The install was a 10 great job. The technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. I’m very happy with the outcome and I will definitely refer you guys to my family and friends. I wish I would’ve done this a long time ago. I am very happy with the cameras and the installer was very good.

The representative explained everything to me where I can understand it and make me feel very comfortable and the price was reasonable. I got to prepay for my equipment and they continue to keep me updated on my equipment and told me that it will be very easy and set will be great. I got to get a great system and love it. If my electricity goes out it still active.

I was pleased with what I was presented with. And understanding everything when it all comes together. l hope this will be well rewarded for me and my family. You can't be too careful these days. So I rather be safe than sorry. Being protected is a good thing. I'm a big believer in God protection.

Vivint was installed with no problems. Installer was very thorough and helpful. Am looking forward to using the security without any problems . I will tell friends and family to be sure and check out this security system if they are in the market to install one. Thanks for a great product.

I'm glad to have met Larry and John. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable about the system they were installing and very professional. Larry and John both made the installation go smoothly and in a timely manner even after I decided to add a second camera during the installation. Vivint has the people out doing these installations.

The technician was professional and explained the products and services well. We were able to walk through and identify the necessary security measures required. The technician also had to run additional power bricks in order to get the doorbell to work correctly because of the age the house. We are happy with the service for now and it provides peace of mind.

She was VERY helpful and she is very good with her words and her work is amazing. She walked me through everything before she every started and made sure I needed everything I really wanted and needed. She didn’t try to persuade me to do anything. She deserves a raise! I do not want anyone else to work on my stuff!

Once I contacted Vivint, they did not bother me with a lot of messages. Chad answered my questions. Gave me some plans without any pressure. On 10/1 Marley verified my appt for 10/2. Joseph called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He went over my alarm system/layout and the financial plan. He had no problem making changes I wanted. Before Joseph left I had read my contract, received a copy, knew how to arm and disarm my system and how it worked on my phone as well. I am very pleased with the whole process including the price for my equipment and the cost to monitor.

We just moved into our new home in Philadelphia, where a Vivint security system was installed. I called customer support to change it to our names. The woman with whom I spoke was unbelievably lovely, attentive and thoughtful. Unfortunately, she could not help me with the set up so had to schedule me with someone else. We agreed upon a 6 PM call. At 5:45 before the call, I got a text asking if I was ready. I stated that I needed 15 minutes. At 6:00 exactly, I texted that I was ready. The Vivint service technician stated he was on a call but could walk me through via text. I preferred to talk to a real person and stated I would wait. 45 minutes later, I got a call.

The tech was amazing, completely clear on what was happening and why. Also explained all of the equipment in a way I can understand. He worked around my small children and pets with ease. He was thoughtful in considering my children when placing materials. I would recommend his service to many people.

We had a great experience with Jeff. He was courteous, professional, and so easy to work with. We had a fantastic customer experience with him. I would highly recommend the service and we’re doing glad we chose Vivint. Easy installation, easy to understand and user friendly. I love all the features that we selected that were specific to our needs. Not just one big package of things that didn’t suit us. Can’t express enough how satisfied we are with this service.

The tech that came to my house today to install my system was very professional and did an outstanding job. He fully explained everything about the system to me and made I fully knew how to use it before he left. He gave me a full review of how the system worked. Explained to me whom to contact.

I purchased this system in the hopes to secure my Apartment from intruders. Due to two attempts of unlawful entry I was sad to go in this direction. During the two burglary attempts someone slipped a key into the top lock on my front door and tried to unlock it but both attempts failed. My decision is to prevent any action of desperation because of their failed attempts.

Never had issues with my screen but as soon as we did the update it now does not want to work. On top of that, you want to bill me $900 to add two additional cameras to my service and had me sign a new contract with the same old equipment.

I happy with my setup and system overall. Feels nice to know my house is secure. However the salesperson was not able to give me a cost on all the equipment and installation fees which I'm worried about since I was enrolled in an automatic $4000 account with no breakdown of the costs per item. I was told I would get a gift card for signing up along with the doorbell buyback but haven't received anything yet, just told.

I am new to having a security system. Phone representative was very knowledgeable and provided all the information that I was looking for. Technician was very thorough and very courteous. His name is Ariel. Technician was very patient explaining how the system worked and how the installation process was going. Will definitely recommend Vivint. I was very surprised at the knowledge and the excellent customer service from installation technician and phone agents.

We are very happy with installation of the Vivint equipment in our house. The person instaling the equipment was very professional, and worked with us to make it work according to our needs. The quality of the equipment is great. It is really sharp and covers a big area. The system is easy to operate.

