Excellent service from the sales representative to the technician! Both were very professional, informative and patient in explaining the process. The installation of the equipment was much quicker than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home security system.

I was very pleased with how quick and efficient setting up our new service was. Our sales rep and tech were top notch!! I am excited to have this system to help keep our family safe whether we are at home or away!

Just reactivated today so we will see how equipment and service is but the young man they sent out did an outstanding job. Name was Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and went through the equipment to make sure it was working. Very nice customer service.

Great experience from the sales rep. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. The technician as well was very active to answer all my questions. Once he finished the installation, he was able to walk me through the app and everything that was done. Amazing experience overall.

Our installation representative Jonathan was a great guy who took time to explain everything thoroughly throughout the whole process. The technician that work on my system was very good. It was not easy. He was very polite. His name was David. He was also helpful in showing me how to operate the system. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what I needed.

Salesman and installation technician were professional, knowledgeable and helpful, all had exceptional knowledge of system and were able to answer any questions my self and my partner had, was able to have unit installed closer to the door instead of across the room which is further than what we had a preference for

Vivint representatives walked the home and made reasonable recommendations. It was very clear and easy to do the electronic paperwork. Installation was quick and clean. Once complete, the technician thoroughly explained the interface and app. So far it has been very easy to use.

Ardy and Cesar were very helpful and professional. Definitely would recommend to other people. Very nice equipment and excited to put it to use. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate through the panel. Excited to access through the phone as well.

Home security installation. The gentlemen that came to do the installation was very sufficient, professional, knowledgeable and neat. He did a wonderful job going through each step of explaining the system and how everything worked. I am extremely pleased and would definitely recommend a friend.

Dillan was great. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Dillan is an asset to the company. I originally went with another security company but wasn’t pleased by them outsourcing the installation and what was advertised as free install. Their outsourced company charges install fees.

Andy was an awesome tech. Very professional and nice to talk to. He gave advice about the equipment and is very knowledgeable and helpful with the install. He also took the time walking us through the setup. Would highly recommend.

I was in need of home security services and it was offered and explained to me in detail that I was able to purchase it with no issues before getting off the phone with the customer services representative. The representative also offered to follow up with me to make sure I get the equipment delivery and to ask any questions about the service moving forward. He also pointed out setting up the installation was pretty much Easy.

Great and super helpful. Quick with their service, showed me how to change or add members to the system. Made no mess! Gave me updates on their arrival. Haven't had to deal with pushy salesman. They came to do a job and did it efficient.

Sales representatives was very helpful & informant with good detail information. The system work well, I don’t have wi-fi internet access. The only thing is that I wished is that it could be viewed from phone using phone hot spots or data.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure. Installation was completed the same day. All involved were very professional. The only "problem" was that the installer left all the empty boxes instead of taking all the trash with him or asking where he could dispose of it.

All around good service, friendly. Great quality equipment. The sales rep was very helpful in describing the equipment and seemed to want to work with us for the best price possible. The install technician was knowledgeable in his trade and didn’t seem like he only was there for his check. He made sure everything was placed where we wanted and how we wanted.

Our technician was very friendly and efficient in getting our house set up. He made sure we were happy with the placement of each device. He cleaned up as he did the install and did a final walk through before he left to make sure he cleaned up after himself.

Great service!!! Carson explained everything perfectly and when I asked about appointments for install, our installer was there in a half hour! Love the product so far and Niel did a great job with install and showing us operation of the product!!

Installation was completed in good condition and time. Explained system and maintenance needs…if needed. Very personable and easy to understand. Would’ve been a perfect 10, if I had asked him to explain the new thermostat control. Great job! I’m going to have to try to find the brochure that he left with the information that I need. I’m good with it.

We love the system already. They did an amazing job placing everything and hiding and cords or anything that could be an annoyance. Simple interface and instructions to provide that extra security around the house. Would definitely recommend to other people.

