Carlos was very helpful and easy to follow as he explained how everything works. He also went through recommendations, like the front and back camera, and he was NOT pushy about them, which I really appreciated. He went through how the control panel and the app work really well. I didn’t have any issues at all.

We were able to fully get clarity on the functionality and benefits. The installer was amazing and very professional with excellent communication, speedy with having the equipment installed cleanly. The instructions was clear that I was even able to explain to my wife and they will be following up later in the week.

Sales and technician were both courteous and informative. They answered all my questions and were ok with me watching what they were doing. The pricing is fair and very competitive with other security services. Even though the install time was longer than expected, the technician worked with my schedule to ensure the work was done completely and correctly. And I will recommend this company to others.

Greg and his partner did and outstanding job installing and explaining the new system. They were professional and punctual. Kudos!! I would highly recommend Vivint to my friends, coworkers and family. The quality of the product is excellent. Very crisp and detailed. The app is very easy to download and share with other members of the family.

The technicians were on time, friendly and very professional. Great installation, explained how to use the system. Love the cameras, the keypad and the App is very easy to use. I am looking forward to having this system for years to come. Much better equipment than my previous alarm system.

Dylan was great with his detailed explanations on the equipment and functionality. His recommendations for what I needed were consistent with what I was wanting and he wasn’t pushy with trying to sell me more than what I needed. Miguel was on time for installation and also was great with thoroughly explaining how the equipment worked and the best places for camera locations. The system is easy to use. I can’t wait to start using my new up-to-date security systems.

My technician was very professional and he was very knowledgeable about the security system he was installing. I love the clarity of the camera and the system is very easy to operate. I love the doorbell camera and being able to hear the doorbell ring tone in the house clearly!

The tech who installed my equipment was great. I didn't too much care for the sales associate. I felt rushed to complete the order. He didn't respect my time. Felt like he just wanted the sale to win shoes with the company name on them. Felt like he was pressuring me and he wasn't listening as well.

Our representative, Chris, was very helpful. He went out and installed our cameras in the rain and finished very quickly. He even helped us identify a problem with our new home that would have potential damage in the future. We really appreciate him and his insight/recommendations with our new security system. Great experience!

Excellent service and we’re very happy with both our sales rep and technician. Very nice, friendly, and approachable gentlemen. I will definitely recommend your service to everyone. Setup was fast and the work was clean. App, cameras, locks, etc work smoothly and images are sharp. My wife’s peace of mind is worth the cost, which is manageable anyway.

Technician did a fantastic job overall. Very professional and explained everything very well. The salesman was very friendly and took all his time so that my wife and I could understand. I have made complaint after complaint over 15 different malfunctions in 13 months I’ve had the Vivint system in my home. Some have occurred more than once. The installer hung the wiring over my garage door so it became entangled the first time I tried to open it. The manual lock didn’t interact with the panel. The panel froze (3). The phone app didn’t complete the lock. The cameras froze. The phone indicated it was locked but the panel was green. The panel indicated it was locked but the phone was green. Both the panel and the phone were indicating it was locked although I had not locked it and the front door was wide open. Worst of all was when the panel and the phone app froze and I was locked in my house. It was a weekend and their offices were not open.

My technician was awesome. He went above and beyond when it came to installing the equipment. I wish you all had a one on one live person that can walk you through the set up of working it through your phone. I would like to know how to set it up to where my phone dings you when someone is at your door or a package is dropped off.

I would most definitely recommend a friend, the tech was very polite and helpful. He did an excellent job, he worked and he was very nice and he explained everything that I needed to know he was open to any questions that I may have had, overall my experience with Vivint was awesome, I would like to thank you guys for great customer service.

We weren't looking for the service but the salesman was great at his job. At the end of the day, our salesperson and all the technicians who came to our home were very knowledgeable! My installation experience was okay, my technician Katif was very attentive and did a great job explaining everything. He even came out to help with my panel after everything went offline and wouldn’t leave until it was up and running efficiently. My only complaint about Vivint is why don’t y’all have yard signs and window decals for your customers? It is advertised to come with the installation package but it doesn’t, I called and inquired about receiving a few and was sent one. The purpose of having alarms and cameras are to help deter theft, decals and yard signs assist with that, so if it’s offered make sure it’s available.

