Our salesman, CJ was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Tad, was, also, great about other products that Vivint markets. Very informative. Our installation tech did a great job of setting everything up and showing us the ropes on how the system works. Particularly love the outdoor camera and features that it offers. Overall, a good product with the features we needed. Give them a try, recommend their service.

I just had the Vivint security system installed in my home. The salesman was very professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. This was something we needed and he did an excellent job of explaining the service. The installer was also excellent. He worked quickly and was very patient as we learned this new system. I really love the service that he offered me and he was on top of everything, they are really friendly and the guy that installed my equipment he did a very good job. I will definitely keep the service and recommend it. What I like about my cameras that it looks so clear and the best thing of it I could talk to whoever is in front of my house!

I recently purchased a complete security system for my home. My technician was Joseph who arrived on time and immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and patience. The hardware installation was professional and non intrusive to the structure of my home. We worked through the system set up and ensured my system was working properly. I did have a system error after installation but Joseph promptly returned my call and walked me through the correction. Overall I would absolutely recommend this service. To this point the system is working very well.

Great service. Once I applied for the service they were at my house about an hour later and installed all the equipment. They also tell how to everything works which is great! They were very friendly. I’ve had the service for a couple days now and I love it. I can see everything around my house.

Decided to upgrade security system and was ok ease with the salesman and the tech who was very skilled at his job. I work in the technology field so I can appreciate some of the advantage the security cameras have as well as the great night vision. Be advised there is a soft credit check and financing is involved. I didn't go crazy with the gadgets. I wanted to be as simple as possible, but hard to do when you love tech. Overall I am satisfied with the system I chose. No big issues from sales to install.

Today Cody ** came to our home to install our home security system. We had a great experience with his visit! Cody was very professional and knowledgeable about the system and installation! He explained the system and its functions. He took me step by step through the process and made sure I understood what I was working with. Everything looks great!!

Jeffery was very nice and helped set up everything very quickly. He explained and showed us everything and how to use it. Whoever the sales rep is that is in the herriman area though trying to sell Vivint to the neighborhood is terrible. He needs to leave. He is very pushy and rude and does not take no for an answer. He came to our house at least five times and then was upset and rude when we had it installed but not through him.

Vivint operates egregiously. They repeatedly come to my door and ring the bell that clearly has a NO SOLICITING sign. They then proceed to give the same spiel throwing out supposed names of my neighbors and about how they are not disrespecting my NO SOLICITING sign. They won't stop coming to my door and it's been years. My only other alternative is going to be to shove the sign up their ** and hope that they will get the message then. I do not want your business. I will never do business with you. I do not want you to ring my doorbell that clearly states: NO SOLICITING. That sign was placed there for you. Stop and desist your illegal and unethical business practices. I choose NOT to spend my money with a company that chooses to stalk me like a salivating jackal. I am not your prey and you are a vile company.

Fred my installation technician was awesome. Love the new system and will definitely refer friends and family. Camera wide view and being able to talk through cameras is awesome. And having a peace of mind now about my home makes it all better. Can’t wait to see how much better Vivint is than CPI system I had.

I recently moved into a home that already had Vivint equipment installed. I was able to review the equipment features and get the system activated. The representatives were very attentive and pleasant. They helped me to get my system up and running with no problems. They were both efficient and professional. I highly recommend Vivint to others looking for high quality services and products.

Customer service and the installer were very helpful/upfront/knowledgeable and setup process was easy. All questions were answered fully and candidly. During and after the install instructions were clearly presented and everyone was courteous. So far I am very happy with the service, hopeful that going forward will be just as smooth.

My technician Joseph was incredibly kind and patient, and helped me through the process even though I was running behind and not quite prepared! He helped me get everything set up easily and was incredibly accommodating to all my requests! Excellent service all around! I have a follow up appointment scheduled for an additional installation and I look forward to it.

I signed up with the college kid who came 3 times and stated that we could try it out for 30 days. I advised him that we were leaving town in a few days so they came the next day. Upon my return in 1 week, I called him and told him that I didn’t want the service due to the amount of it and I just got laid off. They refused to get it and stated that I would have to pay over 2000 for 2-3 weeks.