The sales guy I believe his name is Scott was very nice and determined lol. He got through the sale pretty quickly with general questions answered. Later on the day the technician Spencer came. He was very sweet and honest. I really liked how thorough and detailed he was with his work. He came across some issues with the equipment placement, but his problem solving skills solved it. It's very refreshing to have an honest employee and I appreciate him. I gave four stars not for the employees but room for improvement with the equipment! I still feel safer with the equipment I received than from the previous company I was using. I like the technology better and that’s why I switched over. As of now I am satisfied and thank you!

Really upset about this. I currently had ADT, and a guy who worked for Vivint came around to my door and asked about me switching to Vivint. I only paid $56 for ADT, but he sold a good game about how much cheaper it would be with discounts. He told me over and over again that the Installation cost would be waived. And I only have to pay the cost of the service. After all of this as I’m signing everything, I get a question about 60 month financing. I hesitated asking what this was about, and he said it was just for the equipment, but not the installation. I then asked him if I could just pay it completely off, since I do not do financing, not even for my car and cards, because I pay them off up front, he said ‘sure’, and he said he didn’t have the figures, but it would be under the amount that was paid for Xfinity and ADT (which were all under $250 each)…

The tech was very friendly and professional. He arrived and got right to work the same day in which we made our purchase. He showed us how to use our system and made sure we didn’t have any further questions before he left. Overall we have experienced exceptional customer service with Vivint.

Daniel, the sales rep, helped me get a service package perfect for my needs and house. Daniel did a great job of explaining the system and components and the price break down. Nick, the installer, came the same day and was quick and professional. Despite the challenges of a house built in the '40's Nick was able to do a proper install. When he ran into issues he explained the problem and the solution. I highly recommend Vivint if you're looking for a home security system.

No better than any other services I experienced with in the past. Matter of fact I do wish I have some built in feature in the system that let you control the ac/ heat without having adding another device to just do that.

Simply, they did a great job explaining the products it. They also have done a great job installing it. Very friendly and respectful. The products are quite simple to use and are very convenient since it’s all used with one app.

My experience with Vivint installation was good. I can't honestly comment on their equipment because it was just install today. Their representative was kind and polite. The installer was just as polite. He explain the operation of the system when he finished connecting everything. So far I am please I hope that I can say the same in the future as I learn more about how the system works.

The installer was right on time and was very thorough throughout the installation. He gave me detailed instructions and even cleaned up before leaving. The equipment is top notch and I love the camera that covers the entire front yard, automatically comes on whenever someone approaches and records until they leave. I also have glass breaking and motion sensors.

The technician who did the installation was AMAZING. That says a lot about the company then. I am very happy and pleased with Vivint. The price is really affordable for a professional security system. Customer service is outstanding. Their products are up to date. Vivint is the way to go.

I just got the security system so far so good. But shout out to Bobby the technician he went over and Beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation and making the process go smoothly. He stayed and guided me through the Vivid hub.

Helped me build and execute a package same day! I had ADT but now VIVINT and for sure I am happier and my family feels safer!!! All the components work, no worries on connection because of cellular feature. The floodlights are excellent feature, the record playback when someone is in my area is so many levels better than ADT, the picture quality and zoom are better than ADT. I could go on and on and I only had ADT all my life and VIVINT not even a full day. WORTH IT, is all I got say, VIVINT protection is worth it.

Logan (seller), Cooper (installer), are an excellent team. Informative, professional and patient. We’ve had the security system for only one day, but we’re pleased so far. I think it’s going to fit our needs. We may build on the system in the future. I have other relatives that has a similar system from Vivint, they’re please with their system as well.

My service install was incredible. My Tech Chris was knowledgeable and patient. He dedicated his attention to providing the best assistance and even if I have a small question he gets back to me ASAP! recommend 10+ stars the service is fantastic and I feel my daughter are safe in a new neighborhood!

Quick and easy installation and everything was explained really well! What’s great about it is that they allow you to choose what equipment you want they don’t force you to get a package, it’s literally you choose what you want!

