Sacha was the sales person super friendly, Very informative great communication. Mike was the installation technician and he was incredible and efficient with what he was installing. Everything went well and they both did great. The experience with Vivint was one of the best I’ve had with any company in any industry.

I was not told in advance about $7 service fee per month for repairs. Installer removed it. Installer and second person were here from 12 to past 7 pm. One bedroom window, garage door to outside not alarmed. Camera and motion sensor in backyard not working yet due to internet issues. I was told I would be called next week for further work. Installers were polite but did not keep me in the loop as problems developed. I need to purchase 4 non wired fire alarms as previously wired ones were not replaced in all 3 bedrooms.

Caleb did an awesome job! Any questions we had he answered them! He did everything in a timely manner! Caleb also explained thoroughly how the system works. I will highly recommend Vivint to anyone I know. Vivint also makes the non-tech savvy customer comfortable when using a Vivint security system.

It would be nice if the installer would let the home owner know when they are entering bedrooms and leaving doors and/or garage doors open…especially if there are animals in the house that are strictly indoor animals. Also, it would be nice of the installer to clean up their mess and to not walk in the flowerbeds stepping on the flowers. Not completely happy yet but in time I’m sure I will be.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions in a way I could understand. Explained the process thoroughly. Very pleased. It did not take him long to complete the installation. I would gladly recommend this technician for any other installation that may be needed. He arrived on time and went straight to work. Very personable.

Brad was quiet, efficient, cleaned up after himself.. I felt bad that they sent him so late in the day.. it was like 5 pm and he was working until after 12 midnight.. I feel his appointment should’ve been rescheduled so he could go home at a decent hour, we felt bad for him although he never complained and did an excellent job…. Felt it wasn’t fair to him to be here until after midnight…

All the features are amazing and very convenient. Everyone that we worked with was great! The smart home features will make using our security system so much more convenient. We would recommend Vivint to anyone. I think it will be much better than our ADT was. I'm so pleased how everything was so smooth and we will definitely be recommending our products to our neighbors.

Jaron was very professional and easy to speak with. He did not hide anything about the service. The Technician that arrived was very down to earth and installed everything. Install and description of all products were outstanding and easy to use. I had previously owned Arlo cameras and I will have to say this is the best choice and I wish I would have switched sooner. 140 degree camera angle and interior touchpad is just superb.

I had the most pleasant experience!! Lucas Perry and his coworker was absolutely amazing!!! They were very knowledgeable and inviting. I will continue to use Vivint and will recommend you all to all my family and friends. I LOVE my security system and Everything about it. My experience was awesome. The employees were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The installation was same day and very very quick. He knew what he was doing. The cameras are very clear and easy to access. He answered all the questions we had and showed us how to access everything we needed. Two thumbs up!

D'Angelo our salesperson was very informative, answering all our questions. Vincent the Installer did a great job. He was Quick and clean and help us set up the phone app. We are very pleased with our new security system. The transition from ADT to Vivint was seamless. I would highly recommend this system.

The technician that came out to do the installation and set up was very professional and did a very good job. They were both very nice and a pleasure to do business with.

The team did an outstanding job setting up our system. They stayed until everything was up and running. There was a challenge with connecting to my internet so they came back to set everything up. The quality of the video footage is some of the best I’ve seen. I’m really enjoying the peace of mind that I can check my phone to verify my front door is locked and my garage is closed. Highly recommend Vivint.

Fred the installer was super friendly, and did a great job installing my security system. My salesman Mo was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all questions I had. The system is super easy to use. The products are easy to customize for any home and I was able to get exactly what fit my home best.

Security system was explained in great detail. Very friendly staff. Quick and easy set up process. Package is tailored to your needs. Installation was same day. They walked us thru the whole process. Once set up they explained all features and helped install app on phone. Highly recommend it. Quality products for a great price.

The scheduling and people handling payment information kept dropping the ball. Had to keep scheduling installation over and over. People did not call me back. Terrible experience. However, the installer, Chad was truly exceptional. Knew exactly what to do and was very personable and professional. Fire your office personnel but give Chad a raise and some praise!!

