Great experience with security installers! Friendly operator on the phone from the beginning and awesome deal compared to other companies used in past. The installers were very efficient, knowledgeable and eager to explain how whole system works. Experience went very smoothly and satisfied with outcome. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends/acquaintances in the future!

Isaac did a great job selling me on the product. He did call at the worst time possible but he did a great job and made the sale. Then Benji did our install the next day but he was great. Answered all our questions and didn’t mind the dogs sniffing him while he worked around the house. Great guys. Excited to use the new security system!

Our technician was wonderful and very polite and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before he left. Also he was very sweet about my dog and my wife's comfort. Good man all the way around. Can't say enough good things about my initial experience thank you. Also equipment seems a lot better than what I had before from a different company.

The technician was very professional and thorough and explained things very well. The system seems user friendly and there is a good range with what the camera picks up. My daughter and her husband use Vivint and love it and I definitely plan on referring a few people, and I like that the company has good reviews.

The tech guy was great and friendly! He installed the cameras where they were supposed to go and he knew what he was doing. He installed the sensors as well in all of our windows and showed me how to navigate the tablet screen and the Vivint application on my phone.

Installer was very thorough and explained everything so it was easy for me to understand. Great job. Also he helped my wife to understand the system and how to get the app on her phone. The installer answered all my questions. Simply job well done.

Installation went well, the Tech was on time and was very nice. They let me know exactly what I was paying for and what I was getting. After that they did a great job at installing and making sure everything was done correctly. After the install they showed me how to use my equipment.

My service rep, Nic was kind and helpful and answered all my questions. He set up all of my equipment which was the doorbell, hub, + window monitors. My app and such was easy to use and make alterations to. I have no complaints. Pretty much did everything I would expect.

Mark came out to install our alarm system. He was awesome. Explained everything very well and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful in suggesting what would work best on our location of our cameras inside and out.

Amazing customer service!!! Will refer people to this company!! The tech was amazing and very knowledgeable. He answered all my question before installation and after. He explained the whole setup and helped with it as well. I had questions regarding linking my nest thermostat as well as my garage and he was able to show us how to link all of them to make things easier on us and only having to use one app.

The install was flawless and the technician explained everything to me leading up to the installation. He was courteous and friendly making this choice to have Vivint install the security system a great one. The install took between 3 to 4 hours and I was fully informed of everything that he was doing. After he finished he showed me how to use the system and walked me through it. Thomas was really helpful today! it is my first time buying a home and purchasing a security system. He made it fast and easy! He guided me through all the steps and explained everything as he set the system up and even made some recommendations for upgrades that I took being that I'm a single mom with my three little ones...thankful customer!

The technician took his time to explain how the system worked, He went and double check if all the system work. I totally recommended anyone. That pretty much I can say about this technician. The only thing am waiting for the battery. The one I have is old. Reason the technician didn’t have on their truck.

Today I had an alarm and camera system installed. The tech Michael was very knowledgeable. First time in a long time seeing this. Would recommend this system and hope all techs are the same as he is. I’m glad I made the switch. Previous alarm company didn’t offer half as much services for a higher price.

I was under the impression that the cost to start service was going to be around $70 NOT $380!!!! I wasn't told $380!!!! I was "talked" into getting VIVINT & am unhappy & disappointed in myself that I allowed that to happen. I don't plan on keeping this service!! I will not be recommending Vivint.

My installer, John, was truly amazing! Very knowledgeable and proficient with the installation and courteous and patient with explaining how the system worked. Vivint came highly recommended from Law Enforcement, and after doing a lot of research, I found that Vivint was my best option. I’m happy with the service and the quality of the equipment.

Our technician was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The system was easy to learn and everyone I have dealt with so far has been professional and very helpful. Even when setting up an older, existing system, there was no sales pressure to buy a new system and our technician not only knew how to work with it, but he also knew how to troubleshoot it. Vivint is our first experience with an alarm company and so far we are pleased with the quality of responses from the company and the professionalism.

