Jake, was very knowledgeable on the security alarm. He was recommended to me that included alarm with camera, two window alarms, back door alarm. Motion sensor inside your house and a monitor where you can see all the activity taken place in front of your door. Any questions I had were answered and he made me feel very comfortable on asking the questions. Thank You for the Alarm! It truly helps us to feel safe.

Bobby was great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend him and his company. Thank you all much! I have never had an alarm system mainly because I thought it would be very confusing but the way Bobby took the time to explain everything set me at ease. So thank you Bobby for that! A lot of companies do not provide such customer service.

I like the resolution of the cameras. It is easy to use especially for technophobes like me. Michael ** my technician was very informative and showed respect for my home during the install. He was patient even when I asked about things that he had already covered. I am very pleased with the entire experience and with the product.

If I could give Cameron a 10 I would, he was very nice, professional and informative. He made sure he answered any questions we had. He communicated very well about the appointment itself and was able to come a little earlier which worked perfectly for me. He worked efficiently which made the appointment very smoothly. Salesperson my husband spoke to was horrible. They did not inform him that he had to be here in person for the installation and is out in the middle of the ocean with the military at the moment. They also did not put our building number on the invoice which confused the technician who came to install. They also put my information and the fact that I was to be contacted for the installation in an area that wasn’t easily noticeable. Our installer Alexander was amazing. He explained everything to me and was able to get us all set up correctly! I appreciate the time he took to make sure we understood everything and that it was all running correctly.

Feeling safe in your own home, is so important. I include with my rentals so my people feel safe where they live. It’s important to me that I do everything to keep them safe. I want to be able to walk into my home and know if I need help it’s a there.

Great and thorough job. Made sure everything worked and that I understood how to use everything before leaving. Friendly installer and did it in a timely manner. Made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My parents use this and I loved it and now that I am on my own I can say I love it within my home as well, easy to use.

I am very satisfied with the customer service I have received so far. Our technician was wonderful at explaining everything. He was quick and knowledgeable. The package is a bit expensive, but I believe it to be worthwhile to keep us safe. I would recommended this alarm company to all my friends and family.

Our tech David was the absolute best. He showed us how to use our system and was very patient and detailed. He set up our system pretty fast, worked neatly and cleaned up after himself. He had a great personality and was very funny. I will be recommending him to my friends in the area.

He made this process easy! Would definitely refer friends and family to Vivint. Compared them to ADT and preferred Vivint since the cameras record 24/7. Selling point for me. Great service, our tech was great at troubleshooting and answered all our questions! We would definitely recommend to our family and friends! Our tech was fast and efficient and was great at explaining the services and equipment to us! The system is easy to use and quick to load on the cameras! We’ve just gotten our 2nd Vivint alarm system since 2015 more updated version. As far as we are concerned it is wonderful, easy to use etc. We were hoodwinked into another Brand that started with a Br. a few years ago with them claiming to be doing work for Vivint, that was a scam and would never use them again!

Excellent customer service. The representative was very knowledgeable about the service. Very pleasant. I felt really comfortable and he was not being pushy or forcing me to buy anything. Looking forward to having my new security system installed. I was assured that if I had any problems with installing myself that I could always have my security system installed for a low price.

I am very impressed with my new home security system. All the employees have been professional. They went above and beyond to be sure I understood what I was purchasing and how to use the system. The system is very intuitive and easy to use. The app. Is also easy to use.

My technician was amazing and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He took his time and explained everything to us and went into great detail. I was going to cancel the installation due to the many different quotes I received thru customer service before my install and even up to the day of my install but because of Kemrick my husband and I decided to keep the installation. My experience with the scheduling staff and technician from start to finish was courteous and professional. The bundle was tailored to my needs with no pressure to buy what I didn’t need. Vivint will forever have my business! And did I mention free installation and an affordable monthly monitoring fee?

No more questions for now, I need to wait till all equipment is delivered and installed. Need to see how everything works, make sure that what I was sold and what I was told works well for me and my start date after the initial payment will be on December 1st.

Victor was knowledgeable and super helpful!! He went above and beyond to make the system work for our house. He was here all day installing our system. I am happy I was able to get my Vivint system within 24 hours of calling them to request a system. The service technician was cool and laidback and installed the system in no time. It’s been less than a week with Vivint and I’m satisfied with it so far.

