The installation guy was very respectful and informative with my kids, wife, and house, and gave any information I asked for. So far this still being the first day I am pleased with the quality of the cameras and the Vivint app that allows me to control my garage and the entire security system.

My salesman Juan and my installer Jordan, were two of the nicest young gentleman I have ever met. They were both very professional, polite, knowledgeable and considerate. They stayed really late to finish the job, would recommend them to my family and friends in a second! Thanks guys for doing such a wonderful job. The equipment is top notch and the price and terms were very reasonable.

Sales rep presentations of system capabilities and total costs of monitoring and equipment was excellent! Installation tech was very skilled but, was usable to install a camera for the patio area. However, I would highly recommend this company!!! The explanation of systems operational capabilities and use was explained in simple terms.

Once we decided to go with Vivint the process to convert our old system to the new was as smooth, quick and easy as we could have hoped for. Installer was very knowledgeable and explained the system and how it works very well. Overall very pleased with the whole process and love the new systems and features already. Would definitely recommend Vivint.

I’ve had probably the best experience with customer service dealing with the technician that came out to my house. Mr. ** is a true professional, explained information thoroughly with patience, and was willing to make certain we had exactly what we needed to assure safety for his customer. This technician goes above and beyond. If all technicians’ customer service is as Mr. **’s, then recommending this company to those who need it, friends and family, would be easy.

Excellent work was done by Jeff. He managed the whole installation well. One issues was making sure no cables showed along walls etc. which he managed to do well. He was also very personable and professional. The system is armed and operational. This is our first experience with Vivint. So far everything seems to be working. We will continue to track the house on the Vivint app that is detailed and easy to use.

When first setting this system up, it sounded great. The system itself is OK, app is average but for the cost of the system I expected more/better performance. Citizens Pay who they partner with to pay for the system with 0 APR is terrible. I’ve learned that the monitoring can only be done through Vivint so once you have their very expensive equipment you are then also married to their monitoring too. Frustrated and would never purchase with them again.

Great savings, Adam F. very polite and knows his products. Very able to answer all questions. Security with peace of mind for my family is what I get from Vivint. In the way of the world today that’s important. Protect your family in many different ways with Vivint..

I was happy I got a technician who knew what he was doing and didn’t poke holes all through my home. He was respectful and friendly as well. I got a good deal and I can see everything around my home with my cameras. My deter is loud and can be heard well. I feel safer knowing I have this system in place.

Install went great. Technician arrived at scheduled time, was courteous and professional, and made sure I had a good understanding of the new system. He answered all questions and patiently and informatively walked me through the use of the cameras, smart locks, control panel, phone app, security light and motion sensors.

My installer, Joe, was terrific! Can’t praise him enough. Received several texts narrowing down the window. He was friendly, comprehensive in his knowledge and an excellent teacher in explaining my newer system. He even gave me some extra batteries for my window sensors. Highly recommend this young man and Vivint system to EVERYONE!!!

Mr. ** was an excellent technician. He has very good customer service skills. Corey also was able to answer all of my concerns and questions I had with the new system. As he was putting the system in he also was letting me know what he was doing and making sure that I understood the new system. I would recommend him to my family and friends, because he is efficient.

Nic and his installer was friendly and kind. Questions we had were answered appropriately and explained very well. Installation was quick and easy, very happy with the installation. Getting set up with apps and the understanding of use of the system was good. We are happy with the new system and will be referring to friends and family.

Service was amazing and very fast. They answered all my questions and I am very satisfied with the outcome. The recommendations on where to put the cameras were very helpful and my doorbell camera was needed to be replaced and I am loving it! Will recommend to family and friends!

My experience was great. Both Sales rep and Installation tech were very familiar with the system and tools. They were very professional and also cordial. They took time to answer all my questions if I needed additional information. They also made sure that I was knowledgeable of the entire package, any additional items that I considered adding onto my plan.

The gentleman that came installed my cameras were very helpful and kind. He explained what was supposed to be done. We need more people like that. That helps for the internet and for the cameras how to understand them. I appreciate the gentleman that came and helped us. We bought a home that already had Vivint equipment installed so we decided to use it as well. It was an easy activation and start-up. Employees on the phone were friendly. They gave me a good run-through of things and I felt it was helpful. Overall a good experience. I feel safe in my new home.

Nick was amazing, he answered any and all questions I had and I felt comfortable after he left with the alarm. He worked with me and tried everything I suggested and even gave his suggest for camera spots and whatnot. I would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future.

