Vivint has been a great experience since its introduction to our family. My aunt, a senior citizen, decided on using their service years ago at her home. She was pleased and I knew it was good if she liked them. Fast forward some years and I am a new home owner and decided to follow her lead. Lucky enough a technician stopped by and provided me with some good information. I decided at that time I would like to start service. For whatever reasons me establishing service had some hiccups. However, Nicholas made it a mission to work out the kinks immediately. I can say I am pleased with my decision. Their technicians are highly professional and don’t make you feel uncomfortable in their presence. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for superior service.

I'm very excited to write this review only 3 days after installation. Outstanding service from both Vivint employees. Coby, the sales rep, was courteous, professional, and clear gathering necessary information, and arranging monitoring equipment installation and service activation. Mike, the installer, provided top notch service. He was respectful of my home, knowledgeable about the different devices and services available, and was spot on about billing and the account activation process! After just a few days of enjoying my new services, I decided to add another camera and remove some water sensors and the smart thermostat. (I have concerns about third parties controlling my home's temperature which I believe is happening with this thermostat). But I absolutely love everything else! I contacted Mike, and he has made arrangements to change the services as requested. So glad I chose Vivint after years of being dissatisfied with Alert 360.

I'm in love. I live in a transitioning area so this add a sense of security for me and my family. The system is nice and up to date and very functional. I'm pleased. We have to give it some time. I'm pretty sure that I'll love it as time goes on

Wow Vivint I am amazed and couldn’t be more happier with the Great customer services and same day services. Quality of the product is amazing. I’m well pleased with whole process and love the app, it’s convenient and easy to use with peace of mind, definitely recommend Vivint to friend and/or family.

Our installer Cory was excellent and answered all of our questions. Did have one problem with one of the camera bridges. Cory walked me through troubleshooting, but to no avail, so I am guessing they will send a new one. Not the fault of Cory, or the company. With that said I have run out of thing things to say.

I was dissatisfied with ADT and switched. I save money every month, have a far more modern system and the install was great. The technician was on time, worked quickly and very efficiently and got me online in less than 4 hours. That was great for 2 cameras, 4 motion detectors, 2 glass break sensors and multiple doors and windows.

Customer loyalty reached out, explained better the equipment cost and was able to offer a better priced offer to lower costs of equipment and monitoring bill. Super friendly customer loyalty and sales rep also reached out to be of assistance!

The Team we met with were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Same day install and activation was quick and easy. We didn’t need Fort Knox and they completely understood, plus the added benefits of being able to move the service and equipment when we move is just another added benefit. Low cost and easy to use and configure.

Great customer service from both the installer and rep. Very thorough and professional. Cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. Upsold while here and he was timely on all. My husband and myself was happy. Great job. He was knowledgeable and polite and quick and it was great.

Sales people and installers were very professional, very kind and courteous and respectful of our property. The product works well and was affordable. We are pleased with the service so far and would recommend them highly. They removed all of the old equipment instead of just installing it on top of them and I really appreciated that!

So sales guy was awesome. We got the service we selected but don’t agree with the install process. Person got here at six. Did not leave till 10 although he was very nice. It just took way too long. Put us off of our going to sleep schedule, etc. my sister got it put in yesterday. Also they did not leave her house until midnight. That’s ridiculous.

Chase was great and very helpful with any questions that I had. The two techs were great when explaining the system to me and they made sure to walk me through how the system works and where I would like the cameras to be. System was very easy to get used to and the installation of the cameras and system was flawless.

I rarely leave answers to surveys, but I have to give a big thumbs up to the installer, Ernie, who was a breath of fresh air. Totally knew what he was doing and if he didn’t have the answer to my questions, he tried to resolve it immediately and showed genuine concern for my worries. Thanks.

Derek was on time and communicated well prior to arriving. He patiently reviewed the order and we added a couple features I was not aware of. The install took less than the allotted time and he made sure to clean any dust or shavings. He then trained me on how it works and got my phone app working. He left his card and stated he would be happy to answer any future questions!

