Sales rep Andrew ** is a solid rep in his field. His knowledge and expertise secured my vote to continue with Vivint even though I was let down by vivint and still am not happy with them. He is the only reason I'm currently with vivint. Take care of your reps, and promote them accordingly.

My Sales rep, Riley, was great with helping me get started with what I needed and explained everything very well. Pro Tech Tommie was amazing with setting everything up and installed. Tommie walked me through all of the functions and capabilities of the cameras and app. Both gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. Cameras that were installed are very clear and app is user friendly.

Vivint is transparent with their services, prices, and equipment. Customer service has been excellent and thorough. Installation was timely and technician was also thorough with explanations of use. Pricing and cost was clear and all fees disclosed freely. Contracts and agreements are sent immediately via email. Product quality is terrific. Images are clear.

I absolutely loved how nice Simon the insulator that installed my camera was very very professional and very nice. I highly appreciated him and his courtesy and teaching me how to do everything right it was very nice of him and I absolutely love the camera. It is such a good quality camera. I also would recommend Vivint to anybody that is willing to listen. I hope I can get more people connected with them. They’re absolutely wonderful and knowing that my house is protected from smoke and carbon monoxide is a big relief and knowing I have an alarm in my house works very well. Makes me a lot at ease, I couldn’t ask for a better company to have came and installed my system and their product. It’s amazing. Everyone should have one at their house. Thank you guys very much. My installation technician Jason ** was super awesome!!!! Very friendly, very informative and extremely knowledgeable on the products! If I didn’t work for Primerica, I would send everyone I know to him! Best guy out there! So far I’m extremely happy with the ease and access to my cameras and super stoked for the peace of mind a home security system gives me. Never had one before and I am super excited to finally have one!

My first time wasn’t good because every rep I had came with different instructions and promos. Working with John the maintenance man always went above and beyond to help me and give me the best deals. He made sure I was very satisfied with how everything worked. He exceeded the expectations tremendously I would recommend him to anyone.

The guy that offer me the equipment was very polite and professional, he was so nice. He took the time to explain to me and my husband everything about the camaras and the plan and prices to see wich one can we afforit. He was so helpful and at the time they installed the cameras he came up here to the house to make sure that we don’t have any questions about it.

Daniel and Roger were the tech guys that installed my alarm system. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable with installation and the alarm system. They spent extra time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the alarm and doorbell. Thank you very much for your assistance. Jordan ** was so nice and explained everything when visiting with me to explain about Vivint and their products. When she could not answer a question, she reached out to her manager, Tyler for help to answer all my questions. Very helpful employees.

I was very disappointed with the equipment that was installed. Worked when the man left then broke down afterwards. Couldn’t use the alarm for two days, three days. Can’t even remember now. I was with ADT for 15 years until the man came a knocking. Very good salesman Emmanuel. Very good technician, not getting off to a good start. I would like to get a huge discount for switching over and bad equipment and me not been able to use my alarm for 2 to 3 days on a brand new system. Please call me at **.

This system is horrible. If I hadn’t paid the the equipment outright, I would CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. If I can find another company that can override your equipment, I would pay without complaint. The system stays online for about 2 hours a day. To get help, is close to impossible.

Kris with Vivint is very professional, informative and considerate. Kris walked me through the entire process as he was installing my equipment. He managed to revised my account after a third party tried to sell me equipment I did not require. Very thankful for his service. I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family.

The tech was incredibly thorough in describing the products and capabilities of what the system could do. He mentioned features the initial sales person on the phone hadn’t and we were able to add and integrate more features. We love the ability to keep our kids and pets safe so seamlessly. Cannot wait to use our new system!

Tech was good, polite and knowledgeable. I hope the service is as good as I was told. Looking forward to feeling secure. I am excited to be able to talk to my dogs when I have to leave them at home. If I like it, I will recommend to my family and friends.

Damarion was very knowledgeable and personable. Great experience. Issac was knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure everything was done properly, which was greatly appreciated. Everyone’s demeanor was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. We used to have this service in a different city years ago and enjoyed it. The upgrades to these products is impressive and makes everything very user friendly.