The team at Vivint is very polite and professional. They have a great knowledge of the product and made the decision very easy. Easy to work with and a great product in general. Very satisfied with this company and their product. Answered all the questions I could come up with and made me feel very comfortable with it.

He got the system installed, yes. However, the morning started off with the tech arriving unannounced. The text saying he was arriving came in 15 minutes after he arrived. Then he proceeded to spend 5 minutes upselling me on all the products I told the person on the phone we didn't need. He was quick to install, but we didn't have much to install. The bigger issue is he left a mess. He acknowledged that he was leaving a mess. He left wood shavings all over my floor, and entryway, left our old door bell outside on the floor of our entry, left old equipment where my children could find it, he left trash from the new system and tore out the old system outside sign and just threw it on the ground. The system is installed and it works..but what's the point in having someone do it if you're just going to have to clean up after them anyway.

Hello my name is Arika **. I co-signed for my mother Jonnie Faye ** to get Vivint for her house because she is getting ready to move to Las Vegas on the 21st and will not be in Michigan. However she is the home owner of her property at ** but the tenant to be has Section 8 income restrictions and Section 8 will not allow camera systems. Also I just co-signed because she needed a system. I am currently about to be moving myself and want Vivint at my property I’m getting. I really don’t need this to affect me. She also wanted to cancel because the sales man guy did NOT let her know it was a 5yr contract. We tried canceling the 3rd day. They said they were going to send a link. We never got the link. Called and talked to 4 diff people. Got hung up on 2xs. No call back or anything…. Just rude.

Taylor was professional and guided me through all the steps to work the app and system. He also was very friendly to our pets and was not bothered by their licks. LOL. Looking forward towards finishing up the spotlights and front door lock. I’m excited to see how the new spotlights perform.

Was absolutely a wonderful experience and the technician was excellent. The equipment is amazing and I have absolutely no regrets about the choice to have the system installed. I am actually already considering adding to the system. As my wife and I continue to play with the system we are continually impressed and can’t wait till we take another vacation and really put the system to the test.

Not only is the equipment amazing the customer service was excellent. Jeffrey took care of us and made us feel comfortable during this process. Not only was the service excellent but it was also Shockingly fast. Our technician arrived at our house within minutes of us concluding the contract/paperwork. Summer was our technician. She was prompt and very pleasant. She was in and out in no time. She described the entire alarm system to us and she even fixed our door jam.

We had our security and smart home equipment installed today and it went very smoothly. The Technician was very knowledgeable and upon completion walked me and my wife completely through everything and made sure we had a firm understanding of the equipment we received. Easy to set up to purchase. Installer was knowledgeable, courteous and concerned about my home in reference to placement of cameras, sensors, etc. I am looking forward to ease of mind from the security system as well as ease of use in appears to be a well thought out design.

Sales rep, installer were friendly, polite and professional. Now this is my only suggestion. If, at an installation, the customer upgrades. And that upgrade would cause a deposit, please call it out to the customers. Now I should know that, but in the heat of the moment I didn't think and so a down payment was charged. A slight inconvenience as I didn't budget for it. But again I should realize or think to ask about it. So please consider having that made apparent before everything is signed. With that, I still am happy with the system (it's been only a few hours and I've already been notified of activity around my home).

James presented a good upgrade for our security system, we decided to move forward. Cheyenne was very professional and courtesy in installing our system to fit our needs. We really needed a upgrade alarm and cameras that can cover our property when we go out of town. James gave us an option that we need to give us a little confidence.

This was a very pleasant experience. The sales representative Jeff ** was very friendly and thoroughly explained the system to us making sure that we clearly understood the benefits of purchasing this system. The installer Krista was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and took the time to do a really good job with the complete installation. She also reviewed with me the system and all the functions making sure I knew how to navigate it. She was very neat and really cared how the cameras, and etc were mounted. I’m very pleased!!!!

I am very impressed with how crisp the video quality is and how the live video pulls up right away when selected on the app. I feel much safer knowing that we have top-of-the-line security watching over our property. I would recommend Vivint to all of my family and friends!

I've been wanting to have some security installed for some time now and did not expect the entire process to only be a few hours. The installation crew went above and beyond. They helped me reinstall our Flag that had fallen during a big storm from this past winter. Very happy with the speed and professionalism.