Tech did a great job. Had some issues with the chime extender but kept working until he figured it out. Sensors, chimes and camera all work well. Removed previous system's hardware carefully and expertly so I can return it to the other company. No complaints and I would recommend to anyone.

I was surprised on how useful this all is, I honestly was thinking maybe I do cancel I'm not sure I need this but in reality it's very nice to have and does give peace of mind. I know it's cheesy but when you can look at your front door any time of day Is nice. 25 years old and would recommend.

Mr Matteo R showed up at my door and convinced me to change our security system. We don’t usually talk to strangers. I believe the technician’s name was Greg. He got everything installed and patiently answered all my questions. My husband and I woke up refreshed from having a steady room temperature all night. I typically get up once or twice in the night to change the thermostat temperature. I like being able to lock the garage door when I leave my husband home alone.

The technician explained everything very thoroughly before anything was installed. I was shown the equipment that was being installed. I knew what my pricing was going to be upfront. The system works great and I feel secure in my home. I am able to view what is going on at my front door when I am away and that gives me peace of mind.

Very professional and got the job done quick. Showed us everything about the system and answered all questions we had. He took our thoughts into consideration when installing outdoor cameras. He also provided us with multiple options when it came to mounting things to the wall. We are very pleased with the service we received.

I have no problems with device or service but my techs did not let me know how to find or use the device settings. Everyone can hear the countdown when I leave. It was funny for a couple of days but has become very annoying in the morning. Luckily it was easy to find the device settings and adjust the volume.

I like the security system. It's so good that I can see the person at my front door, on the installed screen control monitor in the living room and also on my phone. The most beautiful part is, been able to still use the features from your phone, when you are not at home, and not just seeing only what is going on. The technician, Michael **, was so good at his job, explaining all that I need to know in navigating the app on my phone..

Very Informative and very helpful. Helped explained the product and step by step set-up. Made it known the contact information in case there were questions or if we needed help. Both members of the Vivint team that we talked to and worked with were kind and respectful. I would recommend them to others who are curious or inquiring.

The selling agent was very thorough in his presentation and explanations. He demonstrated all of the features that were available with the Vivint security system. He was very neat and personable. The installer arrived in a timely manner. He was pleasant and persevered through a difficult installation. He also explained everything.

Clay the salesman, and Chad the installer were extremely professional, take pride in the products they sell, and were easy to strike a conversation with. I truly feel that the experience was catered to me and the process very easygoing. Happy with the same day installation and the user friendly interface.

The prices stressed to me focused on $4,000. No prices were given for any component. The sales are quick to overwhelm the customer with info to keep one from focusing on the dollars. Total cost was never revealed. I had to dig and continuously question. Finally, I said the math computes to over $9,000. Over twice the amount the salesman led me to believe the system would cost. The product might be wonderful. The sales typical sleazy, misleading, shenanigans. The system might be worth it. It was just sold to me and installed last night. The price doesn’t bother me but a company intentionally distracting and deceiving me does! Buyer beware with this company!

Customer service and installer answered any and all questions that I had in regards to the service and the products. They were very patient with me. The reason I bought this system is because the young man, Steve ** I think was his last name. He worked so hard with me on every issue. He went above and beyond to iron out issues I didn't like and helped me get the billing and the alarm sounds and cameras set up just like I wanted them. Steve is the reason I signed the contract. He's a go getter, a fine young man! Thank you Steve for putting up with me.

Work was done well and Richard, the installer was excellent. There have been minor problems but they have all been addressed. The only thing we did not care for was the immediate installation after signing. It was a long day and we were exhausted after it was over. Would have been much better to schedule installation another day.

The team that came to my house was very knowledgeable of the of the product and both the salesman and the installer had wonderful personalities and was very skillful and concerned about the quality of their work. Both was Very integral. Both reassured me as the customer that I was getting the best quality service that they had to offer. I would recommend and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

The guys came in and talked to us. We laughed, while the work was getting done! They knew what they were doing, didn’t take them long at all to install! The Vivint camera works perfectly, also the door sensors! Honestly we’ll definitely tell everyone about you guys, we appreciate the service you guys provided. Being in the field myself going door to door, when I don’t have appointments made me understand how Vivint operates and it’s not easy.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new home system. The agent and installer were very courteous and knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns and questions. They went out of their way to ensure we got everything that we requested for our home. We would highly recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a safety system for their home.

The initial inquiry & sales experience was easy and efficient; however, the installation/service was not as equivalent. I did not expect the install to take a 5+ hours, and there be a mess to clean up afterwards. I also didn’t anticipate having to fill holes in the wall (holes were bigger than the wiring). And, there’s quite a bit of other cosmetic work to be done following the door lock & doorbell installs. The tech asked for a broom to sweep, but didn’t sweep up the wood shavings in all areas of my home.

