My daughter-in-law recommended Vivint. Presiliano & Dana ** told me about Vivint (they have it). I hope I’ll be as happy. I’ll have peace of mind with the cameras. I just need to learn how to arm and disarm. I would recommend Vivint to friends and family. Representative Ben was very helpful. And techs Alvaro and Thomas were very knowledgeable and patient.

Today I had my first experience with an Vivint technician at my home, Diego was super nice and kindly explained the process and everything I needed to know. He installed all the equipment needed and everything works great. I feel my house and family secure now! I definitely will contact him again if I’ll have any questions. Thank you for your hard work and help Diego!

I got this system installed a little over a week ago; a doorbell camera, 2 exterior cameras, 3 door sensors, and reconnecting 13 existing window sensors to the new system. The video features and quality are great, that was my selling point. The installation however is not so much. Aside from a few small issues, my main concern is that the doorbell camera was relocated to a new area and the wires for the original one were left exposed. All I was told by the installer was that he needed access to the attic and he’ll have to run a new power source from the garage because the existing cables for the original doorbell camera weren’t working for him, but didn’t mention that he was drilling a hole through my siding and garage wall to plug the camera into an existing outlet and relocating it.

Very friendly and professional people, Installer showed me how to use everything. Both men gave their phone numbers if we have questions after the service. Totally sold with service given. Can’t wait to see how everything works. So far this is better than the other company I had. God bless this system and the men that provide the service.

Kevin and his crew are very knowledgeable and very helpful. All three young men were all very courteous and polite, they all worked extremely well together, would definitely recommend this group of young men to anyone who has a new Vivint system installed. I do feel more secure in my home with this new Vivint system and I may add other features in the future.

From the start Ronnie was very professional and courteous. He fully explained all details regarding the contract and its terms. Reynolds was also very professional and courteous during installation. He arrived within the time Ronald stated. Overall it was a good experience from start to finish. What I really love is the range of the doorbell and backyard cameras. Much better than my previous security system.

I have 2 homes. Installed Vivint a couple of years ago in one home and the equipment cost was very high and irreversible after a few days for little equipment. There's virtually no transparency with Vivint and customer service is unreachable for anything other than spending more money with Vivint. Have SimpliSafe in the 2nd home and the equipment cost is transparent and much less expensive upfront and the monitoring costs are the the same. I did buy more than I needed for the 2nd home (which was still at a small fraction of the cost for minimal equipment from Vivint), so will use that equipment in our primary residence and discontinue use of Vivint equipment and stop their service.

We spoke with Marcus **. He was really good. I almost said no to the system but he was very very I mean very patient with me. I had a million Questions & answered all of them & he did not pressure us. If we said no he was okay with it even though he would’ve wasted his time & the system itself. VERY amazing. VERY good quality! & I also had questions about the solar panels & Marcus directed us to speak with the gentleman in charge of that area & he as well explained every little detail of the solar panels. Very patient as well. Answered every question we had & I had made it clear I just wanted to know more about solar panels & I was not buying & yet he still took the time to explain everything. We were on the phone with him over an hour & he was more than glad to help!

My tech was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided great recommendations on my service and had a lot of attention to detail when it came to placement and installation of all of my devices. He made sure I was set up and understood every part of my system before he left.

Both the salesman who came by our house, as well as the man who installed our system, were both kind, smart, polite... I could go on. Needless to say, it was a pleasant experience and we look forward to enjoying the smart features we now have, as well as the safety knowing we are protected.

From my first inquiry about alarm system with Vivint I was set up for installation next day. The Vivint team called me immediately set up install. Dom was the tech. He was extremely professional and thorough explaining everything and walking us through our new system. I can’t say enough about how easy everyone involved made this for us. The cameras look like professional videos and the system is so easy to use. I will highly recommend Vivint to people I know looking for home security.

We just dumped ADT as our security system and had VIVINT come out to install their devices. Our tech, Angel **, was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional! He walked through each step of installation, made sure we could access our new apps, and tested everything before he left. Great work.

Our technician went over my expectations. He was very helpful and explained everything well. It went so smoothly and I am extremely happy with the overall service and product. The technician Tuku is super nice and patient! He explained everything very well to us and get everything installed nicely. We experienced one door sensor issue after he left, and he immediately came back and fixed it without any problems. He is still super friendly and was receptive to all our questions and requirements. I had a wonderful experience from the time the gentleman walked up to my door. Very kind, professional and made sure I understood everything. I feel very safe with everything he suggested I needed. I will be referring others to Vivint. My daughters use them as well and have tried others but went back to Vivint.

