They were great. They were friendly and I had a great time interacting them. However, they still maintained their focus and still worked urgently. I had other issues separate from their expertise and they solved those for me as well. And they did this all in a short period of time.

My experience with Vivint Security from the initial setup was great. Setting up the contract and getting established was superb.? Francis B is a great person. The installer though was late getting there and didn’t relay that if he was coming the next day after 5:00pm. He said that he was coming but didn’t show up. I called him…(Not him calling me) And he took the liberty to tell me that he was sorry and was out on another job with his Supervisor. But he would be on his way as they were finishing up. (6:00pm) He was a No Show! I’m disappointed especially since I’m paying a couple of thousands of dollars from your company and Gage the installer didn’t show up. Terrible installation Customer Service.

Resolved it but didn’t really consider all the time spent on the phone to get this even handled before I even went this route. Felt like my time wasn’t valued.

The technician, Peyton, was kind and straightforward with the installation and knowledge needed to use y'alls products. I have no complaints about this service, and I was very happy with how everything was explained. He was very kind and courteous to my grandmother, mom, and dog. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this service over ADT. Thank y'all!

Just had our home alarm system with cameras installed.. my wife and I are very happy with all aspects of the service, installation, and the whole experience.. We highly recommend Vivint. Our camera system is pretty awesome with speakers so we can also talk to the dogs if we want!!

Our technician was very thorough, knowledgeable about the devices and was able to complete installation in a timely manner. The application process and costs are high compared to other services but we are happy with the results so far. I will recommend Vivint Security to family and friends. Our technician was the best.

I have only had the system for a couple of hours but I can honestly say it is a breath of fresh air. Compared to my old security system I am happy with the prices and the technology. The customer service and technician were very helpful and respectful of my time and what I wanted.

I purchased a Vivint home alarm and monitoring system approximately 6 months ago. I've had 17 visits and from their service technicians and still they can't figure out why the cameras keep going offline. The last technician gave me the option to continue trying to figure out why the system keep going offline or to deem my system unserviceable and Vivint still will not cancel my contract and refund me the money I've spent on this worthless system. This system was over $7,000.00. I caution everyone to think twice before signing a contract with Vivint.

He is very respectful. Made sure he stepped away when he asked me to put in pin codes. He was very detailed when giving me the instructions and I appreciate his help very much. I will recommend all my friends, this has be the best customer service I could ask for.

They were honest and upfront and good to me. They got thru to me in no time and did the installation within a designated amount of time and were very precise or accurate in dealing with the installation too. Even when they ran into problems they knew exactly what to do and how to improvise a or work around the problem. In all they did a very good job.

My install was excellent. Everything was explained and carefully installed. Great communication and service. So far the entire system is what I wanted. The cameras are top-notch, the system is very easy to navigate and adjust. I would highly recommend Vivint. My installer was courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.

My technician Marcus was very helpful. He take his time with explain everything step-by-step. He was very thorough polite and courteous. He was so helpful. I planned on recommending my whole family. He was very patient with me when I was indecisive on where I wouldn’t my alarms, placed. Help me decide which would be the best placement in case of any intruders when we finish and place a camera on top of the house to watch the whole yard. Marcus got a ladder and placed the camera on the edge of my roof. Thank you so much for all your help.

Vivint is very easy to use and can be ran off of one app and one account on multiple phones. The representatives were friendly, professional and asked specific questions on our needs regard home security and helped put a system together to meet those needs. The installation was started within the hour of the representatives leaving and the tech was very professional and helpful. The tech showed us how to use the system once setup was complete.

Our technician was wonderful! He took the time to explain how the installation day would go as well as how each device operated. He installed our system fairly quickly and even found ways to hide the wiring better in our house. We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends that would want Vivint services. 10/10!

We are very happy with replacing old ADT system with the modern equipment from Vivint. Installer was polite, efficient and informative. Customer service has so far been much more user friendly than ADT.