I just installed brand new carpets in my house. Your tech didn't bother to check his boots and tracked mud on my carpet in the dining room connecting to the kitchen. He was going in and out. He was nice and friendly but I don't understand how you can be so clueless to the fact your tracking in mud from outside. I have to get the carpet professionally cleaned now. Thanks!

I've been wanting this for so long!! The spotlight, the cameras in front back and side of house, the ring doorbell, I'm loving it so far! Small hiccups in the beginning as far as connecting the garage to wi-fi, it took forever but other than that I feel protected.

I was blown away about the performance of the product and the knowledge of the workers from the reps to the installers. The assurance was a definite plus for me and the pricing was even better. Hopefully my friends and family can get to enjoy everything with me too!

I only had this installed for 12 hours. All I can say at this time is that I am very pleased with the sales rep and installer. As well as the ease of using the system. I'm really happy with the monitoring price and that the system will move with me.

From start to finish this has been a great experience. Everything was explained well, all my questions were answered. Our installer worked overtime to ensure our system was connected and working with no glitches. He left everything clean and tidy. Very impressed with the quality of the cameras and ease of operation.

Was not truthful about my credit being ran and the costs associated with the alarm system. I make monthly payments to Vivint and was not expecting to make payments toward a line of credit that wasn’t thoroughly discussed. When asked why they needed my credit to be ran, he said it was a soft check.

The sales reps were great and technician was even better, just easy, quick experience for consultation and setup/installation. They answered all my questions and gave great tutorial afterwards on use of equipment. I got video doorbell, security system, indoor and outdoor cameras in about a hour and a half with no hassle.

I live in one of this country’s Concrete Jungle. Everyday you feel unsafe because it’s getting wilder. I decided it was time to install a security system after a few security related incidents had occurred. Through a referral Vivint contacted me and a system was set up. After installation, immediately I felt safer because of the different products and features offered. Keron our technician was very professional and informative. Very happy and satisfied with this decision.

The tech that put my camera in was really nice and did a good job. But it would have been better if he spoke English. It made it a little difficult for us to communicate. And I feel the cameras sit still too high but I can live with it, the salesman was really nice and very informative

A lot was promised and not delivered. Supposedly there was no fee upon installation of equipment. The evening equipment was installed checked my bank and $817 was TAKEN from my account without notification. On top of that the practice the salesmen have is ridiculous. Have never felt so harassed ever before.

Caleb was very professional and cleaned his mess up after install. After install he went over how to use the system. Of course I will have to practice it. Jake was really nice. He was professional. I had a question after install and he got right back with me.

Upfront costs with equipment seem high, described as costs waived or discounted at install, but realistically they’re just rolled into the customer’s approved line of credit for the customer to pay off over 5 years anyways, not really free or discounted at that point… Pretty clean install, a few hiccups with wiring, but still successful. Recommend techs wear overshoes/shoe covers when inside a house and/or on carpets with shoes and boots.

Courteous, professional, patient in explaining how to navigate the equipment. Helped with installing the Vivint app on our phones. Patience means a lot when you're a senior and they were awesome. I would recommend Vivint based on the quality of their field personnel alone.

The sensor in our back door keeps going out and I can’t get no one to come and look at it. It’s been two weeks since they installed it and they have not come back to look at it. I tried to get the person who sold me the service but he said the installer was too busy to come and check it.

I have had the Vivint system for only a few months. Since the cameras were installed, they have gone offline at least every two months and are nonfunctional until a technician comes out to repair at $99 a visit. None of the troubleshooting works. There is no alert that a camera is offline from either the app, the panel or the company. No issues with home’s electrical system or with internet. I am essentially paying for nothing. The company now offers a protection plan for $9.99 per month for the added benefit of having a technician come out to fix their dysfunctional system each time it stops working. This seems predatory to me. I do not recommend.

Bryan and Isea were great, short brief and to the point. The installation was fast and same day. Bryan was transparent with the promotion and deal being offered. He explained the value in having Vivint over my current provider and the pros of having a cellular connection.