The installer was professional, prompt and responsive. He explained each piece of equipment, helped us set up our apps, and cleaned up after himself. We are happy with our service. The technician was polite and informative. I do think that before the set up you should be provided more information about installation as well as let them know you need to have the person that set up the account there for survey. Installation requires items to be hardwired and finding the best place for these items. I think it would be beneficial to be able to decide on this beforehand since items are being hardwired.

I spoke to Edgar and was set up and paid in full within an hour. Set up was scheduled for 2 days later. Could have had next day but I wasn’t available. Roxanne was on time to my house. She went over everything with me and set up all I needed. She was extremely friendly and efficient.

I would highly recommend using and getting Vivint. Not only was the initial process easy and low pressure, but the installation process was also incredibly easy. Only took about an hour and a half and the technician was prompt and respectful. The cameras are easy to use and the panel has a lot of great features too! 10/10 would recommend.

Shane was very professional and fast during the install. We had 3 cameras, 9 door/window sensors, glass break sensor, carbon monoxide sensor, smart door lock, and the panel installed. All the wires are hidden inside the wall, the cameras a very clear with a nice 140 degree view. Shane was also very thorough in the explanation of how all devices, and the app work. Thank you Vivint.

Just had our new Vivint system installed. Our technician John was very efficient and friendly. Was able to thoroughly go over everything and walked us through the system. He had us up and running in no time. We are very pleased with the ease of using the new system. I would highly recommend this system for your home. We feel so much more secure.

The technicians were extremely professional, courteous, kind. I can’t add any other adjectives to describe their behavior. I would recommend them to anyone that needs professional service. Prior to installation I had a good and easy conversation with the person who helped me sign up. They said it could be two weeks for install and it ended up being two days!

My experience with Vivint from time I called to inquire to installation was very professional. I liked their prompt responses to my questions and their use of technology in the process. Installer was a great guy. I will recommend vivint. They can do little more by putting a display board in our front yard.

Mark was our installer and he was so professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable for our new home alarm system. He explained everything so easily and made sure to make us feel safe. Everything I got quoted was absolutely worth it, We had to get a security system after arriving home one night and caught someone breaking into my home, I was unaware at the time but they had a weapon and shot me, luckily we are okay, Absolutely worth the penny especially because of the alarms, the notifications you receive on your devices and more. The sales department told me one thing on the phone. Sent me an invoice, when my technician got here, it was completely wrong. The price was totally different and it was such a hassle to get started. The customer service was horrible but the technician who came to install my unit was amazing.

I felt Drew was a little misleading in some of his sales pitch. I still don’t know for sure if I am responsible for paying for my other cameras in addition to the ones from Vivint. He did say I was entitled to a referral fee but I have yet to hear more in that regard.

The Tech Carlton who came to install was very professional and clear to explain how to use my app. Thank you. I tried to install myself but was unable. The tech was very nice and very easy to talk to. I will tell as many people as I can to get this for their homes. I am very satisfied.

Everything works smoothly so far. Easy to use technology and the technician who installed the equipment was very professional and knowledgeable. The cameras show a clear picture and the audio is audible. We like the option to turn off the deter if we don't want to warn people of our cameras that are in use.

We had one of the most weird experiences with this install. It started off super friendly and very helpful but then as the job went on the tech started to get more tired and frustrated. He ended up not installing the last camera and his excuse was it would be too hard and take too long because he did not realize we had fire protection in the wall. When we said that we still wanted it installed to hide the cord he became rude and threw an adult tantrum and quickly hurried up to finish what he could and left with the job not fully completed. He also left a mess for us to clean up and wall needs to be painted over from the hole he made. We still need this fixed but we ask for a different tech next time.

Jose was such a great help in guiding me through the whole process. He went over my contract and equipment before commencing the project. He caught a few things that were left off my contract and explained why I needed the products. He was very thorough in explaining how to use my system. Technician was thorough. He gave detailed instructions and information. Our security system is working well. All our questions were answered. I strongly recommend working with local Vivint reps/salespeople, especially Freddie. We love the Vivint app which allows us to monitor our home 24/7 if we choose to. Our experience was great.

Tech Franger did an excellent job with the installation and explaining everything. There were a few small issues afterwards, a little user error and connectivity problems but it was all fixed. I was able to reach the tech (Franger) and he walked me through what needed to be done and how to fix it.

I’ve tried do it yourself (DIY) systems but they didn’t work as advertised and systems were unreliable. Now I have peace of mind and no worries when I’m not at my home.

