Crew did a great job of putting in the system. My only complaint is that they started late in the day (after 8pm), and didn't finish until 10:30 pm. Even then, they didn't finish, and will be back next week. But the majority of the system was installed, and works fine.

They were professional and did a great job installing the system. They did it in a timely, efficient and polite. They were helpful in explaining how to operate the Vivint system and helped me download the app so I can watch my property from my phone. Their service was great overall. Thank you Vivint for making my house more secure.

Upon completion the Vivint rep said, “The installation tech is on the way.” It was 9:00 PM at the time, which was too late! We did not have the ability to select a time for the install. The front door camera does not provide the coverage as promised. Thinking about canceling the account.

Salesperson and technician were very polite and professional. Service so far is very good. Everything was well explained to my wife and I. Keep up the good work and specially hire good people like the ones that came to our home. System is great and we feel so much secure.

After my first consultation with Joel There was two Vivint representatives man and woman (I'm sorry I'm bad with names I think one was Amy) that came to install all the equipment the process was fast and easy. All reps was professional the whole process was about 3 hours same day. I'm very pleased with the set up process. Let's see how everything works for my family.

I had Steven and he was a great help to get me started with my service through Vivint, he was very patient with me and walked me through things repeatedly even when I was confused and kept giving advice to start up everything. Was great fun to have his help.

1. This company is deceitful. They totally got me in communicating the contract terms. They told me that I could finance the equipment for 60 months, but only have a 36 service contract, with the understanding that if/when I stopped service I would need to pay off the equipment. I agreed to that, but they snuck in that 60 month term and I didn't catch it. Now of course they wont honor it.

Everything cool right now until I receive equipment. They were very nice and easy to get things started. I plan to keep the service for a number of years and hopefully the cameras work as good as they look. The service was very easy to start. Can’t wait to start using my cameras on my phone. That’s the best part hands down.

This was a painless process with VIVINT! The technician showed up when he said, called before hand, was very experienced, courteous, and informative. He demonstrated how everything worked, cleaned up, and asked if there were any questions! He even gave his number to call if there is anything that I needed later! Great experience!

Travis and Kerby were absolutely awesome and treated me with nothing but respect! Travis gave me exactly what I wanted without pressure me to get more. He also explained the services I'd be given and made sure my protection/safety was the main focus. Kerby installed everything and was very professional and explained everything to me!! Thanks.

Product was affordable and very well thought out for home security. Installation was same day of signing up. Fastest for anything I've ever had. Representatives were not pushy, very professional. Would recommend.

Ryan was very thorough and patient considering the last-minute questions and changes. The sales department was also very accommodating in finding the best discounts. Considering this is a new security system and I've never had one before, my first impression of Vivint is very positive. I would definitely recommend Vivint to others.

I had 3 previous appointments that the installer never showed up. Levi installed a system at my other house last week so it was great to have the random luck that he was there today. He’s knowledgeable on the products, has great recommendations, and listens to suggestions. He’s thorough, clean, polite, and respectful. I’d be hard pressed to imagine there’s anyone better at the job than him!

Art was quick and informative and was not invasive to the home at all. I Really appreciate the set up. He had all the tools available and showed me exactly how the new system worked. An amazing security system. I'm glad I was able to get this system. Installation was quick and the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. The camera quality is really good and clear. The ability to chose how high or low you can set the sensor is really great. I would highly recommend this system to friends and family.

I got a total system upgrade and am very happy. Installer was very pleasant and professional. Took about 3 hours to complete including the outside cameras. I forgot to mention that I was a VIVINT customer but was talked into changing to a different company because it was cheaper. What a mistake. So glad to be back with this company. Remember you get what you pay for in home security.

Rep was Ben. Brooklyn was my tech. Both were very considerate of my needs and my time. Brooklyn should return today with extra batteries and a post for the sign. Again, showing extra care for my needs. Ben also shared his number in case I need anything further. I am looking forward to the security and empowerment Vivint offers.

