Stephen did an excellent job in the installation of my home security system. I work from home, but barely knew he was here. When we conducted our walk around he listened carefully to my needs and made great suggestions on maximizing my four-camera system. Once done, he went over everything and made sure I knew how to properly administer my system and what to expect going forward. 5-Star installation service. I'm looking forward to the support model. Highly recommended.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered most of our questions. The scheduling process is not very customer friendly. The first three or four appointments were either canceled or rescheduled which caused a great deal of havoc, especially since I work from home. The great thing is the installer was amazing and the best part of the whole experience. The installer made up for what the rest of the process lacks. Thank you Harold you get six stars out of five!!

Installer is professional, quick, & seems to know what he's doing.. But he didn't clean the place where he drilled, didn't put camera where I wanted and didn't get my stickers to place in windows. I ended up cleaning after him and placing camera in right place.

Michelle was the tech that came to install our new security. She was very pleasant and did an awesome job. She was very patient in helping me understand how to use the system. I would refer this company to my friends.

The gentleman was extremely nice and very helpful. I told him what we needed and he was able to make sure my needs were met, and still felt safe while doing so first time I actually had someone come in my home after doing an install of something and clean up after themselves. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

My installer, William ** was unbelievable. He notified me when he was 15 minutes away, he was very courteous and professional, he made sure he cleaned up when he finished, and made sure I was familiar with the operation of my newly installed system before he left. His professionalism is the reason I left my former security company and came to Vivint. Great job William **, I will be recommending Vivint and Mr ** to all my friends.

Great and fast install, techs were friendly and helpful with all equipment. Would definitely recommend serves to anyone in need of a security system. System is working perfectly so far no issues that we found with install. All parties were professional that includes the seller and tech that came out to install our equipment.

I met Mr. ** when I signed up for an upgrade and thinking it was with ADT but it was not turned out it was a whole different service. Vivint made my home into a smart home and it is pretty nice so far, so I recommend this service to everyone. Mr. ** came in and installed everything in about 1 hour. Thank you. Very good job.

I had a great experience with Jeff my sales rep. Very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He customized a package that fit my needs. The technology of the products and software were exceptional compared to my other security system.

I just had my Vivint installed today and my tech, Travis did an amazing job and guided me the whole way. The system is very easy to learn. I feel much safer now living in my home now that Vivint is on my side.

I am happy with the alarm system. I have Been playing with the camera features. Pretty impressive system, it’s easy to use and I like that I can operate it with my smart phone. I would recommend this system to all of my friends.

I only purchased the system due to the excellent presentation and professionalism of Mr Levi **. He explained everything and did not use high pressure sales tactics. Levi took the time to listen to my concerns and answer whatever I asked. He should be commended. I also want to highlight the diligence and professionalism of the Tech Anthony! He worked very hard and was meticulous in placing the equipment and wires and that was very much appreciated. He also took time to show me the app and go over how the unit worked. I was very confident after his tutorial that I could manage the system.

Great stuff, our home feel more secure now that we have Vivint security cameras. We have the cameras in the front door and also in the garage for any incidents that might because you never know what could happen in this new age.

Kyle was very professional and understanding. He described the product(s) well and let US decide which we wanted. He didn’t push products we didn’t need just to make a buck. We have already recommended him/Vivint to hundreds in our community thru our community page on Facebook.

I don’t say the F word (fantastic) unless I mean it! Madison was awesome. I’m an exhausted mom who REALLY didn’t want to switch security on a Saturday afternoon. Madison was able to still show me how Vivint is superior to ADT without being pushy or annoying. She’s a really incredible salesperson and seems very genuine. My one gripe is that the security equipment being financed is not transparent until the end and advertised as “we will replace your ADT equipment at no cost.” It’s just a little manipulative seeing as though you ARE paying the nearly $4k for the equipment. Other than that, already loving the quality difference.

I will def recommend to a friend. Customer service was great and they did the installation the same day.. The installation guy Connor and William the marketing guy was amazing with their service.. Looking forward to how this is amazingly helpful for our home and security.

