Good company, good product to have to check on your loved ones when you’re away from home. Highly recommend to family and friends or to anyone looking to protect their family members, animals. The presentation was presented perfectly by the sales guy. Installation was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend to everyone looking to protect their home.

My appt was from 8-12. He contacted me early and let me know that he would not be here until 10:45-11:00. I was able to run some errands. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and when he ran into an obstacle with the doorbell he called in and got advice as to how to work around. Great job! Appreciated all his hard work!

I recently switched from a nationwide security company because I was unhappy with their fees and services. Vivint was prompt, professional and offered the security package we needed for our family. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician ensured we were totally comfortable with using our app before he left.

The technician started by reviewing our order, but the pricing was off from what we were quoted. It took a little back and forth to negotiate things. It was also not explained to us that if you want to pay off the equipment in monthly installments, you are essentially financing it through a 3rd party. We did not want to do that, so we had to ask to pay it in full. After finally agreeing on a bottom line price, the technician started the install, where she drilled through our sheetrock into another room. When asked if she was going to fix the hole, she said she put silicone on it, but that’s all she was going to do. It was just frustrating that we now have to patch, retexture and paint in our NEW house the mess that was made. She also didn’t clean up any of the mess left on the floor in several areas of our home where she drilled the lines for our cameras and sensors.

Victor was extremely personable and easy to get along with. I’m still shocked I’m signed up and have everything installed only 3 1/2 hours after he knocked on my door. It was great! Installation was super kind and it went very smooth as well! I am very pleasantly surprised!! Thank you all so much for your swift, neat, and caring work! It does not go unnoticed.

After it was installed I found a lot of bad reviews of Vivint. I am leery of their service now. I like the equipment but the follow up service concerns me. I am researching before my time to cancel runs out. I don't want to get bad service. I need further information.

The tech was really good and helped out throughout the whole install. All the cameras and doorbell are working like we wanted so I’m happy with it. Wanted to thank the technicians that called from headquarters. They were also helpful with the calls. Thank you. Will definitely recommend you guys.

He explained everything in great detail & went above and beyond! We are excited to have features in place to help us feel more safe at home.

I recently had Conrad come to my house to install a security system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely professional, answering all my questions thoroughly and making sure I understood everything. Conrad was not only knowledgeable but also very helpful and friendly. His service was top-notch, and I highly recommend him for anyone in need of a security system installation.

I’ve had Vivint for about a year now and have had a bunch of problems with the equipment. First my smoke detector kept setting off the alarm when there were no issues. Came to find out a discontinued smoke detector was installed and shouldn’t have. Second issue has been an unresponsive control panel. You go to touch it and nothing happens. This has happened over a half dozen times and every time I call customer service they just have me pull the panel, remove the batteries and then reinstall the batteries to reboot the panel. Same response from support every time I call.

I have had nothing but issues with this system since I had it put in two days ago. First it was a sensor on my garage door that was faulty. The technician replaced it. The one he put in was faulty then it was an issue with my doorbell not being in sync with the Wi-Fi. That was fixed. Now it’s an issue with me not being able to see the recordings of a vehicle sensed out in front of my home. Nothing but issues and customer service is terrible.

All the installations went so quickly and professionally. Was very helpful with explaining everything about the system setup and how to use it. I will recommend service to all I can.

Just got our new home security system and it’s great! Equipment looks sleek and very user friendly. John was great to work with and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this product and this service. The app is easy to use and the panel is very modern looking.

We appreciated his willingness to be available should we have any further questions or issues. Installation was quick and everything looks and operates great!

They were great. I told the sales person (cut to chase let’s get it done) younger kid. He did excellent. Install Benji was professional and outstanding. The lead that came over drilled a hole in our wall and didn’t patch it. That’s the only thing I was discouraged about. Check the photos.

My technician, Alirio **, was very professional and educated, and he gave us instructions on how to operate our new system. He was very patient with us throughout the process. He cleaned after himself. That was impressive. I really love how easy the system is, great view from the front and back camera. Kevin served as my representative and assisted me with my service, at the end. He was also very helpful and informed.