Brayden was very knowledgeable and efficient. He showed us all the perks of Vivint and the latest technology. He was quick in his presentation and valued our time. We felt very comfortable telling him our concerns and our hesitations. He was really good at putting our mind at ease.

We were pleased with the speed and communication it took to set up our original appointment. Unfortunately the rep did not make the timeframe we agreed to so Vivint immediately apologized and set up a convenient follow up appointment for our installation to take place. The representative who did our installation was very professional and thorough in his explanation of our new system. We have had other security systems prior, and so far we are pleased with our current choice.

We had amazing service from the sales tech and the installer. We love our service so far. The technician was very fast and even cleaned up after himself. The sales guy went through everything we needed. He even came back out had an issue with how to install the cameras and he came back quick. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

Very friendly and courteous, I cannot complain about nothing, good service, good help. I had excellent help all the way through I have no complaints about anything. They were very mindful of where I wanted them put. And they had to explain to me a couple of times and I appreciate their patience, Nate ** was the one who helped me.

Josiah was terrific! Knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. Very efficient install. We coordinated the set-up of our account remotely from our home in Oak Park. Vivint is very responsive with immediate install and kept us informed of arrival times. I’ll sleep better tonight knowing our vacation home is safe!

The knowledge given about the system being customizable is great and if I want add-ons later is a huge plus. My tech, Alex, was very helpful he made sure he knew that each product fit what we needed, informative if there was any adjustments needed he let us know and made sure we were ok with changes and was attentive to what we expected with the product and placement of the equipment.

Seth was very nice and helpful while setting up my security system. He explained my system thoroughly and made sure I understood how to work it. The system is very easy to use and I love how accessible it is. I went with Vivint because of the reviews and now I see why they are highly rated!!

I had my system installed and it was quick. They had me up and running the same day. The representative explained process and the tech was very experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. I am looking forward to utilizing. It seems very user friendly. The tech isn't complicated. The master keypad is good-sized and easy to use. It's just getting use to system.

Very satisfied with Chris, very professional, answer all my questions I had. Jed, the installer was also great, very professional. Got things done very quickly. Would definitely recommend these guys! Both guys even talked with my two younger kids. They were very curious on what they was doing and how everything worked.

Install was quick and straightforward, sales guy was very thorough. The tech was also very thorough in showing us how to work the cameras and arm the system. The only snag was the doorbell initially did not want to work during the install but the tech swapped it for another one and it seems to be fine for now.

Chris arrived on time. Was respectful of myself and property. Cleaned up afterwards and ensured all questions or concerns were addressed. The installation took what I assume was a normal time and was accomplished per my requests. I am becoming accustomed to the products and service.

I am very happy with the product. However, I was not expecting installation on the same day that I purchased. After spending over an hour with the sales person, I was forced to install that same day. Installation was a 3 1/2 hour process, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This was extremely inconvenient.

Vivint set up was smooth and done correctly. The individuals (Freddy and Quincy) who helped us, were great. They explained everything to us and walked us through everything we had done. I have never had issues with Vivint and love the peace of mind we get. Also, Great customer service!

The Vivint technician Manny was absolutely wonderful, no matter how many questions I asked no matter how many updates I needed, he was very patient, professional, and attentive to my request. Any time he didn’t have an answer he took the time to find it, so there were no gaps and understanding. My husband and I are happy with our decision to switch to Vivint.

Luke and Summer were great! I had no problems, got me signed up and service completed same day. Luke didn’t oversell me and even helped me with waiting a week to get paid. Price was affordable, technician asked how I wanted everything ran and did it without any issues. Even helped arm my windows despite the latch being broken. 10/10 would recommend!

The sales representative Presentation was on point. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained it to so clearly, I had no choice but to sign up. The installation person was patient, accurate and precise. He didn’t leave until everything was completed. I would refer Vivint to all my family and friends. The entire process didn’t not take very long and now I’m feeling more secure. A job well done.

I don't feel sold, I feel like he genuinely was here to help. Gives me peace of mind knowing that my family will be safe while I'm away and while we are home. I recommend a system for all new homeowners that don't have one. Will def refer my friends to Vivint.

