Yes, I will definitely recommend a friend. The Tech, Mr Timothy ** was very professional. Mr ** went through all the necessary step of making sure that myself and my husband knew how to operate our security system. Mr ** also informed me what I needed to do if any problems occurs or questions needed to be answered.

Caleb ** did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable and quick to assist with any guidance I needed. Caleb exceeded my expectations and I loved the way he interacted with my children without being distracted from his duties. I have recommended Caleb to other family as a requested tech when deciding to install Vivint.

The Tech was great. He called ahead before arriving, he explained everything to me while he was there. He even explained more details about the plan and installation options than the phone service person did. Overall great customer installation experience.

I found Vivint is providing most competitive business with relevant price. Techs are very friendly and helpful. Most of works techs do in the field are trustworthy than someone from the corporate office. I just installed the camera and other equipment panel and got price locked. If Vivint make the deal contract free more customers will join the Vivint, I predict.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Tech got in and out in about two hours. Would recommend this system to anyone that can afford it. Not only does Vivint offer many cool features, they don’t pressure you into buying it right away which is highly appreciated.

Great customer service starting with the initial phone call to the professionals who installed the cameras and system. They explained the cost, discounts and add-ons available to me and help me setup the app on my phone. The weather wasn’t in their favor but they didn’t let it stop them from getting my home secured. Great experience.

This was a WAY BETTER compared to ADT. The tech was on time. The technology and app compatibility is amazing. My entire family was able to use the app and panel without a problem. Charles and Mario ** were amazing. Mario was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. I had a lot of different components to my system and they explained everything to me. They were quick, but thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me all of the items that would be good for my house, but didn’t try and up-sale me on anything.

Connor did a tremendous job installing my Vivint home security. He took his time into explaining how my system would operate and answered my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. His installment of the system was flawless and I’m grateful that he took his time with it to ensure everything worked. The salesperson never showed me his sales badge or number. Ask to have a copy of sales agreement in writing, not by phone. Stated he would, not received nothing as this point. Disregard photo. Salesman never return to place a Vivint sign either.

Honestly I was not looking for any type of security system but knew I needed one. Salesperson was very friendly, not pushy at all. He listened to my ideas and what wanted and made a package that addressed my needs. A few hours later the installer was and with a house that is over 100 years old...He made it all work. I knew there would be some unusual situation due the house be old. Unlike most installers when he had a question or there were options he never failed to stop and tell me the issue and offer solutions....with my approval. It was all a very positive experience.

Setting up my service with Daniel was very easy and helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and great customer service skills. I would recommend the service and hope the representative is Daniel or someone with the same skills and experience. Vivint you have a great representative for your company.

The installer Braeden ** was very professional. He did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up, went over keypad with my wife and he was thorough, made sure we knew how to operate keypad. Very nice man.

Seth was my salesman and did a good job with my presentation. When he knocked on my door, I was hesitant but became more confident as I learned about the product. Guillermo was my installer and finished an install after closing the deal. He was the real deal. Pleasure to interact with the whole time. Today is day 2 of using the home security and everything seems well.

I gave you a three star due to the customer service I received on the phone. Jeremiah was the service representative I spoke with him from the get go and he told me that I was going to be able to use the panel that was on the wall when the tech got there he told me I needed a different panel/tablet. Joe contacted another customer representative where then I was told I would need to buy a new panel and given contract choices. Extremely inconvenienced along with not happy now that I needed to spend more money. Joe was spectacular very patient very professional with me. Kelly **.

The two ladies did an awesome job installing the equipment. Both were very knowledgeable about Vivint. They answered all our questions and walked us thru the setups that were needed for working the wall box and the phone. They also gave us a phone number we could call if we had any difficulties in working or understanding the equipment.

I had a great experience with my installer technician Tim. He walked me through everything. He was awesome with helping me and my family with understanding the system and showing us how to use everything we had installed in our home!!!

Amazing customer service. Awesome installation service. Overall ten out of ten from the first inquiry to final walkthrough. At no point was there any feeling of pressure to buy. I just have to say that I had a great experience during the installation of my Vivint security system. Miguel and John were very nice and personable. They came prepared and they were very knowledgeable about their craft. This is why I believed they were able to do the installation quickly and efficiently. Miguel explained every question I had about my system and answered all of the questions or concerns during the installation. I would definitely recommend getting Vivint’s security system installed and hopefully you’ll get the opportunity to experience your installation with the two gentleman who came and installed my system. I’ve been like a kid in a candy store, playing with the different features, listening and watching all of the outside noises but most importantly when I fell asleep and woke up the next morning, I must admit that the greatest experience of all is that I was able to have a peaceful rest, so thank you!