So, we could not be more pleased with our experience with Vivint. Cedrin our installer did an amazing job. He went above and beyond during our installation. He was on time, clean, professional, and wore his mask the entire day. I would definitely recommend Vivint for friends looking for a security system.

Price is competitive. Financing is easy. Installation was thorough. Tech arrived at the beginning of the time window. Overall satisfied with everything to this point. Have not had the service long enough to have utilized it for an emergency, but I do believe their attention to detail through the first of the process points to the fact that they will be just as good with the monitoring and support.

Great service so far. Install was fairly smooth. Technicians were late however I can’t blame them for it given the situation they encountered. Communicated their issues with me as soon as they happened and communicated their estimated timelines. Once they were here the technician was extremely friendly and communicative on where things should go for the best coverage and was very neat with the mess of our install. I met Spencer last July 20 20 and after consulting with him we did an initial install on a fairly large home that I manage. The owner came back to me and asked for additional cameras and spotlights. Both the sales rep, and the technicians had amazing personalities. But what I feel is they lacked support from upper management and or tech-support that were supposed to supply the correct service to me that I agreed upon. This is definitely an issue.

Bobby installed my system inside and outside of our home. He is extremely professional, friendly and very good at what he does. He was great at product knowledge and exceptional at explaining how things work and giving good advice regarding installation and applications. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at my home by a contracted professional. He is Top Notch and should be given raises and promotions because you definitely want to retain him!!! We were happy with ADT but the doorbell camera with Vivint is extreme good quality and picks up sound so well. Happy with our decision. The sales rep was transparent and friendly, as well as the tech. Only complaint was them wanting to install at 9:00 p.m. while we had kids to put to bed.

What I do like about Vivint is that you don’t have to put hundreds or thousands of dollars upfront for the equipment, you can pay it over time, interest free. The service was prompt and representative was courteous and very skilled. He explained the purpose and function of each piece of equipment and assisted in downloading the necessary apps for the system to work. He was thorough in reviewing the documents for terms of purchase and termination should we not be satisfied with the system for any reason. He completed the test of the system to ensure it was working properly and provided contact numbers to address any further problems.

The installer was great. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. However he was professional and helpful and did such a neat job and explained everything. He was a great representation for the company. We just purchased this house so we were nervous about drilling holes and all of that and he did such a clean job and cleaned up after himself. Wires from the cameras were crooked and not securely attached to the wall. Also the L covers were not installed. I went out to Home Depot and bought them myself. For the price of the installation I feel that the installers should have done a better job.

Great techs! Annoyed I had to replace devices I already have and that there are no wireless cameras available. Pleased Vivint does offer other services that can be integrated. Not very clear on advertising. I was put off on installation because the face interview was unable to be done. Installer came out for nothing!! We also lost out on the Christmas special because of the pre interview.. Had we been notified…we could have done that interview when I was off the prior week!

The installer Mike was excellent. I am however a bit concerned as to why my monthly fee is considerably higher than that of a friend who has the security system with this same company. She has cameras, I have none. Her monthly fee is much less.

The installer was very good at explaining how the cameras should be positioned. He spent a lot of time at the property installing these cameras. A total of eight hours. He did this all on the zone with the help of my husband for the last probably four hours.

Josh, the Vivint Tech, came to our home right as scheduled. He was simply amazing. We wanted to have this system reinstalled in a different location in our home. My father has dementia and we wanted to be able to know if he opened the doors and went outside without us knowing when he visits. The VIVINT system had already been installed in this new house we bought. Josh came in and introduced himself. We felt uncomfortable with the board being by the front door, so he moved it for us into the living room. He also change the batteries and gave us new passwords and reset it for our personal use. We could not hear the doorbell or the announcements where it was originally installed in the foyer. We had Josh install a keyless entry on the front door. He also left us a keyless entry for a bedroom door to be installed at a later date.

They were fast and very respectful of my time, and every respectful as well, very understanding of my situation and very knowledgeable about their product, any questions I asked were answered without a problem or doubt, I would recommend them to all my friends, and another thing I like about the conversation was I can build up the system that I had choosing.
