Drew with Vivint was incredible, very friendly, informative and hardworking. He had a crew there in 20 minutes after I signed the paperwork. The installer “Blue” was extremely professional and quick with his install. He was very informative with how everything works and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!

I’m loving my new home security system. The salesman were very professional as well as the technician. Things were explained to me and my family very well on how to operate everything. Jordan and James were both great. James was quick with the installation and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking into a security system. As a mom I now feel more comfortable with the cameras. I can now monitor my home from my home which is important to me because I work a lot.

Loving the feeling of being safe. It’s not complicated at all and it’s not expensive. The person who is working on it are nice and friendly. It’s easy us using your phone. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying it. I just love it and it’s not expensive. It’s worth it.

Initial service was pretty smooth. It was explained thoroughly and answered all questions we had. Installation went by fine as well. I was happy someone still came out in this weather. He was very knowledgeable. He had issues with the doorbell wiring but he managed to get it done without delay. I was worried about waiting.

My old security system was torn out and the technician was at my house 8 hours and couldn’t get the new system online correctly. Tech came back the next day. Got the system up but my doorbell and backyard went offline within 24 hours and garage camera is functioning correctly. Nice people but at this point the service is questionable.

I will not state rather my experience was good or bad. I will state what happened and you decide. On August 1st my former roommate and I contacted Vivint to transfer the service from his name to mine. The agent we spoke with explained the process and asked my former roommate a series of questions to verify he understood that the process takes 3 days for me to finish my portion and I would have 3 days to change my mind so he would remain responsible for the account until I fully accepted the account. Next the agent spoke to me privately. He obtained my information and explained that someone would be contacting me from the transfer department with in 3 days or less to complete the process. He said I needed to be home at the panel to finish the process. I asked if I could have the phone number to call the transfer department when I was home. He told me no, they had to call me.

I'm obsessed with my new system. It’s so easy to use and honestly a lot of fun watching the video playback. The person who installed it and the rep on the phone were so helpful and insightful. Will totally recommend them to family. I also like that my large dogs don’t interfere with the sensors inside. Also the doorbell quality is really good for a doorbell cam too, love that.

Derrick was great & explained everything thoroughly!!! Would recommend him to family & friends! Very happy with my Vivint equipment so far..Derrick was on time, very professional and walked me thru each detail needed to get me used to my Vivint. Love how I can unplug the panel & put it anywhere in the house, also love how the camera & ring captures a lot. Another very unique thing I like is how I can open my garage with the app on my phone if I needed to let anyone in when I Am not home. So far so good!

Horrible Security Company. Without exception, Vivint is the worst company we have ever dealt with, Full Stop! $1200 in equipment and we have had to contact tech support every day for 5 straight days. And today we are told it will take 5-10 Business days for them to contact me with a software issue! And this is a security company!

Happy with quick turnaround from sale to install (same day). I am constantly texted requests to submit this review, which is annoying. I hope Vivint will continue to provide good service, and that I will no longer be solicited to leave a positive review

Tommy was our sales person. He was very personable and professional with the presentation. He thoroughly explained the aspects of the security cameras. He was not pushy at all. We enjoyed the demo and at the very end we decided we liked what we had seen and purchased the equipment and service. We were lucky enough to have the installer just 15 minute away and before we knew it…We were set up!!

Since installation the customer service I have received has been horrendous, when calling to get assistance and report issues with equipment representatives have been extremely dismissive and nonchalant. When paying for a service that is expected to protect your home Vivint has not met the expectations. If better service is not rendered I will definitely be canceling services and not recommending to others.

I’ve only had my system for two days but I am in love with it so far. It’s easy to use and Augstin and Cody were amazing to work with. Augstin helped me figure out what works best for me and Cody was amazing with installation. He made sure I was happy with placement and double checked I was happy once everything was done. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great from start to finish. My technician Malachi ** was awesome as well!! He took the time to explain everything we had ordered, how it works, & even assisted me with downloading and explaining the app for our phones. We will definitely recommend customers to get this service.

Very happy with the install and quality of cameras and sensors. Glass break sensors were something I hadn’t thought of but was very much needed in my house. I have complete coverage with cameras as well. Crystal clear picture, and plenty of recording space. Panel and keypad are very easy to use. 100% satisfied.