The only dissatisfaction with the company. There was a soft credit check with the sales representative. We scheduled the appointment and I selected the equipment. A payment was required. I was ok with that process. The next day that the technician arrived. A hard credit was needed, in addition to an application for financing. I believe the process is very straightforward because what if I wasn’t approved? The technician brought all of the materials in my home with him. We spent over an hour doing paperwork before he could get started.

Eli, our tech was awesome. Very professional yet very personable and very informative. He was here 4 hours and made sure the equipment was installed properly and explained every detail that we needed to know. He was very patient and kind with questions that we had. We are very impressed and glad we chose Vivint. We will let everyone we know that this company is top notch and reasonable. Thank you.

Today on 1/03/24 I got my first ever security system. The gentleman Cipriano who installed the equipment was very knowledgeable and very friendly. My house is older military housing so the layout is different than most modern houses and the walls are a mixture of concrete and drywall. Cipriano worked so hard to make the security system fit just right even though it was difficult because of the house walls. I was very pleased with his friendliness and knowledge of the system he was installing. This gentleman definitely deserves a raise!

Jose communicated with me before the install, and explained everything very well. He spent time showing me the addition features on the app. I appreciated his willingness to make sure that I agreed with the placement of the motion device and doorbell camera. I would highly recommend using Vivint… ask for Jose!

My cameras were installed yesterday. At first they tried to get me to finance. I find that part annoying. I called back, customer service discussed options I wanted and prices in better detail. The installer was professional, courteous, and explained how everything works. The app is great and cameras have a good range.

The tech was very helpful and patient. He explained all features pertaining to the system where I or my child could understand how to work the security system. He worked in the rain late to make sure our system was up and running. Happy I chose Vivint and I would refer this system to my family and friends.

I've had Vivint since 2021 and their salesman was good. He stated they're US based and manufacture all their equipment in-house. He also said I could go to him for anything even after the installation. A month after the installation was done and they got my money, he'd refer me to call support. Fine. Typical salesman. Onto their equipment: I've had to replace the Smart Drive, a doorbell, and multiple Wi-Fi Bridges (the part that plugs into the wall). These items aren't cheap. For 2 cameras and 2 doorbells, it cost $3800 and that doesn't include tech visits (which they will do only after lengthy troubleshooting calls for $99).

Jared the manager and his team of three men, two were there for training; were very professional, punctual and thorough with all of the services and information that was needed to provide me with. I had no issues with follow up questions and learning how to use the security system. I appreciate this company and everyone involved with keeping the community safe and aware of their surroundings.

Installer was very rude, condescending, impatient and not to mention unprofessional. As a customer you’re expecting someone who is courteous and respectful not someone who is rushing you to start the job as if we have no right to ask questions and read and understand the contract. Vivint should go through the contract process ahead of time before the installer arrives so they could just be the installer. Then customer wouldn’t have to endure this nonsense.

I really was touched by the way, they went all out to work with my schedule, to get them in place, your communication, from the first time called was excellent, with keeping me informed, until the insulation was completed. The system Is very simple to use. That says another. Thanks, I'm Happy.

We loved the all process from sales associate ( Manny) and the installation tech (Jack). The switch from the previous company to Vivint was worth it. We are very happy. Manny as a sales associates was very friendly. Jack the tech was very polite and easy to deal with. He explained the whole process from A to Z. Vivint makes my house fully automated. The system is easy to operate.

Camera quality is AMAZING! Much better than our Arlo or Ring doorbell cameras. Will be adding more in the future! The system gives me peace of mind that if someone should attempt to enter my home or vehicle without permission the cameras will record quality images that can be used to identify the person.

Not what I expected, which was better facial recognition. Unfortunately I feel as though their service is overrated. I feel they could do much better than with their service and camera quality. I would have to say if I ever decide to switch out Vivint I will definitely do my homework and look into a couple of More security camera services PERIOD.

The agent was professional and nice. Explained everything and gave demos. He even took old cameras off the house that were there before I moved in. The agent even took the time to clean up after himself. I am very satisfied with my system and the service provided. Thanks for the next day fast service.

