I was a little hesitant to get this system only because I didn’t think I needed it. Within the first few hours of the 3 day trial my only regret was that I didn’t get this sooner. It makes my daily life so much easier and I can relax and feel safer in my home.

The sales rep was very accurate. He answered every question I needed to know, explain how to use the system, how to use the app, how to get in and get out of my house without using the keypad and use my phone instead. He explained the system detail by detail. I will most definitely recommend him to friends and family.

The dudes Tim and Sebastian that helped me out were great, very polite respectful and attentive to the needs of the consumer. A little pricey but you get what you pay for I suppose. Way better than ADT so far.

The installation team arrived and we did a quick walk through and then they got down to work. They were thorough, polite and professional and did a great job as far as we are concerned. Glad we decided to invest in the system. Thank you!

I love the system so far. I feel much better knowing g that this system is working. My Brinks system was not working and I do not know for how long before they sent out a letter and the equipment was outdated. So I quit them and went with Vivint. It's expensive but worth it. The installer Joseph ** was extremely nice and well versed on all the equipment.

The Sales associate was friendly and helped with any questions I asked. As for the installer for the system itself he was also able to answer questions about the system and how it works on top of installing it within a reasonable timeframe.

JD did an an excellent job installing the equipment and was extremely personable. He took his time and went through all the features. The equipment is extraordinarily good and crystal clear. Super happy with my choice of going with Vivint.

From the beginning the representative who signed me up to the technician who installed my system. They were professional and informative. They were patient and answered all my questions. The technician helped me step by step setting up my app on my phone and the representative stopped in to make sure all was fine and to see if I had any questions or concerns. It was an easy process.

Our installer helped us use our original equipment that came with our house to save us money. Everything was professional and so far so good. I would recommend over the other security agencies as there is no true contract once your equipment is paid off.

Works great and love the system. The cameras are amazing and the quality is great. The person who provided us the system is amazing and would highly recommend anyone to go to him because he is out here protecting families.

Just got the system installed today and so far everything seems good. I won't really know about how service is until I’ve used it a bit, but no complaints so far. Great experience with the field sales rep and installation crew.

Reps came in and installed the system very quickly and thoroughly. Then they provided solid instruction on the entire system to include setting up zones and settings we needed to have established. Rep showed us all the separate pieces of equipment and their capability.

Installer assigned was very messy and damaged my home. He was guessing on where the camera would go and ended up leaving a hole in my brand new home. Also blue marks from latter used. Job was incomplete and left a mess behind.

Still waiting on my stuff and have not received them and now I am on a vacation so I had to come out the pocket with more money for someone to house sit and I paid in full and a month early.

The installer was good and very verbal. The installing didn’t take long and he even called ahead of time to allow me the customer time to get up and dressed. He broke down on how to operate my new devices. Thanks and have a great day!

Josh was very professional. Did a great job. Very informative of what he was doing and how the system worked. He was awesome! Would highly recommend him! Friendly service and great company! I now feel really safe in my house! Thank you Vivint for your recommendation!

Sales person came to the door, very nice and professional. He stated that he was connected alarm company Parkway West then later he said no. I got the system and within 25 min the tech came by and started install. Way too fast and stayed way too long. Thermostat was not working with system. Needs to be laymen off the bill. Our house was built in the 50’s and has not been rewired ever. Sales person never asked, etc.

Our technician Kyle was amazing!!! He made everything easy to understand and he was very friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing and he got it done fast and efficiently! He also was on time when he said he would be so I appreciated that.

Vivint tech, Stephen, provided excellent customer service. Natalie was able to assist through several hiccups. And Kevin ** provided excellent customer service and support in having a tech come out because Stephen was truly great and helpful as a first time customer of Vivint.

The tech lady deserves five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. SHE WAS KIND… prompt, she did her job, she then explained everything while also walking me thru how to get the best results of the system! Thank you! I would definitely recommend someone else for this service.

Both the techs and sales reps were absolutely wonderful! They made me feel good about my purchase because they were confident in the product. They were very friendly and extremely helpful when reviewing the product as well. They made a great team.

I appreciate these guys. They got me a security system installed 100%, connected to the important places. I have been wanting a system ever since a swat team arrested my neighbor. I can relax a bit now, knowing I'm not defenseless.

