I’ve now installed this at both my home and my son's home and both installs went very well and I’m happy with what I’ve seen so far. The camera quality is fantastic and I love that the range of view is so much better than what I’ve had before. I also love how easy it is to add or edit other users.

Installation was seamless. Very friendly and professional technician who arrived before time and got right to work. He also explained how to navigate the system in detail. I am pleased with my decision and I feel more secure now that I have a monitoring system.

Our technician Tim was very professional and adequately answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond on the installs of an upgraded systems. He walked us through the process step by step to ensure our understanding of how everything works. He was very organized and cleaned up so well.

Eric was great. Came in and got the work done. Really friendly and knew a lot about our products. He also went above and beyond for my family and mounted our indoor cameras in my girls' rooms so we could have a full view of their rooms.

Mr Jimmy was excellent with installation and customer service skills which include walking me through the process of the home system and ensure that the support team is there in case of any questions. I would definitely recommend future customers to Vivint as they are more in tune with today's market of security system and help with customer needs.

He was out of shape, complaining about being tired…. He did not clean up after himself.. Put dirty hands on the wall and key pad, glass breaker… Damaged my exterior door, when drilling to place door contact… Drilled 2 extra holes in exterior brick, for cat 5 cable to exterior camera.. When ask to move camera location, due to creating blind spot in coverage, he told me he was done, call in to costumer service, have them reschedule… Installer was limited on camera placement, due to the step ladder, height…. Justin was not a professional installer… He need a do more training..

I can't hook it up and don't want to waste my time or money on something I don't want. I can't get a hold of anyone or anything to get help or to return this junk. How do I return this stuff and who do I contact to return it. I'm more than disappointed in this system and the way you have to set it up.

Everybody was very polite and well knowlegeable. They even went up and beyond to make sure me and my family had the best service ever. They made sure to explain the process and how to use the tech effectively. I would absolutely recommend the service to a family, friend or coworker.

Everyone was friendly and respectful. Jerry really listened to me to come up with a plan that is good for me. The installers were efficient and made sure I knew how to work the system. I was very pleased with their service.

Was told install would start about an hour after sales rep departed. It was delayed (No fault of the tech...stuff happens), but I would have appreciated a heads up on it. Since it started later than expected, install finished at about 9 pm.

I never answer the door for salespeople but I did and I'm so glad! Xoren was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. Anthony led the team doing install and they were all great guys, polite and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.

I like the quality of the products and the ease of use!! Just got the system installed still learning how to use it and all its features! I like the connectivity with the internet also! I like the new touchpad features and the clarity of the cameras!

Lee my installer was very experienced and friendly 10/10. He work fast and efficient and explained everything in detail. He asked me if I had any concerns and questions and also show me how to operate the keypad and the functionality of my system.

It was by far a great experience. The two were very knowledgeable. They make sure I had no question. They were nice and polite. Cleaned behind themselves. The system was easy to work and the went over each step.

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, thorough. The tech was extremely patient and both of them were professional. Awesome team representation. Both took time explaining and demonstrating the system to me. They asked if I had any questions and very attentive to my concerns.

We were able to get a great service from polite and knowledge sales reps and install technicians. No complaints at all. Minimal holes in walls for wires as well. From sale to install all was finished in two hours. Kole ** and (first name) ** (I think was his last name) were extremely professional.

Installation technician was very knowledgeable, very polite and friendly. He Explained everything as he went. He Was very helpful in setting it up. The Equipment is very easy to understand and operate. I Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a security system.

Quick, looks expensive, financing available. Installers free. Low monthly price. Installer was able to come out Saturday morning install a touchscreen keypad, a secondary keypad by my garage entry door motion, sensors, window sensors, door sensors. Everything was done within two hours. Prompt and friendly.

Ricky was very good and gave me a lot of knowledge. He was swift and went above beyond to help us. Will be reaching out to him for further needs with Vivint. This is all I have to say. 10 out of 10 experience.

He was very friendly and helpful and showed me the quality of the camera, and how to set up the app. He was very patient, and also showed me if it's a emergency what to push, so I'm satisfied and good.

Absolutely will recommend to others.. Their quality is amazing. You will see it all with no pauses or missed captures. It does it all. I'm now at peace more than before..I won't miss any moment or event and it lets them know they're being watched..I love it.

The Technician that came to do the install is very professional and have patience that is indescribably awesome, did not rush through the installation and very articulate and knowledgeable. Technician explained the features and how to use with ease and was willing to answer my questions even though sometimes the questions were asked before.

They were helpful, efficient and great to work with. The technology used to sneers questions was great. Took the time to walk me through setting up the app on my phone. Made suggestions on best place for cameras. Overall a great experience!

