Jordan called me in the morning to help with setting things up in our new home with the system. Was extremely professional and knew everything I had questions to. Worked it out super quick and was very good with my son’s question like all the why’s haha.

Cody was very knowledgeable and patient to explain to me every detail of what he was doing and placing all the sensors and cameras in the areas where I could feel safe. I would definitely give him a 12 he went above his duty. This Vivint from hiring such great people.

Technician Steve was Professional, fast, efficient and respectful. On time and got straight to work. Explained procedure, answered all questions. Walked me through everything that was done and equipment. He was patient with walking me through system and answering questions. Technician gave me honest opinions about placement of cameras, then explained why.

It was very helpful. I felt that by following the instructions from the installer that I shouldn't have to pay for the installation fee. This was a reconnection and by following his instructions were helpful I felt that the cost was a bit much.

Today l had a wonderful experience. A technician knock on my door to install my system. His name was Victor. He was the most polite and professional person I've met lately. I will tell all my friends and family to choose this company to secure their home. Thanks Vivint. Thumbs up 👍.

Finding and selecting a home security company can be difficult without some kind of guidance. I had seen ads for a few companies but couldn’t find one that best suited my needs. I made a quick choice and decided to get a quote from Vivint. It took maybe 10 minutes max for the sales rep to find a package right for me and with the pricing they offered, it sounded great. I was nervous, thinking cost vs quality. But the equipment and quality went beyond expectations. The person who came to install was friendly, respectful, and personable. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for home security.

I was really impressed with this company from the salesperson to the installation guy. It was done quickly, professionally, the app is so easy to operate I am sold at this point on this company and its products. My wife and daughter are happy with everything too. Great purchase for us.

Everything was great. Travis the installer was awesome. He was very thorough about going over everything with my alarm system before starting the process. He was prompt and made sure I didn’t have any questions during the entire process. Travis was great! Also, the original person that I spoke with over the phone to set everything up was awesome. His name is Josh. The company should be excited about having these two employees.

Excellent experience with the installer. He was very patient and did a very good job. Hopefully this camera system will pay itself off. The salesman was great. He did a very good job on telling me about the system so that is the main reason why I decided to go with it. Vivint should be very pleased with both the salesman and the installer because to me they both were outstanding and did a very good job. I will spread the news and try to tell my neighbors about the system and hopefully can make them change or get the system also.

I absolutely love this system!! It’s so easy to customize and the accuracy of the equipment is top-tier! It’s really a security system like no other!!! I’ve only had it for a day and I know I’m keeping the service. The sales guy was professional and helpful. And the tech was very thorough. The installation is so quick and easy too!! I love it.

Arrived promptly for our appointment. He Was very polite and took the time to address our needs and wants. He was very knowledgeable of his job and the product. Training was also excellent. The tech did a great job and showed me how to use everything. He was also very good with my dogs. Very respectful and put everything up in a hurry. Would recommend for sure. So far everything works great. The camera system is handy and the panel is very easy to use.

The control panel would not link to my wifi and now I have a hotspot that I have to leave plugged into my wifi router. It took a long time to get everything installed. I cannot log into the app as it only allows a log in- No registration option and I did not receive any information on how to set up our account through the app. As of right now we can only control things with the panel inside the house. Boo. Also, didn’t have the key pad for the door or the smoke detector. So they have to come back out a different day to install but couldn’t tell us when. Just said sometime next week. This entire process has given me a headache.

We had finished our initial 4 year contract and terminated the service. Due to a change in circumstances, we needed to restart our service. Vivint was very helpful and got us back up and going with no issues. Our only complaint is that we had to pay for all the monitoring services and could not choose only the one we needed. Bright side was that we only needed to sign up for one year of service at a time.

The rep that installed the system was very professional and prompt. He answered all of our questions. We were satisfied with the work he provided. He showed up on time and explained what the process would be and did just that. Can't say anything negative at this point. They delivered what was discussed.

