I've been pretty satisfied with service at my Church, but when it came to my home it seem to be somewhat complicated for Admin to get setup. Other than that I will recommend to others try Vivint. I moved out of my property prior to the end of my contract that was serviced by Vivint. I paid in full for the equipment and only used Vivint for monitoring. I provided Vivint with the name and contact information of the new owners as was originally stated by Vivint in order to avoid being charged the remaining of my contract, The new owners decided on extending and opening up a new account under their own name since I no longer owned the property. This caused Vivint to void the transfer of my current contract to the new owners and I was still responsible for the remaining balance of my contract.

We had a great equipment installation experience. The tech removed and replaced the existing equipment, showed us better options for the new equipment locations, and cleaned up after he was finished. He carefully explained the functions and made sure that the three of us had the app on our phones and could operate the system by phone. I would definitely recommend this company and this security system to anyone who is looking for a good security system or an upgrade from their existing system. Thank you Vivint!

The technician that came out was amazing. His name is Omar & He explained everything perfectly to where I understood and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone! I feel safer and that’s a big deal. The equipment is super easy to use. The job was done within a very short amount of time considering everything he installed, although doing it very efficiently.

Very good experience. Would definitely recommend. The process was smooth and painless. All concerns were taken care of and questions answered. This is the 2nd time I have chosen Vivint over other systems. Their equipment prices are on the higher side. But feel their overall system integration is one of the best out there.

Installer explained every detail of the equipment as well as any upgrades to the system available. He was very respectful of our home, cleaned up after himself, and placed all remaining and old equipment right where I requested it. So far I love the upgrades for our home security! Highly recommend Vivint over any other security provider. Cameras, door bell, and automatic door lock work perfectly for our home!

The sales man moved very quickly. I didn’t know I was signing up until the application was approved. I told him I wanted a ring doorbell and a security light/camera over my driveway. Next thing I know I have an alarm system, sensors on my doors, glass break sensors, DVR heads up display, ring doorbell and the light/camera over my driveway. When I asked, he said, “it is all included in the package.” I did not realize I had a loan until after the installation was complete and I was finalizing the paperwork with the installer. I asked what the $3,800 was for and she said, “that is the loan you got for the equipment.”

The tech was really helpful and explained everything. I am glad and now I feel secured. And when I was having some user error trouble he helped me through it! Thank you. I will definitely recommend Vivint to all who need it. The system seems easy to use. And I like that I am able to put different users with their own personal pins. I also like the remote feature on the app.

We met with a very nice, informed rep Brock ** over the last two days. Brock explained everything to my husband and I until we understood everything so we could make a decision. We then had a young man come to the house within 1-2 hour of our purchase and he installed everything quickly. He cleaned up after himself and walked me through the new system. Overall a great experience.

I am very pleased with the security system. Only thing I would recommend is either a video or a info document that tells you how to do things on the hub. I can not remember everything the tech showed me and I went on the site to see if I could find a how to section. But other than that I am pleased with my purchase. Jaden was super personable and knowledgeable about the product and so was Mike the technician. When Mike installed the security system the ac had stopped working. Mike came to the rescue the very next day to fix it and he did.

Philip our install tech was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, patient, thorough and detailed. Took his time explaining the system to us when he was done after a long day of installing, we were his last appointment of the day and he never rushed. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to add a Vivint system to our new home.

Still don’t know what was done to get my address and know that I had just moved but was pleased with the no pressure sales pitch. Was still moving at the time of contact and it made it difficult to determine my home’s layout and how we would end up using it in reference to the products. Sales rep and technicians were amicable and professional. I will definitely be recommending the system.

It is awesome to feel secure and safe 24/7. Troy was a great salesman, explaining the service. The technician arrived promptly on time. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. After a recent vehicle burglary on our street, we wanted an added security measure for the exterior of the property, since our protection trained dogs stay inside at night. After some research, Vivint came in as the top ranked camera based security system, including on Forbes. I requested additional information and Eric called shortly after. He wasn't a pushy Salesman, he answered every question, ran through the entire proposal, system specs, pricing, etc. The day of the install, Sergio arrived and was awesome. He had first hand knowledge of how the system worked, performed and its capabilites. He had an answer for every question, was polite, professional, hard working and pleasant to have at the house.

