Great customer service and explanation of packages. I didn’t in any way feel oversold. I got as comprehensive a package as I wanted and felt the pricing to be fair and reasonable. Do read the fine print. You need to pay extra to warranty equipment, I highly recommend this. They installed same day (awesome), did a great job of explaining the features and left little mess behind.

From the beginning Johnny “salesperson” convinced me that Vivint was the best alarm system for my home. I was with ADT for more than 18+ years. Should had left them a long time ago. The technician “Jorge” was an expert.

Customer service from the installer was second to none. He did a great job installing and explaining every detail. The salesman also did a great job of recommending different services and products. I’m more than happy with everything I experienced with Vivint.

We rented a home with a Vivint system already installed and loved the peace of mind it gave us, much better than any other home security system we’d seen before. We just purchased a new home and immediately knew Vivint was one of the first things we wanted. The installer was professional, friendly and very clean. Everything about the service and product are excellent!

Great overall experience. From the Zoom meeting with the sales representative who explained everything and showed videos to the quick and thorough installation process. Now I can feel secure in my home and not jump at every noise. I think everyone should have a security system with the break ins and other issues going on now. My system is in place and is not obvious except if you were trying to break in. Keep up the good work.

I was happy with the presentation and quick install. However, things were not replaced in garage that had to be moved to access the electrical box. I really like being able to control everything from the phone app as well.

I have made a rule about not buying from door to door people because in the past their good looks usually made me use concentration and I end up owning a llama. So I was reluctant when Jonathan knocked on my door, but he knew his **. He was friendly to speak, had a great sense of humor, and knew his product and his customer. A great experience.

I had ADT but had Vivint years ago and wanted it again because ADT stinks. So was happy Vivint was willing to buyout my current contract. Very happy it all was done in same day and not having to schedule install.

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything and showed us how to use the equipment. It is a cheaper price than our previous service monthly. Scheduled the install at our convenience and showed up on time. They did forget our yard sign and sticker.

We’ve only had the system for a matter of hours. But, our sales person John was really great to work with. I don’t think I’ve even given someone knocking on my door the time of day in the last ten years. John is polite, professional, and honest. If he knocks on your door, chat with him. Even if you’re not in the market for a security system. He will surprise you.

Luke & Ty did a great job putting together the best security set up for my new home while working quickly & professionally. Why the Wow factor? They made it happen with same day install with a crew of 4 guys and knocked out a clean job of the cameras and monitor walked me through how to operate the system. Shout out to the whole crew, now I have the best system in town.

David was amazing. He takes his time educating me on the system and was very helpful. I felt very comfortable with him installing everything. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you for also changing the times for my install and getting here so quickly after my home was vandalized.

The staff at Vivint are professional, friendly and informative. Hailey is an excellent salesperson providing all necessary information, recommendations and client examples to assist in making a well informed decision. Technician was friendly and accommodating. The division head stopped in to check on the job which shows the importance of getting the job done the right way the first time. The system is easy to use, provides clear footage and very good sound coverage from a distance from the house.

Derek and Cody are wonderful and welcome in our home anytime. We’re still learning the system but I love that I can do everything on my phone especially when I’m away from home. Thank you for the excellent service. Amen.

Technician was courteous, professional and efficient, also friendly. Was very pleased with instructions and patience. Took time to explain again and never lost patience. Was pleased with whole process from beginning to end. Took time to answer all concerns and questions about function and operation of each camera and sensor.

Great experience all around the board from the first phone call I made to get the service started all the way until the installation was complete. This guy went above and beyond. He really cared about making us happy. Nothing bad to say about him. Your salespeople on phone were either misleading or stupid. They over-promised what was possible to do. I hope someone call me to discuss.

Today my installer was very pleasant and patient with explaining my system. He made sure I was knowledgeable on all the amenities of my products and rest assured it was a simple system for me and my family to learn. Not to mention he had great conversation I truly appreciate his service!

Overall the process with setting up our security system with Vivint went very smoothly. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Our only complaint is we did not get an initial confirmation of the installation date, and we waited all day for the technician to show up. We even called Vivint to make sure he was coming and they said the arrival window is 12 PM to 4 PM. When no technician showed up at by 4 PM, we called back and were told the installation was scheduled for the following day. An initial email confirmation of the appointment date would’ve cleared all this up and avoided frustration.

I just bought a home that had an existing Vivint system installed and am very pleased with the level of customer service and attention to detail that we have received from our on site technician and the call center as well.

We had Matt ** as our salesman for Vivint. He was extremely thorough about each product and helped us design the system that worked best for our home and budget. He was also super friendly and personable which made the process so smooth and enjoyable!

