The Tech (Dillan) did a great job setting up everything and had helped me a lot to understand the dos and don'ts and I really felt comfortable when explaining it. He was very friendly and funny. Very pleased with his service.

From start to completion I have been very satisfied. The Salesman who explained the pricing options was very thorough in answering any questions. The installation technician was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient regarding my questions. He told me to contact him at any time if I needed any assistance or was unsure of anything concerning arming, disarming or any feature of the system. He said he would be back at my convenience (if possible) to give me the confidence to use all of the service available in the system. For an “elderly “ customer (83) often "technical issues" can seem overwhelming but he was so kind and patient explaining everything. I would never hesitate recommending Vivint Security System to anyone seeking a secure environment…especially an elderly person living alone.

Keron Was great. He explained everything and helped us set everything up. He even helped with our phone setup. Not only did he take his time with me but then did it again when my husband came home. Great experience.

The technician that installed the system was great and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Vivint to others. We are planning to install it in our home in the near future. The system is very easy to use. Vivint will definitely get our business again.

Joe was very helpful and answered every concern I had. The install ran longer than expected due to some technical difficulties but I didn’t mind at all since service was excellent. He wasn’t pushy and listened to what I was wanting in a system.

Your disclosure in fine print should be part of the onboard process when you are speaking with customer service. The installation time-frame should also be discussed before the appointment. I was not happy the tech has to come back on day two to complete the install.

Lance did an excellent job on showing us the unit and how it worked. 10 star service all the way. Great attitude I think. He deserves a raise. He showed us step by step how to work it. He was awesome.

Clark ** did a great job. He is professional and super nice! He installed all the equipment with ease, and walked us through how to use everything, he was very thorough. My husband and myself would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family.

Brandon was a lot of help and explained everything, we forgot to put 24 monitoring and he had explained that part and luckily when he mentioned it we were able to add it on. Our system was also put together in good time!

LOVED LOVED LOVED Chad ** our sales/technician. What a gem. He understood our needs and took care of them immediately, and had us completely installed the same day, As for the "sales department" I was really shocked that they promote their "sales team" to steal other employee's clients. Chad and I had our appointment on the books for WEEKS. I get a call from Rich 2 days before my appointment, calling to make my "installation" appointment. I said, "How can you make an installation appt, without knowing my needs and what equipment we will need." Then he was adamant about making the appointment one day earlier, I said, "Sure, let's get it done sooner." 30 minutes later I get a text from Chad confirming our appointment, he didn't know who Rich was, nor did he want our appt changed. I said, "Don't worry, I will see you on Friday as planned."

Great transition from sales to implementing security system. T was an amazing transfer and I am thoroughly satisfied. I was completely and always informed of next steps.. My installer was both knowledgeable and very expert and his install keeping me informed of the next steps!

They were very helpful in answering all my questions and were pleasant to speak to. They were professional and let me decide on things without pressuring me to choose a selection. They were also able to go through my package since it had been a few months. Overall they were professional and very helpful. I was satisfied with the work and end product.

The installer was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. After we advised him of where we want the new equipment installed, Mr. Michael ** agreed of the areas we wanted placed. If I had to rate him from 1-10, 10 being the best I would give him a 10.

Technician was prompt and courteous. He arrived only a few minutes after 8 am and kept me updated throughout the installation process. Post installation he cleaned up and left my home in the manner it was found. He showed me how to use my new system and answered all my questions. Overall, the experience/process was simple.

Daughter living in League City TX needed to replace her security cameras. Rep reached out to her, offered her supposedly a deal credit too low so told her she needed a co-signer. Said I would help. Did all paperwork & come to find out after all said & done Vivint did it all under my name. Joey said Vivint would remove old cameras but lied again. Quoted one price & ended double price.

I spoke the one of the representative about someone trying to kick my back door in while I slept and he hook me up with a nice package deal. Wish I knew his name but he was so helpful. Honestly I feel that my home and family finally will be in good hands. Thank you Vivint!!

I paid almost 200 on December 30th being told I had 30 days to try out the system and my other two cameras would be able to be installed after if I wanted to continue with service. I still have yet to receive any confirmation of my order being filled or shipped.

Had an easy and pain free switch from the old users to us today! Would definitely recommend! They checked all of the equipment and fixed what wasn’t working. Offered to replace the non working devices as well as gave recommendations.

I couldn't get the mobile segment going because I don't have wifi in this area yet. I was told I would have to call back to set this portion up once wifi is available to me. I do like the arm/disarm, lock/unlock, nest, and surround camera features.

I used Vivint back in 2018/2019 when I was living in Georgia and loved it then. I had them come back out to reinstall yesterday and all I can say is I love the new updates. We were planning to get a flood light for our front, luckily for me they had the option of a floodlight camera. Which we absolutely love! Rome installed everything and he was awesome. He walked us through everything and he was just awesome overall. I’m really happy with everything Rome did for my family and I!

