Dustin was absolutely the man. He was professional, kind, and most importantly flexible. We kept changing and adding to the order and he just kept installing one thing after another. He was great to talk with and did an amazing job.

It was a great experience. It doesn't take long to see if you're qualified and the set up went smoothly. The overall price that I'm paying a month is not bad for how many cameras I got. Everyone that came to do their job did great.

Clarence was very professional and offered products and services that were specific to my needs. He did an OUTSTANDING job and I would recommend Vivint for all of your security needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained EVERYTHING and I am so happy to have chosen Vivint.

Our technician Ariel was friendly, professional, prompt and super knowledgeable! He walked us through the entire process, making sure everything we selected was proper for our needs. He made sure we understood all cameras, how they worked, and explained the panel we purchased as well before leaving. He ensured we didn’t have any system issues and even was helpful in making sure we had extra protection indoors, which I hadn’t thought of prior. To say I am very satisfied is an understatement.

Tech Ron was really professional and polite. He did a clean job during the install and was able to get the job done early in the morning which was convenient for us. Will be recommending family and friends.

Buyer beware! Too much to list in one thread. Essentially they sold me a non working service and refused to let me out of the contract without paying over 10k in equipment and monitoring service that did not exist for over two years. Then threatened to send me to collections if I did not pay for the service I did not have for two years and all equipment that I tried to return shortly after their installers destroyed my house. Not once but three separate times they destroyed my house and refused to fix. Stay away from this company! They also have lost several lawsuits for stealing your personal info and selling it to other parties along with other lawsuits that are currently going on! This company is pure and simple a scam! Oh, also, When I removed there system I didn't get one phone call to say my house was being broken into or the system was being tampered with! Go to Bettershake.com to look up lawsuits.

We are Vivint customers since 2022, and now completed a new installation in our new unit. The install was easy and quick. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and quick with his install. I feel safer in my home knowing that I can control everything from my phone.

The whole experience from start to finish, was a pleasant one and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He worked with us and within our budget. I especially like the new setup compared to our last security service.

The sales Rep Dylan was good with us, the installer Michael did a great and thorough job, everything is working as intended. The alarm panel is easy to use including the app on my iPhone. Love the automation which makes it a great resource.

Our representative Anthony and the two installation technicians were very professional and respectful. The first technician was respectful of the fact that we were getting up early for a trip and worked with us to reschedule. The second technician did a walk-around to determine where to place cameras for best coverage. She also did a great job showing us how to use the system.

Our sales person, Trae, was amazing and very knowledgeable of the products and services. Our installation was seamless and awesome! We welcomed both into our home and had great conversations along with great sales/installation! Monthly cost is less than we thought it would be, so that's a plus! We would recommend Vivint to everyone.

Easy setup and easy to use. I’ve always wanted a security system just in case since I go out of town from time to time. Having a doorbell camera is a plus too. I can see when delivers come or whenever someone comes to my door.

The seller had always a really god attention trying to help me about what I was needing, he came back with different options, and I get the installation the same day, the technician did an amazing job and everything were fast, thanks.

I have Vivint in a different state, but I was using ADT. When I transferred my service ADT canceled me instead of transferring. I decided to go to vivint just to check them out. Within 2 hours of me calling to establish service, a technician was at my house setting me up! I hate that I didn't go back to vivint sooner. Highly recommend!

Informed me of all my options and installed equipment professionally. Explained how the smoke detectors work and recommended locations for placement. Also, helped me with my iPhone app when I was having trouble.

Salesman and Technician were very friendly and polite. (Bruno and Carson) Explained the services and how to use the equipment. Technician Carson made sure I was comfortable with how/where he was installing the equipment before he started.

Chase was awesome to work with and installer was super helpful and worked with us on what we needed. We discussed what we needed and more importantly what was not needed based on our situation. We never felt like we were being pressured or pushed to get stuff that was just extra add-ons that wouldn’t be worth it. This helped immensely with trusting their input and trusting their business. Highly recommend.

Zero stars! POS system! Always down, overpriced. What you pay for breaks more than it works. Support is offshore and they suck. Horrible, horrible, horrible, worst system on the market. DO NOT USE VIVINT FOR HOME SECURITY. HORRIBLE!!!