The technician was very polite and the installation went smoothly. I won’t know how user friendly it will be, it was just installed and I’m old, so I hope I can learn to use it. I asked technician if it had a manual, he said no. I would have really liked to have a quick start guide.

We had out Vivint system installed on Friday. The installer went over the system we had ordered and made some very good tweaks after going through our home. The items he suggested really were great. After installing he went over how to use the system and made sure we were comfortable with it. After a weekend of use I am really loving how everything works.

Thorough and explain what he's installing. But there are 2 sensors he checked the day of the installation which were not functioning the next day and had to be bypassed for days while I wait for the new batteries. When signing up I was promised by the agent Eddy I will be getting 3 cameras but I only got 2. The quote was never emailed to me by Eddy. Then I could not get a hold of him anymore.

Jamal was very energetic and gave a good pitch. Trent the installer explained things as he went along gave demonstration. Good experience with both of the representatives. I would recommend this team to go to others and pitch the system to. I was looking for a new system after being broken into and my car broke into.

Great experience! My sales representative, Isiah **, and Installer, Mikkel, were nothing short of amazing people. I truly purchased this system due to Isaiah’s personality alone. He is a really good person to have on your team. The equipment installation rep., Mikkel, was very kind as well and extremely knowledgeable on how to install the camera system.

Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service we received and now I’m stuck in a contract. The guy who sold the original service to us didn’t know ** about the service so I was pretty much in the dark before set up. I truly only signed up to get the guy to leave my house because he would NOT stop talking. Over 2 hours of listening to him repeat himself when I was asking questions and getting no answers. Told him we wanted to think about it. He came back 3 times. We didn’t answer the door a few times and finally he caught me while I was outside. So we signed up not because we wanted to or needed to. We thought it looked a little better than ADT which we already had so we took a chance. I told him if they can match adt's rate or get us close we would be ecstatic. He tells me it’s gonna be $105 a month and I go to sign the contract. It says it’s more than that. I ask him about it and he says he can fix it AFTER I sign the contract. Ok.

The installer that Vivint sent to me was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the system. He didn’t leave until my app was up and running, I really appreciated him. I love my system and would refer the service to other people I know.

We were impressed with Blake ** and his expertise in recognizing our needs. He convinced us how much safer we would be with Vivint's camera, door locks, personal safety device, and fire alarm/CO2 sensor. Gavin worked very hard to get the camera, door locks, and base installed correctly. Both were friendly and professional.

Love the equipment, and the sales rep was very determined and very polite. Made me feel real comfortable. I would suggest giving this company to try to anybody. And it was fast you came to. My door came in and the equipment was installed that very night. Love it in the price you cannot beat.

I usually don’t answer door to door salesman. He caught me walking in from work. I work odd hours. Have a newborn baby and my wife now stays home. It was between a dog or a security system. I reluctantly listened to Hayden sales pitch after working a 16 shift. The products seemed high tech would do more than I wanted and would be convenient for a price that seemed reasonable. When I told him I wanted to have dinner over it with my wife and to come back the next day. He did the normal salesman thing and pushed back about 3 times before he left for the night. I did my research.

The system is user friendly, easy to understand and operate, equipment is of high grade quality. Installation was done professionally, the technician was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and very professional. Financing is an easy process that makes it affordable over a period of time. I highly recommend Vivint security system and Zack M as your installer.

I am very pleased with the Technician Eric and the Salesman Nick. They were both very patient professional and thorough. Nick set aside time to meet with me over the phone on 2-3 occasions to complete the application and approval at an inconvenient time. Eric came to my house 2x in order to install the Vivint system on a more convenient day. He was very calm kind and extremely efficient his installation work was impeccable and impressive. Awesome job. The customer support is great from the beginning till the end. The installation went amazing and very informative. Great security system. I’m glad bought this home security system. This is the best way to protect your home, your family, and your possessions. The cameras are so clear and amazing.