My family had this system installed yesterday. We are excited to experience all it has to offer and hoping to resolve the hiccup with 2 cameras. Shout out to the sales rep Mike Flinn. He was awesome. He was very thorough in explaining how the system works. I would definitely recommend you to a friend if I knew of one who was in need of securing their home.

Wonderful representative for your company. He was professional detailed and timely. Ariel is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful with product placement and other aesthetic Issues my wife was interested in. Ariel spent all the time necessary to set things up properly and answered all questions I had and was patient although I am sure he had other appointments.

Moliek was swift, kind, and courteous. It was very a pleasant experience. He offered to mask in the room with my vulnerable elder, he advised me well on the best cam placement. I would have no problem using him as our serviceman again. I would also recommend him to others.

Like the panel on the wall, mostly the camera is activated when the door bell is push. Very nice picture. Also the key door pad and how I can lock or make sure it is locked from my phone. Might look into more options later on once I learn what I can do now. The door camera is a nice safety feature.

I believe we got a pretty good deal with 2 cameras, flood light and a doorbell camera, also the system/app connects to our existing thermostat and garage door opener. The install was fast and done right away (9 pm). The sales pitch was probably a bit pushy with the installation team already waiting outside but that’s to be expected. We have 30 days to make up our minds if we like the system/equipment or not.

The gentleman was very and friendly. He answered all questions as they came up. He came up with good idea of camera placement. I recommend this company and the this for future install and products. The pricing plan is also meets my budget as well. Thank you for all your help and quick services as well.

Richard was a very nice gentleman, did a very nice and clean install, was very helpful, explained everything to me thoroughly, helped with all my questions. I am very happy with my equipment. Camera is very clear, very easy to use and set up. I feel safer living in my home knowing me and all my stuff is protected

Will provided options for system, indicated what needed to be done and provided everything as expected. Once options presented we worked to get within my newly retired budget. Morgan our installer came in well organized and proceed to systematically prep and install the equipment. I requested that one bedroom be installed early for convenience of my grandson. He was very efficient and at a good stopping point time showed me what has been installed and how the system works. We scheduled to complete the two external cameras. Thank you and appreciate all the assistance and considerations that both Will and Morgan provided. Looking forward for the completion of the installation.

Excellent customer service with Myiion and equipment setup with Nathaniel and David!!! I recommended my mom and she got signed up the same day! We are excited for our new security system and even more excited about finally having a doorbell camera back! Love the fact that Vivint offers the monthly protection plan so I can call a tech whenever I need to if I ever have problems with the system!!!

The breakdown in communication on process made this far from a smooth enjoyable experience. Sales oversells on purpose, installers have to renegotiate the entire package then reinstate a poorly designed non-user friendly signing and financing process. The survey at the end is in person with the installer on their iPad and you can't be honest on it because they are forcing you to select the correct answers because their bonus depends on it. They definitely could use a redesign of how they convert purchases to installs!

I appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the employees. I felt like they answered my concerns and questions and know if I need any help I can contact them. I like how prompt the service was. It is good to feel the added security in my home and also when I am away.

The man dispatched from Vivint was Larry. He was very friendly from the beginning, and made me feel comfortable. He made it easy to understand the system. Simple to use, and assured me if I had any questions after he left. Just call. I would suggest Vivint to my friends and family.

Michael ** was the tech-install-pro-meister. He did a fantastic job on our install and took the time needed to do it all right. We have a newborn and he was very thoughtful and made sure to check with us before making any loud noises. We also have a very old house and he was careful during the install to get everything properly set up without doing any damage. We also love the quality of our camera's plan to recommend to many of our friends and family.

Justin did a remarkable job. My exceptional experience started before Justin arrived to my house by keeping me informed on his status of arrival time. Once he arrived, he walked me through the entire process & was seeking to understand exactly what I was looking for & wanting out of my security setup. He quickly installed everything, ensured I was fully setup & that I had a complete understanding of my new security system! Great experience from start to finish!