Derek was exceptionally informative and polite during the install. He kept me up to date to each part of the process. Very thorough with the training of how to use the equipment. And cleaned up after himself more than expected. Overall, my experience with Derek and Vivint security, is easily a 10/10!

Great service, products, and customer service. The Service technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. He was on time for the appointment. I received a call ahead of time to be notified that he was arriving. I would recommend Vivint to anyone who needs dependable surveillance and security/alarm service. Spending money on home security is like buying insurance, you hope you never use it. I had been on the fence about investing in a security but after meeting the sales rep (Damian) and his low pressure approach I was able to build a system I wanted. The keys for me were the cellular redundancy, ease of use, camera quality and I didn’t know it at the time but the installer (Ronen) was the most professional, most patient and most trusted service person I have ever worked with. I don’t like spending money where I don’t find value, this is not the case with Vivint. Thank you.

The Tech worked hard and completed the job in great fashion, and also explained the system simply and thoroughly. The Tech explained an array of Services available on security plan and I upgraded because the services fitted my needs well. The tech went the extra mile to complete the job. The job was well done.

Our technician, Connie, showed up on time, was very professional, She is the best technician that’s ever installed anything in my home. She was Smart, knew everything about every question we had. She gave us ideas about how to set our home up to accommodate our concerns. I could say a lot more about Connie, we will leave it with, she was Great!!!!

Signing up was easy. Install was quick. All questions was answered. John show me how to use the system, check all sensors and make sure all was working. If I have any more questions of problems just call the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great deal and great promotion. Will recommend to family and family.

The installation was done with expertise and quickly. I would recommend in a heartbeat. I’m just learning how to operate the system. There is nothing else to say except that I was satisfied with the whole experience. The gentleman was very curious.

I was an customer with ADT up until July of last year. That's when I became an Vivint customer. Worst mistake ever. I was told they would buyout my contract with ADT which they didn't and I had to pay. So I said why stay with them and they are dishonest. So I went back to ADT. Got ready to get an reinstall and guess what? The tech that installed for Vivint took all my equipment so I couldn't get my install today and guess what? Vivint I gotta get all new equipment that I have to pay for cause your guys took my **. Not an honest company at all. I hate people that lie and steal.😒🙄

I was very impressed with the tech guy and the rep, both were very kind and respectful… Both had answers to all my questions. They took their time explaining everything to me and my husband. They were not rushing me while I asked my questions. I would recommend both these men to friends and family…. And I am loving the new system also far.

Our sales guy Akram was great to his time and talked us through everything and what happens when we moves since we are military. He helped us pick exactly what we needed and even keep us updated on when the technician was going to show up. Overall very happy with the experience!

The good, the bad, and the ugly. The equipment is good, the customer service is lacking honesty when it comes to replacing worn out equipment using the equipment replacement service that customers pay 10 dollars a month for. I have been a customer for over 14 years, I'm still received the run around and fake stories about why I can't get a replacement for a defective camera. The notes will disappear, and if you get a customer service rep from overseas most will start to speak broken English and report your problems in a whole different way than you explained to them. Example: I have an defective outdoor camera for a year now, I made so many complaints I can't count, the hook is Vivint wants me to upgrade instead of replacement, the techs who take the complaints won't leave notes about the problems, I did get a 46 dollar credit, this was placed as a software problem, and was supposed to be sent to the tech department.

I took over this system from the previous homeowners. What a mistake! I have RING at my other house and so much better! Every time I call support they can't fix the problem or want to send me “free” tech if I just agree to pay them more per month. Dishonest, incompetent…shady at best.

Great job with the installation. Installer took the time to train me on setup and usage of alarms. Meet all our expectations on the alarm system features. System is easy to alarm and a big improvement over previous system. Love the tie in with the garage door. My wife will be thrilled at the ease of usage.

A technician came to install some equipment the other day, but he didn't finish the job properly. He left some of the equipment loose and didn't say anything about needing to leave to get something from a coworker. He never returned, which was very unprofessional. I'm not happy with the service I received.

