Great installer. Everyone was great. I feel more safe after switching to Vivint. I'm glad I switched. Their products are good quality. I love the app and have the ability to make sure things are ok when I'm gone. Friendly, fast service. Great cameras. Definitely an upgrade from ADT. Same day service.

He done an excellent job explaining everything to me and done it with a smile. I will definitely tell all my friends. I feel much better when I’m in my house and when I leave. The system is easy to use and thanks for taking time to show me.

I had a lot of issues with third party financing. I also was not told when setting up the initial appointment for installation that there was going to be added paperwork and time required. I had reviewed this previously with the service that we were using through the concierge and I had provided all my information to him as well as my credit card information, so the first schedule was a little bit challenging.

The service I receive was excellent And the time the spent explaining and the helping they provide. I really enjoyed Will ** and his his technician Austin. I usually ignore salespeople like will but I listen to him and asked questions and I was sold. I hope to enjoy customer service like I did salesperson and technician.

Had Vivint security installed into my home. Good deal on the services and equipment’s monthly payments. Sales rep was informative and not real pushy. However, the technician installing the equipment took 4 and a half hours from 7pm to 11:30pm. He should have had an extra hand to help get it completed in a timely matter. Other than that, the product and service works great.

The guys that pitched their equipment and install were extremely professional and did quality work. They walked us through the process of everything and made sure we understood fully how to use everything before leaving. The quality of the equipment is amazing, the picture and sound on the cameras is high end. Highly recommend!

The day he came to the door I was already on the no side. After speaking to the gentleman I was hooked. He listened to my situation and helped me decide what was needed without feeling like he was trying to sell me everything they offered. He made it possible for it all to be done same day!!!

Phenomenal work on the part of the techs. Same day service, done quickly. Friendly techs. The techs and sales rep did a good job, with the sales rep even following up the next day to ensure the install was fine.

The experience with the sales rep and Sebastian, the tech was amazing, they were friendly and answered every question we had about the system. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and understood everything. I can't give a review about the system yet, but I can say that the company has really good employees.

The products are super easy to use. The set up was smooth and simple. The people were friendly and very informative. They were on time for the appointment, and they were super respectful and professional. The products are efficient and easy to use, and the system is barely noticeable. I am happy all around.

This company had the nicest customer service installers, they were fast and efficient. I love my new ring door cameras and all the perks of just making my home Smart. It's so cool, thanks. I live in a busy street and I feel much safer. They are a lot of homeless people that have been very scary and intrusive on my property.

Our sales rep was great. He explained everything and was very detailed and straightforward. Our installer made an error and placed a sensor on the wrong door. When I called to get it corrected, they wanted me to just move the sensor myself. This is why I am not giving a 5 star review.

The security guy was great and answering the questions and explaining the products. The installer guy was great and fast, he ask where we wanted the control panel/ cameras and explained how to work everything and when he was done he clean up behind himself. I'm still waiting to hear from the solar panel guy, since that was one of the options I was interested in. I still haven't heard from the solar panel guy yet.

Signing up and having the installation done was seamless. Great team of people! They are very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We had no issues with operating the system by the time the installer left. I would recommend Vivint to all my family and friends. I appreciate the prompt installation and friendliness of the team.

Very happy with the sales rep, Dylan, and the technician, Hunter. Both were courteous, kind, and well informed. So far, we highly recommend Vivint! The tech is good, and we feel more secure already! We got the doorbell, two cameras, thermostat and fire detector; Thank you Vivint and team. I do kinda wish they weren't plug-ins and actually just wired up to the house, but, that'd probably cost a lot more and it's not a big deal! Very happy customer

Friendly, polite, and they know what they are doing. No messes. Very thorough in explaining how it works, what you’re being charged for. They do make recommendations on what you need for your home. You get to decide if you want additional services without any pressure. Thank you for all your good service.

Amazing service, Cael is amazing, great service and attention to our needs. Came back after the install to ensure we were happy and identified a few this that he didn't like but we didn't see and had it corrected. A great representation of this company. His team of installers were very respectful and repeatedly asked questions to ensure we had no issues with our new system. Highly recommend.

Work was done well and all questions answered with understanding. Thank you very much. Betty ** work was also done in a timely mater. He also cleaned up any boxes and cords. He showed me how to work the panel and put the alarm on my cell phone the day went well.

