They called me this morning due to someone entering the building & we verified that we knowed them & they told me that he gave them a name & I verified I know the person & I gave them a my verbal password & they cleared the cops coming out.

Eathyn was a terrific sales guy to work with, understanding of what we wanted for our family and made it happen, was installed 20 mins later and everything looks fantastic and working as expected. Will happily refer to friends and family.

I’m happy for the opportunity to be a customer of said company. I really appreciate everything that I have done with this company!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a security system!! I’ve been looking into getting a security system on my home for the last few years and I’m glad I found this company!! They installed it the same day I agreed to do my business with them!

Nick, the sales representative, provided an exceptional level of expertise and attention to detail, guiding me through the process with confidence and clarity. I was not looking to buy a new security system at all. Trent came and went over everything and now I’m happy that I did and my husband likes it too. When he came home and saw what I did he enjoys it so thank you for coming in and making my home secure!

Camera are of great quality and I like the setup but it’s been only one day since I have it installed. Hopefully it will continue to deliver. I had previous security systems which wasn’t of the quality Vivint is and I had to combine two different systems to get a good value.

From our amazing rep that help set up and teach us the system to the system itself is amazing. So many options to add on and a great security system. Our rep was so helpful and kind! He took his time describing how it worked, made sure I understood everything, showed me all of the features and helped me set things up hands on.

Outstanding. The salesman’s and the technicians were both great. They explained everything that they were doing so that we understood what was happening. They demonstrated how to work the system after they were done and ask if we had any questions. Great job all around. I would recommend Vivint to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend this company the customer service was to a t. Very friendly and professional. My family and I feel safe. We appreciate the time and the patience to explain to us how the cameras work and also the app works. From the moment we opened our doors to the moment we said our goodbyes it was very pleasant.

We were scheduled between 12 and 4 today. The Vivint rep called and said a job had been canceled and they could get there at 11 if that was okay with us. Of course it was. We had 2 techs that came. They were both very efficient, professional and friendly. They made sure to show us how the system worked before they left. The install took a couple of hours but they were working continuously. We are very happy with Vivint!

Yes and you should be responsible for the product that you sold me. The cameras are not reliable since they are offline more often than not. One did not work from the beginning. JUNK! I don’t require guidelines to tell you I’m not satisfied with your product. Junk junk.

Nik was very informative and knowledgeable about the system. He was very personable and he explained the plan nicely and was easy to work with. The install team was excellent. Equipment was installed cleanly and in great spots. After completion they explained everything and answered questions. A very pleasant experience.

Great job on sales and tech side. They kept their word and they came professionally to do their job. I would recommend this to anyone who would want this. They were fast and accurate and they knew how to to do their job. Bobby seems to be great in what they do.

I am not satisfied with the customer service and assistance provided. The home that I purchased had Vivint installed so service was just transferred over to me. The gentleman transferred me to tech support but it was an endless loop that finally disconnected itself. I reached out to the gentleman via text as he assured me the number he texted me on would go directly to him if I had questions or needed help. I'm still waiting for a response. Also I am still waiting on an email to reset my online password. There you go, good luck future customers.

The sale guys that I talked to was wonderful and did everything to help me make the best decision on my system but he help me lower the cost to get what I wanted, the technician was just amazing. I am well pleased with my new service, please if you need a new security system go to them they are amazing.

My installer was great and very professional, there were some issues with the payment system that caused a bit of a delay but once the installation got started it was very quick, well done, and he explained all the equipment to me. The payment system could definitely use some work.

Our technician, Chad, was very professional and courteous and provided great customer service. The system works perfectly and is easy to use. The prices are fair and the quality of the cameras are supreme. We feel a lot more safe after making the decision to go with Vivint. The lifetime warranty is worth the few extra dollars and so is the spotlight on the driveway camera.

Aaron was quite professional and knew how to adapt our existing system, except that several of our sensors were strange to him and could not be connected. He bypassed them with wireless alternatives. I only wish I had a heads up in that the only electrical outlet in proximity would be consumed by your equipment. I will now have a labor intensive job of bring another outlet over. It would have been easy to fix if I had been told at the time of assessment.

Isaiah our tech went over and beyond to make sure our equipment was hooked up properly and went over the product! Even ordering from Vivint was a breeze and everyone I have spoke to have been so kind! The products are amazing and have great clarity on all the cameras! Definitely will recommend this company!