Very helpful and very informative and friendly. He walk you through the process and make sure you understand everything your security system has to offer you. You also get to know the ins and outs of the company as well. Their friendly and spread through word of mouth which is very trustworthy because everyone looks at the reviews of the things they buy.

Justin did an excellent job with installing my equipment today (cameras, sensors, glass break, smoke detector and new door lock) as well as throughly explaining the ins and outs of the full install process from the paperwork, equipment, install and app set up. I would highly commend him on his customer service!

So, it was my Salesman's Marco's 1st Day on the job. He was So-Well prepared & knowledgeable about the system & All of its functions. I myself was in the market for a Security Camera. Within 30 minutes of me purchasing the system, there were 2 technicians at my door ready to install it. Service was good. Daniel took his time and explained every inch of the system. He was kind and respectful. We talked and he felt like he was a family member, loving and caring. We have only had the system for 24 hours, but the experience so far has been great. The installation yesterday was seamless, with all of my questions easily answered. Any mess created by necessary drilling was cleaned up by the team along the way. The user experience with the app itself has been solid; I have set up several smart automations with relative ease and they all seem to be working as intended.

We were able to talk to the Rep Gunner and he had an installation Technician at our house before we finished talking. Installation Technician was thorough and installed the system quick. Also appreciated him taking a job so late in the evening. We were sure if we’d have to make another appointment for the installation. Thanks for the upgrade and for an overall great experience.

The installation did take a long time but the Technician was very thorough. The tech was very personal and took care of my new home. The tech also took time to make sure we understand the system and even walked us through how to use it. Thank you for having such great Technician.

Donne our installer was awesome and very knowledgeable of the product and services. He did a thorough inspection of our property and gave us some advice on areas that we might want to consider to better cover our property. We couldn’t afford everything he suggested and it was nice to not be pressured into buying more than we could afford. He made the whole experience a pleasure. I would recommend Vivint to everyone.

Avi ** arrived at the expected time and reviewed my order with me. He explained all of the items that he would be installing and made sure I had the security package that fit my needs and my budget. He took his time to install all the equipment and demonstrated how the system works. After installing the equipment, completing the paperwork and doing a final walkthrough, Avi informed me of the referral program and answered all my questions. Amazing technician, very knowledgeable, thorough and got me the best deal for a great price.

The salesman and installation tech were extremely professional. I was previously with ADT for over 10 yrs. One would think that there would be a bit of appreciation for 10 yrs of loyalty. ADT refused partial assistance with upgrading my equipment and basically treated me like a new customer. Vivint not only made me feel like family, but also made me an offer I felt really good about.. The camera resolution on my mobile devices are outstanding. So far, I'm very happy with the move to Vivint. Feeling just as good when I switched from Xfinity! The experience from the sales rep to the installation has been fantastic. Joshua the installer went out of his way to repair an old doorbell chime. He didn’t need to do it but very much appreciated. It’s rare nowadays to have anyone do that for a customer. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

My partner and I could not be more thrilled with our purchase of the Vivint system. Several times we’d look at one another and go “this was a great purchase”. Having two kids and dogs this absolutely gives us peace of mind when we’re sleeping or away from the household. Tatsuro was so informative in letting us know our options of packages and exploring all possibilities of what the Vivint system could bring to our household. Jordan, who did our install, was very efficient and careful with our home as he installed everything. Both men were lovely, personable, informative and kind. We loved working with them!

I was extremely pleased with both the professionalism and customer service of both the sales associate and the installer. If the system is half as good as the service so far I will have no complaints. I was most interested in the electronic door lock and cameras. I would highly recommend to others.

VERY poor general customer service, but outstanding dedication to consumer support on the part of the transfer team. General customer service is in over their heads. Lost in the sauce for sure. In short: my ex and I split, she tried to get the system moved over to my name, I agreed, and the whole process took a crazy amount of time. She was the primary so I couldn't receive any info on the account despite being the homeowner and still living in the home. Thankfully my ex and I are amicable so I didn't have to worry about a scorned ex trying to enter my whole while having full control of my home's security system. General customer service gave me multiple instances of "Well try to call her maybe?" Imagine how well that would go over in an abuse situation. Absolutely ridiculous.

