Issue #1 the smoke/CO2 detector was not properly installed and the control panel is calling it an issue that needs attention. Issue #2 within in minutes after the technician left the doorbell camera stopped working. I deleted it and re added it but it won’t show me live video, the chime button doesn’t create an audible tone in the house, on the panel, or on my phone app. Also the microphone to communicate to the doorbell is showing as non available. The proper equipment wasn’t brought to the job at 9am and the technician was here until approximately 3.5 hours and the system isn’t working.

I was really pleased at the fact l was having trouble with my Apple app and it was taking a min and the gentleman was so very patient. He took his time made sure everything was working. L was definitely pleased. Thank you so much and l’m definitely going to give you an good referral

Professional service, awesome experience…. Overall excellent experience. Installation was quick and accurate, tech clearly explained everything and how to use equipment. I am very impressed with Vivint. The initial sales rep was kind, listened carefully, and was very helpful. The tech who installed our system was polite, respectful, and helpful. He listened carefully and made reasonable suggestions for adjustments to our initial plan. Everything works well and looks neat and well installed. I am very happy with the whole process.

Our installer, Cameron and sales rep, Carl, made our transition to Vivint seamless and easy! The camera quality and service is already far superior to our former company. Couldn’t be happier with the process so far! The sales process was straightforward and we were offered lots of options to find what best fit our needs. We have a 100 year old home and Cameron was able to work through all the quirks we encountered upon installation too!

Alex ** installed home security for us. Before arriving he had called to inform us he was 25-30mins out, so we can prepare for is his visit. Installation went well, Alex was very professional and patient. Answered all the questions we had. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

I had been considering the doorbell camera and other options such as the door lock combination. I happened to be home when the salesman dropped by and we came to an agreement on the price and two hours later it was completed. Very happy and Satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product or the service to anyone.

I absolutely love my new cameras. The lady who installed my system is the absolute best!!!! She did great and answered all my questions accurately! Just a pleasant lady and experience! I would recommend to friends and family any day. I cannot express enough how wonderful my installer was. She did a superb job! She explained exactly what I needed to know and made sure all was correct.

Our sales guy David was very friendly and answered all the questions we had and even concerns over whether or not we could do it for cheaper using something else. Made our decision pretty easy and once we decided to go with them, it only took about an hour and we were all set up with everything installed and working.

When I got the system it worked pretty well, the back camera never worked so I unplugged it but still was charged for having two cameras. So the contract was up I decided not to renew. They cut my front doorbell off. I would not recommend them as a security company. And they also charge you an early disconnection fee. They are not a people friendly company. It's all about the money, it's a turtle ripoff. They make you sign a contract for 5 years. The salesman told me I can call back at any time to discontinue the service which is also not true. After 5 years the total amount was almost $5,000. Don't do it.

Eric was great and efficient at installing our system. He explained everything and helped us to understand how to use it. I would recommend using them again to my friends and family. They are very kind and thorough when you are choosing the right system for your home. They even went as far as to make sure we got the best prices on everything.

Both Anthony and Cody our salesman and installer both did a great job at going through all the information thoroughly and giving me all of the details I could ask for having the spotted driveway. Light is nice not only for lurkers but also being able to light up that side of the house is wonderful.

Connie was super amazing, knowledgeable, and her customer service was impeccable! She is a great asset to the Vivint family it seems. I would definitely request to have her back for service or even to refer her to others. I hope that is a feature that you offer picking your preferred tech to come out.

He was hands on and showed me how to work the system until I was comfortable using it. Love the system already. Will gladly recommend to family and friends. Glad I got it. Now I can catch my neighbor breaking rules. Worth every penny and the tech who installed it was amazing!!

The guys who came and installed everything were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. They arrived on time and had great communication prior to their arrival. Great customer service. They explained how to use the smart hub and the app on your phone in great detail and walked me through everything multiple times until I understood it.

When we spoke to Dawson we explained what we wanted and didn’t receive as expected. I called to speak to him and not available. Additionally I was charged extra. I was told I had to get outside contractors to finish the order and pay extra. I don’t have extra extra money.