Just had a great new security installation. Our install tech, Moises was great! System is working great thus far. Not too thrilled with our original sales person, but other sales reps really tried to help us with some of the corrections needed from our original quote. Don’t think it is fair to mark up our job cost $ 1,000 extra dollars when the financing is supposed to be 0 %.

My Representative Parker was amazing at answering all my questions and covering all basis of the agreement. I knew what I was getting and what I would be paying. Would recommend to anyone wanting good customer service and quality. They didn’t disappoint in any way and looking forward to business with them!

It was easy to sign up they waved fees and it is just like a cellphone bill. Techs were fast and sales rep knowledgeable. Would recommend 10 of 10. Favorite feature smoke detector and encryption. If you have questions John and Tony are the ones to go to. The security system works and is easy to use. Notifications are sent to your phone and you can watch your feeds live.

I live in a fairly secure area …but I live around several Apartment Complexes. Because of this I often have concerns of who is moving in these Apartments. Your Door to Door Sales member “Zach” sold me on the idea of Security. Zach was extremely Professional as was the Installer who followed.

Our installer Corey was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He thoroughly explained our security system to us and reassured us of its effectiveness. We have the app to arm and disarm our alarm.

Christian did an excellent job with everything. He explained everything and took the time to go everything and demonstrate how everything works. We were blinded sided concerning having to pay for the equipment. When we realized this is when an email was sent congratulating us about an approval and we looked and it was for $1,500.00. So, that's two bills added to our monthly expense when we're under understanding it would one. As for as the service it was really good. The young men were really great.

Great install by technician, he was prompt and professional. Four hour install transitioning smart home features from ADT. Very satisfied with ease of use control panel and Vivint app. Superb integration with smart home features. High resolution cameras and flood lights that detect people. Floodlights follow people walking in detection area. Very impressed.

My installer was wonderful…She did a great job explaining what she was going to do. Her night got late and she never quit and got me all set up. She was very pleasant. If I have any more home I would totally have her back. She cleaned Up after the work very nicely and was willing to make changes if I needed it

The experience from sales to install was great. Gage and Mike were both awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was done same day and now I have things more secure in my home for myself and Airbnb guests. I’m really happy with the quality of the cameras and the option to give guests their own code to only access a certain door in my home and also be able to change the code between guests. I’m excited about this new system.

Sales rep and technician were great! The only drawback is we cannot sign-in on our desktop to monitor cameras. We forgot to ask but we are pleased with all other perks. I don’t know what else to say except thank you.

Install technician was very helpful and friendly and worked hard to get me the package I desired. Clear and direct explanation of the various products and services offered. Excellent product so far with seamless app interface. Definitely feel more secure than I did before I called Vivint. I would absolutely recommend to a family or a friend.

From start to finish this experience has been terrible. I was told a tech would come out for a survey, but the tech came ready to install. Then the setup process with the tech wouldn’t work and we had to call on several times. Then it took the tech 9.5 hours to install minimal equipment. Lastly, the tech left the house and never put a window sticker or a sign for the front yard. Overall it was just a horrible experience.

Vivint completed an installation the same day I called to sign up. Amazing!! Technician Will was excellent. Did an outstanding job, great camera placement and professional system overview. Excellent customer service!! System performs well. Very good camera views and voice quality is very good. System is easy to navigate from both the main control panel and from the Vivint cell phone app.

Both the sales man and installation crew were amazing. They were really knowledgeable and kind. I was amazed that they were able to do the install the same day. I do appreciate the 7 day trial as there are a few items I’m not sure I’ll need but wouldn’t mind trying out. I do love the peace of mind that if something happens while I’m at work, that 911 will be called and my dog will be save as much as I am.

Installation was simple and seamless to transition from our prior alarm system to Vivint. Vivint has a lot more product options to choose from to help make your home more secure, such as outdoor cameras (with or without lights), smoke detectors, garage sensors, and front door smart lock. I will continue to consider adding additional equipment to make our home as safe as possible.

They were professional about the alarm system. Worked with our budget for a system that is tailored to what we need. The installer was very knowledgeable and quick. He showed us how to use and do the final camera setup. They do leave any old equipment that was previously installed.