My Technician was on time, respectful, also was very knowledgeable. Any questions I had he answered. He also work very cleanly. Only issue I had I was quoted a price before service yet it wasn’t included in my price! Ended up adding more for my cost… beside that my installation was very successful.

The installer was on time, informative and gave accurate information. He didn’t do a rush job and he also cleaned up after himself. I’m very happy with the installation and I’ve also referred my daughter to place a order for herself and enjoy the services as well. I’m confident that I’ll be safe in and outside my home. I’m confident my personal belongings are safe and protected.

Same day service when installing was a breeze, everyone was very helpful and friendly. So far haven't had any issues with the system! I definitely would recommend it may be pricier but worth the quality! It has definitely been a lot easier to manage with everything on one app (cameras, thermostat, even our solar!)

The technician that installed my system explained everything in detail and always asked where I want everything to be installed at. He was very kind. He did fall through my ceiling and I am waiting for someone to call me about fixing that. He did not give me a number to call or what to do if no one calls. I was also told he was going to be install window and door sensors but I have some in place but was still change as if it brand new sensors were installed. Overall I am not satisfied with this experience. I am not happy with the hole in my bathroom ceiling.

David **, the sales rep was very kind and explained the entire system very well. The install guy, Alex was also pleasant and worked quickly on the install. He also explained how to work the system which seems to be fairly easy to do. It was a good experience! Was impressed on the cellular backup that comes with the Vivint system. And wasn't expecting immediate install.

This was a very quick process. Our sales guy gave us all of the information we needed. The technician came out and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending this company to family and friends. We are already loving the system. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg either!! The sales man and the technician were both very nice and professional. They both explained everything very well and answered the questions I had perfectly.

The technician came out and was immediately answered a personal phone call that took 10-15 minutes. He was very confusing when explaining anything and did not seem very knowledgeable when asked questions. He forgot a piece of equipment and rescheduled and never came out. When I reached out to customer service at about 3pm the day he was supposed to arrive, they were not helpful at all. Rescheduling with customer service was also a pain.

The amount of time they installed everything and made sure it was all set up was just amazing!! Nice team work you have there. Keep it up. It’s good to see people like that these days and don’t complain about their jobs! There were no issue or anything. Just GREAT!

Great work ethic, very knowledgeable. Respectful. Explained everything to the T. Explained the service and system well. Did a test run and made sure everything was understood. Gave good advice on what products to get in the future. Went into detail on all the products that I had purchased. Explained in detail the capabilities of each and every product.

After sitting with the tech William and speaking with the sales rep I am very happy with the service. It is by far higher pricing than others but the product and service is also much better. You pay for what you get, So if you want a $10 a month this is not it. I definitely would recommend them to everyone.

Horrible customer service! Can’t get no one to help or remove system. Bill you during a trial period. On phone for 1hr then disconnect you. Very disappointed. Reps aren’t educated on products. Sales rep will lie to get sale and not deliver on promises made.

Vivint Home Security was the best decision I’ve ever made! I feel safe and reassured knowing I have a well-protected security system in home. The installation was very professional and the technician was highly skilled and well knowledgeable on the equipment and services being provided. Any questions I had he answered in detail, and provided me with step-by-step instructions. I’m glad I chose Vivint!

There’s one thing when someone is just going through the motions of helping, but it's another when you actually feel that someone genuinely cares to help and make sure you are all set with what you paid for and more. Excellent service, and the technology is great! Price was amazing. The technician explained everything before install and made sure I was good with all prices, I did do some additional upgrades but it did not affect my bill. I’m satisfied with my service overall. Very happy to say I’m a Vivint customer.

Our salesman, Jin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He followed up with us when we had a communication error with the first installer. He specified our requests and scheduled a different installer When the installer didn’t show for our appointment, I called Vivint. They were very helpful. Jin showed up to find out about the installer issue. Jin was very professional and wanted to be sure that we were happy with our installation. When the installer arrived, Oliver worked with my son who is a carpenter regarding the best installation. Oliver was very helpful and listened to our needs and concerns. In fact, he recommended a key fob for me since I have physical issues.

This company is amazing.. They set my system up in a matter of hours. From the time I ordered it to completely installed was so easy. The guys that were here working were friendly and experienced. They explained everything very well. I’m extremely happy! I’m a single woman living alone and I feel very comfortable in my house now.