Connie ** helped with everything I needed. She told me about all the other smart devices that I can get in the future. Made the set up easy. Showed me how to work everything. I really feel safer now knowing that I have a reliable smart system. I will be recommending Vivint to friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful experience that I received.

The sales rep was knowledgeable as were the technicians. My chief complaint is that the chime extender does not extend the “motion detected” chimes. However, it will relay everything else. The main selling point was the chime extender waking us up if motion was detected in the driveway. Aside from the chime extender, I am happy with the cameras and operating system of the house, especially the lock. The professionalism and expertise from the team the entire way through was absolutely perfect. Just, a shame about the extender.

Such an easy system to use and they really provide great coverage! Everyone I've talked to with Vivint has been really nice and I thoroughly recommend them! The peace of mind their security system provides is definitely worth it!

This experience both with the sales and technician persons were very pleasant and professional. I approached the salesperson and asked for information before making my decision. I do wish that the price of the equipment would be an integral piece of information with more or less accurate numbers while making our decision. The final total cost seemed to change in every piece of document. However I am satisfied with the purchase and service.

At first I was satisfied with my new system- until I realized just how much I owe- The salesman had coworkers standing in front of my house waiting to go to lunch- so the sales part felt rushed and I feel I was misled or I didn’t understand the huge amount I now owe for the equipment- The salesman used the word free for much of the equipment and rushed me through the process, so I am left shocked over just how much debt I took on… In fairness I am recently widowed, so part of the problem could be grief and widow’s brain- but I am unsure what to do next??

The system is everything I hoped it would be. Works great and the equipment is first rate. The installation technician is fantastic. Took the time to make sure everything worked and the installation was first rate. We are extremely happy. I now know why Vivint gets such high ratings. I would highly recommend this company to everyone looking for a security system.

I had a security system installed. Technician was helpful and professional. The installation was smooth and professionally done. Technician explained operation of system clear and concise. The security system is easy to operate. The app installation was quick. Technician explained each item in the software. The app was demonstrated and each item was explained well.

Yes the technician was excellent job performance and excellent in knowhow and very curious and did his job in a timely manner, and I would recommend him to others for his service. He was very knowledgeable with explaining to us other products, cameras and motion detectors could be helpful for our home.

Everything I have seen with the security equipment is perfect to protect you and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who needs security in their home. The company has great products and service, the technicians are very knowledgeable and on time for their job their products are very reliable and conveniently easy to use, and the product is installed right on your phone. You can see your device on your phone screen great video views of the camera and lock your doors at as well.

The two employees from Vivint who came to install my equipment were super helpful and got the job done in a very reasonable time. Communicated very well and answered any and all questions I had about the system. They showed me a few tips and tricks with our system and equipment that definitely made having this system a lot easier and more effective.

Smooth and seamless install. Installation was completed in just over an hour. The installer explained how to arm and disarm the system along with how to set parameters for the cameras and sensors. Overall a satisfactory experience. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home security system. My wife and I are senior citizens so this system gives us peace of mind knowing we are more secure in our home. The sales rep that we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure to buy the system.

Everything about my install and service is amazing! Rob was my technician and he was so thorough and patient and was so fast and efficient with the install. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to protect their home! The home board and the phone app being synonymous in appearance makes this even greater than I initially thought.

Jonathan was prompt and his communication was superb. He explained everything and provided options without the pushy sales tactics. He even removed some of our old equipment from the last service provider. He explained the system and provided support well above and beyond his duties. The tech who came to our house was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and barely needed anything from me. He explained the system and taught us how to use it. I had no idea it would be so easy to use. I would highly recommend Vivint to my friends and neighbors.

I have been with Vivint for over ten years and although I had minor issues, today just made me look for other options. Six weeks ago, I contact them because one of my outdoor cameras became inoperable. They attempted to fix the issue over the phone but could not. They sent a tech to my house and he attempted to fix the issue but determined that the camera needs to be replaced. He said an upgrade would cost roughly $1,000 plus tax and installation or I could wait six weeks until the camera can be reordered. I told him I will wait.

