Mr. K. ** provided the best reactivation service. He was thorough with explanations, patient, and helpful with supporting me with steps I didn’t recall. He showed me how to change my batteries, and additional options I can use include as Vivint customer. It was refreshing to have him as my technician.

This is my first experience with Vivint. The technician who came out was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, we do like the Total Home system. It has been a good customer experience thus far. I would recommend Vivint to someone else looking for a Smart Home alarm system.

Just what I expected. Top of the line service. There was error and he took his time and got her done. I recommend your service to all my people. I hope that the technician gets paid what he really has to get paid. It's these workers that make you guys millions.

I Was impressed with how quick the installer took care of putting in my system. He took all the old equipment out and left it for me to dispose of which was just fine. The new system appears to be current with all the new technology. Vivint is interested in making sure that the customer is satisfied with the work.

Good installation. Would recommend Vivint to everyone. Technicians was polite and and quick, showed up on time. Very easy app to use and quick to arm and disarm. Very good on prices too cheap. I would give vivint 100 %

I called looking for cameras for our home. Spoke with a sales guy who did listen, gave me my options and scheduled a tech to come out and go over the installation process. He also explained the cost to obtain what I wanted so there were no issues later. The tech came out, we talked about how the installation would be done and what limitations there were. So I asked when was the next available date for the install. The tech looked confused, because the sales guy had scheduled me for an installation instead of a consult. Never mind the next available date, do it now I said.

The service was excellent. Very helpful and efficient. The installer took time to explain everything and was thorough. The product, especially the quality of the video, is amazing. We would most definitely recommend Vivint to our family and friends. Thank you.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Doug ** set us up with seamless customer service and we just got our equipment installed today. Andy hooked up the cameras as well as walked us through on how to use the app. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around. I would recommend Vivint 100/100 times!

A very professional install. Installer went through and checked that the installed hardware was set up and working properly. He also explained the setup and operation of the hardware through the Smart iPhone App. I will recommend the representative and company to others.

Not happy at all when I called to set up service the customer service rep gave the options and did the SOFT credit check to confirm we could use the financing. We then got to the visit with the tech and he didn't have all the equipment needed to install everything and it's been over 2 weeks and he is yet to be back to install the remaining items. He also was not able to tell me that they would be taking 3000$ out of my account when he was done because he said he didn't know what the final bill would be and didn't say the financing was no longer an option.

Troy seem to be a very capable and honest worker and was great when he was walking me through how the system work And was also fast with his setup. I Would not mind referring him to other people if I ever become a people person.

I am 60yrs old and have had many techs in my home throughout my life. Spencer ** completed service at my home and I must say I have never been as satisfied as I am with his service! Mr ** was very professional, courteous,and efficient at getting the work done. I hope Vivint does what they can to keep this employee. Installation technician was on point! The system integration immediately turned my house into a smart home and definitely enhanced security. I have overlapping camera coverage of my entire property. The HUB is easy to understand and operate; it brings functionality to a single place. Also the phone app offers complete control of the system.

I had a couple error notification which got resolved. It was very simple and thorough. It was mostly network error issues and battery low notifications. The technical support team explained the process and sensor type that needed battery replacement, including a video recommendation to see the visual process of it.

My son referred me. He is extremely happy with his system. He also speaks highly of Shannon who installed both mine and my son’s systems. Both Brandon and Shannon bent over backwards & listened to me. Shannon asked me questions all along the installation and guided me through how to use the in home touch pad and smart phone app.

Installer was helpful and informative. Answered all of our questions and went through the use of the device. Very professional and knew the product well. Installation was quick. Completed in a short amount of time. Wife and myself pleased with the product and would recommend to family and friends.

He was thorough with his installation of our new security system. He was very helpful instructing us how to use our new system. He answered any questions we had about billing thoroughly. He was also clean and presentable. He left our place cleaner than when he arrived after cleaning up all of the installation work he had to do. Really great guy!

Chad was awesome! He explained everything and didn’t leave until I understood all of my services. I did not feel rushed or like I couldn’t ask questions. The system is easy to use and I definitely feel safer in my new home.

Lorell provided a fabulous customer service aside from the installation process. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the phone app. He was also very careful on giving me privacy while setting up my password and pin. I am very thankful for his knowledge and dedication.

Jacob was very helpful and did a great job installing our security. However, he did fall through the ceiling which is why I give three stars. This is a brand new house and although it was an honest mistake, it is still very frustrating.