I was so happy I was able to get my installation at 11:30 pm! All 5 guys were nice, BUT Omar ** was impeccable!!! He made sure I was happy and went the extra mile! (One of my cameras was installed on the wrong wall, he reinstalled it where I wanted it to be, that made me happy.) He was the last one to leave!! He didn’t leave until 2:45 AM! Very polite & professional!!!

Gage was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He was honest and trustworthy. He offered several “package” options. He listened to my concerns and preferences of importance. Mike was considerate and competent. Very good with communication and execution. He offered to sweep up the wood shavings. I assured him I withdraw take care of it. They were both nonjudgmental of the clutter and were understanding of my projects of sorting for donating.

The sales representative gave us all the information we asked for. He was very honest and accommodating with our security needs. The prices are reasonable and so far we are very happy with the service. The technician was very efficient but friendly. He worked quickly and was able to accommodate my needs regarding where I wanted the keypad. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They just install my new system, to include exterior cameras, doorbell, thermostat, front door, locks, and garage door opening. It took just a few hours to install the entire system, and everything works seamlessly. I was kind of skeptical, thinking this was going to be a very complicated process, but very pleasantly surprised at how simple and seamless everything was in.

The agent that helped me get set up (Porter) was kind helpful and not pushy! The tech was at my house within an hour of signing up to set up my cameras. Everything was great and I will definitely recommend the service to my neighbors.

Installation was great, but prior to choosing company, calls to company had some glitches. These ranged being hung up on because I was not immediately available to inconsistent quotes depending on who I was speaking to at the company's toll free line.

Not super happy that the indoor cameras are wired and that anyone can unplug a camera so it essentially loses its purposes if a security camera for a business. We have outdoor cameras that we are super happy with- not sure what we will do with the indoor cameras to increase the security of them. Not sure why indoor cameras have to be wired?

Such an amazing upgrade from the alarm company I had before. I was cornered into choosing HomePro because that’s what the new subdivision had chosen for everyone. Now being able to see the more high-end equipment & clear cameras, it makes me wish I knew about Vivint sooner.

Sales rep and installer was awesome with explanation of the services and how devices work and made sure we understood before leaving that we knew how to work devices and going to the wall and mobile set up. Very satisfied as of now.

Johnathan was very professional and courteous! The technician was prompt and installing went very smoothly. He made clear that should I need to cancel I have 60 days because I’m a senior citizen! He stated that I would receive my deposit back for the financing from Fortiva. This gave me peace of mind. I have a son living with me with mental health issues and I need to see how this works out with him. He’s constantly in and out and very restless.

They were wonderful and explained everything except how to do my phone. So I need help please on how to work my phone. Can something please come help me please. My phone doesn’t work. I’ve used everything possible. Nothing works on the phone app.

I found the whole process of dealing with this professional and very knowledgeable team they came through with everything they said they were going to do for me and more. I can't complain. Highly highly recommend them. I travel a lot and with that I never had issue monitoring my house and insure that everything was good to go. I find them to be slightly overpriced but other than that I don't have any complaint of them. I highly highly recommend them to anybody looking to get a alarm system for the residential property.

I've had my Vivint Alarm system now for about 3 months. Best thing I ever did. From the installer to accidentally setting off the alarm to the resolution in the cameras, I feel a lot more relaxed knowing someone is there if I need them. Thank you!

Just got it today. Got to keep it a couple days to see how it works. Just need a little time to see how it works. Right now it's working great so I guess give me a week or so and I'll make a decision then.

The agent came and connected the camera and doorbell and leave it unfinished. The told me they’ll be back the next day and it’s been one week. Please remove the system from my property asap. No longer needed as they don’t work. I canceled the service on Thursday June 1st 2024. Via the email.

DIY is going to cost 1/3 of Vivint but then you have to install it. ADT is ran through Google nest and their products have been unreliable with another property. Vivint came and installed quickly. Products work. Just a huge markup on everything.