We are very happy with our security equipment. Ben was an amazing installer. He did a clean job and was very thorough at explaining the process and how everything works. We are happy Ben was the one that installed. We will make sure to tell our family and friends about Vivint :).

Had a door to door salesman come to my door this past week, and at first I was thinking it was going to be awful and overpriced for something as simple as a doorbell camera. But I’ve been over the moon with everything I got! They have been nothing but helpful! The experience is personal and very user friendly! I love how sweet and respectful the staff is, and my equipment is very sleek and fits in aesthetically with my home.

The tech introduced himself “Rocky”. He explained how he would install the alarm and proceeded to do so. He was efficient and showed respect for my home. I would recommend Vivint to anyone. His recommendations about the location of the cameras was useful. After the installation he patiently explained how use the system and suggested I take my own notes.

I had a really great experience and the final product is easy to use and looks good. Unfortunately, parts of the order ended up getting changed onsite (some things couldn’t be installed), and I’m still working to get that removed from my bill. If this gets resolved, it’s a 5/5 experience.

Amazing service! Installation went smoothly and the technicians were great and very polite! The camera's quality is great. So far we are very satisfied with service! I would recommend Vivint to any family that is interested in giving their family the security comfort of knowing what is happening in and around their home!

It's a great product to have. I recommend this product to anyone and I tend to recommend this product to other friends and family to have as a protector when you're gone as well as when you're home sleep sticking with this product and upgraded and adding more camera systems and whatever it is that they have talked.

This is our second home with Vivint and I Highly Recommend them to anyone. Big house, Medium or small Vivint is the way to go. Incredible equipment and service. The system is easy to use and mobile friendly from all over the world. You will fall in love with the system.

Very high quality equipment and easy to use. The phone app is very convenient and allows you to lock your door, alarm your system or look at cameras from any location.

Installer was prompt and courteous. Very informative with the product and satisfied all our needs. Installation looked neat and clean. Installer also recommended some other products that we had installed. Our house flooded 7 months ago and we put wet switches throughout the house where there could be potential water leaks.

I’m so glad that I went ahead with this system. My old security system was falling with my back camera and I was looking to install a new system. This is really wonderful. The technician Abraham did amazing. He was quick. Confirmed. Made sure I was being given what I was promised. Explained everything with the security system. How to navigate it. So easy and painless process. Very helpful. I had a few hiccups with the customer representatives but the technician was amazing. He made the set up very worth it.

This was done perfectly. Showed up and informed us of the arrive time. He thoroughly went through the order with us again and made proper adjustments. He was able to show us where everything was going to be installed. Then we were set up with our profiles, walked through the hub how to arm and disarm the alarm system. Made sure our apps worked properly then cleaned up and didn’t leave any mess. It was a very good experience for us.

It was a great experience, Tanner was very nice and understanding and answered all of my questions. When it was something he didn't understand, because of the change Vivint had made starting in August he called Vivint and left it on speaker phone to ensure that I was getting the correct information. Thank you.

Wrong company. Save yourself a little aggravation and go somewhere else. Terrible customer service and poor installation. What more of a reason do you need to go somewhere else. Nothing but a rip off/scam.

Kevin was professional and kind! He went above and beyond to explain every equipment and the purpose. Will definitely recommend! I love the chic and modern look of equipments and how it aligns with my modern style. I love the panel and how everything is monitored through the app and for all the equipment and design it’s affordable as well! Bang for your buck! Overall, very grateful!

I am always skeptical of sales people for one thing. The team was great. Patient with all levels of my questions. They were careful when installing and asked where we wanted stuff. Everyone was very kind. They took time when everything was installed to show us how to use the panel and app. It was nice to get it done right away and also speak with the solar rep and get solar going too. Great experience.

They were fast and accurate with their install. I literally purchased and had my system installed on the same day. The camera quality is fantastic and the sales people were very open about how the process works. The price is fair for all of the features we purchased. Drew explained in detail the pros and cons about securing our home. Was not pushy. He was very patient and polite! 2 hours after we were all done signing documents he showed up in the pouring rain just to ask if we were satisfied with everything including installation. Not really happy with it. I would like to have it all removed & cancel the whole program. I’ve already had to reboot the system 2 times & the front camera is out now. I know I get the notification on my phone, but it’s too much. I feel I was pressured with all the extras that I was given. It’s not really all I need anyway.