Dell Smith, the Vivint technician, was outstanding on my actual installation—he deserves 10 stars. He’s so honest, knowledgeable, thorough and really cares that the installation is perfect to meet customer needs. Vivint is lucky to have him. The pre-installation, however, of getting the app, the initial documents, etc. was so frustrating and inefficient. The Rep who called day ahead on my installation to alert of email coming with documents should have given me far more information on what to expect: that one’s initial credit check would be done again so be sure one’s credit report is not frozen, etc. The text to download the app link was a waste, as it didn’t allow you to set up a new user account even though one assumes & tries to do so. I was on the verge of canceling before installation until I met Dell, Technician who saved me and my frustrations! I’m looking forward to utilizing the system.

Our technician was Lawrence. He was very professional and thorough with all the work that was done. Moreover, he provided great suggestions for installation. He also made sure that we were included in the entirety of the installation process. Explained in detail all decision-making. Great customer experience. Will recommend to others. I'm glad to have met Larry and John. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable about the system they were installing and very professional. Larry and John both made the installation go smoothly and in a timely manner even after I decided to add a second camera during the installation. Vivint has the people out doing these installations.

The technician was professional and explained the products and services well. We were able to walk through and identify the necessary security measures required. The technician also had to run additional power bricks in order to get the doorbell to work correctly because of the age the house. We are happy with the service for now and it provides peace of mind.

She was VERY helpful and she is very good with her words and her work is amazing. She walked me through everything before she every started and made sure I needed everything I really wanted and needed. She didn’t try to persuade me to do anything. She deserves a raise! I do not want anyone else to work on my stuff!

Once I contacted Vivint, they did not bother me with a lot of messages. Chad answered my questions. Gave me some plans without any pressure. On 10/1 Marley verified my appt for 10/2. Joseph called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He went over my alarm system/layout and the financial plan. He had no problem making changes I wanted. Before Joseph left I had read my contract, received a copy, knew how to arm and disarm my system and how it worked on my phone as well. I am very pleased with the whole process including the price for my equipment and the cost to monitor.

We just moved into our new home in Philadelphia, where a Vivint security system was installed. I called customer support to change it to our names. The woman with whom I spoke was unbelievably lovely, attentive and thoughtful. Unfortunately, she could not help me with the set up so had to schedule me with someone else. We agreed upon a 6 PM call. At 5:45 before the call, I got a text asking if I was ready. I stated that I needed 15 minutes. At 6:00 exactly, I texted that I was ready. The Vivint service technician stated he was on a call but could walk me through via text. I preferred to talk to a real person and stated I would wait. 45 minutes later, I got a call.

The tech was amazing, completely clear on what was happening and why. Also explained all of the equipment in a way I can understand. He worked around my small children and pets with ease. He was thoughtful in considering my children when placing materials. I would recommend his service to many people.

We had a great experience with Jeff. He was courteous, professional, and so easy to work with. We had a fantastic customer experience with him. The tech that came to my house today to install my system was very professional and did an outstanding job. He fully explained everything about the system to me and made I fully knew how to use it before he left. He gave me a full review of how the system worked. Explained to me whom to contact.

I purchased this system in the hopes to secure my Apartment from intruders. Due to two attempts of unlawful entry I was sad to go in this direction. During the two burglary attempts someone slipped a key into the top lock on my front door and tried to unlock it but both attempts failed. My decision is to prevent any action of desperation because of their failed attempts.

Never had issues with my screen but as soon as we did the update it now does not want to work. On top of that, you want to bill me $900 to add two additional cameras to my service and had me sign a new contract with the same old equipment.

I happy with my setup and system overall. Feels nice to know my house is secure. However the salesperson was not able to give me a cost on all the equipment and installation fees which I'm worried about since I was enrolled in an automatic $4000 account with no breakdown of the costs per item. I was told I would get a gift card for signing up along with the doorbell buyback but haven't received anything yet, just told.

Tech didn’t speak very well and the process to get started wasn’t very thorough. Didn’t get everything I wanted due to just wanting to be done with this painful installation. Techs should take a complete look at existing systems to see what is needed. Guy wasn’t very helpful with what I wanted. I have windows that aren’t covered that was covered before because he didn’t do the assessment of my complete needs.

Very good service. Two out of the three individuals were very professional and patient (including the main technician). One guy seemed to be rushing and was running up and down the stairs without tact. But that’s not to taint a great job from the other two. In the end, all three of them did a good job with their respective duties, so that’s why they get all fives from me.