From the sales to the install the entire experience was quick and effortless. Everyone that I interacted with from Jordan and his trainee to the lead installer and his 2 technicians they delivered what was stated in the offer and completed everything in a timely and professional manner. I’m 100% satisfied but the best part is that we all feel safe in our home now thanks to Vivint. Safety Tip for installers. Be cautious leaving replaced batteries laying around especially when children are present. If ingested it could be fatal.

I needed to get a system. My family has always used the 3 letter folks. They alerted me for a fire and it minimized the property damage so I believe in fire and carbon monoxide monitoring. I know I didn't want the 3 letter folks but had no idea who the orange sign folks were. A representative named Mike was just standing there while I was super busy and irritated and not willing or ready to hear about a system. I ended up purchasing two. Easy to install, easy to navigate and the representatives and technicians have this golden relationship like a family. I was mind blown by each person I met. I met 4 great folks and I am determined to get more of my friends and family to try this great product. I know my home is secure and my girls are safe. I am glad I am part of this team now.

My sales agent Brendan ** was very nice. He is persistent which shows he loves what he does. I will admit, I am concerned that I was told the equipment was no charge and then I saw I was. Thus, my reason for my rating. Also, my former provider is still waiting for me to cancel my account, but I have not received my Vivint information. The alarm and thermostat work great, but talking through the camera is not the same as my previous service. Brendan told me everything thing I had would be the same with the new equipment.

Tony and Joe were AMAZING! Joe was very professional and knowledgeable in going over the options. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable in the installation and reviewing the equipment! I’m really happy with everything. I think they both went anbove and beyond! I’m excited to use my new safety equipment and the whole process was so easy.

This was great business from the company and their workers as the merchandise was bought & put up all within the same day with all access to be able to keep an eye on my home safely when no one is home. It makes me really comfortable to have this and thank you again.

Very quick & easy to set up, lower price than other systems with more features, customer service is fast, easy & readily available. They never waste my time or try to upsell me when I’m not interested. I have 3 cameras, thermostat, window & door sensors for $50 monthly where another system was going to charge me $65 per month for just sensors & 2 cameras.

Alec was very knowledgeable about explaining Vivint’s policies and answered all the questions my husband and I had about pricing. David did a great job installing our equipment. He explained every part of the procedure while he was doing it. When he was finished, he explained the system to us and was patient with all the questions we had.

The team was very professional and easy going. They were all easy to talk to and the same day services was convenient. They explained just about everything before we could even need to ask questions. They were also very patient as it came to having a child and dog running around.

My whole experience thus far has been nothing but negative none of the equipment works and they adamantly refuse to allow me to return it which has led me to file a report with the FTC and Report fraud on my credit scores. If I could give negative Stars I would. I've been trying to return the equipment and cancel the contract for over a month and keep getting hung up on. Told I can't do it and told I still owe more than $3,000 for equipment that does not and has not ever worked. Seeking legal advice now.

The technician was very polite and professional. He was so determined to clean up behind himself. I had to instantly clean up so he wouldn’t have to do it. His mannerism was exactly.. Everything works well my camera shows very clear. The tech took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Vivint!

So far everything has been great. We are hoping it will do what we want it to once we figure out how to use everything. The app doesn’t seem to be very user friendly so far but that could just be the new factor for us. We will see how it turns out.

Installer was very detailed with answering all my questions, giving professional recommendations that fit our personal needs, and made us feel like we were getting the best customer service possible. We had been with the same security provider for over 10 years, but we are glad we made the decision to make the switch.

Very fast and friendly workers. Would totally recommend to anyone wanting cameras in their home. They talk you through everything and are very understanding. The prices are very good for all the things we got! It was a very fast process took about 2 hours and loved everything, very well put together.

It was okay. Don’t really know what else to say. The installer did a nice job of making sure we were okay with the sales guy just pushed it on to us. Being forced to do this to get you guys to stop harassing me is annoying.

I had Vivint for many years, and I loved it. Due to finances we switched to bundle our security with our cable. Biggest mistake I made. The quality was horrible and I lost access to my door, garage door and a panel that showed me who was at the front door. I missed vivint. So when Saxon showed up at our door, I was ready to sign right back up! They installed same day and I am already happier with all the features and having access to things I had lost with my cable company.

