I was in the technical side of the video business for 20 years in Silicon Valley. The technology installed into the house was top quality, flexible with great features and a breeze to understand and operate. The service guy and his team were best in kind. I’m now looking into having more Vivint products installed.

I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable our technician Mike was during the installation process. He helped us select the best equipment for our home - and installed the system with no issues. He was very kind and explained how to use both the app and the system panel. We have found the system easy to use!!!!

I absolutely love my new 4k upgrade! I can zoom in from my phone screen and the detail is great day or night. The install was quick and easy. The Vivint install guy (Logan), was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. (Thanks Logan and everyone on the Vivint team.)

Jason the sales man neglected to tell me about the extra $30.68 on top of the $ 108 a month, also told me I wouldn't have to worry about my wifi cause their equipment doesn't use it, and I wanted 5 cams and he said ok and we went over that but I ended up with 4 instead, there are huge recording gaps. Last one I looked at was over a 13 hour gap the doorbell cam didn't even catch a rake handle somehow being moved right in front of it. The only reason I discovered it was my dogs were barking and I clicked on live view and there it was but no clip as to how it got there which is 1 of 3 incidents that it didn't record also on live view.

The installation team were friendly, prompt, efficient and explained how to operate system very well. I have a very old Adobe home and did not want unnecessary holes in the walls. They worked hard to accommodate my request. I strongly recommend Vivint!

The installer David was very prompt and professional the system looks great and easy to navigate it gives the system a more modern look much better than other companies, they have really took it to another level when it come to security. Highly recommended.

In love with how simple everything is, but how well it all works! Home feels so much safer for me and my kids now! Love the outdoor camera. The service was great and friendly and I would highly recommend using Vivint.

My experience has been great! When I called to get a quote the representative was amazing explaining what they offer. I was expecting my package to be an arm and a leg but it’s very reasonable for everything that I got. I got a doorbell a smart lock a few cameras around the house and some sensors on the window. Joey my technician, was amazing! He was awesome at explaining everything and showing me how to use everything. Would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone.

Ryan, the technician who installed our equipment, arrived on time for our appointment. He spent time explaining how the equipment would be installed, what it was for, and how to operate everything correctly. He was thorough, personable, cleaned every place he worked on thoroughly - and went over everything about the devices again before he left. I highly recommend Vivint.

My experience with Vivint from my first call to installation was excellent. A real person in Utah answered my first call which made me feel positive immediately. My installer, Robert, was fantastic - knew his job well & talked me through everything.

He was very kind and patient when setting up equipment and explaining billing. He went through explaining every single detail of how to use the system. He set up the new internet account with me. We had good conversation. Very friendly.

It took one phone call to get everything in motion, once I decided I wanted to go with Vivint. Michael, my technician, was very informative throughout installation and set up. I was also pleasantly surprised when he completed the entire installation much sooner than I thought!

Everything was excellent! Would recommend this company to anyone. The price and service is one of a kind and could not be happier. They offer many products that would suit any lifestyle, and gives a great sense of peace of mind when away from home.

You people are liars and a terrible company for deceiving me into a 5 year contract and a secret loan for overpriced equipment. You should be ashamed of yourselves. When I spoke with the salesperson and the installer when I got Vivint, they told me I could cancel at any time and were correct as to what the monthly charges would be. But when it came time to cancel, I found out that I was enrolled in a 5 year contact (which was never disclosed to me) and ALL the equipment was in my name from some private bank. If I wanted to cancel I would have to PURCHASE ALL of the equipment, worth $4000. For 3 cameras and some window sensors, this is totally insane and criminal gauging. Not only are they holding us hostage for the next few years, they are gouging us on monitoring and equipment leasing costs. DO NOT HIRE VIVINT. They are liars. You haven't heard the last from me. I will make sure that no one I know will EVER hire Vivint for anything.

My installer, Zach, was exceptional! He arrived on time and took the time needed to make sure I understood everything from the financing and monitoring fee to what he was going to install. The installation was done in a timely manner and Zach made sure everything was working properly. I would recommend Vivint to anyone who is looking for a security system for their home or business!

Vivint offers a variety of home security options for you home. We are using the Smart Hub Lite, keypad, water sensors, door/window sensors, doorbell camera, and glass break sensor. So far we have been impressed by Vivint’s products and customer service.

The quality of the equipment is quite high and the installation was simple, because the system explain me everything step by step. It took me less than 1 hour installing everything. Thanks to the different sensors you can secure your home a lot and control everything that happens from where you are. Highly recommended!

This was an easy installation and very easy to follow. The only issue was stating a verbal password that it didn’t ask for me to enter. Also, at first set up it stated the set up account needed to be done again when I first finished. Almost did it twice.

