowledgeable about their business. Furthermore, they were all very diligent in their work. All of the men (4) who entered my home were respectful and did their work efficiently. I highly recommend Vivint Security to all my neighbors and friends. Reactivation was a good experience, tech was on time. Walked me through the whole process, was really helpful and clear. Michael was very courteous. Time was really good. Explained the system and offered other products may consider in the future.

Kyle did a great Job. The installer was awesome. We love the system. It's amazing. The views are amazing and clear, the system works together with the climate control all from our phones. We are happy and don't regret this purchase.

The sales rep had no idea what the technicians could or could not do. We ended up having 4 different technicians come out and every time there was a new problem. It was extremely frustrating. The rep also told us that we could move the camera through the app which wasn't true. He also said one glassbreak sensor would be enough when in reality we needed 3. The sales reps need training on what the cameras could really do and where they could really be placed.

It’s been 24hrs and so far so good. We have the lock, doorbell, 2 door sensors, 2 door cameras, and the fire/carbon monoxide detector. We’re a traveling family and though our neighborhood is pretty safe you can never be too safe. The technician was polite and efficient. I’d definitely recommend Vivint so far. No issues.

Stayed and answered every question we had and then when the tech guy showed up Trevor once again very professional. Answered every question. Actually he was driving off and me and my husband had another question. We stop the car and he got out and came right back up and explained even more.

Max, the sales rep, was great. Very thorough and answered all of our questions. Once we signed up, we had an installation guy here within minutes (he happened to be in the area). The whole process was very easy and my husband has been playing around with the app all morning. Like a kid with a new toy.

Informative and inspiring. I was impressed with the multiple features. I need the cameras because I am away a lot. The cameras are live and not subjected to batteries. Door bell feature is a plus. I am pleased with the views of my cameras.

Sales rep completely lied about how it would report on my credit. He said it would be a soft inquiry and yet it’s a brand new credit line showing on my credit as a hard inquiry. What a scam. He said it would appear as a T-Mobile account yet my phone bill isn’t being reported to my credit.

Installation was quickly completed by polite, competent young men. No complaints. I have enjoyed the added security with the ability to watch my fence, where multiple people were teasing my dogs. Now I'm moving. I have to cancel, close, stop, whatever they call it, my account. My equipment is paid for. I was on hold 2 and 1/2 hours, and never was helped. I guess I'll have to resort to social media for help. I haven't noticed Snoop advertising for them anymore...Wondering if he got wind of this?

Happy customer and I would recommend it my friends and family! I love my new indoor camera and able to see my dogs when I’m at work! I have some peace of mind knowing they will be safe when I’m away from my house.

I found the presentation to be very clear and understandable and address some concerns I had with my current provider. The installation went very smoothly and was able to utilize quite a bit of my existing system. I added exterior cameras which I didn’t have and also a much improved video doorbell. The indoor camera is very movable so it can be utilized for security while we are away or to monitor children or pets in different locations while at home. The quality of the picture is improved over my existing system and the outside cameras are easily adjusted using software to exclude frequent false positives such as people walking on the sidewalk of cars driving past my driveway. It’s really difficult for me to compare costs because I upgraded my system significantly from what I had. My homeowners insurance was reduced by a little over 200 dollars due to the additional security and smart home features.

The tech was somewhat knowledgeable about the products but there were several questions he could not answer. The tech also did not seem familiar with the job and what all needed to be installed and tested. It just seemed overall this job was not planned or well executed. Not 100% if everything was done or not, will have to verify later to make sure items were not installed or tested appropriately.

He was very knowledgeable and willing to help us with any questions we had. He was patient and took the time to explain the system and how it works. He was very pleasant and honestly there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer.

Larry ** installed my system in a fantastic manner and did not encounter any problems. His work ethics were outstanding and I was critique also in an outstanding matter. System looks great and hopefully no problems will come. VIVINT looks great and I hope to let my friends know of their existence.

The Tech was very helpful and professional. He rerouted my internet, replaced the electric plate, exactly learned how to use, installed a smoke detector that was much needed. Went over insurance programs.

Tyler was able to get it all figured out and had great customer as well. He fixed the panels and installed multiple door and window alarms. There were previous alarms that he went out of the way to make sure all batteries were changed and up to date for us new customers.

The sales pitch for the new security system was very honest with nothing hidden. Installation happened within 24 hours and getting used to the system was easy. The system integrated into our home seamlessly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a security system.

I moved into a house that had Vivint previously installed. I decided to give them a shot for my month to month security monitoring. However, I quickly realized they charged a log of money ($40 a month) for capabilities that provided us no benefit. In April of 2022 my credit card was compromised and as such the card they had on file was no longer working. I reached out to them, let them know I got a new card, my old card on file wouldn't be working anymore, and that I was no longer interested in paying for their services (even though I was month to month). They told me no problem.

We had an excellent service experience! Ryan made the installation quickly and efficiently. He provided clear instructions on its use, and assured us that he would be glad to assist us if we needed him in the future. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you Ryan.

My experience with Vivint was excellent from start to finish. They were great in the phone, did not push me to get things I didn’t want, showed up early to their install appointment, rocked the whole thing out. Also, their cameras and door sensors are excellent and the home control until makes everything really simple plus you can do even more from your own smartphone. Overall a great experience and I look forward to having a safer home thanks to Vivint.