Process has been easy from start to finish. No issues. Tech was very knowledgeable in Vivint system. Sales support wasn’t pushy and helped with every question. Our installer Evan was absolutely fantastic! Did a great job explaining everything and then walked us through the entire process and updated us every step of the way. He helped get all our devices set up and even rekeyed the locks for us. All in all, great service and we would recommend Evan to anyone looking for a great installer. We already love our new Vivint home security system.

It's a great product to have. Makes me feel more safer and more secure. Thank you, nowadays you just never know what goes on around your house. In this neighborhood there's a lot of cars being broken in to packages of the front porch so again. Thank you again.

Bobby was great! He is very knowledgeable and had a lot of very good suggestions. He took the time to explain things and was able to fix/move my panel to a new location that works so much better! Very kind and patient as I asked a lot of questions I had about the equipment.

When you call they ask you all your information to be transfer to someone else. There was a long wait time but Brandon was very pleasant, patient, so helpful and kind. He helped me step by step and explained everything. There was something wrong with the set up and Brandon stood on the phone with me until all was resolved and all my questions answered. My Technician was prompt and arrived on time. He was professional and kind. If I had a question about something that he was not for sure, he called and made sure he obtained the correct answer for me. He explained the process as required.

I am so far very pleased with Vivint. I received the self install kit. It was very easy to follow and easy to setup. The only hard mount item was the doorbell camera which replaced the door bell button. That was only two screws: easy.

Customer service does not know how to display the calls and what the customer are getting attaining to. System Pattern is on the floor instead of on the wall. That is not good at all And I do not like that. Please explain to me why didn't I get a panel on the wall.

Yes, I would recommend the system. It seems easy to use. The technicians did a good job of explaining how to use the system and were great with installing it. I am happy knowing my home is protected and safe.

He will forever be my main point of contact for additional concerns and if they are all this great, I have no concerns on the support process expected from Vivint.

The experience from beginning to end was both professional and dealt in a timely manner. Step by step instructions on how to work equipment as well as explain and providing explanations and walkthroughs. Will recommend to friends and family. The technician Zach was wonderful and patient. The installation process took longer than expected but Zach was very professional and courtesy. Thus far the service has been very good. The camera quality is clear and I like the ability to review images. The upload speed is a little slow at times, however that may be due to my internet. I would recommend Vivint to my family and friends.

We had our Vivint security system installed today and the whole experience was amazing! Our technician was so nice and walked us through everything. He gave me his card and told me if anything doesn’t work I can call him personally and he will fix it. I would recommend this company over any other security company to my friends or family.

Everything was done really quickly and professionally. Hopefully it will still be that way when issues arise. I don’t feel like this has done anything to make my home more secure because I can’t afford all the stuff it would take to do that. However the doorbell camera will be useful.

Extremely impressed with how quick they got my equipment set up. They did the consultation with all my options and I was fully expecting to be scheduled a week later. Nope! They did the install same day! Needless to say, I will certainly continue using them for my houses in the future.

Quick and efficient install. Explained everything. Also sales representative did a great job with the order. Tried to use garage door option but couldn't get it to work. Not a big problem as I can live without. Great that I can control both thermostats from the system and my phone. Extremely happy where cameras were installed. Nice to set cameras and the zones of the camera.

Minor drill damage due to changing where the wire hole would be. The picture quality is great on all 3 cameras. The installation was within the hour of signing up and the installers were incredibly nice and respectful. Young but they knew what they were doing. They provided me with a multi outlet cover to accommodate my lack of outlets. My house is made of brick which isn’t the easiest to drill through but they did a great job! Very satisfied customer.

Good, due to power outages in my area, technician took a longer to install the system and was not able to give me the full instruction on how to operate the system. I need more guidance on how to operate the system on my phone in the near future.

I was not made aware of a large deposit that. Was taken out of my account. I understand that monthly charge but after my approval of the alarm system I was not aware that they were taking out 494.00 dollars from my checking account.

Install was a nightmare and should have had more people for install. I asked them to come out and see what project entails and they told me they just come out with all product and handle at time of install. This led to a 12+ hour installation and multiple changes to what could go where. Be prepared and once product is complete the ease of use and technology is great.

So far it's been a very negative experience. Full install was supposed to take 4-5 hours at most. After 5 hours the install tech said he wasn't quite finished so we said he could stay a little later but had to be leaving by 7 PM at the very latest (install was supposed to be 12:00 to 5:00). At 7 PM tech is still working and we find out that he's only 1/2 way done; still has to do two outdoor cameras plus a smart deadbolt and 2 car guards.

Our sales representative AJ was very Helpful and explained everything in great detail. Our installer Sierra was great, she was very detailed in her explanation of the system and cameras. Really good customer service seems to be hard to find these days, but these two nailed it Ethel their service.