My parents are in their 70's, and has been paying for several years auto draft from their bank. We have called over a month ago, about some issues and NOBODY came to fix it or called. My husband and I moved in to help with my mother as she is sick. We moved the motion detector and unplug the alarm box and nobody called us about it. We called to cancel and they will not allow us to cancel even though all detectors and alarm was completely paid for, and we were told they would still draft their payment. So we had to go and stop ALL payments at the bank. These are elders and they are taking advantage of the elders. We will be in contact with our lawyers.....

The young man and young lady that came and installed the cameras they were awesome. They did an excellent job installing the cameras. They did not leave They did an excellent job installing the cameras. They did not leave a mess and everything looks nice and professional and They explained step-by-step how the system works. Great customer service. Salesman and his installation team were very friendly and professional. The only issue I have is I got white cameras and my house has a dark exterior. Wish you could pick other colors to better match your exterior and not have the cameras stick out like a sore thumb.

Very happy with the low price and the fact that it will never raise unless I add more equipment. Also the lowering significantly in 5 years is nice as well. They also installed very quickly and within the same day. The technology also works better than the ones received from my previous security company.

First, they promised us continuous recording and continuous monitoring. Vivint does neither of those things. The price tag on the service they don't provide is quite hefty as well. Second, is ridiculous that they can only fix their equipment by using my cellphone. The account is under my husband's name, phone number, email, and verbal password. My husband does not have a cell phone, so the technician refused to fix their camera that is faulty. The early termination fee is worse than paying off the security hardware. We are stuck paying for faulty equipment until the contract is up. Speak of contract, Vivint swears to be the best service, yet our stuff was still broken into, and wasn't recorded when it was in full view of the camera. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone use this service.

Technician was very kind and professional. He was very patient with my questions. He assisted me in completing online forms. He was very clear and patient as he explained how the Vivint works. If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give an infinite amount! Excellent service.

At the beginning of our conversation we were told we were on a recorded line. When being informed about the contract, I was told it was gonna cover my deposit for my light and gas, so I decided to continue with the contract I was told I wasn’t gonna have. I was unobligated to keep the contract. If I didn’t want it I can cancel at 3 to 5 months. I asked more than once or at the two week grace and now when I am installed, and the installer came, he told me I was obligated to a five-year contract. I know at the end of this. I am not obligated to sign a contract, but I feel that they should be telling you the truth and not trying to manipulate you.

I have been very pleased so far with Vivint. There was a slight miscommunication with the sales rep initially as to all of the charges, however, that was cleared up quickly. As for installation, the tech Shawn was amazing. He was very thorough, took his time and even stayed late to make sure the job was completed that day.

The service tech and the salesman were both professional. Met all my needs. Add an appointment with the salesman to show up at 3:30. He was here on time straight to business. When everything was completed he asked if I wanted a tech to show up this evening. I said yes and within an hour and a half a tech was here. Two hours after that I was up and running. Very pleased.

The tech Chris was on time, informative and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain every detail and made the whole process very easy for me. Also, Chris went over all the equipment options but never pushed anything on me. He gave me the details and allowed me to make the best choice for my family's needs. He inquired about my needs and expectations, and fit a plan to meet my budget and security expectations. Technician Brian ** was great. He went over our service plan and asked if there was anything else we might want. Clearly explained what he was doing, equipment, and how it would be different from what we’ve had.

Ryan was awesome. He communicated with me prior to the appointment. Once he arrived we did the walk through && I realized I wanted to make some adjustments. Ryan was accommodating and patient. The setup is exactly how I wanted and I look forward to getting more equipment in the future.

The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Installation and explanation were great. The cameras, door camera and window sensors are working to my expectations. This will provide more security and me and my wife to feel safer. The techs cleaned any mess, from installation, that was made. The system, so far, is easy to understand and easy to work.

Installation with Nick out of Nashville was a breeze. On time and efficient. The Vivint system is very user friendly and love that you can control everything from the app including toggling from different alarms. Payment plan is a plus so are panic buttons on the controller screen. Thank you, Nick, much appreciated!