Mike was very professional and took great care of our set up. He walked us through everything we needed to know about our system. We are very happy with the quality of the system and feel very safe with our security system in place. We will be recommending Vivint to any friends and family looking into a new security system for their home.

The salesman, Sebastian, was very personable but talked a little too fast and trying to skip over details. He needs to explain that the first 60 months is for service and equipment and that once the equipment is paid, the reason the fee goes down is because it’s just the service at that point. Theron, the tech, was very precise, considerate and knowledgeable.

Technician William ** was helpful, and patient despite this being a difficult and long installation. Very knowledgeable of the product. The product itself is good with cameras and sensors. Easy to use panel. We like the phone app feature and control the panel through there. We were previous customers from out my of state and was pleased with the service.

Vivint Rep came prepared to do his job, he made sure my questions were answered and did a great job in installing all my equipment! I received keypad, doorbell, front and backyard cameras, 3 indoor cams and 13 window sensors and 1 motion sensor. Smart thermostat and inside garage camera.

From the call to setup service to the installation at home everything was very organized and smooth. The employees were able to answer all of my questions and walked me through the whole process. I am very satisfied with the service that I received. Thank you to Simon for doing such a great job with the installation.

The guys were fabulous! Great customer service. They were there all day without any complaints and were clearly there to do whatever they could to make us happy which we are. The cameras appeared to be working great. There’s a few few little things they’re gonna come back and change, but that’s just things that I didn’t ask for an initial order like I want lights on the outside cameras. The only thing I would ask is if they pick up their things. When they left there were a couple boxes left in the yards and a couple wires here and there and I have animals so I just always like things picked up because it could be dangerous if they ate them. But the guys were great explained. Everything were there all day.

Great service. Tim was very professional. He came in explaining the full service. Help me figure out where to put sensors and walk me through the system. He was very fast with the installation. And he also cleaned up his mess he made. He's a very good Technician. He's a people person who loves his work.

Installation went seamlessly in the more than capable hands of Maudo. He was professional and courteous of our time and home. Hardware was installed without issue. He even provided his professional opinion on product placement which was greatly appreciated. Excited to have Vivint as our home security provider! Will recommend to family and friends. Summer, who installed the system was also very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the installation, which I appreciated. I was impressed that she came the same day to do the work. I would recommend Vivint to my friends and family.

Adolfo L. was a gentleman, well spoken, on time, and thorough. He explained all that he was going to do, walked me through the steps, and made sure I understood how to arm the system before we completed, the paperwork. Then he cleaned up and made sure all the trash was put away.Tell him I sent you! The initial cost of the materials/equipment, for the quality of the product, is worth the money.

I am incredibly pleased with the service of our security system with Vivint. Kyle, my technician, was prompt and answered all my questions/concerns. He installed all of the equipment discreetly. I was also pleased with the products that were available from Vivint, everything from smart locks to smoke and carbon dioxide detectors. This is 5-star service. Thank you, Kyle.

My installation went great. Robert was very informative and worked great around the house and was really nice to my family. The equipment is awesome and easy to understand. After a rough start, primarily due to some scheduling issues on Vivint's side, Supervisor, Carolyn, redeemed the confusion caused by the scheduling mishap, by organizing things a compensating our family for our troubles, accordingly. Vivint was able to fully regain my family's confidence and trust in them and their top quality reputation by sending a top notch technician - Mr. **. Mr. ** listened to our concerns, was very attentive to details and thorough with our install. He asked pertinent questions throughout the process and provided tremendous customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Vivint!

Simon ** did an excellent job. He even came back the next day to fix the doorbell camera because it went offline. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail during the installation. Everything secure and well set-up.

Installation was very professional, timely and the tech was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in training us on this easy-to-use system. The system and the app is very user-friendly. I like the month-to-month agreement and it is priced very competitively with other monitored systems. The entire installation was completed in three hours.

The person that came was perfocial but he did not listen to the customer request and needs. He also didn’t ask where we want the screen where the cameras are. He was charging us more than what we should have been. Joey salesperson was great. So far the equipment is working and we like the service

They got right to point. Got us in. Got us set up with little to no mess at all! They walked me through everything fast and easy and said if anything happens give them a call. So called and they answered right away and I was able to talk to real person! I will recommend this company for home security system to anyone.

