Between my salesman and my tech they both did a fantastic job on my service. They were very transparent with me and help me to get everything I wanted out of this service. We really enjoy our system and want to thank Vivint for getting us out of our previous contract.

Vivint has very professional people in their company! They know their business. They are knowledgeable and will not hesitate to answer your questions. Last but not least, their system is the best and most of all definitely user friendly! Would recommend giving them a look if you are in the market for a strong security system.

The technician did a great job. He was thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. He knew what he was doing. I refer Vivint to my family and friends. He explained everything very clearly and understandable. He did a fabulous job. Thank you for the time he spent.

Service was great! Lawrence give a good explanation of the service and products offered. He was respectful of my home. He was able to answer questions about if I change any doors in the future. I will recommend him you others. It’s good to know that he will be able in the future to help.

Sales rep was kind, Respectful and thorough with his info. The install Tech was also respectful and thorough, And got everything installed with no hassle. They were prompt getting the services installed and activated same day, And everything works great. We are very happy to have an active home security system now

I was impressed with the respectful and professional approach of Enjie **, the sales representative. We discovered we have a lot in common. I lived in Arlington, TX and he lived in Dallas, TX. He is very knowledgeable about the security system. He explained its importance and its advantages. He detailed the prices of the product and the methodology of payment. He made the interview a pleasant experience.

I got the most simple package just the doorbell, sensors for the front and back doors and the screen, that was all the security I needed right now. I plan to upgrade hopefully within the next 6 months to a year. I just wish there was a way to disarm the alarm for a small window of time and once that time passes it automatically alarms itself, maybe there is a way and I just haven't figured it out yet.

Elijah and Ivan were both professional and took their time explaining how the system works and Elijah installed everything beautifully. Respectful and kind, they both did a fantastic job! I like the system and have already shared how well the system works and how nice the rep and installer is.

The tech Rome set the standard very high. I hope that the services is consistent to what I experienced today. Rome is professional with patience, respectful and answered all of our questions & EXCELLENT in explanation the system. Additionally, he cleaned up have his installation. These are employees that at times can be under appreciated. As a new customer I will always request for Rome.

I feel so attended to by Aaron Johnson and his team. They were very attentive to my needs as a customer. I was able to get the front door lock along with the sensors. I love that I can control everything from the app. The installation don’t take very long at long.

My personal experience with Vivint has been exceptional. As a senior citizen, my late mother used Vivint and I was able to keep track of who went to my mom's home and make sure she felt safe. She was satisfied and my family knows they can make sure I am doing okay and am safe.

Matt and the installer whose name I forgot, were excellent and represented Vivint to the highest level of professionalism. I am very pleased with my new system. Everything I was told would happen has happened and each security device installed is of the highest quality. The camera mounts look really nice and does nothing but improve the safety and appearance of my home.

Job was done quickly and setup was easy. Really enjoy the ease of the system and the 4K cameras are amazing. Sales rep, Rich, answered all my questions and is looking into paying off my last security system and Mike showed me how to use the security system and installed before I even got home!!!! Appreciate the superb customer service!!!

I woke up that morning with no intention of having a security system installed by the end of that very day. Each person I interacted with was trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. Just the way you want people in the public service industry to be, but half the time are not. Thank you!

Hunter is clean-cut, extremely professional, did a great job, explained everything to me, and I now have an un-obtrusive alarm system! I will tell anyone that asks to use Vivint! And maybe anyone who DOESN'T ask! I've had an old (25 year) alarm system put in when the house was built and it is amazing the new technology!

Very respectful at all times and they do a great job. They explain all details of how all the system works and take time to answer all your questions you have. They clean if they make a mess and are very polite. I will highly recommend this company. I also have same for my home.

Outstanding presentation from the salesman and installation rep. The salesman was very thorough when explaining the plan and the way the equipment worked. The installation rep was very fast and explained the equipment features very well and helped us with the phone app as well. They were both very helpful and explained everything very well before we made the decision to jump onboard with Vivint.

