The technician that came over to my residence was very helpful and responded with utmost care and patience to all my questions and concerns regarding equipment and safety standards. And as with the representative I had spoken to was a gentleman and scholar towards my concerns and questions to which I’ve decided to get the VIVINT security.

I am overall satisfied with my service. I’m am currently enjoy the doorbell cam that was installed and the Vivint tech Tim explained to me very well on how to use the Vivint app and how to view cameras on my cell phone. Thanks Tim!! I am definitely recommending Vivint to my family and friends!!!

Vivint service was great from start to finish. The sales rep was well educated on all services and products, and was not too pushy. His in-service of the equipment was extremely helpful!

Great service. Simon was very respectful and showed us the system and also alternates we could decide on. We truly agree that the service we received was wonderful. We are so glad to now have security in our home. I can now see where anyone is on the cameras and make sure my family is safe when I am gone.

From Noah during the information and onboarding stage to Jacob setting up our service like a pro, we can not be more happy with the customer service we have received thus far. We were wanting to update our system with a camera doorbell, a keyless entry system, and a digital thermostat. I was approached by our energy provider, Reliant Energy, about getting all of this bundled together and after a quick phone call we had set up the installation later that week! We feel so much better knowing our home is covered!

The install went smoothly with the gentleman who installed our system being very professional and knowledgeable. The technology is current and the equipment looks great in the house. I was very happy with my installation from Kevin. He was professional and quick, the whole job was done in less than an hour. He showed me how to use my alarm panel and the phone app, and explained all the features that I would need to operate the system. Thank you!

So far today we got the Service which I like it so far, Hope to enjoy it for many years. The installation, explanation of how everything works was fun to see all the process. What most enjoy is the bird whistle, like calling you. Also I like the clarity of the scenic and person standing by.

Efficient service, both tech and sales. Installation is fast and well explained. I wish there’s a discount for multiple accounts. Kyle was helpful and informative for all the question and inquiry familiarizing with the device technicality. He suggested also taking the offered products and breakdown the items of the ordered package account. Thanks.

1st - It is far more expensive than what is listed. Service has been poor. My smoke detector stopped functioning and it took 5 replacements to get one that worked. When the current system was installed the 2 Vivint employees that were here never got the system to work. They did, however, have time to both go in my bathroom and completely rearrange my counter space and my floor items. One came back the next day and ask if the system was working. Of course it was not. No one had been here to make it work. I had to wait for someone to come from another area to work on the system. When my contract is up I will not renew!

Displeased! Sales man told me he would give me a week trial period, wife and I weren’t impressed with security system. Called to cancel trial period. And the salesman put cancellation period only 3 days on the contract. He told my wife and I we had a week. The company wouldn’t honor the verbal agreement. Very displeased with Company!!

Everything was great. Brian did an amazing job. He walked me through everything so thoroughly. With this being my very first security system, he made me feel right at home. He was efficient and he made sure I understand everything before he left. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I am very happy with the whole experience. The installer was very patient and knowledgeable. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable. I am truly happy with my experience. They did amazing and since it’s been only a couple of days we have loved it so much more than our previous security provider. We hope that whoever uses Vivint enjoys it significantly more or equally as much as we do! I love the price and the amount of stuff we received. We even enjoy the fact that we can do more than the security system like the solar! It has helped.

Not only did our installer, Dennis, installed the sensors and panel with care he also helped backed my car into the driveway so that I can run the battery properly! Above and beyond. I will definitely call him again if I need anything else installed and even recommended the electronic pendant for my own personal emergencies.

The guy that came out and installed my system was very informative very helpful and let me know of a few problems wrong within my home that needs to be fixed in order to continue upgrading my system! I would definitely get him to come back and finish installing the rest of my system! Very nice, kind and understanding of my children.

We received excellent service from the phone call we made to Carl inquiring about the services and to get a quote all the way through to our installation. The Vivint installation was very complete and everything about the system was explained in detail on how to use the system. Our service tech was super kind and efficient! He made sure we chose location of devices and was very considerate throughout installation. So far very happy with the services provided and the devices that were installed! The devices definitely make us feel more secure in our own home! We love the angle of the cameras as well.