The installer was awesome and knowledgeable on the devices that was installed. He explained to me how to use the devices and services in an easy manner. I highly recommend Vivint for anyone looking for a new security system or to replace your existing one!

The phone introduction was very thorough and easy to follow. The associate who called me was easy to follow and it was easy to follow her instructions. The system seems to be easy to operate and makes the operating of the system very easy. I think I will like this system very much.

Installation was good but salespersons were very pushy and not clear as to why they kept pushing to sign agreement. Afterwards after things cleared I moved forward in getting equipment installed. So for now will see if it works as it says. Installation was great and informative.

My installer Ricky was awesome and knowledgeable. Very honest and professional which I look for and appreciate. He educated me on the system’s tips and tricks which seem very user friendly and I can’t wait to leave and activate it.

The installation of our new alarm system was easy and the installer was good about what he was going to do. He removed the previous system which we’ve had for 12 years which was good until they were bought out by another company. I won’t say their name but I will not recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, Vivint has provided great service. They got me set up with what I needed, called to make sure everything was good to go for the install, and the Tech got ahold of me to see if they could do the install early. Thanks for squeezing me in and making sure it got done.

The technician was on time which was slated for the hours of 12p-4p. Upon entering my home to the end, Abdul ** was very open about what needed to be done. My experience today with my Vivint specialist was phenomenal, I would recommend him at any time to friends and family. Customer service has fallen through the cracks in recent years unfortunately, my experience today gave me hope that all is not lost. Keep up the good work.

The customer experience with Vivint was great from sales to installation. The sales rep, Warith was very knowledgeable, professional, detailed and patient. He took the time to answer each of my question and provided clarification where needed. I was kept abreast of the entire process through phone calls, text and email every step of the way. The installers Jason and Jimmy were awesome. They accommodated me from miles away by making video calls to show me the layout of the system and how it works. They even took the time to do a walk through to make sure all windows and doors were locked before leaving. I am hoping that the equipment will work as promised and that the customer service will continue to be great.

When setting up for a move on New Year's, we were referred to Vivint from Georgia Electric, not expecting to walk away with anything other than the free doorbell camera, we were still interested. Alex immediately peaked our interest with an outgoing personality and knowledge of the product. She helped us find the perfect package for our home at a more than reasonable price. 10/10 for Alex and Vivint as a whole.

Doesn't exist. Not to mention, EXTREMELY expensive! It took about 5 hours to install. Felt pressured into installation as soon as I signed agreement. I feel taken advantage of, stuck w/ exorbitant bill. Never again. Not happy at all. Do not recommend this company.

I recently purchased home and needed to update security system, technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He made sure all my questions/concerns were answered before he left. Explained the cancellation policy in full before leaving. Made sure system was up and running.

We had an alarm system installed to replace a system we had for over 20 years and not one time was it service by the former company. Right now we have complete peace knowing that we are secure spiritually and physically.

I called VIVINT to upgrade my parents existing system. The sales person wrote the ticket for a new system in my name (I dont live there) to capture the commissions. The installer (great guy) was booked for 3 hours and it took him 6 hours due to sales not capturing the migration of our existing system over to the new system. He was harassed by his office and by following customers which he handled with class. Now the system has partial cloud based backup with older cameras not on the cloud. The sales person did a terrible job of assessing my needs, advising me accurately, and selling me what I wanted versus what he/she wanted to sell me (commission).

Justin did a great job in explaining everything thoroughly. Gives me a piece of mind knowing my family will feel safe. All the equipment and the application are very easy to understand and use. Will definitely be recommending our family members. Thank you so much!

I had had Vivint in the past at my other house and when my current contract ran out from a different company I could not wait to get back to them! Our installation tech was very nice and helpful. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and how it worked. I appreciated he wore a mask but I mentioned he didn’t have to wear it. The gentleman had an answer for every question I had and more. He worked fast and left no mess. The install was flawless and the gentleman that did my install deserve a raise for the work he provided here today. Could not have asked for a better tech and company.

I was not home during the install but the technician kept me in the loop and introduced me to and thru the system remotely from work. I was connected to the app system and shown how to control all the functions and my wife was well educated by the technician onsite. I’m excited to get familiar with my new system.

This company has been the most stressful experience ever. Avoid it at all costs. I bought a full home security system, paid it off in full, only to have the equipment be faulty and have to deal with terrible customer service and cancellation refusals. I have a full camera system, but I would notice that the front camera would not be picking up people approaching and leaving packages at my door. It would, however, pick up every person walking by my house down the sidewalk, just would decide to not pick up the ones actually approaching my door 1/3 of the time. I complained multiple times, only to have them do a camera reset each time.

