Our installation expert was timely, polite, and thorough. He kept us informed of everything he was doing every step of the way and was patient when we had questions. The Vivint company and every step of the way for our purchase and install was seamless, professional, and fair. I especially appreciated the video customer survey/questionnaire. It was obvious that the company had considered customers with potential language barriers and disabilities.

We were impressed with our friend's Vivint alarm system so we contacted them for an install. Our new system, so far, appears very robust, very clear camera views, nice app. Our technician, Arturo, was very helpful and informative during the install and really made the whole process very easy. My tech was wonderful! He is a very calm young man. His knowledge of the devices was clearly explained, and I felt comfortable with the whole set-up. Yes, I would recommend it! My service tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job on installation and explaining everything. Called to make sure it was ok to arrive earlier than the appointed time. Arrived with a great personality and was very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. I don't normally give a 5 star rating but this guy deserves it.

Zach was superb with his attention to detail, knowledge of the different products and patience with us through the entire process. We have window and door sensors, motion and glass breakage detectors, and cameras. He also taught us how to take advantage of the app to arm and disarm the house from another location. Give this guy a raise!!

I was a previous ADT customer for over 10 years. ADT customer service has deteriorated significantly and I was ready for a change. Vivint is more expensive but I was hoping the equipment would at least be state of the art like they promised. It wasn’t, it’s the same crap I had with Ring. I actually wish I would have just kept the Ring cameras and found someone cheap to monitor my home.

I was quoted a price by the salesperson and they took twice the price of the product out of my account. I’m now waiting for someone to answer my call and return my money. I made sure that I was only being charged what was quoted because I didn’t have money to lose and be charged over.

The employees of Vivint were very informative and explained the products very successfully. The salesperson explained the products that I might be interested and would like to purchase. The tech crew were very effective and finished their work in about an hour. After completing the installation they walked me through the house and explained all the new equipment.

My sales representative was very well diverse and personal with his sales for Vivint. He explained everything & financial options. I explain I was looking system in my home with excellent monitoring & control of my heat, lock control, fire alarm & unlocking the door in case of a fire. Elijah ** was awesome young man & great sell representative for the company.

The installer was very friendly. Knowledgeable and made sure that I had a clear understanding of the products and how to use them. He took his time with installation and helped me install and understand how to use the necessary apps. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The service and the price are great.

The install was a bit lengthy but the tech Installing the equipment was great, and so was the sales rep. The only issue I have is the app stopped working as soon as the installer left and I can't log in from my phone. The equipment is top notch and I love the lights in addition to the camera. I am able to see everything in the front and back of my house. No more blind spots.

Honestly, best system I've gotten! Quality is spot on. High definition! I Would recommend to anyone! I’ve gotten this system because someone tried to break into our home..and also they been stealing Kias lately and our whole family has kias so it’s been a good system so far! The panel is easy to use, you can also view each camera that is on and recording on the screen.

My technician took time to explain that the new module was taking over my system to placing the new camera up. But didn’t say he was not taking down the existing system that I had up. So I will have to take this system down or hire someone to take it down. Other than that, my tech did a great job.

Good tech (Francisco) made it easy to understand during a hectic day with construction and electricians working in the midst of him explaining Vivint to myself and my wife. He demonstrated the processes in a patient and professional way. I will practice and if I have problems the tech left his card so that we could call him personally if any problems arise. I am confident that Vivint will do the job of keeping us secure and safe (fire and carbon monoxide detector included).

I previously had Brinks and hated it. The person detection would only trigger about 30 seconds of video and it took forever to notify you. After talking with Brendan my salesman, I knew I wanted to switch security systems. Mike the installer was able to squeeze me in that day. He did an outstanding job installing my system and walked me through the whole process on using it. Everything looks great and I feel like I was really taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this security system to anyone and if you’re in the Colorado Springs area ask from Brendan and Mike!

We had a Very knowledgeable and patient installer answering all our questions and concerns. Morton was personable, polite and efficient with the installation. We like the app, cameras and ease of use. Also the customization of the system. The camera quality compared to our existing system is far superior. We will be recommending the company and him. We look forward to using our new system.

Vivint works for me. The ease of using the App or Hub and having full control of my system are the benefits. I had Vivint in a previous home and a different company in my new home. I have missed Vivint since moving in. Once you have Vivint-you need it again. I have it back and couldn’t be happier.