Tech didn’t speak very well and the process to get started wasn’t very thorough. Didn’t get everything I wanted due to just wanting to be done with this painful installation. Techs should take a complete look at existing systems to see what is needed. Guy wasn’t very helpful with what I wanted. I have windows that aren’t covered that was covered before because he didn’t do the assessment of my complete needs.

Michael was great. He was able to adjust our plan and worked tirelessly to get my system installed. He answered all of my questions and gave a thorough demonstration on how to use all of the installed products. I feel safe and secure with my new system and don’t have any remaining questions.

Just moved into our new home. Called in one day, had easy-to-follow instructions, got done in about 30 minutes. Now I can rest knowing my security is there and can leave our home while getting updates if anything happens. Thank you Brodee for the help over text and through phone call. The service technician that installed my system was polite and very proficient. He was able to problem-solve when my internet router wasn’t set up in such a way to easily allow for the Vivint system to be set up. He did a great job explaining the system and how to optimize it for my usage.

I spoke with the tech about the system and the tech not only explained the system but showed real time events with his personal system. That effort really sold me on the system. Tech was respectful, helpful and kind mannered. My home is 2 story and tech had 3 cameras to install plus the sensors/motion. Tech had many tasks to complete for my installation. Tech needed to call representative for confirmation on products and purchase information. Overall, great customer service. I would definitely recommend this security system to others.

Very good service. Two out of the three individuals were very professional and patient (including the main technician). One guy seemed to be rushing and was running up and down the stairs without tact. But that’s not to taint a great job from the other two. In the end, all three of them did a good job with their respective duties, so that’s why they get all fives from me.

I highly recommend Vivint as a home automation and security company. My experience with them has been exceptional in several key aspects. First, the technology they offer is cutting-edge. Vivint home automation and security systems are highly advanced and easy to use. The mobile app is intuitive and allows complete control of my home from anywhere. Second, Vivint's customer service is exceptional. They have always responded quickly to my questions and concerns, and their technical support team is very competent. Additionally, the installation went smoothly. The Vivint technicians were professional and explained the entire process to me in detail. What I like most about Vivint is their focus on security. I feel much safer in my home knowing that I have a reliable security system, cameras and sensors installed. I also appreciate the integration of home automation, which makes my life more convenient and efficient.

After everything was installed I noticed the job that was done and I was not happy. Plus the cost was different, twice what I was originally quoted for equipment. I’m paying for 1 camera and 1 doorbell more than my neighbor who has 4 cameras and 1 doorbell. I called but they can’t do anything since it’s the weekend.

Sales rep Tate and install guy Tuku were both phenomenal. Easy process. Easy install. On time arrival by Tuku and SO MUCH PATIENCE… and app works fantastically. Don’t need to worry about moving next year 'cause the whole system goes with me. Thank you! I’ll be able to sleep at night!!!

This was a Great process to have new security and cameras installed. Would recommend using Vivint for anyone that cares for an easy and simple install and process. I also liked the added Garage doors, fire fighter and water sensors. I would use them again and may even switch my other home to them.

Can’t get in touch with my sales agent. Need help in getting buy out documents from Brinks Security. Do not know how to do this. I do not know how to fax or transfer emails. I have to have it done by October 4. No sales agent card with phone number to get in touch.

I was dealt kindly with on the phone after placing a call to activate an existing system. Tim installed system pieces and I was treated very respectfully. He was confident and knowledgeable about the system. He encouraged me to ask questions if I had any. Tim was in and out of my home in a relatively short amount of time.

Awesome experience with the tech. I would recommend him to install for anyone wanting a great experience. The time he took after the install to explain everything was greatly appreciated. From start to finish this has been a very positive experience for me and my family and I would suggest others to do the same. The technician they sent was very good but they only sent one. He had to work for 9 AM to 9 PM and was unable to complete the job. We requested two technicians and they said they would send two but they only sent one. Work is still not been completed and there needs to be a return visit.

The technician, Robort, who came out to install my security equipment was friendly and professional. I would give him six stars if I could. He was swift with his service and made sure to clean up after himself. I was called by him before as well to confirm that I was present. He also came bright and early. Which was nice because typically you have to wait around all day if there is a time window provided.

Very professional. The explanation of how the system worked was complete and easy to understand. The installer was considerate and efficient. Overall experience was good. I would recommend this to my friends and family. The video from the doorbell camera is good on both the control panel and my phone. I'm glad I had this installed

I’m only giving 5 stars because of the technical support I received from Ariel ** whom set up an outdated system I had inherited. Due to some issues on the back end, this process took double the time to complete. He was determined to make it work and went above and beyond to ensure I was all set before he left. He is an asset to your team.