Adam and his team convinced me to get a system for my parents house. I loved that I received 2 medical Alert necklaces. Now I have peace of mind and I can check on my parents at anytime visually, now! No matter where I am!!!! Wait until you see the Vivint Camera quality.

The young man had a good sense of explaining the home security plus he went over the details twice to explain to my daughter how the security system work. Furthermore, the man came out to install. The security system was very friendly and knew how to set up the system plus, explain everything we need to know..

Both the representatives and installer were courteous, respectful and informative. I was amazed at how quickly Zach got the system installed, cleaned up after, and explained the system thoroughly. I feel much more secure in my home now and am so glad I don’t need to worry about porch pirates anymore. I will be recommending Vivint to friends and co-workers.

The battery died in glass break in a few months and the outside camera is not working! I am unable to find where the camera is plugged in the house. They insist it is plugged in and would like someone to look at the notes to see exactly where it’s plugged in. So please call me if you can help me.

My sales rep was Ethan and he was an amazing sales rep! 10/10. I didn’t catch my techs name, but he was a 10/10! He worked around small kids and was so patient!! I have not used the security equipment to too much as I’m new to it, but so far so good. Everything works perfectly. My tech showed me exactly how the app worked and the security thing on the wall.!

Our installer Alex was great. He explained how everything worked and was very efficient. He explained pricing, offered multiple add on packages for better use of the system, and walked us through the process. Alex made the whole process super easy as this was our first home and our first security system. Overall it was a great experience.

Connie was the consummate professional. She explained everything on what she did as she installed all of the equipment. Unfortunately my garage door opener didn't work out, but she took the time to thoroughly make sure that it didn't work out. I recently had the pleasure of getting my Vivint home security system installed, and I must say that the entire process was incredibly smooth. From start to finish, Vivint's professional installation service exceeded my expectations. Here's why:

Gabriel was very professional, helpful and polite. He was very efficient, not wasting time, and told me if I ever needed anything explained to just let him know which I appreciated. He told me what he was doing and where he was going in the house before doing so to make sure it was ok. Had a great experience with setting up a security system for my home. Shane was informative, pleasant and fast! He knew what would work best and shared his ideas from cameras to window break sensors. Sales - Juan was great. Explained everything. Install man - my wife said he was great as well. I wasn't home for the install. Jen said that the install tech went over everything. Juan went into great detail about all the products. He showed us the value in what products we purchased. H

The salesperson used pressure sales tactics and now I regret signing up. I told him I can’t afford any other bills. He ignored it. I told him I wanted to wait to have the system installed so that I could talk it over with my sons. He ignored it. I will now be getting a No Trespassing sign.

Tyrone ** was very detail in describing about the system, friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. 10 out of 10. The team that came to hook up the system was friendly and fast. A plus in my book since it was after 7pm. I don't remember his name but very helpful in showing me how the system works and the best part he changed my lock to match my bottom lock so I didn't have to make more keys 10 out of 10 across the board. Will recommend to everybody.

A Vivint sales person did a very effective sales presentation and my wife and I decided to go ahead with a purchase and install. That is when the following problems became obvious. 1. The sales person had NO city license to sell door to door. I should not have let him in our house. 2. Both the installer that came later and the salesperson are not actually Vivint full time employees but were part of your 2-3 week summer college she sales force that are Commission based pay. This is stupid.

Install was great. But even though I had in writing my concern with Justin in Sales that the proposal did not include the three agreed upon hardwired cameras. He assured me in writing it did. So after approximately one hour going back’ n forth they increased the purchase price by nearly $100 and an increase in a few months by over 5%. They are going to raise the monitoring price by the higher price after honoring the agreed upon price for several months (but that’s based on me trusting AGAIN). We will see.

The rep I had was a cool guy and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t oversell what I didn’t need and gave me what worked best for my house needs. The tech I had was also super cool, it was a clean setup and instructions were straightforward. Super friendly and great conversations.

Excellent job, professional install. Equipment is durable. Love all of the hidden features. Crystal clear cameras. Easy to use for old people without much tech savvy. I have been searching for a new alarm system, and have been very pleased with not only the sales rep but the installation as well. I love the new security system… I feel more comfortable while I’m away at work, even when I’m home asleep. I have two boys so they are always outside. Now I can watch them from inside the house while they play outside. I love the fact I can arm and disarm the system by my iPhone. I love that feature.