Love the features so far. Love the weather and time too. Wish the wall mount was a little more sturdy. My toddler already knocked the hub off the wall. Amazing sales team. Best installation. Great guys to work with. The doorbell has an amazing range. Clear audio. Love it. Can't wait to check out more cameras in the future.

So far I satisfied with Vivint, however not all components are installed yet. I will be happy when everything is in place. Salesman was thorough and technician was very good. Honest and really knew what he was doing. I look forward to using the complete system soon. I am a little concerned about how all the components will work together.

Forte was awesome, came and installed the system flawlessly. He also took his time and explained all the features of the system and repeatedly asked if we had any questions. He was awesome. He showed me how to download the app and went through it line by line. It was late but he never once complained or hinted that he was tired. He's an asset to your organization.

The salesperson was able to answer all questions. That was the simplest part. The installers were efficient and effective, but they left trash and a mess in their hurry to move on to the next job. The product is excellent. The system seems user-oriented. The verbal promise of no charge for devices in exchange for advertising as a model home seems to be problematic.

The technicians were fabulous! I've had this system before and loved it so I know I'm going to live it again as well!! I also have already told friends, family and neighbors all about it and I'm encouraging all that I talk to to get this system and be safe!! We are all better off with this system these days you never know who is out running these streets. Drugs are bad in this area so it's better to be safe than sorry! After all our house has been set on fire before so we know it can mean life or death!

I'm extremely impressed with my new security system. Tim the technician was very informative and made sure I knew how to operate everything, answered all of my questions and was extremely polite. Tim made it a point to introduce himself to everyone in my household and even gave my cat a pet. Again very impressed.

Do not go with VIVINT!!!! Worst company ever!!!! Two words: MONEY PIT!!!! We were with them for almost 10 years and had to cancel because we were moving and the new owners put our equipment in the contract....so mind you the new owners set up an account with vivint!!! So whenever I called, I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone there. You are transferred several times just to get ahold of the right person. One person said it'd be $500 to cancel, the next said $250, the next said they would waive it, then they started charging me for our old monthly charges. It's a money pit!!!! Then they expect you to know the name of every single person you talked to. What a joke of a company!!! Do yourself a favor and run! Do not go with this company. I how the $205 cancelation fee was worth it for this bad review!

John, the service tech, was very thoughtful, respectful, and informative. He explained everything very thoroughly, went through the entire panel and system, and I was satisfied upon his leaving. I would definitely recommend to a friend based solely on the sales and installation process thus far. Comprehensive overview of the entire process was performed by the installation technician.

Amazing system. Process was very fast and straightforward. Same day installation after speaking with the sales representative. 6 hours from talking to the representative till the technician left. Cameras and the rest of the system works great and how I imagined. The night vision works very well in low light and the cameras have a great field of view. I would highly recommend Vivint to others.

The entire experience was great! Tank was respectful, answered all my questions and was super personable/friendly. He placed all of my old equipment nicely into its assigned boxes and even asked if he needed to take off shoes before entering. Additionally, he was great at suggesting a great spot for all of my equipment. 10/10 experience.

Our installer Lawrence was really respectful and very knowledgeable about his work. He spoke with us at length on everything. Any questions we had he answered. The installation took a long time because of the impending weather, but it happens. I would recommend this young man on any job Vivint has to offer. He knows his craft, he's totally respectful and Vivint should be proud to have him in their employment.

From the seller to installer the service was great...Love the equipment and knowledge of the technician. The seller was very polite and the service technician reinforced all the information the seller went over. Signing in to sign the documents was a snap. I also liked the fact that the seller went over his review right on the spot.

We were not told how much the "separate equipment charge" would be, just the installation fee and that we would be billed separately for the two charges. Turns out it's 4 grand! The technician tried twice to install something near the house's hallway smoke detector on a popcorn ceiling. It didn't stick and fell twice, breaking the second time it fell. When I scheduled a tech to come back and fix it, I waited the whole day and she no-showed, even up to midnight. They also could not get a device for the garage door opener to work. But I'll bet I'm paying for those two pieces of equipment! Additionally, they said they'd buy out any remaining contract from our previous provider, but we just received a bill for $695! No, I'm not real happy with the whole experience at all.