Our tech who installed our system, Richard, was incredible. He was friendly, polite, and very professional. His explanation and directions were very easy to understand and he would frequently pause and ask if we had questions or if he needed to explain something further or in a different way. He worked very hard, but also talked to us and got to know me and my wife while he worked, which made the whole experience even better. He is a fantastic employee and if I had to rate him on a scale of 1-10, I’d give him a 12.

David was a great sales man. He did not push and understood my situation. Explained everything in detail, and had someone out here same day. It was ten o’clock at night when they got started, they returned the next morning to finish the job. Daniel and David were both professional and friendly. Seemed to enjoy what they do. Very personable and hard working.

The installation of my security system was literally the best service that I have ever received from any company. The entire process from setup to installation was great. I was impressed with the professionalism of the representative who placed my order as well as the professionalism of the technician who installed my service. They were both extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions promptly and with accuracy. I’m extremely pleased with my security system as well.

My husband and I had nothing but exceptional service from Vivint and totally recommend their services. From the sales agent to the tech who installed our security system who were both very informative knowledgeable about the services the company offers and explaining how the system works were very helpful with the whole process. Annabelle went above and beyond. She was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything to me, and even when things wasn’t working, she took her time to fix it. She was very friendly and well educated what she was doing. Hey, what can I say she was the bomb.com.

My overall experience was very good. The account rep was very knowledgeable and showcased the product and value excellently. My only criticism is that in discussing payment, he provided the monthly cost and said I could pay off the hardware cost in 1.5 years. This insinuated my current payment would meet that goal. The cost wasn’t presented separately so it wasn’t clear I would have to pay more than double my monthly cost to meet that goal. That wouldn’t have deterred me, but it also feels a bit underhanded. The installer was very good and accommodating in positioning the equipment where I wanted it. He took quite a bit longer than what the salesperson estimated but that seemed to be due to technical issues. Overall I’m quite satisfied with the end result.

I give the salesman and tech 10 stars for being honest, reliable and awesome customer service. The tech patiently walked us through the application and the salesman followed up with him afterwards. I'll definitely be sending referrals for the awesome experience that we had. The tech came last night to install, but his last panel did not power up. He scheduled us for the next day and coordinated us into his route. I love how affordable Vivint is compared to the other security companies. Also there no contract or hidden fees like there was with ADT.

Smooth install from start to finish. I love the app and the technology is amazing for a reasonable price. The tech was super professional and fast. Although I'm disappointed he couldn't install my Z-Wave Kwikset locks I'm happy with service overall. The sales rep also forgot to add a garage door sensor but the tech fixed it.

Installation took time within the time period I was given, technician was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He showed up, surveyed the property, gave me his assessment for best coverage and we continued from there. He completed the work quickly, was clean, and professional, then showed me everything I needed to know about the system.

Ray was an awesome technician! Very knowledgeable and honest. Was able to troubleshoot and figure out best way to help set my security up! Tyler and Conner both represented Vivint Security professionally. They were knowledgeable with the products and took time to explain components I had questions about. Demonstrations were included. Connor cleaned up after holes were drilled. Even though we weren’t looking to upgrade our system, they made our time enjoyable. Having a panic button for my mother-in-law, connected to my security system is priceless! Thank you, VIVINT SECURITY.

I currently have Vivint in my apartment, and I wanted to continue with their service in my new home. When Kyle came to install, he did communicate with me in regards to his delay to the appointment I had. He was very nice. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and what he came to install was everything that was expected and more. He also showed me examples on his own phone of their cameras so I can have a visual. He was able to explain the difference between other competitors. I feel safe and secure with having Vivint as my security system in my new home. Their customer service team has always been patient with me and able to walk me through things step-by-step. Vivint was also able to accommodate me and provide discounts as needed.

