I am a return customer as I sold my previous house some months ago. Unbeknownst to me, I left some equipment behind thinking the process was similar to the other company I had before that had just lost my business after 14+ years. Anyway, with the purchase of my new home I called to have Vivint install the equipment I did bring along. Because I needed more than what I brought, of course I had to purchase more equipment, which I did outright to avoid financing/hard Inquiry.

The service is easy to use. The tech examples everything in detail. I would Recommend Vivint.. to my friends and family. The quality of service was on point. I feel safer with the System, if I'm not away. It lets me know that something is open and to alarm the system. When I go to bed I'm truly happy with the results. Of being safe definitely we'll recommended.

I was charged $26 even prior to system installation, then the package that was quoted was so different. They had me sign docusign for equipment, They made me do a video recording saying my technician who is installing is only working for Vivint some phoney stuff on the recording that they have so I decided to call after installation to cancel

My install went fantastic. Arrival was early inside of the window. The installer was professional and knowledgeable. What was promised was delivered. Definitely worth a look for anyone to invest in their home. Peace of mind and security in protecting your primary asset is essential. Great job! Thank you guys so much.

Manny showed up at my door and asked me if I would like to switch my service. I expressed to him that I previously had Vivint and had issues and he assured me that they have changed for the better so I decided to switch. So he called up Mario and we got the process started. He called up the installers and they got to work and were all installed within 30 min.

All customer service support staff is very helpful taking time to explain what's going on at every step. My installation technician was professional and knowledgeable about the system. Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend company to others. System is very easy to use. And information always available. Trusted company for sure

My husband and I just want to say that from start to finish this was the smoothest transition we had ever gone through. From the salesman to the set up. The guys were extremely nice and patient with us. They explained everything and if we didn’t get it, they explained it over in a different way. Everything is so easy. So glad we did this!

The technician Moliek was very helpful and knowledgeable about his work. I had some concerns and was going to cancel. Moliek was able to make a call and by time he finished talking to me, all was a good to go. I would recommend him to anyone. The cost is reasonable.

Clint ** was phenomenal!!! He was efficient and a great worker!!! Great customer service!!! Very patient. Clint deserves a raise. Also he educated us on the system very well. No trash was left behind. Great work. Thank you for everything. This system is really cool & I feel really safe.

Purchased home in Colorado Springs CO and home had a Vivint security system. Had to setup system in our name with our settings. Steven took care of everything by phone and the process was flawless and only took 10 minutes. System is now operational and working as it is designed to do.

The technician was very professional. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment. That installer was perfect. He helped out with the setup and showed me how to operate the app. He also showed up on time. He left his number in case I needed to refer someone. He explained that I had 3 day if I would like to cancel the contract. He took down the old equipment and set it aside for return to old company. I was very satisfied with the view of the camera quality also.

Josh was a great help with installing the equipment needed. He was polite and patient. He took the time to explain everything and answer any of my concerns. He was quick and clean with his work. I would reccomend him to any of my friends and family that need Vivint. His customer service was exceptional.

To date, we have had a very good experience with Vivint. The initial call when I inquired about services was very productive and the salesperson was very clear and answered all of my questions. The setup and installation with Desi was also very smooth. He was courteous, professional and explained everything thoroughly. So far all has been dealt with professionally.

This was excellent from sales to service. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions (and there were many). I was very surprised that installation was the same day. The technician was great. He explained everything he was doing, as well as answering my many questions. He took time to explain everything to me, some things more than once. I actually felt sorry for him. I'm very pleased with the system, service and pricing.

Troy was great! He helped me through everything! He walked me through the whole process and updated as he went along! He also answered any questions I had! Troy was very diligent and very helpful and knowledgeable! The system is great so far! I am very confident in leaving my home and feeling safe thus far!

I am very satisfied with the equipment, the installation and the technician knowledge but the salesperson who I invited into home to make his pitch was not totally honest about the upfront costs and when I tried to reach out to ask questions he was all of a sudden not able to be reached even though he said he would be available any time I had a question. I’m over it now but Vivint needs to work with their salespeople on integrity with future customers and their product.

We spoke to 4 different people and bounced around from one to the next. Bottomline all questions were not answer. We were left on hold and not return to answer our questions. Very Frustrating. Would of liked set up appointment with someone to explain the new system face to face.

