I was pleased the way the installer addressed all my concerns. Time management was great as well. He made sure that I understood how to work the system. I tried to give him something as a tip but he said no thank you. That this was his job.

Jesse was amazing. He walked us through the process, held our hand in a way, and made us feel that our home, and most importantly our family would be safe. We went into this process thinking today was just a consultation with what we had been told by the consultant on the phone when we initially set up this appointment, little did we know it was actually an install appointment so we were a little skeptical and felt like we were misled, but Jesse assured us, and made us feel like we are making the right decision.

Jesse (our installation agent) was informative, patient, and professional. He answered all our questions and addressed concerns. His expertise was invaluable with regard to explaining an easement on our new property and what to expect. He was proved resourceful with placement of his devices knowing we would have pets coming into the house. Thank you!

Customer service, in my humble opinion, starts at point of first contact with a potential customer. A+ experience with the Vivint team on our system from finding out my concerns, suggestions on hardware solutions to meet my concerns and cost.

Everyone from the sales team to the technicians were very professional and informative. The installation happened on the same day that we purchased the equipment, actually about 20 minutes after we signed. The installers helped pick the best locations for our equipment and showed us how to navigate the system. The install was quick and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Mike has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful through the entire process… Clean installation with very good follow up… Very professional. Mike was also training a new employee and showed very good leadership skills in this process… I will recommend Mike and Vivint to my friends and family…

Evan W. was my technician and explained all the equipment that was ordered and where he was going to install it. He gave me an estimate of how long the installation would take and asked if that was acceptable. Everything went extremely well and he showed me how all the equipment works. Very professional and a pleasure to have him work on my home.

The tech did a superb job! He was very knowledgeable and he walked me through the entire system! I would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone that is looking to secure their homes! Also I need a Vivint sign for my yard!

My technician Jacob ** was fantastic. He took his time to go over the details of how the system works and showed me how to use it. Any of the questions I had, he was able to get me an answer. After he was done, he cleaned up any dust from the setup process and made sure that everything was properly set up for me. I would highly recommend the system and Jacob to do the account.

Scheduled the appointment for my new Vivint security system to be installed. They were prompt and courteous in confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment the technician Darrell ** was right on time with a nice notice of arrival text message. He worked hard all morning and into the afternoon to get the system installed and set up perfectly. Everything looks amazing and installed perfectly. He kept wires discrete and was very polite during the entire visit. Very happy with our new home security system and will have that peace of mind now. Thanks again Darrell for all your assistance and hard work today.

The man who installed was very good. He was nice and explained everything. I would recommend the service to other people. I enjoy the security I feel with the camera and the ability to have emergency services arrive. Great job. I will enjoy.

I recently had an alarm system installed and John, the alarm installation technician, exceeded my expectations. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also had a professional and friendly demeanor. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the various components of the system and took the time to explain to me how it worked. The installation itself was a breeze, as John was very efficient and completed the job quickly. I'm confident that the system was installed correctly and that we are now well protected. I highly recommend Travis and his quality of service.

Customer Service was the best. The installation was professional. He was detailed in his work. And explained everything thoroughly. He took his time and went over every aspect of the system. He even came back after the install to update the system and fix an issue we had.

Technician was awesome. He was very informative and kept me up to date with his progress. He explained how to set everything up and waited while getting my family in the app before leaving. I would def recommend in a heartbeat.

The technician was informative and helpful throughout the installation process today. The installation process was a bit long, took the technician about two hours to install the service. The cameras display a HD picture and the panel speaks loud and clear. Would recommend.

I was not present for the install but heard it went extremely well. The technician, Brady, did a fantastic, professional job at securing our new home with the cameras and the panel. Additionally, he was able to hide wiring which have otherwise been an eyesore. We are pleased with the overall service.

The appointment was booked with understanding that this was going to be cash based transaction. I paid the visit fee. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed. They never showed up and my visit fee was refunded and no contact or warning. They are a $$ grabbing service.

We had our alarm installed on 2-14-2023, the young man arrived on time, did explain what and where did the alarms would be placed and gave a well explanation of how the alarm works. Also did a very clean job.

Where to even start... You're forced to go through some weird survey that's given by a pre-recorded video and clearly looking to shield Vivint from liability. This is not how I want my relationship with the company to start. The installer was lazy. We mentioned roughly where we wanted the cameras and before we could pick a specific location, he'd already punched holes in the stucco. I'm sure we're going to get an angry mail from the HOA over the camera locations out front.

I am the old dog and this system is a new trick. May take a few days or so to learn it. Well enough that I’m completely comfortable. We did have a visitor who said he rang the bell, but we never heard it. Then he knocked, and we were expecting him, so we went to look. At least we have his picture on their camera. When he left, I tried the doorbell again, and it seem to work OK. We have armed and disarmed it a couple of times and that process seems to go OK. Hopefully will have no more problems. Thanks.

Our technician was great. Explained everything to us in detail. No surprises at the end. Everything I was told in the beginning, from cost to installation was on point. Mike was great too. He set up my appt. and gave me in full detail what to expect. Very professional.