I had been told by an independent Vivint contractor that the camera would have to be installed in an awkward position in order for give me a panorama view; the middle of my outside wall. At that time I told him no to Vivint security. I called the office and they sent out a Vivint company tech and he was able to install the camera securely where I wanted it.

Install tech did a very good job with installing the equipment and showing how to use it. However, he left a huge mess behind, with wood shavings and drywall from drilling holes for the equipment and we have brand new carpet. In the future maybe install techs should be supplied with mini vacuums or drop clothes.

My technician Kasan ** was really patient and very helpful with my set up with Vivint experience. He showed me all the ways to keep my home safe and sound. He was very patient with me while we ran into some issues with customer service. While I was sitting there for an hour on the phone with customer service he was telling me all the different plans and things I can do to my home to make secure and to my liking.

Remote garage opener still not working. Told I wasn’t really pay for it. It wasn’t in the package. Apparently it was offered as a bonus. Some bonus if it doesn’t work. Thought I was getting a system that was covered with a warranty. Found out only after it was installed I had to pay extra for coverage. What choice did I have then?

These techs were great, down to earth people. I didn't even expect to get a security system today but knew I wanted one for a while now. Next thing I knew it was installed. Now I don't have to worry about my packaging or belongings anymore. Thanks to these fast and professional technicians.

Keypad keeps losing internet connection even though my internet is working. Also outdoor driveway light turns off at random times at night says not plugged in but it is. I do like the easy way of arming and disarming but am very frustrated with the glitches in the system. Also the videos of people caught on camera will not play. They say error. I have no idea how to fix this. If I could fix these glitches I would be very happy with the system.

I got charged over 5K and my neighbor got theirs way below my price.. I got ripped off.. it’s unfair..I don’t know why they take advantage of us people not familiar with this kind of item.. Next time I won’t even recommend to get this security.. Overpriced.. Thank you and I have a hard time paying it.

After the installation was complete, he patiently took me through how to use the system and the related applications. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone who needs a home security system.

Amolik. I wasn’t going to get security. ADT had already been by. I gave them a big no. But Amolik made an entrance and helped me understand I needed security and the price is competitive, I’m getting the best service for my money. He was easy to understand and cared about me getting good service. I liked that. Kael did a great job with the installation. He was fast and easy to talk to. He also showed me how to use the pad. Loved it. Great teamwork. Thanks guys.

Was lied to when sales agent came to my house, very dissatisfied with the company, need better training and not someone who’s out to make a sale. Been lied to about my service, fees, hidden fees. Would like to cancel my service with Vivint. Told the sales rep if they were a loan I didn’t want the service. She straight lied about everything.

Markus was great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! He adjusted his availability based on my changes in availability. He checked in to ensure everything was ok and done in a timely manner. Patrick was also great and works very quickly and does a quality job. I highly recommend this company!!!

We were scheduled to have Vivint services begin July 25, 2024. Our installation went smoothly. All interactions were positive. From the phone call telling his arrival time to the end of the installation we were impressed. The installation technician was thorough, professional, and courteous. In addition, we had to contact Vivint offices for cost verification. During this time our technician waited patiently. Currently, we are satisfied with Vivint.

So your field sales guy Rocco rang my doorbell and we had a conversation and upon me already having looked at Vivint I liked what he had to say. I decided to sign up with Rocco and then I found out that the installation technician, Joshua would be to my home shortly to complete the install. This excited me because I did not have to worry about scheduling the time and hoping to be available for install.

Fast, fair price, and great customer service, 200/10, would recommend. Michael was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and set me up quickly. The cameras are exactly where they need to be. He's also good with pets! The service is great but the customer service and professionalism is what had me coming back. The equipment is the best in the business. There are a few kinks to fix on the website and the wrong number link almost lost me as a client but..service when you get someone is prime.

Carl arrive 10 mins. early because I told him that I had a call at 11:00. He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything to me in detail and took the extra steps to securely set the lines in the HOT attic instead of along the interior walls. The system is very user friendly.

Great customer service and love the system they installed! Signed up and equipment was installed in the same day! Love having everything in the same app and being able to arm the whole house at once. Pricing is really reasonable as well! Equipment is top notch and the app is really easy to use.