Both the Vivint representative/installer were very great and helpful. It was on my to list to install a security system (mostly just the camera and doorbell cam). I do wish some of the pricing was explained a bit more in depth, the system is pretty pricey comparatively to other services so hopefully worth it!

Installer was on time and very knowledgeable about the product. The A/C was not working correctly at first but Angelo was able to quickly fix the issue and now everything works great. After the installation was completed I was given a tutorial on the equipment along with app. I am very pleased with the equipment and service. I would recommend Vivint products in the future.

Victor was personable but professional and informative, and answered questions to my understanding. The technician was also courteous and professional and pleasant and explained the system understandably.

The install rep was very polite, patient, and was on time. The communication from the beginning was top-notch, he was knowledgeable about the system, the setup, provided great info for other family members to use as well. He walked me through each step with ease. Seems like a great system, hope it keeps the family safe.

The tech that came out was great! I have to be honest though, the tech did step on some wiring in the attic and now the bedroom lights trip the breaker when you flip them on so I will have to go through all the wiring now and find the break. Other than that really great service!

The representative was great! He was called to fix an issue with the box and transfer the service to me. He was Very helpful and courteous. He took his time and answered my questions. I work from home so I couldn’t always stop but he was patient and waited for a break if he needed me.

The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful with showing how to operate our new smart system. Best customer service ever. I will definitely refer my co-workers and neighbors to Vivint smart security systems. The system has been working as described and has given my wife and me a great deal of protection.

Had a great experience with the Vivint reps, Brodie and Alex. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and set me up very quickly. I am a returning customer to Vivint and I am happy to be back. Keep up the good work. We are very pleased with the customer service and support.

This has been the worst experience possible and we are so disappointed by Vivint. We’ve only been customers since Saturday and highly regret it already. I will not refer anyone to Vivint until someone in management can explain to our family why our keypads have fallen out of the walls, why the deadbolts won’t lock from the app, why the tech set up our verbal password and didn’t tell us what it was, why they installed a doorbell even though we had Ring and told them we didn’t need a new doorbell monitor, and why the main panel in our closet was left disassembled. So infuriating.

The personality of Jackie and his pitch of services was pleasant and definitely made us want to sign up. Detailed description, listed differences between what we have and what Vivint has to offer. We very much appreciated the three free months of service, we could use the break and the no APR is definitely the cherry on top. The problem occurred afterwards. We woke this morning to two of our three dogs missing because our gate was left open. Now we thankfully found them eventually but I missed work, and the stress is still affecting our day today. Had to take our truck around for about two hours, found them, then when I left on my motorcycle I forgot to leave the truck keys for my lady to get to her job. So now she has to Uber to her job.

I forget his name, but our installer was professional, well kept, and even cleaned up after himself. Took his time to show me how to use the system and how to set up my account. I was able to use the app right away and felt safer that night in my new home knowing that I had an alarm system set up.

I luckily realized I got scammed the next day and cancelled within the 3 day window. It has been difficult getting them to remove equipment. I could get the same system - with better components - for literally 1/10 the cost of what they charged. The rep invited himself into my home at dinner time after I spent an entire day doing manual labor and 3 days of no sleep due to an angry cat, and he said my neighbors were getting shot on their porches. I could not possibly be more upset at this company, and am mortified that I got scammed as a first time homeowner.

Horrible and very non transparent experience. I initially only let the salesman give his pitch because he started by saying they just wanted marketing and everything would be free. Once we finally get towards the end of everything and he has me fill out info for a bank loan, I see it’s $4,000 and question him, asking if I’m paying $4,000. He says no, that’s just the amount they approve you for. Well, turns out after speaking with the bank and customer support at Vivint, everything is definitely $4,000 and they’re trying to lock me into a 5 year contract for that. Cancelled immediately. Cancellation process has been horrendous, they’re trying everything they can to drag it out and let me slide past the trial period.

The customer service provided by Camden, Elijah, Brandon and Karsten was and is fantastic. These young men are very knowledgeable. I also appreciate how respectful they were. I’m looking forward to have the extra solar panels installed and save more on my electric bill. I will definitely recommend Vivint to my friends and family.