After everything was installed I noticed the job that was done and I was not happy. Plus the cost was different, twice what I was originally quoted for equipment. I’m paying for 1 camera and 1 doorbell more than my neighbor who has 4 cameras and 1 doorbell. I called but they can’t do anything since it’s the weekend.

I was dealt kindly with on the phone after placing a call to activate an existing system. Tim installed system pieces and I was treated very respectfully. He was confident and knowledgeable about the system. He encouraged me to ask questions if I had any. Tim was in and out of my home in a relatively short amount of time.

The technician they sent was very good but they only sent one. He had to work for 9 AM to 9 PM and was unable to complete the job. We requested two technicians and they said they would send two but they only sent one. Work is still not been completed and there needs to be a return visit.

The technician, Robort, who came out to install my security equipment was friendly and professional. I would give him six stars if I could. He was swift with his service and made sure to clean up after himself. I was called by him before as well to confirm that I was present. He also came bright and early. Which was nice because typically you have to wait around all day if there is a time window provided.

Vivint works with you, alarm is quite easy to arm and the rest of sensors are pretty neat. The installers were here and as soon as I agreed on the package, they got to work. The installation was complete within 2hrs, they left everything neat. The installers had all instructions accurate. I was impressed with this alarm system, thank you.

I decided to replace my ADT home security with VIVINT equipment and monitoring. The VIVINT sales rep and tech were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The VIVINT monitoring system was successfully installed and operational within 4 hours after I signed the documents showing the components of the system I bought. I am very pleased with my decision to use VIVINT so far.

Great service fast set up very professional. Cleaned up after himself. Love the set up I have now I can watch when I need to! Love that I don’t have to consistently charge the doorbell camera like I did with the ring. Love that the outdoor camera came with lights. I just all around love knowing that I can keep my house and family safe with the Vivint program.

The technician David was great and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the product and did inform me about the different features and ways to use the product. The only drawback was the process wasn't figured out for Beta testers. The survey and testing was not easy and he had to work with tech support which took a while and makes the appointment lengthy.

Old doorbell was disconnected and left hanging halfway off the wall. Also can't get camera to load on my phone. Dissatisfied with service and would like to have removed. Old company offering a better deal. ADT is offering free camera and only 21.95 a month 3 months free and no equipment fee.

Technician really knew the product so much better than the salesman. The salesman told me my credit would not be affected after signing me up. My credit dropped 3 points as a result of your check. I had an excellent status before this check. The tech knew how to setup & troubleshoot your system. His training was outstanding.

I did not receive my Vivint sign to post on approaching walkway. Sales rep took the one I had from previous monitoring company and he said the installer would have Vivint sign for me. The installer did not leave a new sign for me. Why take the old one if it won't be replaced with a new one?

Tech ** was great! He was very nice, informative and professional. We highly recommend him for future installs. He made great recommendations and answered all our questions. We are satisfied and happy with his service. Sergio was able to save us money by fully assessing our home to make the proper recommendations. We are very pleased.

This company apparently values product sales over good customer service. Our sales representative misled us by offering to BUY OUT our then current security company, ADT's cancellation fee if we signed up Vivint. We made the mistake of signing up. Needless to say, after the equipment was installed the promised buy-out never materialized. Fortunately, we were able to cancel the entire installation process freeing us from having 2 security companies to pay.

The installation service was easy, with all phases detailed by the installer. Was able to re-use some of the previously installed hardware to reduce equipment costs. System introduction was simple though the video interview requirement seemed heavy handed. That was more Vivint policy vs the install service provided which was outstanding.

My overall experience was great. From the salesman that helped us get set up and the techs that came out and installed our equipment. The salesman was very friendly and worked with us to stay within our budget. The techs that came out installed the equipment were very informative. The technicians went over how to use the app and how to use the equipment. I felt comfortable with having the techs go over the steps.

I was just seeking professional help with disconnecting and connecting the modem to receive service at my new address. The technician connected my service initially; however since the long time frame one forgot how to setup and disassemble the Comcast internet modem.

Would be a five star if the cameras didn’t think a flag and trash can was a person. Adjustments were necessary. Extreme amount of notifications but at least there are notifications. They did get the install date wrong so as a compensation, they installed on a holiday to accommodate us which was amazing! Our tech was knowledgeable and very helpful. Had to leave to get additional equipment. But we get that. All in all we are happy with the service and the clarity and quality of the camera systems. Would recommend to family and friends. Pretty pricey but it is hooked up to cops and fire dept.
