I called to inquire and the rep was great. He provided me with full and clear details, and got me set up for installation quickly. I asked for my install to be escalated and they were able to get move my installation to happen within 48 hours. The install was neat and everything is very user friendly. I’m very pleased!

I’m so overly happy with the honest, friendly and professional service I received today. I can’t say enough how great Adam was. He made sure I understood how everything worked made recommendations. I feel like we really got great service and a great product! Adam was also really great in helping me get my brother referred. My brother was also impressed with the customer service and products

Woke up this morning not even 12 hours after installation to a bill of $236. I was then on the phone for TWO HOURS talking with SIX different people from Vivint to only be told nothing can be done. I wish I NEVER heard of this company of liars and thieves and people who just don’t obviously care. Disgusting. And now those same people are being paid by me for my security…the horrid irony. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND VIVINT. NEVER.

Wonderful fast service. They were in and out. Setup was quick. Zack is a great service rep. He even stop back by after everything was done to make sure everything was going right. I was glad he did. The security system works great and it's much better than Ring door bell. I like the whistle of the bell.

Everyone was really professional and helpful. Dave showed me everything and did a price rundown. Zach and Spencer set everything up. I am able to see all of the main rooms in my house from wherever and feel safer when leaving.

I think everything went ok. No complaints. System appeared to be working well. I’m very pleased and happy that I can check in on my mom while away at work. The only issue I have is that sometimes it takes a little time for it to load. I’m not sure if it’s my internet service or not.

Vivint was very prompt to get me a quote and able to get my system installed extremely prompt and professionally. The system is spectacular. The camera quality and human interface with the in home panel and my cellular device make this system very user friendly. Customer service is the best I've encountered.

Moved into a new home with an existing Vivint system and the reactivation process was swift, smooth, and easy to follow. Really enjoyed the step by step instructions and personal touch with calls prior to and after activating my system. I commend Vivint for not trying to sell me more products without activating their service and will now look to expand my system in the future because I really like how their system works.

Joel the salesman was really good! I never have bought anything from someone at my door before! So that was a first for me! Josh the technician was great. He stayed late and completed everything. Made sure everything was working. Took the time to explain everything to us. Everything went great!

Orlando was very helpful and descriptive with his sales. And Tyler did great with the tech (besides accidentally locking our cat in the garage) he also helped me discover how to use the app and the tablet.

Mike, the installer, was very knowledgeable and patient walking me through the app and how to navigate the keypad. He made sure to “leave it the way he found it” so there were no debris or packaging items left behind. The job was done exactly to my satisfaction. I would recommend this system to anyone considering a security system in the future.

Just received Amazing service from Tyler. This guy was Amazing. I'm already looking forward to having a long relationship with this company. Tyler showed up 3 days early, gave me Amazing service all while going above and beyond for me. This guy should be a supervisor or manager because he’s a Superstar.

The entire set up was quick and took no time. My technician was very helpful and made sure I knew every feature my alarm system included. He also gave me an overview of other options I can have for future add-ons to my current system. I would definitely recommend Vivint to everyone I know.

This was a really good experience! Aaron was professional, informative and a really good guy! He installed all of our equipment and explained all of the functions so that we knew all we needed to before he left. He also climbed up and down the ladder several times as we were a bit picky on the camera angles. He never complained or showed any annoyance.

Salesman Sean and tech were both awesome. Very friendly and respectful. Both had answers to all of our questions and knew the system inside and out. Tech did not make a mess and talked us through each part of the system. He tested everything and then had us do it so we understand everything. Overall a great product and experience. We have 5 friends addressed to him so they can help them with this great system.

Kyle was a great salesman as he explained the benefits of the Vivint system while also showing us some gaps with our Ring system. The installation started that night and we have been pleased with the system since. Kayven did a great job installing the system and worked long hours to do so.

The technician was supposed to be at my business between 8-12. I was told that he would be late. He arrived at my business two hours before my business closed and wanted my staff to stay over. The technician was not able to finish installing all of my equipment and I do not have a date on when someone will be able to complete the work. This is not a very good first impression of your company.