We are a new construction home. Everything was going pretty well, before camera installation started. The drywall inside the garage got damaged. The attached image IMG_7098.jpg is what my builder has already patched the next day (and huge gratitude to them as they are not responsible for that damage whatsoever!). There was a large crack in the wall. The outer (stucco) wall was drilled, but when the technician couldn't drill through the wall I asked him to stop as I realized he didn't know how to proceed. The second cam was not installed (IMG_7101.jpg). I'd expect way more care during installation while also taking responsibility for damages and not a comment "I don't know, it just cracked."

As a Vivint rep and new customer, I appreciate the tech who came out to install my alarm and smart home system. He contacted me, in advance, to confirm the time of the appointment and let me know when he was on the way to my home. He was friendly, informative and helpful. He was also experienced, quick and efficient. Now I’m currently waiting for my solar install next. Thank you.

The two gentlemen that presented the info were knowledgeable and pleasant. They offered the bundle package that they had and I accepted. I had a few questions that they answered and I have had a few more since their presentation and my calls have all been returned promptly, I would recommend this package without hesitation.

I am very excited about my recent security/alarm system that was recently installed by VIVINT. My installer, Donald was prompt, informative and efficient. Donald answered my questions with ease and made sure that I understood how the system operated. My brother has this system, so I already knew that I was making the correct choice by choosing VIVINT.

This is my first time ever have a security system but was the best experience, my technician was a very polite guy and respectful even though we're preparing food for a funeral. He still came and handle everything professionally and quickly. Mr. ** is my technician guy. Yes I will recommend to a friend or family. I've been playing around with along with my grandchildren. Also it's a little more than what I expected seeing this my first ever security system.

The installer Owen, was a great person and gave us the opportunity to improve our knowledge of the system immensely, all around totally worth the cost and benefit to us.

Just moved into a house that the previous owners had service thru Vincent. All equipment installed at the time of move in. Called Vincent, they very quickly set up my account, gave me a 14 day free trial and set up an appointment with a technician for the following morning to get things up and running. They called when they were supposed to helped me work through some issues and gave me a great system overview. Very professional and friendly.

My overall process was amazing. From my call to purchase to the technician Alirio who arrive to my home on time and just great at explaining everything and each step. I would rate him 10 stars! We enjoyed everything and now our home feels safer. Thank you for the hard work.

A manual would have been nice so when tech left we could review how to properly navigate the monitor but otherwise system is kind of easy. Now I can leave my house without having any problems. Ringer review is good. I'm satisfied with the picture quality and I would like to have gotten additional camera that expensive.

Technician was thorough and very knowledgeable. Answered all questions. Cleaned up after himself. Made sure I was aware of the holes he had to drill and the positioning of the devices. There was questions about payment and he verified I should go through the representative and find out the costs for customization. I can refer to neighbors.

My favorite thing about this system is that it will provide the ability to prevent crime from happening while providing the ability to record and solve crime as well. To start of with Brandon was an excellent and thorough customer service representative for Vivint. He was able to explain detail by detail all our concerns and took the time to be able to provide the best customer service he could provide. The representative that came to install the unit was kind and thorough as well. Quick and efficient and was able to get insulation done under an hour and 30 minutes.

The day of installation the system wasn’t working properly. The installer returned the next day and it worked properly for a few hours, now I can’t reach him. This is the first time in several system installations that I’ve had a problem. I’ve been traveling due to the death of my mother. When I return, I’ll try and find some resolution.

Bobby ** exceeded my expectations with how knowledgeable he was about the equipment and made sure everything was working before completing the order. Very thorough and completed everything in a timely manner. There was no issues with getting everything set but I will have to change internet providers due to the lag of connection activity.

I am very happy with my new system. I like that it does not depend on wifi especially in emergency situations. The cameras provide Crystal clear video. Easy to use and I feel safer and more at ease. I have recommended this to family members. I am very careful with my finances but I felt this is a great investment.