Armando was really good and thorough about explaining the system and installing it as well. Was extremely professional and easy to get along with. Asked me where I would like to install certain systems which really helped. Overall he did a very good job and helped a lot. Was very pleased with the way he handled his business.

Just had new system installed and so far appears to be so much better than my previous security company. Very good service with quality employees with customer service and installment. I feel much more secure and safe with this new system and seems very easy to use. Time and care was taken at install with very professional installer. So far I have been extremely pleased with product and service.

System is easy to use. Both the salesman and the installer were courteous and knowledgeable about the system. We purchased the system at about 5 pm and it was installed the same evening. Installer went over how to use the system in a very clear way. He left us with his contact information in case we had any questions or concerns.

Holes in house, extra holes, trash everywhere, did not clean up and boxes left everywhere. Good kid and cameras don't work half the time. Just need them for my do but I'm not satisfied with the cameras. Need to return. They never work when needed. Please contact me **. Need to return. Not wanting.

The installer Joseph was a very kind and very patient person. He helped me get set up. He helped me a lot and understanding the agreement. he was so patient and helping me get on the month month plan without a contract. He is a very Outstanding employee. I give him a 10.

My installer was great and the experience worked well and efficiently. I ordered one day and installer was out within 2 days and took his time to teach me what I needed to know. He was awesome. The sales tech was also pretty good. I had Vivint before but about 7 or 8 years ago.

Michael explained how the alarm works including the smoke alarm, monoxide etc. I liked the service right away installing the device. Cody didn't take a long time to install every gadgets. Micheal explained the cost of the cost of the service, equipment, and how long it will take to pay. I feel a lot safer switching from ADT to Vivint, now that my system works without wifi and deters crime, instead of just recording it.

Josh did an excellent job on my Vivint home installation. He was efficient and fast. He was also friendly and personable. Josh was very thorough while explaining the equipment and answered all of our questions. The placement of all of our equipment was perfect. I would totally recommend him for any job. Thank you.

Amazing customer service, friendly helpful staff that go the extra mile to explain everything and go through each and every detail. They take their time with them and don’t feel as if they are rushing. I’m using them in multiple locations now and refer them to all my friends. They also have a refer bonus.

Technician was very courteous and explained everything in detail. Would recommend for everyone. Also pricing point is very competitive across the market. The only drawback is that the installation timeline was not too accommodating. The sales representative was also very knowledgeable and took more than enough time explaining all of my options to ensure my budget was properly accommodated throughout the process.

The gentleman was very quick and helpful with setting up our phones with the system. He was very knowledgeable with the whole system. If I have anymore equipment added would like Jerad install. And we had a rough start with the salesmen but everything turned out good. They were both very friendly and professional.

Would like the back camera to cover the garage door better. The representatives were well informed and answered our questions. The tech installer was very efficient and knowledgeable. There is an issue with the app not installing on my phone. The app did install on my husband's phone. We would recommend this to our friends.

Great experience, the install technician (Kyle) very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions as well and very efficient. Helped with understanding the applications. Made the process very easy. He was very professional as well. He also made sure when he left that I understood how to operate the panel and application on my phone.

This was a great experience because the technician Vivint sent was phenomenal. Tank answered all our question and showed my wife I that we chose the right alarm company for our. Also, Vivint only had us wait one day, while our previous company canceled and tried to reschedule us a month out. It was a win win for us because received a better experience. We have been looking for a different security system for several months. In the past we have had several Ring doorbell products but found them not to be compatible with our wi-fi system. (A long story that I won’t share here) Anyway a salesman caught my husband at a weak moment and I’m glad he did. It didn’t take long to convince us to sign up. The clarity of the cameras is what sold us. The added features are just a bonus for what we needed.

Great price for good security, quality cameras and a good install technician. The sales rep knew a lot of information, answered all my questions and the install technician worked with me and tried the cameras out a few different spots for me before he installed them and did a very clean install, no mess, got in. Got it done.

I had to cancel order while the techs were installing the product. Reason for cancellation is Ryan was very misleading with the process of Vivint. He said no holes would be drilled in the wall and I had 30 days to use the product during the promotional period. I checked the actual contract and it said I only had 3 business days to cancel and the tech came out to install the cameras and proceeded to try and drill holes in the outside of my home. I had to catch him and stop him and tell him I specifically asked the sales rep about that because I did not want holes drilled. Very misleading and scam-like

Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Very much recommended! He answered all of our questions. He explained how to use everything very well. We are definitely pleased with Vivint security system and their staff. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to all of our neighbors, family and friends. We recently had break ins and people trespassing in our community. We now feel safer with Vivint and all that vivint offers for security.