The installer Ryan was very knowledgeable, quick, and very helpful in my mobile set up. The system is very easy to use, and I like that it is menu driven. So I will be glad when I move that the whole system can come with me.

I was never informed about a 404 dollar charge for equipment. I was informed of a 36 charge for service and 46 dollars for equipment charge not a 404 dollar charge for equipment and I would like to cancel all services. This equipment was just installed today. Not happy with the way things was explained.

My installer Brendon was great. Very knowledgeable and very patient with me when showing me how to operate the system. Also he was punctual and clean and neat and respectful of my house. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Tim did a great job explaining our options and making sound recommendations! He also helped us get our balance corrected and quick approval for financing! Tim provided training for the system. He also gave us his number so we can reach him anytime for quick service.

Amazing service from Vivint and the installation, Rick is the best, very attentive, descriptive, and trained me on all the different systems. I am able to monitor my cameras, switch things up thanks to his training. Would recommend to friends/family or anyone really.

I was told by the rep that I would be doing a monthly payment plan of $60 something a month and I asked multiple times if there would be an initial down payment or extra charge and the rep said, "No, just the monthly charge." But then I was charged $663.58 and when I talked to her she gave me another number to call but nothing has been done, so either I want my refund now or cancel my ** and refund me my money because I’m calling my bank and accuse you of fraud and stop the payment.

This experience was better than expected. Everything was explained to me clearly. Recommendations were given and THAT alone was very helpful because after moving into a new house, I was unsure of what areas needed to be addressed as a single mother.

I am very pleased with our new Vivint security system. Lance and Adam did a top notch job of installing the system. They were both very patient when answering each of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Very professional! I was very Amazed with Vivint, when I called and found out that someone was gonna be in my area, and that I could get it put in the same day.. Installer Enrique ** was very patient in explaining how system operates. Very professional in his manner & very knowledgeable. He recommended devices which I didn’t know I needed. But after thinking about it I did see the benefits of the devices he suggested. Being a low-tech kind of person & nervous around technology I admired & relaxed once he broke it down in simple terms. Once in a while a real professional (with a warm personality) comes my way. Mr Enrique ** is one of those few.

Mr ** was extremely helpful thru my entire process. He made me comfortable with asking questions when I didn’t understand things and knew the answers to my questions asked and when I wanted to think about the purchase before finalizing it he was so patient and not the slight bit pushy just to make a sale.

I did not plan this change and it's about twice what I was paying but I do like the system and they said I have a couple of weeks to try it out. Install and salesman real nice, fast, cleaned up and showed me how to use.

Salesman and technician were quick, very nice and knowledgeable! Made everything a breeze! We feel safer, leaving our dogs at home with an armed system, instead of just smoke detectors. We enjoy the custom ringtones for the doorbell!

I had a phone conversation before the install date, had time to look at the Vivint app, so when all services were installed it went smooth. The installers Nick and Brannon went well, then was shown the panel setup to get acquainted with my system.

Paid over $10K for our Vivint system about a month ago. It stopped working after about a week. We called and texted the original installers, who refused to come back and told us to call customer service (which is clearly being outsourced to India). We’ve scheduled TWO service calls now, both of which were no call/no shows by Vivint. Today the tech actually spoke to my wife and told us he would come between 4-8pm. He didn’t show. She called and texted him around 7pm, no response. I don’t care how good the equipment is supposed to be, this company is a joke and they simply don’t care about their customers.

Kyle was very patient and explained the complete product portfolio in very simple language and it was easy to understand. Brazil is very knowledgeable and was very efficient during the whole installation process. I will highly recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a smart home.

James my tech was super friendly, very professional and kind. He made us feel like we were part of the family from the moment he walked in. He went above and beyond and made sure I was always happy and informed with every step of the way. James installed 3 units and didn't cut any corners. Then took the time to show us all the features even though it was late. He reviewed all 3 units and made sure everything was programmed and that we had full access on all the devices. James is a wonderful part of the Vivint family and I am grateful we got him as our technician.

So far, we are pleased with the system overall. We have a long older home so installation was a challenge but the installers worked until they got it right. Because we have a long home, the volume of the door sensors is not loud enough and we can’t hear them at the other end of the house. Some of the answers the salesperson gave us were not accurate so there needs to be better education of the sales staff. The errors were not that significant. One was that the signal was from cell tower instead of WiFi which is not correct. We were also told our battery powered smoke detectors would be picked up and only hard wired smoke sectors are picked up by the system.

From the sales pitch to the installation, all employees helping us out were thorough and knowledgeable. Vince and Manny guided us in learning the new system, as current Vivint customers. After installation, app set up, etc. we’ve been able to work our system with ease. Thank you.