I don’t typically like door-to-door pitches and the first time they visited, we were working. I’m glad they came back in the evening. We had been thinking about getting more security for the house since our Ring had picked up people coming up to our vehicles and trying to open the doors. Ian spent time showing us the features of the camera and equipment and what sold us was the 24/7 recording. Being able to capture a full event with 180 camera angles is really going to give us peace of mind. And being able to lock and unlock our systems remotely is awesome. Chris did a great job with the installation and was flexible with what we needed. I’m glad we took the time to learn about this cool new (to us) company.

Friendly and knowledgeable employee representation relating quality of service and equipment offered. Easy to use software and convenience of having control in the touch of my fingers from the application offered. Straightforward with affordable pricing rates offered with good quality equipment.

Sales and installers are friendly and felt like family. Really! We had an issue that came right back to correct it. We appreciated it. We have a # to call with questions and issues. You have a great team of installers and your sales crew seem well trained.

I had Ramos and he was great making sure that I felt that I received everything I needed. Ramos was patient and ensured that I felt comfortable with the entire process. He listen to my concerns and set up what I felt I needed.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with everything about from the time I spoke with Richie, the first representative, who is the sales manager in the region to our install extraordinaire, James! Not only were these guys, friendly, nice, and listen to every concern I had or need I want it addressed, but they also are extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional and also just great people! And for me, that makes all the difference. Also, they were extremely trusting and honest regarding the entire experience, all upfront costs, and what I would be getting for my money. Hands-down this is a great value for what you will receive.

Drew came out to my house and made the install easy and quick. He was professional, very informative, and taught me how to use the system prior to finishing. Overall great experience and easy way of transitioning from my old system to this one. Thank you again and would highly recommend them!

This was a far cry from last time. He had no clue which doesn't say too much for the people who are supposed to represent the company! Colton did an excellent job and answered all my questions. You need to review your hiring practices.

Just had my new Vivint security system installed by two outstanding young gentleman (Julian & Ken). Couldn’t have been more impressed with their genuine kindness, knowledge and professionalism. This all being said for the sales agent (Morris) that knocked on my door as well. Surpassed my expectations by far!

We originally called upon a well-known company to install wireless outdoor cameras and we're not happy at all with what was going to be installed - cameras were not wireless, the installation had to be scheduled out over a month, customer service was nonexistent... After doing some research we decided to give Vivint a try and so are we are very pleased! Cameras are truly wireless, the installation process was minimal yet efficient and began the very next day. It has only been a few hours, but so far we are thrilled.

Jackie was very knowledgeable and courteous about the services offered. The technician Zach was very efficient and courteous as well. Both very professional, very pleased with the results. I would recommend it to a friend. Slept well last night knowing that our residence is secure.

Decided to upgrade my home security system and glad I did. Great customer service from the salesman to the installer. Did have one hiccup where I was charged and shouldn’t have but it is being resolved. I would recommend Vivint for sure. I appreciate that they had employees that were knowledgeable and knew their products.

Technician Daryl was excellent and patient in explaining everything to me. He was also very professional and neat when it comes to installing all the equipment. The product I ordered was not compatible with my doors. The installer did not have adequate tools and put the wire down the wrong wall. When realizing my doors were incompatible with the product, he has still not put my locks back correctly on my doors after a week, leaving my home unsecured. There have been numerous excuses from flat tires to wrong tools to not have a screw. It has been a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

It was very useful and most convenient having the install the same day as sale-even though it made for a very long day. I am into Day 1 and as predicted by Tech Dustin, I am comfortable with this new system.

He was so awesome making sure my installation was done properly. I will Definitely recommend this man for any installation. The sales representative was upfront and very professional. He answered all questions with no hesitation and was very polite.

So, it started out as a salesperson at our door. Being a new homeowner. We have had salespeople knocking on our door daily. This time it was Ty, and he was selling a security system. At first we were like, we already have a system. But then he started showing us all the stuff that Vivint offers and it beat our current company by far! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He came in and sat with us, and was just real. He was able to answer every question we had and wasn’t pushing what he offered on us. He just showed us the differences and made us see that this system was a better fit for our needs. He also called someone who had solar and sold it as well to answer some questions we had, and we actually ended up purchasing it as well.

Service was great from presentation of product to the installation process and everyone involved offered their ongoing support even once everything was done. Very professional encounter with Kade, Aaron, and Louis. Definitely would recommend to neighbors, friends, and family that may be interested in getting a security system installed in their home.