I absolutely love my Vivint equipment. Having a smart thermostat is so convenient and I feel so much safer with my alarm system and cameras. I love the spotlight feature, the whistle when someone approaches, and the quality of the camera video. The install was done the same day which was even more convenient and I was able to get in touch with my rep easily.

My experience with the Sales Reps and the techs was extremely positive, informative and knowledgeable. Just an overall great experience! Adam presented the bells and whistles of Vivint very well. I was very comfortable with what he was offering. Amanda the technician was very knowledgeable as well. Even in her training the new technician she provided him with good information. GREAT WORK! Thank you!

My rep came out to my house to let me know what they had going on. I was in a rush. He was awesome & came back the next day when I thought I’d be home. Well, my day was much longer than anticipated. He came back though a few hours later after the sun already went down and we sat down and talked about the Vivint services compared to my current provider. I was so impressed with the 4K quality of service & the technological advances in their products. They made mine look ancient. The sales rep was outstanding. My technician came out that evening to install everything & he was equally outstanding. I spent an hour just playing with the app & new system & got it set-up perfect. I’m already so happy I made the switch! Thank you Vivint!!

10/10 would recommend. I can now sleep with my feet out from the blankets in peace and harmony without fear of the boogie man getting me at night because I live in the ghetto. My REM cycle has improved thanks to Vivint.

Joe was in the neighborhood and signed us up for new service. He was friendly and helpful. After signing us up for Vivint the install guys showed up. The next day we had some issues with where the camera was placed above our garage. Another group of install guys came out and helped fix it.

Terrible service, I'm getting threatening emails about payment on account yet I can't talk to a person. Not sure what problems is but Vivint is no help. Don't use this company. They send out recorded messages but no person is available for help. Do not use this company

Installation tech was friendly and informative. He very professional and patient. Only problem I had was salesman said I would be able to take system down and move it. This would be impossible do to the drilling that's was involved. Wife is satisfied with the system. She likes the protection. Just think should inform that there would be some drilling and wires.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve been trying since 3/20/24 to cancel this account and it’s still not cancelled. First, I was told that I had to wait 7 business days for my payment to process. I called back on 3/29/24 then I was told they couldn’t cancel the account because I had one more billing cycle. I called back on 4/8 and was told that I needed to send a written request to cancel. I sent the written request on 4/8/24. I also made another payment on 4/8/24 but I received another billing statement. I called on 5/2/24 and was told that it takes 30 days (after receiving my cancellation notice) to cancel the account. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve had in canceling an account. The billing hasn’t stopped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Kam was very professional and very knowledgeable. If I asked a question he knew what the answer was. He explained everything really well. The installer was great as well. He listened to my concerns and and suggestions and also answered all of my questions with knowledge and professionalism. He also stayed late to make sure the installation was done right and complete.

I’ve wrote 3 emails to company about problems with my devices and app, only for them to initially show concern with nothing back for over a month. Before this, I was having technical difficulties that no one in IT could figure out after hours on the phone. Luckily I was able to combine information that 3 different employees told me to get my issues resolved. For the amount of issues I’ve had with little to no help from the company versus what I pay, not worth it.

Equipment is looking great and equipment installer was very friendly and helpful. The cameras are also very on point and working better than the products I had before. I’m looking forward to the possible incidents and crimes this alarm will capture or prevent. Thank you again Vivint for being communicating my needs to the tech and the techs great work for addressing my needs such as camera angles.

Young man was very professional, friendly and clean appearance. Prior to starting he introduced himself, explaining in detail everything he was doing. When he completed the installation, he took his time explaining the system to us. I would highly recommend a 10 for his services.

I am not good with names. I think the young man's name was Jimmy. I do remember when asked his age, he said 21. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was pushy in try to sell his product. He is a great asset to your company. Let's hope you can keep up with his standards.

Superb experience. James was timely, communicative and very helpful. Also very efficient install process as well. Much better experience than competitors that we have dealt with in the past. Overall pricing was very reasonable and competitive in comparison to peer companies. Highly recommend using Vivint and James in particular as the installer.

Bought a house just last week. Few weeks before closing, Utility Concierge set me up with Vivint after giving me a quote on the monthly cost and what would be included with it. I thought the Vivint pro would just do the installation and set me up with the payment. But instead, the pro came into the house completely unaware that Utility concierge set me up with them already. Then upon telling him that I already spoke with Utility concierge, he gave me two quotes and both were significantly more in cost than what I was quoted before. I felt pressured and put on spot into deciding (without any prior notification) and risking not having the installation happen on that day.

