Jay was my installer and he was very knowledgeable plus he was friendly. The equipment is very current and easy to use. The installation process was very fast and the quality appears to be very good. Time will help me further my opinion. The monthly service charge seems to be in line with what competitors are doing and time will tell what sets them apart from other competitors.

The Vivint people were excellent, they explained the need for a Vivint home security system and camera in my home. They also guided my wife and I through the download of the app as well as guided us on usage and operation of the system after installation. We are very happy that we chose Vivint

My husband had answered the door and got some information that we would be interested in switching to Vivint from ADT. Some of the things that we addressed when I got off from work at 8pm, was that our doorbell camera was slow and no longer working, our doorbell did not work anymore either, and the back door of our house would never register the alarm, so we could actually never arm the house, fully. We had problems with the remote to the garage, among others. When the salesmen came in, he was so professional and so personable. I felt safe letting him inside our home and discussing what we wanted and didn’t need.

I was greeted with a friendly and professional representative who listened attentively. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the Vivint security system and provided clear, concise answers to all my questions. What impressed me the most was their patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. The follow-up after our conversation demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, Vivint's customer service exceeded my expectations. Great experience throughout this entire process. The sales was very knowledgeable on many of the products. The technician was thorough and was able to get the entire system setup in a timely manner. He explained the system and left me with 0 questions. The sales rep continues to be of assistance with any questions I might have about extending the system with new technology. Thanks again.

I had a great experience with the install of my Vivint alarm system and a great technician. He walked me through the entire system step by step to make sure that I understood all the functions and features that my system had to offer. The technician answered all my questions and also gave me some great suggestions about adding additional equipment to my system.

The techs that installed my home security system were informative and proficient in providing what was needed for my home. Hello! I am moving into my first solo apartment away from home and Robert helped us. Robert is great and awesome!! He was helpful and patient. He explained multiple things that confused us about the paper work. He also helped our unique situation as we did not have anything set up in the apartment. I think you should give this man a raise!

Thomas that sold us our system was absolutely amazing and the installers were great as well. Who we love the cameras and that they’re only a click away on the cell phone. Thomas was well knowledgeable of the product and several of my neighbors purchased as well.

From start to beginning the experience was great. Initial contact with sales was pleasant and didn’t seem like just another sale. Technician was great and even helped diagnose home issues to at had nothing to do with the install. Customer service was top notch. Isaac came to reinstall the security system as it suffered a power loss and shortage breaker issue due to the storm/power outage. He was very friendly, professional, courteous, and most of all very professional! I would recommend Vivint and his services to anyone wanting a peace of mind and safety in their homes.

We were surprised to find out there was an installation fee we were charged in addition to the regular monthly fee. Salesman made no mention of an installation fee. Thanks to you not being transparent, we have overdrawn our bank account due to that. This is precisely the reason we were wanting to leave Vivint in the first place, random fees and charges that are buried so deep in fine print no one would ever know they are there, and a lack of transparency on the part of their salespeople who only seem to care about closing a deal than being honest. As soon as we are able to change we are leaving Vivint for good.

Our salesman Bridger was fantastic. His knowledge and no-pressure approach was what sold me on your fine product. He was a real people person and was excellent in presenting the alarm package! Then, our installer Jose, was very thorough and friendly while here. He answered all question to my satisfaction, as did Bridger.

The Vivint guys stayed out late setting up my system in really hot weather and working through all the issues that came up. But they got it done and I am looking forward to using it. Only had the system for one day but it looks fine so far.

Just had our custom smart home security system installed yesterday by Richard and Howard. They were very professional and friendly, very knowledgeable as well! We added two sensors at their recommendation to the order in a very pleased with the results. It’s excellent technology, and we feel much more secure in our own home!

Both the salesman and technician were wonderful. They both explained the system very well and answered all the questions we had. The equipment itself works very well and makes it so easy to use. The clarity of the camera is stellar. We used another system before and was nothing compared to the Vivint system. I’m very pleased overall.

I would recommend Vivint based on the installation process alone. On the security side of things, the panel is easy to navigate and control.

Carlos install my system. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Gave me the best options to further secure the home. The whole installation took about three hours so plan accordingly especially if you are getting cameras installed. I really like the 24/7 camera monitoring and the fact that we can open the door remotely from our phones as well as arm and disarm the house.