I was told I was going to get a call within a thirty minute window. Instead, I received a text regarding instructions on how to set up my alarm system. With all the scams in this world, I did not feel safe doing this without calling Vivint to clarify it is them. Also, there are multiple malfunctions within 24 hours after connecting the system.

From my first call to purchase to install and execution it was less than 48 hours. Michael the installer was extremely knowledgeable and was in and out of my house in less than 2 hours. I have the camera with spotlights, window door sensor and glass break sensor as well as the smoke and CO2 detectors.

We recently bought a house and had the previous Vivint system transferred to us with some additions made. Although we haven’t yet had much experience with the new system (everything appears great so far) I have to say that the installer, Roden, made everything clear, he was so kind and friendly and honest and I feel he went above and beyond with the install and communication through the whole process!

Vivint has been my security system for a while. A lot of people that I know have Vivint. It's a great security system. It even alerts you of what's going on at your house. It's very careful as well. It's sends out alerts of broken glass has happen. The thermostat is easy to control. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Schedule everything online and over the phone twice with an agreed upon price. Informed Rep on phone pre-existing equipment I had. Once installer arrived everything changed. Price tripled!!!! Nothing initially discussed was approved and entire agreement changed. Took technician 5-6 hours to complete then came back 3 hours later saying none of my equipment wasn’t syncing but was working perfectly fine in my home and . Tech said he had to replace panel with a new one and it would be $600 or sign a 5 year contract. He installed new panel and now none of my phone app stuff work!!!! I’m cancelling service next business day.

Our family purchased Vivint’s home security system for our new home after seeing the system at a family member’s home. We love the great quality of the system and the flexibly to customize the system to fit our needs. The price is great and makes it even better! The installation went smoothly and our technician was very informative and also helped us enhance our system with a few recommendations. Will definitely recommend to others!

My husband and I both got transferred from department to department and received conflicting information. We have two properties set up with Vivint and lost access to both. The panel needed to be reset, the app had to be uninstalled and reinstalled and I had myself set up as 3 separate users… It’s a mess.

The Installer, Chris, was great, very professional and explained the system in detail. Answered all of our questions. The install was done fairly quickly and Chris helped us determine exactly what we needed, nothing unnecessary. The System so far seems very intuitive. The camera angles are perfect. The video are very clean and clear. Overall very impressed so far.

The customer service was phenomenal, Pete and Tony went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. They didn’t rush through any explanations, and were very thorough. 10/10, will absolutely recommend! I haven’t been sleeping in my room due to safety concerns, but now that I have this system installed, I can sleep worry free.

Wow! I have to say, the service from the rep was absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. And let me tell you, they didn't miss a single detail when explaining the installment process. It was clear, concise, and left me feeling completely informed. The system works extremely well. I bought it when there was a promo that gets you 1 doorbell and 1 outdoor cam for $20. I paid for the system in full and it came out to around $600. Monthly costs are around $50-60 depending on how many cameras you add. It works well and the video quality is very good. Vivint support is helpful if you need to add on more services or protection plans. I ended up getting a Vivint Protection Plan add on and Playback DVR. The services work very well. I recommend Vivint if you are looking for a hassle free system professional security system.

I submitted a request for information form online after a minor incident at my house with some neighborhood kids throwing rocks at my house and dog. I had a phone call consultation with a sales rep who called me seconds after submitting the form, and an appointment for installation for my system the next afternoon. Install was quick and professional and helped me add a few things that I didn’t know were offered.

I re-activated the account on my home after a switch in owner. I was trying to access the mobile app and when I went to the panel I found I couldn’t set up. Called and the agent was VERY HELPFUL. Got me totally set up and gave me info on more cameras for my home. Thank you. Feeling secure.