Both gentlemen were polite and respectful. Didn’t take a long time installing equipment. Tyler explained how to use the system and did ask if understood the system. We went over the equipment more than once until I felt comfortable. I set the alarm and didn’t have any problems. Very pleased.

Overview of services was detailed and easy to operate. Having motion detectors that important figures is helpful which prompts the light to come for human-sized objects. Installation was quick and the installer was professional. I will certainly make referrals to friends and family. It's also great to have a system that follows you to the next home.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service based on the amount I’m paying for this equipment. First customer service call was to report that a number in my alarm code on one of my locks stopped working. Customer service was no help and said they could replace it for a cost. I got mad and disconnected. Same lock had battery warning on app few months later replaced the battery but then received notice that door lock wasn’t being recognized. Called customer service again, went through a bunch of things and eventually he said they send a new one for ME to install and I had to send the old one back. I finally got the new one on after many failed attempts- took way longer than it should have.

Vivint's representatives provided a seamless experience when installing our security system today. While our appointment was not until the late afternoon, they called early in the morning to ask if we had availability for them to install the system earlier. This was wonderful for us! It took them less than two hours to set up the entire system. After installation, they provided a detailed training on how the system works. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to secure their home.

The Vivint technician TJ showed up on time and notified me when he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and informative during the installation process and stayed with me until I felt comfortable with the newly installed system. He went above and beyond what I consider excellent service and I would highly recommend Vivint and TJ to anyone looking for a new security system.

Thus far, moving from ADT to Vivint has been wonderful! Vivint employees are so much more professional and courteous, from my initial call through the installation. Brandon B., who installed my system, made sure both my father (who visits often) and I knew how to work the system before he left. The equipment is also far superior to what I received from ADT. Vivint has very friendly people, with a quick install, and everything works! Eli was very thorough and knowledgeable without putting us through a “hard sell.” The brothers from Idaho (I’m forgetting names) were likewise very friendly and knowledgeable. And now we have security cams and a doorbell that actually work, yay!

Overall, I would give our experience a 5-star rating. The salesman was very studious and professional. The financing terms were straightforward and made sense when considering the full details of the service provided. The installer was also very efficient with time, we have to confirm one more installed part, however, they did a good job as well.

I received great service and a lot of information. I did feel like the process was a bit rushed and I'm not sure if that was because of time or just hurry and buy. Other than that everything seems good and as promised. Also, because of time a lot of things were left for us to install on our own and I'm not sure how to get any assistance.

Vivint associate Nic came to the door on a Friday night, a few days after I told my husband we should change our security system! Explained everything: benefits, cancellation of old system, cost of new system, demo of Vivint, etc. After we agreed it sounded right for us, installer Aaron described the installation process. All was fine. Landon arrived and got right to work. He was a little late and by the time he was done, I was exhausted. 4pm is the end of the day and I wish I had selected a different time. I was irritated but it had nothing to do with him. He worked efficiently.

Hi there! Garrett was very polite and professional with our installation. I was initially scheduled for yesterday but out of nowhere it started to storm! However, Garrett proceeded to do what he could do but our power went out. Well, Garrett waited around to see if it was a short outage but needless to say it wasn’t restored and which lead him coming back today to complete our installation. Vivint customer since 2005. I have had no problem with this company. Perfect customer service, perfect.excellent equipment. Mr. ** came out and installed a new system into my daughter’s house. He was very nice and easy to work with and he did an awesome job. I recommend Vivint to all my friends every time.

On the last minute of activating my service, I have been forced to sign the agreement without any mention of the 30 day trial period, while I was offered the 30 day trial. When I asked the technician that the agreement is not correct, they mentioned 30 day ROR is noted on the system but not on the contract that I have to signed. I was forced to sign the contract as is to activate the service.

Extremely quick and thorough sale and install. Salespeople got an installer to our house the next day. Our service technician was knowledgeable and patient with us learning system. Great experience. Software aspects are very intuitive thus easy to use.