The customer service and the sales and installer was great and well known as far as the equipment. The service was great all around. The tech left me with the knowledge I needed to operate and function the system. All around I rate each and everyone that I had contact with a five star. In the team play.

Travis called and followed up with me. Gave me his contact info. When I was ready for my install. No pressure techniques and overall great service provided. Explained everything upfront and allowed us to make our decisions throughout the whole process. We will definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services. Thank you Travis!

Tech was very informative and helped throughout every step of installation and application. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to keep me in the loop of everything that was happening. I was very satisfied with care that he helped me with. He explained to me step by step how it worked and how I could access camera with the application.

Representative was very professional and courteous. Each representative took time to explain all components of the system to ensure that I had a good understanding of how the system worked. All was good as far as setup but installer didn’t have signs to put up. This is very important to far our business to ensure customers know that they are not only being recorded via of video but also being recorded with sound. This is important because they will see the signs in the door or windows before they come into the store.

I would definitely recommend. Everyone who I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Sergio was our technician answered all our questions and concerns and the salesperson Justin was incredible with a wealth information and very pleasant to work with. The installation was very smooth, Jorge, the tech, explain the process, show me the system options. Help me to set up the mobile app plus to add users. I have the option to add/change my equipment options. The only thing I have negative to say is that the sales rep said that the cameras were solar but that is not truth.

Everything is working great and I couldn't be happier! In addition, the salesman Sasha was respectful as well. With Brinks every time one of the outside doors where opened I would get a loud beep. Not anymore. Just two doors make a noise and it just says door open and not very loud so someone could come and go without anyone knowing. Not good for hard of hearing.

Sales person came around and was very persistent. I kept trying to say no but they kept going. My wife has been wanting a security system so we eventually gave in. They had an install guy here within 15 mins. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t know the grand total of the equipment until after it was installed. I knew the payments just not the whole total.

Tech guy was very good!, knew what he was doing. He did it in a timely manner. And it was done quick, and under 3 hours or so. He broke down to me about what everything was and described it all to me step by step, and guided me through the steps to complete the connections until it was all done and finished.

The window sensors were installed on the wrong windows (those windows don’t even open). The old batteries from the old lock went missing, the smart thermostat didn’t get installed, called the tech and told me the thermostat wasn’t compatible with my AC. The tech said he put the batteries inside the box with the other parts but they weren’t there, looked all over the house and couldn’t find them.

Professional, quick install. No pressure to buy. Thoroughly explained product and options. Equipment appears to high quality. I'm most impressed with the clarity of the video feed and still picture. Very easy to use. The sales rep. Checked up on the install right after installation. Many people in the neighborhood have gone Vivint as we have had an increases in crime in the area. We were all looking to upgrade our security systems. Vivint was recommended by others in the neighborhood through social media.

After researching different security companies, I decided to move forward with Vivint. I am happy I did. From the sale agent, Levi, to my technician, Ron, both were superb within their respective roles. There was a lot to do for the installation, and Ron was great, treating my home with care and going over everything with me. I am so thrilled about my security system!

These guys were very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. My husband and I were really impressed. As soon as we were approved, the tech was walking up to install. We were told we could possibly have to wait a couple of hours to accommodate the tech's schedule, but he was there instantly.. It was seamless. Recently purchased house with Vivint systems already installed. Accidentally armed the system. Need PIN to deactivate. Unable to get PIN from previous owners. Called Vivint to disarm. Rep states that I would need to register and activate under my name to do so. I think it’s a bit strange that he wasn’t able to reset the system but I was planning on getting a security system anyways, was just going to do a little research beforehand. Change of plans, I guess we’re just going with Vivint. Just started today so we will see how everything goes. The rep was a good guy, real friendly.

Everything went well with installation and with the system that was installed. My biggest concern was that my "Yale" front door electrical lock and "Honeywell" temperature panel are not compatible with the Vivint system as I understood them to be. I also thought I was getting a glass break alarm with my installation and was left wondering about several other expectations that I had with my order, especially with garage. Of course, I can add everything that I would like to have later but it will take additional purchases and installation to have everything desired. The old ADT service equipment that Vivint replaced may have had more equipment involved throughout the home but the Vivint equipment that was installed was a big upgrade compared to the equivalent ADT equipment. I'll know more as I use the equipment in the weeks ahead.