The tech Mark N. was friendly and professional. He called before arriving to let us know his arrival time, when he arrived he went over our order and confirmed all the items. The install went well and he was very communicative and answered all our questions. He took his time showing us how to use the keypad. We are happy to have the system in place and working.

Joseph was very informative and friendly. Great job on the installation. Love the system so far. I would definitely recommend the Vivint company and system. I feel a little more at ease having this security system with cameras and monitoring. He showed up on time and completed the job at a timely fashion. Thanks a bunch for your service. I feel much safer now. Love the idea of knowing who arrives at my home and when and if packages are delivered.

Safety is Paramount, especially as a single woman with a child, when Vivint Rep Q'uan **, knocked on my door with an amazing offer, it was a no brainer. He was knowledgeable about the product, and efficient in building a package to suit my home needs. The IT factor for me was the clarity of the imaging. I never have to open my door! I can see who is on the porch from inside the home, or even if I'm away! The customer service team at the call center was just as helpful in reworking my payment! Overall I have had ADT and considered Ring, neither of them gives me the convenience, and security that Vivint provides. My unit was installed the same day by a wonderful, friendly, fast moving technician named Tristan. The original representative even called a day later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and process. It'll be with me forever! Thanks Vivint for securing my home!

Overall great experience. Rob was great to work with and super helpful. Brasil got out here super quick to do the install and was fast and for the most part thorough. She had a difficult time fishing the wire to one of my outlets and caused some damage to the drywall that couldn’t just be covered by the outlet cover. She slapped some clear silicone over it and called it good. I didn’t notice until the next day. Looks pretty bad and I’ll have to fix it now. I think she did a pretty good job other than that.

It was great experience, within 3 hours I get a new security smart home system for affordable price. Sales representative was very polite and answered all my questions. Technician was super quick, three cameras, smart door lock and doorbell, panel and a number of detectors were installed in less than two hours. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends.

Had a problem with my recently installed system. Called customer support and call was answered in less than 2 minutes. Support technician walked me through the steps needed to fix the problem and was up and running within 10 minutes. My previous alarm company would have had me holding on for at least 15 to 30 minutes.

Salesman Carlos was amazing at describing the products, so well I bought the stuff haha. Technicians came quickly after and installed everything the same day as well. The technicians also went through all the stuff on the pad, lights, etc to make sure everything was understood. In all very quick and very easy to understand.

Clarence has to be one of your best employees. He was very professional, down-to-earth, fast installers. He went through the system with me step-by-step several times to be sure that I understood everything. He made it easy for me to be able to get in and out of my house easily. I will recommend Vivint to anyone who is interested in getting a home security system.

Had a new system installed and am very please with the install. The installer made sure that all the wires were tucked away very nicely and the cameras were in the best possible location for security. Afterwards he went through the system with me to make sure that I became familiar with everything. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Vivint to future customers.

The Vivint team was amazing. Kyle, the sales professional was transparent, knowledgeable, and passionate about the product and service. As a result, we installed systems at two properties, all within four hours. The technicians at each location were professional, efficient, and tidy. Experience with service and products has been great. Consultant was nice and friendly. The app is easy to use and convenient. The equipment is up to date. The only issue is the price, as it is a bit expensive, and slightly as well the monthly fees. Overall, a great experience.

I was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish everyone was patient, helpful respectful, polite and informative. I was able to get everything done in one day and everything was explained to me how the system functioned and the technician made sure I knew how everything worked before leaving.

Orlando is an amazing salesman and very honest as well as being upfront. Cody was very efficient with the installation. Both gentleman were courteous and knowledgeable about the system. This system saves us money and time. It gives us a tremendous sense of security. We love the way Orlando spent valuable time answering any questions we had and he thoroughly went through all the capabilities of the system. Cody was time effective and he install the system in record time. He also spent valuable time in answering all of our questions. I give them both 5 stars and would recommend them and this system to anyone.

I was told by the salesman it would take 15 minutes for the install guy to take care of what he needed the following day. Three hours later the system still doesn’t work. Now it’s armed and can’t be unarmed because they don’t know the password. And I’ve missed a few appointments and put me out several hundred dollars. And I still don’t have the service I paid for or was promised.