Mr. ** was very kind and helpful throughout our time for set up! He showed us how to set and reset the system and was very kind! Thank you so much for your help. If I need help in the future please send this rep. He made it very clear.

Everything fine. I’m happy with the system. Only the installation took longer (2 visits) than what I expected and what the sales agent told me. For the rest everything is good. The system is working and it’s very friendly to manage. Your technician's very knowledgeable and nice. Explain all what we need to know. Until now we haven't have any problem dealing with the system. All good. Thank you very much.

Dart came to our house to offer services and was very informative and helpful with all our questions. They had someone come to our house on the same day to install equipment which was great! The process overall was very fast and easy. My family and I are very pleased with the service and all for an affordable monthly cost!

First time having a service like this but it is totally worth it. I wish I had it sooner. The service is great. The phone call to start the process and service is easy to set up and the app interface to control your home is fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with having Vivint for my home.

We are super excited to have Vivint at home, I feel much more safe with the services Vivint offers. So far everything has been working great as they said it would. They are very professional and care about their customers, definitely recommend! Their equipment is also super easy to use.

Sébastien sold us the contract. ** found in clumps under table after the team left. Backyard light blinked on and off all night. Very sloppy installation. Boxes found in garage and other areas of house. Found other systems for half this price. They were polite to us as seniors. I am saddened and disappointed. Please remove the system.

The technician was on time and very professional. He explained the system well and was very thorough with helping me set up. I was unable to complete everything as my WiFi is not set up yet but he was very accommodating with scheduling an appointment to finish once it’s installed.

The technician was able to come earlier and the process was well explained and questions answered. The installation was fast and easy. Jose ** made the experience of buying the system easy. I’d recommend this system, but especially I recommend Jose ** as an installer. I was looking to just buy several cameras from Best Buy and be done, Jose helped clarify all the technical aspects of the Vivint System And helped me to make sure that all of my specific security concerns were met at a price that made sense. The system itself is fairly user-friendly, Jose was able to show me how to use it confidently before he left. Overall I very happy with the purchase this far.

When I called the sales man had a lot of patience and explain the different products. The benefits of have certain products. Financing was easy. And accommodated me for my needs. The guy you sent out name was Dartanian. He was very nice. He explained everything, and went over everything. I usually say no to door to door sales and never give them time to finish to even see what or why they are there but his personality and the way he talked grasped our attention and we decided to hear him out.... Happy with the installer. Professional, personable, knowledgeable. Satisfied with installation, equipment and technology. Basic equipment installed panel, door sensors, S/A/CO detector, two glass break sensors. Should have had motion sensor but was not in the package. Did secure the garage door option. The package purchased had two Signs, only received one. Will contact installer.

Impressive security system. The cameras allow for excellent capture of anyone's ID. This enables the police with a great solveability factor in the course of a criminal investigation. The deter mode is also a great factor to protect property, by scaring them away. And, the security system is easy to understand and operate.

We had a wonderful experience with Vivint. They were very fast to put up the system and very professional. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. If you are looking for a security system go with Vivint. The cameras are high quality and the app is user friendly. I feel so much safer in my home and when I am gone.

I’m very pleased with the system that was set up for me and the ability to cover my needs. The equipment is amazing in what it can do for our home. I found their entire installation staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. They even worked around some problems with my home being an older house and not as easy to install some of the equipment.

The technician was kind and informative. The system seems to work great. The locks for the door correspond with the system which is really cool. I like that everything can be accessed with the app. You can lock your doors and check if they are locked when you are away from home.

The side camera was installed facing the neighbor's house instead of our own. The technician left sawdust all over the floor after installing the door sensors. He also chipped part of the door when drilling to install the sensor. Our keyless door lock does not function properly and will not close or open unless done manually.

We were contacted & were presented the VIVINT plan. We were impressed so we signed up for their system. The reasonable cost & the lifetime warranty really got my attention. The representative was professional, courteous & informative. Installation was virtually immediate. The technician was considerate & asked our preferences for location of all of the equipment.

They explained what the package included. They set an installation the next day and was Very fast and helpful. They took the time to explain, how to work and set up. Knowledgeable on the cameras & the doorbell. He helped set up the thermostat, garage door, back door and front door.

Bracken the sales agent was absolutely great! It was very reassuring to know that he uses Vivint security to protect his home and family. He cared about all my concerns and explained everything in detail. He showed proof of all the claims he made regarding financing. I felt comfortable allowing him into my home and am happy I chose to change my security to Vivint!

