Yes recommend to a friend this Vivint service for camera surveillance. Has good access at home and away from home for peace of mind all the time. Definitely good to try out quality products in the area, ok for family home use and personal surveillance backyard/front yards. Good system for use most of the time.

Very happy with my new camera security system, very boujee, and I totally feel safe. As I am a young female who lives alone this new system is a game changer for me. The Salesman and tech were absolutely amazing, very quick and thorough, even left me with no questions, they covered it all! 10/10 recommend, totally worth it, what are you waiting for!

Nathan and his installer did very well I liked that they came the same day to install my equipment. I give them a 10 also very helpful and explain everything I wanted to hear. Nathan came in at the right time, I was just telling my son I wanted to go get some Ring cameras.

I was very impressed with installation experience. The installer DeShawn offered good advice on how to position the equipment to maximize coverage. He was very courteous and professional. The equipment is easy to use and maintain. There are a lot of options for how to configure your system to your needs. The system is also scalable so adding additional sensors or equipment is easy.

James came out to my house. Did my alarm system. Did amazing job. I would most definitely recommend him on job well done. He was on time and got it done fast. I just wanna say thank you for getting the job done and being a good alarm technician. He’s the best.

Sales representative thoroughly explained security system and prices. This individual was very friendly and patient when negotiating service deal. I would recommend it to my family and friends for them to purchase service as well.service technicians were also very friendly and open to answer questions that me and my husband had.

The Gentleman knocked on the door, introduced himself, told us what he was offering, showed us what it was and how we can benefit from it. It was something we were needing so we had a full set up installed the next day by a nice gentleman and we love it! Not only we can monitor everything local and from afar we can also change it at any time to our liking.

Alex is a good salesman, very knowledgeable about the product. The installer was knowledgeable about the installation. The equipment looks nice. I wasn’t told the equipment needed to be near outlets so holes was drilled in my walls that was a turnoff. They have no way to install a sensory to a steel door

Sales rep fabricated the truth about the system cause I was told it ran by cell phone not WiFi but other than that I thinking the system will be a great asset to me, pleased with the system for now, tech answered all my questions and concerns while setting up the system.

The Tech and the Sales person were so awesome from A to Z! Cleaned up the mess and explained everything that was done. Then walked us through all of the instructions as well and gave us numbers in case we needed to call for anything! I would recommend this company to friends!

Michael ** was very helpful, professional, and friendly. I would recommend Vivint based solely on my interactions with him alone. He installed everything quickly and went into detail about each feature installed. He showed me how to operate the security system in an easy to understand way and even explained more options that were available to me. One of the best interactions I have had.

Bank contacting me about payments. The install was waived and I would be billed monthly for 60+ dollars. I was billed right away for 20+dollars for something from you. The interview was very shortwave. Told the cost of 60+dollars a month and a guy would come by right away to install. The guy came by, didn't say much just installed and left.

The service I received on 5-22-2024 was impeccable, down to the sale representative and technician team. Appreciate the time the sales rep took explaining things in a comprehensible manner to me. Technicians were also very knowledgeable, catering to my needs, friendly, excellent customer service, respectful, very professional, made sure the security system was up and running properly, training on how to use the security system, explained the different features, cleaned up once everything was installed and completed.

Nice, friendly, well represented sales guy and same for installer. Explained everything and made sure we were good before they left. Installer made sure everything was clean and back to the way it was when he came in. Great guys for sure. Installer walked us through all the new items and made sure we knew how to work it.

Will, the sales representative, and Ethan, the installer were both A+. Will explained everything very well and respected that we needed time to make our decision. Ethan was very friendly, quick, and very careful with our home. Installation didn’t take too long and Will follow up was timed perfectly with phone calls and text messages.

Omg Jordan was the best. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He has a personality every employer should look for. My husband passed 2/12:24 and Jordan made me feel safe in my home while showing me how to use the app. He cleaned up after the installation. He made sure I could use the app.

Anthony did a great job setting our cameras, etc. For our home. He just didn't want t to talk to me. When I asked a question, he just acted like I was stupid. Nice guy if you don't ask him anything. When he left he asked if we had questions, I did but didn't want to annoy him anymore than I already had? As far as Andrew's presentation, it was great. Andrew said the technician would show us how to use our system. We are still trying to figure out what to do. The tech was here until midnight so maybe that's why he was annoyed with me?