Hello! Earlier today I had Vivint installed into my office! Our sales representative Jacob did an amazing job! He explained all of the details so we understood how everything works. He always was patient and making sure that we understood everything as well. I would recommend Vivint and especially Jacob to anyone!

Very helpful and honest advice in regards what was needed for my house. Install was quick and simple. I would give him more stars if possible. I would highly recommend for a friend. The only drawback was the whole for the back yard camera was not filled. I would also would have liked a little clean up in regards the sawdust. It’s small but it’s giving a feeling of not being completed.

First my window slot was 8am-to 12pm. First tech didn't show up til 3pm and job was not completed because I had plans at 6pm which I was late to. Someone from Vivint contacted me. I addressed my concerns and had a different tech who was very proficient. The vivint customer service person was very understanding and even though I had a minor hiccup they still managed to figure everything out and had someone over.

Best service I have had in a while. Came on time and was quick to get it set up. Checked all of my cameras and window alarms. Was very good at explaining how to use the equipment and also moved camera for a better view of driveway. Thank you very much.

We had some time constraints and Ben acknowledged them, setup a plan to tackle all the important items, and was very communicative to get us setup and answer all our questions. He was friendly and professional and handled a couple of unexpected items easily and kept us up to date with everything he was doing. He walked through how to use the system thoroughly.

The team that helped put the security system in my home were very quick and informative. They answer all the questions about options and the system as a whole. The system works flawlessly, it works smoother than the Ring system. The Ring system would be very delay and when you want to look at the live feed when you get a notification, it will not load.

My installation date was very convenient in that it took place immediately following my signing of the contract. Thus, the team made my transfer from my former security system very seamless. We had our car vandalized by our house and decided it’s time to get some home security. Emailed for a quote, got a call back within 60 seconds. Pick out the best plan for our needs and had an installer at my house within 3 hours. Technician installing was great, very nice, helpful and thorough.

The technician was good and knowledgeable, helpful. The information prior to him coming was something that could use some assistance in preparing me for what to expect. I ask to be notified prior to him coming, that didn’t happen. The additional fee I’m still digesting. Hopefully the service will be worth it.

New install went amazing! Install technician, Bruce, was exceptional. Went through entire system with us and advised us on some equipment we had not thought. Very knowledgeable and customer-driven mentality. We enjoyed Vivint at our previous home and was the main decision in having it installed at our new home.

This is my first time with Vivint. My original appt date was Saturday June 17th. Vivint called the day before my appointment to cancel due to a scheduling conflict on their end. They would not approve overtime and therefore my family was forced to alter plans and wait an additional week for install. My partner works at night, so we needed a security system asap. I was very disappointed in Vivint’s ability and/or willingness to make adjustments for an issue that caused them to falter on our agreement. However, Joe was great. Very informative and boosted the rating that I would have otherwise given.

We bought a Vivint home security system in 2017. The technician installed the system and it worked for about 2 months. I had made several calls to the Vivint help desk to troubleshoot the system, they would have me run around the house testing sensors and resetting panels but could not troubleshoot it over the phone so they finally sent a technician out in 2020 (yes it took them that long to finally send a tech). The Tech showed up and of course the system is perfect for the five minutes he was there, he did change out one sensor.

Brett & Ray went above and beyond. Excellent on everything. I really love them too much. Love and respect in all their endeavors in whatever they decide to do. I am hoping they stay with the company forever. Excellent, honesty, and respect goes a long way. They done and showed all of it. I am so thankful I had them.

Max, the technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The installation of the system was flawless. I’ll definitely try and request Max for any future upgrades. Great customer service. I’ll definitely tell friends and family about Vivint. The system is very modern and sleek, Vivint don’t stop trying to integrate new technologies to your system. Great job from the installer as well. Didn’t take long to get everything installed. We will be adding more to our system in the future.

