We have supplied three possible homeowners. Isaiah and Nick we very friendly and courteous. The work was done very efficiently. The salesman shop was very good. Isaiah is very knowledgeable of all the products. Nick is very knowledgeable on helping us to decide where to place the cameras and monitor.

Great sales men, as well as professional and fast tech. Couldn't ask for anything better. Fast and clean. Places cameras correctly and double checks and assures with home owner if placement is okay with them. Great sales men and respectful. Made us feel comfortable with any questions we had and made it very clear of what package deal we got.

My technician Steve was amazing. He's very patient and knowledgeable. Also, he made sure I had access and was aware of how to use the services. 5 stars would highly recommend. Garage opener installed via app and my cameras were placed exactly where they needed to be. I would absolutely recommend his services again.

We are very pleased with Vivint. We have had it at our main home for 13 years, and it is excellent. I would have rated our experience with 5 stars, but we were treated like we were brand new customers with all procedures, forms, credit checks, etc. with no consideration for our history of paying on time for 13 years. And our sales Rep. did not explain all the additional steps we would have to do later, after being told by him everything was completed and the actual installation was the only thing left to be done.

Dario was excellent. He explained everything to me. He had to do my job at the last minute, but didn’t rush the job. I will feel much safer now that I have all this protection. Now I hope I remember all the instructions. So now my whole house is protected, not just my front door.

The installer was very professional. He arrived in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable about the service. Yeah, also explained, and showed me how equipment worked. He also helped me to download the app on my phone and walk me through how to operate it from my phone, he was also kind.

Dom and Tim went above and beyond yesterday while setting up my home security system. I not only feel safe now but while they were installing they were patient, kind and gentle. I not only have an updated security system but a security system I know how to work. Tim and Dom felt the situation I was in and handled me with kid gloves and I will be eternally grateful.

They are awesome! A tech came out the same day as the sales rep. Wow, impressed! I had never heard of this company before, but I'm grateful they knocked on my door. I had been thinking about getting a Ring doorbell and they have that and then some, at an affordable rate. I'm stoked!

Install Security System with camera/Cell phone capability. Would recommend this system, and Vendor. Installers were knowledgeable, worked well together. They both knew what each other was working on and what needed to take place next. Explained well how the System worked and what to do if you encountered a problem or issue.

I started using Vivint Home security and was impress for high technology and reasonable price. They installed outside cameras with this light that follow those that walking around. Very nice. Also a window break alarm, the control panel, front door lock, garage door remote control, thermostat, a lot of stuff. Thanks.

Lost my job, couldn’t afford the service anymore. When trying to access the panel I’m unable to, and when I call for help they don’t help because the service is not active. If you buy this equipment and stop paying the monthly service fee. Then you will just have a brick.

Ernest (Rep) was very thorough and knowledgeable as to the company, and products. His advice was very helpful as to how we could upgrade our system. The service rep, Luke, was quite patient and informative about the process. Both men were very respectful. Just because of the aforementioned and the character we noticed in both young men, made us retain the good feeling about the company (from when we first inquiry, purchased, and now upgrades). Quality products and quality service.

Great service from the techs that were sent out. Connie did a great job with setting everything up as well as training her trainee. Very efficient and helpful. Would recommend to anyone I know buying a home and needing a security system installed. Everything was set up correctly and each piece of equipment I was briefed and educated on.

The guys that came out to install my alarm system were very professional. However, once they were done. They sat outside of my home talking for about a half hour parked in front of my lawn trash bags. Causing the trash pickup guys to bypass my house because my trash was blocked by Vivint vehicle. My trash had to sit there another week before being picked up. I was pissed. Also, they never gave me a sign to put on my yard nor the stickers to go in my window. When I called, they had one of the technicians to bring my stickers, but I still didn’t receive my sign for the yard.

Starting from the salesman Seth **, he was professional & not at all pushy or condescending. My apologies for not remembering the installer's name but he too was professional & even policed up his mess. This is something I’ve been wanting to do myself but taking into account the time it would take me to do it versus the time I’m actually home & having to download some Chinese app. This was a no brainer. Love the fact that the system is a POE with WiFi bridge instead of just WiFi. Will definitely recommend.

Andy was awesome and was able to set everything up quickly and safely. He walked us through how to use all of the equipment and left the house very clean. I would Highly recommend Andy to anyone who is having their Vivint installed. We feel safe in our new home and that is the most important thing to us.