Caleb was very professional & informative. My husband was even impressed & we were able to get the system installed that night. Even had an extra person come to help install it to get it done faster. From the sales rep to the installer the service has been great so far. Vivint has made it easy and affordable to have a great security system. I especially like the command center touchpad and the integrated application on the phone.

Sales rep and installer both get 5 stars for professionalism. The only thing that could’ve been better would to have been able to schedule my install date and time. They said I had to start that night and installer was there until 10pm.

Dillon and Chelsea arrived on time, very prepared to start the project. Dillon took pains to make sure my equipment was placed in easily accessible areas, and that the camera angles for my front and back cameras were to my liking. He was very personable and professional.

Vivint was very quick to get my account installed after speaking by with a sales representative. The install tech was clean, removed his shoes indoors, and even vacuumed up his mess. He walked us through the app and made sure we were comfortable with the functionality before leaving. Very impressed!

Our experience with the products have been great and the people we have worked with are very friendly. The one complaint I have was the time of installation for the equipment. We were told the install would only take 1-2 hours when it actually took 5, leaving the technician at your house until 3 in the morning! I felt that was unacceptable and should not have happened.

Best customer service and technicians are real knowledge, I would recommend Vivint to anyone thats looking to protect it's family and belongs. The cameras have real good definition and the follow light is a awesome, love that I have the panel so my kids can look at who is in the door before even attempt to open.

He’s coming to my house the next day after installation to go over everything with me so I can know how to work it and download the app on my phone.

Installer worked hard and for a long time. I still have issues with the locks operating correctly and with the video from camera location. I need the installer or a superior to address the issues promptly. Get me on the schedule!

From the sales team to the tech they were awesome. Tech came out. Showed me all he was doing and asked where it was safe and how comfortable I was with the position of the equipment and he went to work and did an awesome job.

Service was outstanding and fast, was taught what I needed and everyone has been great. Wonderful prices and deals. Very satisfied overall. The equipment quality is very good and the tech that did the install needed minimal things from me to get it up and going.

Installation was 5 stars but customer service on the front end was poor (sales). Quoted one price and then given an invoice for 2x as much prior to install. No one could explain until pressed and then I received multiple explanations. Not good business practice.

Security installation went very smooth. The installer Katif was prompt, neat and professional. After installing the system he went over all the features that the system has to offer. I Will be recommending this company to family and friends. I'm enjoying the safety features already.

I give them one star because zero stars isn't an option. This company took unauthorized money from my account, without notifying me. After telling me that they would cancel my service they now refuse to. I was told several different things from their call center, I spoke to about 6 different people to resolve the issue on the phone. I spoke with service representatives, supervisors and the dispute team. They still refuse to cancel my service even though they have taken all of the equipment off of my house. They are unethical crooks.

My technician was great ! Very patient with me as I am not technologically savvy. Explained everything thoroughly and tested everything. Showed me how to manage things from my cell phone. Pointed out how to manage temperature settings, weather readings, stay and away options. Advised based on me having dogs. Explained I could later add camera features if I’d like.

We have wanted this security system and they were in our neighborhood yesterday! Everything was installed that day! Very friendly company personnel from the sales to the installation. Would highly recommend! The install included several areas of our home we were interested in including the camera system above the garage with a light that covers the area where a lot of vehicle break ins have been occurring recently.

The only complaint we have is the person selling is here at 6:00. We set everything up then he tells us the person will be here tonight to set up. We asked if we could do the next day and we were told no they have to put in at least the pad on the wall. Does not get here until about 9:45 and did not leave until 11:45 and is coming back today. We were not happy with that.

We used to be Vivint customers for a couple of years, it got too expensive, now everything is a lot better and more affordable. Thank you for making the changes. Logan the salesperson did an awesome job, and the technician also was very knowledgeable about the equipment

Cole was wonderful!! He helped get us set up and sold within one evening. We really appreciate his help and the techs that came out were so awesome as well. The cameras are clear and the security system is working great!!

While the technician sent to install was great! I was once AGAIN bamboozled! I was left with no sensors to my doors or windows. My cancelled account worked better than what I have now. I have an alarm that I turn on and off and it doesn't sound or send notification that my doors or windows are opened. So I am paying for cameras and that is all. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND STUCK.

My service agent Zack was absolutely the BEST! He did not rush and he answered every question I had. He made sure I knew how to operate all of my equipment before he left and cleaned as he went! Job well done!

I enjoy my new Vivint system. It protects and gives me the time of day and the temperature outside. Also, it tells and shows me, on the panel: what door or window that I have opened. Along with, I can visually see my house, on the panel or cell phone. Nice!!!