The new Vivint alarm system is a good one. So far no issues with it. It does however have one flaw. The screen light is a bit too bright and it’s just a blank video. But the camera video is very good and sharp. The camera for the door as well. The app for my Vivint security system is not difficult at all. The sales man Pete was on the money. He explained it to us in detail and now I’m ready to transfer my old old system to Vivint.

Donne came out and installed our equipment, he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was a delight! Great work, and he asked us questions and made sure we would like it, and just didn’t assume. He made sure everything was great and didn’t look half **. It was a great experience!

Was willing to work with me on getting my equipment paid for info today. I was comfortable with my purchase and the installer was knowledgeable about how to use everything and did a good job setting everything up. I would recommend a friend. The main reason I got this is because I became a part of ACN and wanted to see how it works before I co-sign it for someone else.

I had a great experience working with Vivint to get a home security system setup that would leverage my existing sensors. The tech came out today and he was fast, efficient, professional, and affordable. Vivint comes highly recommended. This is my third day being a customer with you at Vivint. Russell my salesperson was very nice and I was impressed with the technology. I had a 15-year-old system installed by various companies and none of them work together and they couldn’t service it because they didn’t install it. I was impressed that you said you installed it you own it and you would service it. However, the service is the problem, no one seems to be able to follow through and do what they promise. I work on a large casino on the strip, and I am no what it is to give great service, and I expected in return, have pride in your work. Don’t just hurry up install the system as I have to go, I asked them both for stickers that day and oh yeah we’re gonna do that but then they had to go finish the job. Small details matter do a completely. Show some pride in your work..

I inherited a Vivint system when I bought my home. The activation was fine. I was told my system was the first generation. I was given to a department to get a newer system. The rep was slow and dragging, had no sense of urgency. In spite of me urging him to hurry. When you outsource your call center to India you need to account for differences in cultures.

Adrian was great! Pleasant to speak with and got the job done quick. He was also very informative and took his time to explain what we got, the way that he would be setting things up and how to properly use it! Of course my husband and I had a new question the moment after he took off but he still accepted our call and was able to help! Great customer service!

Great job! Definitely would recommend this service. Glad I had it done, wish I’d done it sooner. Very professional and efficient. Completely explained all aspects of the hardware installed and operation of the software. Left all work areas clean. Uninstalled all the old equipment and provided it for return or resale.

Awful experience. Nonresponsive to requests, lots of promises and no action, stay away from them. After I spoke with an inside rep in Utah to resolve the issues, I cannot get her and I got someone else trying to take away the discount originally given. I feel as if they can stall you, you will miss the 3-day cancellation period.

My sister referred me and I’m so glad she did. Took a while to get it set up but I’m so happy with the results. Can see my entire house and able to lock/unlocked my doors. Aarm and disarm right from my cell phone. I can even control the thermostat from the app as well.

From the start Vivint has been super communicative, but Arturo my technician was fantastic. He was thorough, efficient and very personable. Even after my install I had a few questions and had texted Arturo about them and he was quick to respond and able to troubleshoot through the phone. I definitely recommend Vivint!

Matt discussed the benefits of the system and answered our questions in a professional way, and sold us on the security system. I have been with ADT for years, but, the Vivint system provides better benefits. My daughter had Vivint before so she helped to transfer from ADT to Vivint.

Our technician, Jose did a very professional, courteous and thorough job installing our home security system and successfully explained two separate additions of additional options that I completely agreed with to increase the security of our home. I was not aware that both US News and Security.org both considered Vivint as the higher end primer home security service.

Overall went well. The tech arrived early and even showed up in the snow. He was professional and great to be around. The install went smoothly. I only wish the call rep was able to gather all my home devices so that the tech could have replaced them if intrigration wasn't an option (like the fire detectors).

Very courteous and efficient, fast installation. Security system was explained well and demonstrated with hands on training. Interviewed yesterday and now it is up and running. We had no fire alarm. Vivint installed one also alarms on each window, front door keypad, front roving light back yard camera As well as indoor monitors.

My technician Brenden came by and installed my equipment with clean and respectful manner. Respectful and efficient at what he does not to mention he was very thorough throughout the process and paid close attention to the client's preferences. Customer service on phone was also great although hard to reach, as far as attending to my needs and accommodating my situation.