Sam was very professional in explaining our options to us before we made our purchase. Marlin did a great job on the installation and I appreciated his recommendations on where to install the cameras and taking the time to properly install the doorbell.

The sales rep Saxon ** was very knowledgeable and not pushy when telling us about your services you have to offer. The installer I can’t remember his name was very nice and answered all our questions while he was installing the equipment. I would recommend.

First I had better let you know that I'm 90 years old, almost deaf, and quite shaky. The introduction by Hyrum was great. Lance did a great job doing the installation. Then the next morning I tried to get to know the system better. It came time for me to enter my PIN. I could not get my fingers to stop shaking and the alarm sounded. I got a call and could not understand a word that was said (my fault). I just can't hear well over the phone. SO, introduction & installation GREAT! MY part not so good. I'm concerned that I will not be able to use the camera system. Hyrum is going to try to come here sometime tomorrow. Thank you. Dee.

I’ve been very pleased with Vivint security system in the past. The guys that came to talk to me about updating and adding to my system were polite, respectful, and very helpful. Not to mention knowledgeable and precise with their installation. I definitely recommend Vivint!

My Tech Sean was a pleasant guest in our home while he was installing our new system. Very courteous and mindful of others. He was very knowledgeable with the policy and the equipment being installed. I would recommend Sean to anyone that needs service.

Justin ** did an excellent job installing the equipment. He explained everything to me. He conducted a walk thru of everything installed. He ensured all the cameras worked fine. Also assisted me step by step on all the features on the app. Plus adding additional users. So far so good and pleased with Vivint.

Christine was a pro! She came in and did the site survey, explained what I genuinely needed vs what would be a cool addition, and hooked everything up quickly. She even troubleshoot some of my own issues and let me know what the fix was. Walked me through the app and panel like if she had it memorized and made sure I understood before she left.

Very professional and quick install. The installation was fast, things were explained well and the service was good. The sale team was professional as well, he talked to us about plans and the system how it worked and what to expect. He spent time answering all our questions, we feel good about our choice.

My salesperson left out some important information. For example, “buying out my existing alarm contract”. Their response to answering that question is after the 3 days to cancel the contract. That is not acceptable. Cancelling the contract within my 3 business days would require the Tech to come back and uninstall the equipment leaving holes in my property; again unacceptable. Not good business.

Good knowledge with employees very helpful and kind. Very clean with installation. Gave very good instructions, made it easy to learn system for me and my family. Will definitely recommend Vivint to my friends and family. Very nice people very good price with package I got.

Was very straight up, did the job quick and fast, very cool and awesome details about the camera. Showed me how to use the camera and where there would be good spot to place the camera and kept me updated about where he put the camera. Also let me keep my old doorbell

My husband and I had been talking about upgrading our home security system, neither one of us had time to sit and research which one would be best for our family. One evening a door to door guy came to the house and knocked on our door, I hid and my husband answered the door (sucker). My husband was out there for a bit and came in, my surprise he let the sales guy in, (ugh). Mr. ** (the sales guy) introduced himself and I was like, "Oh ok he is really trying to sell this," let me tell you, Blake was great, he knew the product, and definitely knew how to sell it, and the installation group was great also, their knowledge and skills for being so young were awesome, thanks again guys.

Very respectful and clean install. Explained all in detail and no gimmicks. We are impressed with the equipment and picture quality. The app is easy to use and the options work for our family. I highly recommend and would refer my sales representative.

Unit 216753 did an excellent on par with the performance of this series model. The required parts were delivered and installed on time and the appropriate documentation signed. I would recommend this unit for future repairs and service. Prices were adjusted to reflect estimates and we’re reasonable and affordable.

I was very apprehensive following the sales presentation for the Vivint system and the promotion. After I researched and read reviews from others I went ahead and got the installation and service. My sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable so that was very important in my decision. Following finalizing the sales contract I was thoroughly surprised that the technicians were already in my area to do the installation the same day. The installation technicians were very professional and efficient with the installation. Vivint was a very good option for my family needs and I would recommend them to others.

Professional enrollment and incredibly prompt and fast installation the same evening. Vivint has a high-tech enrollment and confirmation system utilizing an iPad with videos and on-screen confirmation. I was able to clearly configure a security system and understood the charges and how to operate the system.

They were very helpful and took the time to explain to me how to use everything. They also showed me how to use my door lock and my thermostat as well as adding a user to the panel. As well, they showed me how to access everything through my phone also with adjusting camera views and setting alerts.