Our installation guy Mark was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and kind. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything. He told us about other home security measures we could take and didn't make us feel pressured to saying yes. He was extremely respectful and made us feel comfortable with our purchase.

Shane called ahead and met my handyman. Although I live out of state, Shane explained everything and secured our VRBO, totally. He was polite and courteous and most of all, professional. Thank you, Shane **. He went above and beyond. He told me he would call me to follow up tomorrow to make sure that everything went ok with my other orders for other houses.

The process from start to finish was as easy and painless as possible. The selecting of devices was straightforward, and allowed for confirmation and changing what was initially decided on before installation. Installation itself was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable technician, minimally invasive with any drilling that was required, and the end appearance is very clean.

Both the sales representative on the phone and my technicians were amazing. Very helpful. Would highly recommend. So far; the level of security seems superior and offers great protection, especially the views from the camera and doorbell. Really appreciated how thoughtful the technicians were with placement. I feel secure and I’m feeling much safer in my home. I like to do a better camera because it works even without Wi-Fi. I also like the emergency concierge. The panel is the best experience, I like it. My salesman was very informative and he made sure I understood all of my agreements and equipment.

The salesman and technician made the transition to reactivating my Vivint account quick and pain free. Got it back just in time too since there have been quite a bit of break ins lately and frequently. I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times and they were able to accommodate me easily.

Christina was friendly, knowledgeable. Was able to use some of the things I already had. And she did leave all of my hardware from ADT. On the survey I did when she was here. I put no to that question. I read it wrong.

Installation technician was fast and efficient. Was helpful in showing us how to navigate through the phone application as well as going through the indoor panel. The cameras look very clear and the speaker system is top shelf. We are very satisfied with the product. 5 Starts to the technician and to Vivint.

Our appointment, to have our security system installed, was set for a Tuesday between noon and 4. The installer showed up 4 days early, first thing in the morning. I had to leave work to come home. The installer forgot to install a sensor on 1 window and one of the sensors that he installed does not work. He also forgot to leave the yard sign and stickers. I logged in to do an on-line chat with Vivint and the person (Rowena K) just stopped responding after I explained what was going on. I then spoke to someone who spoke English as a second language and it took me 3 times of explaining before she understood what I was saying and I’m still not sure she did. Everyone, except Rowena, has been very friendly. I hope the relationship gets better but it has been a shaky start.

We had Vivint a few years back for about 5-6 years. The first couple years were good, no major issues. Sadly after we moved to our new home that’s when the issues began. Our equipment started to malfunction and we kept getting the run around with customer service reps. We decided to call it quits, I was certain to never be a customer again. Then came Ben and made a hell of a pitch that we just couldn’t say no. I’m on day 2 with new equipment and I’m happy to say that all the new updates are worth it. The 4k video footage is great. I’ll have to post another update down the road to ensure quality and customer service stays on point.

Alex and James were friendly and helpful with their service during the signup and installation process. I didn't have any unanswered questions. The system was installed with care and in a timely manner. They both made sure I was satisfied before leaving. The system is easy to use, as well.

I had a very good experience with my Vivint security system installation. The tech was very patient with my lack of knowledge of this kind of system. He explained everything to me in depth and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family.

Liz provided a thorough explanation of the install process and explained the paperwork involved. She gave a thorough explanation on how to use the system also. She was really mindful about cleanliness and respected our home. She went over devices and made helpful suggestions. She explained how to get to and use applications needed for operation and install. The install tech was very very knowledgeable and nice along the way. He explained everything I needed and was very professional. This is one of the best experiences I have had while getting an alarm system installed. He wasn't pushy or anything. Give that man a raise. My experience with other companies like ADT and Bribks was very subpar. Hopefully this is the sign of a great relationship with Vivint. I'm excited. Aw.

Excellent service from making an inquiry through installation. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Communication on my appointment was very good. Liking the fact the sensors are small and hidden in the frame. The alarm panel seems easy to navigate. I may add indoor and outdoor cameras at a later date.