I loved the employee! Great service. They gave my entire run down on what and how to use it and what I would expect from them. Only thing I didn’t like was my door but not at the company fault. Just how my house was built but working on that and will be doing some more in the future. Can’t wait to see what next. Thank for your service and your business. Overall good experience. From the original call with Gabrielle to the installation with Aaron to the tech support with Patrick everyone has been very helpful and professional. The system itself seems to be great outside of the fact that one of my cameras keep going offline and I have to reboot it each day. Once this issue is resolved then it will upgrade from overall good to great!

Overall awesome experience. The technician that completed our professional install was very polite and knowledgeable which made the install quick and easy. I was with Protection1/ADT for more than 10 years, mainly out of neglect to be honest. Home alarm is one of those things you don’t really think about unless something goes wrong. But I am so glad I Iooked into Vivint. Much better technology and customer service for lower the price, no brainer. Protection1 has horrible customer service, absolutely atrocious.

I would 100 percent recommend Vivint to anyone that wants to protect their home. My technician Franklin was very helpful and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional. I can tell he is a great asset to Vivint. Thank you Franklin and team!

Alarm install went perfect, intergrated with existing devices, explained all options, answered all questions, cleaned up when completed. Alarm system seems to be working fine, easy to operate, downloaded app, added users easily, arm and disarm easily, change settings easily. App includes function such as arm stay and leave, disarm, panic functions for intruder and medical emergency.

Your technician was very thorough and professional. Great attitude and work ethic. He explained the process step by step then proceed. I had several questions and he gladly answered. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and allow them to check out my system. It was a pleasure to have him install my system.

The system seems to be working wonderfully since installed a few days ago. The installer was super kind and friendly. He answer all of my questions and soothed all my fears. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I definitely recommend this system! We even received multiple discounts that made the system affordable along with their financing options.

Ryan was the salesperson that presented the security system and showed me options. His manager stopped by and talked about the product. The installer got the system in the same day and I was able to use it right away. The team gave me what I needed. The product was easy to operate and use.

Very satisfied with everything. Sales (Zack) was very helpful on getting us set up with exactly what we were looking for. Install (Alex) was very professional in getting everything installed and explaining what everything was and how it works. Since install everything is working fine.

Had an issue with door lock not communicating with console. Agent was very methodical with steps to restore function and issue was resolved in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the level of support provided. I had some other questions and the Agent was willing to help, however I did not have time to continue at the moment.

My experience was great with the salesman I was involved with. He was very persistent and friendly. In the future I will definitely recommend this service to others I know. I feel so much better having my home secured. Now I do not have to worry about anybody stealing packages, items from my vehicle. I love how the cameras have very quick response regarding to lights, and voice access.

I was satisfied in my interaction with Tanner from sales, as he discussed the various options based on my answers to his questions. I definitely was pleased with Mike ** the technician in his attention to details and providing explanation of equipment location and benefits based on my desired security concerns. He also reiterated some of the additional tools available through Vivint, that Tanner spoke of in our initial sales call.

The tech got a personal phone call and started to rush and did not leave the yard signs or window stickers. Your customer service person could be understood. I am need please with the service. I hope this works on well and I will keeping an eye on the service.

Showed professionalism and answered all of our questions. They gave us the benefits and explained everything of how the process works. Didn't feel pressured or feel like they were trying to us the products they have. Very friendly and helpful people, overall a great experience! I can’t explain the how detailed and energy is great! Positive. Even if it was not a sale his energy was great, it felt like he was part of the family telling us how great the product was.

The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable of the work they were doing. They explain everything step by step what I needed to know.. Also they went thru all the wiring where it was going to be installed so the installation would look very nice and the wiring won’t look ugly.. I would highly recommend them. A great job!!

This Company offer me a free 30 days home security in 2018. After a week I was not satisfied with the home security so I asked Vivint to remove it from my house. They left a big hole in my wall where the security camera was and then told me I had to write a letter to cancel the service. I didn't ask to have the service so I didn't write a letter to cancel it and Vivint sent me a bill every month for the services even though I no longer had the services. I refused to pay for something that I did not have and they put it on credit report and cause me to have a low credit score. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Tay was a pleasure to work with and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions on the steps he was on. He worked effectively and found solutions if he came across any minor blocks. I am impressed with The team vivint has. Definitely going to recommend to my friends and family.