The Vivint technician, Eric was amazing and friendly. He provided me with ample information and his professional expertise. I love Vivint products! I have a doorbell and a few cameras alongside motion, glass break, and window sensors. The hub and app are extremely user friendly and the protection is unmatched.

The technician, Seth, was in good spirits and very good at what he does. He answered all my questions and walked me through everything step by step. His countenance shined above all else. I really appreciate his patience and understanding. He was great. He did not leave until everything was installed and working properly, he also made sure I understood everything before he left. The whole experience was great. I’m glad to be working with a company that employs folks like Seth and Pierre. I appreciate them Both.

The installation went very well. He was very nice and down to earth. He answered all my questions and showed me how to work the system. He placed the camera in very good location and set up my screen in a place that I could live with since it did not come on a stand.

My car got stolen and I called Vivint to set up a doorbell camera, and an outside camera with flood light. I told the agent that the whole point of getting the security system was for the camera outside and the flood light. The agent agreed and told me what to pay and what to expect moving forward. When the technician got out to my home, he said there was only the doorbell and tried to charge me $800 upfront for the outside camera. They weren’t able to remedy this for me so now I just have the doorbell.

Robbie the salesman was charismatic and professional. He walked me through the perks of having a Vivint security system. The installer was prompt and friendly which made the process much easier for us to grasp. I am enjoying the doorbell camera as well as the security cameras that were installed. I feel much safer.

We look forward to our future with your company and expect to have little to no issues. It was easy to understand the system and how it best works. Marc showed up on time and was professional during the entire process. Very informative through each step of installation. He made me feel like I was his only installation for the day. Our experience was amazing. We are loving our new system. The sales guys we amazingly friendly and made us feel excited about getting it. I would truly recommend people to get this system. I feel more safe knowing I have the system. My daughter and son in law have the system and they love theirs also.

Very thorough installation. The technician went above and beyond and was flexible with camera installation. I needed a camera placed in a location in my backyard. After looking at the layout it would work better to have the camera near the second floor window. The technician was able to do the install from a higher distance.

Connor was very professional and took the time for me to understand the process and procedures. He was respectful and helpful. When there was a question, he answered it until I understood. He made sure I asked all questions needed and I was happy. His friendliness and kindness made it easy for me to make a decision.

I am not satisfy with the technician’s quality of work. 1) My basement door is unable to lock after sensor was installed. Unacceptable. 2). Technician did not informed me that door cannot lock. I found out after he was gone. 3). Camera installed in back of house has no light. 4). Unable to install the ring door bell. So I had to remove this from my order.

Vivint did same day installation and the time was not a concern to the salesman or the installation technician. If you are not able to be home during working hours, Vivint will work around your schedule. Also, every person that worked with me was very professional, helpful, and courteous. There’s a good reason why this company is currently on the rise.

No issues, professional install, technicians were courteous. Explained and showed how to use and set up the devices. Installation was low impact like you didn’t know they were there. When they were done they cleaned up. Said to call if there are any issues. System looks really good, security lights and garage door can now be turned on and off with mobile device.

Helpful, intelligent, and insightful about all of the products. They helped set us up with what we needed and wanted for a great price. So far we love the products and they installed everything and explained how everything works. The people are all experience and knowledgeable about all of the equipment.

We are very happy with the products and service provided by Vivint. Recommending to all my friends and already considering more upgrades to our current home. The install techs were very friendly, located everything where we wanted them to locate it, answered all questions and provided ample training. They also did not leave any mess behind.

Installer was a real pro--right on time, fast work, efficient, and knowledgeable. Unrelated to the installation, which was perfect, I was very disappointed that the person on the phone told me that we would be getting automatic/smart lights, only to find out during installation that they are not available in my state. Please train your phone peoples to understand the markets they are talking to.

The two guys that came to the house to tell me about Vivint systems were very friendly yet professional. They know the system and were able to answer all my questions. So far the system has been good. Lets me know who is at my door or in my yard. Did report a person in the yard when it was just rain and wind, but guess that means the motion sensor is sensitive! Makes my daughter feel good about our safety!