Robert ** called ahead and went over the process verifying all the information was in before he arrived. He answered all the questions we had. Installed the equipment in a timely fashion and was very patient with us as we went over the equipment. All around great service very professional.

I was really impressed with the installation technician's (Christopher **) knowledge, professionalism and ability to clearly explain all of the options and how everything worked. He did a very clean job with the installation and made the overall experience very positive and pain free. I will recommend Vivint to friends and family.

Showed up and explained in detail who they were, who they represented and provided adequate information. Set up with plenty of time and helped me understand my new system and how it works. Provided a system with all my needs such as cameras, lights, thermostat. Was able to follow the instructions for the app on my phone and was an easy set up and easy to use.

I love Vivint App and products! The sales rep was excellent and helped make a plan for placements of products, as we converted from a competitor to Vivint. When install team arrived, they were not familiar with 75% of the plan devised with sales team, causing great delay of initiation of job and lengthening time of install. Now that the new system is installed, I love it. The only hiccup was the install day taking 4 hrs longer than expected.

Devin very carefully went over all aspects of contract and my possible needs in security. Happy with his direction. Install by Andy and Gavin was clean and efficient. Andy left me feeling very confident in my ability to control and view the remote security. I would recommend Vivint to anyone that I know because of the professionalism of these men.

I felt as if I were the only customer they were concerned with. Both young men Isaiah and Landon were so very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I felt secure in knowing I was being well taken care of. They each took time to address every concern I had. Also stated that they were just a phone call away should I have any problems! Excellent experience with Vivint. My tech Mark was helpful and great at his job. Very positive from sales to installation. Had to make some changes and everyone was helpful on this end as well. Very happy with the process and would use again. Thorough explanation of everything from sales to app.

Set up was seamless! We already had the system in place from the previous homeowner so all we had to do was activate our own account which took minutes over the phone and then a quick 20-minute activation appointment over the phone as well! It gives me peace of mind knowing I have a state of the art security system in my home and accessible on my phone as well.

It was taken extra long to get the job done. We had three guys here to get it done, when it should have been done in a couple hours, they were here until 9:00 pm but they were working on getting it done. Had to keep calling the supervisor for the problems that they were having. But they did get the job done.

The representative was polite, and informative. He was very knowledgeable about the different services being offered which I was interested in. However, the pitch he gave was so long, by the time he explained prices and the trial offer, which I had also agreed to do, but what he failed to tell me was that I would also need to have installation done within the same day. It became very late at night by the time the techs finished, and they still didn’t complete the services because 2 of door sensors they claimed were not compatible with their system. If I would’ve known the wait time was going to take so long, I would’ve simply asked for him to come back on another day, since I was technically busy, in the middle of doing something. So next time I would appreciate if they tell their customers upfront how long the process is, so we will become better prepared. On a positive note, I am enjoying my new thermostat service with Vivint. Thank you!

To be fair the only reason I wanted Vivint was because my sister had it. Her sales person was really good. My sales person tried but he seemed fairly new. I got this solely because of her experience. The install was rushed and since it was so late at night I know everyone wanted out of there. I wasn’t really shown the whole system just arm, disarm and the app. The motion sensor is defective but since I’m past my three days I have to reach out to support tomorrow. Overall, it’s not really something I would recommend based on this experience.

My security system is awesome and the service is great. The install went smooth and the technicians that installed it was awesome. Tyron was awesome as well. He explained everything about the system and did a follow up with me the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

We had a wonderful install and our technician installing did an amazing job at explaining everything thoroughly and easily. The system works seamlessly and is sleek and clean looking. They also automated my garage door into the system making sure I have control of everything in one place. I highly recommend Vivint!!

The rep and technicians were amazing! Rep was super kind and explained everything wonderfully. The technicians were great and walked us through everything with ease and confidence. It was a great experience with them overall. And the equipment is amazing too! The camera quality is fantastic and makes me feel so much safer with my three kiddos.

Orion was very professional and courtesy. The electricians that I stalked my doorbell and camera were also professional and courtesy. Everything went so smoothly. Orion dud nit rush the process. He made sure I understood everything and kept me under my budget and I still got everything I wanted. Why is this survey so long. This is why I really don't like doing surveys.