The tech was excellent. Showed me how to use the app and all very descriptive. Took great pride is his job. CPI techs said prior that my cameras were not able to be put up. The tech never even questioned the capabilities to put it up. Did a great job.

Our technician Dell ** did a great job installing our Vivint home security system. He contacted me the night before to let me know of his arrival the next day. The day of service he arrived by 9 am as mentioned in a phone call. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable during the installation. His cordial attitude and personality is off the charts. My wife and I are both very pleased how efficient and personable Dell was. He didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or intimidated us with the technology. He took his time explaining how to use the system and did an exceptional job. Would highly recommend Dell as a referral.

I had Vivint home security installed in my home May 12 2023. The Vivint representative Ethan ** was very helpful in giving me information on this system. He delivered all he said he would. The security system was installed soon after signing the agreement. Alec ** was the installer and did a very good job in a timely manner.

In-fact well pleased is an understatement, the installer was very knowledgeable and guided me through every aspect of the system and was patient and efficient with my string of questions … I can surely recommend Vivint on their install and I pray I am as pleased with the system….

I was looking for a security system company that didn’t require signing a contract then I found Vivint online. I called them and then customized my equipments which amounted to about 1825. I paid my deposit and when the technician arrived he showed the total price. By this time the price had gone up to about 2000, I had paid my deposit prior to the installation and balance should have been about 1325. Vivint is not straightforward with their customers especially when paying for all equipments at once. The customer service agent claimed not to know what I’m saying and decided to dismiss it and cut off my call in the middle of our conversation. Terrible company.

Every person I encountered during the whole process was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was taught things I had no idea of. They showed great patience with me being that I know absolutely nothing about tech. I would recommend Vivint to everyone I know.

Joe was really great and explained everything very well, even with my kids and all of their friends running around. Danny arrived very quickly and was able to get everything installed with no issues. He then showed us our new system with and helped us set up our apps as well.

The tech Seth was very detailed and helpful and did in a timely and nice manner. He was polite and arrived in good time. The equipment is easy to work and the picture and sound is good quality. The company was referred to me by a coworker and so far I'm very pleased.

What we had discussed was not what was presented on the work order. It wasn’t very well explained to me and I would have agreed to the additional equipment if i had been better educated on their functionality. Additionally, my sales rep was unclear with me on the final costs which would include taxes. I was told I was also waived an install fee, but then later was explained to me the install fee was not going to be covered by Vivint.

He was very nice, he clean up behind himself. It a little longer than I thought it would. Still learning the in and out how to work it. The glass breaks work really well. I drop a glass and it set them off.

Everyone we countered with from your company was amazing! Keegan was extremely well trained with his sales technique. He was easy to talk to and very thorough. We enjoyed his company and we couldn’t have had a better person knock on our door. AJ came and installed it. AJ was phenomenal and made sure we were on the same page before he ever pulled out a drill. Everything looked so great and clean once it was up. He cleaned up after himself and was just a smart and lovely person to talk to. With all the chaos we had going on in our home, we couldn’t have asked for a more patient and hard working team. Home security sale and installation. Ron was our salesman. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in the service being provided to us. Mason was our installation technician. Very friendly and courteous and was patient in educating us on how to use our new security system.

The installer was a nice guy but he left a mess. He didn’t clean up the mess from drilling into the doors. He left all the wire ends he cut off on the floor and counters. Plus his hole placement was not ideal. Overall we are not very happy with the work but once again he was very nice.

I can't view the cameras on my phone because the guys said that they had to get a air bridge but they never came back. I was wonder if someone will come back out to install the air bridge. I want to be able to view that n cameras on my mobile phone.

Poor representation. Sales very deceptive, furniture was damaged by the installation tech. Poor installation, wires left hanging. Company don't want to let you out of the contract. Customer service is poor. The equipment is not worth it. I wonder how many people they have deceived.

The Technician did a very good job on installation and explained how to use the system and how to put the information into the system and set it up to our specifications and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in everything he did and we are happy with the system.

One thing I do like about the system is that I can view the camera from inside and don't always have to use my phone unless I'm not on my property. Plus they were able to work with me and to do a buyout program for my other system that I still had rights to. Customer service was really good. It's easy to work with. Explained in detail you know what I was getting into and plus last night I needed help with the pad and I found out it was my old system that set off the alarm medical alarm and fire alarm.