Sign up lasted about two hours when I was told it would only take about 20 minutes. The representative did not know what he was doing. He called the customer service line for assistance. They couldn’t help him either. I think he called a coworker that eventually was able to assist him in signing me up. The installation process was strange. Initially I was told that they would come that night, which was about 9 o’clock to install then I was told that they were all booked up so they could not come. So they will come the next day and someone just needed to be home to let them in.

Excellent customer service!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job with the installation and explained everything very clearly. The screen is user-friendly and the camera has a very nice view.

I had a truly horrendous experience with Vivint Alarm company. They will trap you in a contract that feels like a legal prison sentence! When I signed up with them, I was never informed about the sneaky clause that handcuffs you to their service even if you relocate and no longer need security services and we have fully paid off the equipment that will be staying at our old home.

Great equipment and the installer did a great job. All the equipment was installed quickly, nicely, and carefully. I will be recommending Vivint to friends and family. Tech helped me download and log into my Vivint app and was very thorough with instructions. Tech was very nice and professional. Definitely 10 out of 10.

My rep Steve was awesome. He thoroughly explained what Vivint has to offer and even personalize the package to accommodate me and my family's needs. My installer was quick and efficient and he was very personable. Even made it fun for the kids. I have small children so the system is great for my kids. One of my favorite thing so far is the smart thermostat because I can control that from anywhere. So far we are loving the new system. We look forward to becoming more acclimated so that we can explore all features provided.

My technician was very informative, patient & understanding of exactly what I wanted. I appreciate his cleanliness & professionalism. He was patient & assured i understood the system thoroughly before leaving. I recommend hiring more techs like Kemrick **. He wasn’t talkative and made sure everything was done correctly.

The service was exceptional. Not only the representative that came to speak to me was informative but I also got setup for same day installation and the installers were exceptional and very professional and knowledgeable! I really felt like a valued customer and informed customer. They finished the job in a record time as well

Ivan’s customer service is amazing! He answered all our questions & was able to show us how the system works once it was installed. A service tech even came same day to install! With everything included in our package, we’re shocked at how low the monthly payment is! Thank you again!

A Vivint rep knocked on the door and I started talking to him. Their offer was $20 more a month than ADT. However, what I got for the money was far better. Their system is much better than ADT’s technology and offering. The technician came the same day and was at my house until 10pm installing the equipment. Unbelievable service and very happy with the system so far. It’s nice to actually be able to utilize what I’m paying for every month.

They did great, my technician was incredible, super friendly, super efficient. The representative was very informative. I’ve been thinking about getting Vivint for a while and they solidified my want for it. Eddie informed me of everything that the hub does and set it up very well and was very polite and funny.

This is a sham company. We were lied to from day one about price and performance. There should be a class action lawsuit for fraudulent inducement and failure to provide promised & guaranteed products & service. Your product & service is awful. Shame on you, Vivint!

I switched from Vector Security to Vivint, and I am pleased with my choice. The installer, Tristan, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and everything is working as expected. The doorbell camera alone is worth using Vivint. I am so much happier with it than the previous two doorbell cameras I had. The switch was seamless and I would recommend Vivint to others.

Excellent service, professional, kind, prompt. Couldn’t ask for better. Brennan was great. Went out of his way to help me!!! Would recommend!!!! My last security company AMP was lacking and rude. So thankful I switched.

My installer was amazing! He was efficient and put together the system well! He walked me through the different features and made sure I was comfortable with the setup before he left. He was respectable of my space and friendly throughout the entire process! I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a great team that came out. The sales representative and installation team was phenomenal. This should sum it up to the excellent training you give your employees. I will definitely recommend family and friends about your company. With your outstanding security system I can feel safe whether I'm home or away from home.

I was very impressed with Eli, our sales rep. He was quite personable and willing to "bend over backwards" to make a smooth transition. I was NOT impressed with the first installer, who after 5 minutes, decided he couldn't (or wouldn't) install the system. A second technician (Issac, I believe) came roughly an hour later and proceeded to install and activate the system.