Easy to move into my name from the original owner when I bought my house from the builder about a week ago. Personalized service and quick turnaround time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking peace of mind, especially in the city! As a single woman living in Philly—where parcels are routinely stolen and drama abounds Vivint is a lifesaver.

Tristan and Caleb were great. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Tristan knew what I was looking for and was able to beat the price I was paying with ADT. We are happy with our news system. Caleb did the install and was here for several hours. He did a great job listen to where we wanted sensors.

Vivint provided great beginning of service orientation and troubleshooting for concerns with my new home. The customer service was able to start me up and give the vital information needed to maximum use of the smart home system. They were also able to help with concerns and issues with certain devices related to the system.

The turnaround time from order to install is very quick. The agent was very thorough in explaining everything about the order and was very accommodating. Jonathan the installer was thorough and took his time explaining how everything works. He answered all my questions and made sure the setup fit my needs.

Sales and install were timely and good at what they did. Neither were unrealistic in their business dealings. I needed to leave before the install was complete but they were very accommodating in scheduling a follow up.

I was transferring an account and I spent probably two hours on the phone today after calling yesterday and then the day before. I had to take off early to get it installed and then it took me another two hours today just to get it activated. But there was a guy in the neighborhood trying to sell services. He was very helpful and he was amazing.

Re:the technician also ask me what type of sound I wanted the cameras to make when it detected an object in motion, then ask what was to be said when a person detected by the doorbell camera is visible at front door.

Great experience from sales pitch to installation! Looking forward to securing our home!! We have had numerous car break ins and someone tried stealing our daughter’s car right in our driveway! We also have a bobcat in the neighborhood and raccoons that we hope to catch on the cameras! We will feel much safer now knowing we have a security system!

The salesman and installer were extremely helpful. The salesman was very polite and professional, he explained all the services and features the company has to offer. He answered all of my questions. And the installer was equally polite and professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. After the install was complete he made sure I fully understood the system and how to use it and all the features. He also went (what I feel is out of his way) to make sure any mess was as clean as before he started. In all honesty, with 4 kids and 6 dogs he actually left the areas he worked in CLEANER than when he got here.

The service was great and everything was done very efficiently. Overall a great service. He was very insightful about the product and how it operated which made understanding a new device very simple. Made sure I understood how each device worked and how to properly adjust the equipment to my liking. Gave me examples to further my understanding of the equipment.

The technician was professional and courteous. He answered any questions I had and explained with clarity. He was on time and promptly started working. My system was just installed today so it will take time for me to be comfortable with the system but so far it is user friendly to operate. He receives a high rating from this customer.

So when purchasing anything the salesman does their job of making the sale. Jake was great and friendly. Used videos to help explain how the system performs and what Vivint had to offer. Henry, my install tech went above and behind to accommodate me and help me decide what would be best for me. Henry was very friendly, very knowledgeable. Was not in a rush to get the job done. He took the time in explaining how each piece of equipment worked. What he would doing for each portion of the install. Walking me through how each piece of equipment worked and different features it offered.

The technician Alirio was very nice very knowledgeable and very helpful. I can’t wait to get more products little by little. I am hoping to get more equipment for my home in the near future. The next one may be the garage controller and the doorbell camera once I can afford it.

John was awesome. Friendly, competent, and explained everything in a detailed, accessible way. The camera system works great, and John made sure to stay until all concerns were addressed. Great service by the vendor and very detailed. Was very helpful. Would recommend this compared to other security systems for other people. I do think that this is worth having and the temperature and other features are worth it. My mom uses and happy I got this as well for my house.

Everyone was professional and friendly. They walked the yard with me so I could figure out the best placement for the cameras, helping me with suggestions based on their experiences. Once they were done with the installation walked me through how to use everything. My only complaint would be all the boxes left.