My technician arrived early and did a great job setting up my equipment. He was also very knowledgeable about the process and agreements I had to make. This is my second Vivint system and using the app to toggle between locations is great for my home and business uses. I would highly recommend this service to others.

I received superior customer service with my Vivint rep! She walked me through steps to resolve security camera issues and made me feel like I was a priority! She was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. She was even able to send me a link where she could see my environment in real time while walking me through the steps that resolved my issue. My overall encounter was okay. The install was great but the confusion of the equipment and the amount owed was a bit frustrating. The rep and I agreed on what I wanted for as the equipment and the amount but the next day they said it would be 300.00 dollars more because someone didn’t add the door camera.

The entire demo and installation process was very quick and easy to understand. I had been wanting to install a security system at my home but did not have all the information I wanted so when the sales rep came by and answered all my questions, I knew Vivint was perfect for my family.

The sellers were very informative and professional but the man I forget his name who installed our equipment was so well mannered and polite I was so impressed, he also had another co worker come help with the last part of installation and he was extremely informative and friendly. I already had a lot of the equipment installed in my home when I bought it. Re-activation was quick and easy and they didn’t lock me into a long term contract, I could cancel at any time. Monthly monitoring rate was inexpensive as well, overall I have had a very good experience with Vivint!

I have Vivint at home and now in my business. Aron their tech was on time, knowledgeable and super nice. He was able to get me online in no time and made great recommendations that I hadn’t thought of. Customer service rep was also a rockstar answering all my concerns right away. First of all I would like to thank Maguire and Ander ** but they did an awesome job. One did an awesome job installing my equipment. I am very happy and pleased with the installation. There was a total of three people here for the insulation one was one of them he had an assistant. She did a great job. Just supervisor that was over him did an awesome job, stayed on top of his people and giving me the best advice possible. I am very pleased with it. Even after they install they came back to make any and all Corrections, faulty equipment, they fixed it, no if & about it. I thank you very much. Anything I didn't really want an alarm system but after talking to McGuire and thinking about my loved ones at home I quickly changed my mind

Vivint has been a great experience since its introduction to our family. My aunt, a senior citizen, decided on using their service years ago at her home. She was pleased and I knew it was good if she liked them. Fast forward some years and I am a new home owner and decided to follow her lead. Lucky enough a technician stopped by and provided me with some good information. I decided at that time I would like to start service. For whatever reasons me establishing service had some hiccups. However, Nicholas made it a mission to work out the kinks immediately. I can say I am pleased with my decision. Their technicians are highly professional and don’t make you feel uncomfortable in their presence. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for superior service.

I'm very excited to write this review only 3 days after installation. Outstanding service from both Vivint employees. Coby, the sales rep, was courteous, professional, and clear gathering necessary information, and arranging monitoring equipment installation and service activation. Mike, the installer, provided top notch service. He was respectful of my home, knowledgeable about the different devices and services available, and was spot on about billing and the account activation process! After just a few days of enjoying my new services, I decided to add another camera and remove some water sensors and the smart thermostat. (I have concerns about third parties controlling my home's temperature which I believe is happening with this thermostat). But I absolutely love everything else! I contacted Mike, and he has made arrangements to change the services as requested. So glad I chose Vivint after years of being dissatisfied with Alert 360.

I'm in love. I live in a transitioning area so this add a sense of security for me and my family. The system is nice and up to date and very functional. I'm pleased. We have to give it some time. I'm pretty sure that I'll love it as time goes on

Wow Vivint I am amazed and couldn’t be more happier with the Great customer services and same day services. Quality of the product is amazing. I’m well pleased with whole process and love the app, it’s convenient and easy to use with peace of mind, definitely recommend Vivint to friend and/or family.

Our installer Cory was excellent and answered all of our questions. Did have one problem with one of the camera bridges. Cory walked me through troubleshooting, but to no avail, so I am guessing they will send a new one. Not the fault of Cory, or the company. With that said I have run out of thing things to say.

I was dissatisfied with ADT and switched. I save money every month, have a far more modern system and the install was great. The technician was on time, worked quickly and very efficiently and got me online in less than 4 hours. That was great for 2 cameras, 4 motion detectors, 2 glass break sensors and multiple doors and windows.

Customer loyalty reached out, explained better the equipment cost and was able to offer a better priced offer to lower costs of equipment and monitoring bill. Super friendly customer loyalty and sales rep also reached out to be of assistance!