Loved the lady that sold them to us, the techs were amazing & did whatever they could to make sure we were happy! I can say I will gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for better quality, customer service & a better security system!

They installed sensors on the windows and keypad deadbolts on our doors. We now have smoke and CO detectors. All at a very reasonable price. They even offer financing if you need it. I really wanted the garage door opener but tech told me since my garage door opener had myQ on it that it could not ne added. I search online and found mine's is myQ compatible but I got to buy a whole other piece so that it can work and this is the piece I guess you all provide but I had to go on Amazon and order me a Liftmaster 828LM so that I will be able to use the myQ app. Keep in mind this is the main part I wanted and had to do it on my own. Who do I call or contact about coming to take down all this equipment and stuff that was put in yesterday because the main part I wanted I did myself.

I recently bought a home that already had some Vivint security devices installed. The Vivint representative showed up at my house on my move in day before I got a chance to call them. They made starting my home security account simple. So far so good.

Installation of new home security alarm system. Sales Rep and also an installer was very good at what he does. He explained their business and how all the products works very thoroughly. He was nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend Vivint to any homeowners out there. Very satisfied!

Overall the experience wasn’t bad, but there are a few issues that could have been handled differently! The first was with the back camera installation, we were told that the camera would be installed on the brick siding, came back and it was installed above a door (which was newly installed as well) in the trim??? We should have been consulted first when the installer figured out he had to go with a different location! And just the overall appearance of wiring left exposed around the front door!

The Vivint employees were very respectful and worked diligently. However, they did not finish installing equipment until almost 1 am. Luckily I didn’t have work the next day but it was a bit of inconvenience. I was unaware it would take that long. It would be nice to be made aware and maybe have somewhat of a choice to set up on another day that’s more convenient. I was never told it would be finished by a certain time. However, the way it was presented made it seem like it would be quick and easy. That’s my only complaint and enjoyed the rest of the service.

My technician Jermaine was very professional and informational. He explained in detail everything I needed to know about my new home system. He was very prompt and his work is very neat. He will definitely get my recommendation!!! Good Job!

The men who gave me the presentation and installed the equipment were personable and knowledgeable. They were professional and respectful. After the completion of the equipment I did have a couple of questions about the automatics payments and the installer quickly checked his records and said everything was in order. Since then I have received messages stating that I still need to do more to get things set up. I must admit that I am a little confused by the mixed messages.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional security system. The system is user friendly and appealing to the eye. The technician understood my request of no cables. Everything requiring a hard wire was concealed while the majority operates completely wirelessly.

I like that I'm able to arm my house when I'm not home and feel safe at night knowing I'm protected and can see everything going on around the house and outside. I don't have to worry about if someone is gonna break In or try to rob me.

The tech was attentive to how I wanted my system and the manager as well… the sales rep as well.. easy to work with.. I told the tech the wrong color for the lock and the sales rep said he would change it out for me with no issues… That’s great customer service… Way to go Vivint.. Customer service is big!

I have never received a copy of our contract. It was revised and we were supposed to get a copy. We do not even know what our payment breakdown is. We had many issues and received discounts that changed our contract.

When you install please clean up your mess. The power on Garage camera needs to be connected to a plug not the extension cord because it is just temporary. The p;ace to fill in the hose is very messy. It does not look professional.

Representative was frustrated and rude. Rushed the work. Crazy installation with cables exposed bare. Looks like a hazard resting on A/C unit inside a closet. Connected to an antique doorbell (pointless). Representative kept saying he was very busy and had to go quickly… Totally dissatisfied although it came highly recommended.

Our sales person was friendly. I’m not super fond of the door to door tactics but we had been looking into a system anyway. The installation process went ok. The installer did put one of the smart locks on the wrong door but changed it once we noticed. Their program of installing 4pm-11pm isn’t very realistic for most people. Overall, the experience has been ok.

The salesman Xoren was totally friendly, very professional as he walked me through process, explaining cost, billing, and equipment. Xoren review everything, including showing me style and pics of equipment on his IPAD. Super confident in his delivery of Viviant product. Friendly, easy to talk to. Covered all questions I had. Mike the tech installer was very professional with installation, answering questions, and making decisions for outside placement of camera, coverage area. Mike also indicated he will be in MN till September, if I have a technology issues. Mike also covered protection plan, which I added for tech return and equipment problems. The experience was excellent with both these guys. I would refer them out to people I know.