Gage and Ray did a professional, thorough, exceptional job. They worked together well. Gage explained all to me and walked through each step of how to operate Vivint. I appreciated the fact that even though they got a late start because they were running over with another customer.. they stayed with me until they finished the job - which was 10:30pm. Their attention to detail, patient and kind manner went way over and beyond the call of duty. They were both EXCELLENT! Really great job!

Great system, Zach was very helpful throughout the whole process. The installation was quick and easy compared to others. The app is also very convenient and easy to use. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a security system. Once the equipment is paid off you only have to pay for the monitoring fee and all the equipment you get is cost effective as well.

Mathew was very insightful about the system. Very nice and polite and on point!!! It didn't take him long to install both cameras. I wished that I had done my research before I got the ADT system. It would have saved me a lot of money. I will recommend my friends and hopefully they'll jump on board as well.

Alex was the tech that installed my system. He was also excellent in explaining what worked best for our needs. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and worked very hard. Excellent at his job and excellent knowledge of technology. Vivint staff was also first class from phone interactions to scheduling. The equipment

I was led to believe this was a service I was paying for, not a contract to lease equipment and take a line of credit out. I was not told the credit inquiry would be a hard hit and after I got my contract there was a service installment fee, which I was also not told about. I was told there would be not credit check, fee, or contract. I spoke with “managers” who sounded like they didn’t know what they were talking about. In fact one even told me he was “shopping at Walmart” while taking my call.

Vivint services are amazing all around. The quality of the cameras are clear and precise. Great professional service from the rep and technicians. The installation process went very well and didn’t take long at all.

Fast and easy for a good price. They knew what they were doing and talking about so it made everything so much easier.

From ordering my service and equipment to the installation process, everything was smooth, well explained and rather simple. My one complaint was that I received a text saying the tech was arriving "now" but didn't actually arrive until almost an hour later. Outside of that when he arrived he was kind, courteous, informative and efficiently installed the system. Made sure I knew everything I needed to know before leaving and was comfortable with the system while also leaving me with multiple ways to find the help I needed if necessary and how much it may or may not cost based on what I needed help with.

Arturo was great! He explained all parts of the system accurately, installed in no time and did a neat clean job. He also explained the app and how it works to control the alarm from my phone. He was very knowledgeable about the system and how it works.

The technician did not come until after the window 4pm to 8pm. He came after 9pm and did not get started working until 10pm due to paperwork on his end. He ended job at 2am. Installed panel over a non working plug because he did not test it first in an older home. The noise kept the tenants up too and maybe neighbors because it’s a quiet neighborhood. The technician was nice, but clearly exhausted and needed help! He still has to come back. I now have to pay for an electrician to prevent move of panel and to address plug issues. The technician was apologetic, but I blame the company for this one. This turned out to be a costly experience and exhausting experience!

We called for info and decided to go ahead with their system. The gentleman doing our install was extremely professional and knowledgeable: helpful in guiding us to the products we would use. Did not pressure us to buy additional equipment we would not use. Cleaned up after himself. Walked us through use of the equipment.

The agent on the phone and at my house were both wonderful despite some equipment challenges outside of their control. They were able to get a new panel and all service installed very efficiently and allowed me to do a lot of it over the phone.

Jason was professional, courteous and explained what was available, asked what I was looking for and showed me several options. The installer came when he stated he would, looked at what I had already and installed it quickly. He then showed me what I now had and how to use it. He said I needed an updated router to get it to work on my phone.

Before the technician left, he did not give me the monthly rate for monitoring and since he has left no one from Vivint has called to verify the monthly fee, now I was told $26 per month but it hasn’t been given to me in writing. Also I was told I will get a complete copy of the contract emailed to me, which also hasn’t been done. So far I am not happy with Vivint at this time??

However, the camera on the north is not detecting people and the camera access to videos is delayed when I'm home and someone's detected outside. Is there backup power in case of power outage?

I have a house in Texas that I have Vivint in and just bought a new home here in Nevada. I added Vivint here as well because the safety features it offers me. Years ago it saved my life when I had a stroke and then again when I had complications thereafter. Sure you can get cheap stuff off Amazon but the quality of service and the added help when something is wrong is crucial. You never know what life holds for you, at the young age of 32 I was faced with such a life threatening situation. I was eventually able to go home, living alone, knowing I had a system built in that was there to protect me just in case. When I had complications later I set off my burglary alarm and it was set to call me and my emergency contacts if no answer to call 911. They did just that and it saved my life. I cannot recommend a system that is all inclusive of basic home needs like a thermostat to security and also medical emergencies.