The Team we met with were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Same day install and activation was quick and easy. We didn’t need Fort Knox and they completely understood, plus the added benefits of being able to move the service and equipment when we move is just another added benefit. Low cost and easy to use and configure.

Great customer service from both the installer and rep. Very thorough and professional. Cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. Upsold while here and he was timely on all. My husband and myself was happy. Great job. He was knowledgeable and polite and quick and it was great.

Sales people and installers were very professional, very kind and courteous and respectful of our property. The product works well and was affordable. We are pleased with the service so far and would recommend them highly. They removed all of the old equipment instead of just installing it on top of them and I really appreciated that!

So sales guy was awesome. We got the service we selected but don’t agree with the install process. Person got here at six. Did not leave till 10 although he was very nice. It just took way too long. Put us off of our going to sleep schedule, etc. my sister got it put in yesterday. Also they did not leave her house until midnight. That’s ridiculous.

Chase was great and very helpful with any questions that I had. The two techs were great when explaining the system to me and they made sure to walk me through how the system works and where I would like the cameras to be. System was very easy to get used to and the installation of the cameras and system was flawless.

I rarely leave answers to surveys, but I have to give a big thumbs up to the installer, Ernie, who was a breath of fresh air. Totally knew what he was doing and if he didn’t have the answer to my questions, he tried to resolve it immediately and showed genuine concern for my worries. Thanks.

Derek was on time and communicated well prior to arriving. He patiently reviewed the order and we added a couple features I was not aware of. The install took less than the allotted time and he made sure to clean any dust or shavings. He then trained me on how it works and got my phone app working. He left his card and stated he would be happy to answer any future questions!

My family had this system installed yesterday. We are excited to experience all it has to offer and hoping to resolve the hiccup with 2 cameras. Shout out to the sales rep Mike Flinn. He was awesome. Wonderful representative for your company. He was professional detailed and timely. Ariel is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful with product placement and other aesthetic Issues my wife was interested in. Ariel spent all the time necessary to set things up properly and answered all questions I had and was patient although I am sure he had other appointments.

Moliek was swift, kind, and courteous. It was very a pleasant experience. He offered to mask in the room with my vulnerable elder, he advised me well on the best cam placement. I would have no problem using him as our serviceman again. I would also recommend him to others.

Like the panel on the wall, mostly the camera is activated when the door bell is push. Very nice picture. Also the key door pad and how I can lock or make sure it is locked from my phone. Might look into more options later on once I learn what I can do now. The door camera is a nice safety feature.

I believe we got a pretty good deal with 2 cameras, flood light and a doorbell camera, also the system/app connects to our existing thermostat and garage door opener. The install was fast and done right away (9 pm). The sales pitch was probably a bit pushy with the installation team already waiting outside but that’s to be expected. We have 30 days to make up our minds if we like the system/equipment or not.

The gentleman was very and friendly. He answered all questions as they came up. He came up with good idea of camera placement. I recommend this company and the this for future install and products. The pricing plan is also meets my budget as well. Thank you for all your help and quick services as well.

Will provided options for system, indicated what needed to be done and provided everything as expected. Once options presented we worked to get within my newly retired budget. Morgan our installer came in well organized and proceed to systematically prep and install the equipment. I requested that one bedroom be installed early for convenience of my grandson. He was very efficient and at a good stopping point time showed me what has been installed and how the system works. We scheduled to complete the two external cameras. Thank you and appreciate all the assistance and considerations that both Will and Morgan provided. Looking forward for the completion of the installation.

Excellent customer service with Myiion and equipment setup with Nathaniel and David!!! I recommended my mom and she got signed up the same day! We are excited for our new security system and even more excited about finally having a doorbell camera back! Love the fact that Vivint offers the monthly protection plan so I can call a tech whenever I need to if I ever have problems with the system!!!

The breakdown in communication on process made this far from a smooth enjoyable experience. Sales oversells on purpose, installers have to renegotiate the entire package then reinstate a poorly designed non-user friendly signing and financing process. The survey at the end is in person with the installer on their iPad and you can't be honest on it because they are forcing you to select the correct answers because their bonus depends on it. They definitely could use a redesign of how they convert purchases to installs!

I appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the employees. I felt like they answered my concerns and questions and know if I need any help I can contact them. I like how prompt the service was. It is good to feel the added security in my home and also when I am away.