I already knew that I wanted Vivint before Graham stopped at my home so it was admittedly an easy sale. However, Graham was professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. No pressure, no talking over me. Fabulous experience for sales. Next was the installation with Angelo. I can't say enough good things about his work. He was helpful and patient with the state of my home since I wasn't expecting installation same day! He did a fantastic job and made sure I understood the system before he left. All in all just a great experience for an investment in my home and peace of mind.

Terrible customer service while attempting to receive assistance about misinformation pertaining to my new account. I am ready to cancel my service after JUST opening the account less than 24hrs ago! Takes forever to get someone over the phone and when you do they place you on long unnecessary holds.

Vivint has what appears to be a great product, the salesman was knowledgeable, however, new at the position unknown but we had misunderstandings, I nevertheless, accepted the product & service then more trouble selecting terms. Ok, Now we have to speak of the installation, absolutely a great and knowledgeable installer but only sent ONE guy to do the install of 5 cameras plus equipment. What should have only taken 2 hours of my time resulted in 5+. The end result looks great and 4 hours in works great. These two young guys could benefit from Greater support from the home office.

I am extremely pleased with Vivint. The pre install process was thorough and detailed. The installation process was even better! My tech rep was very helpful and insightful! He spent time explaining the equipment and how it works. He answered all my questions and provided suggestions that made sense and even saved me money along the way. Overall, I would recommend Vivint to all my neighbors.

Eric was amazing!!! He was so nice and communicated everything I needed to know! The equipment looks nice and he did not try to pressure me into anything I did not need. I like that they set up front with the coat of equipment and what the cost will be after the equipment payment. I am excited for the doorbell and camera for my driveway! I will recommend!! My cameras and monitor haven't been working for over 2 years now. After several attempts of trying to fix it over the phone and several hours wasted, they were trying to charge me for a technician to come out even though the equipment is faulty. This is not fair. They spoke to a manager to see what could be done and I was told I still had to pay. I told them why would they be willing to lose a customer. I was then told well you have to do what you have to do. So I told them to cancel my service and I am going with ADT. They are now trying to charge me for the equipment and refuse to cancel my service. Why would I pay for equipment that doesn't work? I just want out of this contract, and this off of my credit report. I stopped paying the bill the day I tried canceling the service and went with ADT. I could understand if I just wanted this canceled because I want it anymore, however this equipment does NOT work. I will gladly mail it back to them. Please help!!

Felt great to leave installation to professionals, and it was nice to have them there to walk us through the features after we were done. Still have a lot of familiarizing ourselves to do, but felt like they gave us a good start. Thanks!

The technician KATIF was very professional, kind and knowledgeable.. He was very patient and was accommodating with my hundreds of questions.. A respectful technician like him is very much needed in these kinds of businesses. He checked Every part of the house with alarm detection, going back and forth to the second floor with no complaints. He is very helpful, too.

I was very pleased with the guys who sold me a system for a very knowledgeable and very understandable with some of the questions I had. I would recommend this to all my friends and on the tech side the guy was very friendly, fast and up to date and answered all my questions. Explain to me several times how to work the machine because I'm not that smart with computers. They give me phone numbers to contact if I have any more questions along with her personal phones. Told me not to hesitate to call. Very professional crew.

Fast and easy install. User friendly. I was able to add our kids with their smartphones. All around good experience. The installer took less than an hour and we were up and running. Can’t wait to get my Vivint sign to place in my yard. Easy to arm/disarm. Good investment to protect my home.

The technician for Vivint who came out to install the system was very helpful and informative. He was very knowledgeable on the product and walked me through how to use it. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to my friends and family. I feel much safer and secure now. They also recommended solar panels to cut costs on my energy bill.

Micheal helped solve an issue with the alarm speaker system. I am very hard of hearing. Micheal came up with an idea of linking my current speaker system into my new installed Vivint system. I was very happy with the results. Michael is a very hard working creative young man, I give him 5 stars!

Everyone that I dealt with was professional, pleasant, and informative. The installation was quick and I feel that I understand how to use the system. Everyone was very patient with my dog. Options were offered when I was concerned about the look of wires on my wall. I am looking forward to feeling more secure when home alone. I am also glad to have the security regarding fire for my dog when I am away.

We had an easy experience with the sales guy and then again with the installation technician. Very knowledgeable, great recommendations, helped us get all of our cross platform tech set up. This is our second time to sign up after we canceled for a short term rental in between homes and we are glad to have it back.