Doug was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of our installation. He was communicative before even stepping into our home and continued to update us about what he was doing throughout the day. He ran us through new Vivint features we didn't know about and demonstrated everything before leaving. We're so glad that he helped us feel more secure in our home!

The technician that came out to my home was wonderful. He was quick to answer any questions and was polite and knowledgeable in his work. Vivint itself is where things are lacking. Good security system but doesn't seem up front about credit checks, monthly payment, and the things that are really on your bill.

Martin was too persistent with selling your product! He refused to accept no as an answer; almost to the point of harassing. Martin showed up at my house the very next day after I purchased your product and insisted that I find more customers for him as if your product was given to me for free. While Martin was at my house (hours) he used my restroom to defecate and insisted on vaping in my home after I outright told him no. Moreover while the HVAC tech was at my home. The HVAC tech could not fix my AC unit because Martin was trying to push your product. While I respect Martin’s desire to make sales he needs to know his limits.

My family and I are very happy with the system. It is impressive how good and smooth are the images projected by the cameras. The seller Santiago described to us how the system worked and we fell in love. He also gave us a very good offer. Highly recommended for all families who want to protect their home.

Both men were extremely professional and kind. They were able to describe their jobs and what they did perfectly and I could not have asked for any one better than those 2. At the end of the whole thing I was left satisfied and more importantly I learned that there are still decent companies out there who believe in customer care.

The tech was amazing! It was raining very badly, he was still patient and installed everything perfectly. Everything works amazing. He showed me how to use app and showed me how to work doorbell camera and all the cool things I can do with it and told me that even if power goes it would work up to 14 hours, amazing service.

Just wanted the doorbell mounted on the wall outside the gate door and not on the inside of the gate door because where the doorbell is currently positioned we will not be able to see the person standing outside my front door which the first point of entry. Everything else is good so far.

I am going through a rough time with my mom dying and was not always nice throughout the whole process. I’m sorry for that. We are enjoying the system so far and are considering adding services on to our current plan. I have yet to explore that but would like more information on that. I like how easy it is to lock and unlock the door and the cameras are amazing in quality!

I loved the tech Ray and his explanation of the service, products and other products that are available. Great experience. When looking at the email I found it could have been free install and I noticed I will need 2 more cameras. I will try to get those next month.

Definitely above average quality of equipment and software. Definitely have a wish list of features I would like to see, but overall very impressed with the capabilities. Pricing seems reasonable especially at the higher end. Premium quality gear and service upgrades seem to be minimally impacting the monthly cost. DVR service for camera review is reasonable at 5 bucks a month, but it adds up if you have multiple cams. I would be ok with SD cards for full res and just a 4-up split-screen recording on the cloud DVR. I have 4 cams and it feels like paying 5 bucks a month for each one is a lot.

Great services, great quality and clear. Gerald did a wonderful job helping us purchase that was right for our home, he was personable and we are thankful that he didn’t rush us and was there to meet our every need. The technician came out and was quick and prompt. He answered any questions that we had and was accessible. We really are excited to be a part of the giving community.

From purchase of the service, it was only hours until the install was complete. Professional courtesy was consistent throughout. Associated hardware & software platforms are easy to use. The expansion of benefits and cost analysis per service was thorough and comprehensible. Would recommend for others looking for a comprehensive home security solution.

Very happy with the monitoring of the exterior cameras. Much better system than my previous monitoring system that provided no cameras. It provided a panic button for my elderly family member. Ease to use and monitor all cameras with the smart phone. Looking forward to add more monitors and cameras to the system.

Great product at a great price. Professional salesman and zero pressure. Fast and friendly installation process. All paperwork was reviewed and all questions answered. Both salesmen and installer made sure we were able to navigate the system before leaving. I would definitely recommend if you're in search of a home system.

Mark was my sales person. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installers were also great. My only bad comment is that there is no instruction manual for the equipment, it is absolutely necessary! I had a good explanation of how things work but it is a little confusing and hard to remember. Thank you for your help.

The salesperson was very courteous and did not push us to sign up for the system. The install person was so sweet and did a great job in explaining how to use the system. Particularly because we are seniors and are not computer savvy. We will have to see as time passes how we like all the security equipment and its usage.