Sales agent Clair, was very persuasive, touted its advantages, but certain things promise, were not included at time of install. Install was rushed, same day, cameras should have been mounted a little higher, the 60 month contract unlike ADT 24 months, is too long & not beneficial to cancel early. Their APP does not since its last two updates, does not communicate with its main hub, and it's very buggy. We still don't have proper use, of the front camera. There is a period of time every morning, it does not record at all. Numerous attempts online & by phone, have been unsuccessful in remedy this problem. What good is a home security service if it is not recording 24/7? It's these reasons, I don't recommend this company. The few advantages, don't warrant the bad 60 month expensive commitment, & poor AAP build, is not worth the money we paid.

Great experience. Peter was outstanding! Everything was explained, including use of the panel, the cameras, the detectors and the app. The gear was way better than ADT. Quick installation. The process Couldn’t have been any better.

The workers were very friendly and helpful explaining everything perfectly about the home security system and how it works leaving no details out including showing how the system worked and helped set it up.

Efficiency and reliability. From the moment we started till the ending process everything was quick and easy to understand. Installation was straight to the point and access was obtained quickly. App worked perfectly from the beginning and it was easy to navigate.

Your sales pitch has gaps which has stressed me out. I really don’t want your product. I have the right to cancel!!!! Management needs to give me a phone call. ASAP. ID yourself when you call. Absolutely Love This! Absolutely great products, absolutely great customer service! And it’s affordable, almost too good to be true, except for the fact that it’s actually happening to me right now. These people have an outside view and perspective. They are trained professionals and they gave me a bunch of great tips and suggestions I would have never thought of by myself. I’m so grateful for this company. Pray and hope it stays this great and that they are around to stay.

Kamdin was great and very informative. Once signed up he had Seth over in 5 minutes to install. Seth was great. Also very informative and patient with my kids who had lots of questions. He went through all the steps not only me but my kids would need to know in case there was an emergency.

I had several hiccups along the way with this process but they were both all to get everything corrected so I could proceed with the installation. Vivint was the best investment I ever made! I feel safe at home with kids while their dad's at work and we can sleep peacefully! I get notifications when someone is on my porch. I can talk from the wall monitor or from my phone when someone approaches my house.

The salesman was great. He was personable, knew his product, and was helpful in designing a system that met our personal needs. After that it was downhill. Installer started around 4 o’clock in the afternoon. He told us it would take 2 1/2 hours. He did not leave until 10:15 PM and the job is still not complete. He appeared to lack confidence, was hard to hear, and not very personable. Working at a customer's home that late at night is very unprofessional.

Fantastic service from the salesperson Rez to the installer, Charles, it was a great experience and we are extremely happy with the service and system. We really didn’t know what we wanted but both of them helped us make the best choices for us. The system was super easy to understand and Charles walked us through it. It was ordered and installed the same day!

I requested to replace thermostat. After activating our account and replacing our panel I still have problems with the AC because the thermostat was never replaced. Now I have to wait 2 weeks in an 80-degree house because they never replaced the thermostat.

Great service from our installer, Troy made sure that I fully understood everything about the service, the contract, the deal, the equipment, and that I was satisfied with my install. This is my first time with Vivint and so far the experience has been great.

Technician didn’t check outlets for electricity. Half of our cameras don’t work. He forgot to install one camera and at the end, when we asked him to install it, this is what he did. He told me to get an electrician to fix the issues.

New Install went smooth and quick. Tech showed us all the basic features. Everything is working perfect and the features are great. Camera is crystal clear with a great range of view. Great system....

I like how Vivint employees come to install the same day and also, it came back the next day to follow check on us. He guided us through a few more new settings on the device, along with our phone App. Love all the different doorbell chimes we can choose from, especially the Holiday sounds. From the communication to the actual installation everything was above my expectations and I am very pleased with my overall experience. The care the technician provided was top notch and I will be referring everyone I know to Vivint.

I am 88 years old, I had ADT and a ring camera. A Vivint salesman came to my door and sold me a lie. Said it would only cost $65 per month and they could use my current equipment. After asking multiple times if this would cost me anything for equipment he kept saying, "No. Nothing. We use yours." Turns out they took all my equipment, installed new and now I'm stuck purchasing new equipment for $3000 and a monthly bill for $85. If I cancel I have no security equipment because they pretty much stole mine. I would NEVER recommend. I really feel I was misled.

I was approached by a salesperson, telling me my neighbors use their product. I immediately said how much. When he told me the price I was interested, especially after seeing what I could get as part of the package. Now I have two cameras in the front, including the doorbell, which is a big step up for me. Trying it out now and so far, so good.