The tech was very knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything to us and made sure I was confident with my equipment before he left. I would definitely recommend Vivint to ALL my friends and family. I’m very happy with experience.

It was a whirlwind- to sign up for Vivint’s home security and have it all installed 3 hours later. The crew did a great job! Impressed with the entire system. Customized for my needs. Love the doorbell camera and the indoor/outdoor cameras. Something I always wanted, but only got them due to Vivint.

I have only had my cams for about 3 months. I have called them to tell them they are not working right at all. They said to send someone out it was going to cost me like almost 200. You got to be kidding me. Now the panel don't work also. They did not Do my discounts at all. So here I sit with a 2000 dollar security system that I clearly can't use. And see if I didn't pay they would Ruin my credit.

Set up wasn’t too hard, however I did need help with my neighbor who was the Vivint representative to help troubleshoot some issues with recognizing wifi. I would also recommend a learn your system within in the app to refer back to things like adding users and setting custom settings.

Jessie ** was our service technician! He provided great service, he was very friendly and helpful throughout installing our equipment. Also very patient throughout all of my questions. Very professional and pleased that my service went so smooth and stress free. Great installation tech!

MJ was courteous efficient and thorough. He labeled wires that should have been labeled by prior technician. He made sure to explain everything. He figured out and solved every issue with my entire system. He fixed and remounted broken cameras. He was patient as he was on hold with Vivint to handle my broken camera and system issues. He was caring and kind. Made sure I understood and was comfortable with how to use my system. I really lucked out with having MJ as my technician. Grateful! I would hang onto him as long as you can.

Blane was awesome!!! Took his time to explain everything. Made sure I understood everything and if he didn't know made sure he figured it out and treat my home as if he was doing a installation on his house. Very professional.

Installer was great! He was knowledgeable. Professional and polite. He knew what he was doing. Ran into a few issues but figured it out. Explained the programming warranty and additional products we could purchase later. Gave us company’s information in case we had any issues. Job well done.

Dell and Chad were awesome! They were very friendly and clear with what was going to happen. They were also very fast! I would definitely refer them to a friend! Jose was very nice and friendly. He did a clean job. The system is easy to work and the panel looks good. Jose made sure we knew how the system worked and we were comfortable using it. I will tell my friends to ask for Jose if they use your system.

The people were very nice and efficient. They listened and was very nice. They even cleaned up their mess as they worked. They then helped me to know how to work the system to get the best outcome. They were also interactive with the grand baby so he wouldn’t be afraid. The system seems to be easy to use. We feel as though we can be safe in our home and also not have to worry as much about packages or unwanted visitors.

Javani was very helpful and kind and is a incredibly harder worker. The technician was also a very hard worker and installed everything in a timely and professional manner. And helped me navigate using the new system. My only complaint is that you have young people like Javani, out in a dangerous neighborhood late into the day and it's not safe or y'all wouldn't be trying to sell us home security.

Having been in customer service roles myself. It’s nice to have a good experience of my own. My technician Zach was on time for arrival and very informative on the software and products. The only issue we encountered was with the MyQ integration with the Vivint App.

The representative I contacted was very nice and informative. I felt They sent too many confirmation about my installation. The installation was easy and Yee the installer listened to how I want lines ran. He also taught me the system and was very patient. I would recommend the service.

The service that is being provided in my home has been an amazing experience. The sales representative was knowledgeable about the system, answer any and all questions I had. The technician was very courteous with installing the equipment in my home as well as making sure the equipment was done proficiently and within a reasonable timeframe.

My husband and I just bought a new home and we already had Vivint installed. Our tech was wonderful and got everything finished even though he ran into a few problems, but he got it all done and working for us, overall amazing job!!

Did a wonderful job installing all equipment and showing me how to use the system, he took the time to make sure I understood the new equipment, how much I was paying on a monthly basis, went out of his way to ensure he could install both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats.

Today I had my Home Security system installed. The technician Abdul ** was patient, courteous and professional. After getting here and learning that I may have been deceived by a salesman he quickly mitigated the issue. He took his time and explained everything about using the system and the application.

The install was easy and the instructions were easy to follow along with. The little screw on the bottom of the doorbell camera was a little difficult to align but I was able to make it work. A good experience all around.

When Collin from Vivint came to my door to explain the security features of the doorbell camera and other options of the Smart Home System, he was extremely courteous and thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions. He wasn’t pushy or pressuring AT ALL, which I really appreciated! Then Brandon arrived a couple days later to do the install. He was also excellent in explaining how the panel worked and allowed me to test the functions while he was there in case I had any questions. The panel is easy to operate, and having the security makes me feel much safer being in the house alone.

Although I was picturing my security system being something completely different, I was given accurate information from the tech and we came up with a solution for my business together. There was some miscommunication as to who was doing the install, and when they would get here… Evidently the original representative became ill. I wasn’t notified until the replacement showed up a few hours later. Once I understood what was going on everything was fine.