Jordan was incredible! A pleasure to work with. He was so polite. He was very informative. He answered all my questions quickly. He also accommodated whatever times I needed, with my work schedule, for phone calls and instillation, even if it was after hours! I’ve told everyone I know about the amazing customer service.

The tech Khalil was awesome during the installation process. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and did an awesome job explaining the system. I'm really impressed with the quality of the cameras. I’m upset because the price changed from the original contract amounts. I’m seriously considering canceling the contract unless this issue is resolved.

Awesome install and service. Thoroughly explained everything. 3 indoor cams. 1 inside. Door sensors and 6 window breaks. Electric deadbolt lock. Works amazing. I can check in any time I want. So happy this is my second home I have with a full Vivint install. Have been a customer for several years before we got one in second home. We love it.

My new service installation went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the expertise of the technician who came out to my house. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every little detail of the contract to me, which had never been done before. So, I am happy that I went with this Vivint. A one service on salesman and tech. They were dedicated to getting the job done. Very impressed on installing the equipment the same day. So far the equipment has been working great. I will be telling others about Vivint. I like the view of the cameras. It's clear and I review the events from the day before.

Cameras was installed however the tech was not HVAC certified and messed up my heating and air conditioning unit trying to replace my thermostat. I’ve been getting the run around to get it fix and this stupid company wants me to pay for something that their fake technician did. I would never use this company again or refer any to them. They are inconsiderate and don’t care about what their employee did.

I had a very good experience with the salesman and installer. All information was shared and shown. The operation of the device was modeled and it works as told. I am one happy customer. The system works great. I can see all my vehicles and what goes on in the front of my house. The camera inside allows me to see who enters my property.

Vivint made the transfer of account from my daughter's name to my name in 1 day. Although it was a little difficult at times due to a system upgrade, the transfer rep found a way for it to be completed. The rep was also patient with phone issues I seemed to have & did not rush me or pressure me to make a tech appointment which would have been easier.

My parents are older and had trouble with their previous alarm company. We reached out to Vivint and they were extremely communicative, timely, and THOROUGH. Kyle our installer even recommended some features that Vivint offered that he hadn’t thought of! At the end of the installation, Kyle gave a very thorough rundown of how to use the system. The cameras are extremely clear, the system works amazing and Kyle was amazing too. My family is very happy to be a part of the Vivint family.

Great service from sales to install. The install professional came in at a last minute request and was very knowledgeable and professional. I received a follow up visit from sales professional to see if I needed further assistance. I would suggest either of the two professionals I dealt with to anyone as both were very helpful.

They are great. They have a way better product and service for your money compared to the other companies and Their system is tamper proof compared to others and Their system is easy to use and understand, even my young kids can work it. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fast and friendly installation. Would highly recommend them. Doorbell camera work great! Backdoor camera and light is fantastic! Also love the way I can monitor and control everything from my phone. The door locks work wonders. All the staff that I dealt with was great. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Oh and they stand behind their products!

We had Vivint installed last year. We love the system; it keeps us safe. It alerts us to people on the premises, alerts us to packages that have been delivered and when someone rings the doorbell. I particularly like the deter alert that lets people know they are being recorded. With all the vehicle break-ins it helps to keep my vehicles safe. People see the cameras and also can hear the deter tone. The app works well and allows me to remotely view my home when I am alerted, also if I just want to check up on it. I am also able to arm and disarm the alarm remotely. All in all, it is a very reliable system. The installer was professional and ended up spending 3 hours installing the system and explaining to us how it works.

Very happy with our experience. Two reasons I didn't give 5 stars, 1) the requirement to use a debit or bank card is unacceptable. Please consider allowing the customer to use a credit card. 2) A little sales pitchy, in the sense a lot of information is thrown out fast. As a career salesperson, I was able to see through it and took notes, however, I could see how someone could be deceived, quickly.

Manny was excellent in presenting the product and services. I couldn't believe that my system was installed before the evening was over! The quality of Vivint's camera is far superior to that of other security systems. To be able to see who's at my front door with my phone will be a real plus.