Vivint was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking into doing a home security. From start to finish, which spanned over a couple of days and more than several hours, they were professional, wonderful and spot on with everything. My technician Travis was very accommodating, very friendly, and helped me feel very safe, secure and taken care of as a customer and as a person. We received great customer service. The install was quick and efficient. We had a knowledgeable and helpful technician who took his time to explain the equipment and its function. We are very happy with all the equipment and the installation process so far.

Robby, the technician, was on time, courteous and extremely helpful. He helped me with some questions and concerns that I had about pricing, the length of the contract and the equipment that had not been explained to me prior to our appointment. The system itself, while pretty pricey, is very easy to use and is unobtrusive.

Representatives via phone were willing to explore all saving options before I signed the dotted line. The service call was efficient and tech was very thorough. He was able to add a few more safety devices before leaving that were beneficial. Thank Guys.

Service representative was helpful and patient over the phone. Really worked to expedite my service and explain charges. Tech helped change batteries on sensors and was thorough in system set up. Communicated a narrower arrival window with advance notice that I really appreciated and allowed me to plan my day. Tech was friendly, helpful, and invited any questions I had.

Everything went well. Employees were really professional and knowledgeable. Equipment can be a little pricey but at least is yours to keep. One thing to remember is that you’re paying for quality. I would definitely recommend to anyone getting a system.

Had cameras installed for the house and the experience was amazing. Tech was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely recommend. I even decided to add an additional camera when the Tech was almost done and he was so cool and professional about it. Set up the camera to watch my dogs area in no time.

My new home came with Vivint, it was completely new to me. The individuals that came out to help were awesome, they were tons of help and I would definitely recommend their services. They verified everything worked both physically as well as the app, showed me exactly how to work everything as well as how to customize the settings. 10 out of 10.

From the sales person to the technician it was a great experience. Great people. They explained everything very well and answered my questions very well. But the panel by the door is not operating whatsoever. It is completely shut down. It seems that the panel is really loose from the wall. Please help.

Price was very polite and informative and convinced me to change from Brink, as well as the price of the system is very reasonable for someone who has semi retired. Thank you for your patience as we ran into a HUGE snafu with Xfinity. Because of them, Jose waited a long period of time to get his job accomplished. From start to finish, the customer service I experienced with Vivint was phenomenal. I had been looking at home security systems for a while, and decided to get a quote from Vivint. I’m so glad I did. I spoke with a tech (Eddy) who explained the company and the system to me perfectly. He was extremely kind and helpful. I was shocked to be able to have a tech come out to install the entire system THE DAY I CALLED. This was huge for me, because we have had some vandalism at our home lately, and I was anxious to get a system installed. Another huge plus was I didn’t have to drop a ton of money. They offer a monthly payment plan with 0% APR so it’s very easy to afford, even for us as young, new homeowners.

This was a very pleasant installment. My installer was knowledgeable and treated my house with much respect and like it was his own. I really appreciate this company. I would definitely recommend Vivint.

Vivint alarm system company is just a peace of mind. Mr. Chris ** was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed me all the steps. I am so please with the alarm system, I can even monitor my house at all time

DO NOT START A CONTRACT WITH VIVINT!!! I had vivint ever since 2018 and was paying on the equipment for years and vivint monitoring. I wanted to cancel vivint and to find out YOU CAN NOT USE your equipment that you paid thousands of dollars on, even on a app. You will waste your money on them unless you will be using them for life. They never told us that you can't use the equipment if you cancel your vivint. So what the hell am I gonna do with the equipment now that I paid thousands on. You can go buy a camera on Amazon and have an app for it and not paying a monthly fee. They are fraud!!! DO NOT start a contract with them!!!! Wasted thousands of dollars that I can't use the cameras now.

The technician was reasonable and prompt. He installed what I asked for (2 glass break sensors, 1 motion sensor, 2 door sensors, and 2 water sensors). At the end of the visit. I walked through with him the functionality of each sensor. The motion sensor didn’t work at all. It was brand new. He replaced it with another new sensor. It also didn’t work. He confided in me that none of the wireless motion sensors works — not one that he has seen work in 5 years. He said the wires sensors work, but Vivint no longer supports those.

The agent was friendly, professional, and at a rapid pace. He arrived in a timely manner and got straight to work. He seemed knowledgeable of what forms and procedures I needed to take care of. His work was not sloppy and he cleaned up where he needed to.

My initial contact to get Vinint left my faced with dissatisfaction, my 2nd contact with a manager made matters worse. However, once contacted by Eric, given his seemingly upmost care and willingness to thoroughly explain everything with integrity, I decided to go through with becoming a Vivint customer. Thus far, pleased! Kudos to Eric and my installer Ron!

I had a rough start with getting someone to me. But, my technician Brian ** was AWESOME! He took his time, explained everything and made me feel at ease. I told him I had a teenager & he made sure to show me exactly how to show her how to use everything. He answered of my questions and was very efficient. I feel great about my new install.

It took too long to install the system. It was 7:00 pm before the last tech left. He was experiencing system problems. We had to delay our dinner. Communication was not relayed to me on a timely basis. Better planning was needed to get a higher rating. Overall all personnel was very helpful.