The work has not been completed. None of the outdoor pro cameras have been installed as of this writing. Tech couldn’t give definitive day or time of return. I will update this post when work is completed. The tech is a friendly and easy to talk to person. The parts of the system (door bells) and panel work well.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience, from the explaining of the products to the installation of the products. Nick went above and beyond and wasn’t pushy like other salesmen. He was very down to earth, very professional, and he made sure everything was taken care of before he left. He also came back to do a follow-up just to make sure that everything was still running smoothly. I love the fact that as soon as I decided to buy, the technician, François was on the way. He made sure that everything was up and running before he left, and asked me if I had any questions before leaving. Both of these men did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. It’s only day two of using the Vivint system and I love it! I’m glad I made the switch!

I'm very happy with my new security system. I feel safe and protected. My whole house can be viewed from my phone when I'm home and/or away. I would recommend this system 10 out of 10 times. It's worth the investment for the peace of mind to know your house is protected and monitored.

Was so happy with the service and how speedy they were with installing everything. System is clearer than if I looked out my front door. Sales rep was very professional and patient to explain everything. Installation person stayed until I was able to download everything I needed on my phone.

A very good alarm system. I had it before and I just feel more comfortable with it. I trust it and I love it for someone that lives alone. I really do trust the system. I had it 10 years ago. I will recommend it to anyone and my friends and family also.

The regional manager that came to my door was a young, energetic and intelligent man who helped me see all of the wonderful benefits of this system for my home, including a significant reduction in my HOS premiums. I am a tough customer, but this system is top-notch, with high tech cameras, microphones and an electric central control panel where I can see what's going on in front, in back, and on the porch all at the same time. Very impressed and very economical!

Ivan and I believe my tech's name was Matthew were absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have been more happy with their service and help! I had Vivint years ago but they definitely made me confident in my decision to come back. Everything was done with care and explained everything so I could understand and were more than happy to answer any questions for me. Thank you guys again!

From my recollection when inquiring about the install/monthly fees I was only asked how many doors to get in and out, I wasn’t asked about windows but was told censors wouldn’t cost extra, the spotlight was a promo and added at no cost, but I had to pay $187 when I was told only $19 would be due at time of installation. The monthly bill also went from around $56 to $87, so I’m not quite sure where the disconnect and miscommunication happened. However, Nichole (phone rep) and Omar (tech) were both amazing; very patient, polite, and outgoing. Omar was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had while taking time to make sure we understood how the system worked and repositioning the camera to our liking.

I am very pleased with my cameras, door sensors and panel. Everything is clear and I am so happy that now I can see what's going on outside before I open the door. Franz was an amazing salesman and Angelo was a great installer. Both were polite and professional.

Only had our system for about a week, 2 outside camera w/ lights & 1 doorbell camera, so far so good! Picture quality is good, their detection is good. The salesman & installer were both very friendly & knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends & family.

The installer was very professional and polite. He gave us good tips on how to use the unit. I recommend them. From when he first got there, very nice person to work with, easy going, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable about the product. He didn’t try to charge me first product that I didn’t need. That goes a long way when it comes to buying security systems for your home.

I had a great experience with the sales rep Maltese and the technician Jadyn.. They were very polite, clean and neat and knew what they were doing. I thank them so much. When they told you a time that they would be there. They were right on time and I could appreciate that.

I've been with Vivint for over 10 years. Had to fully purchase their system 2x because they don't offer terms for upgrade or loyalty to consumers. This time is too much. I experienced an item failure covered under warranty, but they wouldn't change it because mine was obsolete V1 while now they use V3. After talking to the CSR, they went about deleting the sensor from my main hub and telling me the issue was "RESOLVED". I only found out the sensor was deleted when I turned on the alarm and it say "bypass sensor****". In other words, the 800 customer service # can remotely disable sensors from your house.

Overall, great experience. Charlie ** was very professional and did a great job presenting the product without being a pushy salesman. He explained everything to my wife and I very well and made us both feel comfortable with this purchase. The install was done cleanly and quickly. The technician was very helpful explaining the install and made it easy to understand all of the features.

Deangelo did a great install and explained how it worked so we could understand. He patiently answered our questions. We are impressed with what the system does. Dom did a good job of explaining the advantages of a Vivint system. The price seems reasonable, too. We hope the cameras will help to deter mischief.

Michael was amazing to work with! He was friendly and able to install my home security without a hitch. He was also able to explain all the technology very thoroughly and easily. If I could give him higher than 5 stars, I would! I am very satisfied with my experience.

Great service, the install was seamless and smooth. Technician was very knowledgeable and offered numerous solutions to my installing needs, the app is very user friendly and easy to navigate, I would definitely recommend using it.