We reached out to Vivint and a rep came out to our house after we scheduled a time that suited us. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all their products and was really helpful finding the right equipment for our needs. Minutes after we finished the paperwork a tech was already at our house to install all the equipment. The technician was just as friendly and knowledgeable as the rep was. We walked through and around the house and talked about where we wanted the equipment installed and he checked if that would be possible. Once all that was cleared he started the installation process which went really quick. After the set up our tech helped us install the apps on our phones and walked us through the system, how to operate it and explained everything in detail. It was a really great experience with them and can only recommend them!

First of all my rep showed up without a panel to install (unprofessional). He left for about 45 minutes then returned with one. After that the installation went pretty smoothly but when it was over he said that he couldn’t get “clearance” from Vivint that my unit was installed. After waiting for a couple of hours I had to run some errands and I couldn’t wait any longer. Eventually, later that evening someone from Vivint called me to walk through what was done. It was a long day, it took about six hours before I had to leave. Not a good day but the system seems to be working ok.

Excellence, instructions were very clear straight to the point. Knowledgeable. Time management was very good. Communication was on point as well as the courtesy. Will recommend their customer service at all time. They offered me a optional service for protection, even that I didn’t accept the gentleman was polite and respectful at all time.

I am extremely impressed with the knowledge displayed by the team that serviced my home and the timeliness shown by Kevin and Colin!! I will highly recommend the service along with the team that serviced my area!! I am already impressed with the product and hope that I do not experience the issues that arose with Brinks (any problems you were expected to fix it yourself).

I put in a request for a quote, and got a call back within seconds. A technician was able to come out the same day, and I had the whole system installed within 8 hours of my initial inquiry. The service is initially quite expensive, and does require a line of credit, but the upside is that you own everything, it can move with you, and it's highly customizable. The technician was very helpful, was able to modify my initial request, and was sure to make everything look neat and tidy in the setup. Overall very pleased with the service, and happy to feel safer in my home.

Sebastian and Tony was friendly and very helpful explaining the services. Tony was able to break down the process of the equipment. He helped to me understand and gave me all the information I needed to work the equipment properly. Vivint is a great service and their products work’s really well.

He was very nice and did his job smoothly. He explained the process on everything about the cameras and etc, very helpful and was able to show me how to lock and unlock my doors without being at home. He also showed me how to disarm and unarm from my phone, tablet, and lock keypad.

Prices are very good, installation was on time, completed quickly and technician was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. All previous communication was also very easy to do and company seems easy to work with and get ahold of.

I would definitely recommend Vivint. I am a residential customer and now a business customer; especially our tech Jonathan, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all in detailed and stayed late until everything was working properly. The cameras are great. The pictures are quite clear even at night. Also like the fact that all 3 managers can have separate accounts and link our home account to manage both home and business. We feel great having a peace of mind even when not at work.

My appointment was from 8-12 and my technician couldn’t come out till 12:30-3:30 because the network was down nationwide. We also had issues with the identity verification which set us back another 30 or so minutes. Nothing he could have done to fix those issues but with moving into a new house there’s a lot to take care of and canceling 3 other appointments because this one was late made life very difficult today. I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come with their network monitoring capabilities.

My install was smooth and my installer was very professional. So far, I am very pleased with my choice of Vivint for my home security. It has been easy to learn and to use. I am in love with the clarity of the cameras and the doorbell works great. I would highly recommend this service for your security needs.

Sales representative was nice, checked equipment, said everything was good and up to date. Sent me to tech support and troubleshot doorbell. Tried telling me I need new one. Couldn’t figure it out. The insurance I just purchased with sales representative didn’t cover doorbell so was told need to buy new one for $250. I started messing with panel and was able to fix doorbell audio inside by myself and tech support was real quick to disconnect call after she knew she didn’t do everything she could. Really unsettling for a new customer 30 minutes in.

Wonderful experience getting our smart home. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable, personable, and engaging. Install happened the same day and went smoothly. The overall experience with the system was simple and straightforward. All the techs were courteous and knowledgeable with the Vivint system. They explained the system function in detail and answered all my questions fully. The system is simple enough to operated and make adjustments with a mobile phone. The control pad inside the home is also user friendly.