The salesperson was deceitful. The salesperson kept calling the wall panel an IPAD. Was not clear that I would be financing the equipment until a hard inquiry was done that left me between a rock and a hard place. I did not want another revolving account on my credit report. Did not clear installation time with me. Installer just arrived at 7p. It felt like the 2 were in cahoots. The entire process took 4hrs that I was not prepared to just sit around for. The tech left a mess on the carpet where he installed the door system. I don’t know how to access video and photos taken by the cameras.

Jaxyn was so very helpful and professional!! He did an excellent job of replacing all the locks and installed everything to perfection. Took his time to explain how everything worked and didn’t leave until my wife and I understood!! We are so very pleased with all his work!! We thank him for all his hard work and care which he took in taking care of our home. Jaxyn was so easy to talk to about anything which he was doing. He made sure he explained all he was doing and why! Really appreciate the work he do for us!!!

Ms. ** was my technician and she was on time and completed her job in a timely manner and I am and will give her a 10 on my end. She knows how to get the job done. Again I would like to thank Vivint for all that they do.

Component broke. They demanded I sign up to fix anything. Manager Dallas said they'd fix or replace anything broken. Only to find out that was a lie and now we have to pay to replace it entirely. So now to replace this doorbell camera is over 500$. I forsee canceling this service very quickly unless someone can make this right.

Tech was here a while and still has to come back tomorrow. Tech was nice and I felt bad he couldn't install....he was frustrated but very polite. Hopefully they'll fix issues tomorrow. I would recommend to others, but I'm slightly put out that they need to return 2 other times. The install tech tomorrow and service technician next week.

The tech was very friendly, commutative and knowledgeable about the system and program. He arrived well within the window time frame. He took the time to explain the services offered as well as how the equipment worked. He readily answered any questions we had and was extremely patient with us. I recommend Vivint home security.

After a few years of alarm service with Vivint, I figured that their low quality home alarm security system was due to dated equipment. Bad choice by me to spend a number of thousand to upgrade the cameras. Now the system is even worse. Do yourself a favor. Don’t do it. Vivint home security did not work for us and I’m trying to get a refund right now.

Very pleased with the installation of our new security equipment. Technician was professional and very clear on the installation processes and worked with us to get acclimated with the new system. System was easy to navigate, and we now feel secure when away or at home. Cameras provide clarity and the camera voice capabilities works fantastic.

Sebastian was our salesman and amazing!! So friendly and not at all pushy. He listened to everything we were looking for and built the package to suit with an affordable price! The installer, Nick was equally amazing! Was quick to install (same day). Showed us the ropes and cleaned up after himself!

Decided to change from ADT to Vivint for home security due to what I've seen through family members that use Vivint. I had a window of 4-8p. The installer came around 7 and finished around 9. Miller was very professional and really knew what he was doing. The Vivint app and panel interface just seems much smoother than ADT. So far I'm happy with my choice.

Abby came around after a long day at work, but was very respectful and understanding of our time. She explained everything thoroughly and took care of everything! We are happy with our system and the perks that come with it! Our old security system was based off WIFI and didn’t record longer than a few seconds, so if we had an issue, it would not give us enough information. Vivint’s cameras are more clear, have a further range, and record for longer!

Everything was handled with knowledge, expertise and extreme courtesy. Ivan was extremely helpful selling the product, and Breaden had it installed in no time. Breaden even gave a follow-up call that night to make sure everything was understood and working correctly! A+++++++. I would and will definitely recommend Vivint to my neighbors and friends. Really nice upgraded equipment and the phone app works seamlessly.

Called to activate an already installed system on my new place. Process was fast. Technician called me at our scheduled time. Activation process was easy. The instructions were clear. We did have a slight issue with the master code but that was resolved quickly. After a few software updates, everything is working great. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

My experience with setting up the account over the telephone was good. The service agent was informative and helpful. After setting up the account, an appointment was made for the activation of my panel. I was contacted accordingly and the setup was easy.

I was using another service which I was quite happy with, but was not getting everything I needed to secure me and my family. Those missing things were provided by Vivint. I was thoroughly provided with all options available to me, and the set up was done the same day. Each representative that I encountered was professional, thorough, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I felt at ease, and now my family feels fully secure.