Vivint really came through for me in my hour of need!!!! I needed service, immediately and they worked to make it happen, for me. Adrian, my technician, was amazing! Not only was he quick and efficient but he was also patient with my extremely protective dogs. Additionally, he was very sensitive to my situation and helped maintain a positive atmosphere. Yeah, kind pricy but I feel like it’s going to be a worthwhile investment.

The only difficulty was that the online portal/system was slow and kept getting delayed, so I had to refresh the page constantly and restart the document signing process. The representative was great and helpful, very informative and friendly even when install was extra difficult because of some quirks of my home.

Yes so far so good! Things were done very quickly too fast actually but all is well. I’ve only been a customer for four days. I’m glad I don’t have any finance fees. Don’t realize at first I was getting a line of credit that can be a game changer for some people.

We previously had a different security company protecting our home. We had ongoing issues and no one to rely on to come over and show us what the issues were. That is the main reason we switched to Vivint. We wanted someone to come over and set everything up for us. We were very pleased with our Vivint installer, Jesika. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was kind and quick with the installation. Jesika knows her stuff and was a great instructor teaching us how to use our system. Highly recommend!

Jesus was great. Showed me how to do everything and made it so easy for even me to remember. Very pleasant person as well! Hopefully everything works well. It's definitely a major upgrade from Ring and Brinks. I definitely like the new camera system. Much easier to record plus no extra charge like Brinks.

We have been with Vivint so long that we are not in a contract anymore. It has been fine until we moved. They are now charging us for a system they haven’t reinstalled at our new address. When we attempt to cancel that will not cancel and continue to charge the card to the point I have to cancel our card so we don’t get anymore charges. We have tried to have them reinstall the system for 3 months and they have failed to shape every time.

Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained everything about the company and all the equipment and pricing. Even when the tech will arrive. The tech, my apologies, I don't remember his name, was very friendly also. He Installed everything very well. We went around my home seeing where the best place to put the equipment. He did a magnificent job installing the equipment. Although he had some internet issues he was very professional and handled everything very well.

Had the pleasure of meet a great duo team. Both your salesman and technician were well informed, excellent at explaining, & answering questions. They made it easy, fun, and comfortable with setting me up with everything. My experience with the company has been a nightmare. The representative lied from the start. He asked me to call his cell phone only so he could block me after he left my home. Customer service is a joke. The equipment is beautiful at first glance but not reliable. I'm waiting until this contract is up so I can beg ADT to take me back.

Kam was great told me everything I wanted to know about the product before I even got it explain how everything was gonna work. He is very experienced, and how to do his job. I would totally do business with him again. He was very clear about how the pricing was going to work and how the monthly payments work.

Great job on the install. We haven’t given it a good testing, but I feel this system is more robust than what we previously had. We switch from another company that had equipment that was prone to fail. Hopefully this system will work more reliably. But so far it seems much higher quality than what we previously had.

My appt was from 8-12. He contacted me early and let me know that he would not be here until 10:45-11:00. I was able to run some errands. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and when he ran into an obstacle with the doorbell he called in and got advice as to how to work around. Great job! Appreciated all his hard work!

I recently switched from a nationwide security company because I was unhappy with their fees and services. Vivint was prompt, professional and offered the security package we needed for our family. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician ensured we were totally comfortable with using our app before he left.

The technician started by reviewing our order, but the pricing was off from what we were quoted. It took a little back and forth to negotiate things. It was also not explained to us that if you want to pay off the equipment in monthly installments, you are essentially financing it through a 3rd party. We did not want to do that, so we had to ask to pay it in full. After finally agreeing on a bottom line price, the technician started the install, where she drilled through our sheetrock into another room. When asked if she was going to fix the hole, she said she put silicone on it, but that’s all she was going to do. It was just frustrating that we now have to patch, retexture and paint in our NEW house the mess that was made. She also didn’t clean up any of the mess left on the floor in several areas of our home where she drilled the lines for our cameras and sensors.

Victor was extremely personable and easy to get along with. I’m still shocked I’m signed up and have everything installed only 3 1/2 hours after he knocked on my door. It was great! Installation was super kind and it went very smooth as well! I am very pleasantly surprised!! Thank you all so much for your swift, neat, and caring work! It does not go unnoticed.