The information given, account set up, and installation were easy. Josh showed up on time, explained the process and was helpful with showing me the features of my system. In addition, he assisted with installing the app on my phone. I can't wait to use my new system.

So first start by saying that the price is excellent versus what I was paying and what I’m getting for their service as far as equipment and a better quality. Now with that being said the sales representative was very friendly, very nice. Very patient with me. Didn’t quite understand the time that it takes a technician to get the stuff set up. He thought that it would only take a little while maybe an hour while the technician that came to my house was only maybe two days in new to installing. He arrived about 4:30 PM. At 9 PM he was still at my house.! And had to schedule to come back this afternoon to finish. Nothing was working when he left.

Everybody was very pleasant! They were able to finish the job sooner than I had thought. There were a few others that came by to assist even though it was not needed. Your staff seems to work well together.

Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. Equipment is top tier and service is impeccable. Customer is more than helpful. Really appreciated same day install as I signed up. I feel protected in my new place. Will recommend to others!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Door knocking salesboy decides to stop by at almost 9 pm. I tell him I'm not interested and he decides to still try and sell me their garbage. Vivint needs to at least have their sales boys stop knocking at a reasonable time!!!

Everything went great from the sales person to the installation. The system is very easy to use. The installation was fairly quick and not too invasive. I do wish the installation didn’t require using the interior outlets. But they did a good job hiding the wires.

Joseph was the best. So easy to work with. Explained everything every step of the way. He was excellent at his job and very efficient and respectful in how he handled everything and installed it. His tutorial of the system was on point and he offered additional support as needed…What else could I possibly ask for!

The technician was a great guy. What I don’t like is the fact that I was quoted something and then not outlined the product and once they arrived, the cameras were not on the order. So when added, it boosted the bill by $1,800 dollars. If you go with Vivint, please have them give you a price quote with items.

David was very thorough. Explained everything about the system and made sure I understood how to use the system. He walked me through the app. Showed me the parameters around the house, explained how to use the ring tones. And gave me other options.

Had an outstanding from start to completion of the installation. Dylan who came for the installation was outstanding both in terms of attitude and knowledge. Employees like him can make a huge difference for Vivint. The products are bit expensive but well worth it than the ‘the do it yourself’ kits.

Would give this product 0 stars if it were available. I have never been more disappointed in a product or a company. They have deceptive sales practices, which Vivint has been sued for before. Looks like they have not effectively changed their ways. They consistently misdirect and misguide their consumers. They consistently bombard you with additional charges. They take no responsibility, and furthermore, it is impossible to cancel with them. Awful Company. Stay far far away. If you are stuck with them, God help you with this sham of a company.

I am more than satisfied with the products that I ordered: panel, sensors, security indoor and outdoor cameras, etc. The apparatuses have a lot of features and functionalities that are not available with the other brands. I also like how everything is connected and can be managed in one app. The system is more complex yet easier to navigate. As to the installation, two technicians came prepared and finished the job in less than a day. They took out my existing equipment and replaced them. They did not just rely on my old set up but created to wire pathways. Everything was done neatly and flawlessly. I was given significant promotional discounts and other perks like free add-on equipment. The price that I got is less than what I pay for my previous provider.

Horrific experience. They keep lying about canceling service and they make me pay. Once I pay, they continue to send invoices. It's been 6 months since I moved from the location, they promised 6 months ago to stop billing me, they have a class action lawsuit against them in Kansas, they are a fraud and very dishonest.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. They are scammers and snuck things into the contract making us personally liable for a business account. When requested to install the equipment in our office, they refused saying we were not in a serviceable area. This is AFTER we confirmed multiple times about installation. They sent 4 technicians all who refused to install the security system. After this they told us we signed a contract till 2028 and are demanding we pay over $5000 just to cancel the contract with them.

I recently had my old security system replaced by Vivint, after signing up with a street salesman. I'm not entirely satisfied with the installation or the service I received from the technician and his manager. The technician, Trae, seemed rushed, and I had to remind him to test several components before he left. My concerns began when he walked on my carpet with dirty shoes. I even had to contact his manager, Danny, to resolve several issues the technician would have otherwise left unaddressed.

We had a great experience with both personnel. Our salesperson was able to explained the contract with detailed. He was able to answer our questions on the spot, he was very transparent to when it came to numbers. The tech guy was in and out. Answered our questions as well. Showed us around the cameras as well.