The sales guy came to our door after 9:00 PM. Said he had a quick presentation that ended up being like 45 minutes. He told me the equipment and installation was free, just had to pay the monitoring fee and unlike all the other companies they had no contract and you could cancel anytime. None of that was true, there was a 5 year contract for the equipment and installation which was $4800.00 The cancelation fee is 50% of the remaining contract balance. He said he was going to throw in 2 free cameras but they were on the invoice. I think the equipment itself is decent but a totally dishonest sales approach.

Sales rep was thorough and answered all questions. Very polite and helpful. The install technicians were fast, efficient and neat. Overall happy with the equipment so far. Clear, crisp pictures on the screen and the app. Easy to use the app and the hub. Would recommend the service and products to friends.

My wonderful salesman GEOVANNI ** was wonderful. He knew his stuff about. The equipment and his company. He seemed honest and very helpful. And ALEX AND THE OTHER ALEX were great, they knew their stuff. They explained step by step what they were doing, very honest, grateful and appreciative. They all get 10’s. Made sure the right people get this information. My son and I loved them. And if I need any help with the system I would like only them to come and help me because I’m so old school.

Initial salespeople were nice, but upselling and using the word “free” as they give you “free” equipment. Really you start with a minimum of 700 dollars of equipment which they then “add equipment to for free.” Initially had 4K of equipment as the minimum paid for over 5 years. Backed the salesperson off this crazy amount to work towards what I felt was still an unreasonable price for minimal equipment. Did not give me an honest rundown of what each piece of equipment costs. At install, the technician explained that the garage door equipment wouldn’t work but he could leave it for me to sell! After talking to salespeople they agreed to swap to a door lock for no additional cost yet as technician is having me resign for install they attempt to add several hundred more.

Vivint. It's such an amazing security company with the most up-to-date technology. The cameras are amazing, door locks, great security panel. I been with ADT for 34 years. ADT don't have nothing near what Vivint has. If I knew much earlier what amazing features Vivint has I would of left ADT a long time ago. Vivint pricing is much lower than ADT. Vivint has more state of art technology than ADT does. I'm so very grateful my sales rep told me about Vivint. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank you Vivint for your amazing service. I was impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable, but not pushy sales team and fast, efficient technician. Everyone answered all of our questions and worked with us within our limits. They were also nice to my cat.

Brant was very helpful! He was very honest & helpful! He wasn’t pushy like other representatives that we had in the past! I would totally recommend him to my friends and family! Also I want to shout out the people that came and installed my stuff! They were amazing! They were very friendly and also helpful with everything!

Sales rep was a little bit pushy and impatient but overall polite. He walked us through all of their different products and we were definitely interested to begin with. The technician was phenomenal answering any questions that I had in detail and I had no complaints. He showed up 15 to 20 minutes after we signed up with the sales rep and was done within 3 and 1/2 hours.

The installation tech, Hunter **, was incredible!! He clearly explained each service, made suggestions, and took the time ensuring we had a clear understanding how to navigate the app. He was professional, cleaned up the minimal evidence of the install, and was grateful for our hospitality while he was here. 24 hours have passed since installation, and we are THRILLED with the quality of the cameras, and the upgrade of our security system.

Troy did an awesome job. Very courteous and explained how everything works. He answered all of my questions and went over the system. I recommend this technician. He also told us that if we had any questions we can reach out to him or Vivint. He took his time and showed us how each camera works.

Everything was very smooth, and every customer service agent/technician/account manager was on top of their game. My experience started with Kendall a representative out of Florida who shared his knowledge of the Vivint system and how it could add to my home security. Jessie came in and installed the equipment with such confidence and respect for my home. Jessie has the know how and people skills that anyone would benefit from having as part of their company. Thanks for making this Independence Day one to remember. These two employees really are great assets to Vivint. As you can see from attached photos, it wasn't all just install, there was definitely some blockers that Jessie overcame quickly and professionally. That kept me confident that my home was in great hands.

I am happy I switched to a new security system. I no longer have to worry about third party contractors and being told different information from my previous company. Vivint is inexpensive and user friendly. John (manager) was informative and ensured my installation process was easy and smooth. Kendra (technician) was fast and efficient. She effectively explained how to use the system. I love the fact that I can contact them if I have initial questions about the system. I highly recommend Vivint.

He was great set up was fine. Easy install and Sherry was great too. I had Johnathan do my install. Cameras are good and so is the alarm. My mom got it too after I referred her. Easy and great communication, no complaints. Much better than my last company which cameras were very blurry.