Very professional, trusty, well mannered. He explained every questions and answer them clearly, definitively a good decision I made. Now I feel a lot better cause of the Vivint Security. Thank you, for the information that I needed to make this purchase.

Called Vivint yesterday and 24 hrs later I have my system installed and running. Very quick and efficient setup process. Excellent technician. He went over everything and I didn’t have to worry about self install. Went over app and features thoroughly.

The technician was timely, worked clean, answered questions and made suggestions about what is best for the security of our property. He didn’t try to oversell what we needed and we actually ended up spending less money than we had anticipated.

Greg was on time very professional, explain everything about the system since I was upset because the salesperson give a wrong price for same equipment and never talk me about the $1200 down payment. But very impressed with the company technologies. Definitely I will recommend.

Very professional, very secure, and they have door locks that go with the system so you can arm/disarm, lock doors from your phone. It doesn't run off of wifi which makes you more secure and nobody can hack into your system.

Was a little nervous about my install being the first time of such installation. Michelle was very friendly and fast with installing my hub, doorbell camera and sensors. I highly recommend Vivint with their support and installation of my smart home.

We were completely satisfied with the installation from our technician. The salesman was friendly, however certain things he did lie about. My main question to him was is there a lag in the camera footage when pulling it up on the app? He flat-out said no. I told him that was my dissatisfaction with my prior system, and he assured me that there was no lag in what was currently happening and from what we are seeing and hearing on the cameras. There is a lag. We just also asked a simple question as far as how long the installation takes? He flat-out said 30 minutes.

Sadly I got broken into on Sunday 1 am. I didn’t feel safe anymore in my home. But in just 2 days, I had my system put on and ready to go! Awesome experience! Friendly staff all around, my only regret is not getting this sooner!

Installation was ok, tech could have been more careful. Not all prices were explained completely but once it was I understood. System is nice. I like it so far. Works better than the ADT system I replaced and ring system I replaced.

I got rid of ADT because of poor service and unreliable product. Vivint has been outstanding in all areas and understood what I expected. I now feel safe in my house! I was in the technical side of the video business for 20 years in Silicon Valley. The technology installed into the house was top quality, flexible with great features and a breeze to understand and operate. The service guy and his team were best in kind. I’m now looking into having more Vivint products installed.

I absolutely love my new 4k upgrade! I can zoom in from my phone screen and the detail is great day or night. The install was quick and easy. The Vivint install guy (Logan), was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. (Thanks Logan and everyone on the Vivint team.)

Jason the sales man neglected to tell me about the extra $30.68 on top of the $ 108 a month, also told me I wouldn't have to worry about my wifi cause their equipment doesn't use it, and I wanted 5 cams and he said ok and we went over that but I ended up with 4 instead, there are huge recording gaps. Last one I looked at was over a 13 hour gap the doorbell cam didn't even catch a rake handle somehow being moved right in front of it. The only reason I discovered it was my dogs were barking and I clicked on live view and there it was but no clip as to how it got there which is 1 of 3 incidents that it didn't record also on live view.

The installation team were friendly, prompt, efficient and explained how to operate system very well. I have a very old Adobe home and did not want unnecessary holes in the walls. They worked hard to accommodate my request. I strongly recommend Vivint!

The installer David was very prompt and professional the system looks great and easy to navigate it gives the system a more modern look much better than other companies, they have really took it to another level when it come to security. Highly recommended.

My experience has been great! When I called to get a quote the representative was amazing explaining what they offer. I was expecting my package to be an arm and a leg but it’s very reasonable for everything that I got. I got a doorbell a smart lock a few cameras around the house and some sensors on the window. You people are liars and a terrible company for deceiving me into a 5 year contract and a secret loan for overpriced equipment. You should be ashamed of yourselves. When I spoke with the salesperson and the installer when I got Vivint, they told me I could cancel at any time and were correct as to what the monthly charges would be. But when it came time to cancel, I found out that I was enrolled in a 5 year contact (which was never disclosed to me) and ALL the equipment was in my name from some private bank. If I wanted to cancel I would have to PURCHASE ALL of the equipment, worth $4000. For 3 cameras and some window sensors, this is totally insane and criminal gauging. Not only are they holding us hostage for the next few years, they are gouging us on monitoring and equipment leasing costs. DO NOT HIRE VIVINT. They are liars. You haven't heard the last from me. I will make sure that no one I know will EVER hire Vivint for anything.

My installer, Zach, was exceptional! He arrived on time and took the time needed to make sure I understood everything from the financing and monitoring fee to what he was going to install. The installation was done in a timely manner and Zach made sure everything was working properly. I would recommend Vivint to anyone who is looking for a security system for their home or business!