I’ve always wanted VIVINT. I used to work for VIVINT door to door sales and I just fell in love with the system. Now that we are home owners I just had to get it. We love it! Cameras load quick and system is very responsive. I definitely recommend it to anyone’s.

Feel free to have someone contact me as I tried calling a few times, but can not reach the correct personnel. I do not want to be long winded.. 3x salesman stopped over and TOLD ME he needs just a COUPLE MINUTES of MY TIME. Each time was over an hour. Very frustrating when I put dinner on hold until 1130pm. Not professional. Didn't explain my credit was being run and it was a HARD pull. I would have considered buying outright, but was not given any options.

Aaron, Taylor, and Matthew were all super helpful and great at their jobs. All were very easy to work with, got along well with our dogs, and got us set up, squared away with the equipment all in one day. The system is super user friendly too. I feel really secure now. I'm really happy with my purchase.

My salesman, Connor, as well as my Installation specialist, can't remember his name but he's from Utah, were awesome! Everything was explained to me and the install was done thoroughly! I love that my security system will still work even without the WIFI. I definitely recommend Vivint for your home security needs!

I have been through two installs one with ADT and one through Simplisafe. This install was seamless and very professional. The tech knew how to configure without a hassle. He was very technically proficient and also did a part of electrical work needed to configure the cameras with live power.

I would like to say I am totally satisfied with my service. From sales to installation and the technician Alana was very, very helpful with any questions that I had. I would like to rate a 10 for my techs. And Bilal who was so friendly and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone.

I ran into Eli as he was going door to door selling Vivint service. I wasn’t really looking to switch from my current home security service, but he was a respectable young man so I told him to come by the next day. He came by the next day and my wife and I invited him in as the temperatures was getting cold. Eli is one of the most respectable salesman I have ever interacted with. He did not pressure us at all and was very personable and friendly. Vivint has a great employee with Eli. I recommend they fast track him into management. After signing with Vivint, I met Isaac, my installer, and we walked thru everywhere we wanted our system set up and he installed everything in no time. Sale, installation and in service on the same day. Vivint service so far looks much better than my former service and it's great there is a much better sense of security.

System is awesome! We are so happy that we got set up. The cameras are great and way better than the Brinks we had! Sami was our rep who came to the door and she was super sweet and helpful! Definitely recommend the system and this company! The panel is super simple to use and has a ton of great features.

Very easy to use on my phone at any time! I like the deter feature on the door a lot and that I can access it from my phone at any time or place. Very user-friendly system and setup altogether. I am excited to explore new features. Set up was very easy and professional. It is a great option to get some peace of mind and feel safe and secure.

I am really happy with our Vivint system, it is easy to use and the install process was great. The sign up process was easy as well and everything was clearly explained such as pricing, options for cameras, thermostats and panels. All in all everything went well with Vivint and their support and help. I would recommend them to our friends.

The installation was quick and easy too. My wife and I are pleased with the way the security system works and the good looking quality.

Matt and Frank were great. Their boss too (I forgot his name but it began with a C…Chase maybe?) very personal and friendly. They made the long install process simple. My opportunities I would give is to make sure complete equipment price is known by the customer before installation. I still have sticker shock and did not plan on maxing out my credit line initially because that impacts my credit score. And to make sure all the doors and fences are back closed before leaving. Thanks for the great experience guys. I will be referring you!

Installation was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Tech was courteous and ensured I understand how to use system. He walked me through how to check encounters and monitor from my cell and panel even though he had to repeat the steps for me. Tech was very patient.

Tim the installer did a stellar job explaining the system and how it works! So far so good. I’m satisfied with the product as well as the unit. I referred my family as well. Cleaned up his mess as well as took time to explain the operation of the tablet and detectors.

My Vivint installation went smoothly. Chris, the installation tech, was professional, on time, answered all my questions, repeated everything I’d purchased with the sales rep, and cleaned up any trash from the install. I had an excellent installation experience. The panel is easy to operate and Chris even showed me the feature to delay the screen to clean it. Being able to control the panel and view the camera from the app is a great feature.