Technician did good job of installing and cleaning up. Wish couple of our outdoor cameras would be placed differently. Not what I expected. Lack of communication with Sales team, clarification on some things - rates, etc. Technically, I didn’t get the discount, I only received the discount due to “it’s on sale.” Currently, I am struggling to figure out our camera system. It’s not working the way I expected it to.

The sales rep was friendly, funny, and very informative. He reviewed all the products with us to make sure we purchased what we needed and walked the property to talk about best camera placements. The technician was available within half an hour to install and was quick and efficient. He even offered to clean up before he left.

I like my security system, however I wished when I initially called that you representative could have explained it better. I didn't know I would be taking out a loan for equipment. I don't want to buy this equipment. Also your rep explained that my payments would be 59.99. I think more training is needed. I would appreciate if a manager would call me.

We love this system. It was a quick, easy and clean installment. The camera quality is great, audio 2 way is something we never had and now something we wouldn’t live without. Arm, disarm is simple and easy. Knowing we have Vivint monitoring and the ability to alert the authorities is peace of mind!

My Sales experience was good. I liked Britton. He came off as helpful and friendly. Not pushy. Explained some of the products. Showed me a video demo. I was sold right away. I have ADT but tired of the constant buffering and slow video feeds. My installer was great too. We got installed same Day. You cannot beat that.

Service was quick and easy to start. Walked me through step by step to get the existing unit in the house started up for service and was able to get everything connected. Took the time to troubleshoot the problem we had connecting the Nest system to the home security, was extremely patient and helpful.

I had a lot of issues with third party financing. I also was not told when setting up the initial appointment for installation that there was going to be added paperwork and time required. I had reviewed this previously with the service that we were using through the concierge and I had provided all my information to him as well as my credit card information, so the first schedule was a little bit challenging.

The service I receive was excellent And the time the spent explaining and the helping they provide. I really enjoyed Will ** and his his technician Austin. I usually ignore salespeople like will but I listen to him and asked questions and I was sold. I hope to enjoy customer service like I did salesperson and technician.

Had Vivint security installed into my home. Good deal on the services and equipment’s monthly payments. Sales rep was informative and not real pushy. However, the technician installing the equipment took 4 and a half hours from 7pm to 11:30pm. He should have had an extra hand to help get it completed in a timely matter. Other than that, the product and service works great.

The guys that pitched their equipment and install were extremely professional and did quality work. They walked us through the process of everything and made sure we understood fully how to use everything before leaving. The quality of the equipment is amazing, the picture and sound on the cameras is high end. Highly recommend!

Our sales rep was great. He explained everything and was very detailed and straightforward. Our installer made an error and placed a sensor on the wrong door. When I called to get it corrected, they wanted me to just move the sensor myself. This is why I am not giving a 5 star review.

The security guy was great and answering the questions and explaining the products. The installer guy was great and fast, he ask where we wanted the control panel/ cameras and explained how to work everything and when he was done he clean up behind himself. I'm still waiting to hear from the solar panel guy, since that was one of the options I was interested in. I still haven't heard from the solar panel guy yet.

Signing up and having the installation done was seamless. Great team of people! They are very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I absolutely love my Vivint equipment. Having a smart thermostat is so convenient and I feel so much safer with my alarm system and cameras. I love the spotlight feature, the whistle when someone approaches, and the quality of the camera video. The install was done the same day which was even more convenient and I was able to get in touch with my rep easily.

My rep came out to my house to let me know what they had going on. I was in a rush. He was awesome & came back the next day when I thought I’d be home. Well, my day was much longer than anticipated. He came back though a few hours later after the sun already went down and we sat down and talked about the Vivint services compared to my current provider. I was so impressed with the 4K quality of service & the technological advances in their products. They made mine look ancient. The sales rep was outstanding. My technician came out that evening to install everything & he was equally outstanding. I spent an hour just playing with the app & new system & got it set-up perfect. I’m already so happy I made the switch! Thank you Vivint!!