The equipment installed is great quality thus far. Install tech was neat and friendly. Sales Representative could have been more detailed on sharing information about payments. We were lead under the impression of not being charged certain fees and still got charged them. Almost felt bombarded with information on the equipment, cost, and payments. Then to make the decision on our purchase while we were talked about solar panels at the same time. Quite an overwhelming start. Overall friendly staff and solid equipment, but could be a little more intentional about the information they share. Now we have to re-learn on our own to catch any other possible charges and fees that weren’t shared.

Signed up for 1st few days. Was good but then the system started acting up. Called in many times to cancel it but they wouldn't let me. They just offered that it would be fixed. Long story short it's a really bad company. I mean they are just horrible. I had their tech come out and removed the system and I told them yet again to cancel the plan. They didn't, I spoke to manager whom told me to call back after my move to have them come out to troubleshoot it and if it does work they would refund me and cancel the loan.

The person who assisted me via phone was very patient, not intimidating, not rushing and gives very clear directions. She is helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the details on the panel. She gave simple instructions and easy to understand. She made it clear what each button on the panel means and what to do with it.

My husband and I had been thinking about moving over to Vivint from ADT for a while. We finally made the move last week and so far, so good! Robert was our technician and he was wonderful! He answered all our questions and showed us how to use everything. I didn’t realize how many more features Vivint offers! I noticed that Vivint’s equipment cost more than ADT, however, you get what you pay for! The main reason for our switch was due to camera glitches that we were encountering way too often so we were willing to pay more for better quality. We paid for the equipment up front so once you take that out, the monthly monitoring fees are pretty similar.

Did a great job installing sensors etc. Did it in a very short time. Very friendly and courteous. Didn't have a problem installing smoke alarm and security panel. Had a great time of visiting and finding out what state each representative was from. Very mature and professional in the way they answered questions.

Even when I call customer service, the service is horrible. I’m calling because things with the system is not working. I’m not seeing everyone pull in my driveway. Then the next day I’m not on the app doesn’t work. It’s been a horrible experience. every time I call to ask a question or to see why certain things are not working. I end up with people trying to sell me other items without my problem being solved. All of a sudden they turn into a salesperson.

Everyone was on point. All questions were answered properly, all options were presented and talked about until I felt comfortable about what I chose. It was a painless process. I will definitely let my friends and coworkers know about this company and the great options. A consumer has further protection of their home.

I had a Pleasant tech representative. He was very helpful and showing me how to work the control panel. He even got rid of a wasp nest that was that was outside of my door. Just a real nice guy. Yes I would recommend this company to a friend of family member.

Mr. **, the salesman was very knowledgeable of the product and service and after a lengthy discussion why Vivint would be the better option after waiting all the facts, I decided to go with the company, also was able to have the equipment installed the same day, which was very impressive.

Ryan was super helpful and professional! Customer service screwed up and had me as an upgrade when they were told three times that it was going to be a new install with a new address. Why would I get a second service at my office but the install guy sat here with me and he ended up getting me taken care of which I’m sure he lost other installs for that day as well as my time was wasted, this installation guy saved my business with you guys. I was going to cancel everything. You guys really need to get your customer service in line. And I feel that whoever initially set up my install well upgrade that they put in should be fired! Thanks.

Rate subject to change once final experience to complete. Sales of product was good and representative worked with my budget. Install ended up starting late in evening and somewhat completed midnight. I worry with a night install just cause it’s dark and late and may not be as superb as day install. Couple things occurred: one of the motion sensor peel off the wall that is connected with some adhesive tape. The biggest concern is when the exterior camera was being installed.

Cesar our tech was very informative, courteous, professional, timely, knowledgeable. Aaron sales rep. Informative, did not pressure for a sell, equipment A little pricey but darn well worth it. I would and recommend this service for peace of mind and well being. Security system panel installed very easy to work with, camera display very clear and crisp.