The installer did a great job explaining everything! He was In and out in a very timely manner. He Even offered to clean the little mess. Great job!!! Love it so far! Having fun exploring everything in the app now.

I have to say I’m super happy with the customer service from start to finish. I had someone break into my garage early in the morning and called Vivint at 9am and expressed how unsafe I felt and would like their service. I asked if I could do same day service which I’m grateful Drew came around 10am! He was the best and explained everything so well. I recommend them if you live in the IE ask for Drew B.!

Isaiah was very helpful in explaining how the system works. He was very polite and had great customer service. He made sure to communicate with me the steps he was going to take and where my sensors would be placed. Awesome service, I Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I really liked the technician who installed my system. He was patient and explained in detail. He also assisted me with setting things up how I like them. A little disappointed that the initial quote I was given wasn’t accurate.

Jonathan installed my alarm system and smart home system. He was very friendly professional and knowledgeable.. Equipment was placed where I had asked it to go. My camera placement was done well. He explained everything thoroughly so that I thoroughly understood how to use my system completely. I am very pleased with this.

He worked quickly and efficiently. I ordered 2 fobs, but he only had 1. He reported it to his supervisor and they will be mailing it to me.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and not overly pushy and helping me design my setup. Very prompt and helped out. The installation guy was the coolest and hardest worker. Really was informative and helped guide best practices. Excellent so far.

Oscar was amazing! He explained all the different options for equipment and answered all of our questions. Once we chose the equipment that we needed, the financing was fast and easy. The best thing was that the installation was done on the same day. He was us through the use of the equipment through the Vivint app. Overall we are very satisfied with Vivint service.

As usual, Vivint is on time, the service is top-notch, the installer was friendly and knowledgeable. I would never recommend another company for your home security and smart home service! My installer was Jeff and if you are lucky enough to get him you are in for a treat!

The installer was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience with the installation was a good one. He answered all my questions and performed a great job installing the alarm. He double and triple checked that everything was in working order. He gave me a complete tutorial on how to navigate the alarm panel. I am extremely thankful for the service that he provided.

Thorough install and super helpful associate here helping me get oriented with it. We’re excited for this updated alarm system with many more features but now I’m not intimidated by the new technology after the time the rep spent with me.

My Tech Tim was great. He installed quickly and neatly. Also he was funny and respectful. He was resourceful and told me about a lot of other options. After about a month I will know if I’m satisfied with service and if I will refer people.

We received a flyer for services, Monday, called Tuesday evening and got an appointment for the next day. Wednesday received a quote from Scott who is very knowledgeable and courteous and got us set up for installation on Thursday. The very next day! Our security is of high priority and the technician was friendly and clear on assisting us with app and monitoring. Glad we set up with Vivint.

I cancelled and paid off my equipment contract and remaining fees for discontinuing my alarm service with Vivint. I moved to Dallas Texas in December of 2021 and sold my Oro Valley AZ house in February 2022. Vivint restarted monthly payments in the February timeframe without my authorization (or Reasoning), at which point I contacted them and had my bank stop the payments. I did not own any Vivint equipment or Services and notified them that these were fraudulent charges with no services being rendered. I have spoken with Vivint multiple times and they continually state "We cannot find your account therefore, we don't know how you are receiving a bill."

This install is a gift for my mother in WA. I live in VA and I am concerned about her safety and health. The tech called and video chat with me before and after the installation. I felt confident about their work and they were very professional. I was able to check in on my mom during the night and share the link with my siblings.

I love the promptness of the installer and the way he informed me of all the things I needed to know to feel safe and comfortable with my system. I also like how the salesman covered all my concerns about the security system and help to decide what was best for my needs.

Ashley from Vivint came today to install our new equipment. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us as she went through the initial setup. The camera on the doorbell is better than the Ring. She installed the monitor pad and went through all of it. So far I'm very pleased with the system. It is user-friendly.

I have two homes that are protected by Vivint. It gives me great peace of mind. Their customer service is amazing. Joseph was thorough & didn’t rush to get away… he gave me his full attention & walked me through until I was comfortable with the phenomenal system.

He took the necessary time to answer all of my questions and to demonstrate when necessary. He worked very conscientiously and completed installation of equipment just as discussed. Technicians were great. Logan walked me through the entire process and were transparent with what was happening entire time. I was made aware of where they were installing the equipment, etc. Once installed, they made sure I knew how to operate the system. Overall smooth experience.