After it was installed I found a lot of bad reviews of Vivint. I am leery of their service now. I like the equipment but the follow up service concerns me. I am researching before my time to cancel runs out. I don't want to get bad service. I need further information.

I’ve had Vivint for about a year now and have had a bunch of problems with the equipment. First my smoke detector kept setting off the alarm when there were no issues. Came to find out a discontinued smoke detector was installed and shouldn’t have. Second issue has been an unresponsive control panel. You go to touch it and nothing happens. This has happened over a half dozen times and every time I call customer service they just have me pull the panel, remove the batteries and then reinstall the batteries to reboot the panel. Same response from support every time I call.

I have had nothing but issues with this system since I had it put in two days ago. First it was a sensor on my garage door that was faulty. The technician replaced it. The one he put in was faulty then it was an issue with my doorbell not being in sync with the Wi-Fi. That was fixed. Now it’s an issue with me not being able to see the recordings of a vehicle sensed out in front of my home. Nothing but issues and customer service is terrible.

My technician, Alirio **, was very professional and educated, and he gave us instructions on how to operate our new system. He was very patient with us throughout the process. He cleaned after himself. That was impressive. I really love how easy the system is, great view from the front and back camera. Kevin served as my representative and assisted me with my service, at the end. He was also very helpful and informed.

I had been told by an independent Vivint contractor that the camera would have to be installed in an awkward position in order for give me a panorama view; the middle of my outside wall. At that time I told him no to Vivint security. I called the office and they sent out a Vivint company tech and he was able to install the camera securely where I wanted it.

Install tech did a very good job with installing the equipment and showing how to use it. However, he left a huge mess behind, with wood shavings and drywall from drilling holes for the equipment and we have brand new carpet. In the future maybe install techs should be supplied with mini vacuums or drop clothes.

My technician Kasan ** was really patient and very helpful with my set up with Vivint experience. He showed me all the ways to keep my home safe and sound. He was very patient with me while we ran into some issues with customer service. While I was sitting there for an hour on the phone with customer service he was telling me all the different plans and things I can do to my home to make secure and to my liking.

Remote garage opener still not working. Told I wasn’t really pay for it. It wasn’t in the package. Apparently it was offered as a bonus. Some bonus if it doesn’t work. Thought I was getting a system that was covered with a warranty. Found out only after it was installed I had to pay extra for coverage. What choice did I have then?

These techs were great, down to earth people. I didn't even expect to get a security system today but knew I wanted one for a while now. Next thing I knew it was installed. Now I don't have to worry about my packaging or belongings anymore. Thanks to these fast and professional technicians.

Keypad keeps losing internet connection even though my internet is working. Also outdoor driveway light turns off at random times at night says not plugged in but it is. I do like the easy way of arming and disarming but am very frustrated with the glitches in the system. Also the videos of people caught on camera will not play. They say error. I have no idea how to fix this. If I could fix these glitches I would be very happy with the system.

I got charged over 5K and my neighbor got theirs way below my price.. I got ripped off.. it’s unfair..I don’t know why they take advantage of us people not familiar with this kind of item.. Next time I won’t even recommend to get this security.. Overpriced.. Thank you and I have a hard time paying it.

Was lied to when sales agent came to my house, very dissatisfied with the company, need better training and not someone who’s out to make a sale. Been lied to about my service, fees, hidden fees. Would like to cancel my service with Vivint. Told the sales rep if they were a loan I didn’t want the service. She straight lied about everything.

We were scheduled to have Vivint services begin July 25, 2024. Our installation went smoothly. All interactions were positive. From the phone call telling his arrival time to the end of the installation we were impressed. The installation technician was thorough, professional, and courteous. In addition, we had to contact Vivint offices for cost verification. During this time our technician waited patiently. Currently, we are satisfied with Vivint.

So your field sales guy Rocco rang my doorbell and we had a conversation and upon me already having looked at Vivint I liked what he had to say. I decided to sign up with Rocco and then I found out that the installation technician, Joshua would be to my home shortly to complete the install. This excited me because I did not have to worry about scheduling the time and hoping to be available for install.