Matthew was very nice and informative with answering my question and addressing any concerns that came to mind during the processes of learning more about Vivint. The tech was very helpful as well and quick with the install and explaining how the panel and door locks work as well as using the mobile app.

Very impressed with not only the products but also the customer service and the installation! I would recommend this company for anyone wanting to feel safe and secure in your home!! The installation was easy and all the product installers were polite and professional. They took care of everything, down to putting a sign in the yard for us. The process from start to finish was thorough.

New installation of a Vivint system. They did a great job. The installer was very nice, and helpful. He did a great job. He answered any questions that we had about the process. He helped me create my own account for Vivint. My husband had an account at our old house so I wanted to have the account in my name at our new house.

Vivint is a great company for home security! The images from the cameras are extremely clear. The person who installed the system was courteous and polite. His explanation of how the system worked was very thorough. Also, the timeframe that it took was acceptable. I love it and would definitely recommend this to others!

Currently was 4 mos away from current security contract expiring. Matt rolled in (literally) and sold me on switching my provider but also adding features I needed. Great guy! Very knowledgeable!!! The technician Hannah was also efficient and very helpful making sure all system features worked and that I knew how to work them. I am excited to see how my new system will work.

The sales rep Andrew ** was great in his presentation and professional the whole time. He was informative and knowledgeable in the Vivint products and service. He was knowledgeable in the previous service I had with ADT, showed comparisons or services. He offered some great quality products and discounts to help make a better decision on choosing Vivint over ADT.

Great experience from beginning to end. The installation was very fast and the result is esthetically pleasing with amazing functionality. The tech was very communicative and I felt well versed on how to use the system after installation. I look forward to learning more about the other services offered through Vivint such as solar and insurance.

I only had it for one day and so far so good. I don't have no complaints at all. They have good customer service. They answered all the questions I had. The installation was done really quickly and he made sure before he left that the monitors were working correctly.

Larry was our install technician, and he was wonderful! Larry was very professional, kind and helpful! We have already recommended him to our other family members who need an alarm system. Our system works so great. We love the updated technology that Vivint provides. We are so glad we switched from ADT.

Had Vivint before and always liked it. I am happy that got it back because it has new features, the cameras are great and the way to access the features is a lot easier even for me who is not computer savvy so I know I will feel a lot better when I leave my house, I am also alone in my house so I will feel a lot safer at night.

Was misled on pricing. Install was a dirty mess. I will at some point have to go back and fill holes the installers randomly drilled. Did not receive any yard signs. They cut cords on preexisting cameras they just removed screws from and left hanging. If you like what you have we recommend keeping. Camera quality is not as good as our 10 year old system. What they show you on the iPad is not what you get. They don’t tell you each camera needs a plug in, as where our old system fed power and video from 1 line.

The presentation and explanation as well as the installation was great. The explanation and instructions about the device and cameras were very beneficial and informative knowing that I don't always have to use Wi-Fi. Another great feature was the light attached to the camera which makes me feel safe and secure.

I absolutely love my new setup. I appreciate your company for keeping my home safe. The guy was in and out. Wery accurate with how to use use the equipment he installed. The picture is amazing and it is very quick with detection of person in the view of the camera and expansion is great too.

Service was fast, and explained everything, answered all questions we asked. Great tech. Made sure all cameras were covering areas we asked. Explained how everything works. They cleaned up after drilling. Showed how the thermostats work. Also the doorbell. Explained how to use the cameras, on still or motion. Asked several times as to the angles that cameras are covering the areas we want to see.

Wolf was very professional and courteous. Explained all the products before installing them. Installation was quick and easy. He also explained in detail how to use the app. He made great recommendations on camera placement. I would definitely recommend friends to use Vivint for their home security needs. Products are great and easy to operate

The service sucks. Even when you pay the system off, good luck trying to ever cancel. You will be on the phone for hours jumping through hoops trying to cancel. Oh and don't ever forget your confirmation number. You will need it to cancel, Even years later. It's really not a very good system. Half the time your cameras will glitch out and show you yesterday's events. Don't buy the system. It's not worth the hassle.