Yes I would refer them to a family or friend. They moved really fast and didn’t stop helping me until they got me all set up and with the new security system it was wonderful from the first person coming to set me up then the two technicians also did a wonderful job. If you looking for a new security system and you want it done fast I definitely would recommend Vivint. If you don’t have them then you got the wrong security system.

So far my experience with Vivint has been outstanding. The sales portion was professional, and easily outlined/explained. The installation process was as described, quick and painless. Everything was installed that same day, and placed in optimal positions for viewing needs. Thus far Vivint has been exception, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman, Elias, was great and very friendly. Very intelligent with the info. He gave us time to ask questions and went over all the equipment and service being provided. Thank you. I was hesitant in contacting another home security provider after not getting what I wanted from ADT. Speaking with family, they suggested I talk with Vivint. The cost is a little higher. However, felt the customer service was spot on from start to finish. The service technician was even a half hour early for my scheduled 12-4 appointment. Everything was explained very well and I felt at ease with the decision I made. I even added a few more items to my original request with equipment by adding a new door lock and additional window sensors. Needless to say, I feel my home is well protected with a great security service provider.

We recently moved to a new state. We had Vivint security system at our old home. We tried ADT at the new home because it was cheaper, but the day after install we called to have it removed and went with Vivint instead. The installer was great, the product is amazing and everything interfaces perfectly. Thank you!

Arturo did a great job for us and we were very happy with his customer service. He had a great bedside manner, and didn’t leave until the job is done. Everything was explained, and he even helped us set up our apps on our phones. I would highly recommend him as a installer on any future jobs.

Ahmad and his partner approached my home in a respectful manner. He politely asked about my current security and my level of comfort lift with it. After some discussion he came in and he broke down the devices, policies and prices with me with videos as well. I told him my preference and he came up with an excellent price that is worth more and has more features than my previous security company. We went through with the application and Evan was assigned to install my devices.

The salesperson Ian was very great at explaining as well as polite. He answered all of my questions. He did everything he could to make sure I understood what I could get and how it worked. The technician was very thorough and patient with all of my children. He walked me through the process of how things will operate. The work was efficient and I’m grateful. Thank you for helping me protect my family and household.

It's a great product, with a professional crew, love this product, the installation was made fast and clean. I would recommend this product and all the people that works here. I have no complaints about this product, it's perfect for my home now I feel more safe than ever. Cameras have the greatest resolution, crystal clear resolution, respond almost instantly. And I love the fact that I can adjust the range of the cameras and the sensitivity. I have to give this product a 5 star.

She was great. She listened to us understand our concerns. Didn't try to upsell us. She got the job done and straight up quite amazing! I recommend her to anyone in the Washington State and please hire more electricians for your company. She's the only female licensed electrician in the state for your company. You might want to get on that just as females were pretty awesome and she is pretty working incredible at her job.

I was pleased with the install process. I wasn’t aware that they would take the siding and drill through to attach some of the cameras, nor did I realize they would need to use outlets within the house. Still a great process, a patient tech (as I had to update my phone to complete process and learn to use the app), and easy to follow. Thank you!

Both the sales person and tech who installed the system were very cordial and professional. First security system I've had, and am looking forward to trying it out! My initial impression of the company and its representatives is very positive. The product seems to sell itself, but it helps when the representatives are competent as both these individuals seemed to be.

Everything went great and they made very good alternate suggestions for camera placement due to obstructions. Installer was able to reutilize existing glass break and open door sensors from a previous service. App setup and camera settings were easy. A walkthrough of the console and key fob were very easy to follow.

Hayden was polite, punctual, and personable. He did his work efficiently and professionally. His appearance was professional, as well. I highly recommend him for security needs. He is an excellent employee and deserves a big raise. He does credit to your company. I felt comfortable trusting Hayden to maintain anonymity with my personal data. He was good at explaining what he was doing.