Derek installed our system today, was very informative with answering our questions and concerns. Unlike Carl which we spoke to online. Carl took our deposit and did not answer our texts when we tried to ask more questions. He did not explain what we were to expect nor did he provide ANY information or an invoice on the equipment we were looking to purchase and installed. Both Carl and Kevin were very misleading regarding the items they said were ‘FREE’. Neither mention what the ‘Start up kit’ included or how that works. I hope you clear this up before someone else goes through this same experience.

I am very impressed by the home security system that VIVINT provides. I see the value of the video monitoring, and connection to the police to keep us safe. it is very easy to use the system, and I would recommend it to anyone trying to protect their home property and family. Alex did a remarkable job, first with his consultation and recap of all the options, then helping me select what best suits our needs, and finally installing the system and training me on it. There are been many break-ins in the neighborhood, and others have installed the system, and it has served them well according to my neighbors. Now our home is protected, and we have ease of use and peace of mind. I’m very grateful for Vivint's security home alarm system. Thank you.

Doorbell camera view is amazing, I would say a knowledgeable team that can get things done, and inform you on great ways to maximize camera angles. Not loud for install which was a plus! Amazing so far.

The young lady Sharita was super kind and professional. She navigated throughout her tasked very skillfully and seasoned. Then she was assisted by Christian, who was also very calm and professional. Both of these two techs should be promoted to supervisor positions. They need to share their experience with new techs in the field.

I am very pleased with our install. Quality equipment and very easy to use. Art was exceptional all around. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made it a fun time to hang out & talk to him while he worked on the install. Despite running into minor issues that he was not expecting, such as the house being made of brick between the drywall, he immediately had a solution to move forward and finish the install in a timely & professional looking way.

The door sensor was set as a window sensor but it got fixed real quick over the phone. The call was fast and was very concise. I had the same problem with my last alarm company but they took an hour to answer and couldn't even fix the problem. So it's very nice that you guys were able to fix it and so quickly. Thank you.

I would give Vivint a 0 if that were an option! If Vivint Security comes to your door, shut it and run the other way! We signed up for their smart-home security system on September 4th. Their very slimy sales rep, Nate, told us that they were offering us a 30-day trial because it was a new build. After agreeing to the 30-day trial and signing up at 5:30 p.m. He says his technician will be over shortly to install. Flash forward 2.5 hours, and still no tech. I tell Nate that we can schedule a time for installation; it's late, it's a school night, etc. Nate then informs me that it must be installed on the SAME DAY to get my deal (mind you he did not mention that when going over the package or deal). 11:15 the tech was finally done, but did not have our smart thermostats available, so he would have to come back to install those later.

Joe was most certainly the best installer I have ever worked with. His concise approach to educating me and my staff far surpassed my expectations. We had 4 burglaries in 2 weeks and he knew exactly how to handle the situation and help us through the process. The whole process took little to no time. The specialist was knowledgeable and able to walk me through the information. The agent was helpful and communicative. There were no hiccups and I was informed of additional equipment placements I could look into as well as how to best monitor my home

Michael was courteous and explained the use of the system well. He was able to connect my preexisting wired sensors. My 30 year old system in now 21st century. We hope our monitoring experience in the future will be as positive as this initial one. Reviews online are positive. I hope ours is too.

Great service and product. The service provider was informative and professional. He offered ideas and suggestions that he thought would be helpful. He also did not try to sell us items we didn’t need. We have this product in two homes now and would recommend this to anyone who is in need of a security system.

Outstanding job installing and setting up out security system. Tech showed us how the system works and features available. Smoke detectors were installed as well and thermostats. Should be receiving credit with insurance company with this system as well. System monitoring and emergency verification and dispatching was another huge plus.

Our installer, Richard, was AMAZING! Our house gave him some issues, but he was able to do what he needed to do and he is a superstar! He explained everything for us and made sure that we were completely happy. He was here for a short time but felt like one of our family

Installation was very efficient. Jake was very personable and knowledgeable about the security system and walked my mom and I through how to use it. Neither mom or I are very great with smart home solutions, but Jake was very thorough and the system is easy to use. I definitely feel safer with the system installed.

I honestly had a great experience with Vivint. The salesman was honest and clear and answered all my questions. The technician was super nice and explained every step of the way. He also helped me understand the app and setup. We also did some trial runs on the alarm. I’m a visual learner.