Tim was very nice, he came in here, got straight to work and did a fast and amazing job. Did everything I asked for and placed everything exactly where I wanted it. Amazing service on Father’s Day. Highly recommend!!!

Though the sales and technician were polite and helpful. I am having serious doubts about keeping this service, as I had to buy batteries from the 10 year sensors during install. The only updates my home received was a door bell camera, an out door camera, a motion sensor, and a doorbell extender. I was quoted that this was worth $3500, which will be pull monthly. This cost is way to high for the low grade and minimal tech installed. I will be contacting the vivant cooperation to discuss. This further. Again, great salesman and technician but quality of equipment versus prices really doesn't add up.

This is the most unprofessional, security company I have ever came in contact with, although it seemed like they had some really good products, the install was horrible, tech destroyed my home, had to repaint, patch holes in my wall. I canceled within my three days. They take you though loopholes not not cancel. Customer service is horrible, getting them to come back to get their products worst experience, appt set, tech was a no show then they want to say it’ll be a month to come out like really? It took 1 day for you to install, I’m going through loopholes to get them to pay for what the tech damage, I’m just so disappointed in giving them a chance, believe me I’m not just writing this review out of frustration. I’m writing it to warn anyone else before opening up a contract for them.

The technician was incredibly helpful and thorough. He took time to get it right, and he checked with us as he did the install to make sure we agreed with the placement of everything. Would definitely recommend.

Vivint recently provided service at my home and I had a beautiful comfortable and pleasant experience with the technician Kenneth, who was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, and he explain the entire process. Kenneth was very patient, because he took the time to explain the installation process, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns to make sure that I knew how to operate the device so that I can have the best experience with using the service. Vivint also offers add-ons to meet your needs for your family which can change the price. However, the monthly payments are reasonable and now I can feel more secure, knowing that my family will be much safer at the tip of my finger. I highly would recommend to families and friends, and I am definitely pleased with the Service and happy that I made the decision to move forward with Vivint.

David ** and Esmeralda took care of us with great Father's Day deal and was able to get us out of a horrible deal with Adt. Vivint provided us with a ten times better security system with way better upgrades than with what ADT GAVE US.

I needed to update my security system and I am pleased with the new upgrade. The team that helped made it fast and easy to make the change. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

They lie to get you signed up. I had them years ago. Loved the products. Hated the customer service. The rep promised they changed and everything would be different. It hasn’t changed at all. It’s been 2 weeks. They still haven't returned with my door and window sensor.

The tech was very helpful because I didn’t have the slightest clue on the operating system but he showed me the easiest way. I’d choice Vivint over ANY home system. Brand safety and peace of mind are priceless!!! Thanks Issac!!!

Vivint (Lorenzo **) scammed me, he told me I was going to get internet with the security system but the internet equipment had to be delivered to the physical address after I told him we had a third party that delivered packages and I said, "Okay let's try it." The technician that come to install the security system (which Lorenzo ** wasted no time getting the technician here, it was within a couple of days) said to me he couldn't believe they had him out here installing the security system without any internet. I said, "Well I'm getting it. I'm just waiting on the equipment." Everyday I was checking the mail thinking I'm going to get this equipment and the days went by I finally called Vivint to find out when was it going to be delivered and that's when customer service told that they don't provide internet so while I was checking the mail for those days the cancellation of 3 days had expired.

It took Brandon and his team half the time he stated to set up my system, even with the challenges my home presented (1950s row home with no major updates to the electrical). They were also very professional and kind. Will definitely be recommending.

The presses was quick and easy. The sales agent and the installer were extremely knowledgeable. When they did not know the answer to our question they found out for us and let us know. Installer was quick and painless. It was less the an hour and our system was working.

Two young men knocked on my door today. I explained to him I wasn't interested. They were both riding those hoverboard looking scooters. They parked them on my car scratching my car up. When I said something he just looked. When I said I wasn't interested he persisted to stand on my porch. I said, "You need to remove yourself now because you are violating my space". Whoever the manager is for the my Holly location this was around 3 pm today. I need information so my car can be repaired from those scratches your employees put on my car. Being aggressive trying to force someone to buy your products isn't professional. May not turn out so nice next time,.

My experience was marvelous and no stress. Very informative and I walked away feeling empowered and relieved knowing our home is safe and secured. The service rep was extremely knowledgeable about the Vivid product and was and is willing to assist me with any issue I may have in understanding the system.