Our installer, Hunter, was excellent. He explained everything really well and walked us through the system. We had many questions and he was very patient. When he first arrived, he took his time and he made suggestions to help me decide what would work best with our home. He cleaned everything up and was very pleasant to work with.

I am impressed with the equipment. Higher quality than other equipment in the market. I was equally impressed with the salesperson. The installation technician was also very good. The cameras have very sharp images and capture images in a wide angle. The 2 garage doors will require sensors installed.

The cameras are great! I can see and talk to my kids while I’m at work giving me peace of mind. So far my only complaint was the installation process. The installation was 200.00 and the installer did not set up my garage door and when I text him he said I could do it myself. I’m not sure why he didn’t come back to do it but I couldn’t not get the app to pair to my phone so it’s still not set up. There was a lot of dust left inside my home where he drilled. I’m hoping that this is worth the investment.

The salesman quoted me at certain amount. When I signed paperwork on the link that he provided me it was a certain amount. When I received the purchase agreement via email it was almost 400 more than what I agreed to. This is unacceptable and doesn’t give Vivint a good name.

First, Tate in Utah gives A+ customer service!!! Promptly responded to my call & redirected me to complete the online app correctly. Justin, my installer, was nothing short of amazing, especially for 26yo!! He is articulate, thorough, courteous, polite, and efficient!! I was there during the entire installation process and I could not have happier with the entire process!! He is a true professional!!! I am going to refer as many clients of mine to Vivint (I am a Realtor).

We had an existing ADT system and Henry, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable regarding the transition. He had a crew on hand in the neighborhood and they were able to manage the switch in one afternoon. We had to pick up kids from school and they even brought in more people from the surrounding area to ensure we didn’t miss our pick up.

Very informative, tech educated my staff on using equipment. Tech very patient with us. 5 stars! He explained to the very detailed to myself. Tech showed me how to set up my staff, And tech demonstrated several times how to arm disarming and emergency features. Also showed us how to use the key pad.

I really love the service, cameras are super clear and covers a wide range. Everything is absolutely beautiful. Spencer and Mason did best!! The only thing I didn’t like is the thermostat which don’t see0 to be showing the right temperature and letting the fan run all the time. Overall, it’s lot better than ADT.

We are very pleased with our new system. The cameras are very clear and the alarm pad is user friendly. Victry was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. He demonstrated how to use the system and made sure we knew how to use it. The pad showed the time at first but now it’s black unless we touch it. We were told there was a glitch in the system. Hope, the glitch will be resolved and the pad will display the time again.

We had a great experience with both our salesperson and installer. The system is very easy to navigate the and the cameras are clear. We signed up on a Saturday evening and the entire system was installed Monday morning. Our sales guy came back by to make sure we were satisfied with everything.

Our salesman was very professional and helpful. We felt no pressure to buy, instead he tried to see what we wanted in our system. The warranty that gave us 60 days to use the system without a risk to us was very nice. I liked that Vivint has so many products and we could easily pick the ones that particularly met our needs. Generally a very pleasant experience.

So far not impressed with this company. Have had two issues with initial instillation. Requested a tech to come back out and fix, was given a four hour window and no show. Called to request a status and no one was able to supply, supposed to receive a call back, that didn’t happen either. Finally got someone out. Also upon initial sign up tried to use a discount code appearing on the website but was given the runaround, seemed like a bait and switch scam. Very disappointed overall. Would not recommend. Not just the issues but also the unwillingness of anyone I’ve spoken with to try to fix or make amends.

Marcus was absolutely wonderful! So thorough and kind! HIGHLY recommend him! Every piece of equipment that was installed was strategically selected and placed for our safety and utility. We are so grateful for his expertise! We are very pleased to be back as part of the Vivint family! The equipment is great. The installers are good. The only issue for me is the customer service, it is God awful. As long as you don’t need customer service, you’ll be just fine. We have had multiple problems with billing. Every time we try to call the whole times are very long and when you finally get somebody, they’re completely unhelpful.