Christian was a great representative. He was knowledgeable, experienced and explained everything which made the install experience very easy. He went through everything in detail and made sure I understood everything and covered all of my questions. He also made sure that I was aware that he’d be available to answer any questions I had after install.

The installation was great. Everything was as expected and was explained exceptionally. I have told my friends and family about it, and can’t wait to use this new system. Tim was friendly and worked quickly. He made sure to walk me through all steps with the monitor and my phone app.

How dare you send such an idiot to my door. He came three times the same day insisting on talking to someone that wasn't even here. Then he showed his tail because I had already signed up over the phone and demanding that I do something to get him his compensation. So I called back and I canceled everything. I will not deal with idiots like this.

A little high pressure sales technique but it was a sale. Very convincing of their product. Only problem is after technician left we discovered that he had not hooked up our fire protection. We made a call and they are supposed to send tech back to install the fire protection device.

Sales and installation were quick, friendly, and well informed. Our questions were answered making us feel more secure in our purchase and commitment. The personal contacts provided are very much appreciated. We look forward to utilizing the Vivint system.

It was so easy to sign up with Vivint especially with Charlie and Joe. Very knowledgeable young men. Yes I will recommend them to family and friends. I am pleased with the system so far. Was with ADT before and was not happy with them. The equipment was not current and was not as effective.

The service we received from these two individuals was incredible. Bradley explained everything very well, and walked us through every step of the setup and pricing. Courtney was very efficient when setting up our devices, he explained how to use the hub and the apps needed for the system very clearly. This was by far the easiest time I’ve had setting up a new security system.

I felt like the products and what's available was explained well. The gentleman that came to our door was very patient while I dealt with my 3 year old twins. The gentleman that installed explained everything very well. The install took the amount of time that was quoted. Everything went well.

The young man, Adrian ** was an excellent sales person! He was very Knowledgeable of the security system! He explained everything step by step! When he told me they were going to install the system on the same day! Wow that was awesome! A young man Caleb came by to install the system and he was very knowledgeable and took care of installing the system for us and explained how to operate it! I was very impressed the way they took care of business and the way Vivint employees work together to please the customer! Excellent customer service!

The gentleman that stopped by and discussed the system with me was polite and very informative. I had multiple questions and he took the time to answer them. The technician that came out and performed the installation was very explanatory, professional and she did a great job. She made sure that I was comfortable with using the app and the system before leaving after setting everything up.

Both the sales agent and the installer were stellar. They both made sure that I was knowledgeable on the new security system, and services attached to it. They tolerated my dog, and explained everything thoroughly. Isaiah (sales rep) gave me all the time I needed to make decisions on the system and the services, and answered all of my questions. The installer even helped me get my nest thermostats on my Wi-Fi and connected to my Google Home. Five+ stars.

Max is a definite asset to your company. I would definitely want him to represent mine. Kind. Respectful. Informative. Never made me feel like he needed to hurry or get to a next customer. He was actually in the moment and knows his product extremely well! He showed demonstrations from his Ipad while he was explaining the system to me. Installation was after 9pm and the installer was also kind and respectful. He seemed to know what he was doing. He also explained and demonstrated the system when he was finished.

First off the kid (Eric) that goes door to door all day, was amazing and very professional. He had amazing people skills and made you feel comfortable to talk to. We immediately were sold on by the time he was done. 2nd our technician (Reyna) was absolutely awesome. She did and asked everything correctly. She went way above any tech I've ever dealt with. Super nice and she knew everything we asked for. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

Mike was very nice, professional and knowledgeable of the Vivint product and did a great job installing my home security device. He also instructed very well how to use the device in the house and on phone. I would recommend to my friends and family. I love my new upgraded system.

Jonathon and the technician were very helpful along the whole process and explaining what each system would do and how to use it. They went into detail on how each equipment would be helpful and help prevent and deter any type of burglaries or incident. My wife and I feel very much more safe thanks to them stopping by and helping us with home security.