I would recommend this product to as many people as I can because they were great to me when they were installing my security system and also telling me about my opportunity to get a security system. Thanks. Great job guys. The technician was great in explaining and also doing his job installing the equipment and answering the questions I had to him.

Overall installment was good, but the technician didn't clean up behind himself and utilized profanity. Especially utilizing profanity in my Mother's presence. The panel that was installed on the wall will need covers or sleeves to be placed over the wiring for security purposes and more professional installation. Technician stated that the wall had a firewall behind it. A lot of information was not shared with the initial set up for the system.

I am new to the service so I can't vouch for the actual service itself. The sales representative (Luke) and installer (Summer) were very professional and knowledgeable with the equipment and service I received. The equipment and service is quite a bit more than competitors, but the system along with the usability of the interface and application seems far superior.

The day of installation was fairly easy. Tyler was fast with installing the the equipment in my home. There was an issue with getting alters on my mobile phone (still is) from the doorbell. Tyler went above and beyond to try to solve the issue. Even though the issue hasn’t resolved itself I was pleased with the costumer service. I hope to be able to receive alters on my phone soon.

Our tech came within the set time frame. He was knowledgeable and set everything up quickly. He did leave a little mess after installing the panel, but other than that we have no complaints. We are satisfied overall with our experience. We are likely to recommend Vivint to a friend/family member.

We switched from another similar security system to Vivint when we recently moved to a new home. The entire process was extremely efficient. From the initial phone call to Vivint regarding equipment and monitoring contract pricing to the installation (big shout out to Kelvin) everything was seamless and we are happy with our Vivint security system!

Hunter was very thorough and answered all of our random questions. He was quick and efficient getting our account set up and our equipment/service ready to be installed. Our installer Max arrived promptly 15 minutes later and stayed late (until 11:30pm!!) until the job was finished and that we fully understood use of the system. Excellent customer care so far!!

I was a little hesitant about considering a new security system, but I was already thinking of making changes to what I already had. Glory made everything easy by allowing me to choose what I wanted, and Jackson arrived 20 minutes after Glory left and installed everything for me. Now I have everything I wanted and more, and I'm more than thrilled with my new system and experience. Everything was above and beyond and I'm confident with the quality also.

Customer service is also great. They were in and out, and got the job done quickly. The cameras are high quality, and audio is loud and clear. The app works great. It is extremely convenient to use for everyone in the house. Overall a great service to have to make the home feel safer.

Our thanks to Vivint for providing sophisticated yet reasonably easy to use home security and remote utility usage products. My wife and I are both grateful for the hard work and patient support and explanation given by Vivint. Would recommend to others who are in a similar situation as us.

I was a little sceptical at first, but after walking through everything they made it much more comfortable for me and I began to trust that what was presented was legitimate. Everyone was very nice and patient in a way of making sure I understood everything that was taking place before I purchased anything. We love our new Vivint security system. Easy to operate and the videos are crystal clear. The warning on the doorbell is great and the volume should deter anyone from attempting to do harm. The app is easy to use and allows for off-site viewing. Also, being able to talk to someone at the door is great.

When quoted for system I was told system and installed was included in payment I made. Once installation guy showed up I was then asked to pay another payment for him to set it all up and had no contact info to call sales guy to back up my claim.

I’ve been looking for something to give me a little peace of mind when I am not home, especially with the increase of home invasions lately in my area. I take care of my mother and she will answer the door if someone comes to it. Now, I don’t have to worry as much, because of the door bell camera and camera in my backyard for when she is out working in the yard.

I was ready to switch from Fluent and when Manny showed up at my door, I came back to Vivint, my first alarm company. Jose came and installed everything; was neat and clean and explained everything. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for an alarm system. Plus my monthly payment is the same amount it was when I first got Vivint. By the way, I had only switched to Fluent because they had offered me the same program. But after a while the alarm started malfunctioning. So Vivint came to my door at the right time.

My experience with your company has been nothing other than fabulous. Jeffery the salesman was very charismatic and effective with his pitch and only sold us what we needed. Every attempt to talk to a Vivint rep took more than 20 minutes. There are WAY too many prompts. You sit on hold for too long. It feels intentional like, if they make you wait long enough, you’ll just give up as resolving the issue isn’t worth the investment of time.