The Vivint process from the explanation of different purchase packages to scheduling of appointment times that suited our availability throughout entire installation was an awesome experience. The sales rep, Steele was very informative explaining the benefit of each part that could be included and the installation technician, Damien, provided a more than expected rewarding experience! Vivint took my money & didn’t give me promotional services for being a 1st time customer! Technician broke my lamp in my house & vivint never paid for my broken lamp! Vivint customer service wouldn’t assist the technician in installing the warranty product for $6.99 & now that I called to advise of the problem, Vivint charged my card $9.99 which I never authorized! They also tried taking an $11.99 from my account without authorization! I don’t recommend this service at all because the Reps/Sales people lie to you to get the service & when the technician arrives, it’s something else! Vivint you need to call me asap to replace my broken lamp!!

Everything went great with my installation. Mr ** was very professional and a great communicator. Any question that I asked, was answered with great confidence. He gave me ideal locations for the cameras and once they were installed, I was very satisfied with the results. I had to leave and he was able to walk me through the entire hub application.

Again..the Tech, Diego, was great..and I received good info and what was expected..I left ADT due to poor customer service sitting on hold then being disconnected time and time again...and lies about prices..I hope that doesn't happen here. The equiptment is up to date and user friendly and so is the app.

Vivint had taken out 2 down payments. When it was to be only one. I decided that I didn't want their service. Still waiting for both of my refund. I reached out to them and still waiting on my refund. Two months and still waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. It it is funny how easy easy they can receive it. But it's a runaround to get it back.

The salesman and technician were both very professional and personable! Everything was well explained upfront. All the equipment was installed in one day, including cameras, thermostat, fire and smoke detectors, video doorbell and new alarm panel. The technician ensured the equipment was working properly and showed me how to navigate and use the new alarm panel. He also showed me how to use the new Vivint app on my phones and tablets. He was extremely patient and did not leave until I was comfortable with everything! A real professional! Kudos!

The representative Acree who came to my house was absolutely wonderful. We had some hiccups at the beginning but he stayed late to ensure safety of my home. I definitely want to recognize what a great employee, how professional, and friendly that he is. I would recommend this security system to everybody.

Constant problems and conflicting technical support. Many false alarms and error notifications. Looking for another company. We have an older system that the company should be responsible for replacing. Instead they can't adequately support my system and expect me to buy an upgrade. Why do I pay monthly monitoring for 13 years for a system that is not reliable.

The quote I got on the phone and what the technician said my rate was were two different things of course more expensive. Technician drilled a hole in the middle of my wall by mistake. The install took 8 hours! I didn’t like how I was spoke to and had to call my husband home for help. It was a terrible experience all the way around.

I am a return customer as I sold my previous house some months ago. Unbeknownst to me, I left some equipment behind thinking the process was similar to the other company I had before that had just lost my business after 14+ years. Anyway, with the purchase of my new home I called to have Vivint install the equipment I did bring along. Because I needed more than what I brought, of course I had to purchase more equipment, which I did outright to avoid financing/hard Inquiry.

The service is easy to use. The tech examples everything in detail. I would Recommend Vivint.. to my friends and family. The quality of service was on point. I feel safer with the System, if I'm not away. It lets me know that something is open and to alarm the system. When I go to bed I'm truly happy with the results. Of being safe definitely we'll recommended.

I was charged $26 even prior to system installation, then the package that was quoted was so different. They had me sign docusign for equipment, They made me do a video recording saying my technician who is installing is only working for Vivint some phoney stuff on the recording that they have so I decided to call after installation to cancel

My install went fantastic. Arrival was early inside of the window. The installer was professional and knowledgeable. What was promised was delivered. Definitely worth a look for anyone to invest in their home. Peace of mind and security in protecting your primary asset is essential. Great job! Thank you guys so much.

Manny showed up at my door and asked me if I would like to switch my service. I expressed to him that I previously had Vivint and had issues and he assured me that they have changed for the better so I decided to switch. So he called up Mario and we got the process started. He called up the installers and they got to work and were all installed within 30 min.

All customer service support staff is very helpful taking time to explain what's going on at every step. My installation technician was professional and knowledgeable about the system. Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend company to others. System is very easy to use. And information always available. Trusted company for sure

My husband and I just want to say that from start to finish this was the smoothest transition we had ever gone through. From the salesman to the set up. The guys were extremely nice and patient with us. They explained everything and if we didn’t get it, they explained it over in a different way. Everything is so easy. So glad we did this!