Got my Vivint security system today. I would like to thank Alex my installation technician. He was awesome in getting everything setup, very professional two thumbs up. I would definitely recommend him and Vivint to my friends and family.. Additionally the ease of using the app to monitor everything is priceless.

I had no plans to change my existing alarm system/company, but the Vivint options quickly changed my mind. The sales rep, Joel, was friendly and informative. The installation tech, Tam, was efficient and helpful. So far, I am pleased with the functionality and coverage of my new system. Still need to follow up on a few details, but what we have is working well.

To whom it may concern, I am a new client of yours in the triangle area. Today I’ve had the worst experience with customer service and their continuous lies and attempts to defraud the customer. I was wanting a simple install completed in a timely and professional manner. The technician completed his job to the best of his ability while remaining professional and courteous, while having to deal with customer service and their run around games. I was originally quoted a price at 8:30 AM. The price changed multiple times throughout the course of the day with it almost doubling at the end. This is not because of an increase in equipment. If anything we had a decrease in equipment.

Seth was kind and helpful. Very thorough in making sure it was set up correctly and with teaching us about the features and products. We are not disappointed at all with our new security system. We are very happy overall and would recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting Vivint.

I was impressed with the respectful and professional approach of Enjie **, the sales representative. We discovered we have a lot in common. I lived in Arlington, TX and he lived in Dallas, TX. He is very knowledgeable about the security system. He explained its importance and its advantages. He detailed the prices of the product and the methodology of payment. He made the interview a pleasant experience.

I got the most simple package just the doorbell, sensors for the front and back doors and the screen, that was all the security I needed right now. I plan to upgrade hopefully within the next 6 months to a year. I just wish there was a way to disarm the alarm for a small window of time and once that time passes it automatically alarms itself, maybe there is a way and I just haven't figured it out yet.

Elijah and Ivan were both professional and took their time explaining how the system works and Elijah installed everything beautifully. Respectful and kind, they both did a fantastic job! I like the system and have already shared how well the system works and how nice the rep and installer is.

The tech Rome set the standard very high. I hope that the services is consistent to what I experienced today. Rome is professional with patience, respectful and answered all of our questions & EXCELLENT in explanation the system. Additionally, he cleaned up have his installation. These are employees that at times can be under appreciated. As a new customer I will always request for Rome.

I feel so attended to by Aaron Johnson and his team. They were very attentive to my needs as a customer. I was able to get the front door lock along with the sensors. I love that I can control everything from the app. The installation don’t take very long at long.

My personal experience with Vivint has been exceptional. As a senior citizen, my late mother used Vivint and I was able to keep track of who went to my mom's home and make sure she felt safe. She was satisfied and my family knows they can make sure I am doing okay and am safe.

Matt and the installer whose name I forgot, were excellent and represented Vivint to the highest level of professionalism. I am very pleased with my new system. Everything I was told would happen has happened and each security device installed is of the highest quality. The installation rep was very fast and explained the equipment features very well and helped us with the phone app as well. They were both very helpful and explained everything very well before we made the decision to jump onboard with Vivint.

Our tech who installed our system, Richard, was incredible. He was friendly, polite, and very professional. His explanation and directions were very easy to understand and he would frequently pause and ask if we had questions or if he needed to explain something further or in a different way. He worked very hard, but also talked to us and got to know me and my wife while he worked, which made the whole experience even better. He is a fantastic employee and if I had to rate him on a scale of 1-10, I’d give him a 12.

David was a great sales man. He did not push and understood my situation. Explained everything in detail, and had someone out here same day. It was ten o’clock at night when they got started, they returned the next morning to finish the job. Daniel and David were both professional and friendly. Seemed to enjoy what they do. Very personable and hard working.

The installation of my security system was literally the best service that I have ever received from any company. The entire process from setup to installation was great. I was impressed with the professionalism of the representative who placed my order as well as the professionalism of the technician who installed my service. They were both extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions promptly and with accuracy. I’m extremely pleased with my security system as well.

Annabelle went above and beyond. She was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything to me, and even when things wasn’t working, she took her time to fix it. She was very friendly and well educated what she was doing. Hey, what can I say she was the bomb.com.