It is a needed service especially with crime and community issues on the rise and I am grateful for the recommendation of service for the Vivint security services. I am very pleased with the product. The representative was honest and very thorough. He explained things to me several times so that I understood clearly. All the technicians were polite and respectful of me and my home. They kept me informed as to their progress of installation. Ray was amazing! He was thorough and helpful, efficient, and easy to work with! He communicated and explained what he was doing every step of the way! You talked through potential permits, security codes and explained the system use in detail upon completion!

So far I’m enjoying this new alarm system. This is far the best alarm I’ve had. When I tell you the camera quality is top-tier. It’s gives you so much coverage. I’m impressed. I love the fact that you built your own based on your needs. The guy who install everything was awesome. He didn’t make any decisions without consulting with me. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and just great customer service. I wish I had chosen Vivint before the others.

Great service. Friendly. Easy to use. Feel way more secured with my panel, camera, and door detections. I just wish I knew more about it when signing up but glad the tech setting it up during installation took the time to actually go through with me all the benefits of the system.

Salesperson was very nice and easy to communicate with! He was very knowledgeable about the all of the products. He didn’t try to sell me any products that weren’t of use to my situation. He made sure that I understood which products would be beneficial to me and what I was trying to accomplish with my home security.

We had a great salesman, Jared, very friendly and thorough. The the instillation team was just as amazing. They came same day after we signed with Jared and did everything efficiently. They do their jobs well and are a lot of fun too. They answered my entire family’s questions and worked well in the chaos of our house.

Things were explained very well by sales people and the tech person was great and did a nice job of installing and explaining how to work the system. Cameras have good picture and good field of view. I like the easy monthly payment plan. Everyone was very good at answering questions.

We don’t have a deadbolt on the front door and it’s extremely difficult to pull the door shut without a handle. If possible to have a tech come back and install a deadbolt hole and remount new door lock would be greatly appreciated and the system is slightly difficult to make changes to the settings.

A Vivint representative came by our home and was very insistent that their service was better quality and pricing. So far it is very accessible and convenient. It’s still very new so, can’t rate on much more. Only reason I didn’t 5 star was because of the tech that came out to install very much half jobed the job. I’ve had experiences where they explain everything you can do with app and settings. Also where they’ll install wiring etc and will get permission first. This tech seemed very in a rush in and out of house. I had to keep asking for functionality access. Ex. our garage system and still left without verifying it was functional, so now I’m trying to figure out how to properly connect that to our app. connection.

Great experience from the sales agent to the technician. I had been thinking of installing a better security system in my home. The sales agent provided such great customer service, answering all my questions. The technician also provided great customer service and worked late to get the job done. I’m so happy with my smart home.

Great service. Great understanding on what you will receive. Also very great quality of work. Helped me get down to a great monthly price with everything extra that I wanted with really no increase on price. Also there was a misunderstanding with another sales rep but with Brant he made sure I understood what I would be buying and made it clear for me they are there to get me a better deal than what ADT was providing.

Michael was patient, detailed and thorough. Albeit it will take some time to learn all of the features but it will be worth it. I am impressed with the quality of the hardware, the main key pad and the overall system. I would recommend Vivint to others as it was recommended to me.

Salesman was courteous and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't want. Installation team left something to be desired. Very slow and didn't clean up their mess or even offer to. The original installer was very nice, we fed him. He thanked us. But the people he called in to help didn't even attempt to clean up their mess.

The sales rep Anthony that came to my neighborhood was very knowledgeable and kind. My installation was the very same day and he was efficient. I called Vivint customer service to get help with a billing question and Rose was very helpful. She even offered to get me a quote on home and auto insurance.

Nathan was great to work with. He was honest and friendly, and quick to respond. He always had great answers. He even came back when the installation was finished to make sure I was happy. Conor was great as well! Very friendly, cool, and knowledgeable. He took time to follow proper procedures, to file down my deadbolt so that it would lock properly (which ADT wouldn't do), and he wouldn't stop until the job was done correctly! These gentleman work great as an independent team together.

The Vivid representation was very courteous and informative. Russ was able to answer all my questions with confidence and documentation. And the cameras with flood lights are great, I live in the mountains and not only does it keep people walking but it helping to keep the skunks out while catching raccoons, so win win.

Wonderful people and services. They reassured me on my safety and helped make me feel more safe & secure on my property after some neighborhood issues. I have 24 hour surveillance on my house now and I can sleep at night again. I finally feel secure again in my own home and it only took an hour and half to install! Excellent service by Kenneth ** who was our technician. He explain everything and the reasons why he was replacing certain items and the importance of having glass protection. I enjoyed his customer service personality very business And polite. All of my old equipment was boxed up as well. Excellent technician.