I appreciated Antonio’s being genuine! He’s was very consistent yet very respectful. I’m very pleased with our security system. They also installed everything the same day! The installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing everything and explained how everything worked with the security system as well as the app. I would definitely refer Vivint to family and friends.

The techs were very knowledgeable and the lady was such a hoot to visit with. Installation was great. They will be back Tuesday to finish installing cameras. I really appreciated how engaging the sales people were. I don't usually talk to door to door salesmen.

Only downfall was that the technician didn't give me a date for installation so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wait for a call or what but I will be calling on monday for clarification.

Sales representative explained everything thoroughly and was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and services. The installation technician was also very helpful in setting up everything for the home, as well as helping set up the garage, front locks, and passwords for the system. The experience as a whole was delightful and I know it we feel more secure about our home's safety now that we have Vivint.

Horrible weekend due to equipment failure and technician a nice guy but my door is ruined and the smart lock haven’t worked since install. The tech came out and tried to fix but couldn’t. I can’t lock my door at all. Now my home is fully unsecured. I’m frightened to death to go to sleep with me and my family. I can’t get in contact with the business office because it’s the weekend. I am so sorry my fiancé allowed this service to be installed.

We met with the sales representative late in the day and the very next morning had a complete home security system professionally installed. Communication was informative and accurate. The installer was prompt and very knowledgeable. Her expertise made the entire process worry free. Every aspect of the experience was a 10/10.

The technician arrived on time and explained the process. The system appears to be simple to operate. However, the initial fee is a bit steep. You do get some free products with the package. I especially like the carbon monoxide detector. It came in handy because the one I had died the day before. Only time will tell if I made the right decision to get this system from this company.

This was the second time a salesperson came to offer their products. My s/o suggested we go for it this time. Both Luke and Jacob were friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all questions as they were asked. I do recommend two things that may have swayed my decision. Upon agreeing to sign up, there is a hard pull on your credit and when installing the equipment, they must be plugged into outlets. Other than that I was very satisfied.

My technician today was Jill. She took her time explaining all aspects of my newly installed security system! Jill was very professional, extremely knowledgeable of the system, and provided helpful recommendations and tips! I would recommend Vivint to any family members or friends! I hope that all the technicians are as thorough as Jill.

Guys came and did a great job and excellent service and provided a safe place for our Family. The cameras are clear and precise. The guys were easy to talk to and explained everything to us. It was hot outside and the guys still did an excellent job. Thanks for helping us!

Everything was explained and went as planned. I was suprised at how fast everything was installed and operational. I would recommend to anyone interested in a home monitoring system. I am extremely happy with my system. The system is fairly easy to use and that is important to me and my wife.

For something so expensive, it should at least work correctly. I've had my system for 2 and a half months and already had two issues. First, garage door sensor wasn't working, technician came and fixed and it stopped working again. I wound up deleting it. Now, one of the cameras shut off and it couldn't be rebooted so I have to waste another day waiting for a technician. Even worse, customer service actually tried to sell me something else as a solution to the problem. Troubleshooting comes up with some crazy things for you to try to do as well. Ask around before committing to them.

Great system to have. Installer was quick and professional. Explained all that I needed to know and made sure I understood everything before leaving. Helped install and set up the app and the tablet. Also with positioning the camera lights and door locks. Very prompt and was able to show up early to appointment to get started.

The sales tech was very knowledgeable and courteous and friendly. The installation tech was also very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he was doing. I would definitely recommend this security service to any friends and family in the future. I hope that once we start using the system and have questions or issues the customer service will be just as good.

Knowledgeable And confident. Had a few issues that took him longer than the usual installation. Met this challenge with confidence. Knew when to call for additional support from his team. He had a very present demeanor and we enjoyed the extra time spent with us. Is a very good conversationalist, served our Country in the Navy.

The tech who installed my system was very professional and quick. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and app. I haven’t had any experience with customer service but so far so good. No negative feedback. The system is easy to use and navigate. Customization in the app is also easy to use and to set up.

Overall this was a great experience with a friendly and informative team!! Installation went smoothly and the team was extremely friendly. The sales rep also followed up next day to check in and make sure all was well and that we were happy with the install and had no questions.