Had a wonderful experience with installation today from the time Dillan reached out to see if he could come a day early to do the install. He was super thorough, friendly, professional, and patient. Explained every step to me, weighed out pros and cons with me, and was extremely patient with what seemed to be a longer than normal install due to having run wire. From start to finish he was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional.

In comparing Vivint to other home security systems, they were highly rated and recommended. I appreciate the superior quality of the equipment, outstanding customer service, and seamless account activation process. The slightly higher costs was almost a deterrent for me but I have found the quality to be worth the cost. Looking forward to being a longtime customer.

I was told a certain price for all equipment and service this company offered. Once installed the tech mentioned that I didn’t receive everything in my package. This was truly disappointing after I was promised something and realized the representative lied to me just to get me to sign up! Seems like a really good system but I’m considering canceling my service if I don’t get what was promised to me!

I was quoted a monthly fee when I agreed to service. That fee changed as installer made suggestions about equipment and coverage. I felt like I was being upcharged to pay more. I don't know for sure. Are Vivint installers paid extra for adding equipment or time? So, I agreed to a change but it too felt like it is a bit much for what their additional item was.

The young lady who installed our equipment did an exceptional job. She was not only beyond capable of handling all the installation, but she was the most personable professional I have encountered in a long time. This lady should train the entire install team. I’m not a person who leaves reviews, but she warrants the recognition.

Mike was great. He was patient as I work from home. He installed all equipment and cleaned up afterwards. He went over all the settings with me and explained how the system works. We went over all the setups of the device. The app is very user friendly. And both Charles and Mike, the installer were great.

Our sales representative and installation technicians were all very nice and friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner, and instructions for using it were explained by the technicians in a manner that was easy for those of us who are technologically challenged to understand. Now the system is working well, and we are pleased with it. We would recommend this to anyone interested in this type of product.

Both Matthew and Zach were professional and informative. They spent time explaining the system and answering all of our questions. The system is a definite improvement over our previous security system. Matthew has been has called and stopped back to answer additional questions we had. He also readjusted one of the cameras more to our liking. Will definitely recommend this company.

Braxton arrived on time and completed the install and did an excellent job! The system works great although I think the front camera needs to be moved to the side of the house. I would recommend Vivint to anyone considering getting one. Equipment is state of the art and works very well as advertised, thank you.

Vivint sales rep Damon was in the neighborhood offering Vivint security services. I had a lot of question to which he gladly answered all of them. He was very knowledgeable about the products they carried. Showed me a video demonstration also, a positive because I got to see first hand how the cameras and system work. Also the great quality of the cameras. I currently have Lorex cameras, my wife was impressed on how much better quality the Vivint cameras were. Definitely feel more safe and secured my security system is being monitored by Vivint. Glad I switched over.

This has been a very pleasant experience from the time I met Jonathan who patiently explained all the options that Vivint had to offer to the team who installed the system. So far, I am very pleased with this system. Thanks for making this such a smooth process. I highly recommend this system to anyone who wants to feel safer in their home.

Explained everything clearly and showed us how everything works. I love how you can manage everything through your phone; set the temperature of your home and set the alarms, with a bunch of other customizable options. They put child locks on the outlet boxes without us having to tell them because they seen we had a kid. Really nice and friendly people. We can now sleep peacefully.

I had called Vivint because my work vehicle was broken into the night before. I explained the situation and what I needed as far as cameras and sensors for the security system. They were super helpful and sent someone out within a couple of hours to assist with my request. The install was quick and the tech was helpful in explaining what the equipment did and how to use it. A group of guys came to my home to install the Vivint security system. This is really the best camera and alarm system ever. I recommend vivint to everyone. It exceeded my expectations for sure. The clarity is amazing. The work was done, professionally and clean. Best security system ever.

Great products and service from Vivint. Very pleased with the installation and the quality of the items. Installation was professional, timely, and no mess left behind despite drilling through walls and unpacking boxes of equipment. Vivint install was outstanding. My technician was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Recommended all the setup options like cameras and sensors so that my home/property would be more secure. Already have it at one home and this was my second install site. After a break-in this past weekend, it could not be put off any longer. Governor Newsom here in California is ruining our state and the police are struggling to keep up with all the crime in our neighborhood.