I wish I could give this no stars. This is horrible. Technician left my house. A mess left wires everywhere. Dust everywhere from the drywall. Didn’t even attempt to sweep up nothing and install the equipment incorrectly. Left my trashcan full of trash. Didn’t take the trash out. Just horrible. It looks like Chucky in a truck did this work?

Justin and his team were outstanding. They were all very professional. They knew what they were doing, and they were very understanding, and it took time to explain everything to me. I appreciate their excellent professionalism, and I think they're top notch installers.

The service people were professional and very helpful. I had additional needs that I hadn’t arranged for and they were able to call their office and get my needs met. Their installation was top notch and they explained the system control pad thoroughly. Their workmanship with the installation was very good and without any issues.

My experience with the initial staff member (Cal) who knocked on my door was good. He seemed knowledgeable, was friendly, and took the time to answer questions. About an hour later, the technician came to install the cameras. The only issue I had with him was that he went into my bedroom, which had the door closed and cats inside, and was not a part of the original work order. AFTER he went inside my bedroom (letting the cats out), he found me and asked if it was okay because he discovered he needed to go through my closet for the electrical. Obviously he should have come to me first so I could adjust the situation in the bedroom. Otherwise, everyone was nice and professional

Great experience, everyone was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend. The guys doing the install was amazing. They trained me on the system, walked me through the entire process. Do yourself a favor, for home security you have to give these guys a call.

Both Arnold and Elizabeth were amazing to work with. They both were professional and kind. Arnold explained the sales side of things and some technical aspects, but Elizabeth drove it home with her technical skills. Both answered all my questions and made the entire experience worth it!

I just had this installed about a week ago and I’m already loving it. The day That Mo (the sales rep) came by he was very charismatic and very polite. I’m usually hesitant talking to any sales people but he put me at ease explaining everything to me. The Tech Salvador was awesome as well. He installed everything in minimal time and was very professional. He even left me his number incase I had any tech issues. I’m excited to see how this will work for our needs in protecting our home.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We found a plan that worked for us at a good price. Installment was very easy and overall I’d say we're very happy with everything. We were looking for an affordable home security system, and compared to others, Vivint came out on top.

The representative was friendly and polite. Gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. The installation was quick and surprisingly straightforward. Allan answered all my questions and when he wasn’t sure about something he called his supervisor and got me the answers I needed. I will say that some of the features aren’t working as I expected. My thermostat is not connecting to the app, so I am unable to control the temp from there or set schedules. Otherwise, I’ve been enjoying the service.

The salesperson and install guy were great. They made sure we knew how to use our new equipment. I would have given 5 stars, but they continued to have multiple issues with the app for the install. First it wasn’t registering I had already qualified, and then it wouldn’t show the install purchase complete. The salesperson and installer insisted this had never happened, but I was a bit wary of resubmitting my personal info several times. Fortunately it was all worked out. It’s day one and we couldn’t be happier minus the tech glitches. It appears sales data and install data programs may not communicate well? Spencer and Fabian were awesome polite and professional young men, who deserve more responsibility and opportunities.

We had an incredible team install our system. Not only were they diligent and responsive, they would check in with us to make sure it was what we wanted. They were kind and helpful as well. There were some placements I did not like and they were able to walk me through many options but which was best. I loved how informative the employees were.

Staffon was awesome. He really helped us understand what we needed for our property and had an amazing attitude. And the installer was very nice and did his job very quickly. And showed us how to use everything and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them to all my neighbors.

Worked with William in the Middle Ga area, he was ok. However he says one thing and does another in regards to pricing. I signed one contract but the date of cancellation was incorrect therefore another contract was generated that I signed which he changed to pricing after telling me $0.00 install fee and 50% off equipment. Then later backpedaled and made up other scenarios.

As a Vivint customer, my frustration stems from a security system that consistently fails when I'm away, often 1000 miles from home. The recurring issue of my system going "out of service" specifically when I'm out of town completely undermines its purpose. Vivint's customer service offers no solution without someone physically present at the house. This is absurd for a remote security system. When my system bricks while I'm away, and support tells me I need to be there to fix it, it negates every benefit. This Catch-22 leaves me feeling helpless and my home vulnerable.

Vivint is a Complete Scam. Vivint is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have "canceled" my service THREE times now — and they refuse to stop charging me. I moved out of my home 9 months ago, told them I no longer needed service, and they’ve continued to charge me $72 a month ever since. That’s $648 they've stolen from me. Stolen.