Well to start I thought the appointment was in person. However instead I got a text to start my setup process. Next I told my agent over and over again I’m new to the system and have no clue how to do anything. You would think he would walk me through the basics. Nope he didn’t. I had to figure out how to arm my home on my own. No one will explain to me why I can’t see my cameras on the app. I just thought my welcome experience would have been a lot better with Vivint being the leading home security service.

My husband and I signed up for Vivint because one of our neighbors recommended it. They have since left Vivint. If you are reading this -- DON'T BUY IT. We are 10 years in and I have just had enough. Should have left years ago. Calling customer service you hear conservations and it's so loud you can't distinguish if the person is talking to you or you are overhearing another conversation entirely. It wasn't always like that. In the beginning service was ok and a service tech would actually come to your home. My husband works in the Arctic and I was abroad often. Every couple of years the equipment we had was either outdated or Vivint no longer supported it and we were still paying for the old equipment...but to resolve the problem you buy new equipment.

Was able to pick my own camera packages. Didn’t feel obligated to get what they wanted, tech explained and answer all questions, and had system up and going in no time. Looking forward to later on adding additional cameras but for now cameras look great. Will definitely recommend Vivint to my family and friends.

The product is satisfactory and the price is competitive. The salesmen and techs were all personable and warm. For the most part, they tried to accommodate all my requests, I was pleased. It's also worth mentioning the promptness of their process, they do not waste time right to the point and always a counter response to your questions and after the plan was chosen and setup the tech was already there for install.

A lovely young woman came to my door. She was a Vivint employee. She talked to me, made suggestions and showed me pictures. Everything about it sounded like a more whole home security system. The front door lock is stunningly classy. The installation was done the day I signed papers online. The men installing the system did it very quickly and pleasantly. This is a first class security system. An Alert fob also came with the system. At age 75 it is wise to wear one.

Sarah was fantastic, answered all our questions and then some. Awesome that install happened same day even at 10pm. Install team was great. Taylor the installer tech showed us everything and walked us through set up. Price was very fair and the equipment seems to be working well so far.

These folks are really on the ball. They pitched their product, sold us on it and installed on the same day. They also saved us money compared to what we had previously. Awesome equipment! Highly recommended if you're interested in a fully functional high tech security addition to your home in a day's time.

Tony was the salesman who came to my house and he was so nice, calm and answered all my questions. He has a GREAT demeanor and attitude, which was a factor in me listening to him. Riley was the technician and he was just as nice and professional…I am glad to be rid of ADT and have so many wonderful safety features with Vivint. The tech may want to explain how to manually turn on the thermostat! I went the first night with no air conditioning, but the chat helped me get it resolved!

We had a wonderful experience and both Luis and Shawn were great people. Everyone did what they were supposed to do and we are very happy with the equipment. However the install did not finish till 11:30 at night and that is a little too late for us. We were both fighting to stay awake.

Both our salesman and installer were great! Took longer to install than we thought it would but it was a large install for one person. Overall very pleased and excited to use it. They were both very professional and courteous. Love how simple it was to set up and use.

Christian did a very good job with explaining how the equipment we needed worked and where to place items. He also went through explaining what items would work best for what we needed. After he installed everything he went over everything until he was confident we knew how our system worked and were confident in our understanding of the system

The gentleman that spoke to us about the alarm system was a great salesman. I called him after work hours (unknowingly) but he was at our house within 15 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the system and its benefits. The installer was great too. He was in time and quick with the installation. Once again, very extremely knowledgeable and even offered best practices and advice in the placement of some of the motion sensors and cameras. We haven’t had any issues so far, we love it. Very user friendly.

The two young men that I came in contact with over this Vivint subscription were outstanding young men. I’m not sure who is interviewing and picking these young men, but your human resources did a good job on these two. The sales person was very informative, very professional. The equipment installer was knowledgeable and courteous, and knew what he was doing.