I get a sales associate from Vivint that knocks on my door. I paid all equipment up front $1800, I signed up for $30 dollars a month. I get my bill it's and it's $76.50, reached out to sales associate. No help because she flat out lied to me. Very deceptive business practices. Stay away from this company.

My installer was excellent. He was knowledgeable in what he was doing. He installed everything without any mistakes and he did clean up after himself. At the end he explained how to operate and all the functions my new security system had. I already recommended Vivint to all my friends and co workers.

From start to finish, the customer service with Vivint has been excellent and consistent. Everybody that I have dealt with is knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the equipment is awesome. The app is extremely user friendly. And in addition to having a fully monitored home security system with cameras, smoke and CO2 detectors, and a flood detector, one of the best things is that I can make interest free payments for 5 years if I want, so I can afford to protect my family and my home, rather than having to opt for poor quality garbage, like Blink, which is what we tried before.

I've never in my life dealt with such a misleading, false information company. Somehow they got me into signing a 60 month contract without my knowledge & I only found out because on the 2nd day money was being taken from my account & my garage doors wouldn't open or close so I called customer service & was told I was in 2 contracts for 60 months after the sales rep told me to my face in my home there was no contract. I could go on & on over how they screwed me into thousands of dollars in debt but I'm mentally exhausted because of this company. Long story short DO NOT GET VIVINT & if you do record EVERYTHING ask to read a contract & read it 5 times. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone because customer service won't let me talk to one.

Hunter was our technician. He was very professional and efficient at installing our system. He also took time and walked the property to understand what I was wanting to see with the cameras. He got everything installed without problems and also made sure I understood how to work the system.

Tech was friendly knowledgeable and obviously paid attention during any and all training. His cabling was skilled. (An electrician, I would know) . A true asset to any team. He was completed under the time stated. He cleaned up any and all messes. Would request him back if I ever decided to add to my system.

The salesperson was amazing. She did a wonderful job of explaining everything and making sure that we were familiar with and able to use the system. The technicians became unbelievably quickly and worked late to get the system installed the very day we signed up. We have not had a lot of experience with the system yet, but it seems to have far more flexibility than I would have expected from such a system. While it is not all that difficult to use, having the salesperson walk us through it was so very helpful. We are very pleased.

We had two different Taylor’s come. One who was a young man to tell us about it and the other who was a young woman to setup. Taylor with the promo team did great and a different Taylor with the setup part did such a great job and so very nice.

Amazing equipment; amazing staff. Awesome company and the usability of the app and panel is unmatched. The employee who installed my equipment was super friendly and professional and would happily have him install more equipment if and when I upgrade my system. Best security system on the market in terms of security and camera quality.

We’ve used our system more in 3 days than in our 3 yrs w ADT, which was complicated, w a very confusing panel. And it came w an emergency response pendant, too! Rep stopped by to check on us a day later. Great service. Very nice tech. Explained all. I’m so happy now!

The technician did an awesome job and very neat. I felt subscription was bit higher but it’s fine. Hoping to get a reduced subscription fee next time.

I can’t say enough about Peter and his crew. They were not too pushy which is hard to find these days. They answered any questions that I had. They were patient, kind, and most of all made sure I was comfortable before signing the dotted line. There was no fast talking to the point of my head spinning and they were very personable and outgoing young men. Very respectful. Our technician was a gem as well. He did quick and efficient work. He let me know step by step what he was doing and he was very outgoing. When they left I hated to see them leave which is rare when dealing with salesmen. I didn’t consider them salesmen. I considered them family by the time they left. Good job guys, keep up the good work.

I was not planning on switching service providers from Alder to Vivint. Salesman Sam was great. Installer was best I've seen. Ever. Cost is higher than I want but value should balance out. I will give it a. Month or so to see if this was a mistake. I am satisfied with the system.

I did not mind the tech but I also don’t like that he was walking around my house with shoes on. He asked to use my bathroom which is fine but used my decorative towel to dry his hands off and then left mud or dirt all over my sink! That’s unacceptable!

I do love the video camera functions switch smoothly across all cameras from left to right.. very nice.. and the zoom in picture is flawless and detailed!!! Only physical smart device I wish needed work was the smart lock… when the software is set to lock if the door is open the lock engages when the door is left open… If the smart lock had a secure way of knowing the door is in the frame and then engage the deadbolt would be a true smart lock! Hint there is a door open sensor and add a secure frame dock sensor to know the door is closed in the frame of the door to engage the door lock automatically if the software is set to lock… The thermostat is awesome and the motion, window and door open detections are awesome since my teenagers use to get out with the ring system… This system reports and and give details about everything. I’m truly loving this home security system for 2024!! This is absolutely the best!!!!