Larry was very informative, honest and friendly. Would highly recommend Vivint. Install was quick in spite of a bit of snag that was encountered. Also, added the front door smart lock without problems. Service fees are very manageable too! Panel and phone app also are user friendly.. Equipment is slick and modern looking... Our installer Joseph was fantastic! He was courteous, knowledgeable, quick, and patient. We had a problem thinking about the best place to put a camera, Joseph stepped in and gave great suggestions. He also helped with the best location to pick up our driveway. Overall, I was impressed, he really showed his pride in his work.

The sales representative lied about the services that I could have. The alarm is also constantly going off and the services are so expensive. I am wanting to cancel my services because I am not happy with them at all. They say I could have bars on my windows but when they came out they stated that's not done anymore.

Eight months ago, I have Vivint install two security systems at both my homes up north in New York and one here in Naples, Florida. One star is a compliment. I’ve spent hours replacing faulty parts, even though I purchased the Service Contract. The alarm went off today in Florida for no reason. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service to be told that the next service appointment would be sometime next month. I was also on the phone for a separate 45 minute phone call, once the man made the appointment you read off my address which was not even close to my home address not even in the same state. I read reviews before I purchased the system. Awful customer service sales person lied to me about everything I was purchasing. The biggest ways of $8000 I’ve ever spent.

Our tech, Cody, was very efficient and informative! He did a thorough walk-through of our home and let us know what we needed in order for things to be secure. We had a very pleasant experience and we feel extra safe in our brand new home! Thanks again, Cody & Vivint!

Joshua was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. He was able to tell me from experience why giving would be a good option for my home security. He is very personable and professional. Christina came right over and got to work she was very quick and efficient in installing my equipment and made sure I could use all features easily. These two are amazing and Vivint is lucky to have them.

Roque arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about all the products I had questions about, and he worked quickly, but carefully to complete the installation. He showed me how to operate the system at the wall panel and on my smart phone through the app. So far, the security system has been easy to use and I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking to add a sense of security to their home.

Buyer beware. A salesperson cold called us while walking our neighborhood. Lie one - he told me there was a 30 day cancel period. Lie two - nothing new will appear on my credit report. Even after telling sales representative many times that I didn't want anything new credit inquiry due to us purchasing a new car. He assured me it would be a soft pull, not an hard inquiry. All lies.

Ariel was so professional with my install today. He help my mom understand how to use the new system and showed us how everything works together. 10 out of 10 service. I would highly recommend him again for anyone. Great customer service, honesty and integrity the whole way through. I would definitely recommend one of my family members to try out and see if it benefits them in any way. I love my new system and the way it set up exactly the way I wanted it and I wouldn’t change a thing about it.

Doug set up our Vivint system efficiently, and walked us through the use and system perfectly. He prioritized keeping the installation clean and tidy, which we appreciated, and was very helpful with our questions (and we had lot). We give him 10 out of 10. I recently sold my house and called Vivint to cancel my service. I was informed that I was still on the hook for 50% of the remainder of my one year contract if the new owners did not take over the contract. I have no control over that. Furthermore I cannot in good faith recommend that they do so knowing this is not a customer friendly company - looking for legalistic ways to trap the customer and keep a buck. I know this was probably in the fine print. But I want to make you aware of this fine print and the heart of the company that you are considering hiring. They value that buck more than you and are willing to sacrifice their reputation for a few bucks. This is a blueprint for a company that fails.

The service was amazing and he was very helpful on telling us how to use the app and equipment. He asked us how we felt about where all the equipment was being installed and how he was setting all the equipment up. He also was very funny and he was really fast about how he putting everything in.

Robert was great when he came to my apartment. He was straight to the point and it was very simple and painless set up process. Robert took the time after installment and went over all the details of how to use the system. It's been a few days but, everything works without issue and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a door camera/security system.

Justin was very thorough and quick with my security install. He explained everything and provided his expertise on location of cameras. Justin was pleasant and polite while in my home. I give him 5 stars and recommend him for other installs. He’s quite the gentleman and very patient with a rambunctious household.