The overall presentation was a great experience. The purchasing process was exceptionally, all different options were thoroughly explained so that we could select the appropriate items. Wires run across middle of ceiling, not very professional. Holes drilled through walls from outside. Camera location not where wanted and or needed for security. Salesman said could use indoor camera for detached garage, installer said they wouldn't work properly. Good instructions on operations, but don't work well with android devices. Spent most of evening reviewing all of the emails.

I love the fact this was done so fast! Cameras are working and that is what I needed to feel safe. Both the vendor and installer were excellent! Everything was done professionally and it took the necessary time to get everything up and working. I am really happy to have signed up with this system

The install guy was like an old friend, but we just met him. The equipment is an AWESOME item that will help protect my family, because we live next to a highway. We had unwanted guest in the backyard twice, and two guys in a truck was trying to steal my son’s tailgate from his truck. We feel protected and safe because of VIVINT Security.

The customer service is great once you actually get to the right “group” to talk to - be ready to transfer 3-4 times. The equipment is amazing and works great - the biggest thing Vivint has going for them. My biggest complaint is the monthly cost you have to pay if you want to use the home automation (Vivint app). Vivint has made it so even if you buy all of your equipment, you still will have to pay a monthly fee just to use the application - if anyone tells you different, they are lying. Without the application, any extra equipment such as cameras, thermostat or door locks are essentially “use at home”, which completely negates the home automation and makes all of your equipment rather useless, unless you never leave your house.

Our technician left our house a complete mess when we returned. He was going to leave it like that until I asked him to clean up. He damaged several of our walls and moldings as well. So far so good. The tech was nice and personable. The equipment looks new and up to date. About $30 more a month than my old security company, but I hope the service and cameras will work more efficiently than the other company. Also like how it's not a hard contract as long as I pay off the equipment.

We are very happy with everything about this experience other than the late hour for installation. 10:15 pm - 1:00 am. The salesman, Oscar, was great. The installer, Christian, was great. The hardware and software is working well. We are happy to have the integration between all of the systems. It is also nice to have the installation completed for us.

I called on May 2 to start service with this company. 1 hour later I called back because my Husband and I decided to wait on the service. I spoke with Solas ** who informed me that the equipment had already been shipped so I would need to wait until I received the equipment, send it back, then a refund would be issued. The equipment was received on 5/15/23 and I still don't have my money back. I have spoken with several representatives and not one has said anything about a cancelation form, this is absolutely absurd!! I was told it would take 5-7 business days, and it's been over a month! I received an email yesterday stating I wouldn't receive my refund because I waited too long to actually email a statement saying I wanted to cancel. I guess all of my phone calls and returned equipment wasn't sufficient. Time to get an attorney! THE MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER!

The tech came on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He did help me with getting a thermostat instead of another item that was chosen originally, and that was very helpful. Everything was installed in a timely manner and so far works great. Vivint in general has been easy to work with, and the service has been wonderful. Thanks!

Salesman stated internet was not required for the system. Installer comes and tells me I need internet to view cameras from my phone. Installer was scheduled to return today at noon and then stated he could not and needs to fix my thermostat. That is unprofessional and unacceptable. I have a brand new home and can’t even view cameras nor use my heater if needed and no one can fix it when he agree to a time?

Alden was extremely polite, efficient, honest, and helpful while answering questions about Vivint. I’m very happy to recommend him to my neighbors in the event that they need security service. I don’t like inviting strangers into my home, or onto my porch for that matter, but working with Alden was different. He deserves a raise!

Took a little bit longer but Chad got it done. System works perfectly. Chad was very thorough. Both Krisztina and I felt comfortable with the tech of Vivint. We kept looking at the camera in the alley last night. This is something I’ve always wanted since there is so much activity in the alley.

I had great customer service and care when I had my security system installed. The rep and tech made sure that I had all of my questions answered before they left. Both were professional and courteous. I was flexible with timing of installation but they were able to do it the same day. They came in and had me all set up by the end of the night. I didn’t even know the techs were working up until late at night but it worked out perfectly for me.

I was pleased with the service Vivint provided. The contract and set up were completed in one day. Both parties were very professional and answered any questions I had. The price was fair. I would recommend Vivint to anyone. Thank you for your service.