Brandon did great. He even upgraded my spending from $1600 to $2400. He was on time. 2 days in a row for 2 systems. Finance dept not so good. They informed me that I could use the remainder of my Fortiva account. That didn't work. After spending a couple additional hours with Brandon, I paid cash. Due to the error in finance, I believe we should be provided with some type of incentive.

The set up process was very easy and customer service worked with me which I appreciate. The person who I worked with was able to work around my schedule and start with texting me and then giving me a call to finish the set up. I was short on time and was able to set up the system very fast.

Both the initial contact and the install was informative. The only problem was that the app was down. The process was easy. The installer was courteous, helpful, and had knowledge. There is nothing negative to report. The equipment works great. And although the app was down it soon worked and we were able to access the system on our phones.

I appreciate all the time and follow up from the loyalty department including an adjustment. I had a number of questions and they took the time to work through them and volunteered to follow up on those that needed extra time. Especially the time to find more information on the Vivint Gives Back program. Thank you.

Jesse was amazing. He answered questions I didn't know I even had. For that I was grateful. As for the quality of cameras viewing as of now is very good. As for the actual monitoring service at the moment I have no idea. I feel that it's kinda early, if you would like a service and equipment review, just got started w the company.

My technician was trash, he was lazy and did not give his best at setting up my equipment. He did not complete every piece of equipment being as though he was rushing to leave and get home. I am not a happy customer. He chose not to do anything professional with my home nor service since he arrived. I am dissatisfied. Sucks

Micah was on time and exceptional. He explained everything in easily understood terms and was very professional. He walked me through the one gap in service he found, and we were able to add the smoke detector. I am grateful he took the time to explain that particular service and its benefits.

Right from the start they earned 5 stars. Customer service is their best asset. Only downside is the need for a credit line because of the very expensive equipment and on top of that an interest charge every month. Sorry but had to cancel the service, at which time found the hoops a customer had to jump through to avoid getting charged close to 2700$ and penalized if the department handling the cancellation doesn’t process it in a timely manner also, Because not only it put a hard mark on my credit also the finance company was too strict on contact.

Vivint did an amazing job with their installation and service. The technician installed everything great. We have been really happy with the system so far! It’s nice to know our home and our package deliveries are protected and safe. The salesman was very likable and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with billing, then was charged 10 times the amount my payment is on my contract. They wanted to add extra charges that were never disclosed and or where supposed to be cover as part of my monthly payment. Did not resolve my problem so will be closing my account and going with another monitoring company.

Our technician Kyle was very helpful in teaching us the system. We love everything we added to our home. We love the deter mode on all the cameras. We also added to flood lights. Very helpful. Glad we made the switch to a new system. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

Vivint is amazing, they let me know of the surrounding and the ongoing things around my house. It was installed pretty quick and it didn’t take long to learn it. I had also set it up because of my elderly mother who sometimes is walking around outside and I don’t want her to fall.

Joe ** was exceptional. Super knowledgeable, patient, efficient and thorough. Definitely recommend! Also the sales staff was not high pressure and answered all of my questions. ADT was high pressure and it really turned me off. I’m very happy with my Vivint system experience. The system is simple to use and I really like it. I like that it is self contained and doesn’t require subscription to Google or other outside vendors.

I would like to take the time out and shine light on the technician who came out and installed my equipment. He was very friendly, patience with me while he explained in detail how to use the equipment and showed me how to control everything on the app. He got done in an accurate time. I would definitely recommend this system to my friends, I haven’t even had it 24 hours and I’m already In Love with Vivint!! I feel so good at work knowing my home is in safe hands. I definitely sleep better at night because of Vivint.

The services they provide and the alarm system itself is pretty cool however the prices for the equipment are extremely high and unnecessary. They also do a good job at not warning you how their equipment is paid for and that you are basically stuck with a credit loan if you don't cancel within 3 business days. Worst experience I have ever had and I’m currently stuck with $4000 worth of merchandise that is easy to go out and find through another brand! Would not recommend this alarm system unless you make $150K per year

Had my security system installed today by a great technician named Sean. He was able to assist me with every question I had and helped me with his professional opinion on different items I should get. He really made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left.. I would highly recommend Sean 10 out of 10.