This product has been great so far and I do appreciate it being installed the day of move-in. I feel safe and secure with this product. I have not had any problems and the 3 doors I have in the home are secure. I would recommend this security system to everyone.

Timely and a quick installation. Technician was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and the technician to my family, friends and neighbors. Based on the service of my previous provider and a recommendation by a family member I decided to make the switch. So far I am happy with the choice I made. For price of equipment and the ability to configure a system to my current needs and the ability to upgrade as my needs change sold me on this company. While trying to leave my previous company they did all they could to get me to stay, since I had been a customer for the past 12 years. However they deal they purposed was too little and too late.

My husband and I recently moved into a new house in a new town. For my peace of mind we decided to get a security system and after many recommendations we went with Vivint. We had Chris P. come to our house and he was the best. He sat with me to go over everything so I would feel comfortable. He took his time and was patient with all of my questions. With everything we had set up, we are extremely happy with our service and will be referring to our friends and family.

Vivint sent Tim out to do our install. He was here all day which I didn’t expect but appreciated. He was extremely professional and direct which I liked. He was very patient with my 2 year old son wanting to watch him and ask questions all day. He streamlined all the equipment and had everything up and running before I knew it. I would definitely recommend to people looking for an upgraded security system.

The camera was awesome, the salesman Antonio was phenomenal and respectful, the price was a little high, but he was able to accommodate me to get me exactly what I wanted and needed for the right price! The young lady that installed it was highly professional and answered all our questions. She explained everything very well and we got it all at a great price!

Expert advise positioning equipment and programming the smart home settings and assisting my wife and I setting up the app on our cell phones and explaining how to use it. Brandon was awesome! He did a great job at explaining the system and making sure we were happy with things. At the end of the appointment, we decided that we would really benefit from one additional camera. Of course we felt awful because he had already packed up all of his equipment, but he was more than happy to pull back out what he needed and get to the fourth camera installed for us. Having a visual of the outside of your home, gives such peace of mind!

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and was informative on what needed to be done to get the cameras in the positions that I was wanting. I feel safer in my home, because now I have a deterrent that will actually be a threat to any intruder. Not having to open my door to see who’s there and be able to talk to them without actually exposing myself to them. I think it is very protective. This is a wonderful system. It’s not that expensive and it gives me the assurance of safety and a comfortable feeling while I’m at home.

He demonstrated what to do when certain situations can occur and how the system helps you in crisis. He was very informative and covered everything to put my mind at ease. Technician Steve was Professional, fast, efficient and respectful. On time and got straight to work. Explained procedure, answered all questions. Walked me through everything that was done and equipment. He was patient with walking me through system and answering questions. Technician gave me honest opinions about placement of cameras, then explained why.

It was very helpful. I felt that by following the instructions from the installer that I shouldn't have to pay for the installation fee. This was a reconnection and by following his instructions were helpful I felt that the cost was a bit much.

Today l had a wonderful experience. A technician knock on my door to install my system. His name was Victor. He was the most polite and professional person I've met lately. I will tell all my friends and family to choose this company to secure their home. Thanks Vivint. Thumbs up 👍.

Finding and selecting a home security company can be difficult without some kind of guidance. I had seen ads for a few companies but couldn’t find one that best suited my needs. I made a quick choice and decided to get a quote from Vivint. It took maybe 10 minutes max for the sales rep to find a package right for me and with the pricing they offered, it sounded great. I was nervous, thinking cost vs quality. But the equipment and quality went beyond expectations. The person who came to install was friendly, respectful, and personable. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for home security.

Everything was great. Travis the installer was awesome. He was very thorough about going over everything with my alarm system before starting the process. He was prompt and made sure I didn’t have any questions during the entire process. Travis was great! Also, the original person that I spoke with over the phone to set everything up was awesome. His name is Josh. The company should be excited about having these two employees.

Excellent experience with the installer. He was very patient and did a very good job. Hopefully this camera system will pay itself off. The salesman was great. He did a very good job on telling me about the system so that is the main reason why I decided to go with it. Vivint should be very pleased with both the salesman and the installer because to me they both were outstanding and did a very good job. I will spread the news and try to tell my neighbors about the system and hopefully can make them change or get the system also.