The sales men that first came to our house was very friendly and kind. The techs that came the following day to install were great. They took their time and did a great job with install. Everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful and we are glad we switched to Vivint.

I just gotten my camera installed today and I love them. I only wish they gave you 3 cameras and the doorbell camera, only because your home would be truly secured all the way around. For the most part, I’m enjoying my cameras. I love my panels on the wall and my automatic keypad lock on my side door also I can work everything from my phone and speak from my phone, WOW!!

The setup didn’t take long at all and Ray was awesome at explaining and showing how everything works. I am now confident that I will be able to operate my home security system with no little to no issues. I would highly recommend this to all of my friends and family.

Couldn’t be happier with how easy it is! The system has met all my needs for what I want in a security system and smart home. The app is great and I like being able to check on things when I’m not home and being able to adjust the thermostat.

The Tech Steph was cool and knowledgeable and he explained everything to me. He made sure I understood what everything was for. When he came to the home I advised that the first person I spoke with in setting up my installation did not listen to me and it made feel like he was just trying to upsell me stuff I did not need. Steph listed and made sure I got what was needed in reason.

Both the person who came to our door and the tech were both friendly and knowledgeable. After we agreed to the service the install tech showed up within two hours. So far it has been a great experience and we are excited to have the new extra security in our home!

Gave me play by plays every step of the process and at the end explained everything in detail making sure all my concerns were addressed. A+++ Service. They were very friendly and professional. The were the Best! I got to know Payten and he was very friendly and professional at all time. The installers were just as nice and professional and I would recommend this team to anyone interested in getting this security system. The guys that were training with the installer were very nice and helpful also.

I am pretty finicky about the salesmen coming to my door. But, David from Vivint for home security systems has been really great. Super nice, informative and not at all pushy. We currently have CPI and it honestly hasn’t been great, it was originally but lately I haven’t been able to get it load right away and it doesn’t record anything. So, I’m really excited to finally have something we can rely on. We looked into Vivint before from a friend who lives out in Cane Bay and have been wanting to check it out more. Today just happened to be the day.

The tech was right on time, was very knowledgeable of the company and the equipment, was able to answer all questions and concerns, was finished the install in a timely manner. Very pleased. There was little mess and the tech was able to put all the equipment in the same spots of the equipment he took out. Didn’t need to make or drill any other holes and was very clear when explaining the process and how to use the keypad and the cameras and he took extra time to make sure everything was correct and set up right.

The technician came on time, was very responsible, had excellent communication. We did a three-way line. Once we finish with the representative then we continue talking. He will call me and kept the communication going. Send me the emails, gave me ideas what to do what not to do. Excellent employee. We highly recommended to someone else.

The pros at Vivint did a great job working with me. I had just got into my first rental property and my budget was tight, but the pros at Vivint were able to work with me and find a plan that could fit my budget and still end up with a top notch system that I feel very comfortable with. I still can't speak about the quality of the equipment, because they only installed it yesterday, but what I can say is that the technician who came was the worst experience I have ever had in this city. Extremely rude, unprofessional and without any care for the things around him: furniture, decorations, etc. Generally, I consider myself a patient person, but I was close to kicking this person out of the house on several occasions, but I decided to let him finish and then file a complaint, but it turns out that there is no way or at least I didn't find how. I just hope that if I need customer service in the future, this terrible experience will not be repeated.

The installer though was late getting there and didn’t relay that if he was coming the next day after 5:00pm. He said that he was coming but didn’t show up. I called him…(Not him calling me) And he took the liberty to tell me that he was sorry and was out on another job with his Supervisor. But he would be on his way as they were finishing up. (6:00pm) He was a No Show! I’m disappointed especially since I’m paying a couple of thousands of dollars from your company and Gage the installer didn’t show up. I purchased a Vivint home alarm and monitoring system approximately 6 months ago. I've had 17 visits and from their service technicians and still they can't figure out why the cameras keep going offline. The last technician gave me the option to continue trying to figure out why the system keep going offline or to deem my system unserviceable and Vivint still will not cancel my contract and refund me the money I've spent on this worthless system. This system was over $7,000.00. I caution everyone to think twice before signing a contract with Vivint.