10/10 would recommend. I can now sleep with my feet out from the blankets in peace and harmony without fear of the boogie man getting me at night because I live in the ghetto. My REM cycle has improved thanks to Vivint.

Joe was in the neighborhood and signed us up for new service. He was friendly and helpful. After signing us up for Vivint the install guys showed up. The next day we had some issues with where the camera was placed above our garage. Another group of install guys came out and helped fix it.

Terrible service, I'm getting threatening emails about payment on account yet I can't talk to a person. Not sure what problems is but Vivint is no help. Don't use this company. They send out recorded messages but no person is available for help. Do not use this company

Installation tech was friendly and informative. He very professional and patient. Only problem I had was salesman said I would be able to take system down and move it. This would be impossible do to the drilling that's was involved. Wife is satisfied with the system. She likes the protection. Just think should inform that there would be some drilling and wires.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve been trying since 3/20/24 to cancel this account and it’s still not cancelled. First, I was told that I had to wait 7 business days for my payment to process. I called back on 3/29/24 then I was told they couldn’t cancel the account because I had one more billing cycle. I called back on 4/8 and was told that I needed to send a written request to cancel. I sent the written request on 4/8/24. I also made another payment on 4/8/24 but I received another billing statement. I called on 5/2/24 and was told that it takes 30 days (after receiving my cancellation notice) to cancel the account. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve had in canceling an account. The billing hasn’t stopped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Kam was very professional and very knowledgeable. If I asked a question he knew what the answer was. He explained everything really well. The installer was great as well. He listened to my concerns and and suggestions and also answered all of my questions with knowledge and professionalism. He also stayed late to make sure the installation was done right and complete.

I’ve wrote 3 emails to company about problems with my devices and app, only for them to initially show concern with nothing back for over a month. Before this, I was having technical difficulties that no one in IT could figure out after hours on the phone. Luckily I was able to combine information that 3 different employees told me to get my issues resolved. For the amount of issues I’ve had with little to no help from the company versus what I pay, not worth it.

Equipment is looking great and equipment installer was very friendly and helpful. The cameras are also very on point and working better than the products I had before. I’m looking forward to the possible incidents and crimes this alarm will capture or prevent. Thank you again Vivint for being communicating my needs to the tech and the techs great work for addressing my needs such as camera angles.

I am not good with names. I think the young man's name was Jimmy. I do remember when asked his age, he said 21. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was pushy in try to sell his product. He is a great asset to your company. Let's hope you can keep up with his standards.

Overall pricing was very reasonable and competitive in comparison to peer companies. Highly recommend using Vivint and James in particular as the installer.

Bought a house just last week. Few weeks before closing, Utility Concierge set me up with Vivint after giving me a quote on the monthly cost and what would be included with it. I thought the Vivint pro would just do the installation and set me up with the payment. But instead, the pro came into the house completely unaware that Utility concierge set me up with them already. Then upon telling him that I already spoke with Utility concierge, he gave me two quotes and both were significantly more in cost than what I was quoted before. I felt pressured and put on spot into deciding (without any prior notification) and risking not having the installation happen on that day.

The Vivint technician, Eric was amazing and friendly. He provided me with ample information and his professional expertise. I love Vivint products! I have a doorbell and a few cameras alongside motion, glass break, and window sensors. The hub and app are extremely user friendly and the protection is unmatched.

The technician, Seth, was in good spirits and very good at what he does. He answered all my questions and walked me through everything step by step. His countenance shined above all else. I really appreciate his patience and understanding. He was great. He did not leave until everything was installed and working properly, he also made sure I understood everything before he left. The whole experience was great. I’m glad to be working with a company that employs folks like Seth and Pierre. I appreciate them Both.

The installation went very well. He was very nice and down to earth. He answered all my questions and showed me how to work the system. He placed the camera in very good location and set up my screen in a place that I could live with since it did not come on a stand.

My car got stolen and I called Vivint to set up a doorbell camera, and an outside camera with flood light. I told the agent that the whole point of getting the security system was for the camera outside and the flood light. The agent agreed and told me what to pay and what to expect moving forward. When the technician got out to my home, he said there was only the doorbell and tried to charge me $800 upfront for the outside camera. They weren’t able to remedy this for me so now I just have the doorbell.