New security install with cameras. I felt the technician did an outstanding job with the install and with my preliminary education of the working of the same. The equipment is functional and small so not obtrusive. Pricing seemed a bit high to me but highest portion of cost was likely for the three cameras and the tablet-style controller.

We had a pleasant, forthright, and helpful conversation with Julie on the phone. She had Marion out to our house that evening to do install. Marion was knowledgeable and quick. He answered questions and explained things to us. He showed us how to use the equipment and was very nice.

Very Happy with the options made available to us by Andrew and could not believe that our installation was less than 1 hour post sign-up. The installation took less than the 4 hours indicated at our walk-through and was completed in a very professional and friendly manner. Explanation of how to operate the system once installed was also simply explained and demonstrated.

Great service. Only issue was deviation in final pricing... was higher than originally quoted. A bit of a surprise on a tight budget. You need to keep honest to original quotes given- monthly payments and future payments beyond the 5 year financed package price. Both were increased by over 15%.

My technician was kind enough to check in with me to assure me of our appointment. He checked with me to ensure I was okay with his plans and placement of items and was kind enough to run through instructions to ensure I knew how to use it fully.

Marquis was very informative and efficient with our installation. He was very knowledgeable about his products and most patient helping us learn the system. Tech Mike was very professional. He was prompt, patient and walked us through how to set up alarm system. I would recommend him as a tech and I have had service from numerous Vivint techs. He installed sensors and cameras.

I can say that we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Meeting with the rep to the installers. They showed what we needed to do which was barely anything. I would recommend Vivint if you are looking for an alarm system.

Pleasant gentleman Alex who was very professional & knowledgeable. I would definitely refer my family & friends to Vivint. Alex walked me through the arming & disarming of the panel. He also informed me that with the exception of fire smoke alarm duress the system does not deactivate.

Very professional and timely. Great communication and have clear recommendations on how best to set up our new security system. When the registration system ran into issues, our serviceman was on top of it and knew how to resolve everything. Would definitely recommend to someone else.

I was not satisfied with my trial period for the Vivint system. Promises were not upheld so I will now not revisit my decision to get the service in October once my contract is up with ADT. I am very disappointed since I was sold on this service.

From sales pitch, to installation, everything was smooth. I received a lot of information before deciding if I wanted to move forward. The sale rep was patient and provided me with enough information about the product. I had everything installed the same day and super quick. The technician went through everything with me on how to use the panel and the app. Pete and Taz were great! I did have an issue with my panel a couple hours after install but they fixed it right away!

I was a little hesitant to get this system only because I didn’t think I needed it. Within the first few hours of the 3 day trial my only regret was that I didn’t get this sooner. It makes my daily life so much easier and I can relax and feel safer in my home.

He answered every question I needed to know, explain how to use the system, how to use the app, how to get in and get out of my house without using the keypad and use my phone instead. He explained the system detail by detail. I will most definitely recommend him to friends and family.

The dudes Tim and Sebastian that helped me out were great, very polite respectful and attentive to the needs of the consumer. A little pricey but you get what you pay for I suppose. Way better than ADT so far.

I love the system so far. I feel much better knowing g that this system is working. My Brinks system was not working and I do not know for how long before they sent out a letter and the equipment was outdated. So I quit them and went with Vivint. It's expensive but worth it. The installer Joseph ** was extremely nice and well versed on all the equipment.

The Sales associate was friendly and helped with any questions I asked. As for the installer for the system itself he was also able to answer questions about the system and how it works on top of installing it within a reasonable timeframe.

Our installer helped us use our original equipment that came with our house to save us money. Everything was professional and so far so good. I would recommend over the other security agencies as there is no true contract once your equipment is paid off.

Reps came in and installed the system very quickly and thoroughly. Then they provided solid instruction on the entire system to include setting up zones and settings we needed to have established. Rep showed us all the separate pieces of equipment and their capability.

Installer assigned was very messy and damaged my home. He was guessing on where the camera would go and ended up leaving a hole in my brand new home. Also blue marks from latter used. Job was incomplete and left a mess behind.

Still waiting on my stuff and have not received them and now I am on a vacation so I had to come out the pocket with more money for someone to house sit and I paid in full and a month early.

The installer was good and very verbal. The installing didn’t take long and he even called ahead of time to allow me the customer time to get up and dressed. He broke down on how to operate my new devices. Thanks and have a great day!

Sales person came to the door, very nice and professional. He stated that he was connected alarm company Parkway West then later he said no. I got the system and within 25 min the tech came by and started install. Way too fast and stayed way too long. Thermostat was not working with system. Needs to be laymen off the bill. Our house was built in the 50’s and has not been rewired ever. Sales person never asked, etc.

