Appreciate that quality of service. Installation was a tad bit long but the service was great. Price changed on a few different occasions after initial quote. Mainly related to items not compatible with my garage door, yet sales rep assured me it was possible. Price was lowered so that is wonderful but a little bummed out that i couldn't get the garage feature installed after being told it was possible.

The process was fast, simple, and pretty easy. Did what they said they were gonna do and it works perfect. This is my second time using the company and I would highly recommend them to anyone if they are available in your area.

Joe provided amazing customer service. The deal he presented was a no brainer and we look forward to protecting our family with Vivint! The installation crew was onsite before the sales rep left the house. Wonderful and highly recommend to anyone that has security as a priority!

Technician Kyle was great. He knew exactly what to do, everything was installed with no problems. Awesome job. Very educated on his job and explained everything perfect. I was going to cancel my Vivint plan from the first guy coming out to install but Kyle saved the day.

Brandon was so helpful with initial set up. He was professional, personable and answered all my questions. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone as well has been kind and friendly. The app is user friendly and clear as well. Overall would recommend Vivint to others.

Austin was a good salesman sold me on the product and was very informative about the product and explained everything with ease. The technician that installed the product was was professional and thorough and cleaned up after himself and the equipment was installed as I asked him to.

Josh did an amazing job. Explain the keypad to me in detail. Installed everything great. He explained the keypad to me to where I understood everything. He also showed me how to use the open garage door on my app.

The product is such a positive. Even if I'm away my system keeps me updated with the comings and goings at my house. I've never heard of this system before, but am so excited about the choice I made. The price added benefits, (3 to be exact) and made my choice even more positive.

Very nice man, very friendly, put in my system. I am really glad I got it. I feel like it is worth the money to feel safe. I really love the outside light over the garage. The funny thing is when the door opens & it say door open, my cat is going crazy, too funny.

Louis in sales was very nice and very informative, technician Angel was amazing. The installation was explained and he helped me set everything up just the way I would like it, he stayed late just to make sure everything was working and set up the way I wanted it.

A definite 10/10 experience and my fears were calmed. Ashton gave me all the options and suited my plan that works with my budget. Also very likeable. A great experience and the representatives were excellent. The products are of high quality and will last a lifetime. I like the idea that I texted my representative last night after 12:00 AM and he text and call me back less than 10 minutes to resolve the problem. I love the customer services, it’s top of the chart. My family is safe with Vivint.

Great cameras I can actually see very well through. Install tech was very knowledgeable. Feel a lot better. Worth the peace of mind. Tech was also very clean. He had a cordless shop vac. The app works great on my phone. You can also talk through front door camera.

Signed up for new service and was amazed at how quickly everything was installed. Felt like a service upgrade as the equipment is so much better and smart home friendlier than ADT. But the main reason I was sold is because wireless security has been too risky in our area.

Alex was very professional in all aspects of our system install. He explained every step of the process and confirmed with us the exact location of each component. He then went above and beyond connecting the system to our cell phones. We have such old cell phones that he did a great job of working through the connection issue but got it done. The Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything and I was very satisfied with the product and service. The insurance coverage policy was explained thoroughly and the financing of the loan coverage as well. The Technician completed a full walk through of the installation and the operation of the cameras and the panel system.

The person that came to my house 100% claimed to be upgrading my current ADT system, I even asked twice and was given shady answers until the very end of the process where he admitted that he was a different company and I had to acknowledge that. Kinda too late by that point.

The Install Tech came in and installed the Equipment in good time and was very helpful explaining how the system works. We finally got the proper Internet connection and everything works as advertised. We recently traveled from our home to 200 plus miles away and the system kept us in touch with our home and surrounding area. Nice features 1080 on the resolution for clear pictures day and night.

Most of my experience was very good, however during the last part, answering your questions I had to repeat my answers more than twice, after the third question it was just wrong. Both of the people that came to my home were very professional and easy to work with.

The Vivint representatives I interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for me. They were however sent out without enough equipment to manage the customers they serviced. The technician that installed my system did everything he could with the equipment he had left. Now I have to wait 3 more days for the system to be fully installed.

Last night, I was hit UP for a security system. Sounded good. I was interested. I got signed up for installation. With in 20 minutes or less they were there to install. That being said, it was already 9:30 pm when they came to install. 4 guys came in and got it installed. Leaving one guy to install and connect the panel. The mother system was having issues. It wasn’t the technician's fault. He didn’t finish until 11:40pm. Much too late to start and very late to finish. My wife was very upset. Not sure why it couldn’t have been done the next day. So far I like the system.

They were fast and knowledgeable on the products that we wanted. They assisted in areas we were gray in. Polite and understanding in what we wanted. Install was immediate and expedient. I would recommend towards family and or friends in the immediate area.

I love the peace of mind the outdoor cameras bring, and the quality of the videos is so much better than the previous cameras we had.

Sales rep left an unreachable number to contact him. Phone is shut off and not getting back to me. Company kinda sucks. I like the products but the company as a whole really sucks. I feel cheated and disrespected. Would not recommend.

Great customer service and explanation of packages. I didn’t in any way feel oversold. I got as comprehensive a package as I wanted and felt the pricing to be fair and reasonable. Do read the fine print. You need to pay extra to warranty equipment, I highly recommend this. They installed same day (awesome), did a great job of explaining the features and left little mess behind.

