The installer was very knowledgeable and helpful with where to put the cameras and screen. He explained how everything worked. The salesman was not pushing us to buy. He explained everything thoroughly. Installation was same say. They helped us fit ours needs and got the job done as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

He showed up on time he was actually early. He let me know everything about the system so I wouldn’t be confused so he made sure I was familiar with the set up and he told me all the ways I could upgrade my system if I wanted to. So I might upgrade to something else in the future.

Sales Rep and Install Technician were courteous and knowledgeable. Both sales rep and tech answered our many questions. The Tech cleaned up and was patient in explaining how to use the system to us. We are Pleased with the whole process. The price is good and monthly fees are affordable. System seems to be very user friendly.

The Tech was great but my hubby and I are not great with Technology so was quite nervous about it. She walked me through just great but then leaving I apparently did something wrong and the alarm went off. Now I don’t dare touch it! I need more instruction as to what to do when leaving the home. Alex was very patient and understanding and took the extra time to answer all my questions. Even though he had to keep stopping when other contractors arrived to give me estimates on other work I was having done. I would definitely recommend Alex to any friends looking to install a security system

Our price will be $62 just for monthly monitoring and one camera. That price seems too high. Also, when setting up our system the one camera isn’t working. We need a technician to call us and we were told they would but no one has called yet. Please have someone call us as soon as possible.

Tech did a great job of explaining the system, installed the system then cleaned up like he had never been here. Very professional and polite. Very pleased with his service. Educated us as to how the system works, then watched us walk through the system to make sure we understood the process

My entire experience was phenomenal from the Sales Rep to the installer. Both exemplified excellent customer service skills from beginning to end. The person who said ls me Vivint was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services of Vivint. He also shot me a reminder text a few days before installation. I definitely would recommend Vivint to others. Great job!!

I won't say our install was the most perfect because it did take some wrangling, BUT I felt so taken cared of, everyone we talked to or had on our home were kind, well informed and literally went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and installed professionally. Our peace of mind is so much better now that we found Vivint and got the security system we were looking for. We were previously with another company and had defective equipment, didn't get the service or equipment promised. Night and Day between the two companies. I will be recommending Vivint to any of my friends who are not getting exactly what they want for their security needs.

Today I got my alarm installed. Good experience. The guys were real professional and were pretty fast and installing. I give them a 10 rating. They’re pretty good. I would recommend these guys for future jobs and would like to have Michael if I ever have problems troubleshooting for him to be the guy to fix my system.

I am very satisfied with the product and everyone was very courteous by phone. However, my husband was the primary account holder and moved out of the home pending divorce. He called to relinquish the account to me. The rep would not speak to me though we were present together for the call. She indicated a need for a call back which was never received.

My technician was amazing. He called before he got there and explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. Thomas was a great installation man. Very nice and fast worker. Very satisfied, my doorbell camera is very clear, my hub is touchscreen and easy to use. I can access my doorbell videos on my home monitoring hub and on the app. All my wiring to the system are hidden. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Mike my technician installer did a great job with the installation given the age of my home. The location of my cameras are perfect and my family feel safe with the system update we now have.

In all honesty, all of these security companies have issues with tech support and software. This is why I canceled my account with ADT and chose Vivint. However, after two days of no adequate tech support to help me activate the Vivint app, I realized that I had made a wrong choice. Their pricing is very high, as well. There are also a few bait and switch issues with their generous buy out offer. If you go with Vivint, you will be on a 5 year contract if you finance the equipment. Even though the APR is 0%, the other miscellaneous charges will make up for that. The installation Tech was very efficient and courteous but everything else was a bad experience.

I am not happy with the pricing and financial details for equipment and services I am being billed. Received conflicting numbers and no schedule of equipment and services. Called support and was transferred twice. I still don't have answers for boxes checked security package and equipment. This is not good service.

Today I had the chance to work with Cameron **. Very patient and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had. Did not try and rush me into signing any paperwork. Took the time to make a call to customer service so that I was aware of what equipment I was getting, how much it cost and how long I would be paying. There were no hidden fees. Made sure equipment was installed for the best view as well as protection for my kids and I. With this being a new home installing looked perfect and wires were hidden. Installment in my new home looks amazing. Thanks Cameron.

Jeff was the tech that installed our system and he was super helpful and respectful during the whole installation process. I can only speak to the sales and installation aspect of the contact. It would be foolish for me to comment on anything else one day after signing up for the service. You need to promote him and give him a raise before you lose him.