Elaine was very helpful with helping me setup the Vivint security panel. She went through everything step-by-step, and answered every question I had before she connected me with the billing department. I loved that she checked in on me when the hold time was longer than expected. Great customer service!

Forte, our technician was confident in his abilities when he walked in the door. The installation proved him to be exceptionally professional and skilled. He installed everything with precision. After installing everything, he explained operation of every piece of equipment, with great patience. The entire process was superb!

The sales rep Wilson was a delight to speak with. He was knowledgeable and polite. However, the technician that installed the security system definitely seemed to be in a rush and did not clean up after himself but besides that, he was nice and efficient.

Sales Person was great but installation person left a mess, wires trash left in every location. Papers and stickers left in every room. Was here till 10pm, need to set earlier appts so they are not so late. And when we had a question on anything, he was like well I don't know.

In short, they are on point. Profession and respectful. Explained everything more than once which no problem. Show me every option for set up and operation. I would recommend them highly. By the time they finish showing me how to operate all my options, I felt confident in operating the system.

Very satisfied with this system, I didn't know what I was getting into but after talking to Danny the sales rep he made it easier for me to decide. Monthly payments are affordable and I feel more secured now that I have Vivint on my side.

Technician went above and beyond making sure my bolt lock, locked correctly in my door, which was incorrectly done when the original frame of the door was installed. He was very knowledgeable about all my questions along the installation. Thank you Josh, you made me feel like a valued customer!

They were great! Sold me very solid on all the benefits of the security system - and there were a ton. I didn't realize how many benefits there were. I'm most excited that everything is controllable through the app, and my children can use the system to call for help in case of an emergency. *We don't have a landline. I was also very excited about how quickly they were able to install the system, it was same day! The one problem was that the tech left my ladder and tools out in the rain after he used them and moved them out of the way during the install. Other than that, my experience was a straight 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The salesperson promised installation of very expensive products. The technician admitted that he was not trained to perform the main installations. I emailed my cancellation immediately this afternoon. I am highly disappointed. I wasted an entire day and six steaks since I fed the sales team before the installer revealed his incompetence. I can't trust the product or the company that sent an unskilled worker to my home.

The process of creating the account and how fast the techs got here was really fast. The set up was easy and I love my new system. The app on your phone is the same as the panel in your home so it’s really easy to navigate.

A salesman came to my door yesterday explaining how better Vivint was from customer service to performance. I accepted his terms to try out his product. The technician arrived at 6:30 pm and left at 10:22pm with nothing working. During the visit, a 2-in-diameter hole was punched through the exterior of my home and later patched with white silicone. The arguing between the technicians could be heard throughout my home. The original technician came back today and knocked everything out and was very apologetic about what went on the day prior. I still need to buy paint for repair of my exterior wall. That’s going to cost money that I wasn’t planning to spend.

Our sales representative was Spencer ** and he was fantastic! He went over everything with us in detail without any pressure. Him and his installers did an awesome job. We went from talking about the product, to installation within hours. The process was quick and simple. The Vivint system itself is cutting edge and provided my family peace of mind. It’s very user friendly!

The employees explained how the system works and they got everything installed in one day. They showed us step by step on how to the system works and we had difficulty with the system and they came out and showed us again how it’s done.

After everything was installed, I got what I needed and it fit my need perfectly and saved me money I didn't need to spend! Again, the installation rep was honest and helpful and if I needed to add more hardware in the future, Omar is the guy I want installing it!

Appreciate that quality of service. Installation was a tad bit long but the service was great. Price changed on a few different occasions after initial quote. Mainly related to items not compatible with my garage door, yet sales rep assured me it was possible. Price was lowered so that is wonderful but a little bummed out that i couldn't get the garage feature installed after being told it was possible.

The person that came to my house 100% claimed to be upgrading my current ADT system, I even asked twice and was given shady answers until the very end of the process where he admitted that he was a different company and I had to acknowledge that. Kinda too late by that point.