Jose was accurate and on time which for me is my pet peeve. He was professional and knowledgeable about the services and made it a comfortable experience. He even went the extra mile of getting me additional discounts for 9 months! I am definitely happy with the products and quality of the technology.

Art was very professional and thorough! Super helpful to walk me through the set up and programming as I am technology challenged! Wonder experience! And he was very accommodating to my big dogs who were very interested in what he was doing.

I had another wonderful experience with Vivint! It was easy to set up the appointment which was scheduled quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. I chose the video doorbell, the garage door control, four electric door locks, glass breaks, and thermostat control. The equipment was user friendly and worked immediately. I have had Vivint for more than 10 years and will continue to use them.

Vivint service seems good. They need more installers or better training for them. Our installer did a good job but I feel Vivint has failed their own techs by not providing them with adequate training. Also had to reschedule to come back another day to get one camera working that would not work that evening.

Gavin H. was an excellent technician. He took pride in his work & went above and beyond what was required. He took time answering our question throughout the install & made sure we were satisfied. He made two Vivint cameras work for more coverage where six simply safe cameras fell short. He was a champ climbing into the attic and figuring out how to best hide and install the wiring. He was straightforward and honest about the equipment & explained how the app and keypad worked in a way that was understandable.

We have decided to go with the Vivint security system because of price and value. From quote to install everything was done in three hours. The salesman and the install crew were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a security system.

We had excellent service provided for us from the sales representative to our technician! I would highly recommend Robert and Jack. They were both friendly and well knowledgeable on the product they are providing. As for the product it also is great! We are extremely happy with the product we purchased.

Speedy installation and very professional. Cameras are very clear. User friendly and feel safer accessing cameras from phone no matter where I am. At first I was a little frustrated with the company because we had a timeframe 12-4 and no one showed up. At 5 clock I got a call that no one would be coming. I understand things happen but a call earlier would have been nice. Anyways today our tech came out (Michael M). He was very helpful with answering our questions and explained everything. Appointment was early than scheduled and Richard was excellent explaining and then installing the equipment. He took the time to do everything by the book and then later explaining everything. Installation was time consuming but was done right. I have service in Texas and expected the same here. It was as expected with no ifs or buts and the courtesy was excellent.

Vivint technician Adam and another technician installed the Vivint alarm system. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They were able to install all the equipment. Adam showed us how to use the panel and the app. Adam gave me his phone number if I had any problems with the equipment.

Franklin was very friendly and worked very hard to get everything done due to me having to leave for work. He was very thorough and very particularly in all he did installing the equipment and training. He was not able to install the thermostat since I had to leave for work. But was willing to let me know when they have a time open for him to come back to install it. I was very pleased with his service.

Yes, I was a victim of a residential burglary 5 months into my new residence. False sense of security. My best friend told me to get an alarm a couple of weeks into my move. Due to the nice, safe, and new neighborhood I felt we would be okay in the City of South Corona. Unfortunately thieves have vehicles to move around and go to the neighborhoods where they believe hardworking people have nice things. Or sometimes you have uncertified home service professionals coming into your home to perform jobs. Yes, this happens in every neighborhood. It’s a crime of opportunity.

My sales rep was terrific. Knew his products and was able to guide me through the hard choices. I trusted his input and his guidance. I would recommend him to any/all of my friends. My technician was also terrific. He took time to understand our unique needs and worked hard to make for a clean and very nice installation. He was gracious and trustworthy. We were glad to have him working in our home. I would recommend having him service any/all of my friends' homes. Just fantastic.

I had my Vivint system installed today. AJ did an amazing job with the installation and tutorial of the system. Vivint hardware and user friendly interface are great reasons to choose them for your home security needs. Camera resolution is very clear, no grainy images on either doorbell or driveway cameras. System has several options to tailor to your personal preference. Having the ability to further provide a higher level of protection for my family gives me a better peace of mind. I highly recommend Vivint.

The whole process was great from start to finish. The quality is ten times better than ADT and I truly appreciate the quick turnaround. Less than 24 hour turnaround from sale to install and setting up the credit line was very simple. Salesman was very professional and quick to answer all of my questions and concern.