Left Vivint because I sold my home and returned to Vivint at our new home based on great promotions on the new equipment purchase for returning customers and overall product offerings and user-friendliness.

I've been a Vivint customer for several years and just upgraded my equipment. The salesman, MacLane, was thorough in his explanations and answered all of my questions. The install team came in within an hour, same day, and quickly hooked everything up. Isaac even took the time to show me how to sync a couple devices with Google. Definitely recommend!

Sales rep Ryan was professional and the installer did a great job getting all the equipment installed. Love being able to see everything from my phone and it’s a night and day difference on the doorbell camera and flood light camera than any other cameras out there. Thanks again!

I would definitely recommend Vivint and my tech, Kerry, did an amazing job! He made the process very simple and easy transferring the account into my name in just 25 minutes. All I had to do was fill out paperwork on his tablet and open my windows and doors and download the app.

When I signed up with Vivint, the salesperson told me there was no contract and I could cancel any time. HE LIED! I am now stuck in a 5 year contract that they won't let me out of. I moved and they tried charging a ridiculous amount of money for my move. Add to that that I can't even use most of my equipment because I'm in an apartment now. And after the guy installed after my move, I go to arm the system at night and it says the back door is open, which it's not. I tried chatting with support but it was taking too long and he tried to upsell me so I wouldn't be charged for a visit if someone has to come out. When the issue is their fault!!!! Stay away from Vivint!!!!

I cancelled my account three times, I had moved and now they are charging me still and the new home owner. I've followed the directions emailed and mailed my cancellation notice and we are going on almost a year of charges, and nothing, this is just pure theft at this point. I am joining a class action suit now. Find another system, one that won't rob you with charges. Then when I log into the account, I have my access taken away, then when you click support you get a error page, this is a total scam, run away run far away!!!! After speaking to the 5th agent, I demanded a supervisor and after being on hold for an hour, I was forced to leave a message. This entire system is a scam!

Super easy process despite the glitch in the system, Howard remained patient and informed me of all the necessary information. He made sure I understood the system until I was comfortable and installed the system nicely.

It was great from the intro. I wasn't in the market for a new system or another bill for that matter. Everything is utterly expensive, but Michelet and Bri were amazing. We talked like we were family and the install was done the same day. The fact that they both had infectious smiles with personalities to match made it impossible to say no. This was the experience that I wish I had gotten from ADT 6 yrs ago. But as the saying goes, "good things come to those who wait!"

Knew his product very well and gave me options so that I could come up with my best plan and gave me the possibility to come up with a plan I could afford. I would recommend this product to my friends. The representative was really good.

I had a technician comes into my home to install the equipment and he steals from me and had the nerve to lie to my face and deny it. It leaves me wondering if he took something else that I haven't noticed missing yet. No telling what he's already taken from other families. I'm so pissed that this person came into my home to provide a security system and then he steals from me. The value of the item is not the point. It's the fact that he used his position, which requires him to walk through my home, and he chose to pick up an item and walk away with it.

Adam was an awesome sales rep, and our tech, Isaac that did the install was very knowledgeable and quick. We got quite a bit of equipment and the price was pretty reasonable considering. We switched from ADT and the equipment Vivint has is so so much better than anything ADT offers.

We had a great experience with Vivint and think the system is going to be perfect for our needs. Their technician came out the same day and quickly installed our new equipment. Their app is very intuitive and easy to use.

Quick turn around time—I didn’t wake up this morning planning on installing security at the home but here I am…securitized. They were able to replace e my very old thermostat when I haven’t be able to find a compatible smart home replacement. Highly recommend the Adam and Sebastian team!

Been a customer for a year and have had several issues with the alarm system. Sensors, cameras and garage opener goes offline. Tech damaged my door frame when installing the deadbolt. Tech doesn’t have proper tools to install deadbolt and used a chisel to clear space in order for the deadbolt to lock. Damages the door frame and the door wouldn’t seat properly. I have had an alarm system in my home since I purchased it and never had any issues whatsoever with other systems. In a year's time I have had Vivint at my home 7 times and have made several calls just to keep the system online. I was promised a new system but Vivint backed out of the deal. As soon as this contract is done I’m throwing the system in the garbage where it belongs. It’s trash!!!!

So far, I’m impressed, the system was installed the same day within 3 hours. Everything works good, it is easy to monitor the house through the cellphone. I like the detection zone feature and I can control the air condition temperature through the same app.