Vivint offers a variety of home security options for you home. We are using the Smart Hub Lite, keypad, water sensors, door/window sensors, doorbell camera, and glass break sensor. So far we have been impressed by Vivint’s products and customer service.

The quality of the equipment is quite high and the installation was simple, because the system explain me everything step by step. It took me less than 1 hour installing everything. Thanks to the different sensors you can secure your home a lot and control everything that happens from where you are. Highly recommended!

This was an easy installation and very easy to follow. The only issue was stating a verbal password that it didn’t ask for me to enter. Also, at first set up it stated the set up account needed to be done again when I first finished. Almost did it twice.

It was a whirlwind- to sign up for Vivint’s home security and have it all installed 3 hours later. The crew did a great job! Impressed with the entire system. Customized for my needs. Love the doorbell camera and the indoor/outdoor cameras. Something I always wanted, but only got them due to Vivint.

I have only had my cams for about 3 months. I have called them to tell them they are not working right at all. They said to send someone out it was going to cost me like almost 200. You got to be kidding me. Now the panel don't work also. They did not Do my discounts at all. So here I sit with a 2000 dollar security system that I clearly can't use. And see if I didn't pay they would Ruin my credit.

Set up wasn’t too hard, however I did need help with my neighbor who was the Vivint representative to help troubleshoot some issues with recognizing wifi. I would also recommend a learn your system within in the app to refer back to things like adding users and setting custom settings.

Jessie ** was our service technician! He provided great service, he was very friendly and helpful throughout installing our equipment. Also very patient throughout all of my questions. Very professional and pleased that my service went so smooth and stress free. Great installation tech!

MJ was courteous efficient and thorough. He labeled wires that should have been labeled by prior technician. He made sure to explain everything. He figured out and solved every issue with my entire system. He fixed and remounted broken cameras. He was patient as he was on hold with Vivint to handle my broken camera and system issues. He was caring and kind. Made sure I understood and was comfortable with how to use my system. I really lucked out with having MJ as my technician. Grateful! I would hang onto him as long as you can.

The people were very nice and efficient. They listened and was very nice. They even cleaned up their mess as they worked. They then helped me to know how to work the system to get the best outcome. They were also interactive with the grand baby so he wouldn’t be afraid. The system seems to be easy to use. We feel as though we can be safe in our home and also not have to worry as much about packages or unwanted visitors.

Javani was very helpful and kind and is a incredibly harder worker. The technician was also a very hard worker and installed everything in a timely and professional manner. And helped me navigate using the new system. My only complaint is that you have young people like Javani, out in a dangerous neighborhood late into the day and it's not safe or y'all wouldn't be trying to sell us home security.

Having been in customer service roles myself. It’s nice to have a good experience of my own. My technician Zach was on time for arrival and very informative on the software and products. The only issue we encountered was with the MyQ integration with the Vivint App.

Today I had my Home Security system installed. The technician Abdul ** was patient, courteous and professional. After getting here and learning that I may have been deceived by a salesman he quickly mitigated the issue. He took his time and explained everything about using the system and the application.

The install was easy and the instructions were easy to follow along with. The little screw on the bottom of the doorbell camera was a little difficult to align but I was able to make it work. A good experience all around.

When Collin from Vivint came to my door to explain the security features of the doorbell camera and other options of the Smart Home System, he was extremely courteous and thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions. He wasn’t pushy or pressuring AT ALL, which I really appreciated! Then Brandon arrived a couple days later to do the install. He was also excellent in explaining how the panel worked and allowed me to test the functions while he was there in case I had any questions. The panel is easy to operate, and having the security makes me feel much safer being in the house alone.

After many years with mediocre service from ADT we decided to switch to Vivint. Reviews in general were positive. Install process was fast and smooth. Kyle was professional and his work was exceptional. Everything was clearly explained and checked for function. The equipment is much better than the ADT equipment it was replacing (and that system was not even 4 years old). Any further system upgrades will be performed by Kyle.

Tech was very professional and gave me an explanation of the working system. I am not very technical so I will go over the printed materials to be review the operation of my system. It will also help me to remember as I explain how it works to my daughters. Will probably use the system when I am away from home and also overnight.

All my services weren’t connected like they said they would be. I was told they would be out Monday. They came out Wednesday. The installment man was great. However, when I called into the office, their customer service was very poor God hung up on, and everyone is not on the same page no one seem to care even after speaking to a manager.

My install was super smooth and my technician (Ty) was polite, patient, and professional. I was disappointed the cameras I purchased from Vivint just a few years ago had to be replaced because they “weren’t compatible” anymore. They were very expensive considering their lifespan. Overall I would still recommend vivint to anyone looking for a security system. Their app is very user friendly and convenient to use.