My experience with Vivint has been very troublesome. Though they present themselves are customer service oriented and people first, I have experienced the exact opposite. My frustrations have been cause by my experience with unauthorized charges to now being able to lock my door for almost a month now. Vivint has not made my safety a priority. It is utterly ridiculous that I cannot fully lock and secure my home and my devices do not fully work. If considering Vivint, please do your homework and get other quotes from their competitors.

So far I am impressed with the people, including sales and technical, and with my security system. I had to call Customer Service a couple of days after it was installed for a little issue and they took care of it right away. They were very helpful and quick. I believe the fix they did in the settings corrected everything. I also had to call our sales person to help me set up my husband’s app and he was very quick getting back to me and helping me do it. So far the service has been great.

Chris did a fantastic job installing our Vivint security system. He was professional, punctual, and installed the equipment perfectly. Chris took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all our questions. His friendly demeanor made the experience even better. My Vivint smart home essentials install was easy breezy and my installation tech, Tyrell, made the process smooth while answering all of my questions. The salesman was pushy, I told him 10 times I have go to hospital for CAT scan on my heart and had to wait till after first week of September. He just said, "Ok you can wait but sign this to say you are ready now. We can just hold it for you, but you will lose all discounts so Then you better sign now." The installer shows up and the salesman said, "It’s free now, but $175.00 if you don’t get it now."

I have done a lot of research with security companies, and I landed with Vivint because of previous reviews from mutual friends. I ended up being happy with the service. And the benefits that offered, however, their price point is fairly high. When it comes to their equipment costs compared to other security, video companies and or competitors. Vivint's customer service, however, it's very transparent with pricing and eager to ensure that the customer is happy and understands the investment in the long term benefits.

The service that I got from the technicians and seller was great. Very nice and respectful. They had listened to my concerns and catered to my personal needs. The seller sat down and explained everything in detail. When I had any questions he had answered them and showed in detail what I wanted to know.

I was approached by a salesperson going door to door. He spent a lot of time explaining options for me and did attempt to work with my budget. This product seems amazing but I could not afford it, despite attempts to custom manage packages for me. I was very upfront with the limitations I had financially so it was a little disappointing that I wasn’t truly listened to and everyone’s time was wasted, while getting a taste of this amazing product only to have to cancel. I understand that he was just doing his job but I recommend listening to your prospective customers better. It’ll be a win-win for everyone; nobody will have to be disappointed and nobody’s time would be wasted. Thank you.

Sales rep is very knowledgeable. He is courteous & respectful. Excellent job in convincing owner to switch/upgrade. He thoroughly explained how the system would work with my existing alarm. He explained incentive to cover expenses to payoff existing contract & guaranteed service for a week, if not satisfied, will get money back. Installer is prompt in working initial install but will come back to finish.

Roden -was super helpful super fast and got the job done in a timely manner. He was also very informative with teaching me how to use the new system giving me security in the product. I love how he took my want and needs making sure everything was placed correctly and making sure my wires were clean. Even adding some extra features to the cameras and was able to save me some money as well. I was very satisfied with Roden and the work he put it.

Kyle was great. He showed us a lot of products that would make our home better. More safe place. We ended up getting a doorbell camera and two outside cameras for the front and the back of our house and we also got a smart lock. Kyle and his team were very professional and thorough walking us through how to use our products. The install was done pretty quick for what all they had to do and they did a great job.

I was very disappointed to learn that I was mislead, by the sales rep, with respect to the preexisting equipment I have and its compatibility with the updated hardware. The cameras I had in place were not able to be connected to new panel. Saul, the installer was great and very friendly. He is the only reason I am giving such a high rattling...

I asked for the prior hardware to be removed and to have the new one placed there. Instead, I have old and new hardware. The light outside is off center. I said I didn’t have time for installment that day, but the rep insisted that it wouldn’t take long. I think because everything was rushed, it wasn’t done properly.

The system we purchased is not up to the caliber of our old system and we did not receive proper instructions on how to use it. The features we explained we needed were not installed or if they are we were not shown how to use them properly. Thus, upon arriving home we were unable to figure out the disarming and police arrived. We would like to feel safe and knowledgeable of our system for our safety and the fact that we are paying for the service.