Purchased home in Colorado Springs CO and home had a Vivint security system. Had to setup system in our name with our settings. Steven took care of everything by phone and the process was flawless and only took 10 minutes. System is now operational and working as it is designed to do.

The technician was very professional. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment. That installer was perfect. He helped out with the setup and showed me how to operate the app. He also showed up on time. He left his number in case I needed to refer someone. He explained that I had 3 day if I would like to cancel the contract. He took down the old equipment and set it aside for return to old company. I was very satisfied with the view of the camera quality also.

I am very satisfied with the equipment, the installation and the technician knowledge but the salesperson who I invited into home to make his pitch was not totally honest about the upfront costs and when I tried to reach out to ask questions he was all of a sudden not able to be reached even though he said he would be available any time I had a question. I’m over it now but Vivint needs to work with their salespeople on integrity with future customers and their product.

We spoke to 4 different people and bounced around from one to the next. Bottomline all questions were not answer. We were left on hold and not return to answer our questions. Very Frustrating. Would of liked set up appointment with someone to explain the new system face to face.

Everything fine. I’m happy with the system. Only the installation took longer (2 visits) than what I expected and what the sales agent told me. For the rest everything is good. Sébastien sold us the contract. ** found in clumps under table after the team left. Backyard light blinked on and off all night. Very sloppy installation. Boxes found in garage and other areas of house. Found other systems for half this price. They were polite to us as seniors. I am saddened and disappointed. Please remove the system.

Basic equipment installed panel, door sensors, S/A/CO detector, two glass break sensors. Should have had motion sensor but was not in the package. Did secure the garage door option. Impressive security system. The cameras allow for excellent capture of anyone's ID. This enables the police with a great solveability factor in the course of a criminal investigation. The deter mode is also a great factor to protect property, by scaring them away. And, the security system is easy to understand and operate.

The technician was kind and informative. The system seems to work great. The locks for the door correspond with the system which is really cool. I like that everything can be accessed with the app. You can lock your doors and check if they are locked when you are away from home.

The side camera was installed facing the neighbor's house instead of our own. The technician left sawdust all over the floor after installing the door sensors. He also chipped part of the door when drilling to install the sensor. Our keyless door lock does not function properly and will not close or open unless done manually.

The new Vivint alarm system is a good one. So far no issues with it. It does however have one flaw. The screen light is a bit too bright and it’s just a blank video. But the camera video is very good and sharp. The camera for the door as well. The app for my Vivint security system is not difficult at all. The sales man Pete was on the money. He explained it to us in detail and now I’m ready to transfer my old old system to Vivint.

This is my third day being a customer with you at Vivint. Russell my salesperson was very nice and I was impressed with the technology. I had a 15-year-old system installed by various companies and none of them work together and they couldn’t service it because they didn’t install it. I was impressed that you said you installed it you own it and you would service it. However, the service is the problem, no one seems to be able to follow through and do what they promise. I work on a large casino on the strip, and I am no what it is to give great service, and I expected in return, have pride in your work. Don’t just hurry up install the system as I have to go, I asked them both for stickers that day and oh yeah we’re gonna do that but then they had to go finish the job. Small details matter do a completely. Show some pride in your work..

I inherited a Vivint system when I bought my home. The activation was fine. I was told my system was the first generation. I was given to a department to get a newer system. The rep was slow and dragging, had no sense of urgency. In spite of me urging him to hurry. When you outsource your call center to India you need to account for differences in cultures.

He was also very informative and took his time to explain what we got, the way that he would be setting things up and how to properly use it! Awful experience. Nonresponsive to requests, lots of promises and no action, stay away from them. After I spoke with an inside rep in Utah to resolve the issues, I cannot get her and I got someone else trying to take away the discount originally given. I feel as if they can stall you, you will miss the 3-day cancellation period.