My technician Billy was very awesome, and helpful. Had great customer service skills, a lot of knowledge on his job and explaining any questions I may have had. Overall, my experience with my technician and my satisfaction on my new equipment I’m very pleased and happy I chose to go with Vivint instead of ADT. Not sure how long Billy been a technician at Vivint, but I highly recommend he gets a promotion or some type of recognition/pay bonus for the amazing work and professionalism he shown today. Thank you Vivint for making my home feel safe.

Jordan did a wonderful job for my sister in law Cheryl **. Installed Vivint Home Security system. Great listener and took time to answer all of our questions. Got everything setup on our phones with no problems, and showed us all the options we could select from the Vivint app.

They were very courteous and arrived within the time window they said they would. They had a good package to build from and the price was broken down. They were very neat, done in a timely manner and answered all the questions I had. Explained the setup to me and my family.

From Austin (sales associate) down to our techs, they did an amazing job! Very polite and personable. I will definitely be recommending Vivint! Quick and very professional service. There was minimal damage during setup, but to no fault of their own (we have a VERY old house). The tech was very apologetic but I reminded him that things happen and we aren't mad about it.

The technician was very polite and explained how the product works. He was very informative and polite. Even cleaned up his mess. Answered all my questions. He went over thoroughly how each item on my phone worked, how the doorbell works, how the cameras worked, the sensors, the key pad and all the other items purchased on the install. The customer service was excellent. Pablo the technician was very courteous, professional, and respectful. He took the time to explain every detail of our installation. He also stayed the extra hours to make sure we were completely satisfied on the install. I will always be a Vivint customer from now on Due to your excellent technicians.

Tech had to come out to fix system. The only issue is with the door lock itself. Other than that the service both on the phone and the tech who came out was great. I also was looking into getting the 5 months free.

My new home security system was installed in less than 24 hours of me contacting Vivint. The phone consultation was thorough and the customer service agent was able to determine the right system for my home and budget. The very next day I received a text message from the installation technician to inform me of their arrival time. My Vivint technician was polite, knowledgeable, and informative. The epitome of a true professional. He explained everything he was doing during the installation process and then showed me how to use the system, which is extremely user friendly.

Corey was polite, he stated it was his first day out alone. He promised things that turned out not true and misleading. The installation crew, excellent. Now dealing with customer service to get what Corey promised is turning into a nightmare! Paying for equipment that is $1800.00 over their website is like ludicrous.

The salesperson told me my system was new and they would send a technician out to repair/replace any equipment that was not working properly. After setting the system up the phone technician told me they will not send anyone out and I have to fix everything myself. I will be cancelling.

The fan comes on but no heat, I need this fixed. It worked before your techs showed up. I will call and report this malfunctioning heater so you can send a tech to fix this asap. Other than that it was a good installation process and the techs seemed very knowledgeable.

From the first initial phone call to the end result was the most comfortable and convenient experience I’ve had in quite some time! I did not feel any pressure or irritation during any part of the experience like I’ve had in the past. I love my cameras and how fast and easy they are to access.

It was okay. He was on a time limit so he seemed a little rushed. Towards the end, he didn’t switch out the power inverter for the main panel and he didn’t add the other existing windows because he didn’t have enough time.

1st time. Customer with Vivint. I must say I’m loving my security system, being able to arm/disarm my home from the app on my phone is a HUGE DEAL. Love my technician he really went through everything to make sure I understood how to operate my system. It was a long process due to tech arriving right at 4pm and my carbon monoxide detector is not connected to my system due to no batteries. No big deal, everything else works and I’m perfectly fine with that. I’m a happy homeowner and a new Vivint customer, my home is protected, life is good.

Jared my tech was super professional and completed the work promptly. He asked where I wanted my cameras and tablet. It all came out exactly how we discussed. The crew that came and installed, very good and took pride in their work. Only draw back is we have another scheduled installation for the fire/co monitor, wish it would have all been done in the day security was installed.

So far so good, couple of headaches they are working through but they have been very helpful. Looking forward to getting the rest of the alarm system installed. Which will be on Monday and then hopefully everything will be working.

Your installation technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He took care of business quickly. My only complaint is that you don’t furnish a printed booklet of instructions for those of us who are visual learners and follow printed directions to have easier to use setup and usage instructions.

Did not receive certificate for homeowners insurance and did not receive booklet on system either. Tech was very pleasant and efficient. Don't believe that all window sensors for bedrooms or dining room were installed either. Please make sure that I am issued credit for five sensors.

To be honest the salesmen made promises he shouldn’t have for what I was getting. That was my fault. I should have had me email what I was getting. However, the customer and support department were fantastic. They resolved the issue with pleasantness, knowledge and to my satisfaction. Great Tech. Nice, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and patient. He stayed till all was complete & to our satisfactory. Would recommend him to others. We have 3 houses now with Vivint & even are paying more here in Houston to stay with Vivint because the house came with a security system that has a contract for another 5 years.