Our entire experience with Vivint was easy, efficient and an over good experience. Andrew was exceptional and gave us no pressure. He’s also a neighbor and that made us feel entirely better with the experience. He knows the area and the pulse of the area and the residents. Matt was here to install within 15 mins and we were shocked. Everyone was helpful and we feel good with the purchase. Well done Vivint!!!

Our sales guy Dylan had a cool approach to showing me what he had to offered. Was well-informed and easy to talk to. Our installer was also very cool and didn’t mind him in our home for a few hours. Missing one star because I would have liked the installer to setup our Alexa/Vivint communication as well as the garage door opener and nest communication.

The rep that came to my house was very nice, but not professional. We were working on the house after just buying it and he interrupted our work. There was not a lot of situational awareness on his part. The technician was professional and did his job as much as he could. He was not prepared for my house's metal framing, but he was able to set up a follow-up appointment to get everything else installed. It took a long time for the technician to arrive and since we were working on the house and had not moved anything in, we were essentially forced to stay and not work on anything to wait for the tech. It would have been nice if we could have scheduled the installation instead of being blindsided and caught unprepared to stay later than we were expecting.

Was pleased with the offer Vivint proposed. The system was quickly installed. The team was friendly and fast. I felt my neighbor could benefit from the deal and sent Vivint his way.. Salesman was friendly and patient and presented the material clearly and made sure I understood what he was presenting.

Salesman was great and very thorough in his explanation of products. We purchased multiple cameras, the thermostat kit, and smart locks. The only complaint I had was the tech installed the smart panel with very tacky cords showing in a way that was not acceptable. My husband did bring this up and it was fixed to look more discrete and they patched the hole in my wall. After fixing that I was pleased with installation. No comment on service yet as we've on had for about 24 hrs so far.

I’m pretty happy with the system. I wouldn’t say cameras, particularly in my carport are particularly sensitive to detecting motion though. I appreciate the whistling sound the cameras make, however, it does not always go off right away and depends on where you’re standing (even in the detection zone). Happy with the 24/7 monitoring, and the doorbell. I must say I’m disappointed with how the wiring was done. I wasn’t aware that cords were going to be visible and going down my walls. I really dislike that and wish I was told beforehand that that would be the only way.

It’s not that many companies, that actually go the extra mile for their customer. It’s greatly appreciated. This holds more true if that customer and child has Special Needs. The feeling of security in your home helps as well on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this company indeed as my son and I do our best to keep moving forward on our individual neuro journey.

My installer which his name was hard to remember asked me to call him O. So, O was great and knowledgeable with the security system he installed. Answered all my questions and concerns! So far look like this was the best move for me and my family! Love how after I pay off equipment the equipment is mine and I only then pay for service. Which will save me even more. Thank you, O!

The technician was very helpful with sensor location around the house along with helping us set up the smart actions for the system. He made sure equipment was in usable range and he helped us know how to access the settings for each device. He walked us through adding a new admin user and a guest user.

Installer came and installed security system. There were no complaints about having to crawl into the attic and spend time doing the install. Very personable and nice. Made working with Vivint a great experience. The installer was on time, and did great work just as the salesman had explained to us in the presentation earlier in the day. The installation took place the same day as the sale so that made making this decision much better for us.

To start, my installer was great. 5 stars to him. First I was called multiple times by a guy named Chris who said he sold Vivint and ADT but said Vivint was better. He supposedly was concierge for buying a new home. Was later informed he most likely works for Vivint and that’s their sketchy sales tactic. Chris then quoted me $68/per month and that would drop to $25/per month after equipment is paid off. That was to include the hub, doorbell camera, 1 outside camera, 3 door sensors, and a glass break sensor.

This company has surpassed other security systems out there for the general consumer. Their 24/7 recording and user friendly system give me everything I need to feel protected in my home. The sales rep demonstrated the cameras and alarms options. The technician, Quincy, facilitated the set up and training on how to use. Kudos to the tech and sales rep Carlos.