My overall experience was very good. The account rep was very knowledgeable and showcased the product and value excellently. My only criticism is that in discussing payment, he provided the monthly cost and said I could pay off the hardware cost in 1.5 years. This insinuated my current payment would meet that goal. The cost wasn’t presented separately so it wasn’t clear I would have to pay more than double my monthly cost to meet that goal. That wouldn’t have deterred me, but it also feels a bit underhanded. The installer was very good and accommodating in positioning the equipment where I wanted it. He took quite a bit longer than what the salesperson estimated but that seemed to be due to technical issues. Overall I’m quite satisfied with the end result.

I give the salesman and tech 10 stars for being honest, reliable and awesome customer service. The tech patiently walked us through the application and the salesman followed up with him afterwards. I'll definitely be sending referrals for the awesome experience that we had. The tech came last night to install, but his last panel did not power up. He scheduled us for the next day and coordinated us into his route. I love how affordable Vivint is compared to the other security companies. Also there no contract or hidden fees like there was with ADT.

Smooth install from start to finish. I love the app and the technology is amazing for a reasonable price. The tech was super professional and fast. Although I'm disappointed he couldn't install my Z-Wave Kwikset locks I'm happy with service overall. The sales rep also forgot to add a garage door sensor but the tech fixed it.

Installation took time within the time period I was given, technician was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He showed up, surveyed the property, gave me his assessment for best coverage and we continued from there. I currently have Vivint in my apartment, and I wanted to continue with their service in my new home. When Kyle came to install, he did communicate with me in regards to his delay to the appointment I had. He was very nice. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and what he came to install was everything that was expected and more. He also showed me examples on his own phone of their cameras so I can have a visual. He was able to explain the difference between other competitors. I feel safe and secure with having Vivint as my security system in my new home. Their customer service team has always been patient with me and able to walk me through things step-by-step. Vivint was also able to accommodate me and provide discounts as needed.

Yes I would refer them to a family or friend. They moved really fast and didn’t stop helping me until they got me all set up and with the new security system it was wonderful from the first person coming to set me up then the two technicians also did a wonderful job. If you looking for a new security system and you want it done fast I definitely would recommend Vivint. If you don’t have them then you got the wrong security system.

I was hesitant in contacting another home security provider after not getting what I wanted from ADT. Speaking with family, they suggested I talk with Vivint. The cost is a little higher. However, felt the customer service was spot on from start to finish. The service technician was even a half hour early for my scheduled 12-4 appointment. Everything was explained very well and I felt at ease with the decision I made. I even added a few more items to my original request with equipment by adding a new door lock and additional window sensors. Needless to say, I feel my home is well protected with a great security service provider.

We recently moved to a new state. We had Vivint security system at our old home. We tried ADT at the new home because it was cheaper, but the day after install we called to have it removed and went with Vivint instead. Ahmad and his partner approached my home in a respectful manner. He politely asked about my current security and my level of comfort lift with it. After some discussion he came in and he broke down the devices, policies and prices with me with videos as well. I told him my preference and he came up with an excellent price that is worth more and has more features than my previous security company. We went through with the application and Evan was assigned to install my devices.

It's a great product, with a professional crew, love this product, the installation was made fast and clean. I would recommend this product and all the people that works here. I have no complaints about this product, it's perfect for my home now I feel more safe than ever. Cameras have the greatest resolution, crystal clear resolution, respond almost instantly. And I love the fact that I can adjust the range of the cameras and the sensitivity. I have to give this product a 5 star.

She was great. She listened to us understand our concerns. Didn't try to upsell us. She got the job done and straight up quite amazing! I recommend her to anyone in the Washington State and please hire more electricians for your company. She's the only female licensed electrician in the state for your company. You might want to get on that just as females were pretty awesome and she is pretty working incredible at her job.

I was pleased with the install process. I wasn’t aware that they would take the siding and drill through to attach some of the cameras, nor did I realize they would need to use outlets within the house. Still a great process, a patient tech (as I had to update my phone to complete process and learn to use the app), and easy to follow. Thank you!

Everything went great and they made very good alternate suggestions for camera placement due to obstructions. Installer was able to reutilize existing glass break and open door sensors from a previous service. App setup and camera settings were easy. A walkthrough of the console and key fob were very easy to follow.

How dare you send such an idiot to my door. He came three times the same day insisting on talking to someone that wasn't even here. Then he showed his tail because I had already signed up over the phone and demanding that I do something to get him his compensation. So I called back and I canceled everything. I will not deal with idiots like this.