From the time we booked the installation until the technician left our home, everything went smoothly. The customer service agent on the phone was friendly and helpful. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the system. He was also patient when I had questions. He suggested ways we could save money but also suggested things we may consider to make our home as secure as possible.

Alec did a great job explaining and selling the product to us. They were able to come same day to completely install and looks great and is very functionally. Had some great deals to go along with as well. Got camera in backyard, doorbells on front and side doors, glass breaking technology, garage door access, camera on driveway with deter system. Seems to work great so far.

Our experience with Vivint was the epitome of unprofessional and incompetent. The technician incorrectly installed every part of the system from the control panel, to the cameras, to the doorbell. He "didn't realize" that our outlets were upside down and drilled the hole for the control panel at the wrong location. That was his "bad" so he added an extra outlet so that the unit extends 4 inches from the wall that is completely exposed and quite enticing and dangerous to my 2 year old. He did not measure to drill holes for the back door wiring, simply held up his fingers and said "this looks good enough, right?" and so the wire enters 3 inches above the door frame and is an absolute eyesore.

Salesman was good to work with. Reviewed what I had. Told what I needed to change to make me feel comfortable with the situation. The salesperson was very helpful in helping me decide what was best needed. I love the idea that I can see who is at the door before I open it.

The absolute only 2 issues for not giving 5 Stars are that I have a no soliciting sign on my door, and the salesman had came more than once already. The second is the installation guy had someone come help and they left Plugs and wires on the floor, and wires and screws on the ground outside so it was an additional mess for me to clean up.

Julian and Diego could not have been more friendly, helpful, or professional. They helped us set up an existing system left by previous homeowners and showed us what upgrades or other features we should consider. The technician who came out later the same evening to get everything activated was also great and gave us a detailed demonstration of how everything works.

I had been looking for a NVR system without much success or finding a contractor, Then Jimmy knocked on our door. Jimmy the salesperson, Connor our installer, and Don our electrician were, kind, respectful, and were able to gives us the information we needed to make an informed decision. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. Connor stayed late to assure that everything was done; Jimmy stopped by twice to make sure everything was going smoothly; and Don was efficient, and very kind. This trio of workers should be on a training video for all new hires. We are completely satisfied with the service we received. Not sure any system can match the quality of these three men.

Good install, quick and easy. Sales guy was good at selling us the package we got. Wish the service did not cost way more than ADT. Hopefully, the service works and if we have a problem in the future you have good customer service. Hopefully, we will get the cameras and more stuff in the future with y'all.

He was amazing, very thorough, knowledgeable and kind, helped with every step of the way and answered all questions. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and even walked through all the features and set up. We are overall very satisfied and would recommend him to our friends for future product installation.

We usually don't entertain a salesman that knocks on the door. However Andy was great. We just so happen to be in the market for outdoor security so him stopping by was right on time. He was not overbearing and let us decide on what we wanted. He was professional and polite. He explained everything in detail. He was also able to get a tech out to the house the same day! Alejandro was also great!! Quick and efficient! He took explained everything once the system was set up. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to our friends and family members.

The live service was great, easy to walk through. Patience with me all the hood stuff. The reason I say but is I feel like the instructions could have just been emailed to me without making me wait an entire day to access my home's security. The previous owner had access to the system for an entire day, this could have potentially caused huge trouble.

Had Vivint take over my home's hard wired security system. They did a very poor job of wiring and has had several issues since installed. The customer service is not good and still can’t get anyone out to fix the issues.

I have been a Vivint customer for six years. I was pretty happy with this company until November of 2023 when I agreed to update my monitor and doorbell camera as recommended. The order was placed by phone for an agreed price of $500. When the technician came to install weeks later he said that the price was $550. He shrugged his shoulders about the discrepancy in price. The monitor froze within a week or so and I waited many weeks for a technician to come and replace it. I was unhappy with the doorbell playback feature which I paid an additional $300 and asked for my money back right away and was given a run around for many days and hours.

The installer was very nice and knowledgeable with the equipment. It did not take too long for him to set everything up. He walked me through the whole set up. I would love for him to do the rest of my add ons when it comes time. Two thumbs up!