Overall a good experience. However installing in the evening interfered with our plans for the evening. The salesmen were professional. The installation was 30 minutes after the salesmen left. The installation was dinner time and interrupted our plans for the evening. The installer left a dusty mess where he drilled a cable in our bedroom and where he laid the doorbell cover on a table. It was late evening when the installation was completed. Overall we are happy.

The two gentlemen who were here to do the panel activation were very helpful and informative. Very happy with the service that was provided and have already started to recommend to friends and family to sign up as well. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Super expensive compared to competitors, in every aspect from monthly payments to simple accessories. Camera is subpar. The only thing I like, it doesn’t rely on Wi-Fi, and works with built-in cellular chips. Other than that it’s ok.

Today I had my alarm system installed by Fredy. He notified me when he was going to arrive and he was on time. Installation was quick and painless. Fredy was very professional. He explained clearly how to use the alarm system step by step. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Jonathan was my tech who helped with my transfer. He was kind, polite and answered all my questions. He also explained everything he was there to complete so I could understand. This was the second time I had Jonathan as my tech. He always makes the experience great. He calls before the appointment to ensure the time is still valid. Jonathan also comes at the exact time we agreed to and that makes a great customer experience for me.

My husband and I had just purchased the home. The previous owners had Vivint, so I called to get the services activated. I was transferred 4 times before getting to the right operator. Once I got to Riley, he was very helpful. He scheduled a call for a technician Alex to call me to activate the system via the panel. Alex was several minutes late contacting me. He ended up texting me the steps to activate the system until he could call me, which ended up being 36 minutes after the scheduled call time. Once on the phone, his only question was “did I have any questions about the steps”. I had none, but I was expecting him to go over steps in getting additional equipment, how to set up the app, etc because that’s what Riley had told me to expect when I spoke with Alex. I asked a few questions about the app and additional equipment, but I’m likely going to have to teach myself the rest of what vivint has to offer.

The best salesman ever CHRIS. He made us feel real comfortable and safe. He was the reason Switches my service from ADT. I love the cameras and the alerts are accurate when I’m away. Everything he said it will be. I am fully satisfied.

The installation and the young man, Brandon, I believe his name was could not have been better, he was very informative and helped me understand the process which should have been done before he arrived.. However the initial information that I received from Axel was incomplete. I did not understand the approval process, the soft vs. hard credit check. I felt manipulated by that not being explained. The process of giving so much information on line is extremely disappointing. All pertinent information should be given so potential customers can make informed decisions. Again process seems very manipulative.

Representatives were friendly, respectful, and patiently answered in detail every question I had about how Vivint stands apart from other companies. They worked to get me the best deal possible. Installation was covered same day. During the free trial period, my representatives stopped by to ensure I was happy with the installation and home security package.

Although we had a slight error on inputting phone number in the system, they were very attentive about getting the problem rectified and getting the technician out the next day from the missed appointment. Vivint makes it nearly impossible to cancel your service, even when you are out of contract. I called them to cancel my service, and after more than an hour on the phone being passed from department to department they tell me it has to be canceled in writing. When I told them I did not have internet access at the time, they said "have you ever heard of a library?"

So I canceled my service last May when I sold my house, and the new owner took up the service. I had to pay over $600 to do this. Fast forward to February of 2023 and I am getting billed again after no bills since that last one in May. They now want me to pay an addition $280 dollars plus the $120 they have charged me for February and March. This is because they never completed their paperwork according to the fourth person I talked to after being on the phone for over an hour and a half. This is not even taking into account to horrible product that was sent and installed by their own technician that was broken. Batteries being glued to the casing, circuit board that pop out so it can connect to the battery so you can never arm the system. The customer service is even worse. Do yourself a solid and don't ever use this company for this. Find something else anything else.

I did have Vivint install a home security system. They walked me through everything. The installer came next and he was great with the installation and went over every step with me. I am 63 and it is easy to do. I recommend this company. Many of my neighbors have the same system.

Suggestion for phone reps to be more transparent about credit line that has to be opened. Tech who was dispatched (Forte Dillard) was great with everything. Answered all questions and explained everything thoroughly. Gave best suggestions that worked for us.

They listened to my needs and offered a package fitting my needs and budget. I feel very safe in my new house and everything can be controlled from inside the house or my phone! Also a keyless entry option with a code gives so much more flexibility than a spare key. I love my camera views and notifications. The install technician was super nice and knowledgeable. I had multiple camera and sensors installed and everything took about 4 hours. They made sure everything is set up on my in-house controller and phone with my preferred setting options.