Told no money needed for a month. Over $40 withdrawn and bank says that Vivint company did it and not bank. I resent the misinformation. Salesman and technician were very good They worked late at night until the installation was completed. So far I am happy with the system and will tell others but still resent the mixup about the money

I hope I have better experience next time about my payment. My technician figured out the problem right away. My tech was a big help, couldn’t made it without him. I’m that everything goes well in the next couple of months and years to come. I thank you so much for helping me through the steps of figuring out the solution.

I met Logan while he was installing a system at a friend’s house. He was very professional & personable. I switched to Vivint from a different provider. He stayed until the system was in place and all questions answered.

The Vivint security system will give us peace of mind and help us get a discount on our house insurance. I also love the clarity on the cameras. We have three cameras around our home. The technician was friendly and explained everything well and he was very professionally. The equipment was quick to install. The equipment is also not invasive in the space. The app and the panel are easy to understand and the app is easy to manage.

This was a painless process. My sales rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable and got me with the right setup for my needs. My installer was very efficient and got me setup in a timely manner. The service was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend it to others.

While the system is good with cameras and remote access, just hope you never have to contact customer service. I had an alleged alarm in which Vivint claims they sent a security company. There is no such visit shown on the cameras. Customer service is offshore which workers that are difficult to understand. Today I got a call from Vivint that when I answered just said thank you and disconnected. I attempted to call to see why they called and after waiting 6 minutes gave up.

When I first reached out to Vivint, a customer representative reached out to me. I wasn’t able to complete the transaction that moment, so I ended the call. He was able to text me on my phone and asked me throughout the day. Additionally, I received several calls from the Vivint customer service line with different sales reps, asking me about getting services. It felt like badgering, and I was very annoyed. Despite this, I still had an agent come out to house as I needed security. I was told the initial cost would be around $30-$70 a month, and when I asked about equipment pricing, the customer service rep on the phone stated that I would determine that when the technician showed up.

Professional and made the process quick and easy. Installed the same day and was up and running. Quality is amazing for video and audio. Would recommend to family and friends to further protect their homes.

Both salesman and technician were friendly and very informative and knowledgeable. I believe I made a great choice in home security. The panel is easy to use and customer service was wonderful when I called to ask a question about distant on and off method using a verbal command. I appreciate all they’ve done to get me started.

Service tech was a great guy, but frustrated with technical issues. Could not get the doorbell to work. Also, he spent an exorbitant amount of time trying to fix the doorbell, but eventually had to leave. Wiring left loose. Lots of mess left behind from installation, and no return date confirmed to fix the issue.

The installers, there were two, one of them being a trainee, were there right at the start of the window they had given me. They were very polite, friendly, and informative about their products and answered any questions I had. They did up sell me a bit, to get sensors for all of the windows rather than just some, but they weren't pushy about it and the additions made sense rather than being unnecessary gadgets. Took them a couple hours to complete the installations after walking me through what they would be doing which was expected. Overall, great customer service and efficient work.

He explained it well but we didn’t have the internet then, was installed today so would be thankful if we could have some help for us seniors to finish. Computer not up yet. Need to get a new desk. Our were broke doing the move. Once we get our computer up be helpful to have help connect. Thanks.

Called to inquire about their services and was very satisfied with what I was told. After accepting the terms a tech was scheduled for the very next day. Audrey was at our doorstep at 8am and was very professional in all of her actions. The equipment is top notch and very intuitive to operate.

The technician, Ariel, arrived early and even called ahead to make sure that was ok. He was very friendly and patient while I figured everything out, did very clean work, and showed us everything we needed to know. He made sure everything was installed and set up how we liked as well. Very top notch service!