Fast installation. Great job and explain everything to me. I did an amazing job. Super professional. I was having a problem with the doorbell ring, but technician found and raise the resolution and move the doorbell ring to make it fit properly. I don’t work so happy with her work. They did an amazing job.

Vivint staff emailed, called and text to confirm installation time and location. Very nice and professional with all communication on this job. We were called the day before install and informed of installer name and estimated time of arrival. The installer, Ernie was very professional and worked to get everything set up for our business.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant. He fixed my back camera that the other technician said he could not fix. Very friendly. Very informative. He was in time very respectful. Great company. Attentive. He got the job done. He did don’t run in and out my house. He answers all my questions.

He also was able to contact Technicians who installed the system on the same day. A very professional individual who represented your company well. I found the young salesman to be personable, but the information was given very quickly to me. It all felt rushed. Either some information was not explained to me or I didn’t understand it. The installer was not personable, seemed preoccupied, and seriously left a mess in every area of my home that he worked in. I am satisfied with the product so far.

There was 2 Installers who came to my home to install the Vivint equipment and worked very efficiently together towards getting the job done. Both installers were very knowledgeable and informative and patient in regards to explaining the system as they went along during the install. They also explained the process regarding usage and linkage regarding the app on the cell phone, the work that was done was professionally done but it did take a little longer than I thought but the technician did explain in detail why the job required extra time. The only negative I have regarding the Vivint company and salesman Tanner while on the phone June 29th informed me that he would have the installation done early and as soon as possible and would have the work completed June 30th or July 1st and would check with the service technician for conferral.

Got some cameras installed, and although I requested a Spanish speaker my daughter was able to help and the person was able to understand me a bit. Overall the guy was very helpful and worked efficiently. Not too happy with how the call went when I set up the appointment because I was told there was no contract.

I reactivated a previously canceled account today. Still have issues regarding batteries in the sensors (tech visit scheduled), and I will rate again after that visit. I was previously a client with Vivint for over 5 years and canceled the account due to restricted income. All CSR and tech support personnel were attentive, courteous, and addressed my issues or concerns within their area of responsibility. I would definitely recommend their services.

As expected sales and installation did amazing. They were responsive fast and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend Vivint as a customer and hope that the service continues to be this great. I am excited I was able to speak with Adam and have Brandon as my installer.

Your installer was prompt, polite and professional. He worked quietly on his own, cleaned up his small mess and kept us informed of the work he was doing. He explained the operation very thoroughly. He also helped us connect our existing devices to our new security system. We appreciate his professorialism.

The technicians were excellent and courteous. Kept me in the loop regarding the process or issues during installation. My frustrations, as advised to the lead technician wasn't with her work; but with the technical issues that arise after I was led to to be that the only thing required replacing would be the old panels, front and rear door cameras and the add on or the doorbell camera. It ended up with me purchasing 9 contacts to replace some of the doors and windows sensors that no longer functioned. My garage door and front door continued to work. In closing, the sales representative was awesome as well as the technicians. Had the issues had not occurred or the replacements had been for free I would had rated this vendor a 5 star rating.

The installation of the equipment went very smooth. Our main technician, Brendan, came on time and walked me through the whole process. They went through the whole property and based on my needs they made very knowledgeable suggestions. They did an outstanding job installing the equipment and showing me how the whole system works. Overall, I am very happy with Vivint.

The service and setup were great. The Technician explained every detail and how to use each device and the app on the phone as well. The sensors are a plus especially for the little ones that love to open the windows. The technician also recommended the door lock pad which is great because I can lock my door from my phone. He also let us know about the garage door app on how you can link Vivint it together.

The sales rep knocked on our door at just the right time. One week ago, someone tried to break into my car. They did break in and steal an item out of our neighbor's a car. My spouse also works midnights now so we wanted to have peace of mind that myself and my children would be safe. The Vivint system is outstanding. I wish we could afford all of their products. The camera quality is wonderful. I can't say enough good things! You can't put a price on peace of mind but honestly what we are being charged is not outrageous. I am very happy with our new security system.