I experienced pressure and the completion time was way beyond the time stated. My order was incorrect and I had to re-sign documents over. Vivint works with you, alarm is quite easy to arm and the rest of sensors are pretty neat. The installers were here and as soon as I agreed on the package, they got to work. The installation was complete within 2hrs, they left everything neat. The installers had all instructions accurate. I was impressed with this alarm system, thank you.

I decided to replace my ADT home security with VIVINT equipment and monitoring. The VIVINT sales rep and tech were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The VIVINT monitoring system was successfully installed and operational within 4 hours after I signed the documents showing the components of the system I bought. I am very pleased with my decision to use VIVINT so far.

The process overall took some time putting together. But once the installation tech was here, it was a breeze. He explained everything we ordered had a few things we missed and his installation was flawless. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. The system is great!

Great service fast set up very professional. Cleaned up after himself. Love the set up I have now I can watch when I need to! Love that I don’t have to consistently charge the doorbell camera like I did with the ring. Love that the outdoor camera came with lights. I just all around love knowing that I can keep my house and family safe with the Vivint program.

Daniel the install technician was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He performed the install in a timely manner and made sensors and wires blend in with the house seamlessly. The system is user friendly and easy to operate, Daniel went over all the settings and using the app with me before he left.

They came in and hooked up everything same day. It wasn't a bother to have 'em in our home. I love the system. Very clear. Even though we have limited lighting in the back the night vision is still pretty clear. Will highly recommend. The price is a little higher because of the equipment but overall is worth it.

Tech (Lee) went over the Vivint system and also qualified to get it. Also gave options on other things also. Went over the alarm system. Really a lot to fill out on the day of and should have a better process. Will recommend but a better process is needed and may want to give tech another table for the client.

I absolutely appreciated the quick responses via text messages from customer support who was waiting for me to contact him once the closing of my house happened. He was able to assist me right away once I was ready. My activation specialist also was able to assist me on my panel activation process and answer my questions. The technician David was great and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the product and did inform me about the different features and ways to use the product. The only drawback was the process wasn't figured out for Beta testers. The survey and testing was not easy and he had to work with tech support which took a while and makes the appointment lengthy.

I have to admit this has been the best experience when it comes to installation services. The service gentleman by the name of Daryl, went above and beyond in making sure I had the equipment needed. He took his time and call the company to change some items that I don’t have any use for, he took his time and explained and installed the entire system, doorbell cameras, even added my thermostat. He also went to the attic and installed the doorbell all these things way out saying this is complicated and I will need another day etc. workers and service people like this is hard to find. Thank you Daryl for the installation.

Old doorbell was disconnected and left hanging halfway off the wall. Also can't get camera to load on my phone. Dissatisfied with service and would like to have removed. Old company offering a better deal. ADT is offering free camera and only 21.95 a month 3 months free and no equipment fee.

Technician really knew the product so much better than the salesman. The salesman told me my credit would not be affected after signing me up. My credit dropped 3 points as a result of your check. I had an excellent status before this check. The tech knew how to setup & troubleshoot your system. His training was outstanding.

Arturo was on time and called when he was on his way. He was clean and efficient during and after the install. He explained the entire process and did great work. I really appreciate that he took the time to do the job the right way the first time.…

I did not receive my Vivint sign to post on approaching walkway. Sales rep took the one I had from previous monitoring company and he said the installer would have Vivint sign for me. The installer did not leave a new sign for me. Why take the old one if it won't be replaced with a new one?

Tech ** was great! He was very nice, informative and professional. We highly recommend him for future installs. He made great recommendations and answered all our questions. We are satisfied and happy with his service. Sergio was able to save us money by fully assessing our home to make the proper recommendations. We are very pleased.

This company apparently values product sales over good customer service. Our sales representative misled us by offering to BUY OUT our then current security company, ADT's cancellation fee if we signed up Vivint. We made the mistake of signing up. Needless to say, after the equipment was installed the promised buy-out never materialized. Fortunately, we were able to cancel the entire installation process freeing us from having 2 security companies to pay.

The installation service was easy, with all phases detailed by the installer. Was able to re-use some of the previously installed hardware to reduce equipment costs. System introduction was simple though the video interview requirement seemed heavy handed. That was more Vivint policy vs the install service provided which was outstanding.