Fast, fair price, and great customer service, 200/10, would recommend. Michael was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and set me up quickly. The cameras are exactly where they need to be. He's also good with pets! The service is great but the customer service and professionalism is what had me coming back. The equipment is the best in the business. There are a few kinks to fix on the website and the wrong number link almost lost me as a client but..service when you get someone is prime.

Carl arrive 10 mins. early because I told him that I had a call at 11:00. He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything to me in detail and took the extra steps to securely set the lines in the HOT attic instead of along the interior walls. The system is very user friendly.

Just had new system installed and so far appears to be so much better than my previous security company. Very good service with quality employees with customer service and installment. The installer Joseph was a very kind and very patient person. He helped me get set up. He helped me a lot and understanding the agreement. he was so patient and helping me get on the month month plan without a contract. He is a very Outstanding employee. I give him a 10.

My installer was great and the experience worked well and efficiently. I ordered one day and installer was out within 2 days and took his time to teach me what I needed to know. He was awesome. The sales tech was also pretty good. I had Vivint before but about 7 or 8 years ago.

Michael explained how the alarm works including the smoke alarm, monoxide etc. I liked the service right away installing the device. Cody didn't take a long time to install every gadgets. Micheal explained the cost of the cost of the service, equipment, and how long it will take to pay. I feel a lot safer switching from ADT to Vivint, now that my system works without wifi and deters crime, instead of just recording it.

We have been looking for a different security system for several months. In the past we have had several Ring doorbell products but found them not to be compatible with our wi-fi system. (A long story that I won’t share here) Anyway a salesman caught my husband at a weak moment and I’m glad he did. It didn’t take long to convince us to sign up. The clarity of the cameras is what sold us. The added features are just a bonus for what we needed.

Great price for good security, quality cameras and a good install technician. The sales rep knew a lot of information, answered all my questions and the install technician worked with me and tried the cameras out a few different spots for me before he installed them and did a very clean install, no mess, got in. Got it done.

I had to cancel order while the techs were installing the product. Reason for cancellation is Ryan was very misleading with the process of Vivint. He said no holes would be drilled in the wall and I had 30 days to use the product during the promotional period. I checked the actual contract and it said I only had 3 business days to cancel and the tech came out to install the cameras and proceeded to try and drill holes in the outside of my home. I had to catch him and stop him and tell him I specifically asked the sales rep about that because I did not want holes drilled. Very misleading and scam-like

Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Very much recommended! He answered all of our questions. He explained how to use everything very well. We are definitely pleased with Vivint security system and their staff. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to all of our neighbors, family and friends. We recently had break ins and people trespassing in our community. We now feel safer with Vivint and all that vivint offers for security.

The equipment installed is great quality thus far. Install tech was neat and friendly. Sales Representative could have been more detailed on sharing information about payments. We were lead under the impression of not being charged certain fees and still got charged them. Almost felt bombarded with information on the equipment, cost, and payments. Then to make the decision on our purchase while we were talked about solar panels at the same time. Quite an overwhelming start. Overall friendly staff and solid equipment, but could be a little more intentional about the information they share. Now we have to re-learn on our own to catch any other possible charges and fees that weren’t shared.

Signed up for 1st few days. Was good but then the system started acting up. Called in many times to cancel it but they wouldn't let me. They just offered that it would be fixed. Long story short it's a really bad company. I mean they are just horrible. I had their tech come out and removed the system and I told them yet again to cancel the plan. They didn't, I spoke to manager whom told me to call back after my move to have them come out to troubleshoot it and if it does work they would refund me and cancel the loan.

The person who assisted me via phone was very patient, not intimidating, not rushing and gives very clear directions. She is helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the details on the panel. She gave simple instructions and easy to understand. She made it clear what each button on the panel means and what to do with it.

My husband and I had been thinking about moving over to Vivint from ADT for a while. We finally made the move last week and so far, so good! Robert was our technician and he was wonderful! He answered all our questions and showed us how to use everything. I didn’t realize how many more features Vivint offers! I noticed that Vivint’s equipment cost more than ADT, however, you get what you pay for! The main reason for our switch was due to camera glitches that we were encountering way too often so we were willing to pay more for better quality. We paid for the equipment up front so once you take that out, the monthly monitoring fees are pretty similar.