The entire process was easy to understand how we built my system to my needs. I have 2 cats I didn’t want to set off a motion detector and was even concerned if I should bring them to a friend's during the installation. Chris came on time, and explained what I was getting and how the process would be and told me he’d make sure my kitten wouldn’t run outside. (He had his running shoes on). He went over the app and the control panel how to use it. He made me feel at ease and that I would be protected.

We had the Vivint team install new our home security cameras and sensors around our home and we are glad we went with Vivint! Super easy install and super easy to use! I love that I can check on my house through my phone when we are away! The tech team was very quick when installing the cameras and sensors, they answered every questions we had!

David ** is an incredible salesman, from everything in being charismatic, straightforward, honest, and assuring. He told me everything about Vivint from A to Z. The person that installed the equipment came within an hour after signing up with Vivint and did his best to installed everything all in the same day but unfortunately it was already late and I told him that he was more than welcome to return the following day which he did and installed the rest of the equipment perfectly. Thank you to those 2 guys for helping me have a secure home with Vivint.

The tech drilled so many holes in my home and wired my home so bad that the manager had to come out and redo the whole installation process all over not to mention the price I was quoted and what I see in the app is so different that I know I'm not going to keep this service. It went from $35 to $125 and they couldn't even hook up the thermostat. The color keeps going back to black and white. It's just not what I thought it would be.. The clock don't say on the keypad home screen. It's just not that good. I should have stayed with Arlo.

Installed new security system, dropped a ADT for bad customer service. They stepped right in and offered better service, security and prices, I was very impressed, they came out and installed the new security system within 12 hours, the installer was very knowledgeable and confident, I do appreciate the quality of service and customer care....Excellent JOB!!!

From the sales reps, Jayden & Harry, the engineer Abraham & the installer Tyrell, all AMAZINGLY KIND. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful & honestly a joy to interact with. I’m truly thankful for each & every one of them & wish those men well in life! As far as services go I am confident I’m getting the best energy deal with Vivint & as a stay home mother I also feel so much safer with Vivint’s security system. My installer Mike was awesome, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and skilled with installation and problem solving. It feels very safe and comforting to my wife and me, knowing my daughter's home is under surveillance. Mike went above and beyond to perform this installation 2hr commute! First appointment was scheduled for July 20th. That appointment was cancelled because of car trouble with the technician. 2 Appointment was canceled because of a flat tire. Third appointment was a no-show and finally received a call that the technician was sick. Then couldn't reschedule me for over a month later. At that point I was canceling my service and they found a technician for this morning. Technician was outstanding and very professional. However, leading up to him was extremely frustrating since I burned 4 days of vacation and I wasn’t sitting on a beach.

Technician was very straightforward in explaining how system works. Technician was quick with installation and cleaned up afterwards. Sale representative was very thorough and kind. Got to know customer (me) on a personal level which made the sale for me.

Great and fast customer service! Dawson was very knowledgeable and honest! Set up crew was very helpful and cleaned up behind themselves. Prices were reasonable and went along with my budget. Cameras are very clear and easy manageable. I would recommend this service to friends and family! Alarm system was perfect for my home protection and letting me know if my two-year-old opens my door hahaha. The guy that came over to do the sales and the guy that did the installation yesterday did a great job. I like the equipment and the way it works. I like how the camera is operating on the door camera. I like having a doorbell as well which I didn't have before! All in all I'm very happy with the services that were provided yesterday.

The installer was rude. They did not listen when I said I did not want all they recommended. They started charging me immediately even though they said I had three days to review their product. Then ghosted me when I tried to contact them. I do not recommend them. Find a different more affordable security system.

The salesman gave me the “I never do this for anyone” spiel. Install team left trash on the ground and a a partially filled hole in my wall. The install team also left Sheetrock dust and scrap from the inside of the wall on the floor, outside, and in my garage. The install team was very friendly and thorough with their work other than the mess issue.