Kerwin was phenomenal from start to finish and thereafter! Footage is clear and visible! He made sure that all equipment was installed to the best of his ability and that all was working prior to him leaving. He made sure that I was happy with the placement of all cameras on site. He even came back two days later to bring me an outdoor sign and replace one floodlight that was cracked! We are extremely pleased with the overall system, customer service, etc.

I was happy with the service Jesse provided me today! Without internet he ran into some struggle to connect the device in order to update and connect, but he stayed longer than expected just to ensure it was all running properly and I knew how to use it. He was kind and respectful of my space and time.

Paid off the equipment balance in December. 12/29/2023 9:17 AM: Called to cancel monitoring service and was told I would need to pay out the remainder of the monitoring to the end of the contract. $450. I did not think this was correct per the contract. 1/8/2024 9:30 AM: Called to cancel. I was told again that I would need to pay off the remainder of the monitoring to the end of the contract. I read the contract verbiage to him that once the balance of financed equipment was paid this could be canceled with a 30-day notice. He said no but confirmed that I was right after talking with a supervisor. Only then did he and share the email address and required content to send in the email. Said we would pay the last month but be credited $25. This phone call lasted 1 hour and seven minutes. A cancellation email was sent at 10:38 AM. (These are two different interactions in which fraudulent business tactics were utilized.)

They was very nice and pleasant. And I love teamwork. And they got the work done. Quick and easy. And they walk me through how to work the alarm. And was on time when they said they was going to be there. And they introduced they self before they entered.. And I just love how it was really teamwork and how he was doing something she was able to jump in and finish up the other part of work that needed to be done. You don’t find that too often. So yes I will rate they services to anyone. Was very very nice doing the job. And yes I let my son know that they was very awesome. Not in a rush. Explained everything and if you didn’t know, was real, willing to show you how to work their system..

The sales personal was to the point. I had my service installed the next day. The initial cost was under $100. They installed front and back cameras. Doorbell. All for under $100.00. My monthly payments is also under $120.00. I am enjoy the services and the safety it gives my mom, who is elderly and not able to see.

A very nice young man introduced us to Vivint. He explained to us about cameras lights, broken glass detectors door opening and closing detectors, a special smoke detector, and a phone app. He helped estimate what it would cost for us, our interior access. We were interested, but not at what the monthly fee would turn out to be. He removed One camera. The smoke detector and recalculated bringing the monthly fee down to less than 100. I cannot remember if he explained that in 5 years the cost would drop. He had to call a manager a few times and I had to input information in my phone in all before the process was done six times. This was rather a little laborious. I'm 83 years old and not great at electronics. We made a deal after at least 4 hours. It was already close to 7:00 p.m. and I was surprised that he said a technician would come in 15 minutes. Well, I was not interested in installation after that already long day.

I called Graham yesterday at 12noon because we had some cars broken into on my street the night before. He FaceTimed me and he went over all my options. Didn’t try to upsell me in stuff I wasn’t really needing. He sent Jessie over by 3pm! They took photos of where I would like everything. Fast and Efficient! I am very happy so far and hope I don’t really need the service but it gives me and my family peace of mind!

Like to mention the technicians expertise by Mr ** and Mr **, answering all of our questions, cleaning all debris after the work was done. Superb service. The alarm system as a whole is great. The representative was very helpful, full of knowledge of the system, and respectful. On the other hand. I do have a camera that keeps going offline and as much as we try to reboot it won't. We constantly have to unplug it from power and plug it back up in order for it to work.

My tech Byniam was amazing. He was patient as I was running a little behind. He took a tour of the home and gave me his plan! Then he said, "I got you!" I’m going to make it look nice! That he did! He cleaned up his mess and made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving! I recommend him and Vivint!

The tech was extremely professional and did her job well. Glad to have had her visit, it didn't feel invasive at all. Kept wherever she worked clean and left no material or tools behind. She was an excellent employee rep. She said she liked doing what she does and it showed.

We “inherited” an older Vivint system with a number of non-working components and our installer did an excellent job of repairing and replacing these. He also walked us through all of the processes for initializing an operating the system. We were very pleased.