Worked hard on the installation, but also took the time to explain all of it to me. I believe he went way beyond the normal. I so appreciate the time he spent with helping me to understand the new security system, extra camera and panel! Also, he called to check on any possible issues I might be having.

The cameras are fine. But the device they put on my garage door to give me the app-controlled garage door opener is 50/50. And because I no longer have the garage remote clickers, I find myself having to park my car in the driveway, go through my front door, open the garage door manually from the push-button on the wall, and pull my car in. And customer service is absolutely non-existent. Numerous calls have been ignored. The only time I received feedback from customer service was when the two guys who installed my system told me they're no longer with the company and won't be able to help me.

These guys were awesome, they answers all my questions & kept it very simple & a very smooth install! I’m impressed on how fast & how they made it look so clean & I'm amazed on how did guys left it all & I can’t thank these guys enough for making sure they install it without making a huge mess.

Service and installation was very thorough, precise and done in a timely manner. Yes, I would recommend to family and friends. The service guy as well as the salesman were both polite and courteous. The salesman even returned to check our satisfaction, which was pretty awesome. I am very thankful for the system because of the things happening.

The salesman gave a lot of misinformation, he told me the system was $1700. When the approval for line of credit for $4000 came up he said that was a mistake. I had to reenter my personal information several times. He repeatedly took my phone and entered information. He didn’t explain that there would be an additional charge for the panel. He said that I would be able to use my existing sensors for windows and doors, he said the cameras were cellular and did not have to be hard wired. The monthly cost is much more expensive than what I originally agreed to when the conversation started.

Great experience. Z. was a great salesman, was extremely honest and knowledgeable about the system and all the options. Really amazing emphasis on all the ways it exceeded the system we had before, to include being cellular based so as to even function without power. Also the cameras’ clarity are unparalleled and I love the functionality of the system.

Good customer service, helped with any questions I may have had. Went over the product with me and instructions on using it. The equipment is very easy to use. If you have any questions you can always contact tech support. Installing the equipment didn’t take long at all. Overall I highly recommend. Good pricing get you the best bundles. Arrival timing was excellent. They will even call you, let you know they are in the way.

Set up was so easy—it was really nice to have one less thing to worry about when moving! All of my questions were answered, and I feel safe knowing this system is in place. It was really straightforward to start using. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home security system!

Lauren did a great job and just happen to be here at the right time since we were thinking about getting a security system. She was not pushy and explained well. Same day installed by technician who was super fast, but did appreciate that Lauren stayed after he left to slowly explain the functions on the panel because he did go a little fast. Nice service and good system.

The marketer came to my door at 8:15 pm. Then was presenting items to me till almost 9 pm. That was not a huge deal, but then told me a tech would be there shortly to install my appliances that night. The tech ended up being in and out of my home till almost midnight. I find this very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable at times. Both gentlemen were very polite and I know their hours are not in their control.

The two techs took over four hours during install and I guess one was a trainee because they had wires everywhere and they were not securely attached where they kept falling down. They did come back out and fix the issue the same day I called. Then, I couldn’t get the outside side camera to work and again they came right out and fixed the issue.

The sales guy was good and very friendly, he spent a lot of time explaining the services to us, but added items we weren’t interested in and we needed to resign our documents. The installer was very helpful and got us setup very easy. We'll test it for a month to see what we think

I am very pleased with the sales rep. They were so nice and friendly. They were just awesome and my Tech very great, also I think they explained things to the fullest. Now I have to get used to working it and the experiment with the settings, although they were explained to me.

Your tech left his dust all over my house and all the wires he cut he just left on my carpet for me to clean up. He also put a hole in my wall and put a big gob of spackle over it and just left it, so now I have a white un-sanded glob of spackle on the wall.. Gee thanks… I can’t believe a business would treat somebody’s house this way.. I’m very disappointed in the way my house was left.

The Quality of video is low. Most times the Video feed drops often and some cameras are inop and have to be constantly rest or replaced. Overall the operating system is finicky. Most issues I had is the doorbell camera. I would not recommend this system for the price. I'd rather go with a Closed circuit system.