Great job and very neat. Very knowledgeable of the alarm system. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. They took care of any concerns that I had about the alarm system and left me with contact information. They spent several hours here to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

The installer and salesman were knowledgeable and efficient. They respected my home and answered all of my questions. The quality of the doorbell camera is above what I expected. The mobile application is a good touch. Although, the speed and quality is dependent upon cell signal when you’re not connected to Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Jonathan was terrific! Clear, courteous and clean! Did an excellent job. He worked hard and was very clean. Jonathan also discussed upgrades and some were welcomed and some I decided not to do. He also was clear with how the installation worked, athletics are inportant to me and he did a great job of making it look good and installed correctly. Way to go! Nice man as well.

I was looking at upgrading my Simply Safe system and fortunately met up with the most knowledgeable Vivint representative! He knew all the other systems because I had already researched them and he was incredible accurate. I was able to tailor my system and came out way better than if I had kept the current system and upgraded. I am confident I have a system that meets my current needs and can easily adapt. If I feel I need more or less in the future. I feel my main reason to decide on. Icing in the end was more about customer satisfaction and personable service than anything. It certainly beats talking with a live person face-to-face than an online checklist or a phone call with just a voice.

Jordan was pleasant and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t want. Jared the installer told me what he was going to do before he did it. Then after the installation was completed he walked me through all of features on the phone app as well as the control panel. I feel it’s a good system but we’ll see. It was installed just last night 8-7-2024.

I was very satisfied with the work, everything was explained to my understanding. The Technician and Supervisor was very nice and all people I talk with at Vivint thank you all, they help to get a plan that I could afford. I would recommend all my friends to get Vivint for their Security Services.

Kerwin was my tech, he worked tirelessly in the rain to ensure the job was completed and extremely professional in his mannerisms and abilities to perform the job. While the cameras are not exactly where I’d asked. He made the best with what he had to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the product/install. Everything was explained in depth and any and all concerns we had or didn’t know we had were addressed. Just overall the experience from the start to the end was a good experience.

Great team. They gave swift responses to questions and were patient in the face of potential road blocks. The technician was thorough and respectful. The system is simple to understand and the picture/video quality were better than expected. We were interested in a security system in the past, but thought it silly in a rental. What sold us was the fact the system moves with us, along with how simple it is to add equipment or remove it based on our ever changing needs.

Mike did a wonderful job of communicating the type of equipment that my house would need. Secondly, he explained the terms and conditions of the cancel in detail. In addition, he stayed the course in resolving and troubleshooting any problems that arose during the course of the installation process. I had time constraints today for the install and made sure the sales rep knew this. The install team was late but did keep me informed of their arrival. Install took longer than anticipated due to some unexpected issues but because of my prior commitments, I had to leave while they were still at my house. Still waiting for service technician contact info for the smart thermostat. Clean up post install could have been better given that they knew I had a young puppy in the house. Overall, nice techs who worked hard but install could have been smoother.

Christina installed all the security equipment in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about equipment. Also both were very kind to my German shepherd Nova. Thank you for all you do.

Went from ADT to Vivint and before they started the estimated time of installation was 6 1/2 hours. Mine took 11 hours. He had trouble with running the wire through the attic for the outdoor camera. But I must say he was tenacious and got the job done. I haven’t had the system long enough to review, but it seems like I will enjoy using it.

Ryker was a great salesman. He answered all our questions and signed us up for the equipment that would make our lives easier and protect our home the best. John and Brittany were great installers. They chatted it up with us to make for a very pleasant experience. 10/10 for everyone on that team. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs home security.

Charles was early and prompt with my installation. I was able to ask questions freely and he gave advice for security as well. He also let me know about the referral program. I enjoyed his conversation and he gave me step by step instructions on using the smart hub. I am very pleased with my results.

Did an amazing job both with install and customer service. Very professional and polite even with them having to do the install late at night and during a pretty decent rain storm. From start to finish it was only about an hour total time. I would highly recommend them any time!

The payment was an issue but the installler and rep were amazing and patient They both found ways to make the customer happy and went above and beyond what was expected and necessary. I would recommend both of them to anyone.