Haven’t had the system for more than 2 weeks and already issues. Don’t go with them, they suck and the customer service is horrible as well. I wish I could return everything they sold us. If you have any issues with WiFi then it’s hell.

Vivint security is easy to use and very efficient. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get security for their home or want to upgrade. The Vivint salesperson and technicians are also very professional and helpful. They are pretty quick installing the unit as there are many things to do, with installing the panel, the doorbell, and the cameras depending on how many you get. We feel more secure in our home thanks to Vivint security!

While a few things changed during the consultation after seeing my house, overall things went well and as expected. The tech was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that there are not hardwired options for the doorbell or outside video cameras. For that reason, I chose not to have them installed.

I was not told that I would be receiving a separate bill for equipment, plus I didn’t want a separate account opened up for the equipment. I was under the impression that it would be around what I’m was previously paying. You should have your seller report the truth when it comes to your company and what they are paying for because that was not explained, I was better off with ADT.

I had the pleasure to get my new system installed today. My field technician Chhun was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable. Walked me through all the details pre-installation, helped me select the best suitable equipment for my home and post-installation he provided an overview and guided me with the setup. I really like the new system for my home. My home is officially a smart home.

I was tired of the service I was getting from the other alarm company that I have had for years. You would think they would do better. Received a coupon from my employer and the rest is history. I’ve been wanting some additional cameras and security gadgets and got all of it for a very good price. My installer, Norman, made my experience even better!

Grant was very professional, friendly and polite. He was knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation. He asked to borrow a broom so he could clean up after himself. He explained things clearly and went over how the panel so we understood how it all works. He also gave us some suggestions on where to place the monitor and inside cameras.

I have been with ADT for a few years. I had a camera that never worked, but the security system did what I needed so I stayed with them and was paying extra for the services. Mark gave us new security and cameras that are better than what ADT gave me. I'm very happy.

I would let my friends know about this system, tech was professional and asked us if we had any questions. He set all our settings and also showed us the different features. He came back twice, worked on cameras and installed front door camera. Wife liked the different seasonal doorbell chimes.

Wesley and Mason were both very courteous and helpful. They explained everything clearly and showed us how to work the app and the pad. We are enjoying the system so far and have had no problems using it.

My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Vivint representative. He was polite, a good listener, and responsive to our requests to repeat a few points of particular importance to us. The Company touts a respectable number in Fortune 500 and their affiliates. Yes, my wife researched as we were being informed by him. We were looking into replacing our current security system and not increasing our dollar output too much. We are both retired….and he was cognizant of the figure, laying out a program for us. We decided to switch to Vivint and will refer others. The install was by an equally pleasant, courteous, and experienced technician. He confirmed what our program entailed, and expediently knew exactly what to do, as well as instruct us on the ease of the operating panel and the app on our smartphones. We give a 10+, feeling safer in our home than before.

I had a great experience with the Vivint tech today. I am sorry I don't recall his name. He was very professional, went over everything he was going to do before he started. Once everything was setup, I was given a quick show of how the system worked. It works great, really easy to use. This system I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I've been pretty satisfied with service at my Church, but when it came to my home it seem to be somewhat complicated for Admin to get setup. Other than that I will recommend to others try Vivint. I moved out of my property prior to the end of my contract that was serviced by Vivint. I paid in full for the equipment and only used Vivint for monitoring. I provided Vivint with the name and contact information of the new owners as was originally stated by Vivint in order to avoid being charged the remaining of my contract, The new owners decided on extending and opening up a new account under their own name since I no longer owned the property. This caused Vivint to void the transfer of my current contract to the new owners and I was still responsible for the remaining balance of my contract.

We had a great equipment installation experience. The tech removed and replaced the existing equipment, showed us better options for the new equipment locations, and cleaned up after he was finished. He carefully explained the functions and made sure that the three of us had the app on our phones and could operate the system by phone. I would definitely recommend this company and this security system to anyone who is looking for a good security system or an upgrade from their existing system. Thank you Vivint!