Sale was great. Sales guy was awesome. My only disappointment was no detailed handbook for use for phone and all. How to work it on my phone as well. I was went over by installer in like 5 minutes. I tried to get my husband's phone hooked up. Could not complete. I gave up trying to connect my grand daughter's phone. It is a great deal. Just need to learn how to use it correctly.

Overpriced. Equipment does not work the way it should with my current WiFi service. Still paying on something that was purchased 5 years ago. Was told free to move service, but the company tried to charge me. All in all this is NOT something I would recommend to someone that rents their home.

The app bugs out too much and often. Unable to open cameras, closed out for no reason. And customer support was unable to help me with one of my cameras always going offline until I personally called them about my issue. If they can fix the app and chat support I would rate this much higher.

I moved and made Vivint aware and still being charged for services without cameras or panel being installed at my New Address.. Vivint has been taking a monthly payment of $61.80 and continues to auto draft $61.80 monthly without any service on the new home address that was discussed with a Vivint customer service representative of the vivint company.

Installation went incredibly well. John was professional, courteous, and very fun to talk to. He went over a number of options for me and made several really good recommendations about products for my home. I really appreciated his hard work. He also showed me how to use the panel and the app.

Was a little hesitant when the salesman showed up on a bike but I am glad he did. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the system and thorough in explaining everything to us. After the sale, the system was installed the same day, that is what I call good customer service.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. First of all the salesmen took my best camera off my outside wall and kept it and the installation of the sensors are not even on the door correct. It won’t close and the wiring is going crooked across the middle of the wall to the panel board. Very poor installation and services all together and I was lied to about how much it was going to cost and what it all came with in my package.

Technician worked to explore all options for installing and made recommendations to minimize visible wires and maximize security for the house. Knowledgeable about all the things we needed to go over and was helpful in answering questions. I will be recommending this service to my friends. More communication up front about payment options and setup would have been helpful.

Don’t contract with Vivint - they suck!! Don’t contract with Vivint. The sales rep completely lied! If you move and can’t take the system with you, you’re stuck with continuing to pay for the equipment AND the service! There is no buy back program. Regardless of how long or short you’ve had the equipment. I would have fared better to have had no security system, actually had a break in and let insurance cover the loss!

I was very pleased with the Vivint installation of the home alarm. The thing I like the most is that I’m able to lock and unlock my home and set alarm while being away from my house. I love that I’m able to set my A/C to the temperature that I want without being home.

The representative Jordan ** was very well spoken about Vivint and its service that it was extremely helpful in helping me make up my mind about giving Vivint a try. And the installation people were the best. They had the system up and running in about 1 hour and a half. I would recommend Esley to install the Vivint service to all of my friends. He was very friendly, professional, accurate and knowledgeable of the installation process. He asked me of my security needs and then quickly went about the installation. He explained the equipment and its use while also helping me to install it on my phone.

He was great. Told him I have some OCD issues of how wires run, He did everything I asked of him. Cleaned everything up when he was done and helped me set up the cameras. Showed me how to turn on and off the light and how to set up detector zone.

Installer came out and was great. He set up the system and everything check out good on his testing with equipment. He was really helpful throughout the install. After he left we got 2 false reading. Tech said prob a faulty sensor. I call Vivint and they don’t want to resend a tech. To trouble shoot the issue themselves they want me to do it over the phone on something that was just installed! I get it. There’s equipment malfunctions but I’m over an hour away from the property and not living there. I’m willing to meet a tech but why make me do multiple trips?

Information given was good and accurate, installation was fast considering all the work that’s needed to get it done, efficient, clean and very professional. No matter what time it is, the works gets done, complete and fully functional. I would highly recommend the service as it is peace of mind.

Both the sales person Ryan and the technician Kaitlyn were very professional. Kaitlyn had some issues but called a supervisor who came out immediately and fixed the problem. Ryan was able to answer most questions I asked. Even read the low scores from the BBB and explained why.

Great product. Installers great. I’m very satisfied. Much better than my previous system. A little pricey but I feel the upgrade is worth it. System is very interactive so I feel I have more control over my home security. I highly recommend doing the research and comparing what your current provider is offering. You can become accustomed to what you have but unaware of options that are out there.