We are so happy with our switch to Vivint. We didn’t know what we were missing. There’s so many new services we have, remote light operation, camera deterrent, remote keyless entry. It all makes our lives easier and we feel safe in our home. A special thanks to our sales guy Riley who made us an offer we couldn’t refuse!

Installer was easy to work with and arrived early. Installation went smooth and everything was up and running very fast. Paperwork was done all on my phone and made things so simple. Add ons, insurance, and extra details were offered and explained, but nothing by was pushed on us. Seamless experience.

My experience was the best. I signed up and explained what services I wanted in my home and it was installed the same night. They were quick, explained everything to keep me in the loop of the whole process. A day later I was shopping for groceries and saw my sales representative in the parking lot. He noticed me right away and asked if there was ever anything I needed, I could give him a call or text. They made my experience very personable and worthwhile.

This product is very useful and very convenient for my area. It’s always alarming us of any type of movement outside and keeping us up to date if anyone or anything move in the front yard. This product is honestly a great one and I recommend to anyone that wants to upgrade their security.

I am super pleased with Vivint services, their sales rep James and our helpful service member Greg! We just bought a home and moved away from friends and family and having a secure home was on the top of my wish list. We had been researching all the different options as far as DIY systems, Ring and ADT. But when I made the call to Vivint they were understanding of ALL my needs and being a mom of 3 boys ages 3 and under I need the easiest solution. This system hits ALL the marks and I will be recommending to all my friends and family!

They told us about their equipment and was way better than what we had before them, overall installing was pretty smooth and great and everything works amazing, would recommend to anyone who was this.

I’ve had Xfinity for over five years and they were OK not wrong, but there was not a lot of enhancements with this company. They gave me a good price and really good security that I feel would deter criminals much better than Xfinity services. I really am enjoying the floodlight security and the doorbell. I think it’s much better than Ring. The quality of the cameras are much more satisfying. And the fact that they have a whistle sound, which is even more better for the experience. I used to have them a long time ago when I lived with my family. By having them again with their new upgrades it’s really nice.

The security system is great and the salesman, technicians were very knowledgeable and very efficient! Still getting use to some of the many features, but would definitely recommend this system to anyone! Very happy with my decision to go with this security system. I was very pleased that the system could be installed the same day after the contract was signed.

People were knowledgeable about the product. They were friendly, helpful and timely. When asked questions they were able to answer. Workers were respectful in our home. They appeared to understand our needs. They carefully went over our order making sure we understood. I have finished saying what I want to say.

I will begin by saying the technician, Ben, was great. I think he was more frustrated with the software issues than I was. He would type in the package plan with added insurance and DVR and the contract Vivint sent for me to sign did not match what he put in his tablet (3 times). He was on with technical support for over two hours. Not off to ago start but Ben was great!

Enjoyed my experience with the Vivint sales rep and technical. Both were very professional and courteous, took their time in explaining the entire process, services offered, and operation of equipment. I am very satisfied with the services offered by Vivint and look forward to future incentives. My wife is also very happy with the purchase and loves the keypad and cell phone features. Very easy to navigate the apps and arm on/off the system. We got rid of ADT to join the Vivint family of services.

Tyler explained the system very well, how the integration works and all prices and fees accordingly. C.j. Was very professional and thorough in the install and working the main control unit, testing and ensuring all parts of the system were working and we understood how to function the tablet and app.

Salesperson and technician were both incredibly professional. Both are young, but spoke very well and were very personable. They had answers for all of our questions and if they didn’t they were on the phone immediately. The technician took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and made us aware of what she was doing at all times. She then took the time to walk us through the Vivint app.

Sales associate showed us the demo which really sold us on switching from ring camera. The imaging was clear but after install the imaging was not as clear as shown. The installer said the demo video was different than what the actual product gives which is ridiculous since you’re selling with false information. The install was frustrating since the sales associate also said the system would be hardwired but failed to mention it needed to be close to an outlet which limits your placement options. I will say then gentleman were really nice but I don’t see ourselves keeping this system.