A little high pressure sales technique but it was a sale. Very convincing of their product. Only problem is after technician left we discovered that he had not hooked up our fire protection. We made a call and they are supposed to send tech back to install the fire protection device.

The service we received from these two individuals was incredible. Bradley explained everything very well, and walked us through every step of the setup and pricing. Courtney was very efficient when setting up our devices, he explained how to use the hub and the apps needed for the system very clearly. This was by far the easiest time I’ve had setting up a new security system.

Max is a definite asset to your company. I would definitely want him to represent mine. Kind. Respectful. Informative. Never made me feel like he needed to hurry or get to a next customer. He was actually in the moment and knows his product extremely well! He showed demonstrations from his Ipad while he was explaining the system to me. Installation was after 9pm and the installer was also kind and respectful. He seemed to know what he was doing. He also explained and demonstrated the system when he was finished.

First off the kid (Eric) that goes door to door all day, was amazing and very professional. He had amazing people skills and made you feel comfortable to talk to. We immediately were sold on by the time he was done. 2nd our technician (Reyna) was absolutely awesome. She did and asked everything correctly. She went way above any tech I've ever dealt with. Super nice and she knew everything we asked for. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

The technician was great. He was nice, professional, and personable. However, I can’t access the app on my phone! I’ll get it eventually I’m sure but it’s frustrating not to be able to use the features. Install was OK. But I had no idea financing the equipment would cost me 4 times as much. The salesman did not make that clear. Thankfully, the tech was able to fix things. But I would definitely gotten a competing quote if I had known it was going to be that much. Feels like I got scammed.

The installer drilled a hole through my wall and didn’t tell me. When I went to check sensors in back door and asked what happened he just said he hit a nail and the plaster would dry soon. All he had to do was tell me mistakes happened. But I had to discover it myself right as he was getting ready to leave.

We love the sense of urgency and communication from Jon. He sent us a text informing us of our appointment. He is here on time and very respectful of our property. He has efficiency and explained the details of the appointment and give us a quote according to our conversation.

So far everything been good. Just talk to a salesman last night. Was awesome. Shows us everything and explain the goals of the company and camera. Really like that they record even when the power cut off and also love the spotlight on the camera if anyone was trying to break in.

Technician was efficient yet distracted by his phone, I think he could have gotten finished a lot faster with the job if he had stayed off his phone looking at Facebook. He arrived around 4pm and did not get done until 840pm. Other than that I am very pleased with my alarm system and very happy to have finally gotten the help with my solar system that I was looking for.

The salesperson Alex was very nice. But I told him what area of cost I needed to stay close to and explained my terrible experience with ADT Alarms. We got to a number but then he said he had not put one of the option that early on I had stated I needed and he said it was 5 dollars then as he continued on he said it was 6 and then it was 7.99. I did tell him that that is was the other guy did from ADT he kept changing the price. He said he just forgot to add it which he may have but this is something customers look at.

I still a tech or salesman to come to show me and wife more stuff. They didn’t sweep up floor from their drilling. They were nice and all. I was just kind of overwhelmed by the whole thing. They were here on time for the work to be done. That’s all.

Vivint has been very accommodating and helpful. I am happy to recommend them to everyone. They use the best up to date equipment. Non intrusive. You don't see it unless you look for it. I'm very happy. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Our technician advised when he was on the way within the time frame. He was knowledgeable and courteous and quickly helped us configure the installation we wanted. Total time about 4.5 hrs. He provided a thorough review of the details of our system and patiently answered our numerous questions. Topnotch professional.

Put back door sensors in wrong. Sent out new sensors, expecting me to put them in. Call the council the subscription of service that I just signed up for one. Customer service told me I was too late. I couldn’t do it. I called eight different times. Finally the last time hopefully it went through. They give you the runaround. I would rate them as a failure of a company. I would never advise anybody to go with this company. You called to talk to somebody they put you through somebody else. You ask for a supervisor once not available.

Francisco was excellent and he is great at his job. He was on time and ready to do his job. He knew what he was doing and express his expertise. He was organized and had a game plan. Never to say that he is bilingual which is a plus. Overall I am very thankful for job well done.

The technician who set up my equipment, Roxanne, was very helpful and efficient. I was given clear instructions on how the equipment works, with step-by-step demonstrations. I was also given a clear understanding of the fee's breakdown with no hidden charges within the agreement. Easy to use system, and I would recommend Vivint to potential customers.