After many years with mediocre service from ADT we decided to switch to Vivint. Reviews in general were positive. Install process was fast and smooth. Kyle was professional and his work was exceptional. Everything was clearly explained and checked for function. The equipment is much better than the ADT equipment it was replacing (and that system was not even 4 years old). Any further system upgrades will be performed by Kyle.

Tech was very professional and gave me an explanation of the working system. I am not very technical so I will go over the printed materials to be review the operation of my system. It will also help me to remember as I explain how it works to my daughters. Will probably use the system when I am away from home and also overnight.

Our installation technician had great communication and customer service skills. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure we were 100% comfortable with all of the system features before he left. He also provided follow up contact information if for some reason we encountered an issue. We were very pleased with the service and this made us even more comfortable with our choice to choose Vivint.

All my services weren’t connected like they said they would be. I was told they would be out Monday. They came out Wednesday. The installment man was great. However, when I called into the office, their customer service was very poor God hung up on, and everyone is not on the same page no one seem to care even after speaking to a manager.

Codey was cool. He was punctual and very professional. He worked in a timely manner, he went over how to use all of the equipment thoroughly. He even insisted on cleaning his mess from drilling. Definitely 10/10 recommend! Let him know that I really appreciate his hard work!

The request to be a tester was easy equipment arrived when we were informed it would. The equipment was easy to install with clear instructions. I also had no issues connecting to anything. I haven’t had time to install everything yet but will finish tonight.

Ryan is the best advertising you could have for your company. Better than a billboard or any TV commercial. In the next question they ask me if I have received an incentive for what I’m saying… I said no but in reality Ryan did such a great service that I couldn’t think of a better incentive.

I received my home security system install from Ray, he was prompt, informative and very patient throughout the entire process! Ray answered all of the questions that I had and ensured that I knew how to work my new system before leaving my home.

My install was super smooth and my technician (Ty) was polite, patient, and professional. I was disappointed the cameras I purchased from Vivint just a few years ago had to be replaced because they “weren’t compatible” anymore. They were very expensive considering their lifespan. Overall I would still recommend vivint to anyone looking for a security system. Their app is very user friendly and convenient to use.

The installer Guillermo is very patient with all my questions and very smart. He was to teach my family and I to understand every part of the installation process. He was able fix my front door alignment and didn't have a problem making sure everything was just right as my house was his house. We really appreciate how this install was completed.

This is an amazing new addition to my home. The installer Andrew was amazing. He cared about all my needs and didn’t act pushy at all. His install was extremely fast and clean. There was no mess whatsoever. He gave me a full rundown on how to use my system and left his number in case I had any issues.

Dart was an awesome Vivint Rep. Very knowledgeable, straightforward and explained all the features that Vivint product has to offer for our family. Customer Service was 110%. Would definitely recommend Dart and Vivint product to family and friends in the Henderson Nevada area.

Loved the technician who installed the system. Extremely personable and friendly. Signing up process I did not appreciate. They call non stop and don’t even leave a message. On their end they couldn’t track at what stage I was in. I had decided on a system and set up an install date. Three different salespeople continued called to figure out what I wanted for a system. They never checked their notes. After talking with them and have them do a soft credit check plus give them my payment information, on the day of install my expectation was the tech comes and installs the devices. I thought the payment was all set, then I had to apply for their 0% financing while we were at the house, whatever website or vendor they use to run the site didn’t work leaving me with the only option, to pay in full which I wasn’t expecting. The salesperson had said I was all set at the end of our call.

My technician was outstanding. Thorough, knowledge, and extremely friendly. He finished quickly and even scheduled a time to come back to replace our deadbolt. Our services were well explained, and we went over a few scenarios to ensure we understood how the system works. He also added an extra camera on short notice. No complaints!

5hrs went well with our tech Clark. Went very smooth. Clark was friendly and explained all the features. I very happy with the product. Feel safe and protected. Still have questions and want to add more cameras and door protection. I will get a hold of Clark if I have any further questions.

One recommendation I do have overall is to update the Call system faster. I was receiving calls daily after I had already signed up.

I ran into an issue with my whole panel needing to be replaced. Aaron was absolutely phenomenal and is great at what he does. Very patient and professional and helped me the whole step of the way! Thank you again Aaron!!

I ordered a panel activation at **, instead Vivint made me pay for a new panel because old panel was out of date. I don’t think this is fair. My service guy was excellent for the service. I ended up paying over $400 for a new panel when I could have done a new install & used my referral code. I have multiple Vivint systems already.