Robbie the salesman was charismatic and professional. He walked me through the perks of having a Vivint security system. The installer was prompt and friendly which made the process much easier for us to grasp. I am enjoying the doorbell camera as well as the security cameras that were installed. I feel much safer.

Very thorough installation. The technician went above and beyond and was flexible with camera installation. I needed a camera placed in a location in my backyard. After looking at the layout it would work better to have the camera near the second floor window. The technician was able to do the install from a higher distance.

I am not satisfy with the technician’s quality of work. 1) My basement door is unable to lock after sensor was installed. Unacceptable. 2). Technician did not informed me that door cannot lock. I found out after he was gone. 3). Camera installed in back of house has no light. 4). Unable to install the ring door bell. So I had to remove this from my order.

Vivint did same day installation and the time was not a concern to the salesman or the installation technician. If you are not able to be home during working hours, Vivint will work around your schedule. Also, every person that worked with me was very professional, helpful, and courteous. There’s a good reason why this company is currently on the rise.

No issues, professional install, technicians were courteous. Explained and showed how to use and set up the devices. Installation was low impact like you didn’t know they were there. When they were done they cleaned up. Said to call if there are any issues. System looks really good, security lights and garage door can now be turned on and off with mobile device.

My overall encounter was okay. The install was great but the confusion of the equipment and the amount owed was a bit frustrating. The rep and I agreed on what I wanted for as the equipment and the amount but the next day they said it would be 300.00 dollars more because someone didn’t add the door camera.

The entire demo and installation process was very quick and easy to understand. I had been wanting to install a security system at my home but did not have all the information I wanted so when the sales rep came by and answered all my questions, I knew Vivint was perfect for my family.

Very patient in explaining cost and financing. Several options and choices of product available. Once product was installed, which was very fast, function was well explained. All our questions were answered. Crew was polite and patient in answering all of our questions. We had hands on practice. Great crew!

Mine and my husband’s experience was amazing! From the regional manager and his partner to the installer who’s only been with them for 1 week which was OUTSTANDING! The sellers were very informative and professional but the man I forget his name who installed our equipment was so well mannered and polite I was so impressed, he also had another co worker come help with the last part of installation and he was extremely informative and friendly. I already had a lot of the equipment installed in my home when I bought it. Re-activation was quick and easy and they didn’t lock me into a long term contract, I could cancel at any time. Monthly monitoring rate was inexpensive as well, overall I have had a very good experience with Vivint!

I have Vivint at home and now in my business. Aron their tech was on time, knowledgeable and super nice. He was able to get me online in no time and made great recommendations that I hadn’t thought of. Customer service rep was also a rockstar answering all my concerns right away. I had no intentions of purchasing the Vivint Security System. Being retired, my funds did not align with the cost. However, after the salesperson, Emanuel, showed me the package that aligned with my needs and answered all my questions and/or concerns. I made the decision to purchase. Tyrone was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He was patient with our questions (answering them immediately) and tried his best to allay our concerns. Mocking was our install tech. He was quick and efficient (same day as signing up for Vivint) and helped us get started using the system. Both were professional and personable!

I would highly recommend this security system for your house. Technicians were professional and worked quickly to get the equipment up and working. They were really great at showing me how to operate the control panel. Great experience. Salesman was very professional and got straight to the point and asked what I wanted vice trying to sell everything.

My experience with Vivint was exceptional customer service. The technician, Ben **, was friendly, professional and provided me with great customer service from the start to finish of my installation. Ben walked me through step-by-step on how to use my system, he assisted me in downloading the App and ensured that I was completely comfortable in using the system. Ben deserves a high recommendation for his exceptional customer service.

First of all I would like to thank Maguire and Ander ** but they did an awesome job. One did an awesome job installing my equipment. I am very happy and pleased with the installation. There was a total of three people here for the insulation one was one of them he had an assistant. She did a great job. Just supervisor that was over him did an awesome job, stayed on top of his people and giving me the best advice possible. I am very pleased with it. Even after they install they came back to make any and all Corrections, faulty equipment, they fixed it, no if & about it. I thank you very much. Anything I didn't really want an alarm system but after talking to McGuire and thinking about my loved ones at home I quickly changed my mind