The sell to the install tech was all in a timely manner and did everything we asked for. Kinda stayed late but made sure everything was running and working properly. I’m very happy that they’re able to get it done all in one day and a short period of time.

I love my camera system, it is a great system and it does what I want it to do. It is easy see people, places and talk right through the camera. They was helpfully when I needed to ask any questions. They answer all of them. Very easy installment. Did not take too long. Very professional.

Process was extremely easy. Every person was so polite and respectful. The install took ~3.5 hours and the installer made sure I liked the location of everything before leaving. I did not like the location of 2 fire detectors and he moved them without hesitation after already being in my house for 3 hours. The interface is very user friendly. I have peace of mind that my home and family is protected.

I had a Vivint system at my previous home. Due to some reasons I was not able to take the equipment with me. I contact vivint after I moved, didn’t even consider any other security company. Compare to the cameras that I had from 6 years ago. The camera vivint have right now is so much better. The system is still the same, easy to use.

Yes I have my wife and grandma that both are disabled and can’t walk but now with this alarm systems and definitely the camera and smoke detector I can sleep at night and able to run to the store and watch them from my cell phone and the both was taught to use the alarm. My grandma is 90 and can work it. I just really think I was blessed when I joined the Vivint team and also think you’ll never find a great system all the way around and be the least expensive one that I could find and definitely I only had to call to customer service one time and I honestly was happy with the results of the rep's help. Thank you so much for your great service, can’t wait until the signs and stickers come.

I’m really excited about the products themselves, I just wish my home was in the same condition as when they arrived. Messes were left behind by the installation technician to be cleaned up. While he was super nice and I really liked him, I would’ve been more impressed had he cleaned up behind himself.

They disconnected my ADT and ADT never called me about them just removing their equipment. Would highly recommend. The cameras and panel are very top end equipment.

We bought a house and it came with cameras. We were set up to activate our system on 7/21/24. I spent almost 2 1/2 hours on the phone with a rep trying to get the cameras to connect. It did not work so I have an active panel. Can’t use the cameras. They can set up an appointment for me but it’s outside of my three day window of a full refund of a working system so the system does not work. They’re hoping that a technician can fix the cameras when they come out, but if they don’t, I’ve now lost out on my deposit and activating the system and I can’t talk to anyone because everybody is now closed for the day. I’m very very frustrated as a new customer.

Our Vivint installation was very seamless and easy. The rep explained everything in detail for us and gave us many options. We would highly recommend Vivint as a security system. All of the features are worth the price. Our technician was very friendly and went into great detail about how all of the equipment worked and how they all worked together to ensure a safe home.

I normally don’t leave bad review unless it’s necessary but this is one of those times. Adam was a nice guy by all means but lacked in communication skills and cleanliness. I had 4 cameras installed today one being the door camera, 2 on the front porch (one with a motion light), and one on the back porch. The motion camera with the light was my main priority but he did not communicate with me when installing it and to me it looks like he just threw it up there wherever it was easiest for him to do it I feel. I wanted more to the corner of the house. He didn't even ask or communicate with me like he did the other cameras. That's not that HUGE of a deal and fixable but his cleanliness was absolutely terrible.

I was really impressed with Shawn ** our sales man. He was a great people person. He was very informative. I enjoyed him. The technician was here within minutes had everything installed and was very helpful in showing me how everything worked and was so polite. I felt bad they were so late but they did mind. They did a great job installing all the equipment and cleaned up. I’m in love with my system

The knock at the door was a surprise but Sunny was very quick and straight to point. He gave us a great deal and started the installing that night. I now have a doorbell and security I enjoy and my combination lock.

Enjoy this system, sales rep was pretty decent. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. Willing to build to our wants and needs! Would like to see a digital front lock but works very well. The installer was really quick and his install is spot on. No wires no damage to home. Thank you!

The installation was completed quickly. The system was explained well and the install team did great in solving our internet issues at our house. The sales person was very helpful in applying for the system and answering our questions. I can now monitor my front yard and back yard area in case persons are near my house. The added lights will be very nice when coming home after dark. I also like that I can monitor the cameras with an app on my phone.