I just got my new system installed today. I had an alarm system with a different company and hadn’t planned to change, but the representative was very nice and explained the Vivint system so well, I decided to. Vivint has more options and especially being able to control it from my phone was a huge advantage. Coulson ** spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I could expect. He even came back after installation to make sure everything went well and answer any other questions I had. I’m 78y/o so I was very appreciative of that.

The best experience I have had with a company. The fact that they do solar and alarm systems is icing on the cake. They did not try and pressure me into buying anything. Their quality is the best I have ever seen. Their employees are professional.and know what they are selling. The most important thing for me was I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything.

Josh came to do the insulation. He was amazing and patient. He taught me how to use the equipment, helped me understand where the best place to put the inside camera would be. He explained the app. I received the lock, doorbell, thermostat, and security. He worked quickly and quietly. He did a wonderful job. Thanks.

I made the decision to change from ADT to Vivint for my home security system today. The men showed up for the install in less than 15 minutes. They worked quickly together to install all the components of the system. Before they left they took time to show me how to use the new system and answered all my questions. They were friendly and courteous.

The sales rep Javed (I think I spelled his name correct) was very professional and knowledgable about the system. He got us set up and had techs onsite to install the same day. We have been trying to get a system for months and he knocks on our door and gets it all done in one day. The techs were very helpful and professional while installing. All in all we are very satisfied!

Person that came and did installation was professional and knowledgeable about the product, the sales representative did answer every question we had about the services and plans available and worked with us to accommodate and affordable plans, total the whole experience of getting the service from Vivint was easy and the most surprising thing was the installation was half an hour later on same day after agreeing on signing with them.

Sales rep Andrew ** is a solid rep in his field. His knowledge and expertise secured my vote to continue with Vivint even though I was let down by vivint and still am not happy with them. He is the only reason I'm currently with vivint. Take care of your reps, and promote them accordingly.

My Sales rep, Riley, was great with helping me get started with what I needed and explained everything very well. Pro Tech Tommie was amazing with setting everything up and installed. Tommie walked me through all of the functions and capabilities of the cameras and app. Both gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. Cameras that were installed are very clear and app is user friendly.

Vivint is transparent with their services, prices, and equipment. Customer service has been excellent and thorough. Installation was timely and technician was also thorough with explanations of use. Pricing and cost was clear and all fees disclosed freely. Contracts and agreements are sent immediately via email. Product quality is terrific. Images are clear.

I absolutely loved how nice Simon the insulator that installed my camera was very very professional and very nice. I highly appreciated him and his courtesy and teaching me how to do everything right it was very nice of him and I absolutely love the camera. It is such a good quality camera. I also would recommend Vivint to anybody that is willing to listen. I hope I can get more people connected with them. They’re absolutely wonderful and knowing that my house is protected from smoke and carbon monoxide is a big relief and knowing I have an alarm in my house works very well. Makes me a lot at ease, I couldn’t ask for a better company to have came and installed my system and their product. It’s amazing. Everyone should have one at their house. Thank you guys very much. My installation technician Jason ** was super awesome!!!! Very friendly, very informative and extremely knowledgeable on the products! If I didn’t work for Primerica, I would send everyone I know to him! Best guy out there! So far I’m extremely happy with the ease and access to my cameras and super stoked for the peace of mind a home security system gives me. Never had one before and I am super excited to finally have one!

My first time wasn’t good because every rep I had came with different instructions and promos. Working with John the maintenance man always went above and beyond to help me and give me the best deals. He made sure I was very satisfied with how everything worked. He exceeded the expectations tremendously I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the equipment that was installed. Worked when the man left then broke down afterwards. Couldn’t use the alarm for two days, three days. Can’t even remember now. I was with ADT for 15 years until the man came a knocking. Very good salesman Emmanuel. Very good technician, not getting off to a good start. I would like to get a huge discount for switching over and bad equipment and me not been able to use my alarm for 2 to 3 days on a brand new system. Please call me at **.

This system is horrible. If I hadn’t paid the the equipment outright, I would CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. If I can find another company that can override your equipment, I would pay without complaint. The system stays online for about 2 hours a day. To get help, is close to impossible.

Kris with Vivint is very professional, informative and considerate. Kris walked me through the entire process as he was installing my equipment. He managed to revised my account after a third party tried to sell me equipment I did not require. Very thankful for his service. I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family.