Christian was very professional and friendly. He was courteous of my space and informed me about everything he was doing. The equipment is a bit expensive, but is very cool. My favorite feature is the deadlock. I would recommend Vivint to anyone.

I left ADT and signed up with Vivint and went from a doorbell that worked to a Camera doorbell that I can't hear when someone comes to the door. NEED SOMEONE TO COME BACK TO EITHER FIX OR REPLACE THE DOORBELL WITH ONE THAT WORKS! I would appreciate your response. Thank you!

Great guys, a great product and they are very knowledgeable. It was a God Sent. Awesome job. The install tech is great at making sure wires are in place and making it all look very professional. Everything was explained by both of them and it's a really easy setup. Thanks Guys!!!!!

My technician was due to be here between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. He was here exactly at 8:00 a.m. Very impressed for the first time of my installation with a different security system. Awesome job. Daniel was very thorough explaining and answer all my questions. Glad he was sent to my home.

The installer was prompt. He explained the system completely. Installations was done professionally and quickly. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. The interview was also very professional. The install experience was extremely good.

Kaden was extremely pleasant and helpful in explaining how the systems work and how they would benefit us. Braiden was great to work with and helped us with understanding the new system for our home. Travis and Justin gave us a great insight on how having the solar panels could save us money and how bundling the whole system will improve our overall service.

He clearly explained everything. Went over some stuff twice. Good. He should teach the new ones coming in. I do need to talk to him. I cannot find his card. The HOA says that the rear camera has to be moved. It violates somebody's privacy. Haha. They have 12 blankets over their fence. How can anyone violate anything?

I just had the Vivint security system installed. The rep that came to my house was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He explained everything I needed to know, asked if I had any questions, and answered the few we had. I like the new system as I can do everything from my phone. Wires are hidden. Panel is easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend!!

Covered a lot a stuff in a short period of time. I was not concerned about memorizing all of it since I thought I could consult the user manual later until I was told they do not have one. Was also told the car alert was a feature I was getting, did not happen.

The whole process was smooth as butter! My tech Dell was the best. He explained everything and made sure everything was up and running! I love how easy it is to navigate the app, how I can see people coming and going exactly what I was looking for in a security system.

The salesperson was verify informative and they let me choose which package I wanted to buy. I’m glad I chose Vivint.

The technician was great. He was nice, professional, and personable. However, I can’t access the app on my phone! I’ll get it eventually I’m sure but it’s frustrating not to be able to use the features. I’m happy to know my family will be a little safer and the financing of some of the equipment was definitely helpful for me. Hopefully this provides me and the rest of my family some peace of mind!!

Install was OK. But I had no idea financing the equipment would cost me 4 times as much. The salesman did not make that clear. Thankfully, the tech was able to fix things. But I would definitely gotten a competing quote if I had known it was going to be that much. Feels like I got scammed.

The installer drilled a hole through my wall and didn’t tell me. When I went to check sensors in back door and asked what happened he just said he hit a nail and the plaster would dry soon. All he had to do was tell me mistakes happened. But I had to discover it myself right as he was getting ready to leave.

We love the sense of urgency and communication from Jon. He sent us a text informing us of our appointment. He is here on time and very respectful of our property. He has efficiency and explained the details of the appointment and give us a quote according to our conversation.

So far everything been good. Just talk to a salesman last night. Was awesome. Shows us everything and explain the goals of the company and camera. Really like that they record even when the power cut off and also love the spotlight on the camera if anyone was trying to break in.

Technician was efficient yet distracted by his phone, I think he could have gotten finished a lot faster with the job if he had stayed off his phone looking at Facebook. He arrived around 4pm and did not get done until 840pm. Other than that I am very pleased with my alarm system and very happy to have finally gotten the help with my solar system that I was looking for.

DeSean was assigned to do the alarm installation. He text me to inform me he was on the way to do the installation and arrived shortly thereafter. He was very thorough, showed me how to use the system, and answered all of my questions. I am extremely pleased with the services provided by your company.

