The experience exceeded expectations. The customer service from Acree was above and beyond. He was thorough in the explanation of the system and left my family confident in operating the every piece of equipment he installed. I would highly recommended the services and equipment provided for me today.

Everything was done in a timely manner! Looking forward to working with them again with my new location. With all the noise that was going on with my daycare kids they were still able to work and was friendly with the kids as well. Love the service and the new updates they have.

Love the system so far however the job is not finished. My installer was nice but he did not have enough inventory to do what was expected. In addition, there was too much variation in cost. I am unclear why.

Mannnn that tech guy is the best I’ve ever met. He was so nice, work very clean. Doing everything as if it was his own house. Thank you so much guy. Your products are so expensive and you could have give us window sensors too. For over $3700 whatever we got is not enough. I am satisfied with the tech guy but the service is way overpriced for just 2 cameras, and some door sensors. Definitely not getting your service for my other home. I could get these cameras and sensors for under $1000. Guys for $3700 not even a window sensor, not even one window sensor. No sensor for home entry interior garage door. All my windows are not even strong windows. I’d get 24 doors and windows sensors on Amazon for just $59.99 and the 2 cameras could cost only from $600 to $1000. For $3700 I am not satisfied for what I got.

From the moment I called Vivint, their customer service is outstanding. The tech that helped me set up my system was so patient and willing to assist. I felt comfortable asking any questions I had and he would answer and repeat as needed for me to understand. Thank you!

They did a very thorough job explaining and demonstrating use of alarm supplies. Zoe was excellent leader for the job. The other helpers were great too. They made sure everything was working right. Score they left and answered all questions.

Home security Vivint, so far I am very pleased, had great service, nice people, courtesy, helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend to everybody, should have gotten it sooner, but was never necessary, had 6 dogs in the house, now with all the burglaries and crime rise in El Paso made me make this decision!

The technician was knowledgeable, kind and a very hard worker. He explained how the security system works, he mentioned a promotion for solar panels and added a camera to cover blind spots. He provides awesome customer service. The security is working very well.

The install didn't take long at all and the technician was super helpful and explained everything in great detail. The system is easy to use with the app and I like the smart lock. I appreciated how clean he was while working too. I'm really excited about the new system.

The installer was very nice and super helpful. We were able to work out a good install scenario given other equipment already installed. Installer was very knowledgeable and was able to install all sensors and keypad properly and cleanly. I was given complete and good instructions on use of the keypad and we sensors and the app. Also was able to integrate apps together.

I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to get 4 major doors to function properly, with no luck! That was very frustrating and disappointing for me!! I think I would rather switch to a month to month plan! I have lost confidence in Vivint Security! Please make sure that 12 month contract gets changed to the month to month program! I do believe the quality of equipment used and ease of use is excellent. However, the lack of transparency with purchasing the system is concerning and frankly, dishonest and deceiving. Never once did the “salesman” indicate a “line or credit” would be needed and established with a contracted vendor (Citizens Bank). Never once was any specific or granular level of detail concerning the true cost was ever revealed. Never once did he indicate two separate monthly payments would be required. Also, when they say “professionally installed”, that's also incorrect and misleading. It is not done by professionals and mine was installed very poorly. I have since fixed or made it less of an eye sore. Overall it a happy customer.

The installation guy was friendly but moving rather fast. I do understand that it was late in the evening but I think I am pretty good with all of the training I received.

I Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an alternative to ADP and other alarm company that has no flexibility in pricing. Everything was done professionally and fast. I'm glad I made the decision to move forward with Vivint. The install window was a bit wide but it pretty common for most installation.

My installation was thorough and fairly quick. The tech was informative and very respectful. I was shown how to navigate my system and shown how they work. I was also shown how the app for my system works. I was very pleased with how easy it is.

That got the install completed the day signed on! There was no hassle and no standing around! Then another team came to help them complete! After install they demonstrated the App to Me. I was very pleased with my Vivint security installer. He was very thorough explaining my equipment. After installation he showed me where all equipment was and what they were for. I was shown how to use my cell phone for locking and unlocking my security system. He made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Luke was so helpful. He walked me through step by step what was going to take place. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Luke even told me that Vivint helps with the installation of their products since I'm not savvy with installing basic equipment. I was very nervous but Luke reassured me Vivint is there to help

The tech Aryel was kind, respectful, knowledge and efficient. The system is very self explanatory, however, your text will explain and demonstrates everything. I would have given five stars, although a 3-year contract was not explained to me during sign up. I still would have went through with the install, but I should have been given a choice. All the sudden they’re here, I’m busy loving in and suddenly the details are explained. The service is great, no need to leave out important details just so people will sign up. We’re busy enough with moving!