Bryan the technician was very thorough and knowledgeable of the home install. He was very patient with the unknown issues popping up during the install and ultimately got the job done. Had good salesmanship. The house system works well and is very user-friendly.

Alex did a great installation on all the equipment. He first reviewed the order and did a walkthrough, telling me I didn’t need this equipment or better recommendation. Saved me a considerable amount of money. This to me shows the company looks at what is best for the customer and not higher sales. I like the controller and front doorbell/camera.

Vivint installed a system consisting of three cameras, two glass breakage sensors and one motion detector. A bit troubling that I received different costs for the equipment and monitoring with every different individual I spoke with. The technician was abrupt almost to the point of rudeness. Everyone seemed more concerned with getting the contracts signed than effectively insuring that I received the best system for my needs and thoroughly understand the operation of my system. The technician did not supply me with any signage to put on my house to indicate that I was protected with a security system. In spite of this, I do feel that the system will meet my needs, it seems to be pretty easy to operate.

Great service by my technician Tyler who stayed very late to make sure we had the best service. Also, today the customer service was great. In the future, if I have to deal with anyone I hope they are like today's and yesterday’s service people.

Everything about this experience has been positive. From the initial phone call where the automated system didn’t take forever, to the explanation of everything from the rep on the phone to the installation here at home. Honestly if every company had this type of service it would be amazing.

Installer came in and installed the products efficiently. Put on the doorbell and the alarms for my doors. Explained how how the panel worked and showed us all the bells and whistles. Explained the whole process and ran through how the system worked.

I was beginning to get very frustrated trying to connect my cellphone with the camera. I am very happy after a few calls for assistance, I was finally able to see the camera images on my cellphone and now when I'm away from home, I can still see what's going on.

The techs were great. They were friendly and super helpful throughout the entire process. I was hesitant when I looked at my house and how the hookup was going to go (due to limited electric outlets and no doorbell wires) but they did it with no problem at all. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Michael.

I made the mistake of trusting various “best of” articles online that praised Vivint, and now I am stuck in a five-year contract with an absolute sham of a company. Their monitoring service and technology are extremely unreliable, and you cannot count on their customer service to resolve anything. For example, my dog triggered a false alarm due to a faulty motion sensor. The person from monitoring services who called me could not speak English or even tell me whether the alarm was still going off. At first he seemed to say it wasn’t but then later said it was indeed still going off. I begged him to turn it off so my dog wouldn’t die of a heart attack. He said that was impossible. He refused to let me speak to anyone else. I had to hang up and redial to speak to someone else, while speeding home on the highway. My dog was shivering in a corner when I got there.

My installer, Zo, was EXCELLENT! He was professional and SUPER knowledgeable about the products and services! He made me comfortable with and solidified my decision to get my home security through Vivint! I HIGHLY recommend Vivint, and will ALWAYS ask for Zo!

I had glass and door detectors installed. The tech was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. He was in and out quickly and was very efficient. He explained the app and the process of registering it with the sheriff's department. He explained how to add users and how to arm and disarm it.

I would definitely recommend to people that are looking to add security and protection to their home and family. I think it’s a good investment and affordable plan. I know it makes me feel happy and safer now that my system is working now.

Although we had a mixed up with the installation day, it turned out ok. The installer was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I just have one comment on the unit, the volume is not that loud. I want to hear it from upstairs since I'm always there. I already turned it up 100%.

From the sales rep to the install guy I experienced great service in making sure I had exactly what I wanted/needed. Steven did my install and he went above and beyond to make sure there was minimal wires showing when possible and that everything was level and clean. Walked me through how to work everything and made it very understandable. All in all I am super happy with the system and work performed!

I had an excellent installation experience with the Vivint installer, Mr. **. He called me before arriving to preview his arrival. He arrived on time and prepared to work efficiently and effectively. He assisted me with locating my Wifi name and password. He set up the system and assisted me with loading the apps. He troubleshooted accurately when the system did not load on my Vivint app. He then installed successfully my car guard system which he said was his first ever. Nevertheless, he installed it accurately and expeditiously. And it worked. I was deeply appreciative of his attention to detail and high quality installation. I would recommend Mr. Dell and Vivint to anyone and everyone.