Took longer than expected and seemed like maybe technician was unsure of what his tasks were. Almost as if he were new and didn’t know what he was doing. Otherwise experience was well. Installment was complete. Maybe have to next time explain that WiFi is needed for update and installment as I had Vivint installed prior to internet.

My Vivint tech Miguel ** was excellent, he helped understand my system better and really took the time to do so. Also, he took the time to make sure I had everything needed for my upgraded system such as firmware update, new window sensors, let me know my front door lock was no longer working properly.

My installer arrived within the window provided to me by Vivint. The installer was very well-versed in the products and installation process. He did a very good job in installing the product. There were challenges in a couple areas keeping wires hidden, but he did an amazing job with that. The only real problem I had was I had ordered the Garage Door Hub. My installer told me it was not compatible with my garage door opener. So it was not installed on my system. However, after further research, I have found the Garage Door Hub is compatible with my current garage door opener. If I want to add it now Vivint will charge me for installation and activation. This is for something that is not my fault. Without this mistake, I would have rated them 5 stars.

I love my new system! I haven’t had it very long yet, but the technician was friendly and informative, and made sure I understood my home security panel, garage door opener, and door bell camera. The ring bell camera is 4K, very clear, and picks up sound excellently! I can’t wait to get the smart thermostat, and door locks, and more cameras! They offer fair financing packages for those whose credit doesn’t quality. I definitely recommend Vivint smart home security to anyone!

The installation and walk thru for new alarm system went well. The installers called ahead, arrived on time and installed the equipment. They went over additional paperwork and made sure I knew how to use the equipment. They were respectful of my property, cleaned up after themselves and closed up installation holes. Terran was amazing at not pressuring me into purchase. Spoke to me as a person and not just someone he was trying to sell a product to. Answered all my questions confidently which lead to my purchase. My equipment was installed the very next day by Aaron who was friendly and patient when showing me how everything worked. He cleaned up any shavings from wall and door installs, even went beyond when my garage opener didn’t want to cooperate and got it to work. We love our Vivint system as it gives us security when we are home and when we are away. At any time we can see what’s going on around our house and if someone comes to the door or any camera we can talk to them. And they work well, they don’t lose connection and get all wonky. We have been a Vivint customer for 4 years now with multiple locations and love the system!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. My system is constantly down and useless. Try and seek help with Vivint customer service and good luck. They blamed the issues on my wifi but my wifi signal was checked and very strong. When I asked for a tech to come out "that's impossible." Yes I had to become the tech. We had a situation across the street and the police wanted to view my camera's video, sorry officer my system is down again.. Their response was, "Oh you have Vivint, we understand they are not reliable systems." Even the police know they are worthless.

Brody was such a great help with activating my service. His help allowed me to maneuver within the system while on the phone, setting my system up ASAP! Avoiding having tech come out to set up my system. I would hope that he gets the best bonus when it’s time for employee review. :)

I love my upgrades (better quality videos, touch screen, motion spotlight). Much better than what I had with the previous company. The next two people I encountered were RUDE and spoke to me as if I were slow and stupid until my son took the phone and went off. THE TECH RJ who ultimately came to my house saved this sale. Matt showed up clean and professional and explained the system well. Doors and windows are now all monitored. The panel interface is easy to use. The app is easy to use and adding users to the system is super easy. I am looking forward to the peace of mind that comes with a monitoring system!

Feeling good about hooking up Vivint security. We got a very good explanation of the options that were available, and what made sense for our situation. Awesome service and customer service. They explained everything in detail step by step. Hopefully the equipment works as they say without any issues. Burn the it's why I but the extended warranty. Installer was also very knowledgeable with the product and gave us a Pk on our phones on how they work and what to do.

For starters, the technician who installed our security system was super friendly, super knowledgeable and made sure we had a good understanding of our system and how it works/how to use it before he left. The cameras are such great quality and I’m looking forward to having this peace of mind. I love being able to change our settings with a click of a button from my phone.

The initial phone operator when I called to receive Vivint input my last name and email wrong leading to an other than streamline installation process during the day of installation. Thankfully, the installer was of good cheer and didn't make the ordeal awkward. Once the paperwork was fixed he installed everything fairly successfully.

I love this product. Corbin did a great job getting me interested in the reduction and James came in and closed the deal. Ryan the technician was fantastic. He treated me kindly and respectfully. He showed me the tool and sold me on 3 additional items. Everyone was well spoken, friendly and considerate.