The man dispatched from Vivint was Larry. He was very friendly from the beginning, and made me feel comfortable. He made it easy to understand the system. Simple to use, and assured me if I had any questions after he left. Just call. I would suggest Vivint to my friends and family.

Michael ** was the tech-install-pro-meister. He did a fantastic job on our install and took the time needed to do it all right. We have a newborn and he was very thoughtful and made sure to check with us before making any loud noises. We also have a very old house and he was careful during the install to get everything properly set up without doing any damage. We also love the quality of our camera's plan to recommend to many of our friends and family.

Showed up and explained in detail who they were, who they represented and provided adequate information. Set up with plenty of time and helped me understand my new system and how it works. Provided a system with all my needs such as cameras, lights, thermostat. Was able to follow the instructions for the app on my phone and was an easy set up and easy to use.

I love Vivint App and products! The sales rep was excellent and helped make a plan for placements of products, as we converted from a competitor to Vivint. When install team arrived, they were not familiar with 75% of the plan devised with sales team, causing great delay of initiation of job and lengthening time of install. Now that the new system is installed, I love it. The only hiccup was the install day taking 4 hrs longer than expected.

Devin very carefully went over all aspects of contract and my possible needs in security. Happy with his direction. Install by Andy and Gavin was clean and efficient. Andy left me feeling very confident in my ability to control and view the remote security. I would recommend Vivint to anyone that I know because of the professionalism of these men.

Set up was seamless! We already had the system in place from the previous homeowner so all we had to do was activate our own account which took minutes over the phone and then a quick 20-minute activation appointment over the phone as well! It gives me peace of mind knowing I have a state of the art security system in my home and accessible on my phone as well.

It was taken extra long to get the job done. We had three guys here to get it done, when it should have been done in a couple hours, they were here until 9:00 pm but they were working on getting it done. Had to keep calling the supervisor for the problems that they were having. But they did get the job done.

The representative was polite, and informative. He was very knowledgeable about the different services being offered which I was interested in. However, the pitch he gave was so long, by the time he explained prices and the trial offer, which I had also agreed to do, but what he failed to tell me was that I would also need to have installation done within the same day. It became very late at night by the time the techs finished, and they still didn’t complete the services because 2 of door sensors they claimed were not compatible with their system. If I would’ve known the wait time was going to take so long, I would’ve simply asked for him to come back on another day, since I was technically busy, in the middle of doing something. So next time I would appreciate if they tell their customers upfront how long the process is, so we will become better prepared. On a positive note, I am enjoying my new thermostat service with Vivint. Thank you!

To be fair the only reason I wanted Vivint was because my sister had it. Her sales person was really good. My sales person tried but he seemed fairly new. I got this solely because of her experience. The install was rushed and since it was so late at night I know everyone wanted out of there. I wasn’t really shown the whole system just arm, disarm and the app. The motion sensor is defective but since I’m past my three days I have to reach out to support tomorrow. Overall, it’s not really something I would recommend based on this experience.

My security system is awesome and the service is great. The install went smooth and the technicians that installed it was awesome. Tyron was awesome as well. He explained everything about the system and did a follow up with me the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

Feel free to have someone contact me as I tried calling a few times, but can not reach the correct personnel. I do not want to be long winded.. 3x salesman stopped over and TOLD ME he needs just a COUPLE MINUTES of MY TIME. Each time was over an hour. Very frustrating when I put dinner on hold until 1130pm. Not professional. Didn't explain my credit was being run and it was a HARD pull. I would have considered buying outright, but was not given any options.

Aaron, Taylor, and Matthew were all super helpful and great at their jobs. All were very easy to work with, got along well with our dogs, and got us set up, squared away with the equipment all in one day. The system is super user friendly too. I feel really secure now. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I have been through two installs one with ADT and one through Simplisafe. This install was seamless and very professional. The tech knew how to configure without a hassle. He was very technically proficient and also did a part of electrical work needed to configure the cameras with live power.

I wasn’t really looking to switch from my current home security service, but he was a respectable young man so I told him to come by the next day. He came by the next day and my wife and I invited him in as the temperatures was getting cold. Eli is one of the most respectable salesman I have ever interacted with. He did not pressure us at all and was very personable and friendly. Vivint has a great employee with Eli. I recommend they fast track him into management. After signing with Vivint, I met Isaac, my installer, and we walked thru everywhere we wanted our system set up and he installed everything in no time. Sale, installation and in service on the same day. Vivint service so far looks much better than my former service and it's great there is a much better sense of security.

