We had Vivint with our previous home. We decided to go with them again after speaking with other security reps. It was stressfree and easy since we were familiar with the system already. The tech was very personable and knowledgeable. So far so good.

This was my first try of Vivint. The tech was fast, knew what he was doing and courteous. The take down of the previous system and installation of Vivint was fast. The System is easy to use, efficient with data inputs and convenient to operate. Large screen and easy to navigate.

The whole experience so far has been great! Cameras are very clear and I get constant notifications on the house while I’m not home. Employees are friendly and very helpful! Definitely recommend for security protection to anyone. I feel a lot safe knowing that there is security around my home 24/7

The installation was smooth and professionally handled and the tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the quality of work. Our in-person tech who handled the installation was very professional and kind. We were not prepared for a call with a representative trying to sell us on Vivint Home and Auto insurance. The representative on the phone was very helpful, but also a bit pushy. When we told him we were not interested and had decided to stick with our current Home and Auto provider, he was very curt and his disappointment was very obvious, even over the phone. He hung up very quickly and the way he ended the conversation was very rude.

Technician Jalin ** #** did a very excellent job for me and really explained everything to me in detail. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Jalin taught me how to use my system on the panel and the phone. Jalin also helped me learn my door lock.

I’m so pleased with the overall process from my initial call to install! Both the fella on the phone and the one in person for the install have been incredibly helpful. I didn’t leave either interaction with a ton of questions since they were answered in real time and/or before I even felt a need to ask! They were so awesome! Both were super efficient and the installer was in/out in a flash! So courteous and knowledgeable! I’ll be telling everyone about how great of a experience I’ve had! And now with my cameras, I LOVE their clarity and range! The door lock is easily managed now from my phone and the keypad will be great for my kid who can’t remember her key all the time! I’m just so happy. Oh, and got it all with very reasonable pricing!

Both the sales rep and the technician were friendly and helpful answering any questions. I didn’t feel like I was being scammed with how much security I needed. My coworker recommended this company and so far I’m enjoying it! I like that there are several different options in terms of how much security that need. I am happy with Vivint. I forgot to tell the installer about the promo code before he left. I thought for sure they would tell me too late to adjust the bill. Guess what. They adjusted the bill to give me the credit. That is customer service. The installer was great and although I am not tech savvy I think I will learn the system easily.

I wanna thank Caitlyn for helping me order my home security system. The billing department was a big help as well they kept in contact with me until my purchase went through completely, when I had to load money to my card Caitlyn waited at the office for me to call back even on her off day. She made sure my security smart kit was sent out and provided me with tracking number.

It has only been one day since getting the security cameras and doorbell camera set up. So far things are running smoothly. The picture on all the cameras is really clear, day and night. I really like the notification for which door is being opened. The system is very easy to use. Family friendly.

You guys told me you'll be able to install fire detector and when everything was install the technician told me he couldn't do it, I'm really disappointed of the service and already looking to cancel and change to ADT, fire detectors are crucial for any building.

We actually enjoyed the experience of having our system set up. Jasmine is a real pro. Everything was made clear and simple. We were guided through the process with humor and clarity. We feel more in control and now safer in our home.

The technician did a good job. However, I felt rushed in my decision making, maybe because I was the last install of the day. He did make an error with the Google Nest where the wires were not connected properly. Luckily I had his cell number and he came right back to fix the problem.

Our set up started late because instead of calling my husband like we requested they messaged me while at work and I didn’t have my phone. During setup the police showed up to my house twice. We had to request a phone call multiple times but were told they can only communicate via text. Even though the police kept getting called to my house. We are still not finished with set up and it has been two days.

Originally agreed to have garage door, entry door and patio door to have sensors. Then the installer said the garage door sensor was not part of the deal. As of today, the garage door is still with no sensors and I got charged extra amount of money "to add" that sensor. Reached out to salesman and said he was not available 24/7. Quick installation, explained everything. I expected this to take the whole day but the installer clearly knows his stuff and was done with 5 sensors, 2 cameras a doorbell and the panel in less than 3 hours, while at the same time answering all my questions.