The quality and images of the cameras are great BUT the price of the equipment is INSANE. It’s not worth the price they pitch you. Plus at least half the time my home doesn’t arm. The software is horrible on this system. I have filed for a refund but when you try to cancel it’s take 30 plus days for them to close your account and then more time just to schedule for someone to pick them up.

My experience with the technician installing my equipment for my home security system with Vivint was a very good one. The technician was very experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a security system. The technician has already checked on the function of the equipment and if we have any questions. Very reliable and concerned.

I love the system and I love the content but the cost is extremely expensive and not competitive in the market. I have another provider who can provide me the same and more for 39.00 and the quality is just as good. I will be calling to cancel the installation.

Yesterday, a young man stopped at my house as I was just returning home. He told me who he was and his purpose for the visit. Next thing I know, I am signing up for a full home.security system, with cameras, new locks, new smoke detectors, . . . Too much to remember. Miguel, the young man, kept reiterating that they ask for flexibility in scheduling the installation. I mentioned to him that I needed to wrap it up, as I had to meet my son for dinner out. When I thought we were wrapped up, he told me that a guy named Justin would be at my house in 15 minutes for installation. I reminded him that I had to leave, and he said that if they had to reschedule, I would have to pay $500. Up to this point, I felt comfortable as Miguel and he had earned my trust. But, I told him directly that I felt like this fresh trust was breached, and that he should have mentioned it sooner, like when I told him about my scheduled dinner.

Very friendly, explained everything well. Answered all questions we had. Gave us call back numbers if we had any questions or concerns later. Set up equipment we needed right away. Was done in a timely manner. And again all was explained very well. They cleaned up after install. We were very happy with everything.

To be accurate and fair I will need a couple of weeks to give an assessment. I've only had the systems for a little over 12 hours! I can tell you your crew that was here, sale and installers, were top notch and I highly recommend them and commend them for their efficiency!

Wonderful experience designing the system, tailoring the install, and learning to use the panel. We accessed the iPhone app and setup our preferences easily as the install tech answered our questions. I am especially glad to have the addition of a point in our home where anyone could call for emergency services if a phone isn’t immediately available. The integration with our ‘Nest’ thermostat is also a nice feature that further secures the home from specific hazards.

First, our salesperson, David ** presented himself as a professional. It was clear from the onset, he had my experience and needs at the forefront of his purpose. He thoroughly explained all products and expectations of service & support. The installer today (next day service btw) was equally professional, patient and helpful. She did not leave until my myriad of questions were answered & I had a full understanding of how Vivint’s products operated, including the company’s mobile app.

Just like many others, the salesman showed up after 8pm, told us he waived all the costs and had the installers come same night to install equipment. Next morning I get an email from a finance company saying an acct was opening and they paid Vivint 4K. I tried to cancel immediately, which took massive effort. Was able to send my cancellation letter to them within in the time frame. I have now scheduled 3 different appointments, where the tech has not showed and not called. They said they cannot refund the 4K to the finance company until they receive their equipment back, but no one seems to come to get it!!!! I have only 20 days for them to get the equipment or I get stuck with charges. I am so angry and no one at customer service is helpful at all. My next call is to the BBB and the local DA.

I moved into a home that already had roughly $2,000 worth of Vivint equipment installed and paid for. Curiously, I activated the subscription to enable their features. I did some research after the review (mistake) and discovered the slew of lawsuits and shady business practices Vivint has dealt with. Between that, their premium prices compared to competitors, and awful compatibility with third party hardware, I quickly called to cancel my subscription since it was a trial period.

Our sales associate was not transparent with the financial explanation of the sale, he only expressed the cost of each equipment. It was not until the technician came when we actually found out that we were paying over $5,000 for the system. He appeared at our residence at 9:30 in the evening, having to get out of bed to answer the door. My husband called Jonathan Lacagnina to talk to him and he has not returned the call. Your agent Nathan provided great customer service and took extra time demonstrate all the features of the product. Being Senior citizens he made sure he customized our package to fit our budget. We are very happy with the equipment and extra security it brings to our home. We have already experienced the benefits of updating our older system.