Was told I would have a worry free trial period and wanted to have a look at the camera. Got the camera and 3 of the door/window monitors set up and asked for them to be removed a few days later due to rep not replying back in a timely manner. Come to find out they did a hard credit check twice and wrote up the installment as installing one of their priciest packages. Customer service refuses to do anything at all along with 3 weeks of their rep basically avoiding me at all cost. So not only will they not let me return anything after their rep lied about everything but also charging me almost $5k in products when I only have $400 worth of gear plus the iPad control pad. When they say run don't walk 100% they mean it. Run and don't look back. They have had multiple lawsuits about their fraudulent practices and apparently have learned nothing!

The sales experience was overall very good. Informative but not too pushy. Once I wanted some time to talk to my wife I was treated with respect. Subsequent text messages to check in were kind. Once technician came and advised my wife did feel a bit of upsell in play. However, I felt that was expected And part of the negotiation for final fees. Pleased with the product.

The activation rep was great! Alex walked me through the process of setting up my home security system over the phone and made everything very easy for me. I was offered the equipment protection, learned how to arm my home and access cameras from my phone. My favorite feature is the 2 way voice calling through the system.

My rep Diego was great! He was very thorough and was of great assistance. I was always able to contact him and he has been responsive and able to address my concerns. The technicians that installed my equipment were very professional and efficient. They made sure I was satisfied with the placement of my cameras and doorbell.

Would highly recommend him to anybody who needs your product.. Please give this young man a raise. 100% would get again. Fast, I asked him questions and he was very helpful.. The technician that came over to my residence was very helpful and responded with utmost care and patience to all my questions and concerns regarding equipment and safety standards. And as with the representative I had spoken to was a gentleman and scholar towards my concerns and questions to which I’ve decided to get the VIVINT security.

1st - It is far more expensive than what is listed. Service has been poor. My smoke detector stopped functioning and it took 5 replacements to get one that worked. When the current system was installed the 2 Vivint employees that were here never got the system to work. They did, however, have time to both go in my bathroom and completely rearrange my counter space and my floor items. One came back the next day and ask if the system was working. Of course it was not. No one had been here to make it work. I had to wait for someone to come from another area to work on the system. When my contract is up I will not renew!

Displeased! Sales man told me he would give me a week trial period, wife and I weren’t impressed with security system. Called to cancel trial period. And the salesman put cancellation period only 3 days on the contract. He told my wife and I we had a week. The company wouldn’t honor the verbal agreement. Very displeased with Company!!

Everything was great. Brian did an amazing job. He walked me through everything so thoroughly. With this being my very first security system, he made me feel right at home. He was efficient and he made sure I understand everything before he left. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

They did amazing and since it’s been only a couple of days we have loved it so much more than our previous security provider. We hope that whoever uses Vivint enjoys it significantly more or equally as much as we do! I love the price and the amount of stuff we received. Not only did our installer, Dennis, installed the sensors and panel with care he also helped backed my car into the driveway so that I can run the battery properly! Above and beyond. I will definitely call him again if I need anything else installed and even recommended the electronic pendant for my own personal emergencies.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service based on the amount I’m paying for this equipment. First customer service call was to report that a number in my alarm code on one of my locks stopped working. Customer service was no help and said they could replace it for a cost. I got mad and disconnected. Same lock had battery warning on app few months later replaced the battery but then received notice that door lock wasn’t being recognized. Called customer service again, went through a bunch of things and eventually he said they send a new one for ME to install and I had to send the old one back. I finally got the new one on after many failed attempts- took way longer than it should have.

Vivint's representatives provided a seamless experience when installing our security system today. While our appointment was not until the late afternoon, they called early in the morning to ask if we had availability for them to install the system earlier. This was wonderful for us! It took them less than two hours to set up the entire system. After installation, they provided a detailed training on how the system works. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to secure their home.

The Vivint technician TJ showed up on time and notified me when he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and informative during the installation process and stayed with me until I felt comfortable with the newly installed system. On the last minute of activating my service, I have been forced to sign the agreement without any mention of the 30 day trial period, while I was offered the 30 day trial. When I asked the technician that the agreement is not correct, they mentioned 30 day ROR is noted on the system but not on the contract that I have to signed. I was forced to sign the contract as is to activate the service.