I was not into installing the type of top notch system I wanted. The tech, Gabriel, arrived on time, confirmed my order, and then reviewed the home. He recommended one more camera on the back of the house (by an alley) which I really appreciated. He was courteous, efficient, patient, and explained everything to me, in a way in could understand (in am a senior woman—he didn’t talk down to me). Offer safe, confident and secure with this system. Worth every penny!

My experience with Vivint from start to finish was an excellent customer service from over the phone tech name Jake, and on-site installer technician Donne which broke everything down for us and also gave us input on certain scenarios during his experience, thank you to your Vivint team.. This experience is definitely well recommended to friends, family, and our nearby community.

My Technician worked expeditiously to complete our install. He was knowledgeable about the full capabilities of the system and was efficient at troubleshooting issue on the spot. Vivint outshines all of the competitors and I’ve been a customer since 2015. I left the competition and have stuck with Vivint. You should too.

Kyle is a good rep for Vivint. He understands the product and personally subscribes to it. Being in the service industry myself, I am able to readily see that he himself believes in the Vivint product. I identified that right away with Kyle. I am in Residential HVAC. I can't promote any product in my trade, that I wouldn't buy myself. Our work ethics are similar and very high. More people like us need to exist, in all areas of business.

I recently signed up for a Vivint membership. The sales rep that initially came to my door was super nice and explained how everything would work, listened to what would benefit me vs. just selling something. Once we were down, she arranged to have the entire system installed same day. The installers were great, super personable and made sure to ask where I wanted things and even explained there were some things I didn’t really need in my package. I ended up getting money back! They did not have one part that they needed to complete the install so they came back the next day to finish up. I am feeling good about my choice to say yes and the customer service seems to be excellent so far!

Alex was amazing while installing our new Vivint system. He answered any and all questions we had. Was respectful, very friendly, and went above and beyond while he was at our house! Could not recommend him enough and we will be making sure to go through him again for any other upgrades we may want to add in the future! The install tech Brandon was absolutely amazing!! He got everything installed and step by step showed us how the whole system works and was very professional. He was the only part of the process that was above and beyond. Prior to tech coming out was not up to par with misinformation and had to spend extra time on phone. Was not a good first impression. I rated 4 stars because of this pre-sale issue. The tech Brandon really sealed it. Wasn’t for him this would not have been a great experience.

The technician was friendly and gave me all the information I needed to know about. Showed me how to use system. He walked me thru every step of the way and made sure I knew how to use alarm system. He was very knowledgeable about the system. I highly recommend the alarm system.

If she is in her lift chair and we are away, she can easily open the door using her cellphone if she knows who the person outside the door. Did not disclose that there is a contract for the equipment,, To say that there is no contract and then to find out you are on the hook for many months paying for the equipment is very misleading,, Would not recommend to any family or friends.. My experience with Vivint has been a really painful one. The rep came to my house last year saying they were out in my neighborhood doing a buyout from ADT as they had a promotion going on. I agreed and signed up with him and he asked me to call ADT and cancel service with them so he can forward it to customer loyalty so they can handle the buyout. NONE of this never happened and now I am stuck with 2 contracts.

The technician was very nice and he explained everything about my security equipment very well and now I have been on the phone with friends and family telling them about how I enjoyed my security equipment. I am going to purchase security equipment each month until I have the home security equipment that I want,, the prices is affordable for top of the line security equipment.

Technicians were poorly trained on how to run lines behind wall. As a prior technician myself, I know you don’t have to make 5 holes within a wall in order to feed a tiny wire. Once I asked I was given a poor excuse. This is unsatisfactory. I highly recommend better training.