Carlos was very helpful and easy to follow as he explained how everything works. He also went through recommendations, like the front and back camera, and he was NOT pushy about them, which I really appreciated. He went through how the control panel and the app work really well. I didn’t have any issues at all.

The tech who installed my equipment was great. I didn't too much care for the sales associate. I felt rushed to complete the order. He didn't respect my time. Felt like he just wanted the sale to win shoes with the company name on them. Felt like he was pressuring me and he wasn't listening as well.

Our representative, Chris, was very helpful. He went out and installed our cameras in the rain and finished very quickly. He even helped us identify a problem with our new home that would have potential damage in the future. We really appreciate him and his insight/recommendations with our new security system. I have made complaint after complaint over 15 different malfunctions in 13 months I’ve had the Vivint system in my home. Some have occurred more than once. The installer hung the wiring over my garage door so it became entangled the first time I tried to open it. The manual lock didn’t interact with the panel. The panel froze (3). The phone app didn’t complete the lock. The cameras froze. The phone indicated it was locked but the panel was green. The panel indicated it was locked but the phone was green. Both the panel and the phone were indicating it was locked although I had not locked it and the front door was wide open. Worst of all was when the panel and the phone app froze and I was locked in my house. It was a weekend and their offices were not open.

My technician was awesome. He went above and beyond when it came to installing the equipment. I wish you all had a one on one live person that can walk you through the set up of working it through your phone. I would like to know how to set it up to where my phone dings you when someone is at your door or a package is dropped off.

I would most definitely recommend a friend, the tech was very polite and helpful. He did an excellent job, he worked and he was very nice and he explained everything that I needed to know he was open to any questions that I may have had, overall my experience with Vivint was awesome, I would like to thank you guys for great customer service.

My installation experience was okay, my technician Katif was very attentive and did a great job explaining everything. He even came out to help with my panel after everything went offline and wouldn’t leave until it was up and running efficiently. My only complaint about Vivint is why don’t y’all have yard signs and window decals for your customers? It is advertised to come with the installation package but it doesn’t, I called and inquired about receiving a few and was sent one. The purpose of having alarms and cameras are to help deter theft, decals and yard signs assist with that, so if it’s offered make sure it’s available.

The technician was very polite and the installation went smoothly. I won’t know how user friendly it will be, it was just installed and I’m old, so I hope I can learn to use it. I asked technician if it had a manual, he said no. I would have really liked to have a quick start guide.

We had out Vivint system installed on Friday. The installer went over the system we had ordered and made some very good tweaks after going through our home. The items he suggested really were great. After installing he went over how to use the system and made sure we were comfortable with it. After a weekend of use I am really loving how everything works.

Thorough and explain what he's installing. But there are 2 sensors he checked the day of the installation which were not functioning the next day and had to be bypassed for days while I wait for the new batteries. When signing up I was promised by the agent Eddy I will be getting 3 cameras but I only got 2. The quote was never emailed to me by Eddy. Then I could not get a hold of him anymore.

Jamal was very energetic and gave a good pitch. Trent the installer explained things as he went along gave demonstration. Good experience with both of the representatives. I would recommend this team to go to others and pitch the system to. I was looking for a new system after being broken into and my car broke into.

Great experience! My sales representative, Isiah **, and Installer, Mikkel, were nothing short of amazing people. I truly purchased this system due to Isaiah’s personality alone. He is a really good person to have on your team. The equipment installation rep., Mikkel, was very kind as well and extremely knowledgeable on how to install the camera system.

Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service we received and now I’m stuck in a contract. The guy who sold the original service to us didn’t know ** about the service so I was pretty much in the dark before set up. I truly only signed up to get the guy to leave my house because he would NOT stop talking. Over 2 hours of listening to him repeat himself when I was asking questions and getting no answers. Told him we wanted to think about it. He came back 3 times. We didn’t answer the door a few times and finally he caught me while I was outside. So we signed up not because we wanted to or needed to. We thought it looked a little better than ADT which we already had so we took a chance. I told him if they can match adt's rate or get us close we would be ecstatic. He tells me it’s gonna be $105 a month and I go to sign the contract. It says it’s more than that. I ask him about it and he says he can fix it AFTER I sign the contract. Ok.

The installer that Vivint sent to me was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the system. He didn’t leave until my app was up and running, I really appreciated him. I love my system and would refer the service to other people I know.