Zack did a great job explaining the service, and Kimball was on-time, friendly, and got it done right. The system works well, and I've got much better peace of mind. While I certainly hope that I never have to put the system to the test, I'm confident that it's up to the task. Thanks again!

Nathan was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, efficient and respectful during the entire installation process, going over each device and explaining how they are used and pricing. Everything occurred in the manner he explained, and a second technician showed up who was just as great to speed along the process. A great experience so far and would definitely recommend!

Will not let me get to my account number and finish signing up. Says that sight is not available. When you do get in you can't get your secure number. When you try to go back to the site you get thrown out.

The two men who installed my system were outstanding, They did know what they were doing. Their rating is a 10 on a scale of 10 in my opinion. I wish I knew about Vivint 2 or 3 years ago. Excellent product, I'm very happy with my decision to install Vivint.

No complaints on installation, had little concern on the process. The sales rep messed with my name, 2. The system did not give me option to select Credit card. I had to use my checking account. 3. I registered for solar and this was a promotional offer however I have been charged 1000$.

The technician was patient and well versed on how to explain everything. You need more technicians like this one. This was a definite positive experience. The technician stayed until everything was done and fully tested. The care and attention to detail was remarkable.

The equipment works well, but the technicians was very sloppy. They left all the wood chips that the drill made was left on my countertop and floor. I personally had to ask the three tech to keep my front door closed because they were allowing flying insects to come into my home. Very very poor service! Will not refer this company to anyone.

Seems like a significant disconnect between promised service and delivery. Agent over phone promised full install, including of purchased locks, and on arrival of technician, claims to need locksmith to drill holes for install. When produced locksmith (called to have someone come over), found door thickness didn’t fit lock (despite having told agent in prep that door was non standard and thick).

The sales description and installation speed were amazing. Very impressed with both Jordan ** (Sales) and Zane who installed. The sales was presented professionally and with my best interest in mind. No manipulative sales tactics and the installation was the very next day and done quickly and explained thoroughly.

My experience with the installers who went through my existing equipment and made it work, was excellent. They left only when everything worked and repaired what didn’t. Dustin was very competent with the equipment and courteous with answering my questions.

Our in-person tech who handled the installation was very professional and kind. We were not prepared for a call with a representative trying to sell us on Vivint Home and Auto insurance. The representative on the phone was very helpful, but also a bit pushy. When we told him we were not interested and had decided to stick with our current Home and Auto provider, he was very curt and his disappointment was very obvious, even over the phone. He hung up very quickly and the way he ended the conversation was very rude.

Technician Jalin ** #** did a very excellent job for me and really explained everything to me in detail. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Jalin taught me how to use my system on the panel and the phone. Jalin also helped me learn my door lock.

I’m so pleased with the overall process from my initial call to install! Both the fella on the phone and the one in person for the install have been incredibly helpful. I didn’t leave either interaction with a ton of questions since they were answered in real time and/or before I even felt a need to ask! They were so awesome! Both were super efficient and the installer was in/out in a flash! So courteous and knowledgeable! I’ll be telling everyone about how great of a experience I’ve had! And now with my cameras, I LOVE their clarity and range! The door lock is easily managed now from my phone and the keypad will be great for my kid who can’t remember her key all the time! I’m just so happy. Oh, and got it all with very reasonable pricing!

It has only been one day since getting the security cameras and doorbell camera set up. So far things are running smoothly. The picture on all the cameras is really clear, day and night. I really like the notification for which door is being opened. The system is very easy to use. Family friendly.

You guys told me you'll be able to install fire detector and when everything was install the technician told me he couldn't do it, I'm really disappointed of the service and already looking to cancel and change to ADT, fire detectors are crucial for any building.

Our set up started late because instead of calling my husband like we requested they messaged me while at work and I didn’t have my phone. During setup the police showed up to my house twice. We had to request a phone call multiple times but were told they can only communicate via text. Even though the police kept getting called to my house. We are still not finished with set up and it has been two days.