I spent no less than THIRTEEN HOURS being transferred between departments and waiting on hold to finally confirm cancellation of their system. I have this in writing. Five months later I am still getting multiple calls at 6am about the money they say I owe on a canceled system at a house I no longer live at. Apparently after canceling, they sent some piece of equipment? I don't live there, never received it, and never authorized the 'purchase' of it. This is beyond harassments. I spent over two hours on the phone this morning being transferred between departments and somehow never talked to a supervisor. They are lying crooks. Horrendous.

I was told one price over the phone, paid for it then the technician told me another price for an inside camera that I discussed over the phone and had a clear understanding what I was getting. I spoke with several representatives. And I still ended up paying an extra price for the camera.

The team came in the same day we decided to purchase their system. They worked diligently to get everything complete. Although there were a few issues to complete, they had the system up and running the first evening! The customer service rep, Rasaan, returned later to check things with us; we had a couple things with which we needed help; he contacted the electrician, Steve, who came back the next day to move the smart hub to another wall which had a better electrical source. Rasaan came back that second day to be sure the system was working well for us and that we understood how to use it. By the way, I was actually working in my flower beds one of the times Rasaan returned; he borrowed a pair of gloves from me and helped pull weeds from under a tree where I was having difficulty cleaning them out!

I just had my Vivint installed last night, and I am so happy with it. The sense of being safe in one’s home makes it all worth it. I would like to add to the installers were nice gentlemen. They were kind and courteous and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Vivint Security to my family and friends.

The system is easy to arm and disarm. I love having all of the information available on my phone. The salesman was friendly and informative and came back after installation to make sure everything went well and we understood how to use the system. The monitoring charge is less than ADT and is based on cellular instead of a land line.

Was told I would get a remote thermostat and remote door lock in the quote and was also promised a 400.00 discount if I let them install the same day and did not see it. Also the quoted price was not what the total came out to be. The system seems good. Just don't understand the differences from quote to install.

I was an ADT customer. It wasn’t like the experience with ADT was bad but the experience with Vivint was just levels above my experience with ADT. Garrett was the sales person and was a professional and skilled at sales. Omar was skilled and very charming and gregarious. I enjoyed the experience with both.

Was great…Answered all questions., was professional and explained system and apps on phone. He even explained to my teenagers. Did his best to make sure everything was done neat and tidy. Lastly he called in to help us get services and billing we could afford. Overall very content with the whole process.

Although not the least expensive, Vivint was superior to other systems we looked at. Greg was very thorough and professional. He gave us his recommendations and explained the reasons for them. He ask where we would like the motion sensors placed and even matched the keypad color with the rest of our door handles. He made sure to hide all the wires and placed the plugs so they were inconspicuous. We’re extremely happy that we selected Vivint for our security system.

The price was competitive with the other product I seriously considered and the installation was handled by an experienced and personable professional. It's a nice change to see in an age of self help and lack of courtesy to be able to receive this level of customer service excellence.

Roxanne was very professional and was able to explain the system thoroughly as she walked me through the training. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. I like the quality of the picture that the cameras provide to monitor and the cell phone. The front door automatic lock works smoothly and Roxanne was able to show me how to change the batteries when needed.

Professional of the highest caliber, Technician Mike accomplished the system installation in efficient and in a timely manner. Very polite and cheerful, he took time to explain to us the system’s inner workings. Mike is a credit not only to himself but to Vivint. Promote or the least you can do is give the man a raise NOW!

Great service, first time customer and y’all’s representative was great. Installation was fast and technician was great. All around great service and positive experience. Couldn’t ask for anything more or less. The system so far is great, crystal clear and works well with the app I kinda wish the cameras would turn when you're on the app looking at them but the view from them is good enough that it’s ok not to have them moving. Night vision is great and the light on the main camera works perfectly super bright. Also love the fact you can talk to whoever it may be through the app as well, great feature

Scott (sales) and Max (installation) were awesome. They guided us every step of the way, and were very honest about our needs. From the menu selection of different technologies, to the feasibility of certain things that may not have been right for our home, they were honest brokers, and that is very much appreciated.

Very efficient and friendly. Install was clean and I was walked through all of the features. Made the home secure again!