I feel safer and that’s a big deal. The equipment is super easy to use. The job was done within a very short amount of time considering everything he installed, although doing it very efficiently.

Installer explained every detail of the equipment as well as any upgrades to the system available. The sales man moved very quickly. I didn’t know I was signing up until the application was approved. I told him I wanted a ring doorbell and a security light/camera over my driveway. Next thing I know I have an alarm system, sensors on my doors, glass break sensors, DVR heads up display, ring doorbell and the light/camera over my driveway. When I asked, he said, “it is all included in the package.” I did not realize I had a loan until after the installation was complete and I was finalizing the paperwork with the installer. I asked what the $3,800 was for and she said, “that is the loan you got for the equipment.”

The tech was really helpful and explained everything. I am glad and now I feel secured. And when I was having some user error trouble he helped me through it! Thank you. I will definitely recommend Vivint to all who need it. The system seems easy to use. And I like that I am able to put different users with their own personal pins. We met with a very nice, informed rep Brock ** over the last two days. Brock explained everything to my husband and I until we understood everything so we could make a decision. We then had a young man come to the house within 1-2 hour of our purchase and he installed everything quickly. He cleaned up after himself and walked me through the new system. I am very pleased with the security system. Only thing I would recommend is either a video or a info document that tells you how to do things on the hub. I can not remember everything the tech showed me and I went on the site to see if I could find a how to section. But other than that I am pleased with my purchase. Jaden was super personable and knowledgeable about the product and so was Mike the technician. When Mike installed the security system the ac had stopped working. Mike came to the rescue the very next day to fix it and he did.

After a recent vehicle burglary on our street, we wanted an added security measure for the exterior of the property, since our protection trained dogs stay inside at night. After some research, Vivint came in as the top ranked camera based security system, including on Forbes. I requested additional information and Eric called shortly after. He wasn't a pushy Salesman, he answered every question, ran through the entire proposal, system specs, pricing, etc. The day of the install, Sergio arrived and was awesome. He had first hand knowledge of how the system worked, performed and its capabilites. He had an answer for every question, was polite, professional, hard working and pleasant to have at the house.

Worked hard on the installation, but also took the time to explain all of it to me. I believe he went way beyond the normal. I so appreciate the time he spent with helping me to understand the new security system, extra camera and panel! Also, he called to check on any possible issues I might be having.

The cameras are fine. But the device they put on my garage door to give me the app-controlled garage door opener is 50/50. And because I no longer have the garage remote clickers, I find myself having to park my car in the driveway, go through my front door, open the garage door manually from the push-button on the wall, and pull my car in. And customer service is absolutely non-existent. Numerous calls have been ignored. The only time I received feedback from customer service was when the two guys who installed my system told me they're no longer with the company and won't be able to help me.

These guys were awesome, they answers all my questions & kept it very simple & a very smooth install! I’m impressed on how fast & how they made it look so clean & I'm amazed on how did guys left it all & I can’t thank these guys enough for making sure they install it without making a huge mess.

The salesman gave a lot of misinformation, he told me the system was $1700. When the approval for line of credit for $4000 came up he said that was a mistake. I had to reenter my personal information several times. He repeatedly took my phone and entered information. He didn’t explain that there would be an additional charge for the panel. He said that I would be able to use my existing sensors for windows and doors, he said the cameras were cellular and did not have to be hard wired. The monthly cost is much more expensive than what I originally agreed to when the conversation started.

Great experience. Z. was a great salesman, was extremely honest and knowledgeable about the system and all the options. Really amazing emphasis on all the ways it exceeded the system we had before, to include being cellular based so as to even function without power. Also the cameras’ clarity are unparalleled and I love the functionality of the system.

If you have any questions you can always contact tech support. Installing the equipment didn’t take long at all. Overall I highly recommend. Good pricing get you the best bundles. Lauren did a great job and just happen to be here at the right time since we were thinking about getting a security system. She was not pushy and explained well. Same day installed by technician who was super fast, but did appreciate that Lauren stayed after he left to slowly explain the functions on the panel because he did go a little fast. The marketer came to my door at 8:15 pm. Then was presenting items to me till almost 9 pm. That was not a huge deal, but then told me a tech would be there shortly to install my appliances that night. The tech ended up being in and out of my home till almost midnight. I find this very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable at times. Both gentlemen were very polite and I know their hours are not in their control.