I’ve had other security systems and had other quotes from other companies but Vivint had everything I was looking for. Luke ** helped me with my initial consultation and was very professional, fun and helpful. I described everything I wanted and he was able to put together a great security package with all my needs covered. Luke was even able to schedule the installation earlier than quoted by my request. Couple days later Abraham ** and Malik ** were the Field Service Pros that showed up to my place. Abraham and Malik arrived in the earlier portion of the provided arrival window and were also very professional, fun and supportive of all my security wants and needs.

Kenneth was my installation tech and he was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He walked me through everything and was patient when I asked questions. I’m enjoying my service and glad I choose them. The service isn’t priced too high and I even had the option of deferred payment. The monthly cost is way cheaper than I would’ve expected for the package I choose and my down payment was reasonable

I am very pleased with my entire experience from the first call to the installation. Everyone was friendly and professional and valued me and my time. I was scheduled immediately for installation and had everything in place within a few hours.

The technician Ja’Rael did a great job explaining the process and system, as well as making recommendations as to where sensors should be placed throughout my home. He was very knowledgeable and friendly making it a very smooth process. I had ADT before and was impressed with the advanced system features. I also got the video doorbell and NEST truly making my home a smart home. Only suggestion would be to finalize the application prior to install as we spent :30 minutes completing this step due to error on my application which could have been addressed prior to. Despite this the tech was very patient and understood. I’m happy to have the peace of mind of knowing I have a secure, smart home. So far as I’m glad that I chose Vivint. I was not happy at the end of my install to find out that I was promised to get an additional and was quoted a price, come to find out at the end it was not true I had to pay an additional $200 for a feature that I thought was included, salesperson did not show me what he was setting up only verbally, I wish I did not purchase because of lack of knowledge and spending more money intended.

So far so good! I switched to Vivint after a horrible experience with another company. The installers came and explained everything, verified pricing and setup all equipment. We discussed what was needed and any changes made were confirmed with me. Corrections did need to be made after the Sales Order did not reflect promo items (and pricing) but that was resolved.

The tech that did my install was very helpful and knew how the system works and was able to answer all of my questions. Installation took about an hour and a half. They were very polite and courteous and were very friendly.

Gunner was super helpful. He understood what I was looking for and made the process super simple and smooth to transition to. I highly recommend this security company as they were able to complete the transition the next business day!

Great. Just need to learn the app and remember to disarm alarm. Other than that I am happy. I would like a 3rd camera for backyard eventually. I was expecting the cost of it all be much less expensive but it is what it is.

Camera and sound doesn’t work. Tried troubleshooting. Didn’t work. Not satisfied at all. Wasn’t briefed properly of how process/paperwork/equipment - until after the installer was there at the house already. Had I known that, I probably wouldn’t have set this up.

Purchased new system and had installed. Ja’real did in-depth discussion of what I was purchasing and how it was to be set up. He then installed and during each phase he explained all. I was thoroughly briefed at conclusion of install. After having had three different systems I feel this system will provide the security I wanted and Ja’real did an exemplary job installing and instructing its features.

Getting started with Vivint was extremely easy -All it took was a short phone call with their reps to go over the equipment I wanted/needed and to schedule the installation appointment. Within the week they came out and installed my security - it was so fast! The whole installation and setup appointment took only 1 hr. Unheard of! The technician, that came out was amazing, he explained how to use the equipment and how to setup the app on my phone very well! I cannot recommend Vivint enough!

I purchased my equipment outright so I don’t have contractual issues like many do. However, I have constant equipment issues. As others have stated, the batteries in the devices have to be changed often, more than anything security devices I’ve ever had. The thermostat has never worked for over a year. Every time I call for a technician, they refused to send one without a $50 fee. I already pay $60 a month for service. My panel stopped working and was totally black. I was paying for two months and had no service. When I first called for a technician, they were closed and refused to replace any of my batteries even though I had been paying for a system that did not work. So a month later, I finally remembered to call after I returned home from working 10 hours.

Tech was able to explain process well and worked well! Cleaned up after drilling and let me know how cámaras were going to be installed. Good customer service. Will recommend to family and friends for this installation of security system for any doctor's needs. System is straightforward and have no problems so far.

I have been trying for nearly a year to cancel my service. I called in Dec 2021 and was told I need to make a contract buyout payment. Done. Then in Sep/Oct, I get a bill. Oops! The agent professed that as a prepayment, not a buyout. By the way, we need an email notice of cancellation (first call never mentioned this) - send the email and I will note the account to backdate since we didn't tell you. Done. November: there is a problem with your account and it is not cancelled. Since you didn't send the cancellation in December of last year, you still owe us money - despite everything that has happened and our failure to process things correctly.

Installers were very friendly and professional. They took the time to make sure components mounted on the walls were level and where we wanted them. They also cleaned up after themselves, wore shoe covers inside the home, and made sure we understand how the alarm functions.