Geoffrey was a great technician. His communication between myself and my partner was great and he made sure we had everything we needed! He was prompt and on time for his service and he contacted to me days prior to make sure the address he was coming to was correct and even gave me a more exact time frame of when he would be coming so I wouldn’t be waiting all day.

I just want to leave a review regarding install of my system all went well with the installation however my garage door is not opening now because of the transformer. The technician not the installer was very rude telling me that it was not their system when it was and now it won't open or closed at all. The salesperson said he would send someone out but and we'll see what happens but already there's been two many issues since I got the system not even 48 hours ago and I think I just wanted taken out. Especially if if they don't do anything to make my garage door functional as it was before they came to install the system. My salesperson was a Afon. Very nice person to say the least.

Alex, (salesperson) was very knowledgeable and explained everything where I could understand. I like the visuals comparing Vivint cameras vs the others. Jack, (installer) did a fantastic job. The installation didn't take long. He also answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. He showed me how to use the panel and didn't leave until I was satisfied with camera positioning.

Parker and his team was very professional. All the equipment is in perfect condition. I don't usually answer my door but I did, Parker had such an honest face I allowed him to come in and tell us about Vivint. My husband has been wanting a door bell camera and we wanted our cars cameras as well. Now we have both.

Both the sales rep and the installation tech were professional and friendly. We all spoke with each other as if we’d been friends for years. Great team to work with. Sales rep explained everything in detail from how the system works, to how each piece of equipment work together. And the installation tech made sure to install everything perfectly as if it were in his own home. Also cleaned up every little mess made from the install process.

Mike took his time and explain everything to me. The only thing I hate is that my driveway camera not centered. Everything was explain in great detail. They even help me with the referral. I was concern with the wires on the outside of my home. No wire issues.

My set up was very simple. It was as quick and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out how to arm and disarm the system. He educated me on the proper settings to use when my dogs are home versus when we are all not at home. I feel very safe with my Vivint equipment in place.

Had someone at my door on 8/14. At 3:18 unable to see video clip. Not happy with service. Contacted support and they were unable to give me an answer as to why this occurred. The video is giving me an error and now I am scared and unsure as to keep the services as it hasn't even been a week and having an issue already.

Vivint has great security packages and I highly recommend! Our tech Alex did a fantastic job with setting up our system. He was patient and super helpful. Love the system so far and kids and I definitely feel secure! Appreciate all Alex and Vivint offer to help us feel safe in our new area!

I'm severely disappointed with Vivint, and probably will not recommended at this point in time. Everything was great when Noah ** originally sold me on Vivint, I signed solar with another company and told him about it. He sent Aaron over after I agreed, everything was great. We discussed packages, I took pics on now broken phone. He said the camera with the lights, and car alarm SPECIFICALLY. That is why I CANCELLED with Encor and went with Vivint... the package is wrong and no one is helping. Brandon the tech, BROKE MY KEY RING. I NEED THIS FIXED OR I'M CANCELLING MY $29,000 25 YEAR contract with Vivint. Aaron is no longer answering. This is ridiculous, I've been on hold with Vivint for 30 straight minutes.

Thomas was great at explaining exactly what type of service I was getting. He had a friendly demeanor and I felt like I wasn’t pressured into singing up. Geno did a great job with the installation and walking us through how everything was set up. I truly would recommend them to anyone who needs a security service.

The sales representative didn't tell me about promotions. The tech did ask me where to place the inside cameras. Left boxes and drywall debris everywhere he had to drill. Two cameras have came offline and I haven't even had the system 24hrs. If it wasn't for my wife I would have this taken out of my home.

Installation was easy, the gentleman carried conversations with my husband and I. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend him, he’s not from Colorado. Hope he had a safe travel back home. Install was thorough and fast. Everything was done professionally and expertly. Sales person was not pushy. I hope the service continues. A little more than I wanted to spend, but the extras and services should make up for that. My existing sensors worked with the system saving money and time on install. The new smart thermostats will hopefully do as stated and save some money on the energy bill.

Vivint sales rep came my house made a lot of promises. We found out later the installation that suppose to be free is roll back to price. We didn't know we had to be a credit check until it hit may phone as a credit check. He said that Vivint only need your last 4 digit of social security number to make sure it's you. He also had no idea of how long the installation takes it over 4 hrs.