At first, I was a little skeptical and didn’t want to entertain the possibility of changing our security service. However, Sterling does not give up. He was very friendly and he explained everything thoroughly. However, he neglected to tell me that there is going to be a hard hit on my credit report and he neglected to tell me that they were installing the system the same day. I was expecting guest for the holiday, and it was somewhat of an inconvenience but one that was well worth it. The tech was very nice and he explained everything thoroughly when he set up our system.

From the sales rep coming to the house and explaining all the features and benefits of the system to the technician showing up same day to do the install, it was a great pleasant experience. It was quicker than I had expected given fact they had to install wiring for camera on garage. I am very happy so far.

Vivint as a service is great. But don't dare to cancel. It's been 7+ months of headaches and continuous monthly charges for a service we no longer have after selling our home. Multiple calls with "guarantee" reimbursement of overcharging. This company sucks to end service with.

Got rid of my RING camera and door locks. Connected a new Vivint doorbell and deadbolts on my doors. Connected my garage door opener. Connected my Nest thermostat. Added connected lights on my front porch and in my living room as well. Literally no one can do all of that and STILL keep everything in one simple to use app.

The man who came out to our house to install the system was very knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking to safeguard your home. The system is easy to use and the installer was very patient with us when training us how to use the system.

As my first alarm system it is very easy to use and manage, from both inside alarm system and thru cell phone. Installment was easy and communication with the installer was great as well. Since the system is new in my home I am happy, I will let family and friends know about this company.

A sales rep for Vivint came by and made their pitch, and less than 6 hours after we signed the whole system was already installed. They only sold us what we needed and even saved us money on recommending the proper hardware. The system and interface are easy to see and use. Would definitely recommend.

Both the installation and sales guy were awesome. Jeremy ** was our salesman and he listened and put a great package together I knew I was being sold to but he still did an excellent job listening and putting together the perfect set up. Our installation guy was available for same day work and helped us see how everything can be in a single app. We now can use our Vivint app for our thermostats, garage door; home lock, and security. We think both guys did amazing work and had fun playing with the app and customizing our own system.

Jeff was very informative about Vivint and was very happy with the quick installation. I am very pleased with the doorbell and camera and happy that I can hear it now. I am not able to cancel my contract with Fluent until August of 2025, not happy with that but it is what it is, A much better Alarm system.

I had a great experience with Vivint! From the lovely sales agent to the technicians who installed the system. They answered all my questions very professionally. The installation went smoothly and they consulted me before doing anything. Their pricing was reasonable and worth it. Great company!! I will recommend this company without hesitation. I had ADT for years, but I believe Vivint offers better service and product.

System installed in brand new house. Tech didn’t take off shoes, left all the mess behind from installing. He didn’t bring a broom or vacuum. Left with the board saying low battery on thermostat. Said it would reset. Still hasn’t and we have been without air for the last 24 hours. Very frustrated!

The sales pitch was good and we already had a Vivint system installed when we bought the house. The salesperson claimed to be the district manager (maybe he is). But was told by him that the options and upgrades would be at no cost to us. Over $1,300 later there was a cost to us. Was told to ignore the credit option as that was no concern. I should have taken the time to read and think instead of being under the gun to return to work. Love the system but hate being lied to, especially at a cost of over $1300.

My tech was wonderful, installation was quick and clean. He explained his placing of the equipment with expertise. The equipment is efficient and the service is also. My family feels safe and protected! For the price you couldn't ask for a better peace of mind for your family and home.

Very great experience from sales with Angus M. to the installation with Tim. It all happened in under 24 hours! Wasn’t thinking about getting a security system till Angus was at my door. He showed me and my fiancé all its features and sold us! Set us up for the next day installation and boom it’s done.

Daren, Jacky and Zyda were very professional and explained everything that was going to be done with the installation. Zyda explained how to use the system and was easy to understand. Today was my installation day and all went well. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and I had a ton. He asked for a broom to clean-up the little mess created by the install. I had to call the office because I was charged for something I was told was free, they removed it immediately. I was impressed by their service. I will recommend them to my friends.

Call to cancel due to I didn't sign form and customer service want me to email them. When they have a number to call to cancel they should make it simple to cancel especially if it's not your signature plus the sales person said it was going to be 30 days trial and on the cancelation it only give you 6 days.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Additionally, the system itself is easy to operate and at a great price point. The security service itself is very affordable as well.