I have never heard a Vivint before purchasing my home. Michael, who was our tech, made sure I knew the benefits of going through Vivint before installing any equipment. Would definitely recommend Vivint security systems. Their cameras are 4K capable. You can set the resolution to whatever you need. There are many options for sounds for both the doorbell and alerts.

Finley was very knowledgeable, professional, and gave great customer service. I could tell he presented VIVINT so well, because he actually believes in the product. He was followed up by the installation crew that turned out to be the same and kept the momentum going. I felt very secure after the system was installed. As a senior lady living alone, it’s easier on my mind. Had been thinking about getting one for a few years. Now I feel safer. It’s a little expensive but hopefully worth it.

Conrad was very patient with us and explaining all the various ways we can use our securities system and also told me how to get ahold of someone if I needed any help, and I needed help as soon as he left. We talked through the system, Cecil trained me on how to use the system and app on my phone, I wasn't pressured into buying anything and they were all very respectable in my home, couldn't of asked for a better team to come to my home and get me started in my Vivint home system.

Great customer service. They always find a way to make things work for me. I was in Idaho and moved Cali. They were willing to help with set up in a new state and work with regarding an error that happened with the set up on my Idaho home. Installation took some time but they were patient and took the time to help me and get things corrected in my account. Super easy payment options and very affordable for someone living a normal life make ‘ok’ pay. Not rich by any means but the system is very advanced and makes it seem like I am.

I wasn’t interested in a system but the young man who came to my door was so polite and had a positive attitude I decided to sign up! The price was good. And the install Tech did a great job with placing equipment and hiding wires. I would recommend others to sign up.

The tech took over 8 hours and left all his trash boxes and wood from drilling holes in doors. Didn’t leave code for doors or explain how to change them. I would find very hard to recommend. Was told no install fee for putting sign but there was 200 dollar fee.

The only thing was my garage was not compatible, just wish they would have ask for my brand of garage opener during the quote sale, it might have made a difference. I will be writing a review on Google once I start using it more. But in that case I would recommend to a friend or family member.

The customer service person was very helpful. He took me step by step to set up my alarm system. I asked to be help with getting my phone set up so I can see the property on my phone when I'm away. He transferred me to another person and no one came to the phone and I held on for some time. Never got that service on my phone yet.

Great overall experience. It was a little bit of a time commit (1.5-2 hours), but they worked around my schedule. Installers were great, and made it as painless as possible. The doorbell camera is great. I love being able to speak to someone at the door while not home, and the auto record.

Guy came knocking on my door soliciting Vivint. Telling me that I don’t know what is going to happen in the future. Sounds like a threat to me. I told him if he does not leave I will call the police. I had to tell him get off of my property. He just killed a possible chance with threatening people for a sale. You all need to stop soliciting in neighborhoods that has a no soliciting sign on the entrance.

I would highly recommend this service again. 10/10. He made sure everything was put together correctly and did it in a timely manner. He cleaned up the drywall that fell due to drilling and was in and out in no time. He was very polite and professional. He made sure I understood the installation process and walked me through panel.

Our sales rep AJ was very kind and respectful. He came multiple times and every time we happened to be away from home. I tried talking to him via our doorbell but it wasn't working well, and he was polite/ not pushy to come back when it worked best for all of us. During our meeting, he was very informative and not over the top. Made us feel less stressed, helping us be more informed about the decisions we were making. The team who helped install our equipment were quick, efficient, and informative as well. If it weren't for the technician, we wouldn't have known some functions required battery changes!

Those who came to sell and install were very professional, but friendly. They made sure we understood the details and worked with us. The product is well-made and functionally up-to-date. It is very intuitive, especially for us older people. Components were easily customizable for our particular home needs. My favorite part of the service is knowing that I will know who’s at my front door. Anytime I need to. Even if I’m not at home.

Samuel sold us our package, Landon, Trenton, and Joe came to set up everything. All very kind, fun, and knowledgeable. Only thing we had and issue with is our internet kicking on and off with connection. So far so good, I am. Going to get a new door to get the door lock put on. Only had it overnight but I like it. Kind of expensive but given it's a lifetime set, kinda worth it.