The tech was incredibly thorough in describing the products and capabilities of what the system could do. He mentioned features the initial sales person on the phone hadn’t and we were able to add and integrate more features. We love the ability to keep our kids and pets safe so seamlessly. Cannot wait to use our new system!

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!! From the very first phone call to Vivint, every step of the way and through installation completion.... simply outstanding and exceptional. We have only had the system for 24 hours, but the experience so far has been great. The installation yesterday was seamless, with all of my questions easily answered. Any mess created by necessary drilling was cleaned up by the team along the way. The user experience with the app itself has been solid; I have set up several smart automations with relative ease and they all seem to be working as intended.

We were able to talk to the Rep Gunner and he had an installation Technician at our house before we finished talking. Installation Technician was thorough and installed the system quick. Also appreciated him taking a job so late in the evening. We were sure if we’d have to make another appointment for the installation. Thanks for the upgrade and for an overall great experience.

The experience from the sales rep to the installation has been fantastic. Joshua the installer went out of his way to repair an old doorbell chime. He didn’t need to do it but very much appreciated. My partner and I could not be more thrilled with our purchase of the Vivint system. Several times we’d look at one another and go “this was a great purchase”. Having two kids and dogs this absolutely gives us peace of mind when we’re sleeping or away from the household. Tatsuro was so informative in letting us know our options of packages and exploring all possibilities of what the Vivint system could bring to our household. If the system is half as good as the service so far I will have no complaints. I was most interested in the electronic door lock and cameras. I would highly recommend to others.

VERY poor general customer service, but outstanding dedication to consumer support on the part of the transfer team. General customer service is in over their heads. Lost in the sauce for sure. In short: my ex and I split, she tried to get the system moved over to my name, I agreed, and the whole process took a crazy amount of time. She was the primary so I couldn't receive any info on the account despite being the homeowner and still living in the home. Thankfully my ex and I are amicable so I didn't have to worry about a scorned ex trying to enter my whole while having full control of my home's security system. General customer service gave me multiple instances of "Well try to call her maybe?" Imagine how well that would go over in an abuse situation. Absolutely ridiculous.

My Technician was on time, respectful, also was very knowledgeable. Any questions I had he answered. He also work very cleanly. Only issue I had I was quoted a price before service yet it wasn’t included in my price! Ended up adding more for my cost… beside that my installation was very successful.

The installer was on time, informative and gave accurate information. He didn’t do a rush job and he also cleaned up after himself. I’m very happy with the installation and I’ve also referred my daughter to place a order for herself and enjoy the services as well. I’m confident that I’ll be safe in and outside my home. I’m confident my personal belongings are safe and protected.

Same day service when installing was a breeze, everyone was very helpful and friendly. So far haven't had any issues with the system! I definitely would recommend it may be pricier but worth the quality! It has definitely been a lot easier to manage with everything on one app (cameras, thermostat, even our solar!)

The technician that installed my system explained everything in detail and always asked where I want everything to be installed at. He was very kind. He did fall through my ceiling and I am waiting for someone to call me about fixing that. He did not give me a number to call or what to do if no one calls. I was also told he was going to be install window and door sensors but I have some in place but was still change as if it brand new sensors were installed. Overall I am not satisfied with this experience. I am not happy with the hole in my bathroom ceiling.

David **, the sales rep was very kind and explained the entire system very well. The install guy, Alex was also pleasant and worked quickly on the install. He also explained how to work the system which seems to be fairly easy to do. It was a good experience! Was impressed on the cellular backup that comes with the Vivint system. And wasn't expecting immediate install.

This was a very quick process. Our sales guy gave us all of the information we needed. The technician came out and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending this company to family and friends. We are already loving the system. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg either!! The sales man and the technician were both very nice and professional. They both explained everything very well and answered the questions I had perfectly.

The technician came out and was immediately answered a personal phone call that took 10-15 minutes. He was very confusing when explaining anything and did not seem very knowledgeable when asked questions. He forgot a piece of equipment and rescheduled and never came out. When I reached out to customer service at about 3pm the day he was supposed to arrive, they were not helpful at all. Rescheduling with customer service was also a pain.