Set up was fast and easy. I was expecting to pay a LOT more each month. They also offer military discount monthly! So appreciate a company that appreciates veterans. My system was already installed when I moved into my new home and it was very cleanly done and discrete. Big fan.

Peyton is the young man that came to home for instillation. He was courteous, helpful, professional and very pleasant. He too helped me through the process and explained things very well through the whole process. He made sure to clean up. I would definitely recommend both of these people.

Surprisingly quick and her descriptions with instructions caught me from over stepping and having to redo steps. I’m at work now thanks to her swiftness. And got me pointed in the right direction to my other issues with my home environment.

Installation went smooth!! He didn’t take all day and had good communication throughout the process! Showed me how to use everything and made sure the placement I wanted. Installation went really well. Installer was able to answer many questions and help to better customize system. Was willing to do whatever it took to make sure that we were satisfied with installation service. Had to make many last minute adjustments and was able to do so without waiting for additional equipment to arrive.

System is intuitive and very easy to use from the tablet style panel in the kitchen to my smart phone. Whole house, pool and outside shed are covered for security as well as thermostat and smoke/carbon monoxide detector as well as water detection for water heater.

Joseph was the service guy who installed our camera and new key pad and sensors for our windows, he was very polite and patient and knowledgeable, we are very satisfied with his service and the products. He even waited for me to get our password from our Internet provider, because I forgot password. He did not leave until the issue was resolved, and walked us thru on how to use the keypad and the app as well. Kudos to Joseph

The sales person was very knowledgeable with the subject matter. The only thing I would say is he talks too fast and I had a hard time processing what he sad at times. I had to ask a question to get him to slow down a little. Other than that he was curious and kind. The technician was good at his job also, although he needs to clean up his mess and not be asked to clean after himself.

The sales team is knowledgeable, but you really need to know what you need for your salesperson to be able to get you signed up for the right equipment. Installation tech arrived on time, got notices from Vivint and the installation tech the day before as well as the day of installation. My cat liked my installation tech and had to follow him and watch everything. He was professional and treated my cat with respect. All equipment was installed and tested and he explained it thoroughly.

I am enjoying the recently installed alarm system. It has many upgrades that my previous system did not have (cameras, keyless locks, and an easy to use keypad). The technician that installed my system was very great. Answered all my questions and gave good instructions on how to operate the system. I give him a 10+. He was great!

Only had service for >24 hours, but the peace of mind so far has been worth it. Installation took a whole day but I got 360 coverage and added on once the installer arrived and we did a walk about. The App is super easy to use. Cameras are very clear and the sound picks up crisp.

Worth zero stars! Signed up for the free trial, I canceled within my time frame. Have had to call 5 times to make sure cancelation was received. I received an email saying I will not be charged but noticed they did charge me. After yet another 2 phone calls and more than an hour they will not issue a refund until they pick up equipment which is booked out for over 2 weeks. According to THEIR notice of cancelation if they do not pick up equipment within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancelation I may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. I was told today if I do not schedule for equipment pick up I will not be receiving my refund. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

They did a great job on the install, just didn’t clean up anything. They left all of the drill dust at all places they drilled, they stepped all over my wife’s flowers to include putting their tools, ladder and feet directly on them without trying to avoid it at all.

Technician was very good at explaining system and features. Also helped me set up app on wife’s phone. Had an issue with first panel he hooked up but didn’t let that bother him. Took his time to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. Salesman was thorough on explaining all aspects.

Mr. ** was the technician that came out to my home and install my new system. Mr. ** was very professional and gave great insight on how to work the system after installing. He also informed me of other features I could possibly look into for having on my home for safety coverage. Bottom line, he was very polite and friendly to have in my home.

I feel silly paying for what alarm system we had before with ADT. We were straight up in the dark ages. Equipment and options are soooo much better. And the devices actually get “smarter” with time. We had a problem with our door bell but he found a way to bypass it. He showed me how to use the panel as well.

OMG! I should have read the reviews first. I am experiencing much of the same. It has been 3 weeks and I have not had all of my equipment installed. There is a big disconnect in customer service and the technicians. The technicians are horrible with time management and apparently think that customers should wait all day on them. They have cancelled my appointment 3 times. I have spoke to supervisors who promised a tech and still no luck.