My overall experience was great. From the salesman that helped us get set up and the techs that came out and installed our equipment. Would be a five star if the cameras didn’t think a flag and trash can was a person. Adjustments were necessary. Extreme amount of notifications but at least there are notifications. They did get the install date wrong so as a compensation, they installed on a holiday to accommodate us which was amazing! Our tech was knowledgeable and very helpful. Had to leave to get additional equipment. But we get that. All in all we are happy with the service and the clarity and quality of the camera systems. Would recommend to family and friends. Pretty pricey but it is hooked up to cops and fire dept.

The installers did a great job at being fast and efficient, they cleaned up afterwards and took the time to explain the system to me. I love the security cameras and ability to access it from my phone. Being able to unlock and lock my door from my phone, along with setting the temperature in my home is amazing!! I got this system installed a little over a week ago; a doorbell camera, 2 exterior cameras, 3 door sensors, and reconnecting 13 existing window sensors to the new system. The video features and quality are great, that was my selling point. The installation however is not so much. Aside from a few small issues, my main concern is that the doorbell camera was relocated to a new area and the wires for the original one were left exposed. All I was told by the installer was that he needed access to the attic and he’ll have to run a new power source from the garage because the existing cables for the original doorbell camera weren’t working for him, but didn’t mention that he was drilling a hole through my siding and garage wall to plug the camera into an existing outlet and relocating it.

Very friendly and professional people, Installer showed me how to use everything. Both men gave their phone numbers if we have questions after the service. Totally sold with service given. Can’t wait to see how everything works. So far this is better than the other company I had. God bless this system and the men that provide the service.

I have 2 homes. Installed Vivint a couple of years ago in one home and the equipment cost was very high and irreversible after a few days for little equipment. There's virtually no transparency with Vivint and customer service is unreachable for anything other than spending more money with Vivint. Have SimpliSafe in the 2nd home and the equipment cost is transparent and much less expensive upfront and the monitoring costs are the the same. I did buy more than I needed for the 2nd home (which was still at a small fraction of the cost for minimal equipment from Vivint), so will use that equipment in our primary residence and discontinue use of Vivint equipment and stop their service.

We spoke with Marcus **. He was really good. I almost said no to the system but he was very very I mean very patient with me. I had a million Questions & answered all of them & he did not pressure us. If we said no he was okay with it even though he would’ve wasted his time & the system itself. VERY amazing. VERY good quality! & I also had questions about the solar panels & Marcus directed us to speak with the gentleman in charge of that area & he as well explained every little detail of the solar panels. Very patient as well. Answered every question we had & I had made it clear I just wanted to know more about solar panels & I was not buying & yet he still took the time to explain everything. We were on the phone with him over an hour & he was more than glad to help!

I was told a certain price for all equipment and service this company offered. Once installed the tech mentioned that I didn’t receive everything in my package. This was truly disappointing after I was promised something and realized the representative lied to me just to get me to sign up! Seems like a really good system but I’m considering canceling my service if I don’t get what was promised to me!

I was quoted a monthly fee when I agreed to service. That fee changed as installer made suggestions about equipment and coverage. I felt like I was being upcharged to pay more. I don't know for sure. Are Vivint installers paid extra for adding equipment or time? So, I agreed to a change but it too felt like it is a bit much for what their additional item was.

The young lady who installed our equipment did an exceptional job. She was not only beyond capable of handling all the installation, but she was the most personable professional I have encountered in a long time. This lady should train the entire install team. I had another wonderful experience with Vivint! It was easy to set up the appointment which was scheduled quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. I chose the video doorbell, the garage door control, four electric door locks, glass breaks, and thermostat control. The equipment was user friendly and worked immediately. I have had Vivint for more than 10 years and will continue to use them.

Vivint service seems good. They need more installers or better training for them. Our installer did a good job but I feel Vivint has failed their own techs by not providing them with adequate training. Also had to reschedule to come back another day to get one camera working that would not work that evening.

He made two Vivint cameras work for more coverage where six simply safe cameras fell short. He was a champ climbing into the attic and figuring out how to best hide and install the wiring. Yes, I was a victim of a residential burglary 5 months into my new residence. False sense of security. My best friend told me to get an alarm a couple of weeks into my move. Due to the nice, safe, and new neighborhood I felt we would be okay in the City of South Corona. Unfortunately thieves have vehicles to move around and go to the neighborhoods where they believe hardworking people have nice things. Or sometimes you have uncertified home service professionals coming into your home to perform jobs. Yes, this happens in every neighborhood. It’s a crime of opportunity.

The whole process was great from start to finish. The quality is ten times better than ADT and I truly appreciate the quick turnaround. Less than 24 hour turnaround from sale to install and setting up the credit line was very simple. Salesman was very professional and quick to answer all of my questions and concern.