Very friendly and quick installation. Brandon, the install technician was excellent and very efficient. They had an opening sooner than my appointment date, had I not been working the next couple days I would have definitely taken them up on that offer. Unfortunately, they did not have a yard sign however, they are supposed to get more in and are going to bring me one this week. Highly recommend.

Super happy to have the system installed and the install tech was great, the reason for the low rating as of right now is the next day essentially nothing was speaking with the security panel anymore and since then it seems like multiple things are disconnecting daily. We’re having a tech back out to confirm why this is happening.

Very helpful service from everyone that I interacted with. I was not able the access my thermostat on my new home due to it being locked by the previous owner. A winter storm is coming and the house was freezing. They were able to get my activation appointment moved up. Thank you all.

My in-home Vivint consultation was thorough and informative. The rep (Spencer) chose products that were in my best interest without up-charging or selling me things I don’t need. The system was installed the next day without any problems (Greg). I am impressed with the level of professionalism and it has only been 2 days! Vivint has a user friendly system that definitely ensures safety on many levels.

Hi! I have a Vivint system that was installed and everything that was provided to me was all lies. Sincerely I don’t recommend this company at all. Every time I call first very hard to understand them…. Very hard to get a manager on the line. Very rude customer service team. They have no respect and no loyalty whatsoever. I was told that I was getting so many cameras, so many sensors and motion, etc. and that didn’t happened. I’m still missing a camera that never received. Every month is a problem with my payments. Every month I’ve been charged a different amount so I had to cancel my credit card. And filed two fraudulent claims. Then I started paying thru my bank eBill and for whatever reason my payments were posted late and being charged late fees.

We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Vivint. When we updated our equipment, they never disclosed that we were being locked into a new contract. To our surprise, we were later forced to pay the remaining cost of the contract, which felt unfair and deceptive. On top of that, the harassment is relentless. They bombard you with calls, texts, and mail, which makes the whole experience even worse. Dealing with Vivint has been stressful, and we regret ever choosing their service. Be cautious if you’re considering them—they’re not transparent about their terms.

Vivint has taken incredible care of our family. The techs were incredible, respectful of our home, and privacy. Installation fast and easy, it took less than 2 hours. It would have gone much faster, but I'm a conversationalist, and the techs were great company. :) Customer service was out of this world. Went above and beyond to make sure our experience is great. Thank you To Summer and Josh for making this a seamless process! I’m also quite pleased with the updated equipment.

This is our 4th home install with Vivint. Our technician was top notch and very knowledgeable. The app and equipment are very easy to use and we are instantly able to use our system seamlessly. The cameras work great at night and we are able to customize them from our phone. Highly recommend!

I love it. It works great minus the doorbell camera, I’ve had it for a couple days & everyday, it goes offline… that’s probably the only part I don’t like, so far so good. I approve I really just don’t like the offline part other than that great. Also Andy, he was great explained everything I needed to know & said I can call if any issues. Which I might do.

I was with this company in the previously year but was switched to another company. Reliant sent me promo and it was just on time. I was really ready to change this coming year 2025.

Our installer was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He alone gets five stars just for being awesome. The system is both sophisticated and user friendly at the same time. We’re really happy with it. We also appreciate that it comes with so many customizable options for installation, usage and security based on our needs. There are a ton of different ways to connect the security system to our needs (like window options, options for all outside doors, surveillance on all sides of the house, etc).

Difficulty understanding person on phone giving instructions. Complicated instructions without any written materials. System not completely functional and had to wait while being transferred. Then second person unable to arrange technician visit. May not continue with product.

Ryan came out to install my system. He was punctual and got it done in a timely manner. He helped me get logged in and showed me how to work everything before he left. He was great! I would definitely recommend the service to my friends and family and recommend Ryan for the install!

The gentleman was nice very thorough with his experience. Explained that the sensors in our rooms no longer working only one in a bedroom. Also let us know how to use the panel and app on our phone. He also let us know that the rooms have names so he couldn’t really know which sensor was working due to previous owner name the rooms.