Mike arrived about 930 this morning. He walked around the house with me and explained what he would be doing. After he completed the install he took as much time as we needed to have the system explained to us. Disappointed the door locks will not Arm the system as we were told by Brooklynn. That was actually one of the key selling points of the system.

Very unsatisfying product. I was sold via their film on their iPad and received nothing like it. Recording not clear, sensor/camera doesn’t reach far enough. I am receiving more alerts and notifications on the Ring product than Vivint. I will call tomorrow to cancel and return all equipments. As a unsatisfying customer I really hope I don’t get any more surprises.

Very easy to set up. My house was built in the 40's which caused some problems but the tech was able to address them. The main interface panel is a nice and responsive touch screen. Much nicer than interfaces I've seen from other companies. The mobile app is nice and mimics the main panel.

Vivint’s service reps and tech staff are straightforward yet very detailed in partnering with potential customers. In my case all questions and scenarios regarding options and pricing were clearly defined. Although pricing is certainly not at the lower end, the added values, qualities and peace of mind Vivint offers make the trade off a no brainer in terms of satisfaction.

The cameras are great and love the spotlight. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the product as well and there were no surprises… Every thing went smoothly. Very happy with product. I like the feeling of more security. My setup by Logan was superb! However, I called for technical issues a week ago. Customer service hung up on me after holding for 30 minutes. Someone answered and cleared their throat and disconnected. I called right back and held 20 minutes to have a Supervisor reach out… it never happened. I should have read reviews first.

Salesman was knowledgeable and understanding of my budget. Installation same day however did not have door lock in color desired, but will return next work day at my desired time to install lock pad. Installation was simple and quick. I like that the security pad speaks loud enough for me to hear easily. It is easy to read a location makes access to disarm when arriving home. I was able to disarm system from my phone when I got up in the morning.

Joshua and Lucas both gave great customer service. I was in the middle of two big house projects while they set up the system. Josh actually helped me with some of the clean up of my projects. Lucas stayed focus as I was in the middle of my projects. Lucas took care and made sure he installed everything correctly. He even ventured up into our very hot attic to get the correct amount of power to the doorbell camera. They both were very helpful, friendly and were willing to help out.

The whole team was amazing! Chris was an excellent salesman. Very friendly and was straight to the point. He was very patient with my crazy dog barking. Whitney was so sweet. She came in and did an outstanding job! I felt so bad it started raining while she was installing the outside camera, but thankfully it wasn’t raining too hard or for too long. My experience with Vivint was top notch from my conversation with my salesman who took the time to explain their system in detail, to my installer. He arrived exactly on time and worked a full 8-hour day (because I made some changes). He set it up perfectly and educated me on everything. The system is powerful, yet simple to understand and operate. I feel happy, relaxed and secure. I will recommend them to everyone.

While, I was unaware of of the contractual issues associated with Vivint, like signing up for a credit card, if not paying in full, along with a hard credit check. My technician, Blake did a great job of answering my questions and installing the system in an efficient and timely manner. Tech was quick and efficient. I needed front and back door security. The paper work was easy to get through and the wiring is basically hidden! The panel is in a good spot and every is very easy to use. I have a clear line of sight and the camera is video is clear. I also got a playback DVR so my footage will be stored for up to 10 days unless I decide to save it. All around I am satisfied with the tech, work, and the equipment. I would recommend to a friend!

I felt like I was being sold service and not just a product. Everyone was knowledgeable and answered my questions during installation. Which was really fast. The installer was awesome. He was knowledgeable about all of the products and had really good ideas when I had questions about where cameras should be mounted for optimal use. I would recommend these guys to anyone but I will recommend them to family immediately.

Crew did a great job of putting in the system. My only complaint is that they started late in the day (after 8pm), and didn't finish until 10:30 pm. Even then, they didn't finish, and will be back next week. But the majority of the system was installed, and works fine.

I had Steven and he was a great help to get me started with my service through Vivint, he was very patient with me and walked me through things repeatedly even when I was confused and kept giving advice to start up everything. Was great fun to have his help.