Amazing experience from the first knock on my door, showed up exactly on time for the appointment, quick and efficient white glove install 10 out of 10 would recommend. Mat and Jesse were kind and informative. Both were product knowledge experts, I never felt coerced or pressured to do anything. The salesperson Alex was very nice. But I told him what area of cost I needed to stay close to and explained my terrible experience with ADT Alarms. He was very thorough and started explaining all the options. We had to take some off because my husband and I are both retired so we are on a limited income.. We got to a number but then he said he had not put one of the option that early on I had stated I needed and he said it was 5 dollars then as he continued on he said it was 6 and then it was 7.99. I did tell him that that is was the other guy did from ADT he kept changing the price. He said he just forgot to add it which he may have but this is something customers look at.

I still a tech or salesman to come to show me and wife more stuff. They didn’t sweep up floor from their drilling. They were nice and all. I was just kind of overwhelmed by the whole thing. They were here on time for the work to be done. That’s all.

Amazing work was done. Very professional and took time to explained things and clean after himself. Install things where we needed it. Took time to set applications on the house and on the cell phone. Look forward to protect my house with the best system out there and to learn more about Vivint.

Both of the young men who represented your company at my home were very professional. Mike my salesman took all the time it took for me to make sure I understood what I was purchasing. And the installation man came to install and helped me pick the places to put equipment and also made sure before leaving to make sure my son and I knew how to operate it. Put back door sensors in wrong. Sent out new sensors, expecting me to put them in. Call the council the subscription of service that I just signed up for one. Customer service told me I was too late. I couldn’t do it. I called eight different times. Finally the last time hopefully it went through. They give you the runaround. I would rate them as a failure of a company. I would never advise anybody to go with this company. You called to talk to somebody they put you through somebody else. You ask for a supervisor once not available.

Francisco was excellent and he is great at his job. He was on time and ready to do his job. He knew what he was doing and express his expertise. He was organized and had a game plan. Never to say that he is bilingual which is a plus. Overall I am very thankful for job well done.

My technician TJ was amazing. He was very professional and answered my many questions. He is very knowledgeable about the product and explained each thing he was going to do before going any further. I purchased a smoke/carbon monoxide detector from them as well as my security system. On the night of day 2 the alarm kept going off keeping me up all night. They had someone come out the next day who said it was a defective model. I didn’t want another one I just wanted my money back for it and it taken off my account. The service tech called it in and said they should be sending me a return label via email and once they got that I should send it back and get reimbursed for the amount since it was within the 3 day allotment for returns. It’s been 2 months and still waiting. When I call I just get nowhere. This company is a scam. Once they get your money they don’t care about you anymore.

The sales rep Ariel and installation rep DJ were the best representation of Vivint that you could have. They know the products and seem to help their coworkers. Ariel completed everything with me then answered questions for my neighbor to help improve their security. DJ arrived then let me know that he wouldn't be able to complete all of the installation due to the late hour. He made sure that it was OK with me and we setup a completion day and time. Being thorough and truthful is a great attribute for people in general but more outstanding for a tech.

Our experience with Vivint could not have been better. Our salesman, Bridger, was professional and comfortable to talk through the system with. The system was installed within a few hours of buying the system. Pat, our technician, was efficient in the installation and walked us through everything to make sure we understood. Both the sales and install process were outstanding and we would recommend to anyone.

I met with a Vivint rep Saturday morning right before leaving for the day. I signed up to have everything installed Monday. We unexpectedly had to move installation to Saturday before they switched areas they were working in. The tech came just before 10pm and was able to get everything done for me! The only thing I would maybe say could improve is the cleanup after drill holes and cutting wire for installation. Otherwise it was great!