I have a previous security system in place that was no longer actively monitored. I contacted Vivint for a upgrade and to provide monitoring. The company phone rep did a good job of explaining the system and contract, and then helped schedule a convenient time for installation. The technician arrived onsite on time. He appeared very knowledgeable regarding the equipment and had no difficulties completing the installation. We were able to use much of my old equipment to help minimize cost. This required some additional effort, but I never heard any complaints.

Mark was very professional al, courteous, patient, and very thorough with his knowledge and expertise. In addition, he was very detailed oriented with his workmanship. We were pleased with Mr. **'s service and attention. As well, as with the quality of the equipment, options and pricing. Quality of the video camera is excellent. My initial rep was Ben T. He set me up for installation and I had to change the time and date because of my work schedule. He was a bit forceful in making me schedule install on days that best fit what HE wanted. In the end, he ignored my request to change the days and I had to leave work in order to be home for the technician.

We had our home security system upgraded in April. The technician who installed the system claimed our ceiling fan lights could be controlled remotely and said he ordered the lights. After two attempts to follow up with the tech directly, I’ve made three phone calls to Support, Upgrades Dept and Customer Loyalty. The Customer Loyalty agreed to have another tech come to our house to reclaim the equipment that cannot be used to process a refund. The appointment was made for 6/17/24 weeks ago yet upon the day of the appointment the tech no-showed and cancelled the appointment.

I’m so very happy to be back with Vivint. Chaz handled the installation of the equipment. He made certain all equipment functioned properly and walked Me through all functions. Phillip, our Vivint installer, was fantastic! Super professional as he walked us through our options on where to set things up. This takes too much time and I don’t care to do it. I have other stuff to do. But overall the setup was good except for they charged me for sensors that Benjamin said he would throw in for free if I ended up needing different ones.

Before I moved I had Vivint for 8 years and love the service and the staff support. I added a few extra things that I needed and was glad Connie suggestions exactly what I needed. If you purchase equipment using the line of credit offered (Citizen's Bank/Merchant Finance), please know that this loan will not be forgiven in the event of your death. This loan will either be passed to your loved ones, or taken from your estate account prior to the end of probate. It has taken 4 weeks for my siblings and I to receive a final answer. In which during this time period, I was provided with confusing/false information and given the run around. The solution I was given was 'to sell your loved one's home at a higher price to compensate for the cost of the loan- Merchant's Finance.' - Be aware of what could happen. My mother passed away unexpectedly, and now my siblings and I are on the hook for the remainder of the loan balance.

System installed, however garage door system is not functioning. Technician (Alec) stated that he could no set it up because wifi signal not reaching the spot where he installed the control box, he recommended that I get a wifi extender in order to finish setting up, he said I should call him when I get the extender and he would come back to finish the setup. I did informed him yesterday that I got the required device, he has not answered yet. Also the door sensor plugs are loose and falling off from the door body. Please schedule someone else to come and finish the installation and setup.

Kori was a very well educated young man on everything to help us make our decisions. Kevin and Jill with the installation were great. Jill was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with helping me understand everything. They cleaned as they worked and left no mess. Would 100% recommend Vivint to all my family and friends.

The install went great. I had some problems with setting up the zone for the doorbell, but I think I finally got it figured out. We’re on the 60 day trial so more to come. Nice having coverage for the garage and for the doors. However, the garage door gets open quite often so I had to disable that feature for now. I do wish they hadn’t changed the panel to where it doesn’t display the time anymore. It’s just a black box on the wall.

I had a really awesome experience with all of the Vivint representatives. Caleb ** was an excellent salesperson, I was very skeptical about switching from ADT to Vivint and didn’t want to be stuck in another contract or get ripped off. Caleb was very transparent and helped my parents and I build a security package that was best for our home. I also appreciated that he took the time to break down the prices and helped us feel confident in making the switch to Vivint. He also helped me with my ADT cancellation and he was able to help us buy out our ADT contract and get an additional discount with the Refer a Friend program. The tech that came to install our security system was really helpful and patient.

Long story. Someone can call me and discuss. I can’t give all details in writing. I am thinking of disconnecting the service. I understand I have three days to cancel. Will try the system and see. I really don’t expect much. The price is much higher than ADT and other companies. The ring is only through the panel. If you are upstairs or in the yard you will never hear anything.