1. This company is deceitful. They totally got me in communicating the contract terms. They told me that I could finance the equipment for 60 months, but only have a 36 service contract, with the understanding that if/when I stopped service I would need to pay off the equipment. I agreed to that, but they snuck in that 60 month term and I didn't catch it. Now of course they wont honor it.

Everything cool right now until I receive equipment. They were very nice and easy to get things started. I plan to keep the service for a number of years and hopefully the cameras work as good as they look. The service was very easy to start. Can’t wait to start using my cameras on my phone. That’s the best part hands down.

This was a painless process with VIVINT! The technician showed up when he said, called before hand, was very experienced, courteous, and informative. I got a total system upgrade and am very happy. Installer was very pleasant and professional. Took about 3 hours to complete including the outside cameras. I forgot to mention that I was a VIVINT customer but was talked into changing to a different company because it was cheaper. What a mistake. So glad to be back with this company. The knowledge given about the system being customizable is great and if I want add-ons later is a huge plus. My tech, Alex, was very helpful he made sure he knew that each product fit what we needed, informative if there was any adjustments needed he let us know and made sure we were ok with changes and was attentive to what we expected with the product and placement of the equipment.

Install was quick and straightforward, sales guy was very thorough. The tech was also very thorough in showing us how to work the cameras and arm the system. The only snag was the doorbell initially did not want to work during the install but the tech swapped it for another one and it seems to be fine for now.

Chris arrived on time. Was respectful of myself and property. Cleaned up afterwards and ensured all questions or concerns were addressed. The installation took what I assume was a normal time and was accomplished per my requests. I am becoming accustomed to the products and service.

I am very happy with the product. However, I was not expecting installation on the same day that I purchased. After spending over an hour with the sales person, I was forced to install that same day. Installation was a 3 1/2 hour process, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This was extremely inconvenient.

Vivint set up was smooth and done correctly. The individuals (Freddy and Quincy) who helped us, were great. They explained everything to us and walked us through everything we had done. I have never had issues with Vivint and love the peace of mind we get. Also, Great customer service!

The Vivint technician Manny was absolutely wonderful, no matter how many questions I asked no matter how many updates I needed, he was very patient, professional, and attentive to my request. Any time he didn’t have an answer he took the time to find it, so there were no gaps and understanding. My husband and I are happy with our decision to switch to Vivint.

Luke and Summer were great! I had no problems, got me signed up and service completed same day. Luke didn’t oversell me and even helped me with waiting a week to get paid. Price was affordable, technician asked how I wanted everything ran and did it without any issues. Even helped arm my windows despite the latch being broken. 10/10 would recommend!

The sales representative Presentation was on point. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained it to so clearly, I had no choice but to sign up. The installation person was patient, accurate and precise. He didn’t leave until everything was completed. I would refer Vivint to all my family and friends. The entire process didn’t not take very long and now I’m feeling more secure. A job well done.

I don't feel sold, I feel like he genuinely was here to help. Gives me peace of mind knowing that my family will be safe while I'm away and while we are home. I recommend a system for all new homeowners that don't have one. Will def refer my friends to Vivint.

Just had a great new security installation. Our install tech, Moises was great! System is working great thus far. Not too thrilled with our original sales person, but other sales reps really tried to help us with some of the corrections needed from our original quote. Don’t think it is fair to mark up our job cost $ 1,000 extra dollars when the financing is supposed to be 0 %.

My Representative Parker was amazing at answering all my questions and covering all basis of the agreement. I knew what I was getting and what I would be paying. Would recommend to anyone wanting good customer service and quality. They didn’t disappoint in any way and looking forward to business with them!

It was easy to sign up they waved fees and it is just like a cellphone bill. Techs were fast and sales rep knowledgeable. Would recommend 10 of 10. Favorite feature smoke detector and encryption. If you have questions John and Tony are the ones to go to. The security system works and is easy to use. Notifications are sent to your phone and you can watch your feeds live.

I live in a fairly secure area …but I live around several Apartment Complexes. Because of this I often have concerns of who is moving in these Apartments. Your Door to Door Sales member “Zach” sold me on the idea of Security. Zach was extremely Professional as was the Installer who followed.

Our installer Corey was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He thoroughly explained our security system to us and reassured us of its effectiveness. We have the app to arm and disarm our alarm.