It was a great installation. I even added something after all the papers had been signed. He explained the paperwork thoroughly and all of the systems. Jon was awesome! They entire process was "enjoyable" to the extent that it can be from a door sales experience. Ryan was kind and put up with our million questions, and our tech set up everything in a timely manner, and was sociable. He did not mind me watching him the whole time, even conversing with me the whole time.

I was a previous ADT customer for over 10 years. ADT customer service has deteriorated significantly and I was ready for a change. Vivint is more expensive but I was hoping the equipment would at least be state of the art like they promised. It wasn’t, it’s the same crap I had with Ring. I actually wish I would have just kept the Ring cameras and found someone cheap to monitor my home.

I was quoted a price by the salesperson and they took twice the price of the product out of my account. I’m now waiting for someone to answer my call and return my money. I made sure that I was only being charged what was quoted because I didn’t have money to lose and be charged over.

The install was a bit lengthy but the tech Installing the equipment was great, and so was the sales rep. The only issue I have is the app stopped working as soon as the installer left and I can't log in from my phone. The equipment is top notch and I love the lights in addition to the camera. I am able to see everything in the front and back of my house. No more blind spots.

Honestly, best system I've gotten! Quality is spot on. High definition! I Would recommend to anyone! I’ve gotten this system because someone tried to break into our home..and also they been stealing Kias lately and our whole family has kias so it’s been a good system so far! The panel is easy to use, you can also view each camera that is on and recording on the screen.

My technician took time to explain that the new module was taking over my system to placing the new camera up. But didn’t say he was not taking down the existing system that I had up. So I will have to take this system down or hire someone to take it down. Other than that, my tech did a great job.

I previously had Brinks and hated it. The person detection would only trigger about 30 seconds of video and it took forever to notify you. After talking with Brendan my salesman, I knew I wanted to switch security systems. Mike the installer was able to squeeze me in that day. He did an outstanding job installing my system and walked me through the whole process on using it. Everything looks great and I feel like I was really taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this security system to anyone and if you’re in the Colorado Springs area ask from Brendan and Mike!

Do not go with VIVINT!!!! Worst company ever!!!! Two words: MONEY PIT!!!! We were with them for almost 10 years and had to cancel because we were moving and the new owners put our equipment in the contract....so mind you the new owners set up an account with vivint!!! So whenever I called, I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone there. You are transferred several times just to get ahold of the right person. One person said it'd be $500 to cancel, the next said $250, the next said they would waive it, then they started charging me for our old monthly charges. It's a money pit!!!! Then they expect you to know the name of every single person you talked to. What a joke of a company!!! Do yourself a favor and run! Do not go with this company. I how the $205 cancelation fee was worth it for this bad review!

Amazing system. Process was very fast and straightforward. Same day installation after speaking with the sales representative. 6 hours from talking to the representative till the technician left. Cameras and the rest of the system works great and how I imagined. The night vision works very well in low light and the cameras have a great field of view. I would highly recommend Vivint to others.

We were not told how much the "separate equipment charge" would be, just the installation fee and that we would be billed separately for the two charges. Turns out it's 4 grand! The technician tried twice to install something near the house's hallway smoke detector on a popcorn ceiling. It didn't stick and fell twice, breaking the second time it fell. When I scheduled a tech to come back and fix it, I waited the whole day and she no-showed, even up to midnight. They also could not get a device for the garage door opener to work. But I'll bet I'm paying for those two pieces of equipment! Additionally, they said they'd buy out any remaining contract from our previous provider, but we just received a bill for $695! No, I'm not real happy with the whole experience at all.

The customer service and the sales and installer was great and well known as far as the equipment. The service was great all around. The tech left me with the knowledge I needed to operate and function the system. All around I rate each and everyone that I had contact with a five star. In the team play.

With Brinks every time one of the outside doors where opened I would get a loud beep. Not anymore. Just two doors make a noise and it just says door open and not very loud so someone could come and go without anyone knowing. Not good for hard of hearing.