Vivint was recommended to me in 2019 when I started my short-term rental business. Things seemed to go okay until August of 2020 when I had to remove my system from the property I was leasing, as they installed a new system of their own called Dwelo. I made Vivint aware of this as soon as it happened, and of course, started the process to cancel. Things didn't go as expected as I was given a unique "buyout" option where I just had to pay the equipment off. Interesting thing, when I first signed up with Vivint, I was part of a group where we all were part of the Loyalty Program, and so I had a discount on the sign-up fee and equipment.

The gentleman were very courteous, personable and knowledgeable. I was made aware of all the components of the system and how they work. If I have any issues with the system I was advised to call the service line. I would definitely recommend the system to a friend. Thank you Vivint...

I am very pleased with the whole experience. Very professional and on point with explaining everything. I would highly recommend Vivint to anyone in need of security system. I feel much safer in and away from my home from here on out. I'm extremely pleased with the spotlight feature.

I haven’t tried the system yet, but I can definitely say that Zac was wonderful when he came to install. He walked me over everything I needed to know and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything I needed. :)

The Representative that you all have name Ryan is telling customers that if we get the service we would get $300 for getting this service once the installation was completed. As of 05/31/2024 he hasn’t returned any calls and will not answer any texts. That is bad representation for your company.

Steve J our technician was outstanding, very knowledgeable, very patient with us and all our questions. He was helpful in walking us step by step on what would need to make our home secure. Great customer service and very manner-able. 10 out of 10. I was not so happy with the sales representative. I felt that he sold me a product and was not available to answer my questions afterward. Steve J made up for this and I truly appreciate his work standards.

Be aware!! The sales reps will say anything to get you to sign up. My sales rep told me I had 30 days for a trail run. That is not at all true. After you sign up, you are responsible for all equipment fees. I wanted to cancel after one week and now I am stuck with over $3,000 dollars in equipment fees. What a horrible experience!

Everyone, from the salesman to the technician were knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured or uneasy about my purchase. Great Customer Service!! The technician did an excellent job on cleaning up afterwards. This training on how to use the system was very easy to understand. Keep up the great job!

When the representative came to my home and we spoke he was very clear on the product, but didn't check things like I not having a deadbolt on my front door. Also, the installer was here a bit late in the evening, not arriving at my home until after 9 pm.

We are very happy with our service, Jake did a very good job. We have a older house so it was more challenging but Jake handle the BIG job like a Champ. Way to go Jake, thank you so much for your 12 hours of hard work. It was a HUGE job and Jake nailed it. GREAT JOB. We are very happy.

The salesman, Trevor explained everything in detail. Jaden, the installed was very detailed with his workmanship. Both men were professional and personable. A friend of mine has your system and has been very pleased. I would highly recommend Vivint for anyone’s home security. So far I’ve been pleased. I feel much safer in my home having this type of protection.

Everything was great with the transition experience. Installation was great. The setup with the app was very easy and the dashboard is the easiest to use. The technician was very thoughtful in making sure the exterior cameras were not wired externally and that they all worked the way we wanted.

Everyone we interacted with from Vivint was extremely positive, kind, and helpful. There were some difficulties with our WiFi setup, and our installer was patient and resourceful. We felt like we were in good hands with the installation process! As far as the products, they are extremely user-friendly and reliable. We got just what we wanted!

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our tech Aman was very fast and also very knowledgeable. They were both very friendly and to the point. They were recommended by a friend and neighbor and I’m glad to have gone through this. I will recommend them to friends, family and colleagues.

The tech were fast and respectful the whole time that they were here. They were nice and got on the job done with little problems. I would tell my friends about this company and how great they are with their customers.

Tony had a clear and simple sales pitch. He presented all the options and when I wasn't interested in an option he didn't push that option. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He listened to my bad jokes too. Lol. He knocked on the door around 5:30PM and once I selected my options the install was completed before 8PM. The installation tech did an awesome job on the install. He had to drill an extra hole due to a cross brace in the wall. He patched the he before he left. He made sure I understood how the system worked. Cleaned up the installation debris. It was a good experience and will some some money on home insurance.