The install went smoothly as explained. Once it was completed, the system was explained then the installer walked with me outside to check and make sure that there were no exterior problems. The only problem that I have is the computer system.

As a new customer the installation was extremely well done and professional, the tech. Went out of his way to hide cables and make everything look flush, excellent work. As for my salesman he was really cool and had great energy, thankfully he came at the right time as I was shopping for home security, for sales and installation amazing work. 10/10 as for service and quality. As I am a new customer I will come back in a month and update this review if any issues arrive but for now everything is perfect, highly recommended.

It would be 0 stars if it was offered. From the start it was messy. The reps said most of my equipment was compatible and the tech said it wasn't, they said I was bundled for one this and the tech said I wasn't. Techs were still at my house after 12 am from 7pm. I asked them to leave and come the following day to remove the equipment and replace mine because up until they left we were still going back and forth about pricing and equipment. Next day sales rep talk to me via the tech's phone and assured me to try it out for 30 days, he was sure I'd love it better than ADT. Come a week later I'm still not convinced nor satisfied so I reach out to the rep & the Tech with no response, so I call customer service only to be told that their trial period is only 3 days & unless they can confirm with the rep that my early cancelation would be a buy out. Never have I ever be so deceived and hoodwinked by reps in such a way.

I was happy to meet Cobi, such a professional guy, a hard worker, polite, and professional. Thank you so much for your service. I was very happy with his work. Everything that I require was submitted by Kobi. After the installation, he went through with me over the phone and everything I need.

The representative that came to set up my account was helpful and polite, the technician who came to set up the system was as well. They both made sure that I understood the agreement and how to work the system as well. Added bonus they were not annoyed by my cats wanting attention from them.

Phillip was awesome! Very thorough explaining what he was doing and explaining the system. App is easily accessible and very user friendly. Only complaint is having to have an outlet accessible to mount any cameras or the home pad. Also, not able to hide the cords on outside walls. Technology should allow installers the ability to have more options. Because of this outlet issue it eliminates options for camera positioning.

Our salesman, CJ was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Tad, was, also, great about other products that Vivint markets. Very informative. Our installation tech did a great job of setting everything up and showing us the ropes on how the system works. Particularly love the outdoor camera and features that it offers. I recently purchased a complete security system for my home. My technician was Joseph who arrived on time and immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and patience. The hardware installation was professional and non intrusive to the structure of my home. We worked through the system set up and ensured my system was working properly. I did have a system error after installation but Joseph promptly returned my call and walked me through the correction. Overall I would absolutely recommend this service. To this point the system is working very well.

Great service. Once I applied for the service they were at my house about an hour later and installed all the equipment. They also tell how to everything works which is great! They were very friendly. I’ve had the service for a couple days now and I love it. I can see everything around my house.

Decided to upgrade security system and was ok ease with the salesman and the tech who was very skilled at his job. I work in the technology field so I can appreciate some of the advantage the security cameras have as well as the great night vision. Be advised there is a soft credit check and financing is involved. I didn't go crazy with the gadgets. I wanted to be as simple as possible, but hard to do when you love tech. Overall I am satisfied with the system I chose. No big issues from sales to install.

Jeffery was very nice and helped set up everything very quickly. He explained and showed us everything and how to use it. Whoever the sales rep is that is in the herriman area though trying to sell Vivint to the neighborhood is terrible. He needs to leave. He is very pushy and rude and does not take no for an answer. He came to our house at least five times and then was upset and rude when we had it installed but not through him.

Vivint operates egregiously. They repeatedly come to my door and ring the bell that clearly has a NO SOLICITING sign. They then proceed to give the same spiel throwing out supposed names of my neighbors and about how they are not disrespecting my NO SOLICITING sign. They won't stop coming to my door and it's been years. My only other alternative is going to be to shove the sign up their ** and hope that they will get the message then. I do not want your business. I will never do business with you. I do not want you to ring my doorbell that clearly states: NO SOLICITING. That sign was placed there for you. Stop and desist your illegal and unethical business practices. I choose NOT to spend my money with a company that chooses to stalk me like a salivating jackal. I am not your prey and you are a vile company.

Fred my installation technician was awesome. Love the new system and will definitely refer friends and family. Camera wide view and being able to talk through cameras is awesome. And having a peace of mind now about my home makes it all better. Can’t wait to see how much better Vivint is than CPI system I had.