The selling point was good. The person doing the selling convinced me to purchase the service. Made it look good and I am satisfied but not to 100. Maybe to about 80%. The window breaking alarm keeps going off for no reason. It goes off when I’m not home and in places where I have no signal or can’t access my phone and the police comes. The back of house cameras keep going offline, keep rebooting the system but it keeps happening. Both things have me quite annoyed and I’ve even considered just getting rid of the service all together. I wanted at least a couple of weeks of service before giving out a review about it.

Not satisfied on how you lure people in getting an equipment promising we have 7 days to cancel when the contract clearly says 3 days after installation. I have called, spoke to three people and was told someone would come to remove the equipment yet no one has. Today I spoke with Jaycee who was more helpful in this situation. I told her I sent an email with a letter of me requesting to cancel this service to documents@vivint.com and she asked for proof so I emailed her proof. Waiting for this equipment to be removed from my home.

Dissatisfied! I'm unhappy about after the tech installed my thermostat my new AC unit will not come on! It was 11:00pm when the tech finished. So it was late evening when she left but I quickly noticed that my AC unit will not come on after my thermostat was installed. Leaving me and my wife in the house overnight in 100 degree weather with no AC! I'm thinking about returning the equipment if this is not corrected immediately. Also my smart garage opener is not setup.

Our technician did a great job! He was in and out quick but was very thorough. He did a great job of showing us how to use the system. We are excited to try out our new Vivint system. Ashton was the guy that came by to sell this product to us and he did a great job explaining everything.

I had already had an alarm system in place and was told that they could sync with my existing sensors but they couldn’t. I’ve been trying to cancel my service and they have given me a hard time doing so but was very prompt at installing their cameras. I talked to over 5 people and still having difficulties canceling my service.

For a monthly subscription I feel that the camera with the voice features should be spot on as if I were talking on the phone. I just expected more from this system, in the demo Victor showed me, the picture was clear as day and the response time was spot on, I feel as I got cheated out, a lie I could say.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the very first interaction with Vivint (first was a chat on the website), I was impressed. The chat agent quickly answered my questions and scheduled a follow on call for the next day. The agent called on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through products and functionality for each section of our house. Once done we scheduled the installation. The technician arrived promptly at the agreed time. One strange thing....we did the initial paperwork outside. He wouldn't come in the house until I was done (glad it wasn't raining).

I’ve been with Vivint for about 13 years as soon as vivint started their services in New Orleans. I’ve moved my services to different locations each times and always kept their services. I have just added another account to my rental property, because I really feel protected with vivint Services. Police only came out once thankfully in all the time I’ve had them. And it was, because I forgot my password. Had to much fun that night lol. Totally love having them to protect my home and my family.

The Vivint field service technician, Roberto T., was very thorough in his knowledge and customer service. He explained everything in detail and in terms I can understand. He was very professional and kind. He walked around my property and explained equipment that can be utilized. When I would say that I’ll have to think about it he wasn’t too pushy and offered to come back at a later time to install it if I wished. Vivint’s equipment is really nice and of good quality. I am really happy with this company so far.

The salesman, Joel, was knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor the installer was very professional and did a great job. He stayed until the whole job was done. He explained everything on the app for us, which was very helpful. I think the service is great. I’m very happy with the result. My favorite thing is being able to open the garage through the app.

Sales rep went over the top to make sure we got what we need. He responded 24/7 to my questions and came back twice when my schedule was busy to help me understand the system and install. Installation was smooth as well. Would refer to a friend. System is running smooth so far. The connectivity of everything is the best part.

Our installation technician was great, but the equipment itself can use some work. Our control panel is downstairs so we can’t hear when it says a window or door opens. There should be a speaker for upstairs that relays when sensors are activated. Also, the app should be updated so that my cellphone notifies me by saying “front door open” like the Ring app does.