The amount of time they installed everything and made sure it was all set up was just amazing!! Nice team work you have there. Keep it up. It’s good to see people like that these days and don’t complain about their jobs! There were no issue or anything. Just GREAT!

He specified our requests and scheduled a different installer When the installer didn’t show for our appointment, I called Vivint. They were very helpful. When the installer arrived, Oliver worked with my son who is a carpenter regarding the best installation. Oliver was very helpful and listened to our needs and concerns. In fact, he recommended a key fob for me since I have physical issues.

I needed to get a system. My family has always used the 3 letter folks. They alerted me for a fire and it minimized the property damage so I believe in fire and carbon monoxide monitoring. I know I didn't want the 3 letter folks but had no idea who the orange sign folks were. A representative named Mike was just standing there while I was super busy and irritated and not willing or ready to hear about a system. I ended up purchasing two. Easy to install, easy to navigate and the representatives and technicians have this golden relationship like a family. I was mind blown by each person I met. I met 4 great folks and I am determined to get more of my friends and family to try this great product. I know my home is secure and my girls are safe. I am glad I am part of this team now.

My sales agent Brendan ** was very nice. He is persistent which shows he loves what he does. I will admit, I am concerned that I was told the equipment was no charge and then I saw I was. Thus, my reason for my rating. Also, my former provider is still waiting for me to cancel my account, but I have not received my Vivint information. The alarm and thermostat work great, but talking through the camera is not the same as my previous service. Brendan told me everything thing I had would be the same with the new equipment.

Very quick & easy to set up, lower price than other systems with more features, customer service is fast, easy & readily available. They never waste my time or try to upsell me when I’m not interested. I have 3 cameras, thermostat, window & door sensors for $50 monthly where another system was going to charge me $65 per month for just sensors & 2 cameras.

He explained every part of the procedure while he was doing it. When he was finished, he explained the system to us and was patient with all the questions we had.

My whole experience thus far has been nothing but negative none of the equipment works and they adamantly refuse to allow me to return it which has led me to file a report with the FTC and Report fraud on my credit scores. If I could give negative Stars I would. I've been trying to return the equipment and cancel the contract for over a month and keep getting hung up on. Told I can't do it and told I still owe more than $3,000 for equipment that does not and has not ever worked. Seeking legal advice now.

The technician was very polite and professional. He was so determined to clean up behind himself. I had to instantly clean up so he wouldn’t have to do it. His mannerism was exactly.. I had Vivint for many years, and I loved it. Due to finances we switched to bundle our security with our cable. Biggest mistake I made. The quality was horrible and I lost access to my door, garage door and a panel that showed me who was at the front door. I missed vivint. So when Saxon showed up at our door, I was ready to sign right back up! They installed same day and I am already happier with all the features and having access to things I had lost with my cable company.

Adam and his team convinced me to get a system for my parents house. I loved that I received 2 medical Alert necklaces. Now I have peace of mind and I can check on my parents at anytime visually, now! No matter where I am!!!! Wait until you see the Vivint Camera quality.

The battery died in glass break in a few months and the outside camera is not working! I am unable to find where the camera is plugged in the house. They insist it is plugged in and would like someone to look at the notes to see exactly where it’s plugged in. So please call me if you can help me.

The salesperson used pressure sales tactics and now I regret signing up. I told him I can’t afford any other bills. He ignored it. I told him I wanted to wait to have the system installed so that I could talk it over with my sons. He ignored it. I will now be getting a No Trespassing sign.

Tyrone ** was very detail in describing about the system, friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. 10 out of 10. The team that came to hook up the system was friendly and fast. A plus in my book since it was after 7pm. I don't remember his name but very helpful in showing me how the system works and the best part he changed my lock to match my bottom lock so I didn't have to make more keys 10 out of 10 across the board. Will recommend to everybody.

A Vivint sales person did a very effective sales presentation and my wife and I decided to go ahead with a purchase and install. That is when the following problems became obvious. 1. The sales person had NO city license to sell door to door. I should not have let him in our house. 2. Both the installer that came later and the salesperson are not actually Vivint full time employees but were part of your 2-3 week summer college she sales force that are Commission based pay. This is stupid.