The installer was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything very easily and gave good instructions on how to use every component given to me. He was fast at installing the cameras and was very respectful while doing so.

Technician was very friendly, thorough and patient. Customer service could do better with recording and sharing phone numbers accurately with Tech. Because of this, I didn’t get the 30 min Text message on arrival time and wasn’t prepared for his arrival because I knew I needed wasp spray and his text message was the reminder I needed to grab it from my other home.

While speaking with the sales representative I was informed that I could purchase my own Nest Thermostat and the Vivint technician could install it. The technician explained that is against company policy so I bought two thermostats through Vivint. However I am unable to return the other thermostats I purchased from a third party. Additionally, the order was not correct and I had to spend extra time trying to resolve this with the technician. I then contacted the customer loyalty hotline for a resolution to my problem with the extra thermostats that I purchased and they offered a $150. However that does not cover the expense of the two thermostats I purchased. I will be considering canceling my account and requesting a full refund if this issue is not resolved.

The sales Rep was super easy to work with, the installer was very punctual and the products were far better than our previous ADT/Ring system. I love how the system is all integrated in one, not multiple subscriptions, the panel is even easier to use than our previous ADT panel, the cameras are higher definition, and the app associated has literally everything you need to do to make changes to your system. I’m very pleased with Vivint.

Tech came late when he didn’t have to l and stayed until everything was working efficiently and properly. Highly recommend. Tech was kind and caring. Did not mind the amount of dogs in the house, which adored him. All the equipment was done nice and neat. Not in the way of everything. Went with another Security company but REALLY regret leaving Vivint. Vivint’s equipment is better in quality, technologically works better, is easier to use, has more functionality, and fees are less. On time, install was clean and neat and professional. The Company was referred to me by friend who had recently had an alarm system installed in her home. A knowledgeable and friendly install crew was on time and Proficient. Estimate was for 4 cameras but after walking the Perimeter it was determined that we could cover everything with three cameras. Saving me money.

Cameras look better than the other one I had. Doorbell Camera stays connected on app. With the other vendor by the time I connected to Camera the person left. The service is much more cost effective than what I was paying the past.

I was told when signing up that I could cancel the service at anytime, that they would come get the cameras, and refund me my money. I was lied to about what I was being charged for. They waited to process the refund until after the “30 days”, refused to notate that I wanted to cancel everything and now I’m stuck paying an outrageous amount for cameras that literally have the worst quality possible. You can’t go back and watch 24/7 footage like they say cause it takes 5 years for the footage to even load. Everything about this company and their cameras is worthless trash.

Spencer ** was my sales rep, His professional mannerism was flawless, and insured me I was getting taken care of which I completely felt he did so. Stephen was my install technician and he was awesome!!! He was also very convenient, they were able to schedule me the very next day. He called me that very morning and gave me a heads up, and walked me through everything and made sure I was left with no questions. Answered everything to its fullest, and did a very good job wiring up the house and cleaned up his mess and made sure that everything was working Efficiently. Explained How to use the app, I was very pleased with everything he did. And I’m very happy to have him back when we upgrade our equipment.

He was speedy and I am thankful for the quickness. He made sure everything was connected correctly and made sure they were able to service me. They were polite and fast and was able to to get me a good monthly deal.

We had been looking for a security system and then this came along at the right time. This is certainly more expensive than Ring. * Be sure to clarify the price before you get hooked in. Some great features that we really liked -like the whistle with the spotlight. Also the smoke detectors that will call in if there is a fire or heat or CO issue, even if it is freezing. Some great options to customize the arm and disarm. Overall I am happy. And glad we have it in place.

I didn't received all my products but your technician had me sign that they were here and installed all products. I never got my instructions on all the products they installed. Your technician had the audacity to that the layout of my home was ** up.

Vivint’s salesman and installer were very professional with excellent knowledge, and personable. They showed us all options and were able to meet our requirements both interms of equipment and timelines! Their service was outstanding! The installer was timely and dint east anytime in the installation phase and showed us how the APP worked!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but in this case it needs to be said. I had an alarm system already and was not satisfied with it but I still didn’t want a new one. I had one initial with Vivint and it didn’t go great so I said no. Then they had a follow up person come and by the grace he was a great salesperson! He listened to what I needed, what price point I needed and was very informative, He knew all about the company specs as well as all the devices they offered. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have made the switch or referred him to all my friends! Thank you Bracken. I appreciate all of your expertise.