I had the system for about a month. The system is fine it is the support. I got a low battery message on my control panel 6 days after installation. The online help tips are horrible. When I called the first time I was informed the battery on the control pad has to be changed by myself and instructions would be emailed. Never got them, second call after researching and online said panel has rechargeable batteries why am I getting the warning. Then was told it was a camera with low battery and again up to me to change battery. So I asked to cancel my service, was transferred to retention was set up for a tech to come, and tech never showed up or called. The first tech appointment was two weeks after installation for a digital thermostat also a no show no call. The technical support is so inferior and I am sorry I got the system.

Great service! Worker was very respectful, kind and patient. He worked quick and efficiently. Is very respectful of property. Explained everything well and answered all our questions till we were completely satisfied. This security service has great quality cameras and would highly recommend for your home if in need of a security system.

The initial set-up and installation process was simple and easy. My technicians was super awesome. They was clear and worked with efficiency. They was able to explain everything clearly and in details. The system seems easy to understand. Equipment is super affordable. I really feel secure now with my new system. I highly recommend Vivint.

I like the features that the system has to offer. The clarity of the camera and ease of use with the app. The technicians that came to the house to install. The product were very knowledgeable and professional. The sales person that came to the house to explain the system was very knowledgeable, very personable and explain things to us in detail.

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase this equipment. The salesman lied, lied, lied. He told us we would be in a 60 day trial period yet two weeks after having this equipment installed, we received bills. When questioned, they informed us it's for the equipment which is through some bank. This particular bank places it on your credit card so your score is impacted. In addition the salesman was supposed to video the transaction so that any discrepancies could be verified and he didn't so it's his word against ours yet how would I know about a trial if it wasn't mentioned. This company is out to con individuals plain and simple.

We were talking about a good surveillance system and are happy to have gotten Vivint as our products. Breant the sales guy was amazing, came by our house one evening pitched it to us since our neighbors were product user and we were sold. The techs came out the next day. They were respectful and diligent with their tasks. As a mom to a toddler it’s given me peace of mind knowing that I have these cameras and door cam to make me feel safer.

My sales representative Jadan and my installer were very professional and kind. They did a wonderful job, made my husband and I feel very comfortable with their knowledge of the service. They explained everything and made sure that we were able to operate our new system with ease before they left.

Tai, our Sales Rep was friendly, professional, and thorough. He was open to listening and meeting our needs. The installer appeared to be in a hurry and did not address some of our concerns. He did not give us the correct information for updating the Vivint Application on my spouse’s phone and she is not able to toggle between the two systems.

The installer “Blue” was extremely professional and quick with his install. He was very informative with how everything works and cleaned up after himself when he was done. Loving the feeling of being safe. It’s not complicated at all and it’s not expensive. The person who is working on it are nice and friendly. It’s easy us using your phone. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying it. I just love it and it’s not expensive. It’s worth it.

Initial service was pretty smooth. It was explained thoroughly and answered all questions we had. Installation went by fine as well. I was happy someone still came out in this weather. He was very knowledgeable. He had issues with the doorbell wiring but he managed to get it done without delay. I was worried about waiting.

My old security system was torn out and the technician was at my house 8 hours and couldn’t get the new system online correctly. Tech came back the next day. Got the system up but my doorbell and backyard went offline within 24 hours and garage camera is functioning correctly. Nice people but at this point the service is questionable.

I will not state rather my experience was good or bad. I will state what happened and you decide. On August 1st my former roommate and I contacted Vivint to transfer the service from his name to mine. The agent we spoke with explained the process and asked my former roommate a series of questions to verify he understood that the process takes 3 days for me to finish my portion and I would have 3 days to change my mind so he would remain responsible for the account until I fully accepted the account. Next the agent spoke to me privately. He obtained my information and explained that someone would be contacting me from the transfer department with in 3 days or less to complete the process. He said I needed to be home at the panel to finish the process. I asked if I could have the phone number to call the transfer department when I was home. He told me no, they had to call me.

I'm obsessed with my new system. It’s so easy to use and honestly a lot of fun watching the video playback. The person who installed it and the rep on the phone were so helpful and insightful. Will totally recommend them to family. I also like that my large dogs don’t interfere with the sensors inside. Also the doorbell quality is really good for a doorbell cam too, love that.