Install was great. But even though I had in writing my concern with Justin in Sales that the proposal did not include the three agreed upon hardwired cameras. He assured me in writing it did. So after approximately one hour going back’ n forth they increased the purchase price by nearly $100 and an increase in a few months by over 5%. They are going to raise the monitoring price by the higher price after honoring the agreed upon price for several months (but that’s based on me trusting AGAIN). We will see.

The rep I had was a cool guy and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t oversell what I didn’t need and gave me what worked best for my house needs. The tech I had was also super cool, it was a clean setup and instructions were straightforward. Super friendly and great conversations.

I previously had ADT and had some issues with the service. Now that I made the switch I can honestly say I have peace of mind when it comes to my home security. I would highly recommend! The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable to answer any questions you have.

I love the new security system… I feel more comfortable while I’m away at work, even when I’m home asleep. I have two boys so they are always outside. Now I can watch them from inside the house while they play outside. I love the fact I can arm and disarm the system by my iPhone. I love that feature.

Technician did good job of installing and cleaning up. Wish couple of our outdoor cameras would be placed differently. Not what I expected. Lack of communication with Sales team, clarification on some things - rates, etc. Technically, I didn’t get the discount, I only received the discount due to “it’s on sale.” Currently, I am struggling to figure out our camera system. It’s not working the way I expected it to.

Thank you Vivint for setting up my home with good alarm system. Staff was super helpful and friendly in asking my questions. My staff was on time and explained the services and what it implies including costs of materials and financing info. I would recommend Vivint. Service fees are affordable.

The tech did great in all aspects. He explained any and everything I needed him to. Showed up with a great attitude and ready to work. Not to mention he got the job done in a timely fashion. He also worked well around my kid whom I’m sure was in the way a little bit. Thanks for your service.

Bobbie got everything installed super well and customized to everything we need. He was super professional and helpful and definitely felt like he had our best interests in mind. The system is easy to use and we feel super safe! I also appreciated that he wasn’t trying to upsell us and actually made our monthly bill cheaper by letting us know what we didn’t need. 10/10 would work with again.

The sales rep was friendly, funny, and very informative. He reviewed all the products with us to make sure we purchased what we needed and walked the property to talk about best camera placements. The technician was available within half an hour to install and was quick and efficient. He even offered to clean up before he left.

Talked to the rep, thought about it for a few days and called them back. Very friendly, answered all questions, after I signed up they were here within 2 hours to install. User friendly system and app. Very happy with the service so far. Recommend to my family and friends.

I like my security system, however I wished when I initially called that you representative could have explained it better. I didn't know I would be taking out a loan for equipment. I don't want to buy this equipment. Also your rep explained that my payments would be 59.99. I think more training is needed. I would appreciate if a manager would call me.

We love this system. It was a quick, easy and clean installment. The camera quality is great, audio 2 way is something we never had and now something we wouldn’t live without. Arm, disarm is simple and easy. Knowing we have Vivint monitoring and the ability to alert the authorities is peace of mind!

Overall get support from the sales team. Installer, and solar team. I look forward to having Vivint and getting solar through you. The team really put things into perspective and made it easy and super helpful. Also had friendly staff that answered every question we had. I would definitely recommend it someone if they required it.

Hit with different information than what was told initially such as how much we are paying for equipment. Also the quality is worse than what I previously had. Would not recommend. Will be calling to have it taken out asap. Would not have agreed if I had known how much the equipment would cost prior.

My Sales experience was good. I liked Britton. He came off as helpful and friendly. Not pushy. Explained some of the products. Showed me a video demo. I was sold right away. I have ADT but tired of the constant buffering and slow video feeds. My installer was great too. We got installed same Day. You cannot beat that.

Service was quick and easy to start. Walked me through step by step to get the existing unit in the house started up for service and was able to get everything connected. Took the time to troubleshoot the problem we had connecting the Nest system to the home security, was extremely patient and helpful.

The gentleman who explained everything to me was awesome! Nicolas **. He was not pushy, he understood my situation. He was compassionate and caring and worked to keep me safe at a reasonable cost! The install crew came right away. Everything installed perfectly. They were efficient and explained everything! A wonderful experience, and a safe home!