Vivint is very easy to use and can be ran off of one app and one account on multiple phones. The representatives were friendly, professional and asked specific questions on our needs regard home security and helped put a system together to meet those needs. The installation was started within the hour of the representatives leaving and the tech was very professional and helpful. The tech showed us how to use the system once setup was complete.

Our technician was wonderful! He took the time to explain how the installation day would go as well as how each device operated. We are very happy with replacing old ADT system with the modern equipment from Vivint. Installer was polite, efficient and informative. Customer service has so far been much more user friendly than ADT.

We are a new construction home. Everything was going pretty well, before camera installation started. The drywall inside the garage got damaged. The attached image IMG_7098.jpg is what my builder has already patched the next day (and huge gratitude to them as they are not responsible for that damage whatsoever!). There was a large crack in the wall. The outer (stucco) wall was drilled, but when the technician couldn't drill through the wall I asked him to stop as I realized he didn't know how to proceed. The second cam was not installed (IMG_7101.jpg). I'd expect way more care during installation while also taking responsibility for damages and not a comment "I don't know, it just cracked."

Just moved into a house that the previous owners had service thru Vincent. All equipment installed at the time of move in. Called Vincent, they very quickly set up my account, gave me a 14 day free trial and set up an appointment with a technician for the following morning to get things up and running. They called when they were supposed to helped me work through some issues and gave me a great system overview. Very professional and friendly.

Cameras have excellent pictures. The system connects easily to Wi-Fi and the 5G system works just fine.

Trash company. Paid for install. No one showed up for first appointment. Rescheduled. No one showed up for second appointment. Half ** garbage. Why on earth would anyone trust a company that handles new customers like this!!

Both the initial contact and the install was informative. The only problem was that the app was down. The process was easy. The installer was courteous, helpful, and had knowledge. There is nothing negative to report. The equipment works great. And although the app was down it soon worked and we were able to access the system on our phones.

I appreciate all the time and follow up from the loyalty department including an adjustment. I had a number of questions and they took the time to work through them and volunteered to follow up on those that needed extra time. Especially the time to find more information on the Vivint Gives Back program. Thank you.

Jesse was amazing. He answered questions I didn't know I even had. For that I was grateful. As for the quality of cameras viewing as of now is very good. As for the actual monitoring service at the moment I have no idea. I feel that it's kinda early, if you would like a service and equipment review, just got started w the company.

My technician was trash, he was lazy and did not give his best at setting up my equipment. He did not complete every piece of equipment being as though he was rushing to leave and get home. I am not a happy customer. He chose not to do anything professional with my home nor service since he arrived. I am dissatisfied. Sucks

Micah was on time and exceptional. He explained everything in easily understood terms and was very professional. He walked me through the one gap in service he found, and we were able to add the smoke detector. I am grateful he took the time to explain that particular service and its benefits.

Right from the start they earned 5 stars. Customer service is their best asset. Only downside is the need for a credit line because of the very expensive equipment and on top of that an interest charge every month. Sorry but had to cancel the service, at which time found the hoops a customer had to jump through to avoid getting charged close to 2700$ and penalized if the department handling the cancellation doesn’t process it in a timely manner also, Because not only it put a hard mark on my credit also the finance company was too strict on contact.

Vivint did an amazing job with their installation and service. The technician installed everything great. We have been really happy with the system so far! It’s nice to know our home and our package deliveries are protected and safe. The salesman was very likable and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

I’m very happy to say that today I had my installation I’m very pleased with the results also my technician was on time. Also my technician was very professional and courteous when he arrived at my home. The installation went smoothly he explained everything and I’m very pleased. I will recommend to other customers.