Did a great job installing sensors etc. Did it in a very short time. Very friendly and courteous. Didn't have a problem installing smoke alarm and security panel. Had a great time of visiting and finding out what state each representative was from. Very mature and professional in the way they answered questions.

Even when I call customer service, the service is horrible. I’m calling because things with the system is not working. I’m not seeing everyone pull in my driveway. Then the next day I’m not on the app doesn’t work. It’s been a horrible experience. every time I call to ask a question or to see why certain things are not working. I end up with people trying to sell me other items without my problem being solved. All of a sudden they turn into a salesperson.

Everyone was on point. All questions were answered properly, all options were presented and talked about until I felt comfortable about what I chose. It was a painless process. I will definitely let my friends and coworkers know about this company and the great options. A consumer has further protection of their home.

I had a Pleasant tech representative. He was very helpful and showing me how to work the control panel. He even got rid of a wasp nest that was that was outside of my door. Just a real nice guy. Yes I would recommend this company to a friend of family member.

Ryan was super helpful and professional! Customer service screwed up and had me as an upgrade when they were told three times that it was going to be a new install with a new address. Why would I get a second service at my office but the install guy sat here with me and he ended up getting me taken care of which I’m sure he lost other installs for that day as well as my time was wasted, this installation guy saved my business with you guys. I was going to cancel everything. You guys really need to get your customer service in line. And I feel that whoever initially set up my install well upgrade that they put in should be fired! Rate subject to change once final experience to complete. Sales of product was good and representative worked with my budget. Install ended up starting late in evening and somewhat completed midnight. I worry with a night install just cause it’s dark and late and may not be as superb as day install. Couple things occurred: one of the motion sensor peel off the wall that is connected with some adhesive tape. The biggest concern is when the exterior camera was being installed.

I had a Vivint system at my previous home. Due to some reasons I was not able to take the equipment with me. I contact vivint after I moved, didn’t even consider any other security company. Compare to the cameras that I had from 6 years ago. The camera vivint have right now is so much better. The system is still the same, easy to use.

Yes I have my wife and grandma that both are disabled and can’t walk but now with this alarm systems and definitely the camera and smoke detector I can sleep at night and able to run to the store and watch them from my cell phone and the both was taught to use the alarm. My grandma is 90 and can work it. I just really think I was blessed when I joined the Vivint team and also think you’ll never find a great system all the way around and be the least expensive one that I could find and definitely I only had to call to customer service one time and I honestly was happy with the results of the rep's help. Thank you so much for your great service, can’t wait until the signs and stickers come.

I’m really excited about the products themselves, I just wish my home was in the same condition as when they arrived. Messes were left behind by the installation technician to be cleaned up. While he was super nice and I really liked him, I would’ve been more impressed had he cleaned up behind himself.

We bought a house and it came with cameras. We were set up to activate our system on 7/21/24. I spent almost 2 1/2 hours on the phone with a rep trying to get the cameras to connect. It did not work so I have an active panel. Can’t use the cameras. They can set up an appointment for me but it’s outside of my three day window of a full refund of a working system so the system does not work. They’re hoping that a technician can fix the cameras when they come out, but if they don’t, I’ve now lost out on my deposit and activating the system and I can’t talk to anyone because everybody is now closed for the day. I’m very very frustrated as a new customer.

Our Vivint installation was very seamless and easy. The rep explained everything in detail for us and gave us many options. We would highly recommend Vivint as a security system. All of the features are worth the price. Our technician was very friendly and went into great detail about how all of the equipment worked and how they all worked together to ensure a safe home.

I normally don’t leave bad review unless it’s necessary but this is one of those times. Adam was a nice guy by all means but lacked in communication skills and cleanliness. I had 4 cameras installed today one being the door camera, 2 on the front porch (one with a motion light), and one on the back porch. The motion camera with the light was my main priority but he did not communicate with me when installing it and to me it looks like he just threw it up there wherever it was easiest for him to do it I feel. I wanted more to the corner of the house. He didn't even ask or communicate with me like he did the other cameras. That's not that HUGE of a deal and fixable but his cleanliness was absolutely terrible.