I signed up with the college kid who came 3 times and stated that we could try it out for 30 days. I advised him that we were leaving town in a few days so they came the next day. Upon my return in 1 week, I called him and told him that I didn’t want the service due to the amount of it and I just got laid off. They refused to get it and stated that I would have to pay over 2000 for 2-3 weeks.

The tech Mark N. was friendly and professional. He called before arriving to let us know his arrival time, when he arrived he went over our order and confirmed all the items. The install went well and he was very communicative and answered all our questions. He took his time showing us how to use the keypad. We are happy to have the system in place and working.

Safety is Paramount, especially as a single woman with a child, when Vivint Rep Q'uan **, knocked on my door with an amazing offer, it was a no brainer. He was knowledgeable about the product, and efficient in building a package to suit my home needs. The IT factor for me was the clarity of the imaging. I never have to open my door! I can see who is on the porch from inside the home, or even if I'm away! The customer service team at the call center was just as helpful in reworking my payment! Overall I have had ADT and considered Ring, neither of them gives me the convenience, and security that Vivint provides. My unit was installed the same day by a wonderful, friendly, fast moving technician named Tristan. The original representative even called a day later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and process. It'll be with me forever! Thanks Vivint for securing my home!

Overall great experience. Rob was great to work with and super helpful. Brasil got out here super quick to do the install and was fast and for the most part thorough. She had a difficult time fishing the wire to one of my outlets and caused some damage to the drywall that couldn’t just be covered by the outlet cover. She slapped some clear silicone over it and called it good. I didn’t notice until the next day. Looks pretty bad and I’ll have to fix it now. I think she did a pretty good job other than that.

It was great experience, within 3 hours I get a new security smart home system for affordable price. Sales representative was very polite and answered all my questions. Technician was super quick, three cameras, smart door lock and doorbell, panel and a number of detectors were installed in less than two hours. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends.

Support technician walked me through the steps needed to fix the problem and was up and running within 10 minutes. My previous alarm company would have had me holding on for at least 15 to 30 minutes.

Cody was time effective and he install the system in record time. He also spent valuable time in answering all of our questions. I was told by the salesman it would take 15 minutes for the install guy to take care of what he needed the following day. Three hours later the system still doesn’t work. Now it’s armed and can’t be unarmed because they don’t know the password. And I’ve missed a few appointments and put me out several hundred dollars. And I still don’t have the service I paid for or was promised.

I get a sales associate from Vivint that knocks on my door. I paid all equipment up front $1800, I signed up for $30 dollars a month. I get my bill it's and it's $76.50, reached out to sales associate. No help because she flat out lied to me. Very deceptive business practices. Stay away from this company.

My installer was excellent. He was knowledgeable in what he was doing. He installed everything without any mistakes and he did clean up after himself. At the end he explained how to operate and all the functions my new security system had. I already recommended Vivint to all my friends and co workers.

From start to finish, the customer service with Vivint has been excellent and consistent. Everybody that I have dealt with is knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the equipment is awesome. The app is extremely user friendly. And in addition to having a fully monitored home security system with cameras, smoke and CO2 detectors, and a flood detector, one of the best things is that I can make interest free payments for 5 years if I want, so I can afford to protect my family and my home, rather than having to opt for poor quality garbage, like Blink, which is what we tried before.

I've never in my life dealt with such a misleading, false information company. Somehow they got me into signing a 60 month contract without my knowledge & I only found out because on the 2nd day money was being taken from my account & my garage doors wouldn't open or close so I called customer service & was told I was in 2 contracts for 60 months after the sales rep told me to my face in my home there was no contract. I could go on & on over how they screwed me into thousands of dollars in debt but I'm mentally exhausted because of this company. Long story short DO NOT GET VIVINT & if you do record EVERYTHING ask to read a contract & read it 5 times. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone because customer service won't let me talk to one.

Hunter was our technician. He was very professional and efficient at installing our system. He also took time and walked the property to understand what I was wanting to see with the cameras. He got everything installed without problems and also made sure I understood how to work the system.

Tech was friendly knowledgeable and obviously paid attention during any and all training. His cabling was skilled. (An electrician, I would know) . A true asset to any team. He was completed under the time stated. He cleaned up any and all messes. Would request him back if I ever decided to add to my system.

The technicians became unbelievably quickly and worked late to get the system installed the very day we signed up. We have not had a lot of experience with the system yet, but it seems to have far more flexibility than I would have expected from such a system. While it is not all that difficult to use, having the salesperson walk us through it was so very helpful. We are very pleased.