My installer did a great job with explaining how everything works, and not making me feel uncomfortable when I wanted to remove some equipment from the installation, Unlike some sale associates/companies have made me feel in the past. He went in my attic to fish wire through just so I didn’t have to see the wire. Thank you.

I really needed some smart thermostats, and some additional cameras set up around my place. Someone came by my house at sort of an inconvenient time, but I ended up getting everything that I wanted. And they came and installed everything that same night. Everything seems to be fairly easy to use, I just have to get used to setting the alarms when I leave. It is a little pricey, but I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”. Ernest has been available to answer my questions even on Saturdays and Sundays. Which I greatly appreciate. Really good customer service and quality technology.

My home installer did a great job of setting up our system in a timely manner and making sure I understood how to operate it. We are happy with the system so far. However, you do have to submit a credit app to pay for the equipment itself and have a separate bill.

Sales guy was good. Installer, while a good guy, needs to pay attention to details. The system wasn’t tested, and would have failed the lock extending into door. The installing mess wasn’t cleaned up upstairs and when a mess was cleaned up I supplied the broom, etc. Otherwise, a good experience.

After discussing home security for some time, Vivint was right on time and they installed our system very quickly and we felt safer almost immediately. Vivint security system has excellent visual coverage for the interior and exterior of our home. The door lock is far superior to regular locks and attractive and there is a fob you can use for easy and fast returning home. Vivint is simple to use. The panel is easy to operate with visual videos explaining questions on operation of the panel. You can also use your cellphone to operate your VIVINT SECURITY SYSTEM!!!

Yes I would recommend Vivint monitoring company for door bell cameras, security cameras inside and outside. They are a great company and the customer service is very great. They are very fast on response time. They also do windows and doors stickers for covering of the entire home. The customer service I received I haven’t not experienced it anywhere.

Anthony (seller) was very persistent in a good way. He had been trying to catch us for the past 2 weeks and finally caught up with us. He was friendly and also a good salesman. He was also honest but not pushy. I would highly recommend him. Our installer (sorry I can't remember his name) was also very friendly. My only complaint is that he was slow with installation and it took him almost to midnight to finish. He also left all our old devices everywhere, including outside on the ground, which is not okay. However, he was also very knowledgeable and likeable. I would recommend him as well. I'm going to put his slow installation time down due to it being late.

Had a sales associate “Payton **” come to our home, introduced himself very politely, asked if he could just have a couple minutes of my time (I was busy) which I did give him, told him I had to get back inside, he kindly gave me his information and left. I contacted him later that evening to see if we could set up another meeting with him and he was back out in the morning. Very professional and not rude and pushy like most salesmen, which was highly appreciated. He explained their products and answered all our questions.

My account manager, Omar, was phenomenal! The presentation of the Vivint System and features they offer was clear and straightforward. No hidden fees, and everything works just as he described it! My technician, Kris, was very knowledgeable and efficient! He was timely and courteous while installing the system. I got everything installed the SAME DAY and at a mind-blowing rate! I can clearly see my house from all angles and I can even look down the block to clearly ID my neighbors from my doorbell! This system is a tremendous help to my family's security. Not only does it secure your home, but it DETERS crimes from occurring at your home. No other system has the foresight like Vivint! I highly recommend the Vivint security system to all in search of more peace of mind and home security.

I’ve been looking for a security system that checks off everything on my list. Recording with audio and clarity all day and system that can operate even if Wi-Fi is down. Hardwire. God must’ve answered my prayer because Joseph stopped by my door and showed me Vivint security system and here I am! Completely secured all my point entries on the bottom floor. Secured all my windows and cameras at every angle. Joseph, Jeff, Isaiah and Kristian were a fantastic team. I decided within an hour let’s go with it and the technicians were in and out setting everything up within a few hours. Amazing customer service, I can tell they work extremely hard for this company. The system has really cool features as well! Thank you so much!

The guys were very professional and engaging. Worked quickly. Always asked if we had questions. Went over how to work the system. Gave stickers. Left sign in yard. Cleaned up after they were done. Took boxes outside. Did nice work. Listened very well. Made sure we were set up in the system and on our phones. Made sure everything was working properly.

The installation technician was professional and helpful. He was patient explaining the contract. He was clear explaining how the Vivint system works. The location for the instrument was selected perfectly. He cleaned up all the debris after installation. The appointment was arranged very quickly. When he had to go back to pick up something, he kept me informed.