I was really impressed with Shawn ** our sales man. He was a great people person. He was very informative. I enjoyed him. The technician was here within minutes had everything installed and was very helpful in showing me how everything worked and was so polite. I felt bad they were so late but they did mind. They did a great job installing all the equipment and cleaned up. I’m in love with my system

The knock at the door was a surprise but Sunny was very quick and straight to point. He gave us a great deal and started the installing that night. I now have a doorbell and security I enjoy and my combination lock.

The installation was completed quickly. The system was explained well and the install team did great in solving our internet issues at our house. The sales person was very helpful in applying for the system and answering our questions. I can now monitor my front yard and back yard area in case persons are near my house. The added lights will be very nice when coming home after dark. I also like that I can monitor the cameras with an app on my phone.

He even waited for me to get our password from our Internet provider, because I forgot password. The sales person was very knowledgeable with the subject matter. The only thing I would say is he talks too fast and I had a hard time processing what he sad at times. I had to ask a question to get him to slow down a little. Other than that he was curious and kind. The technician was good at his job also, although he needs to clean up his mess and not be asked to clean after himself.

The sales team is knowledgeable, but you really need to know what you need for your salesperson to be able to get you signed up for the right equipment. Installation tech arrived on time, got notices from Vivint and the installation tech the day before as well as the day of installation. My cat liked my installation tech and had to follow him and watch everything. He was professional and treated my cat with respect. All equipment was installed and tested and he explained it thoroughly.

Was told didn't need internet! After installation the cameras can't be viewed from my phone unless I install internet?? Guy that sold it was completely wrong and we need some sort of money back to make this right.

Had a very knowledgeable service tech who certainly knew what he was doing. Also helpful for a nontechie to keep things easy. Unfortunately my internet service is slow in my area so connections take a while. But I like the service and equipment very much.

I am highly disappointed with customer service. You need to try to do better. Customer service is terrible. No one wants to work. The service is beyond bad and how you handle customers is sad. Am still angry. Been on phone for days. Y'all made a home appointment. I waited. Nobody came out. Then you don’t even call back on the drop calls ..

I left this company for a few years due to poor customer service. One day a rep called me and asked why I left. I went on to explain to him and his answer was how can we make it right.. At that moment my concerns seemed validated and I decided to try it again. The technician Fredy was excellent. He explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with the updated system before he left.

I am enjoying the recently installed alarm system. It has many upgrades that my previous system did not have (cameras, keyless locks, and an easy to use keypad). The technician that installed my system was very great. Answered all my questions and gave good instructions on how to operate the system. I give him a 10+. He was great!

Only had service for >24 hours, but the peace of mind so far has been worth it. Installation took a whole day but I got 360 coverage and added on once the installer arrived and we did a walk about. The App is super easy to use. Cameras are very clear and the sound picks up crisp.

Dylan was very professional and informative and sold me on Vivint system. Let me know the differences from ADT and Vivint and sold me to switch. He's very patient answering all my questions assuring me on my new contract. Made me feel secure about the new system and the contract and always responds when I have a question.

Worth zero stars! Signed up for the free trial, I canceled within my time frame. Have had to call 5 times to make sure cancelation was received. I received an email saying I will not be charged but noticed they did charge me. After yet another 2 phone calls and more than an hour they will not issue a refund until they pick up equipment which is booked out for over 2 weeks. According to THEIR notice of cancelation if they do not pick up equipment within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancelation I may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. I was told today if I do not schedule for equipment pick up I will not be receiving my refund. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

A1 service from the time I called to inquire all the way through installation. Kemrick took time to explain each step in the process and answer all of our questions. He didn’t rush through the process, and double checked that we could operate the system before he left.10/10 experience so far. Looking forward to recommending family and friends.

This young man is fast, friendly and I would recommend him. He has so much patience with me since I’m a baby boomer. He took his time showing me how to use the App. Right now I’m looking at all the cameras seeing who’s walking by lol lol. I feel safer now that they are up. I should have did this a long time ago. I was so worried about having holes drill in my walls and wires showing but Justin said “it’s better to have a little bit of wire showing and knowing your daughter and you are safe." The light bulb turned on wow. That powerful.