Derrick was great & explained everything thoroughly!!! Would recommend him to family & friends! Very happy with my Vivint equipment so far..Derrick was on time, very professional and walked me thru each detail needed to get me used to my Vivint. Love how I can unplug the panel & put it anywhere in the house, also love how the camera & ring captures a lot. Another very unique thing I like is how I can open my garage with the app on my phone if I needed to let anyone in when I Am not home. So far so good!

Horrible Security Company. Without exception, Vivint is the worst company we have ever dealt with, Full Stop! $1200 in equipment and we have had to contact tech support every day for 5 straight days. And today we are told it will take 5-10 Business days for them to contact me with a software issue! And this is a security company!

Happy with quick turnaround from sale to install (same day). I am constantly texted requests to submit this review, which is annoying. I hope Vivint will continue to provide good service, and that I will no longer be solicited to leave a positive review

Tommy was our sales person. He was very personable and professional with the presentation. He thoroughly explained the aspects of the security cameras. He was not pushy at all. We enjoyed the demo and at the very end we decided we liked what we had seen and purchased the equipment and service. We were lucky enough to have the installer just 15 minute away and before we knew it…We were set up!!

Since installation the customer service I have received has been horrendous, when calling to get assistance and report issues with equipment representatives have been extremely dismissive and nonchalant. When paying for a service that is expected to protect your home Vivint has not met the expectations. If better service is not rendered I will definitely be canceling services and not recommending to others.

I’ve only had my system for two days but I am in love with it so far. It’s easy to use and Augstin and Cody were amazing to work with. Augstin helped me figure out what works best for me and Cody was amazing with installation. He made sure I was happy with placement and double checked I was happy once everything was done. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with the install and quality of cameras and sensors. Glass break sensors were something I hadn’t thought of but was very much needed in my house. I have complete coverage with cameras as well. Crystal clear picture, and plenty of recording space. Panel and keypad are very easy to use. 100% satisfied.

Had a door to door salesman come to my door this past week, and at first I was thinking it was going to be awful and overpriced for something as simple as a doorbell camera. But I’ve been over the moon with everything I got! They have been nothing but helpful! The experience is personal and very user friendly! I love how sweet and respectful the staff is, and my equipment is very sleek and fits in aesthetically with my home.

The tech introduced himself “Rocky”. He explained how he would install the alarm and proceeded to do so. He was efficient and showed respect for my home. I would recommend Vivint to anyone. His recommendations about the location of the cameras was useful. After the installation he patiently explained how use the system and suggested I take my own notes.

I had a really great experience and the final product is easy to use and looks good. Unfortunately, parts of the order ended up getting changed onsite (some things couldn’t be installed), and I’m still working to get that removed from my bill. If this gets resolved, it’s a 5/5 experience.

I am always skeptical of sales people for one thing. The team was great. Patient with all levels of my questions. They were careful when installing and asked where we wanted stuff. Not really happy with it. I would like to have it all removed & cancel the whole program. I’ve already had to reboot the system 2 times & the front camera is out now. I know I get the notification on my phone, but it’s too much. I feel I was pressured with all the extras that I was given. It’s not really all I need anyway.

The turnaround time from order to install is very quick. The agent was very thorough in explaining everything about the order and was very accommodating. Jonathan the installer was thorough and took his time explaining how everything works. He answered all my questions and made sure the setup fit my needs.

I was transferring an account and I spent probably two hours on the phone today after calling yesterday and then the day before. I had to take off early to get it installed and then it took me another two hours today just to get it activated. But there was a guy in the neighborhood trying to sell services. Great experience from sales pitch to installation! Looking forward to securing our home!! We have had numerous car break ins and someone tried stealing our daughter’s car right in our driveway! The salesman and installer were extremely helpful. The salesman was very polite and professional, he explained all the services and features the company has to offer. He answered all of my questions. And the installer was equally polite and professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. After the install was complete he made sure I fully understood the system and how to use it and all the features. He also went (what I feel is out of his way) to make sure any mess was as clean as before he started. In all honesty, with 4 kids and 6 dogs he actually left the areas he worked in CLEANER than when he got here.