Love the system so far however the job is not finished. My installer was nice but he did not have enough inventory to do what was expected. In addition, there was too much variation in cost. I am unclear why.

Mannnn that tech guy is the best I’ve ever met. He was so nice, work very clean. Doing everything as if it was his own house. Thank you so much guy. Your products are so expensive and you could have give us window sensors too. For over $3700 whatever we got is not enough. I am satisfied with the tech guy but the service is way overpriced for just 2 cameras, and some door sensors. Definitely not getting your service for my other home. I could get these cameras and sensors for under $1000. Guys for $3700 not even a window sensor, not even one window sensor. No sensor for home entry interior garage door. All my windows are not even strong windows. I’d get 24 doors and windows sensors on Amazon for just $59.99 and the 2 cameras could cost only from $600 to $1000. For $3700 I am not satisfied for what I got.

From the moment I called Vivint, their customer service is outstanding. The tech that helped me set up my system was so patient and willing to assist. I felt comfortable asking any questions I had and he would answer and repeat as needed for me to understand. Thank you!

They did a very thorough job explaining and demonstrating use of alarm supplies. Zoe was excellent leader for the job. The other helpers were great too. They made sure everything was working right. Score they left and answered all questions.

Home security Vivint, so far I am very pleased, had great service, nice people, courtesy, helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend to everybody, should have gotten it sooner, but was never necessary, had 6 dogs in the house, now with all the burglaries and crime rise in El Paso made me make this decision!

The technician was knowledgeable, kind and a very hard worker. He explained how the security system works, he mentioned a promotion for solar panels and added a camera to cover blind spots. He provides awesome customer service. The security is working very well.

The install didn't take long at all and the technician was super helpful and explained everything in great detail. The system is easy to use with the app and I like the smart lock. I appreciated how clean he was while working too. I'm really excited about the new system.

The installer was very nice and super helpful. We were able to work out a good install scenario given other equipment already installed. Installer was very knowledgeable and was able to install all sensors and keypad properly and cleanly. I was given complete and good instructions on use of the keypad and we sensors and the app. Also was able to integrate apps together.

I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to get 4 major doors to function properly, with no luck! That was very frustrating and disappointing for me!! I think I would rather switch to a month to month plan! I have lost confidence in Vivint Security! Please make sure that 12 month contract gets changed to the month to month program! I do believe the quality of equipment used and ease of use is excellent. However, the lack of transparency with purchasing the system is concerning and frankly, dishonest and deceiving. Never once did the “salesman” indicate a “line or credit” would be needed and established with a contracted vendor (Citizens Bank). Never once was any specific or granular level of detail concerning the true cost was ever revealed. Never once did he indicate two separate monthly payments would be required. Also, when they say “professionally installed”, that's also incorrect and misleading. It is not done by professionals and mine was installed very poorly. I have since fixed or made it less of an eye sore. Overall it a happy customer.

I was very pleased with my Vivint security installer. He was very thorough explaining my equipment. After installation he showed me where all equipment was and what they were for. I was shown how to use my cell phone for locking and unlocking my security system. He made sure I understood everything before leaving.

I would have given five stars, although a 3-year contract was not explained to me during sign up. I still would have went through with the install, but I should have been given a choice. All the sudden they’re here, I’m busy loving in and suddenly the details are explained. The service is great, no need to leave out important details just so people will sign up. We’re busy enough with moving!

Will not let me get to my account number and finish signing up. Says that sight is not available. When you do get in you can't get your secure number. When you try to go back to the site you get thrown out.

The two men who installed my system were outstanding, They did know what they were doing. Their rating is a 10 on a scale of 10 in my opinion. I wish I knew about Vivint 2 or 3 years ago. Excellent product, I'm very happy with my decision to install Vivint.

No complaints on installation, had little concern on the process. The sales rep messed with my name, 2. The system did not give me option to select Credit card. I had to use my checking account. 3. I registered for solar and this was a promotional offer however I have been charged 1000$.

The technician was patient and well versed on how to explain everything. You need more technicians like this one. This was a definite positive experience. The technician stayed until everything was done and fully tested. The care and attention to detail was remarkable.

The equipment works well, but the technicians was very sloppy. They left all the wood chips that the drill made was left on my countertop and floor. I personally had to ask the three tech to keep my front door closed because they were allowing flying insects to come into my home. Very very poor service! Will not refer this company to anyone.