Mark was as patient as Job. I have Parkinson’s disease and difficulty understanding technology. He was a kind and an excellent teacher. Mine was a difficult situation which he managed extremely well. He went beyond what was required. He was professional and stayed on task the entire time. He is an asset to your company. I dropped ADT after 33 years, for the quality of service Mark represented.

Devante ** was quite professional. He worked diligently completing the installation of my alarm system, the smart hub, motion detectors, and the door and window sensors. He answered questions. He instructed and made sure I knew the techniques on how to operate my system.

In accord with other reviews, which I have read in order to select a home security system, Vivint's on-line customer service was on several occasions fair at best and poor at worst. The equipment, at this point, seems good to excellent. The installation was cancelled on a first occasion (4/10/23) because the tech did not call or appear in the scheduled 4 hour afternoon window. On the 2nd scheduled installation date (4/13/23), the tech arrived early in the morning 4 hour window but failure of Vivint home office to have complete the necessary certifications forced the tech to correct the deficiencies, resulting in a 1 and 1/2 hour delay in installation. Thereafter the tech, Mr. Kerry ** was consistently helpful, informative, and expeditious in setting up the selected security system. His conduct redeemed the prior poor administrative performance..

I love my security system. Installation day was a disaster. At one point I had 2 guys here installing my system. The main guy treated me like I was dumb. Many holes in my wall that were caulked over so now white spots all over my house. Drilled a hole into part of my outlet that can not be fixed. The other guy walked on my new white carpet with his shoes. It took 6 hours to install 3 cameras a hub and a front lock. I was told I could use my same lock however I could not. Now my door has a white spot from where my old one was. I had so much anxiety and was so stressed. I did not know what was going on.

He was very professional and finished the job to our expectations. We would recommend him and your company to anyone. He took the time to learn what we wanted and have the suggestions needed to complete the job to our satisfaction.

I was pleased from the very initial phone call until the end of the equipment installation. Joe made me feel much better after my break in. We talked on the phone and I was able to get the system that very day! And Aaron was great. He is the one that installed everything. He was so patient and thorough. The system is awesome. Darrell with Vivint is wonderful. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable and professional. He made the whole process very understandable and quick. Darrell explained all our options and how to use the products we chose. I got exactly the service I had hoped for.

My experience with Vivint was very good. The technician Keith came to my home and installed what I needed to feel safe in my home. Keith was very friendly and respectful. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the Vivint products that he was installing.

Contracted installers provide dates and erroneous information about services that Vivint does not honor. Review your contract carefully as you will be randomly charged fees that you are not responsible for. It will be up to you to challenge these fees and Vivint will request documentation. Cellular service is spotty at best. Customer service is pitiful- long wait times, poorly trained staff without the ability to provide actual remedies to issues without speaking with a supervisor- who will then try to sell you a more expensive package. Extremely disappointed with Vivint. Security promises are a sham.

Very professional technician. He knew what he was doing. He walked me thru each process before starting any work. He made sure all services was working before he left. Very pleased with his work. Very pleased with the technician work.

I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and the tech that came out appeared knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the tech did not have all the equipment on hand to finish the house. However he communicated it well and provided multiple solutions to fix the problem quickly.

Was fast installing everything and made sure that wasn’t being invasive in installing equipment. Was courteous and called before arriving. This is a user friendly system, the Tech and Salesperson walked me through each device and explained how everything works. The camera clarity is amazing. The custom sounds you can set up are awesome. The glass breakage device and Smoke Alarm/Carbon Monoxide Detector are great features.

I found the people reasonably helpful but had to really push a bit to get them to problem solve and slow down when they were talking. But once we got through that it was okay. The phone connection was really bad and made things more difficult.

My installation tech, Enrique ** was professional and knowledgeable. He had answers to all my questions, was polite, friendly, and made the experience pleasant and effortless on my part. I look forward to receiving my service from Vivint if all my interactions will be like the one with Enrique and even the sales rep, Aaron Oaks, I initially spoke with.

Sale guy Tate ** came w/ trainee to sell me on changing from ADT. He promised to contact him to take care of my buyout even if it’s larger than the $1k advertised. I notified him directly like he said and Tate has not responded to take care of the situation. Maybe it’s part of his sales pitch to promise something but not deliver. I fully expect for this to get to the bottom of this and if not successful to getting that full buyout amount. I will get in contact with the right people to ensure that Tate ** will not promise things that he couldn’t deliver. In addition to teaching his trainee to follow suit.

The control panel is on crooked. Smoke detector in master bedroom blinks a green light impacting sleep. The front camera is low where it can be easily removed. It took over four hours and at times two people.

My new technician that came out name was (Kendrick ** Vivint Tech). He was very knowledgeable and talked me through every feature each device had. He was very thorough and Very Professional. I plan to add a couple more devices and I hope I am lucky enough to get him as my Vivint tech again.