We were impressed with Blake ** and his expertise in recognizing our needs. He convinced us how much safer we would be with Vivint's camera, door locks, personal safety device, and fire alarm/CO2 sensor. Gavin worked very hard to get the camera, door locks, and base installed correctly. Both were friendly and professional.

I usually don’t answer door to door salesman. He caught me walking in from work. I work odd hours. Have a newborn baby and my wife now stays home. It was between a dog or a security system. I reluctantly listened to Hayden sales pitch after working a 16 shift. The products seemed high tech would do more than I wanted and would be convenient for a price that seemed reasonable. When I told him I wanted to have dinner over it with my wife and to come back the next day. He did the normal salesman thing and pushed back about 3 times before he left for the night. I did my research.

The system is user friendly, easy to understand and operate, equipment is of high grade quality. Installation was done professionally, the technician was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and very professional. Financing is an easy process that makes it affordable over a period of time. I highly recommend Vivint security system and Zack M as your installer.

The salesperson was deceitful. The salesperson kept calling the wall panel an IPAD. Was not clear that I would be financing the equipment until a hard inquiry was done that left me between a rock and a hard place. I did not want another revolving account on my credit report. Did not clear installation time with me. Installer just arrived at 7p. It felt like the 2 were in cahoots. The entire process took 4hrs that I was not prepared to just sit around for. The tech left a mess on the carpet where he installed the door system. I don’t know how to access video and photos taken by the cameras.

Jaxyn was so very helpful and professional!! He did an excellent job of replacing all the locks and installed everything to perfection. Took his time to explain how everything worked and didn’t leave until my wife and I understood!! We are so very pleased with all his work!! We thank him for all his hard work and care which he took in taking care of our home. Jaxyn was so easy to talk to about anything which he was doing. He made sure he explained all he was doing and why! Really appreciate the work he do for us!!!

Ms. ** was my technician and she was on time and completed her job in a timely manner and I am and will give her a 10 on my end. She knows how to get the job done. Again I would like to thank Vivint for all that they do.

Component broke. They demanded I sign up to fix anything. Manager Dallas said they'd fix or replace anything broken. Only to find out that was a lie and now we have to pay to replace it entirely. So now to replace this doorbell camera is over 500$. I forsee canceling this service very quickly unless someone can make this right.

Tech was here a while and still has to come back tomorrow. Tech was nice and I felt bad he couldn't install....he was frustrated but very polite. Hopefully they'll fix issues tomorrow. I would recommend to others, but I'm slightly put out that they need to return 2 other times. The install tech tomorrow and service technician next week.

The tech was very friendly, commutative and knowledgeable about the system and program. He arrived well within the window time frame. He took the time to explain the services offered as well as how the equipment worked. He readily answered any questions we had and was extremely patient with us. I recommend Vivint home security.

After a few years of alarm service with Vivint, I figured that their low quality home alarm security system was due to dated equipment. Bad choice by me to spend a number of thousand to upgrade the cameras. Now the system is even worse. Do yourself a favor. Don’t do it. Vivint home security did not work for us and I’m trying to get a refund right now.

Very pleased with the installation of our new security equipment. Technician was professional and very clear on the installation processes and worked with us to get acclimated with the new system. System was easy to navigate, and we now feel secure when away or at home. Cameras provide clarity and the camera voice capabilities works fantastic.

Decided to change from ADT to Vivint for home security due to what I've seen through family members that use Vivint. I had a window of 4-8p. The installer came around 7 and finished around 9. Miller was very professional and really knew what he was doing. The Vivint app and panel interface just seems much smoother than ADT. So far I'm happy with my choice.

Abby came around after a long day at work, but was very respectful and understanding of our time. She explained everything thoroughly and took care of everything! We are happy with our system and the perks that come with it! Our old security system was based off WIFI and didn’t record longer than a few seconds, so if we had an issue, it would not give us enough information. Vivint’s cameras are more clear, have a further range, and record for longer!

Everything was handled with knowledge, expertise and extreme courtesy. Ivan was extremely helpful selling the product, and Breaden had it installed in no time. Breaden even gave a follow-up call that night to make sure everything was understood and working correctly! A+++++++. I would and will definitely recommend Vivint to my neighbors and friends. Called to activate an already installed system on my new place. Process was fast. Technician called me at our scheduled time. Activation process was easy. The instructions were clear. We did have a slight issue with the master code but that was resolved quickly. After a few software updates, everything is working great. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

My experience with setting up the account over the telephone was good. The service agent was informative and helpful. After setting up the account, an appointment was made for the activation of my panel. I was contacted accordingly and the setup was easy.