We had two different Taylor’s come. One who was a young man to tell us about it and the other who was a young woman to setup. Taylor with the promo team did great and a different Taylor with the setup part did such a great job and so very nice.

I can’t say enough about Peter and his crew. They were not too pushy which is hard to find these days. They answered any questions that I had. They were patient, kind, and most of all made sure I was comfortable before signing the dotted line. There was no fast talking to the point of my head spinning and they were very personable and outgoing young men. Very respectful. Our technician was a gem as well. He did quick and efficient work. He let me know step by step what he was doing and he was very outgoing. When they left I hated to see them leave which is rare when dealing with salesmen. I didn’t consider them salesmen. I was not planning on switching service providers from Alder to Vivint. Salesman Sam was great. Installer was best I've seen. Ever. Cost is higher than I want but value should balance out. I will give it a. Month or so to see if this was a mistake. I am satisfied with the system.

I did not mind the tech but I also don’t like that he was walking around my house with shoes on. He asked to use my bathroom which is fine but used my decorative towel to dry his hands off and then left mud or dirt all over my sink! That’s unacceptable!

I do love the video camera functions switch smoothly across all cameras from left to right.. very nice.. and the zoom in picture is flawless and detailed!!! Only physical smart device I wish needed work was the smart lock… when the software is set to lock if the door is open the lock engages when the door is left open… If the smart lock had a secure way of knowing the door is in the frame and then engage the deadbolt would be a true smart lock! Hint there is a door open sensor and add a secure frame dock sensor to know the door is closed in the frame of the door to engage the door lock automatically if the software is set to lock… The thermostat is awesome and the motion, window and door open detections are awesome since my teenagers use to get out with the ring system… This system reports and and give details about everything. I’m truly loving this home security system for 2024!! This is absolutely the best!!!!

Haven’t had the system for more than 2 weeks and already issues. Don’t go with them, they suck and the customer service is horrible as well. I wish I could return everything they sold us. If you have any issues with WiFi then it’s hell.

They are pretty quick installing the unit as there are many things to do, with installing the panel, the doorbell, and the cameras depending on how many you get. We feel more secure in our home thanks to Vivint security!

While a few things changed during the consultation after seeing my house, overall things went well and as expected. The tech was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that there are not hardwired options for the doorbell or outside video cameras. For that reason, I chose not to have them installed.

I was not told that I would be receiving a separate bill for equipment, plus I didn’t want a separate account opened up for the equipment. I was under the impression that it would be around what I’m was previously paying. You should have your seller report the truth when it comes to your company and what they are paying for because that was not explained, I was better off with ADT.

Walked me through all the details pre-installation, helped me select the best suitable equipment for my home and post-installation he provided an overview and guided me with the setup. He explained things clearly and went over how the panel so we understood how it all works. He also gave us some suggestions on where to place the monitor and inside cameras.

I have been with ADT for a few years. I had a camera that never worked, but the security system did what I needed so I stayed with them and was paying extra for the services. Mark gave us new security and cameras that are better than what ADT gave me. I'm very happy.

Vivint has stopped multiple crimes from happening at our other locations. Technician was very professional and extremely helpful. The men that came into my home to set up security systems was very kind. They took their time to show us how to use the system. I would let my friends know about this system, tech was professional and asked us if we had any questions. He set all our settings and also showed us the different features. He came back twice, worked on cameras and installed front door camera. Wife liked the different seasonal doorbell chimes.

Yes, my wife researched as we were being informed by him. We were looking into replacing our current security system and not increasing our dollar output too much. We are both retired….and he was cognizant of the figure, laying out a program for us. We decided to switch to Vivint and will refer others. The install was by an equally pleasant, courteous, and experienced technician. He confirmed what our program entailed, and expediently knew exactly what to do, as well as instruct us on the ease of the operating panel and the app on our smartphones. We give a 10+, feeling safer in our home than before.

I had a great experience with the Vivint tech today. I am sorry I don't recall his name. He was very professional, went over everything he was going to do before he started. Once everything was setup, I was given a quick show of how the system worked. It works great, really easy to use. This system I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I've been pretty satisfied with service at my Church, but when it came to my home it seem to be somewhat complicated for Admin to get setup. Other than that I will recommend to others try Vivint. What I would like to see is the review frames not take so long to look at. Sometimes they're days behind the present time. (not good). Again, I would still recommend without prejudices. Rev R. **