Mr Mark ** installed three outside cameras, an indoor alarm pad & a doorbell in our new home. He did a great job explaining to my husband and me how to use the system. We were quite pleased that he answered all questions to our satisfaction. Mr ** seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about alarm systems.

I used to work for Vivint back in the day. Always wanted a system and it’s just like they say on the phone. Kyle was knowledgeable gave me some pointers. Walked my wife and I through the control panel. Install was clean and in a timely manner. Overall great experience. Love the control panel. Love the cameras and especially love the myQ garage door opener. I’ll recommend them to anyone! Thank you again.

I love that all of the smart controls are now in one place and I have access to it all from my phone. The camera quality is amazing and everything can be customized to how you need it to function.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the technician who installed our cameras. We have two small and extremely barky dogs, along with a larger geriatric scaredy-dog who doesn’t warm up to newcomers. The technician took the time to win over my fur babies and then actually explained what he was going to be doing and why before he even started. He adjusted a camera which had been angled incorrectly by the last technician and rehung a new camera to maximize range and visibility. He then walked me through the control panel and answered all my multitude of questions. Absolutely fantastic technician!

I truly enjoy my experience with team from sales rep to technicians. Job was done quickly and neatly with no issue. I had an appointment and need to leave within a hour and a half so the quick installation was great. I was showed how to work system and he made sure I understood before they left. It was definitely a good experience.

The 2 young men were very nice and worked quickly despite the heat. They knew what they were doing. Would recommend the service. They took care to not let my cat, who isn’t fond of other people, from escaping. He explained the panel and waited until we knew the app had loaded quite correctly.

The tech came on the time and he was really friendly and explained to me everything about the product and its feature. Installation went smooth, he did not run after time, but took his sweet time to make sure everything is professionally installed unlike others who rush the installation so that they could go to someone else for installation. But he took his time and installed everything professionally and listened to everything to what I said. The product is techie and love every bit of it.

He was polite, personable and after reviewing the work to be done, he started working. We discussed additional equipment that I might want to add. Operation of the equipment was thoroughly explained. VIVINT came out same day and installed my system. Very knowledgeable technician that was precise and conscientious of hiding wires and installing devices carefully and in areas that worked best for service and appearance. Several kinks were worked out and when the tech left, our system was fully functional! The system blends in with the wall and all the wires were covered and pleasantly hidden. I have 4 properties covered by Vivint. I am a happy customer and recommend their service.

Overall a good experience, I got my devices installed and running. My questions were all answered and I was shown how to use my devices. Installer came and made sure the job was done nice and quick. Overall great. So glad to be secured by Vivint, good deal and better equipment.

The installation, customer service, and uninstall were the worst experiences I've had with a company. First, they drilled holes into my brand new door frame. They drilled holes and stapled wires all along my brand new drywall without telling me or covering it up. They showed up late and took 9 hours to install. Left a massive mess and my house in disrepair. When I called to have them fix it, they told me I had to pay $100 for a tech to come out even though I was sold on paying an extra $7 a month to NOT have to pay the fee for a tech to come out. I talked to multiple reps over the phone who barely understood what Vivint was, could not communicate english very well, and had horrible attitudes. I then read about all the lawsuits and other terrible experiences with this company, they're not even accredited by the BBB. I cancelled my service and was promised they would patch all the holes up that they made and fix what they had installed.

Both the salesman and the maintenance individual were knowledgeable and showed the experience they had gained about the Vivint alarm system and all of the products. They called us by name. They both had wonderful smiles as they fulfilled their assignment. I am very pleased with service thus far. If the customer service is anything as to how things began, I am sure we will be with Vivint for years to come.

Disappointed that what was planned for install could not be done on arrival of tech due to not having a deadbolt already and my outside light did not have type bulbs needed for your system. Would recommend sales person be informed of those type limitations to prevent multiple contract changes and confusion.

Alex the technician was great. He explained the process and helped me to better understand the security system. Alex was very thorough and cleaned up after himself, not to mention he was very friendly and polite. Alex was prompt and he worked in a timely manner. The placement of the devices were great and easily accessible.

For those who are reading this, I honestly recommend anyone and everyone to get Vivint. The cameras give amazing wide view/quality and the system is super easy to control! The lights are super bright that it'll feel like daytime! Last but not least, shout out to Justus (Vivint installer) for being so professional even when my kids were acting wild. Just had a system installed and I’m already happy with the performance from the doorbell camera alone. The tech was very professional and friendly. As well as very knowledgeable and willing to make sure I was comfortable with the set up. As long as things stay positive I’ll be a very happy customer.