The service was great and everything was done very efficiently. Overall a great service. So when purchasing anything the salesman does their job of making the sale. Jake was great and friendly. Used videos to help explain how the system performs and what Vivint had to offer. Henry, my install tech went above and behind to accommodate me and help me decide what would be best for me. Henry was very friendly, very knowledgeable. Was not in a rush to get the job done. He took the time in explaining how each piece of equipment worked. What he would doing for each portion of the install. Walking me through how each piece of equipment worked and different features it offered.

The technician Alirio was very nice very knowledgeable and very helpful. I can’t wait to get more products little by little. I am hoping to get more equipment for my home in the near future. The next one may be the garage controller and the doorbell camera once I can afford it.

Great service by the vendor and very detailed. Was very helpful. Would recommend this compared to other security systems for other people. I do think that this is worth having and the temperature and other features are worth it. My mom uses and happy I got this as well for my house.

Not only was he quick and efficient but he was also patient with my extremely protective dogs. Additionally, he was very sensitive to my situation and helped maintain a positive atmosphere. Yeah, kind pricy but I feel like it’s going to be a worthwhile investment.

The only difficulty was that the online portal/system was slow and kept getting delayed, so I had to refresh the page constantly and restart the document signing process. The representative was great and helpful, very informative and friendly even when install was extra difficult because of some quirks of my home.

Yes so far so good! Things were done very quickly too fast actually but all is well. I’ve only been a customer for four days. I’m glad I don’t have any finance fees. Don’t realize at first I was getting a line of credit that can be a game changer for some people.

We previously had a different security company protecting our home. We had ongoing issues and no one to rely on to come over and show us what the issues were. That is the main reason we switched to Vivint. We wanted someone to come over and set everything up for us. We were very pleased with our Vivint installer, Jesika. It's definitely a major upgrade from Ring and Brinks. I definitely like the new camera system. Much easier to record plus no extra charge like Brinks.

We have been with Vivint so long that we are not in a contract anymore. It has been fine until we moved. They are now charging us for a system they haven’t reinstalled at our new address. When we attempt to cancel that will not cancel and continue to charge the card to the point I have to cancel our card so we don’t get anymore charges. We have tried to have them reinstall the system for 3 months and they have failed to shape every time.

Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained everything about the company and all the equipment and pricing. Even when the tech will arrive. The tech, my apologies, I don't remember his name, was very friendly also. He Installed everything very well. We went around my home seeing where the best place to put the equipment. He did a magnificent job installing the equipment. Although he had some internet issues he was very professional and handled everything very well.

My experience with the company has been a nightmare. The representative lied from the start. He asked me to call his cell phone only so he could block me after he left my home. Customer service is a joke. The equipment is beautiful at first glance but not reliable. I'm waiting until this contract is up so I can beg ADT to take me back.

Great job on the install. We haven’t given it a good testing, but I feel this system is more robust than what we previously had. We switch from another company that had equipment that was prone to fail. Hopefully this system will work more reliably. But so far it seems much higher quality than what we previously had.

My appt was from 8-12. He contacted me early and let me know that he would not be here until 10:45-11:00. I was able to run some errands. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and when he ran into an obstacle with the doorbell he called in and got advice as to how to work around. Great job! Appreciated all his hard work!

I recently switched from a nationwide security company because I was unhappy with their fees and services. Vivint was prompt, professional and offered the security package we needed for our family. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician ensured we were totally comfortable with using our app before he left.

The technician started by reviewing our order, but the pricing was off from what we were quoted. It took a little back and forth to negotiate things. It was also not explained to us that if you want to pay off the equipment in monthly installments, you are essentially financing it through a 3rd party. We did not want to do that, so we had to ask to pay it in full. After finally agreeing on a bottom line price, the technician started the install, where she drilled through our sheetrock into another room. When asked if she was going to fix the hole, she said she put silicone on it, but that’s all she was going to do. It was just frustrating that we now have to patch, retexture and paint in our NEW house the mess that was made. She also didn’t clean up any of the mess left on the floor in several areas of our home where she drilled the lines for our cameras and sensors.