I absolutely love this system!! It’s so easy to customize and the accuracy of the equipment is top-tier! It’s really a security system like no other!!! I’ve only had it for a day and I know I’m keeping the service. The sales guy was professional and helpful. And the tech was very thorough. The installation is so quick and easy too!! I love it.

The control panel would not link to my wifi and now I have a hotspot that I have to leave plugged into my wifi router. It took a long time to get everything installed. I cannot log into the app as it only allows a log in- No registration option and I did not receive any information on how to set up our account through the app. As of right now we can only control things with the panel inside the house. Boo. Also, didn’t have the key pad for the door or the smoke detector. So they have to come back out a different day to install but couldn’t tell us when. Just said sometime next week. This entire process has given me a headache.

We had finished our initial 4 year contract and terminated the service. Due to a change in circumstances, we needed to restart our service. Vivint was very helpful and got us back up and going with no issues. Our only complaint is that we had to pay for all the monitoring services and could not choose only the one we needed. Bright side was that we only needed to sign up for one year of service at a time.

The rep that installed the system was very professional and prompt. He answered all of our questions. We were satisfied with the work he provided. He showed up on time and explained what the process would be and did just that. Can't say anything negative at this point. They delivered what was discussed.

Derek was exceptionally informative and polite during the install. He kept me up to date to each part of the process. Very thorough with the training of how to use the equipment. And cleaned up after himself more than expected. Overall, my experience with Derek and Vivint security, is easily a 10/10!

Great service, products, and customer service. The Service technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. He was on time for the appointment. I received a call ahead of time to be notified that he was arriving. I would recommend Vivint to anyone who needs dependable surveillance and security/alarm service. Spending money on home security is like buying insurance, you hope you never use it. I had been on the fence about investing in a security but after meeting the sales rep (Damian) and his low pressure approach I was able to build a system I wanted. The keys for me were the cellular redundancy, ease of use, camera quality and I didn’t know it at the time but the installer (Ronen) was the most professional, most patient and most trusted service person I have ever worked with. I don’t like spending money where I don’t find value, this is not the case with Vivint. Thank you.

The Tech worked hard and completed the job in great fashion, and also explained the system simply and thoroughly. The Tech explained an array of Services available on security plan and I upgraded because the services fitted my needs well. The tech went the extra mile to complete the job. The job was well done.

Our technician, Connie, showed up on time, was very professional, She is the best technician that’s ever installed anything in my home. She was Smart, knew everything about every question we had. Signing up was easy. Install was quick. All questions was answered. John show me how to use the system, check all sensors and make sure all was working. The installation was done with expertise and quickly. I would recommend in a heartbeat. I’m just learning how to operate the system. There is nothing else to say except that I was satisfied with the whole experience. The gentleman was very curious.

I was an customer with ADT up until July of last year. That's when I became an Vivint customer. Worst mistake ever. I was told they would buyout my contract with ADT which they didn't and I had to pay. So I said why stay with them and they are dishonest. So I went back to ADT. Got ready to get an reinstall and guess what? The tech that installed for Vivint took all my equipment so I couldn't get my install today and guess what? Vivint I gotta get all new equipment that I have to pay for cause your guys took my **. Not an honest company at all. I hate people that lie and steal.😒🙄

I was very impressed with the tech guy and the rep, both were very kind and respectful… Both had answers to all my questions. They took their time explaining everything to me and my husband. They were not rushing me while I asked my questions. I would recommend both these men to friends and family…. And I am loving the new system also far.

Our sales guy Akram was great to his time and talked us through everything and what happens when we moves since we are military. He helped us pick exactly what we needed and even keep us updated on when the technician was going to show up. Overall very happy with the experience!

The good, the bad, and the ugly. The equipment is good, the customer service is lacking honesty when it comes to replacing worn out equipment using the equipment replacement service that customers pay 10 dollars a month for. I have been a customer for over 14 years, I'm still received the run around and fake stories about why I can't get a replacement for a defective camera. The notes will disappear, and if you get a customer service rep from overseas most will start to speak broken English and report your problems in a whole different way than you explained to them. Example: I have an defective outdoor camera for a year now, I made so many complaints I can't count, the hook is Vivint wants me to upgrade instead of replacement, the techs who take the complaints won't leave notes about the problems, I did get a 46 dollar credit, this was placed as a software problem, and was supposed to be sent to the tech department.