Geoffrey was a great technician. His communication between myself and my partner was great and he made sure we had everything we needed! I just want to leave a review regarding install of my system all went well with the installation however my garage door is not opening now because of the transformer. The technician not the installer was very rude telling me that it was not their system when it was and now it won't open or closed at all. The salesperson said he would send someone out but and we'll see what happens but already there's been two many issues since I got the system not even 48 hours ago and I think I just wanted taken out. Especially if if they don't do anything to make my garage door functional as it was before they came to install the system. My salesperson was a Afon. Very nice person to say the least.

Had someone at my door on 8/14. At 3:18 unable to see video clip. Not happy with service. Contacted support and they were unable to give me an answer as to why this occurred. The video is giving me an error and now I am scared and unsure as to keep the services as it hasn't even been a week and having an issue already.

Vivint has great security packages and I highly recommend! Our tech Alex did a fantastic job with setting up our system. He was patient and super helpful. Love the system so far and kids and I definitely feel secure! Appreciate all Alex and Vivint offer to help us feel safe in our new area!

I'm severely disappointed with Vivint, and probably will not recommended at this point in time. Everything was great when Noah ** originally sold me on Vivint, I signed solar with another company and told him about it. He sent Aaron over after I agreed, everything was great. We discussed packages, I took pics on now broken phone. He said the camera with the lights, and car alarm SPECIFICALLY. That is why I CANCELLED with Encor and went with Vivint... the package is wrong and no one is helping. Brandon the tech, BROKE MY KEY RING. I NEED THIS FIXED OR I'M CANCELLING MY $29,000 25 YEAR contract with Vivint. Aaron is no longer answering. This is ridiculous, I've been on hold with Vivint for 30 straight minutes.

Thomas was great at explaining exactly what type of service I was getting. He had a friendly demeanor and I felt like I wasn’t pressured into singing up. Geno did a great job with the installation and walking us through how everything was set up. I truly would recommend them to anyone who needs a security service.

The sales representative didn't tell me about promotions. The tech did ask me where to place the inside cameras. Left boxes and drywall debris everywhere he had to drill. Two cameras have came offline and I haven't even had the system 24hrs. If it wasn't for my wife I would have this taken out of my home.

Install was thorough and fast. Everything was done professionally and expertly. Sales person was not pushy. I hope the service continues. A little more than I wanted to spend, but the extras and services should make up for that. My existing sensors worked with the system saving money and time on install. The new smart thermostats will hopefully do as stated and save some money on the energy bill.

Vivint sales rep came my house made a lot of promises. We found out later the installation that suppose to be free is roll back to price. We didn't know we had to be a credit check until it hit may phone as a credit check. He said that Vivint only need your last 4 digit of social security number to make sure it's you. He also had no idea of how long the installation takes it over 4 hrs.

It was a great installation. I even added something after all the papers had been signed. He explained the paperwork thoroughly and all of the systems. Jon was awesome! He answered every question I had and made sure I understood how to use everything. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Thank you!

Excellent work. He walked me through everything. Gave me great advice on positioning cameras. I feel a lot safer now. He was also a very nice and personable. Worked very hard. He stayed from 8:00 am until 8:30pm to get it all done. Didn't leave or take breaks. I have already recommended him and the company to several of my friends.

They entire process was "enjoyable" to the extent that it can be from a door sales experience. Ryan was kind and put up with our million questions, and our tech set up everything in a timely manner, and was sociable. He did not mind me watching him the whole time, even conversing with me the whole time.

Both the salesman and installer seemed knowledgeable and competent. Both were very nice young men that acted in a courteous and professional manner. I wish I would have had a little more time to have a hands on with equipment, but due to late hour, I could understand. I hope I enjoy the new system.

I would absolutely recommend to anyone. In our case, we were upgrading security systems. The custom, all-around ease of creating a package for your specific needs along with the price is second to none. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our technician was great. Between those two we were in excellent hands.

We had a good experience with our install. Our technician was very nice and worked hard. He clearly explained everything and took time to answer questions. Our cameras were not visible at the business location after home. I am hoping this will be easy to address tomorrow. The technician did offer to remain available if there were any issues.