Sales person came around and was very persistent. I kept trying to say no but they kept going. My wife has been wanting a security system so we eventually gave in. They had an install guy here within 15 mins. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t know the grand total of the equipment until after it was installed. I knew the payments just not the whole total.

Tech guy was very good!, knew what he was doing. He did it in a timely manner. And it was done quick, and under 3 hours or so. He broke down to me about what everything was and described it all to me step by step, and guided me through the steps to complete the connections until it was all done and finished.

The window sensors were installed on the wrong windows (those windows don’t even open). The old batteries from the old lock went missing, the smart thermostat didn’t get installed, called the tech and told me the thermostat wasn’t compatible with my AC. The tech said he put the batteries inside the box with the other parts but they weren’t there, looked all over the house and couldn’t find them.

Recently purchased house with Vivint systems already installed. Accidentally armed the system. Need PIN to deactivate. Unable to get PIN from previous owners. Called Vivint to disarm. Rep states that I would need to register and activate under my name to do so. I think it’s a bit strange that he wasn’t able to reset the system but I was planning on getting a security system anyways, was just going to do a little research beforehand. Change of plans, I guess we’re just going with Vivint. Just started today so we will see how everything goes. The rep was a good guy, real friendly.

Everything went well with installation and with the system that was installed. My biggest concern was that my "Yale" front door electrical lock and "Honeywell" temperature panel are not compatible with the Vivint system as I understood them to be. I also thought I was getting a glass break alarm with my installation and was left wondering about several other expectations that I had with my order, especially with garage. Of course, I can add everything that I would like to have later but it will take additional purchases and installation to have everything desired. The old ADT service equipment that Vivint replaced may have had more equipment involved throughout the home but the Vivint equipment that was installed was a big upgrade compared to the equivalent ADT equipment. I'll know more as I use the equipment in the weeks ahead.

Got my Vivint security system today. I would like to thank Alex my installation technician. He was awesome in getting everything setup, very professional two thumbs up. I would definitely recommend him and Vivint to my friends and family.. Additionally the ease of using the app to monitor everything is priceless.

I had no plans to change my existing alarm system/company, but the Vivint options quickly changed my mind. The sales rep, Joel, was friendly and informative. The installation tech, Tam, was efficient and helpful. So far, I am pleased with the functionality and coverage of my new system. Still need to follow up on a few details, but what we have is working well.

The technician was very professional and very helpful. He explained everything whatever questions we had. He was very helpful. He also show us if we need to change your password and every person can have a different password to enter the house so that was very helpful and he also show us how the outdoor camera works.

Great service. The technician was mannerable. Did a great job. Answer all my questions. Make me knowledgeable of the equipment. I would recommend Vivint to my friends. The association really work with me on trying to get a package I could afford. I feel safer knowing my house is monitored while am home and when am not.

The salesman sold us in this product, wasn’t pushy. Same day service. Video was up and running. Quality of camera is great! Great video and sound. Great, fast and efficient customer service. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

The overall experience was great. From the sales representative all the way to the installers. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. By the time they left I felt like my home was secured and I will be able to use the system with great ease. I loved that they worked as a team and I never felt pressured to add anything I didn’t feel I needed. Great team, great staff and a great system.

Vivint seems to be an amazingly popular security system. The technician was very knowledgeable and respectful when doing his job. He got the job done in a timely manner and his work was very neat and clean. He didn’t cut any corners. He took pride in ensuring everything was completed and installed correctly before he left. They would recommend vivint to anyone who needs a new or better security system.

To whom it may concern, I am a new client of yours in the triangle area. Today I’ve had the worst experience with customer service and their continuous lies and attempts to defraud the customer. I was wanting a simple install completed in a timely and professional manner. The technician completed his job to the best of his ability while remaining professional and courteous, while having to deal with customer service and their run around games. I was originally quoted a price at 8:30 AM. The price changed multiple times throughout the course of the day with it almost doubling at the end. This is not because of an increase in equipment. If anything we had a decrease in equipment.

Seth was kind and helpful. Very thorough in making sure it was set up correctly and with teaching us about the features and products. We are not disappointed at all with our new security system. We are very happy overall and would recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting Vivint.