The sales person and installation person were both very professional, polite and wonderful to work with. Jordon was upfront about the cost and didn’t try to hide anything. David who installed the equipment was good at his job and a joy to work with. Jordan was very informative and able to answer all our concerns and questions about the pricing and overall performance of all the equipment. Although more expensive than our current system for the safety of my family and our home it’s so worth the extra cost and peace of mind.

Due to the time of arrival and departure made time to accommodate hard. The installers were very efficient and were very helpful. All other aspects of installation, and set up of product were fantastic.

Let me start by saying the five stars go to the installation and techs that came out. They were patient with me as I work out a few issues with customer service. They came back without a problem and were knowledgeable about the equipment. They walked me through everything, arrrived on time, and clean up before leaving.

The 2 employees I dealt with were experts and gentlemen and the one question I asked was when will I be charged? and I believe I was told 3 days after installation so it's a shame it was hours, please explain if I’m wrong, I have another issue but I would like to address this first.

This is a Great service. We had prompt installation and really respectful representatives. We moved into a new housing development and the existing security system left a lot to be desired and we really have appreciated the new system. It really helps seeing my family be safe at home and is a great value. The camera feed works amazingly well and provides a nice view of my surroundings while I'm at work.

Techs was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. They installed all equipment professionally, accurate. The techs Tested everything before leaving. Showed me how to use equipment. Our technician Devonne **'s was beyond amazing! The system is easy to use and easy to set up. The only thing I have an issue with is that the initial salesman did not fully explain the financing aspect, he made it seem like we were getting things for free in the promo when actually we weren't.

Wei, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and great at explaining equipment, options, pricing...Pretty much the whole package. Our installation was very good at his job. Out Tech was very professional and superb at what he did. He went above and beyond our expectations. He took the time out to not only show us how to work the new system, but he made sure my elderly mom had access and was comfortable using the system as well!

Even with the panels being finicky and working without good WiFi, Nathan was resourceful and did well with problem solving. He was friendly and easy to work with. Nathan guided me through the installation, confirmation, and billing process and was honest about charges and plans.

Elijah ** was wonderful to work with, made the whole experience/setup delightful. In a weekend full of headache with moving into a new place Elijah came in and made this whole process seamless while being awesome to talk to. Will absolutely refer Elijah and Vivint in the future. Highly pleased with his professionalism as well as feeling like a friend of his from the start.

System is more upgraded and newer and with lot more features. If you have the traditional wired builder grade systems then be prepared to pay a bit and get a nice system. I like Vivint has like the package detection feature and deter mode. The camera is also more sharp.

I had a great experience with Vivint from sales to the appointment to installation. The sales team went the extra mile to get a system that would fit into my budget that would offer me the protection I needed. The appointment team were so cooperative and help me change my appointment because I needed my alarm system installed as soon as possible. What stood out the most was the installer is the installer was so helpful. He came in and started with a consult about my choices, he made recommendations based on my needs and installed my unit professionally. He explained how each aspect of the system works and how I would benefit from each apparatus that is part of my system. I will recommend Vivint to anyone looking to install an security system. I feel the cost was reasonable and the 24/7 monitoring will benefit me and help me to sleep better at night. I think it will help anyone that gives this company a try.

We were told the technician would arrive between 4p-8p and take about two hours. The technician didn’t arrive till 10p and finished at midnight. The main panel was also installed a bit crooked. We are happy with actual security system though and it has been working ok since the install last night.

My brother recommend Vivint to me and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far. Richard and Josh (the technicians) were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with installation. Richard took a look around our house and gave us advice on what he thought we needed. Was honest about exposed wires, etc. Really made the process simply for us. Regional door to door salesman broke everything down very simplistic. I was very impressed that they were able to do same day installation which kept me from having to take time off work. The installation tech was extremely professional, kind and his manners were impeccable! He explained everything to me and was patient with all of my additional questions. So far my experience has been much better than the 3 years I was with ADT.

Richard was amazing!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He made the process easy. One thing that disappointed me was during the initial phone call no one asked if I was referred to Vivint by family or friend. So the person that referred me would get the credit. Richard had to inform me on the referral process.