I am out of state and my brother was there for install. The tech didn't show him how to turn on and off control panel from the house. I texted the tech and he never responded. Also just tried to upsell me way too much. I wish he would have responded to me and let me decide what I wanted.

I was fortunate in having a really good installer that made the process easy. I’m still new so will have to review the quality of the product in time. But their customer service and installation is great. They should tell you that you will need an outlet for each camera and to keep that in mind as exposed wires may be present or they should recommend having an electrician review the layout so you have outlets where the cameras will be.

The Brian the person that installed my alarm system has the absolute best customer service and he is very well mannered. I give him 5 stars. I will definitely recommend Vivint to all my friends. I like the system, all the equipment looks nice, using the app on my phone is very easy and the camera/video pictures are very clear. I love the fact I can use the app on my phone to arm and disabled the alarm system.

Ryan came to install our security system. I am a single mom and was unsure of where to put things and unsure about all of it really, just because this was all new to me. Rian was extremely patient and helpful in suggestions on where to put cameras etc. He even came back the following day to finish the install because I was not able to stay long enough on the original day. Completely satisfied!

We are pretty happy with our Vivint experience so far. The only issue we had was that the installer couldn't do everything in one day so he has to come back to do the rest in a couple days. He did manage to do the front door lock, the viewing screen, thermostat hook up, and garage and back door sensors. He even saved us some money by letting us keep our Nest thermostat. He didn't have a few things like a back door lock in the color we wanted - nickel - and he didn't do the water sensors yet, but other than that it's been great.

Horrible customer service. I was charged extra fees upon service. It took 8 hours for my cameras to get installed. Highly do not recommend Vivint! The price of my service kept getting higher and higher. The representative that I was speaking with was no help at all, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He got my package a bit cheaper but still not at the price it was at the beginning.

Loved the respectfulness yet friendly. The fact that he was able to speak Spanish made a huge difference. I'm telling everyone about the security system I just got is amazingly great. So I'm hopeful your sales increase tremendously!!!

The tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the products and what he recommended for the house we have. He explained everything thoroughly and then proceeded to install. After installation, he walked us through the smart app and guided us on how to make certain changes within the app.

I gave it 3 stars. Wish I can give it 5 but the price I was charged was triple from what the product is actually priced shown in the actually Vivint site. Every item recieved was total 899.99 on the site and I had a rep come to my house and I was quoted 3100.00 for everything which I did not know. I don’t feel like this is the right thing to do to customers especially telling them that there is a 0% interest but the only reason why is because they just charged you triple so in reality you already paid the interest basically. It’s only been 1 day and I’m ready to cancel my services I will purchase my products from a 3rd party which will be a lot cheaper than buying it from vivint.

I am an existing customer living in Louisville, Kentucky and had Vivint replace ADT in another property of ours in Texas. Roland help me decide the right package for the property and installed it. I can see and control both properties with my Vivint App. I really needed the garage door controller on that property like the two I have here in Louisville.

Even swept up mess, took time for me to call my rep for garage door assistance. Really enjoyed the setup from start to finish.

Was asking personal questions about my family like what we do for a living, and who my father is. It made everyone extremely uncomfortable. He was looking at all our luxury items and making comments about them and it didn’t sit well with us and was very weird. Then made a rude comment to my mother that he doesn’t know how much English she speaks when she speaks perfect English and is an ** citizen. We were basically on edge the whole time he did the installation. I’m not an expert on customer service but I know asking person questions aren’t part of a technician's job.

I highly recommend Vivint for home security needs. They exceeded my expectations and have truly enhanced the safety of our home.

The sales process went very smoothly and the representative named Tag was really personable. He got us a good deal and made us feel like this was going to be a very easy setup and installation. He was even able to get the technicians to come the night of the sale, at around 8pm. The technicians left our home in a nightmare state once they left around 11pm. There was a giant hole in the wall (that was not patched) outside where they put the camera, there were little wires left around our house (which is a hazard to our pets), the front camera was not working, one of the glass detectors was placed in the wrong spot, and the back gate was left wide open. There wasn’t even a minimum standard of care maintained by the technicians and we are extremely disappointed.