Sales man did not sell me what he promised. Order was different from what we agreed over the phone. I’ve already got equipment at home. I said I already have a door bell camera. He said, "O hwe can give you an inside camera." Instead when the technician showed at my home and I asked, "Did you install inside camera" he responded, "There is not inside camera on this order." Very disappointing.

It would be nice if the installation even though I was getting reinstalled didn’t take as long. It seemed to be a very awkward times, so I don’t know maybe it was just you know the hour of the morning or whatever but it just was a weird transaction me and talk to you like I was a kid. Go here and get this and go there and get that.

The installer was prompt and efficient. He was respectful of property and carefully installed the indoor and outdoor systems on my older home. The process was done in a fair amount of time. The equipment and service in this area was highly recommended and lives up to that evaluation. The only issue is I was not made aware of an additional person/supervisor showing up to my home once service was complete and the customer should be notified.

The installation went pretty smoothly overall. Everything was going according to plan until we hit a snag with the front door—it just won't close right. The technician stated they would come back and address the issue. The manager decided to talk to me about the issues they had with technician's work style. Personally, I didn't see any issues with how the person was handling things. Despite these little hiccups, the installation was still a good experience, just gotta sort out that door situation.

Vivint has great customer service! I love how the Vivint service tech I was speaking to over the phone was able to remote access to my camera on my cell phone and see everything I was seeing and he was able to better assist me. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and polite..

The first appointment for install was canceled when the guy never showed up. In "Notes" on my account installer stated no one was home. That's a lie. Garage open, radio on, motorcycle on driveway, truck out front. I was home. He lied. It was a cold morning, want to reschedule,? Fine! Just don't lie and say no one was home. 2nd install by different installer went fine. However it is broken up into two visits. That's all for now. Thank you.

In the beginning my husband and I were going to give up on them because of the schedule time for installation had to be rescheduled due to the technician had an emergency and no one notified us. We ended up calling and finding out that information from customer service. We were placing our trust in making the switch from our previous alarm system. Somehow, we missed the second appointment due to a communication error of not using the correct contact number. We were able to still get it installed and cancel the previous service. The technician worked to get us squared away. We like the camera angle view that we received overall now is excellent.

Chris from Minnesota was our sales rep here in El Paso. He did a great job selling the product that we weren’t even in the market for. Very polite, respectful, and approachable. He made sure to follow up on our install and even showed up again to resolve a flaw in the paper work on his own time.

From the seller to the awesome technician that came to install it. The technician was so thorough and although he had internet issues, he didn’t lose his patience or his professionalism. We are still getting familiar with using the system. While we have found it to be very easy to use and learn to work, we are still familiarizing ourselves, our family, and our extended family with the operations of the system. We have pleasantly found that new user setup is very user friendly.

We were forced into a new contract or we would have been unable to leave our home without the alarm triggering. We had this system pre-installed at a home we purchased but were never given the PIN for the system. Customer service sent us in circles and threatened to call the cops multiple times over 12 hours (they only actually showed once). Planning to review other options so we can cancel this as soon as possible.

Installation went very well. Kuu and crew were professional and knowledgeable. Kuu walked us through each of the many features on both the hardware as well as the app. The entire consultation as well as install took less than a day. I will be recommending Kuu and Vivint to friends and family in the area.

The communication and available options were well explained, and it was easy to make adjustments to fit my needs. The install took far longer than expected- over three hours and they moved things around inside my home but were courteous and helpful. Overall very satisfied with my new system!!

Vivint sent someone out to install the full system, which included a smart thermostat. Somehow an estimate of 50-odd dollars/month before installation crept up to over $80/month on the day of installation! Worse, the technician installed the thermostat incorrectly. When we turned on the heat we got cold air and when we turned on the cold air we got emergency heat. We figured this out a few hours after installation and contacted him, but he refused to return to remedy the situation. Upon calling customer service, they told us we had to pay an HVAC person to come out and fix it! I canceled the next day, but they dragged out sending anyone out to collect the equipment. Now they are saying I didn't cancel within the 3 day window and claim that I'm responsible for the cost of the equipment (almost $3,000)!

Mitchell went above and beyond in helping with the setup and answering all of our questions. He found just the right spot for the location of the control panel for us. He made sure we understood the use of all the features. He was patient and very good at explaining the process and options available. We highly recommend him and Vivint. He is a very personable young man.

Our installer, Kyle came on time, did quick and efficient work. He explained everything to me. Made sure I understood and was very professional the entire time. He showed me where the cameras were and the way to change the desired areas to monitor. The battery on the door gave out and he came back to change it, no problems. My install tech, Cameron was great. He was early, but he called to make sure he could come early so as not to surprise me.