The only thing I would change about my experience is they need company cars so they are easier to identify. I don’t have any more recommendations other than that one. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend them to someone else.

Both Molly and Robert were so helpful throughout the whole set up. They told us everything they were doing as they did it. I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what was going on. The tech even had to work two days in our home and he was nothing but courteous. 10 out of 10. I will recommend to friends and family.

Shannon assisted with the installation of an install for my ederly dad. She was 20 minutes early. Her service, knowledge, communication was impeccable. She took her time explaining the system and its functionality. She also made great recommendations on how to use the system. I will be switching over to Vivint soon.

I absolutely love my system, very well worth the money and my sense of protection. The doorbell camera is amazing and the motion detection lets me know when there is movement in my house even if I'm not there. I will definitely tell family and friends to try out Vivint.

Someone had been attempting to break in my garage but I didn’t have a front camera and the add on was too expensive through my current security company. Nia approached me while I was in driveway and she was so pleasant, I decided to hear her out. I’m glad I did because she was so informative and patient. She really took the time to show me the system and how it would benefit my household. And it was HOT outside but she was not bothered. She sent Dominic to install the system and I was impressed. It was dark outside and there were mosquitos but he never complained and he took his time. His installation looks top-notch, even better than the other company. It’s only been a day with this company but so far I am very impressed.

I’m definitely impressed with everyone from the sales rep to the equipment installer. Admittedly, I was skeptical about the whole process at first but I am thrilled that everything was great! Paul is a great salesman and know his stuff. Zach, the installer is very efficient and does his due diligence to make sure no stone is left unturned and question is left unanswered. Michael was the alarm system technician for my home. He was AMAZING, friendly and patient. We had a couple issues but he remained and made sure the system was working properly. Kudos to Michael ** he even gave us his card with his number to call him if there were any additional issues. We did have one and he returned to the residence and made sure all was taken care of.

These guys are the best. They arrived on time and left on time. In between they completed their work with efficiency and without invading my life. It was like they weren't even here. And the system is great. It has a better picture on the monitor then I have on my TV! Crystal clear. I am glad I have it. Well worth the money.

He walked me through everything he was doing, explaining why he was doing it, he explained the reason for better positions for equipment, and was helpful since we have never had a system before. The technicians (2) were two young ladies. Very were nice but very unprofessional. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They were complaining about someone named Scott overworking them. Complaining about jobs and hours they are given. They left trash, wood debris from drilling and visual holes in our walls. One of the girls had to go sit in the car to “cool off” because she was tired and irritable towards the other girl. She was pacing around all over the place like she didn’t know what she was doing or couldn’t find certain things. It was just very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable with the decision I made to go with ViVint.. I would really like another technician to come out and recheck everything to ease my worries.

We loathe door to door salespeople in our house, but Vivint did a great job at being respectful and not pushing us. We have been looking for a home security system so we weren’t a hard sale. Previous home security salespeople tried using scare tactics like what if your house catches on fire and your dog is inside, but Vivint did not do this. They were aware the only real crime around here is car break ins. We then had 2 fantastic technicians who were very respectful and knowledgeable install the system. The solar guy pitched us too and he was very knowledgeable about retail value and our concerns with solar. I don’t want to rate on the system yet as it has not been 24 hrs, but so far I am very impressed. Overall great experience that did not leave me feeling like I was pushed into something I wasn’t looking for.

Overall very good experience, tech was professional and courteous. Despite it being a hot day he got it all done without taking a break. Only small negative comment would be that when setting up cameras I would’ve liked to see a test view before final install to see if there was anything obstructing the camera sector. Had to make adjustments last minute but the tech was able to without complaint.

We’ve been in the market for an upgrade for our security cameras for quite some time. And it has been several years since we have heard from our home alarm provider. So having the Vivint sales rep pay us a visit was great timing. Upon agreeing to having a new security system with full camera coverage installed, a Vivint team of installation and set-up techs arrived at the house. The system was installed and tested within 5 hours. All of the techs were very polite and did a great job.

Install guy (Michael) was very nice and thorough in his explanations of how the equipment/app/hub works. However, our doorbell camera stopped working within 2 hours of install and support hasn't been helpful. After 2 hours, the doorbell camera is still not working and a technician might not be out for one week. In addition, one of our outlets that the technician hooked the hub into is no longer flush and is a safety hazard, as well as there is a small hole in the wall by our back door where he drilled the sensor. Also, there are wood shavings that weren't vacuumed from the sensor installation.