Kyle was so kind to go over everything and really listened when I explained what I wanted. He was patient while I asked a multitude of questions before, during, and after installation. He made sure to not make a mess while he was working. His working did not interfere with what I was doing in the house. Vincent stopped by while walking my neighborhood and I happened to be wanting an alarm system but had been putting it off because I knew it was expensive from the local bay alarm company that I’ve used in the past. After we walked the house for cameras I was stoked to learn I could get a thermostat garage door opener and doorbell camera all part of one complete system with the usual sensors and glass break and monitor that classic systems used. I was stoked to find out I could finance the whole thing with Vivint and the monthly price in my opinion was fine. Then he called a service installed and they came 10 minutes after all the paperwork was signed! I thought that was awesome!

Outstanding service. My technician Jorge was personable as well as a consummate professional. He answered all my questions, and took the time to explain the system. Something your competitor which I previously had didn’t. Jorge’s installation was impeccable. AND he cleaned up after himself too. How unheard of is that. Lol. He’s without a doubt an asset to your company.

The tech was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained the system in great detail and answered all our questions. He also arrived early and completed the installation with no issues. We would recommend Vivint Security Systems to anyone. The system is very easy to operate and is very secure.

The employees were great. The guy who convinced me to get Vivint was knowledgeable, patient and friendly while explaining everything to me and helping me sign up. The technician who set everything up was quick, thorough, and kind. They were very helpful in familiarizing me with system. The technician was also very mindful of keeping our home clean, and made sure to tuck all wires. Despite it being dinner time, the technician stayed until all technical issues were resolved and things were running smoothly. Overall I am very pleased with my service. The products we bought make our home feel more secure.

Gunnar showed up to our home around 745pm. He walked us through what Vivint had to offer in contrast to ADT. My wife and I had been speaking about getting cameras for our home. The bundle made it possible. Gunnar was exceptional. Very kind guy and knew his stuff. I recommend the switch.

Your agent Alex and technician (don't know his name) were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to myself and my family to where we could understand and able to use the equipment as needed. They were also very considerate of my time when it came to the installation of equipment.

Ryan was great. He explained everything and definitely knew why he was doing. As the former building inspections manager of Hamilton County he followed all codes. All of the equipment works very well. I decided to upgrade on some features when he came and plan on adding a few more things in the future.

I can’t speak more highly of how knowledgeable Cody was and how efficient he was during the install process. We had a rep front Vivint come out a few days prior and told us we couldn’t install cameras in any of our back yard locations and that we would need to install a outlet at the panel location. We needlessly spent $200 on an electrician to do the Vivint install. Cody was able to do the full install with the existing wiring in our home and also integrate our pre installed door/window sensors which the prior rep said was not possible.

Ryan was our tech guy and he totaly nailed it. He was pleasant and courteous and answered all of our questions in a timely manner with a wonderful attitude. We appreciated his great service and if we need assistance again hope it's him we get. Thanks again to Ryan for being awesome!

Pena was was very patient with this install. Had a lot going on and not living in the house fully caused a little bump, but everything was done and kudos to Pena and the crew back at Vivint. Thank you for making this happen. I might be calling with some questions when I start playing with the alarm system.

His knowledge of the equipment and the Vivint app was exceptional. He arrived punctually, and the installation process was executed with the utmost professionalism. Never again with this company, they came knocking on my door, they told me it was a one week free trail and cancel before that, they ran my credit after I found out how much it was for a 2 cameras and 1 door bell “4k”. I decided to call the guy to come pick up their stuff. He decided to block me and I had to call the company direct. They came to pick up their equipment and I’m still getting charge

Mr. Ray ** done an excellent job of installing and educating me of Vivint equipment. He arrived on time and he left premises clean. He was very courteous and helpful. I have learned a lot from him. I am looking forward to seeing at my next service job. Thank you.

I called to inquire and the rep was great. He provided me with full and clear details, and got me set up for installation quickly. I asked for my install to be escalated and they were able to get move my installation to happen within 48 hours. The install was neat and everything is very user friendly. I’m very pleased!

Woke up this morning not even 12 hours after installation to a bill of $236. I was then on the phone for TWO HOURS talking with SIX different people from Vivint to only be told nothing can be done. I wish I NEVER heard of this company of liars and thieves and people who just don’t obviously care. Disgusting. And now those same people are being paid by me for my security…the horrid irony. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND VIVINT. NEVER.