My Vivint installation went smoothly. Chris, the installation tech, was professional, on time, answered all my questions, repeated everything I’d purchased with the sales rep, and cleaned up any trash from the install. I had an excellent installation experience. The panel is easy to operate and Chris even showed me the feature to delay the screen to clean it. Being able to control the panel and view the camera from the app is a great feature.

Had Vivint before and always liked it. I am happy that got it back because it has new features, the cameras are great and the way to access the features is a lot easier even for me who is not computer savvy so I know I will feel a lot better when I leave my house, I am also alone in my house so I will feel a lot safer at night.

Was misled on pricing. Install was a dirty mess. I will at some point have to go back and fill holes the installers randomly drilled. Did not receive any yard signs. They cut cords on preexisting cameras they just removed screws from and left hanging. If you like what you have we recommend keeping. Camera quality is not as good as our 10 year old system. What they show you on the iPad is not what you get. They don’t tell you each camera needs a plug in, as where our old system fed power and video from 1 line.

The presentation and explanation as well as the installation was great. The explanation and instructions about the device and cameras were very beneficial and informative knowing that I don't always have to use Wi-Fi. Another great feature was the light attached to the camera which makes me feel safe and secure.

The service sucks. Even when you pay the system off, good luck trying to ever cancel. You will be on the phone for hours jumping through hoops trying to cancel. Oh and don't ever forget your confirmation number. You will need it to cancel, Even years later. It's really not a very good system. Half the time your cameras will glitch out and show you yesterday's events. Don't buy the system. It's not worth the hassle.

I just gotten my camera installed today and I love them. I only wish they gave you 3 cameras and the doorbell camera, only because your home would be truly secured all the way around. For the most part, I’m enjoying my cameras. I love my panels on the wall and my automatic keypad lock on my side door also I can work everything from my phone and speak from my phone, WOW!!

I am pretty finicky about the salesmen coming to my door. But, David from Vivint for home security systems has been really great. Super nice, informative and not at all pushy. We currently have CPI and it honestly hasn’t been great, it was originally but lately I haven’t been able to get it load right away and it doesn’t record anything. So, I’m really excited to finally have something we can rely on. We looked into Vivint before from a friend who lives out in Cane Bay and have been wanting to check it out more. Today just happened to be the day.

The tech was right on time, was very knowledgeable of the company and the equipment, was able to answer all questions and concerns, was finished the install in a timely manner. Very pleased. There was little mess and the tech was able to put all the equipment in the same spots of the equipment he took out. Didn’t need to make or drill any other holes and was very clear when explaining the process and how to use the keypad and the cameras and he took extra time to make sure everything was correct and set up right.

The technician came on time, was very responsible, had excellent communication. We did a three-way line. Once we finish with the representative then we continue talking. He will call me and kept the communication going. Send me the emails, gave me ideas what to do what not to do. Excellent employee. We highly recommended to someone else.

The pros at Vivint did a great job working with me. I had just got into my first rental property and my budget was tight, but the pros at Vivint were able to work with me and find a plan that could fit my budget and still end up with a top notch system that I feel very comfortable with. The best the worker who came out did an amazing job. I recommend this business. Now I feel very safe. I can look at the camera when I'm away from home and when my family home I can watch them and see that they are safe and secure. Very easy to follow on the downloaded app. This company is the best. I still can't speak about the quality of the equipment, because they only installed it yesterday, but what I can say is that the technician who came was the worst experience I have ever had in this city. Extremely rude, unprofessional and without any care for the things around him: furniture, decorations, etc. Generally, I consider myself a patient person, but I was close to kicking this person out of the house on several occasions, but I decided to let him finish and then file a complaint, but it turns out that there is no way or at least I didn't find how. I just hope that if I need customer service in the future, this terrible experience will not be repeated.

Technician was good at explaining everything. They came in and finished everything in under 45 minutes. So far loving all the features making it easy for home security! I just switched from ADT and so far I am very impressed with the newer technology. Thank you Vivint for the opportunity!

Still waiting on the solar install but as far as projections go this is going to be cheaper than my last company with better quality security equipment.