We were able to get a friendly person to install our equipment very fast. They were very helpful and efficient in what they were doing. I was satisfied with their assistance. Koy also was very nice when making the sale, and did not seem pushy. Overall it was a decent experience.

Run. The system constantly has issues. I have had over 20 troubleshooting calls and people to my house six times. They will then try to sell you another service to actually service their deficient system. You can't make this stuff up. Once you sign you are locked in for five years. Can't get out even after the above. I was told today Sir "Technology does have problem". There is no way they have this many good reviews. The company has all the hallmarks of a fraudulent provider. Oh, and they don't take responsibility for their equipment that they have you finance through a third party. I am now $6K into a system that has never worked.

Vivint‘s salesperson, Jared, and their install tech, Tyler, were both great to work with. They were professional, informative, kind, and respectful of our property. It has only been a few days since the installation so I can only comment on the employees, but so far we are very happy with the Vivint products and services.

Ryan was a great representative of Vivint. Not pushy, but thorough and very informative to help make the best decision about setting up the home security and extra features offered by Vivint. Installation was smooth and quick. We were about to get set up in less than 2 hours with 3 outdoor cameras, a smoke/co2 alarm, doorbell (hardwired), and the hub. This was all done right before we were leaving for a vacation and it has been flawless while we are states away from our home.

I’m a repeat offender when it comes to Vivint. I own a set of equipment and have used it for a year. I later moved into a new house with Vivint already installed. My first experience with Vivint was pretty bad. I asked for a rep to visit our home to give me a quote and explain the system. The agent came and told me he had been told to install numerous devices and it would come out to several thousand dollars. This was a surprise because I only wanted a quote. Then the technician had to explain to me costs, terms, etc. It felt like I was dealing with a shady used car salesman. After explaining everything, we settled on a solution. The technician then took the devices we agreed on and installed them willy nilly without explaining what any of them did, where he would put them or anything. I was watching my two infants so couldn’t walk around showering.

Set up was great! Currently works great! Technician could use a bit more friendliness, but he clearly knows his craft. He was on a personal phone call for quite some time that divided his attention so much that I had to redirect often to get him to respond to my questions. But he is clearly good at installation and can do it in his sleep.

Install went well with Art. It’s the 2nd time he has done this for us. Something that needs to be fixed is the Vivint “app”. It worked great for first year, the last six months have had numerous problems with adding/deleting users, having to reset the system, etc. Not sure what has changed.

The salesperson, Taylor, and installation technician, Seth, did an excellent job in communicating with us. The installation work performed by Seth, was very good. As a result of their work, we now feel far more secure in our home. The addition of a front door camera makes us feel more secure from theft of deliveries. Our new digital front door lock is another plus for us. Activation of these systems via the internet will be very helpful for us in managing our ever changing schedule away from home.

So I really wasn't having the best day yesterday and I was having a self mental day and Jordan came knocking on my door and I saw he was wearing a Vivint hat and I was like well I was gonna switch to vivint anyway so come on in and he had the best customer service, they were very affordable and working with my budget. I got a really good deal on the equipment plus the service fees and I'm very happy with my overall experience. Jordan was the one that offered me the services and Jeremy was the one that installed and was the tech. They both both did a phenomenal job. Even my dog Cooper had a good time and was spoiled by Jeremy and Jordan. lol

We were able to have a conversation with the sales manager, ask all questions, and get an installation within the same afternoon. Also, the entire package was what sold us. Not only the security, but the thermostats, garage door, and front door keypad as well. The convenience of having everything in one place gives us a huge amount of comfort for our entire family.

Our technician, Justus, was very professional in explaining his role with the company and why he was here. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and made sure that we understood how the equipment works asking if we had any questions as he went over each section. He then allowed us time to actually perform each task.

Still on first day so not much to speak of yet. Was impressed with the flood light camera that follows. Pricey product but looks impressive overall. Seems simple enough to use although the tech kept having issues with our cameras going down. Negatives - very hard sales pitch. Took a lot of time as well. Also, they wanted to install at 11 pm (I’m guessing before you have buyer’s remorse). Overall install took 4 hours!

The technician that installed my system was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient at his job. Love my new security system, they installed everything that same day. Definitely worth the price they charge. I love that the lights on the camera are extremely bright and the fact that you get a 180-degree view from any camera.