I’ll preface by saying I’m a new customer as I just signed up for Vivint one day ago. The signing up/activation was all easy, but then I noticed when I went to access the app it wouldn’t let me see my security system but instead was showing me a screen about a thermostat setup. I don’t have their thermostat, so I called customer service. Someone spent over an hour with me to fix that problem (which took about 20 min), but then also answered other questions and fixed other small problems that arose (like the thumbnail pictures not showing up on my cameras). Customer service was pretty great, and the person that helped me (I feel bad I can’t remember her name) was super nice.

Everyone involved was super cool and intelligent. My salesman Ray was awesome and very informative with my needs. The techs that installed it were great and quick. So far I’m enjoying my new security system and plan on getting all my friends to switch to Vivint instead of the trash they currently have. LOL.

Unfortunately, my system has caused me nothing but trouble since installation 2+ months ago. It's worked properly less than 30% of the days. I've spent so many hours trying to get it fixed - over 30 and I'm not exaggerating. After phone tech support they will send out components for me to replace myself, and program myself, and then mail the defective pieces back. If you don't mail them back quickly, they will charge you full price for the broken devices. In addition to all the phone trouble shooting and my replacement work, I also had a technician come out again and replace the main panel. That's two 4-hour window days of having to stay home from work including initial installation. So many times I've been told I should be all set now, only to have another problem crop up.

Nick from Vivint was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! I’m so glad we left ADT. This system is 100x better and have beautiful 4k recordings for our cameras. And we love the deter intruders with our follow floodlight! I would totally recommend to anyone that’s looking at a smart home/security setup!

I like the installation. Daniel was professional and did a good job. The only thing is that equipment especially the monitor tablet is way too small and the clearness of the cámaras is very poor, I don’t think is worth the $3900 for the equipment. I’m going to see if I can adjust something on monitor but if it doesn’t show more clear I might have to cancel the service and all.

Jay was my installer and he was very knowledgeable plus he was friendly. The equipment is very current and easy to use. The installation process was very fast and the quality appears to be very good. Time will help me further my opinion. The monthly service charge seems to be in line with what competitors are doing and time will tell what sets them apart from other competitors.

My husband had answered the door and got some information that we would be interested in switching to Vivint from ADT. Some of the things that we addressed when I got off from work at 8pm, was that our doorbell camera was slow and no longer working, our doorbell did not work anymore either, and the back door of our house would never register the alarm, so we could actually never arm the house, fully. We had problems with the remote to the garage, among others. When the salesmen came in, he was so professional and so personable. I felt safe letting him inside our home and discussing what we wanted and didn’t need.

We were surprised to find out there was an installation fee we were charged in addition to the regular monthly fee. Salesman made no mention of an installation fee. Thanks to you not being transparent, we have overdrawn our bank account due to that. This is precisely the reason we were wanting to leave Vivint in the first place, random fees and charges that are buried so deep in fine print no one would ever know they are there, and a lack of transparency on the part of their salespeople who only seem to care about closing a deal than being honest. As soon as we are able to change we are leaving Vivint for good.

The Vivint guys stayed out late setting up my system in really hot weather and working through all the issues that came up. But they got it done and I am looking forward to using it. Only had the system for one day but it looks fine so far.

Carlos install my system. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Gave me the best options to further secure the home. The whole installation took about three hours so plan accordingly especially if you are getting cameras installed. I really like the 24/7 camera monitoring and the fact that we can open the door remotely from our phones as well as arm and disarm the house.

Vivint was recommended to me in 2019 when I started my short-term rental business. Things seemed to go okay until August of 2020 when I had to remove my system from the property I was leasing, as they installed a new system of their own called Dwelo. I made Vivint aware of this as soon as it happened, and of course, started the process to cancel. Things didn't go as expected as I was given a unique "buyout" option where I just had to pay the equipment off. Interesting thing, when I first signed up with Vivint, I was part of a group where we all were part of the Loyalty Program, and so I had a discount on the sign-up fee and equipment.

The gentleman were very courteous, personable and knowledgeable. I was made aware of all the components of the system and how they work. If I have any issues with the system I was advised to call the service line. I would definitely recommend the system to a friend. Thank you Vivint...

The Representative that you all have name Ryan is telling customers that if we get the service we would get $300 for getting this service once the installation was completed. As of 05/31/2024 he hasn’t returned any calls and will not answer any texts. That is bad representation for your company.