Super easy! My salesperson Juan was absolutely amazing! And the technicians were like Johnny on the spot. Same day installation, and they were in and out in about an hour! I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

Mark was so friendly, timely and professional. Everything went perfectly. He had all the equipment with him when he arrived. He came up with a way to mount the iPad on a wall with no power source. I even had a question after he left, and he answered my call and my question promptly!

Dominick helped install my home security system and did a flawless job setting everything up. The system looks modern and I even got a keypad door lock that disarms and arms the system. The panel has great camera views. The price is a bit on the higher side but it’s negotiable. It is worth the price considering the additions you get. I have had Vivint for 8 months in Galveston. If you have an issue - they don’t have the crew to come service your equipment. Please use a local company. They don’t have the time or crew to take care of the customer.

Both customer service (I believe his name was Dwayne) and installer technician RJ were very pleasant to work with. Installation was a bit difficult because of the way it was set up previously It did take a bit more time. I would like to get our Front Door connected so I can use the app to be sure the door is locked.

The sales rep started off by say “Let me build your dream package”. We asked how much for three items because Vivint is already installed in our home by the owner/landlord. All we wanted was a doorbell ring, outdoor camera, and panel (required by salesman). We paid $902 with debit card upfront think we paid for products in full (this includes first monthly payment he said is required). We asked sales rep again, "What did we pay for" and he said the products we ordered. We read contract and he added in $2599 of additional products to contract that was already 2599.00 and another for Vivint monthly.

The process explained. The tech that came out was good and helpful. Thank you. The response was quick from the sales representative, although he did not mention some of the prices, I still went ahead and purchased the security system. The tech was on time and provided lot of knowledge. I would recommend this company to others also.

The two guys that came to my house and installed the system were amazing. Very smart. They got it done. They did what they needed to do with the equipment. The tech who set up my services was wonderful and very helpful. The doorbell was not working and he fixed this so my security system would work. I’m happy with set up, just not the salesman information. We were told we would not be charged anything until we decided to keep it, which for us it would be May 30th. We were charged a set up fee. That was not part of the deal. The salesman never mentioned anything about a set up fee.

Everybody I spoke to was very open and willing to do anything to make my experience 10/10. I would repeat this same process anytime because it was hassle free and everybody made my time worth it. Kurt was a great help and he is welcome back to my home anytime. I’d refer VIvint to anybody.

The sales team was excellent in identifying the appropriate equipment that was needed for the house. They went into extensive detail about what would be covered and the cost of everything post installment payments. The installation team was professional, courteous and ensured that everything was functional prior to their departure.

Cameras are great, service tech needs a little extra hands on experience. The compliance tech did a horrible job. Put a big hole in my wall inside my house. Wasn’t very happy about that at all. That’s why I wanted wireless cameras install instead of wired. Need to look into getting some wireless cameras so you won’t have to drill through walls.

I was in the market for a new alarm system. I was listening to the presentation by the rep over a relative's house. Was very impressed with the system and payments. The offer was a Memorial Day special and I need to make a decision quickly. Long story short my credit was pulled twice. I wasn't aware. The rep never mentioned it that I was taken out a loan for the system. I received emails congratulating me on my line of credit. After so many hours of the technician putting in the new system he also made me aware and called his boss as well which I have not received a call.

First let me say Christian ** was great with his presentation and he made it very clear and not pushy. Zachary the tech and his assistant were extremely efficient, helpful and explained everything wonderfully, they went above and beyond what I expected. They both were very friendly and so patient and cleaned up afterwards, which was nice. I would definitely recommend all 3 gentlemen.

The technician was very patient. I had set up the security installation with Utility Connect (a great service for setting up your new home) and had made the appointment a week prior to moving in. I could not remember the exact quote but seemed higher than I remembered it being. This was because I made some last minute changes and didn't get a new quote (my fault plus couldn't remember exactly with the chaos of closing on a house and all that it entails). The technician was very extremely accommodating with cutting back on items to fit a budget and also called to see if their were any other discounts vacant could provide. He also gave me his card and stated I could call him as well as customer support or go online if I had any questions. Sure enough, I had a question about 2 hours later, called him and he walked me through and resolved it. I have only had my system a few days but so far I love it.