I recently switched to Vivint security and I have been extremely disappointed with their service. The equipment is subpar, with the smoke detector constantly beeping due to battery issues and other equipment breaking easily. The app is outdated and unreliable, often failing to load the camera feed when someone is at our door. This is a major security concern, especially for those who use Airbnb or have frequent visitors.

My sales representative, Malik went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was taken care of. I give him a 10. The installer was nice also. He let me know that installing the equipment takes a long time and asked me to be patient with him. He finally finished installing the equipment and gave me instructions on how to use it.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and customer service. I am also disappointed that the sales representative Alyson was dishonest. I had issues with the system from setup and she stated troubleshooting and if I was still dissatisfied that I could cancel. I went through the steps of ca cancelation and was told my cancelation was unsuccessful. I do not recommend this company for anything.

The installer was able to arrive before the scheduled appointment. He was very courteous and efficient with the installation of the hardware. Following the installation he thoroughly explained the operation of the system, including the system panel as well as the phone app. I was completely happy with total installation and explanation experience.

They were here past Midnight setting it up. I didn't understand all of what they were saying and they didn't show us a lot. Nick ** gets a 5 star review. He came back to check how everything was going and explained everything to us. He was very helpful as we were ready to cancel everything. So Nick saved your business.

My experience was better than expected. The men that sold me the service & who did my install I appreciate the great quality of professionalism & quality of work I received. Thank you all for that experience. I love my equipment & it’s super easy to view & control. A must buy for all households. I’m super happy.

Nic with sales was awesome and so was install. They made sure I had everything I needed, taught me the system, and even came back out to move a camera up a few inches because I was not satisfied with the first view. They have been very accommodating in also adding a door keypad after everything was done.

I have cameras that three technicians confirmed will not work properly even after replacing. There is a service charge each time they come out. The more things don't work, the more money they make. I could not speak to a manager. The techs who come out are friendly and knowledgeable but they have no authority to make decisions. The only option is to speak to customer support and listen to scripted responses while they try to upsell you; part of the script. The app only works as long as you pay for monitoring. Most customers probably do not realize that until after they sign up.

Taylor was extremely helpful and patient explaining what I needed to know. Professional yet personable, he spent whatever time needed until I understood the options. It was a pleasure having him being patient with me. He promised to follow up the next day, visiting not just calling, instead of leaving me abandoned after the sale. The technician was very experienced, friendly, and helpful and asked me if I understood, lots of patience from both employees. The very best.

The Vivint Sales Rep and Technician were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of my questions were answered, and I felt confident in the years of experience and understanding of the products that were being sold to me by salesperson. The examples provided made it clear that these products were above competitors. And I felt that my needs were understood and met with a fair package. Installation was quick and efficient, and in addition everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and accommodating.

I have/had ADT. A young man stopped by yesterday evening and he was from Vivint. My son lives next door and he has Vivint. We love his system. When the representative told us they would buy out our contract we jumped on it. The tech came today got everything installed and we are thrilled. Super nice young people and very considerate. I would recommend this company highly. We have more security for $10 month more than ADT.

Nick, the service tech, did a great job, making sure that all my needs were met! He was patient when I was working on getting my WiFi set up since I had just moved and hadn’t had the opportunity to yet. He took his time and made sure that everything was done correctly. I greatly appreciated it!!

We cancelled our subscription with Vivint over a year ago due to moving out of state, to this day I am still getting bills from Vivint on a monthly basis. I’ve had to sit on the phone for over an hour each time fighting to get them to refund my money for a service I no longer have. I would not recommend Vivint to anyone.

Diego, our installer, was on time and communicated effectively and frequently regarding the service's time of arrival and what I could expect. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend him if you need assistance with a home security system. Jeff my online contact to facilitated everything was very kind. Pleasant. Contacted me multiple times to make sure all of my needs were being met.

Great service and friendly customer service. I was pleased with how fast they were able to reconnect my alarm system. The sale man was very nice and friendly. Everything he said he did. Technician, Jose, was outstanding- professional, knowledgeable, courteous. The system is easy to use and it provides great coverage and service. The sales and billing offices I worked with at Vivint were also first rate.