Extremely quick and thorough sale and install. Salespeople got an installer to our house the next day. Our service technician was knowledgeable and patient with us learning system. Great experience. Software aspects are very intuitive thus easy to use.

I am impressed with the equipment. Higher quality than other equipment in the market. I was equally impressed with the salesperson. The installation technician was also very good. The cameras have very sharp images and capture images in a wide angle. The 2 garage doors will require sensors installed.

The cameras are great! I can see and talk to my kids while I’m at work giving me peace of mind. So far my only complaint was the installation process. The installation was 200.00 and the installer did not set up my garage door and when I text him he said I could do it myself. I’m not sure why he didn’t come back to do it but I couldn’t not get the app to pair to my phone so it’s still not set up. There was a lot of dust left inside my home where he drilled. I’m hoping that this is worth the investment.

The salesman quoted me at certain amount. When I signed paperwork on the link that he provided me it was a certain amount. When I received the purchase agreement via email it was almost 400 more than what I agreed to. This is unacceptable and doesn’t give Vivint a good name.

Justin, my installer, was nothing short of amazing, especially for 26yo!! He is articulate, thorough, courteous, polite, and efficient!! I was there during the entire installation process and I could not have happier with the entire process!! He is a true professional!!! I am going to refer as many clients of mine to Vivint (I am a Realtor).

We had an existing ADT system and Henry, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable regarding the transition. He had a crew on hand in the neighborhood and they were able to manage the switch in one afternoon. We had to pick up kids from school and they even brought in more people from the surrounding area to ensure we didn’t miss our pick up.

I really love the service, cameras are super clear and covers a wide range. Everything is absolutely beautiful. Spencer and Mason did best!! The only thing I didn’t like is the thermostat which don’t see0 to be showing the right temperature and letting the fan run all the time. Overall, it’s lot better than ADT.

We are very pleased with our new system. The cameras are very clear and the alarm pad is user friendly. Victry was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. He demonstrated how to use the system and made sure we knew how to use it. The pad showed the time at first but now it’s black unless we touch it. We were told there was a glitch in the system. Hope, the glitch will be resolved and the pad will display the time again.

We had a great experience with both our salesperson and installer. The system is very easy to navigate the and the cameras are clear. We signed up on a Saturday evening and the entire system was installed Monday morning. Our sales guy came back by to make sure we were satisfied with everything.

Our salesman was very professional and helpful. We felt no pressure to buy, instead he tried to see what we wanted in our system. The warranty that gave us 60 days to use the system without a risk to us was very nice. I liked that Vivint has so many products and we could easily pick the ones that particularly met our needs. Generally a very pleasant experience.

So far not impressed with this company. Have had two issues with initial instillation. Requested a tech to come back out and fix, was given a four hour window and no show. Called to request a status and no one was able to supply, supposed to receive a call back, that didn’t happen either. Finally got someone out. Also upon initial sign up tried to use a discount code appearing on the website but was given the runaround, seemed like a bait and switch scam. Very disappointed overall. Would not recommend. Not just the issues but also the unwillingness of anyone I’ve spoken with to try to fix or make amends.

The equipment is great. The installers are good. The only issue for me is the customer service, it is God awful. As long as you don’t need customer service, you’ll be just fine. We have had multiple problems with billing. Every time we try to call the whole times are very long and when you finally get somebody, they’re completely unhelpful.

My experience with Vivint has been very troublesome. Though they present themselves are customer service oriented and people first, I have experienced the exact opposite. My frustrations have been cause by my experience with unauthorized charges to now being able to lock my door for almost a month now. Vivint has not made my safety a priority. It is utterly ridiculous that I cannot fully lock and secure my home and my devices do not fully work. If considering Vivint, please do your homework and get other quotes from their competitors.

So far I am impressed with the people, including sales and technical, and with my security system. I had to call Customer Service a couple of days after it was installed for a little issue and they took care of it right away. They were very helpful and quick. I believe the fix they did in the settings corrected everything. I also had to call our sales person to help me set up my husband’s app and he was very quick getting back to me and helping me do it. So far the service has been great.