Steve J our technician was outstanding, very knowledgeable, very patient with us and all our questions. He was helpful in walking us step by step on what would need to make our home secure. Great customer service and very manner-able. 10 out of 10. I was not so happy with the sales representative. I felt that he sold me a product and was not available to answer my questions afterward. Steve J made up for this and I truly appreciate his work standards.

Be aware!! The sales reps will say anything to get you to sign up. My sales rep told me I had 30 days for a trail run. That is not at all true. After you sign up, you are responsible for all equipment fees. I wanted to cancel after one week and now I am stuck with over $3,000 dollars in equipment fees. What a horrible experience!

When the representative came to my home and we spoke he was very clear on the product, but didn't check things like I not having a deadbolt on my front door. Also, the installer was here a bit late in the evening, not arriving at my home until after 9 pm.

Tony had a clear and simple sales pitch. He presented all the options and when I wasn't interested in an option he didn't push that option. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He listened to my bad jokes too. Lol. He knocked on the door around 5:30PM and once I selected my options the install was completed before 8PM. The installation tech did an awesome job on the install. He had to drill an extra hole due to a cross brace in the wall. He patched the he before he left. He made sure I understood how the system worked. Cleaned up the installation debris. It was a good experience and will some some money on home insurance.

My installer did a great job with explaining how everything works, and not making me feel uncomfortable when I wanted to remove some equipment from the installation, Unlike some sale associates/companies have made me feel in the past. He went in my attic to fish wire through just so I didn’t have to see the wire. Thank you.

I really needed some smart thermostats, and some additional cameras set up around my place. Someone came by my house at sort of an inconvenient time, but I ended up getting everything that I wanted. And they came and installed everything that same night. Everything seems to be fairly easy to use, I just have to get used to setting the alarms when I leave. It is a little pricey, but I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”. Ernest has been available to answer my questions even on Saturdays and Sundays. Which I greatly appreciate. Really good customer service and quality technology.

My home installer did a great job of setting up our system in a timely manner and making sure I understood how to operate it. We are happy with the system so far. However, you do have to submit a credit app to pay for the equipment itself and have a separate bill.

Sales guy was good. Installer, while a good guy, needs to pay attention to details. The system wasn’t tested, and would have failed the lock extending into door. The installing mess wasn’t cleaned up upstairs and when a mess was cleaned up I supplied the broom, etc. Otherwise, a good experience.

Vivint security system has excellent visual coverage for the interior and exterior of our home. The door lock is far superior to regular locks and attractive and there is a fob you can use for easy and fast returning home. Vivint is simple to use. The panel is easy to operate with visual videos explaining questions on operation of the panel. You can also use your cellphone to operate your VIVINT SECURITY SYSTEM!!!

Yes I would recommend Vivint monitoring company for door bell cameras, security cameras inside and outside. They are a great company and the customer service is very great. They are very fast on response time. They also do windows and doors stickers for covering of the entire home. The customer service I received I haven’t not experienced it anywhere.

Anthony (seller) was very persistent in a good way. He had been trying to catch us for the past 2 weeks and finally caught up with us. He was friendly and also a good salesman. He was also honest but not pushy. I would highly recommend him. Our installer (sorry I can't remember his name) was also very friendly. My only complaint is that he was slow with installation and it took him almost to midnight to finish. He also left all our old devices everywhere, including outside on the ground, which is not okay. However, he was also very knowledgeable and likeable. I would recommend him as well. I'm going to put his slow installation time down due to it being late.

Had a sales associate “Payton **” come to our home, introduced himself very politely, asked if he could just have a couple minutes of my time (I was busy) which I did give him, told him I had to get back inside, he kindly gave me his information and left. I contacted him later that evening to see if we could set up another meeting with him and he was back out in the morning. Very professional and not rude and pushy like most salesmen, which was highly appreciated. He explained their products and answered all our questions.

I highly recommend the Vivint security system to all in search of more peace of mind and home security.

New customer so my review with the products are not in review yet. Getting use to the new service but can speak on the employees that gave us service to this new service. Very professional and informative about the service. I have more questions and will be reaching out. My review will be later after having the service for a while.

I’ve been looking for a security system that checks off everything on my list. Recording with audio and clarity all day and system that can operate even if Wi-Fi is down. Hardwire. God must’ve answered my prayer because Joseph stopped by my door and showed me Vivint security system and here I am! Completely secured all my point entries on the bottom floor. Secured all my windows and cameras at every angle. Joseph, Jeff, Isaiah and Kristian were a fantastic team. I decided within an hour let’s go with it and the technicians were in and out setting everything up within a few hours. Amazing customer service, I can tell they work extremely hard for this company. The system has really cool features as well! Thank you so much!