The installer Mikel was very knowledgeable and kind. Very easy system to use. We will definitely be buying more cameras and sensors to add to our system. I appreciate how large the panel is and how loud it is for the doorbell to hear in areas of the house.

I have had many different security systems but I’ve always heard Vivint was a good company. The Cameras are some of the best I’ve ever used. The installers were definitely professional. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently and were very proficient.

Mark was great with explaining the process and equipment. Arrived on time and made sure we understood everything with the equipment and the Vivint phone application for the door camera, thermostats, and alarm system. He was patient and installed the equipment fairly quickly. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Vivint is very transparent and also flexible to the homeowner's needs. Extremely pleased with the flexibility on placement of equipment to the homeowners decision. The only part of the entire situation I would request to be changed would be the process to answer questions verbally. That part should be optional to select an answer.

I was satisfied with the offer. I was also glad to know that the camera footage actually records and is kept for 30 days. I just did not like how I kept telling them that I needed to leave before the post office closed and they continued until I told them.

My technician was able to arrive early which allowed me to run the errands I needed to run that day. He made sure all of the equipment worked as it was supposed to and made sure we knew how to use it before he completed the install. Would definitely recommend.

I went with Vivint because of the reviews. The technicians were very knowledgeable and precise about the location of the cameras. So I had two locations being installed. I had to pay fees. That I wasn’t aware of, :(. When I checked my account, they took out almost 800 dollars. Just make sure you double checked from the agent. I knew I had done that!

These two were great. They came over after normal hours to accommodate us. They made certain to review all options available for our needs and confirm all equipment. They both were very personable and walked us through how to use our system.

Sales reps (David) was good at his job. Ordered a system and it was installed a few hours after purchase. The install crew was professional and polite. The only issue I have is the camera mount locations. Need to be higher as bad guys could knock them down or cover them.

Logan was engaging and answered all my questions. Was clean and organized. Walked me through each of the pieces of hardware and helped me navigate the app. The install was relatively quick and the cameras were very high quality for viewing on the phone.

Stephen did an excellent job in the installation of my home security system. I work from home, but barely knew he was here. When we conducted our walk around he listened carefully to my needs and made great suggestions on maximizing my four-camera system. Once done, he went over everything and made sure I knew how to properly administer my system and what to expect going forward. 5-Star installation service. I'm looking forward to the support model. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered most of our questions. The scheduling process is not very customer friendly. The first three or four appointments were either canceled or rescheduled which caused a great deal of havoc, especially since I work from home. The great thing is the installer was amazing and the best part of the whole experience. The installer made up for what the rest of the process lacks. Thank you Harold you get six stars out of five!!

Installer is professional, quick, & seems to know what he's doing.. But he didn't clean the place where he drilled, didn't put camera where I wanted and didn't get my stickers to place in windows. I ended up cleaning after him and placing camera in right place.

I had a great experience with Jeff my sales rep. Very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He customized a package that fit my needs. The technology of the products and software were exceptional compared to my other security system.

I just had my Vivint installed today and my tech, Travis did an amazing job and guided me the whole way. The system is very easy to learn. I feel much safer now living in my home now that Vivint is on my side.

Good service and detailed instructions for homeowner. Polite and helpful -considerate. I am 80 and he made sure I was clued in. I would ask for Steve. This is my first alarm install. Not a stressful day. Better than I expected.

I am happy with the alarm system. I have Been playing with the camera features. Pretty impressive system, it’s easy to use and I like that I can operate it with my smart phone. I would recommend this system to all of my friends.

Levi took the time to listen to my concerns and answer whatever I asked. He should be commended. I also want to highlight the diligence and professionalism of the Tech Anthony! He worked very hard and was meticulous in placing the equipment and wires and that was very much appreciated. He also took time to show me the app and go over how the unit worked. I was very confident after his tutorial that I could manage the system.

Great stuff, our home feel more secure now that we have Vivint security cameras. We have the cameras in the front door and also in the garage for any incidents that might because you never know what could happen in this new age.

I don’t say the F word (fantastic) unless I mean it! Madison was awesome. I’m an exhausted mom who REALLY didn’t want to switch security on a Saturday afternoon. Madison was able to still show me how Vivint is superior to ADT without being pushy or annoying. She’s a really incredible salesperson and seems very genuine. My one gripe is that the security equipment being financed is not transparent until the end and advertised as “we will replace your ADT equipment at no cost.” It’s just a little manipulative seeing as though you ARE paying the nearly $4k for the equipment. Other than that, already loving the quality difference.

I will def recommend to a friend. Customer service was great and they did the installation the same day.. The installation guy Connor and William the marketing guy was amazing with their service.. Looking forward to how this is amazingly helpful for our home and security.

Great service so far. Install was fairly smooth. Technicians were late however I can’t blame them for it given the situation they encountered. Communicated their issues with me as soon as they happened and communicated their estimated timelines. We were happy with ADT but the doorbell camera with Vivint is extreme good quality and picks up sound so well. Happy with our decision. The sales rep was transparent and friendly, as well as the tech. Only complaint was them wanting to install at 9:00 p.m. while we had kids to put to bed.