The people working were very unprofessional and left all the mess in my house. They broke the power wire for my doorbell and now I am without the doorbell and have to go through calling the electrician and all the trouble. Besides this the quote given over the phone was way different from what given on the day of installing. Had to get it fixed. Chipped paint on my window while putting the sensors and didn’t close my windows once installing the cameras upstairs. I am still wanting to give it a shot as my friend recommended it to me

Salesperson insist a lot. Don’t understand what NO means, technician mess up my brand new appliance because he used it to get on top and run the wire, we did not agree to that. He ask for a folding chair and we give him that. Never ask if he could get on top of my dryer.

This is my great mistake to choose Vivint. The guy name Bryan is such a liar and fraud. Never, Never, Never gonna recommend anyone. I ask him if it gonna record 24/7. He says yes and later it was just showing clip and I called him and he told he forget to add dvr and as it is his fault he told me he gonna pay half if I gonna pay Dvr and after I pay I asked him to pay me half and now he says he can’t until I refer him someone. This is the worse experience.

So we got our system installed 3 days ago. We had an issue with our door's lock not working on our panel or our phones. It took them literally 10 min to reboot everything it get it working again! The planning was better than the first time I have Vivint several years ago - it never worked properly. It does now. This is also a simpler system to use, the user experience so far has been quite good. The user interface (UI) is good as well, though I have to nitpick at the UI when going online - that is not quality stuff, and rather annoying given today's software capabilities.

The installation tech for Vivint was amazing. He installed all the equipment and was done on time. Because, I had to leave my house at a certain time. Plus he taught me how to use the equipment. The consultant and the installer were both amazing. Had excellent customer service. They both made sure that we understood everything both leaving and even left their numbers to call if we had any questions. Fast, Fair, and Quality installation. I was contacted at 2pm and had the system installed and operational before 6pm. They were in the area and they compared their service to a cheetah or a falcon. It's been great other than the detection zone, the doorbell rings by itself sometimes, and the doorbell volume is very low even with adjusted volume. I wish I could've trade out the thermostat with another camera or something because it isn't need or used. I was told my fingerprint lock could be sync with the system but it could not so that is disappointing.

Vivint offers the best in alarm system technology and service. My family and I feel well protected. My wife especially appreciates the security it brings. I give 4 stars because about a year and a half ago we sold our home and bed to move in with in-laws for a period of time. During that time I tried to cancel and even after following the exact procedures for canceling, Vivint still charged me for several months. It was a real battle trying to get our money back.

Our experience with Vivint was excellent and our technician Kareem was extraordinarily patient and explained all the services to us in depth and showed us how to work our new equipment. We’re glad that we opted to go with Vivint. We have a state-of-the-art security system for a very reasonable monthly price.

Great service from the salesperson, all the way to the installer. Both of them were super helpful and cleared up by any issues or questions I had. And the equipment is super user friendly. Overall great experience. Looking forward to using the system. I'm taking advantage of what it offers. Install it. Did it clean and efficient job? I'm very disappointed with my experience with Vivint so far. My salesperson has demonstrated very poor communication and follow-through, making this process extremely frustrating. This has been the most stressful thing I've dealt with lately, and I expected better service. I wish the sales team would be more honest and knowledgeable about what they can or cannot offer. Clear communication and transparency are essential, and unfortunately, this has been lacking. I hope Vivint takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The sales rep was fantastic, very personable yet professional. He presented our options very well without being pushy and really knew his information. He did a wonderful presentation well both verbally and visually. As soon as we accepted the installer came by and was very polite, worked hard and was patient with me when I couldn’t figure out how to set things up on my end

My tech was thorough and respectful, he answered any and all my questions that I had, he made sure I understood what I got. There was no mess left behind. My new home didn’t get damaged in the process. My old system was placed nicely. He was thorough with his work, I highly recommend the tech that serviced me. Great customer service through the whole installation process.

The gentlemen who sold us the service were very professional and personable. The installer was great and answered all our questions. The installation looks good. At 1:30am the same night, the camera in our backyard caught someone scanning our backyard with a spotlight. No one entered the backyard but it was really good to know. That made it worth the purchase alone. I will enjoy the peace of mind it provides.