The guys were very professional and engaging. Worked quickly. Always asked if we had questions. Went over how to work the system. Gave stickers. Left sign in yard. Cleaned up after they were done. Took boxes outside. Did nice work. Listened very well. Made sure we were set up in the system and on our phones. Made sure everything was working properly.

The team did an awesome job on the sle and the installation of the system. We love the way the system works. The wife like the way the camera work all the time. Only wish the doorbell came had a light for at night. Thanks for a great job. Lot better than ADT.

Victor & Kyle were very professional, most respectful, knowledgeable about the product and its operation & helpful. Appreciated the instruction and digital assistance from both of them. As the digital world is a challenge to my generation. Answered all my questions. Cleaned up on completion.

The installation technician was professional and helpful. He was patient explaining the contract. He was clear explaining how the Vivint system works. The location for the instrument was selected perfectly. He cleaned up all the debris after installation. The appointment was arranged very quickly. When he had to go back to pick up something, he kept me informed.

The sales person and installation person were both very professional, polite and wonderful to work with. Jordon was upfront about the cost and didn’t try to hide anything. David who installed the equipment was good at his job and a joy to work with. Jordan was very informative and able to answer all our concerns and questions about the pricing and overall performance of all the equipment. Although more expensive than our current system for the safety of my family and our home it’s so worth the extra cost and peace of mind.

Due to the time of arrival and departure made time to accommodate hard. The installers were very efficient and were very helpful. All other aspects of installation, and set up of product were fantastic.

Let me start by saying the five stars go to the installation and techs that came out. They were patient with me as I work out a few issues with customer service. They came back without a problem and were knowledgeable about the equipment. They walked me through everything, arrrived on time, and clean up before leaving.

The 2 employees I dealt with were experts and gentlemen and the one question I asked was when will I be charged? and I believe I was told 3 days after installation so it's a shame it was hours, please explain if I’m wrong, I have another issue but I would like to address this first.

It is not my custom to writing reviews, however, this was the best experience we had in a long time, it was very rewarding. Thank you Daniel and Alex for the excellent service you provided. You are both, deserving of an excellent review and merit increase. Your professionalism and hard work exceeded my expectations. Alex was conscious of the dust and kept each work area cleaned as he went to the next task. All the best to you!!

This is a Great service. We had prompt installation and really respectful representatives. We moved into a new housing development and the existing security system left a lot to be desired and we really have appreciated the new system. It really helps seeing my family be safe at home and is a great value. The camera feed works amazingly well and provides a nice view of my surroundings while I'm at work.

Techs was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. They installed all equipment professionally, accurate. The techs Tested everything before leaving. Showed me how to use equipment. Helped me download app. Cleaned up afterwards. Techs were very respectful and answered any and all questions I asked. They were very informative. Everything was explained very clearly. Great job.

The salesman was AWESOME...He was friendly, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs and what I didn’t want. He got me all set up very fast. The installer was also friendly and knowledgeable. His training on the system with my daughter and me, made me feel very comfortable knowing that we are going to be safe with this product.

The Vivint system was put into my Home today, a sales rep came and sold it to me, he was very honest and upfront with us about everything. The quality of the system is really good, we are looking forward to using it also adding new customers to their business.

Our technician Devonne **'s was beyond amazing! The system is easy to use and easy to set up. The only thing I have an issue with is that the initial salesman did not fully explain the financing aspect, he made it seem like we were getting things for free in the promo when actually we weren't.

Wei, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and great at explaining equipment, options, pricing...Pretty much the whole package. Our installation was very good at his job. The experience was easy and seamless. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for home security features. The entire system can be tailored specifically for your needs.

Out Tech was very professional and superb at what he did. He went above and beyond our expectations. He took the time out to not only show us how to work the new system, but he made sure my elderly mom had access and was comfortable using the system as well!

Even with the panels being finicky and working without good WiFi, Nathan was resourceful and did well with problem solving. He was friendly and easy to work with. Nathan guided me through the installation, confirmation, and billing process and was honest about charges and plans.

Elijah ** was wonderful to work with, made the whole experience/setup delightful. In a weekend full of headache with moving into a new place Elijah came in and made this whole process seamless while being awesome to talk to. Will absolutely refer Elijah and Vivint in the future. Highly pleased with his professionalism as well as feeling like a friend of his from the start.

System is more upgraded and newer and with lot more features. If you have the traditional wired builder grade systems then be prepared to pay a bit and get a nice system. I like Vivint has like the package detection feature and deter mode. The camera is also more sharp.