The two techs took over four hours during install and I guess one was a trainee because they had wires everywhere and they were not securely attached where they kept falling down. They did come back out and fix the issue the same day I called. Then, I couldn’t get the outside side camera to work and again they came right out and fixed the issue.

The sales guy was good and very friendly, he spent a lot of time explaining the services to us, but added items we weren’t interested in and we needed to resign our documents. The installer was very helpful and got us setup very easy. We'll test it for a month to see what we think

I am very pleased with the sales rep. They were so nice and friendly. They were just awesome and my Tech very great, also I think they explained things to the fullest. Now I have to get used to working it and the experiment with the settings, although they were explained to me.

Your tech left his dust all over my house and all the wires he cut he just left on my carpet for me to clean up. He also put a hole in my wall and put a big gob of spackle over it and just left it, so now I have a white un-sanded glob of spackle on the wall.. Gee thanks… I can’t believe a business would treat somebody’s house this way.. I’m very disappointed in the way my house was left.

The Quality of video is low. Most times the Video feed drops often and some cameras are inop and have to be constantly rest or replaced. Overall the operating system is finicky. Most issues I had is the doorbell camera. I would not recommend this system for the price. I'd rather go with a Closed circuit system.

Sale was great. Sales guy was awesome. My only disappointment was no detailed handbook for use for phone and all. How to work it on my phone as well. I was went over by installer in like 5 minutes. I tried to get my husband's phone hooked up. Could not complete. I gave up trying to connect my grand daughter's phone. It is a great deal. Just need to learn how to use it correctly.

Overpriced. Equipment does not work the way it should with my current WiFi service. Still paying on something that was purchased 5 years ago. Was told free to move service, but the company tried to charge me. All in all this is NOT something I would recommend to someone that rents their home.

The app bugs out too much and often. Unable to open cameras, closed out for no reason. And customer support was unable to help me with one of my cameras always going offline until I personally called them about my issue. If they can fix the app and chat support I would rate this much higher.

I moved and made Vivint aware and still being charged for services without cameras or panel being installed at my New Address.. Vivint has been taking a monthly payment of $61.80 and continues to auto draft $61.80 monthly without any service on the new home address that was discussed with a Vivint customer service representative of the vivint company.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. First of all the salesmen took my best camera off my outside wall and kept it and the installation of the sensors are not even on the door correct. It won’t close and the wiring is going crooked across the middle of the wall to the panel board. Very poor installation and services all together and I was lied to about how much it was going to cost and what it all came with in my package.

Technician worked to explore all options for installing and made recommendations to minimize visible wires and maximize security for the house. Don’t contract with Vivint - they suck!! Don’t contract with Vivint. The sales rep completely lied! If you move and can’t take the system with you, you’re stuck with continuing to pay for the equipment AND the service! There is no buy back program. Regardless of how long or short you’ve had the equipment. I would have fared better to have had no security system, actually had a break in and let insurance cover the loss!

I was very pleased with the Vivint installation of the home alarm. The thing I like the most is that I’m able to lock and unlock my home and set alarm while being away from my house. I love that I’m able to set my A/C to the temperature that I want without being home.

The representative Jordan ** was very well spoken about Vivint and its service that it was extremely helpful in helping me make up my mind about giving Vivint a try. And the installation people were the best. They had the system up and running in about 1 hour and a half. He asked me of my security needs and then quickly went about the installation. He explained the equipment and its use while also helping me to install it on my phone.

He was great. Told him I have some OCD issues of how wires run, He did everything I asked of him. Cleaned everything up when he was done and helped me set up the cameras. Showed me how to turn on and off the light and how to set up detector zone.

Installer came out and was great. He set up the system and everything check out good on his testing with equipment. He was really helpful throughout the install. After he left we got 2 false reading. Tech said prob a faulty sensor. I call Vivint and they don’t want to resend a tech. To trouble shoot the issue themselves they want me to do it over the phone on something that was just installed! I get it. There’s equipment malfunctions but I’m over an hour away from the property and not living there. I’m willing to meet a tech but why make me do multiple trips?