He arrived on time and was very detailed and once he was shown the area, he went to work with no issues or concerns from myself nor anyone else. Pretty happy with the entire ordeal. Install was fast and professional and the products themselves seem a lot better than systems I’ve used in the past. Cameras are nice and clear with a wide coverage, door lock and thermostat are both simple and easy to use, and the panel itself is really nice and easy to navigate. Adding another user was easy as well, unlike some of the other systems I’ve used. My last system was from Simplisafe, so it’s nice to have something that actually works now and isn’t constantly trying to connect to wifi. Thanks, Vivint!

Overall decent experience. I felt like the top package was pushed even though there were cheaper plans. “You can try it for 3 days and if you want things removed you can.” Becomes difficult when you aren’t sure exactly how much stuff is being installed. Almost like you don't know what you have.

As well as the professionalism of the technician. My experience is yet to be determined. It's also very expensive. But we will see how this goes.

Good sales process. Lots of strong follow up and my sales person always had the answers. The installer Keith was amazing. Ran into a few snags but always had a creative solution to suggest. A pleasure to work with. The only surprise I had was a credit app that I had to fill out and authorize a credit check. I did not expect that. I did not want an inquiry and the equipment purchase DOES mean that you finance thru a partner of Vivint's choice. This was the only ding. I hope the after-sales service is as good as the previous sales. Remains to be seen. Fingers crossed.

I’m not happy!! Not happy with the service or the equipment. And not happy with the fact that I was told that I had 60 days to try this service out and then could cancel if we weren’t happy with it, but was not told that even if I did cancel that I would still have to pay for the equipment, that I won’t be using. I think that this is taking advantage of elderly people who will shortly only have their social security check to live off of due to having to have brain surgery. And has Parkinson’s Disease. This information should had been disclosed up front. And this company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of all people this way but especially the elderly. My wife and I decided to give Vivint a try. The price was better than we expected for what we received. The camera images are clear, the coverage is pretty good. Being able to operate all systems from our phones is very convenient. Our Nest thermostat, which we already had was also able to connect to vivint. My wife likes the garage door open/closing control on the phone because she will sometimes forget to close it.

I have been with ADT for 14 years. But recently I switched over to Vivint home security. Reason for my decision is based on the quality and service provided by Vivint home security. Also I felt I was getting more for my money and paying less than ADT. The installation was done professionally paying close attention to detail making sure everything was in perfect working order.

Great customer service and attention to detail for part of the technician, they help me out answering all my questions and did a good job installing all the equipment, and I have no complaints on the service and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the god work!

I have been a residential customer for years but recently added a business account. I had never known about Vivint until I had a break-in and they were the first company that could come out. Since then, I have been happy with my service. My Vivint tech, Connie, is the absolute best! She has helped me on numerous occasions. She's knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We had wanted a security system for years, so it was already an easy process for us to hear out the sales rep and move forward. He was very polite and respectful. After purchasing the system the techs were at our home within the hour to install it. They were very helpful and courteous to my wife and I. We felt we had the necessary support and were able to have questions answered quickly. They knew what they were doing. Very quick and efficient. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a home security system.

I decided to try Vivint because ADT tried three times in my contract period to change my monthly monitoring price. The outdoor cameras is my reason to try Vivint. The picture is much clearer and the security deterrent was another plus. Any person with bad intentions will be alerted they are being recorded.

The sales rep was Danny was awesome. The two techs were great with their skills, but one of the guys should be more mindful of his hygiene. I do understand that the guys have working all day. That’s why it’s very important to make sure you are prepared for a long day of work.

The video that the salesmen showed us isn’t the quality of we got. The cameras must be less quality because the picture looks bad. Also the with and angels of the cameras are not the best either. I will definitely not keep this system. I’m not satisfied with it. I was tiled I would be getting better quality and I didn’t. There are one or two things that you guys have that are better than my other system but they’re not enough for me to keep this system.

I’m disappointed that my garage door isn’t compatible and consequently I don’t have that part of the service. Although the technicians that installed, everything were very kind and personable, they were here until midnight and that’s just way too late for me. I would’ve scheduled for a different day and time had I been given adequate information.