I took over this system from the previous homeowners. What a mistake! I have RING at my other house and so much better! Every time I call support they can't fix the problem or want to send me “free” tech if I just agree to pay them more per month. Dishonest, incompetent…shady at best.

Great job with the installation. Installer took the time to train me on setup and usage of alarms. Meet all our expectations on the alarm system features. System is easy to alarm and a big improvement over previous system. Love the tie in with the garage door. My wife will be thrilled at the ease of usage.

A technician came to install some equipment the other day, but he didn't finish the job properly. He left some of the equipment loose and didn't say anything about needing to leave to get something from a coworker. He never returned, which was very unprofessional. I'm not happy with the service I received.

My parents are in their 70's, and has been paying for several years auto draft from their bank. We have called over a month ago, about some issues and NOBODY came to fix it or called. My husband and I moved in to help with my mother as she is sick. We moved the motion detector and unplug the alarm box and nobody called us about it. We called to cancel and they will not allow us to cancel even though all detectors and alarm was completely paid for, and we were told they would still draft their payment. So we had to go and stop ALL payments at the bank. These are elders and they are taking advantage of the elders. We will be in contact with our lawyers.....

The young man and young lady that came and installed the cameras they were awesome. They did an excellent job installing the cameras. They did not leave They did an excellent job installing the cameras. They did not leave a mess and everything looks nice and professional and They explained step-by-step how the system works. Great customer service. Salesman and his installation team were very friendly and professional. The only issue I have is I got white cameras and my house has a dark exterior. Wish you could pick other colors to better match your exterior and not have the cameras stick out like a sore thumb.

Very happy with the low price and the fact that it will never raise unless I add more equipment. Also the lowering significantly in 5 years is nice as well. They also installed very quickly and within the same day. The technology also works better than the ones received from my previous security company.

First, they promised us continuous recording and continuous monitoring. Vivint does neither of those things. The price tag on the service they don't provide is quite hefty as well. Second, is ridiculous that they can only fix their equipment by using my cellphone. The account is under my husband's name, phone number, email, and verbal password. My husband does not have a cell phone, so the technician refused to fix their camera that is faulty. The early termination fee is worse than paying off the security hardware. We are stuck paying for faulty equipment until the contract is up. Speak of contract, Vivint swears to be the best service, yet our stuff was still broken into, and wasn't recorded when it was in full view of the camera. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone use this service.

Technician was very kind and professional. He was very patient with my questions. He assisted me in completing online forms. He was very clear and patient as he explained how the Vivint works. If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give an infinite amount! Excellent service.

At the beginning of our conversation we were told we were on a recorded line. When being informed about the contract, I was told it was gonna cover my deposit for my light and gas, so I decided to continue with the contract I was told I wasn’t gonna have. I was unobligated to keep the contract. If I didn’t want it I can cancel at 3 to 5 months. I asked more than once or at the two week grace and now when I am installed, and the installer came, he told me I was obligated to a five-year contract. I know at the end of this. I am not obligated to sign a contract, but I feel that they should be telling you the truth and not trying to manipulate you.

I have been very pleased so far with Vivint. There was a slight miscommunication with the sales rep initially as to all of the charges, however, that was cleared up quickly. As for installation, the tech Shawn was amazing. He was very thorough, took his time and even stayed late to make sure the job was completed that day.

The service tech and the salesman were both professional. Met all my needs. Add an appointment with the salesman to show up at 3:30. He was here on time straight to business. When everything was completed he asked if I wanted a tech to show up this evening. I said yes and within an hour and a half a tech was here. Two hours after that I was up and running. Very pleased.

The tech Chris was on time, informative and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain every detail and made the whole process very easy for me. Also, Chris went over all the equipment options but never pushed anything on me. He gave me the details and allowed me to make the best choice for my family's needs. I would recommend Vivint to friends and family.

Our salesperson was friendly, upfront, and honest. He answered all of my questions honestly with nothing to wonder. He inquired about my needs and expectations, and fit a plan to meet my budget and security expectations. Technician Brian ** was great. He went over our service plan and asked if there was anything else we might want. Clearly explained what he was doing, equipment, and how it would be different from what we’ve had.