Our technician Kyle was amazing!!! He made everything easy to understand and he was very friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing and he got it done fast and efficiently! He also was on time when he said he would be so I appreciated that.

I don’t typically like door-to-door pitches and the first time they visited, we were working. I’m glad they came back in the evening. We had been thinking about getting more security for the house since our Ring had picked up people coming up to our vehicles and trying to open the doors. Ian spent time showing us the features of the camera and equipment and what sold us was the 24/7 recording. Being able to capture a full event with 180 camera angles is really going to give us peace of mind. And being able to lock and unlock our systems remotely is awesome. Chris did a great job with the installation and was flexible with what we needed. I’m glad we took the time to learn about this cool new (to us) company.

We originally called upon a well-known company to install wireless outdoor cameras and we're not happy at all with what was going to be installed - cameras were not wireless, the installation had to be scheduled out over a month, customer service was nonexistent... After doing some research we decided to give Vivint a try and so are we are very pleased! Cameras are truly wireless, the installation process was minimal yet efficient and began the very next day. It has only been a few hours, but so far we are thrilled.

The product I ordered was not compatible with my doors. The installer did not have adequate tools and put the wire down the wrong wall. When realizing my doors were incompatible with the product, he has still not put my locks back correctly on my doors after a week, leaving my home unsecured. There have been numerous excuses from flat tires to wrong tools to not have a screw. It has been a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

It was very useful and most convenient having the install the same day as sale-even though it made for a very long day. I am into Day 1 and as predicted by Tech Dustin, I am comfortable with this new system.

So, it started out as a salesperson at our door. Being a new homeowner. We have had salespeople knocking on our door daily. This time it was Ty, and he was selling a security system. At first we were like, we already have a system. But then he started showing us all the stuff that Vivint offers and it beat our current company by far! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He came in and sat with us, and was just real. He was able to answer every question we had and wasn’t pushing what he offered on us. He just showed us the differences and made us see that this system was a better fit for our needs. He also called someone who had solar and sold it as well to answer some questions we had, and we actually ended up purchasing it as well.

Service was great from presentation of product to the installation process and everyone involved offered their ongoing support even once everything was done. First I had better let you know that I'm 90 years old, almost deaf, and quite shaky. The introduction by Hyrum was great. Lance did a great job doing the installation. Then the next morning I tried to get to know the system better. It came time for me to enter my PIN. I could not get my fingers to stop shaking and the alarm sounded. I got a call and could not understand a word that was said (my fault). I just can't hear well over the phone. SO, introduction & installation GREAT! MY part not so good. I'm concerned that I will not be able to use the camera system. Hyrum is going to try to come here sometime tomorrow. Thank you. Dee.

Justin ** did an excellent job installing the equipment. He explained everything to me. He conducted a walk thru of everything installed. He ensured all the cameras worked fine. Also assisted me step by step on all the features on the app. Plus adding additional users. So far so good and pleased with Vivint.

Christine was a pro! She came in and did the site survey, explained what I genuinely needed vs what would be a cool addition, and hooked everything up quickly. She even troubleshoot some of my own issues and let me know what the fix was. Walked me through the app and panel like if she had it memorized and made sure I understood before she left.

Very professional and quick install. The installation was fast, things were explained well and the service was good. The sale team was professional as well, he talked to us about plans and the system how it worked and what to expect. He spent time answering all our questions, we feel good about our choice.

My salesperson left out some important information. For example, “buying out my existing alarm contract”. Their response to answering that question is after the 3 days to cancel the contract. That is not acceptable. Cancelling the contract within my 3 business days would require the Tech to come back and uninstall the equipment leaving holes in my property; again unacceptable. Not good business.

My husband and I had been talking about upgrading our home security system, neither one of us had time to sit and research which one would be best for our family. One evening a door to door guy came to the house and knocked on our door, I hid and my husband answered the door (sucker). My husband was out there for a bit and came in, my surprise he let the sales guy in, (ugh). Mr. ** (the sales guy) introduced himself and I was like, "Oh ok he is really trying to sell this," let me tell you, Blake was great, he knew the product, and definitely knew how to sell it, and the installation group was great also, their knowledge and skills for being so young were awesome, thanks again guys.

Vivint has a high-tech enrollment and confirmation system utilizing an iPad with videos and on-screen confirmation. I was able to clearly configure a security system and understood the charges and how to operate the system.

They were very helpful and took the time to explain to me how to use everything. They also showed me how to use my door lock and my thermostat as well as adding a user to the panel. As well, they showed me how to access everything through my phone also with adjusting camera views and setting alerts.