I think everyone are professional. Very informative, I am still enjoying the experience. Putting in equipment is one thing, let’s see how the years of service work out. My sales guy Gab did a good job of selling. Ivan was a great installer and helpful in explaining how to work everything.

Konrad with a K got right down to business introducing the Vivint Home Security System. He gave me a list of everything Vivint had to offer and customized the system to my home needs. We are on our second day and we love it thus far. Konrad left direct numbers in case we have questions or issues. So here's hoping all continues to go well.

Product is legit. Install was rather lengthy. Technician was very nice. I do have an issue with my garage opener as it was set up on an outlet that only has power when the light switch is on. This outlet will not do. I need to figure out what to do with this now.

The salesperson that came and explained everything to us, was very nice, well mannered and very informative. So far everything has been working according to how he said they would. The installers were great and quick as well. They even came back to help us with the thermostat with no hesitation. All in all it was a great process and definitely feel a lot safer from the neighborhood crackheads.

A lot of confusion with pricing and financing, but the product seems good. The technician did a very good job and was helpful explaining the app. The backyard cam is very high quality. The amount of notifications seems like it can add up fast. The app does take some getting used to because there is a lot of menu items.

I feel much better now knowing I have eyes on my entire house. Safety eases the mind. Having a spotlight on my driveway will help me when I am returning home after dark. Also being able to watch the backyard even without being there makes me feel better! Great experience. Fast set up. Seems easy to manage. Thank you!

Installation tech, Robert, was great, he did everything in a timely manner. Only issue was trying to set up to the hotspot, but he made sure to go over everything & give me instructions for when I had my wifi. He was very knowledgeable & tried his best to have everything set up & ready to go for when I got my wifi.

Very prompt, polite, friendly, and arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus! No holes, or damage done to the home. They made sure the system was working fine as well & adhered to where I wanted to place the cameras, panel, & sensors. FANTASTIC WORK!

After learning about everything that Vivint does and provides from the representative, the installer was in my home same day installing all the items I chose. It was very fast service. My wife and I chose Vivint for our home security. The salesman Jimi was very helpful and informative. The install team was on schedule. However, this install team didn't leave my home till 9:10PM. So be prepared for the team to be at your house for four hours! I also found wire clippings on my patio and garage floor the next morning. All in all, a good experience.

Installers were also friendly, quick and provided me on how to guide through the Hub and app. The cameras work amazing and provided all around security. I am a very pleased new customer and would definitely recommend!

I just switched from Guardian to Vivint. The technician was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. The install was fast. Henry even helped connect other devices I already had. The devices are a lot better quality than what I had with another alarm company. I will highly recommend Vivint services to everyone. Best service ever.

There are some specifics I would love see soon, like actual sound along with the mobile push notifications. Additional customization options in the app would be awesome as well.

We were in escrow for a new home that had a Vivint panel. I called to get information about them and they said I had everything I needed already installed to set up a new account. I told them I would call back once we had the keys. In the span of a few days, I had about 15 emails, numerous texts and calls from them about finishing my set up. Way overkill.

We are very happy with our new men Vivint system. The customer service was excellent from the sales people to the installer to the electrician. We had it installed the first day and it’s been running good. We’re very happy with it. Connor the installer went over everything with us and made sure we knew how to operate and disarm it and everything perfectly before he left.

Our tech was helpful and friendly! Very excited about our thermostat, smart doorbell and alarm system! I had to put my baby down for a nap and he was very accommodating and tried to be as quiet as possible. The doorbell camera video quality is very good and the app is easy to use and figure out.

How much is your peace of mind worth? Y'all it's priceless. I would gladly pay more but the price I'm paying for this equipment and service is fair and manageable. I am grateful today for the installation that Christian set up in my home and the help I received on the phone the other day from Gabriela when I was frantically searching for peace of mind after having an intruder invade our home and take that from us. I will never again feel that vulnerable. Hello, I’d like to say Alex did an amazing job when he came to our home to install our Vivint security system. He explained it very very well and made us feel like we are now secure with our new system. He did not try to upsell anything that we did not need, he just provided us what we need and with the information we needed. Overall it was very amazing experience and so far our Vivint system has been great. We’ve had no issues and we truly like it.