Ryan was awesome. He communicated with me prior to the appointment. Once he arrived we did the walk through && I realized I wanted to make some adjustments. Ryan was accommodating and patient. The setup is exactly how I wanted and I look forward to getting more equipment in the future.

The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Installation and explanation were great. The cameras, door camera and window sensors are working to my expectations. This will provide more security and me and my wife to feel safer. The techs cleaned any mess, from installation, that was made. The system, so far, is easy to understand and easy to work.

Very professional and efficient. Install was quick, all of my questions were answered and I felt valued. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get outside cameras because of how my apartment is situated but I still will recommend Vivint to all my family and friends. Installation with Nick out of Nashville was a breeze. On time and efficient. The Vivint system is very user friendly and love that you can control everything from the app including toggling from different alarms. Payment plan is a plus so are panic buttons on the controller screen. Thank you, Nick, much appreciated!

Very friendly and quick installation. Brandon, the install technician was excellent and very efficient. They had an opening sooner than my appointment date, had I not been working the next couple days I would have definitely taken them up on that offer. Unfortunately, they did not have a yard sign however, they are supposed to get more in and are going to bring me one this week. Highly recommend.

Super happy to have the system installed and the install tech was great, the reason for the low rating as of right now is the next day essentially nothing was speaking with the security panel anymore and since then it seems like multiple things are disconnecting daily. We’re having a tech back out to confirm why this is happening.

My in-home Vivint consultation was thorough and informative. The rep (Spencer) chose products that were in my best interest without up-charging or selling me things I don’t need. Hi! I have a Vivint system that was installed and everything that was provided to me was all lies. Sincerely I don’t recommend this company at all. Every time I call first very hard to understand them…. Very hard to get a manager on the line. Very rude customer service team. They have no respect and no loyalty whatsoever. I was told that I was getting so many cameras, so many sensors and motion, etc. and that didn’t happened. I’m still missing a camera that never received. Every month is a problem with my payments. Every month I’ve been charged a different amount so I had to cancel my credit card. And filed two fraudulent claims. Then I started paying thru my bank eBill and for whatever reason my payments were posted late and being charged late fees.

We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Vivint. When we updated our equipment, they never disclosed that we were being locked into a new contract. To our surprise, we were later forced to pay the remaining cost of the contract, which felt unfair and deceptive. On top of that, the harassment is relentless. They bombard you with calls, texts, and mail, which makes the whole experience even worse. Dealing with Vivint has been stressful, and we regret ever choosing their service. Be cautious if you’re considering them—they’re not transparent about their terms.

Vivint has taken incredible care of our family. The techs were incredible, respectful of our home, and privacy. Installation fast and easy, it took less than 2 hours. It would have gone much faster, but I'm a conversationalist, and the techs were great company. :) Customer service was out of this world. Went above and beyond to make sure our experience is great. Thank you To Summer and Josh for making this a seamless process! I’m also quite pleased with the updated equipment.

I love it. It works great minus the doorbell camera, I’ve had it for a couple days & everyday, it goes offline… that’s probably the only part I don’t like, so far so good. Our installer was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He alone gets five stars just for being awesome. The system is both sophisticated and user friendly at the same time. We’re really happy with it. We also appreciate that it comes with so many customizable options for installation, usage and security based on our needs. There are a ton of different ways to connect the security system to our needs (like window options, options for all outside doors, surveillance on all sides of the house, etc).

The gentleman was nice very thorough with his experience. Explained that the sensors in our rooms no longer working only one in a bedroom. Also let us know how to use the panel and app on our phone. He also let us know that the rooms have names so he couldn’t really know which sensor was working due to previous owner name the rooms.

Salesman pushy and said anything to get sale. The real terms aren't available for you until the equipment is installed. I was told I had 60 days to change my mind. I only had 3 and stuck now and wasn't aware of contract. Vivint doesn't care that I feel robbed and not want any of it. They only care that they have you under contact. I mailed the equipment back even tho they don't accept it. I don't want the reminder of being tricked into $4K of equipment. I'm angry with myself for not having the police remove the salesman from home and believing anything he said.

Install guy was very nice and informative. Install was fast and efficient. He made a hole in the wall without checking for studs so he had to make another hole somewhere else. Now there's an useless hole in my wall. He only cleaned up part of the wall debris that was created. The app to the service is not good. It gives me two notifications every time my doorbell detects someone.