Jay and Oakley advised that I needed to upgrade my system and was advised that my software was up to date and panel would work. Neither sounded as if they cared about my situation. This was the Worst experience ever. I not deal with Vivint again. I will definitely be looking into Ring.

Very kind and professional. Courteous, respective. Very informational. Fast and neat, very clean. Walked my wife and I through every step. Ensured we were happy and comfortable with the service. Overall he did great job. He convinced my wife who was against it, great job.

Brody showed up on time, was friendly, fast, and efficient. He was done in no time. He patiently walked me through what was installed where as agreed and showed me how to use the system. He cleaned up after drilling, though he left behind packing materials. In all, a smooth process.

I’m waiting for 2 inside cameras and 2 door locks. I was supposed to have an appointment today and that fell through. I’m was a Vivint customer in the past and I left so I hope this time I don’t leave for being unsatisfied.

They were great in making sure we were happy with everything. Testing everything, getting us set up online. Letting us know how to activate our account though our phone. They made it easy to understand all the information that was given.

The system is excellent and all the employees are professional and respond your questions quickly. It’s easy to learn the system, it’s not complicated for me because I’m not technology and I’m understand the system not completely but 90%. I’m glad to used this.

Mike was amazing! Very friendly and informative. We love the system and everything it comes with. I love the other code you can put in if someone is in the house to alert the cops. Overall great experience and excited to have this system.

My service was basically horrible. I was left with no communication while they were text me twice. They just stopped responding. Then when we were on the phone the guy hung up on me. Then texted and called him back and he said he would get back to me which he did 30mins later. Then he quickly transferred me to another department where I was on hold for 30mins again. I can provide screenshots and call logs to prove this. I'm probably going to cancel this service now before I invest too much wasted time and money here.

My technician was wonderful! He arrived on time with appropriate attire to identify himself and introduced himself. The installation process was great! I would definitely recommend him. He demonstrated how to use my equipment properly! He was very professional and knowledgeable!

My Tech was very informative, respectful, and honest about the services I would be receiving from Vivint. After the traumatic event I just went through, and me not trusting anyone, especially men, he calmed my fears, and I never felt threatened once. From the very start Thomas was informative and patience with the many questions I had. He took the time to walk me through each and every feature that was important to me. If I get other devices that comes with vivint I want the same technician to come back to install any devices.

I’ve had Vivint for about 4 months now and I’m extremely happy with the product and the customer service is right on target. I had an issue with a false alarm, couldn’t figure out which area it was coming from, of all things I couldn’t remember my password. The monitoring department was AWESOME. I switched from another company after five years because of customer service. VIVINT is the best.

Work with the salesperson went great and the installer was very polite and respectful, however care should be taken when finishing the job. The area that the install took place was destroyed with drywall, wood, and stone left on the floor/ground below the installation areas. Also the tool belt the installer was wearing caused his hammer and tools to bounce off the walls cause rubber marks in multiple areas. It was noted by my wife that "he was a bull in a China shop" everything cleaned up with sweeping and vacuuming, and water and rag for the wall. But it should be noted.

The installation was amazingly done. The two men that set up everything were really helpful and answered all of the questions we had. I like how they kept their heads down and worked while we were doing our everyday activities. I love the whole system. The cameras, the smart lock, the panel, EVERYTHING!

The techs were very nice & explained everything that needed to be explained, however one of the technicians did mess up our ac. We've been trying to contact someone to the number our technician gave us but have not had any luck. They won't give us an answer to when this will be fixed yet they were pretty fast to charge money upfront before installing anything. But now that money is collected & obviously it's the weekend, there isn't any update on our ac to when they will get someone to come down and fix it.

Good service but installation took over 5 hours and holes put in walls to hard wire cameras are visible and damaging to the look of the inside of my home. Very disappointed. Replacement cameras were not installed where preexisting cameras were. Just a totally bad experience