Great overall experience. From the Zoom meeting with the sales representative who explained everything and showed videos to the quick and thorough installation process. Now I can feel secure in my home and not jump at every noise. I think everyone should have a security system with the break ins and other issues going on now. My system is in place and is not obvious except if you were trying to break in. Keep up the good work.

I was happy with the presentation and quick install. However, things were not replaced in garage that had to be moved to access the electrical box. I really like being able to control everything from the phone app as well.

I had ADT but had Vivint years ago and wanted it again because ADT stinks. So was happy Vivint was willing to buyout my current contract. Very happy it all was done in same day and not having to schedule install.

The division head stopped in to check on the job which shows the importance of getting the job done the right way the first time. The system is easy to use, provides clear footage and very good sound coverage from a distance from the house.

Overall the process with setting up our security system with Vivint went very smoothly. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Our only complaint is we did not get an initial confirmation of the installation date, and we waited all day for the technician to show up. We even called Vivint to make sure he was coming and they said the arrival window is 12 PM to 4 PM. When no technician showed up at by 4 PM, we called back and were told the installation was scheduled for the following day. An initial email confirmation of the appointment date would’ve cleared all this up and avoided frustration.

I just bought a home that had an existing Vivint system installed and am very pleased with the level of customer service and attention to detail that we have received from our on site technician and the call center as well.

Our experience with the products have been great and the people we have worked with are very friendly. The one complaint I have was the time of installation for the equipment. We were told the install would only take 1-2 hours when it actually took 5, leaving the technician at your house until 3 in the morning! I felt that was unacceptable and should not have happened.

Installation was 5 stars but customer service on the front end was poor (sales). Quoted one price and then given an invoice for 2x as much prior to install. No one could explain until pressed and then I received multiple explanations. Not good business practice.

I give them one star because zero stars isn't an option. This company took unauthorized money from my account, without notifying me. After telling me that they would cancel my service they now refuse to. I was told several different things from their call center, I spoke to about 6 different people to resolve the issue on the phone. I spoke with service representatives, supervisors and the dispute team. They still refuse to cancel my service even though they have taken all of the equipment off of my house. They are unethical crooks.

My technician was great ! Very patient with me as I am not technologically savvy. Explained everything thoroughly and tested everything. Showed me how to manage things from my cell phone. Pointed out how to manage temperature settings, weather readings, stay and away options. Advised based on me having dogs. Explained I could later add camera features if I’d like.

We have wanted this security system and they were in our neighborhood yesterday! Everything was installed that day! Very friendly company personnel from the sales to the installation. Would highly recommend! The install included several areas of our home we were interested in including the camera system above the garage with a light that covers the area where a lot of vehicle break ins have been occurring recently.

The only complaint we have is the person selling is here at 6:00. We set everything up then he tells us the person will be here tonight to set up. We asked if we could do the next day and we were told no they have to put in at least the pad on the wall. Does not get here until about 9:45 and did not leave until 11:45 and is coming back today. We were not happy with that.

While the technician sent to install was great! I was once AGAIN bamboozled! I was left with no sensors to my doors or windows. My cancelled account worked better than what I have now. I have an alarm that I turn on and off and it doesn't sound or send notification that my doors or windows are opened. So I am paying for cameras and that is all. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND STUCK.

My service agent Zack was absolutely the BEST! He did not rush and he answered every question I had. He made sure I knew how to operate all of my equipment before he left and cleaned as he went! Job well done!

I enjoy my new Vivint system. It protects and gives me the time of day and the temperature outside. Also, it tells and shows me, on the panel: what door or window that I have opened. Along with, I can visually see my house, on the panel or cell phone. Nice!!!

New security install with cameras. I felt the technician did an outstanding job with the install and with my preliminary education of the working of the same. The equipment is functional and small so not obtrusive. Pricing seemed a bit high to me but highest portion of cost was likely for the three cameras and the tablet-style controller.

We had a pleasant, forthright, and helpful conversation with Julie on the phone. She had Marion out to our house that evening to do install. Marion was knowledgeable and quick. He answered questions and explained things to us. He showed us how to use the equipment and was very nice.

Very Happy with the options made available to us by Andrew and could not believe that our installation was less than 1 hour post sign-up. The installation took less than the 4 hours indicated at our walk-through and was completed in a very professional and friendly manner. Explanation of how to operate the system once installed was also simply explained and demonstrated.

Great service. Only issue was deviation in final pricing... was higher than originally quoted. A bit of a surprise on a tight budget. You need to keep honest to original quotes given- monthly payments and future payments beyond the 5 year financed package price. Both were increased by over 15%.

My technician was kind enough to check in with me to assure me of our appointment. He checked with me to ensure I was okay with his plans and placement of items and was kind enough to run through instructions to ensure I knew how to use it fully.

Pleasant gentleman Alex who was very professional & knowledgeable. I would definitely refer my family & friends to Vivint. Alex walked me through the arming & disarming of the panel. He also informed me that with the exception of fire smoke alarm duress the system does not deactivate.

I was not satisfied with my trial period for the Vivint system. Promises were not upheld so I will now not revisit my decision to get the service in October once my contract is up with ADT. I am very disappointed since I was sold on this service.