Information given was good and accurate, installation was fast considering all the work that’s needed to get it done, efficient, clean and very professional. No matter what time it is, the works gets done, complete and fully functional. I would highly recommend the service as it is peace of mind.

Both the sales person Ryan and the technician Kaitlyn were very professional. Kaitlyn had some issues but called a supervisor who came out immediately and fixed the problem. Ryan was able to answer most questions I asked. Even read the low scores from the BBB and explained why.

The tech took over 8 hours and left all his trash boxes and wood from drilling holes in doors. Didn’t leave code for doors or explain how to change them. I would find very hard to recommend. Was told no install fee for putting sign but there was 200 dollar fee.

Guy came knocking on my door soliciting Vivint. Telling me that I don’t know what is going to happen in the future. Sounds like a threat to me. I told him if he does not leave I will call the police. I had to tell him get off of my property. He just killed a possible chance with threatening people for a sale. You all need to stop soliciting in neighborhoods that has a no soliciting sign on the entrance.

Very thorough in describing products and service contract. Very helpful completing application. Did talk to friend for us to refer her to the sales representative. The installer was quick and thorough in setting up the devices in our home. We’re very pleased with new system. Was kind enough to help us set it up on phone.

Can’t recommend this team enough. The sales guy explained everything thoroughly, saved us money from what we were paying our last security company, and he even washed our dishes. The install guy was quick and respectful. He made the system work for what we needed and didn’t damage the home at all.

We had the best experience with Vivint! I cancelled ADT after an awful experience (lasted 4 days only) and Vivint made everything better! We had a wonderful gentleman named Grant ** do our install and from start to finish, he was professional, kind and really listened to what we needed and wanted. I have a previous security system in place that was no longer actively monitored. I contacted Vivint for a upgrade and to provide monitoring. The company phone rep did a good job of explaining the system and contract, and then helped schedule a convenient time for installation. The technician arrived onsite on time. He appeared very knowledgeable regarding the equipment and had no difficulties completing the installation. We were able to use much of my old equipment to help minimize cost. This required some additional effort, but I never heard any complaints.

Mark was very professional al, courteous, patient, and very thorough with his knowledge and expertise. In addition, he was very detailed oriented with his workmanship. We were pleased with Mr. **'s service and attention. As well, as with the quality of the equipment, options and pricing. Quality of the video camera is excellent. We like the fact that Vivint has inhouse staff to assist.

Vivint installation team was polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner, and they answered all our questions. Would like to have hard copy info or brochure on product. Connor and Kevin were very good but would like more info. We are yet to alarm it until we have more info. Manny was excellent installer! Thank you. Hope to get brochure and business cards. I think the day they were here they had a lot of other appointments which was a good thing for your company. Very pleased just want more info.

My initial rep was Ben T. He set me up for installation and I had to change the time and date because of my work schedule. He was a bit forceful in making me schedule install on days that best fit what HE wanted. In the end, he ignored my request to change the days and I had to leave work in order to be home for the technician.

Natalie and Jesse were awesome. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. Jesse was professional and installed the system exactly as I requested. I’m very pleased with his work and knowledge of the system. I will recommend this system and those 2 to my family, friends and neighbors. So far the system is work exactly as it was sold.

I can’t say enough about the two guys we had over two days setting up a residential security system my wife has been wanting - a lot! They knew their stuff and mine - and were able to get us a new residential system up and running that my wife has wanted for ages.

We had our home security system upgraded in April. The technician who installed the system claimed our ceiling fan lights could be controlled remotely and said he ordered the lights. After two attempts to follow up with the tech directly, I’ve made three phone calls to Support, Upgrades Dept and Customer Loyalty. The Customer Loyalty agreed to have another tech come to our house to reclaim the equipment that cannot be used to process a refund. The appointment was made for 6/17/24 weeks ago yet upon the day of the appointment the tech no-showed and cancelled the appointment.

I’m so very happy to be back with Vivint. Chaz handled the installation of the equipment. He made certain all equipment functioned properly and walked Me through all functions. Quick and easy setup process. Quality and functionality of all the equipment is top notch. Very happy with my decision to transfer to Vivint, from customer service to system installer 5 star service. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to everyone I know that doesn’t have a security system.