Vivint Security System really is the best security system you can invest in! Clear cameras. We had a break in 2 months after moving in. It could have been a horrifying experience if my son hadn't walked in or the predator right in time. With Vivint we really feel so much safer now! It was great my only suggestion would be when showing up and getting everything set up that it would be the same day within just a few min. I got everything thing except the door lock and the cameras. The technician gave me many options for dates and time. I just wished it was all done on the same day.

Manny was very nice. He is good at redirecting questions he doesn’t want to answer like monthly service cost until he’s finished his presentation. It did frustrate me a bit but I was having a good day so I allowed it. I’m still in the trial period so we’ll see if we keep it.

Everything went ok but the technician installed Everything but didn't clean up after he finished. Left stuff everywhere. I had to clean up all his mess. Really didn't appreciate that but everything work well so far. Salesperson was cool just the mess left but I guess that's what happens when you do rush jobs.

Tony was detailed oriented when placing the internal wire for the exterior camera. Diego made sure a package was created for what was best for my house. There was no sales pressure when selecting items.

I was setting up new service with Xfinity and Vivint is one of their "partners." I listened to the sales pitch and scheduled a home consultation. I'm so pleased with the system. My teenager and I love the app, the cameras around my house are awesome and have an original sound effect that we chose for alerts. I would recommend Vivint as a great choice for home security.

Setting up the system only took about 10 min via text followed by a brief 1 min call. Very user friendly and I love all of the features. I’ve had Nest at a previous residence, but Vivint seems to offer much more. I like that I can combine my alarm system with my cameras and pay a reasonable price.

We had Vivint security system installed and are very pleased with installer and ease of use. It is everything that was promised at time of sale. Original Technician failed to show up and when I called Vivint about it they promptly sent a different technician. Thanks, only thing is I didn't like the way he ran that wire to the panel. I also see the wire on the backside in the garage. It's tacky looking but I didn't see it till after he left. Last panel I saw no wires. I think I would have driven a hole to feed the wire through. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

We were contacted on our doorstep about replacing our ADT wireless security system. While the timing for the meeting wasn’t ideal we appreciate the added security features (front and doorbell cameras) and the more discreet door sensors. Both the salesman and the install technician were pleasant and respectful while in our home.

There was some issues with installation due to switching from adt to Vivint. Sensors wouldn’t calibrate and the auto lock on front door was not working properly. Installation tech was on it with all the issues that came up. I can tell he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the service. He stayed in contact whenever he did leave letting us know when he would be arriving and keeping us informed with what he was doing to fix the situation.

One of main reason purchasing the system was we really liked the smart door lock system. Purchase the package to later find out that we couldn't install one due to our door not having a deadbolt lock when the tech came to install. The salesperson should have covered these kind of basics to the customer. Especially given the fact that was the door he knocked and walked through to come inside. We had every intentions of returning them but the tech Dalen was so kind and professional we decide to try it out. I still have one more day so we may still decide to return them. Rather pay more money to deal with honest people.

Michael came to my house this morning to activate and set up the system. He also helped to replace the old chip in the panel, fix the offline camera and loose panel cover. He walked through how to use the panel system and the Vivint app. He is so nice, patient, and professional. 10 out of 10 sure.

You can tell he really enjoys working with customers and knows how to take care of them. He would be great working as a team leader if he is not already in that position! My husband and I are very grateful for all the information he provided and feel confident in protecting our family.

Sales and installation was a good experience. Salesman was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Installer did a very clean install and was pleasant to work with. He relocated a couple cameras that I didn't like without any issue. Quality of video looks great and I'm looking forward to using the system.

The tech did a professional job installing the system. He was friendly and did a good explaining how the system works. Additional he cleaned up before leaving. The system works well and the camera for the back patio was a good addition. I also purchased the extended warranty to eliminate any out of pocket expenses in the future.

The guy that came out, I believe his name was Michael **, was excellent. Super nice, gave me an 20 min warning before he arrived, and explained everything I needed to know about the system. I had a great experience with the set up and look forward to using this system.