The salesman was pushy, I told him 10 times I have go to hospital for CAT scan on my heart and had to wait till after first week of September. He just said, "Ok you can wait but sign this to say you are ready now. We can just hold it for you, but you will lose all discounts so Then you better sign now." The installer shows up and the salesman said, "It’s free now, but $175.00 if you don’t get it now."

I have done a lot of research with security companies, and I landed with Vivint because of previous reviews from mutual friends. I ended up being happy with the service. And the benefits that offered, however, their price point is fairly high. When it comes to their equipment costs compared to other security, video companies and or competitors. Vivint's customer service, however, it's very transparent with pricing and eager to ensure that the customer is happy and understands the investment in the long term benefits.

The service that I got from the technicians and seller was great. Very nice and respectful. They had listened to my concerns and catered to my personal needs. The seller sat down and explained everything in detail. When I had any questions he had answered them and showed in detail what I wanted to know.

I was approached by a salesperson going door to door. He spent a lot of time explaining options for me and did attempt to work with my budget. This product seems amazing but I could not afford it, despite attempts to custom manage packages for me. I was very upfront with the limitations I had financially so it was a little disappointing that I wasn’t truly listened to and everyone’s time was wasted, while getting a taste of this amazing product only to have to cancel. I understand that he was just doing his job but I recommend listening to your prospective customers better. It’ll be a win-win for everyone; nobody will have to be disappointed and nobody’s time would be wasted. Thank you.

Sales rep is very knowledgeable. He is courteous & respectful. Excellent job in convincing owner to switch/upgrade. He thoroughly explained how the system would work with my existing alarm. He explained incentive to cover expenses to payoff existing contract & guaranteed service for a week, if not satisfied, will get money back. Installer is prompt in working initial install but will come back to finish.

Roden -was super helpful super fast and got the job done in a timely manner. He was also very informative with teaching me how to use the new system giving me security in the product. I love how he took my want and needs making sure everything was placed correctly and making sure my wires were clean. Even adding some extra features to the cameras and was able to save me some money as well. I was very satisfied with Roden and the work he put it.

Kyle was great. He showed us a lot of products that would make our home better. More safe place. We ended up getting a doorbell camera and two outside cameras for the front and the back of our house and we also got a smart lock. Kyle and his team were very professional and thorough walking us through how to use our products. The install was done pretty quick for what all they had to do and they did a great job.

I was very disappointed to learn that I was mislead, by the sales rep, with respect to the preexisting equipment I have and its compatibility with the updated hardware. The cameras I had in place were not able to be connected to new panel. Saul, the installer was great and very friendly. He is the only reason I am giving such a high rattling...

I asked for the prior hardware to be removed and to have the new one placed there. Instead, I have old and new hardware. The light outside is off center. I said I didn’t have time for installment that day, but the rep insisted that it wouldn’t take long. I think because everything was rushed, it wasn’t done properly.

The system we purchased is not up to the caliber of our old system and we did not receive proper instructions on how to use it. The features we explained we needed were not installed or if they are we were not shown how to use them properly. Thus, upon arriving home we were unable to figure out the disarming and police arrived. We would like to feel safe and knowledgeable of our system for our safety and the fact that we are paying for the service.

Our entire experience with Vivint was easy, efficient and an over good experience. Andrew was exceptional and gave us no pressure. He’s also a neighbor and that made us feel entirely better with the experience. He knows the area and the pulse of the area and the residents. Matt was here to install within 15 mins and we were shocked. Everyone was helpful and we feel good with the purchase. Well done Vivint!!!

Our sales guy Dylan had a cool approach to showing me what he had to offered. Was well-informed and easy to talk to. Our installer was also very cool and didn’t mind him in our home for a few hours. Missing one star because I would have liked the installer to setup our Alexa/Vivint communication as well as the garage door opener and nest communication.

The rep that came to my house was very nice, but not professional. We were working on the house after just buying it and he interrupted our work. There was not a lot of situational awareness on his part. The technician was professional and did his job as much as he could. He was not prepared for my house's metal framing, but he was able to set up a follow-up appointment to get everything else installed. It took a long time for the technician to arrive and since we were working on the house and had not moved anything in, we were essentially forced to stay and not work on anything to wait for the tech. It would have been nice if we could have scheduled the installation instead of being blindsided and caught unprepared to stay later than we were expecting.