Conrad my service technician did a great job with the installation and explaining how the service works. The overall experience of how the system works seem pretty easy to navigate. I look forward to Vivint security system and the comfort of being safe in my own home. I recommend the service so far anyone looking for securing your home. Great customer service!

Salesman pushy and said anything to get sale. The real terms aren't available for you until the equipment is installed. I was told I had 60 days to change my mind. I only had 3 and stuck now and wasn't aware of contract. Vivint doesn't care that I feel robbed and not want any of it. They only care that they have you under contact. I mailed the equipment back even tho they don't accept it. I don't want the reminder of being tricked into $4K of equipment. I'm angry with myself for not having the police remove the salesman from home and believing anything he said.

Jory was very professional, courteous and well-experienced with his work. He did an excellent job installing our Vivint home security system. We will definitely recommend Vivint to our neighbors and friends as our experience with every employee has been above and beyond. The security system works wonderfully with our iPhones. And the monthly payment is the lowest in the industry. We couldn’t ask for more! This company is much better than all of its competitors hands down. Install guy was very nice and informative. Install was fast and efficient. He made a hole in the wall without checking for studs so he had to make another hole somewhere else. Now there's an useless hole in my wall. He only cleaned up part of the wall debris that was created. The app to the service is not good. It gives me two notifications every time my doorbell detects someone.

EJ was amazing from start to finish. He was quick, answered any questions I had and showed me my way around my entire system! I can go to sleep at night or leave my home knowing my kids and I are protected. I’m so excited to have peace of mind again!

It took 4 tries to get an install date but install went well when the installer arrived. I haven’t dealt with customer service yet but intend to ask some questions when I call. I’m still learning and figuring things out. Hopefully my call to customer service will go smoothly and their help will go smoothly and we’ll get my wife’s phone set up.

The gentleman that came out to my house to talk to me about the system he was very, very nice. He knew what he was talking about. He knew what he was doing and I liked him a lot. The other gentleman that came out and put the system in he was very nice, very, very nice, adequate. He knew exactly what he was doing. I told him where to put everything. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He was courteous. They were both gentlemen. Thank you so much for sending those two gentlemen to my home.

My kids and I were absolutely overwhelmed with your wonderful customer service and my new security system! We were so happy to hear a technician would be here within a couple of hours. Our technician was Shea, the nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable and efficient person we could have asked for. Within a few hours my new security system was installed which I love!

We were very pleased with the customer service from our phone call to our service person (Cody). We love that we have made our home a “smart” home! The security of being able to see all around our house and the convenience of being able to alarm, disarm, lock and unlock systems remotely makes the system worth the money. I had service installed yesterday. Mixed feelings so far. Patio camera keeps indicating that there is someone on the patio, but there is no one there. Front door camera didn't capture my neighbor coming up to door & knocking. Driveway camera didn't load the video of my neighbor walking across my driveway. Less than 12 hours and I don't feel any better than I did with my previous monitoring company.

Jordan was a great technician! He was very thorough with the walkthrough and made everything super easy to understand. He was friendly, informative and the sales process and set up of the cameras was super quick and easy! I would absolutely recommend him to my friends if they want a system.

The security system itself is fine, but the technicians they sent to my home were another story. First, the tech made holes in my walls and door but left sawdust everywhere without telling me or offering to clean it up. He used dog toys to covered up the sawdust from the security panel. The mess around the front and garage doors was just left there.

Very friendly agents, and technician was very proficient and friendly as well. Only downside was not getting the doorbell camera and the indoor camera, however I was informed it was due to a parts freeze until a later date.

The installation was done in a timely manner and I was very impressed with the installers, to have people come into my house and work as diligently as they did was impressive, and then have the knowledge to explain the ins and outs of the system shows how Vivint takes care of teaching their employees about the system and how it works. I highly recommend them if you are interested in a security.

Quick and easy install. Tech explained how to use the system to me. They were able to use existing sensors from old alarm system which saved me money. I had two water sensors, a smoke and carbon monoxide sensor, and a motion sensor installed. I am very happy with my new alarm system.

This was the worst experience of my life. Alex was supposed to call me at 10:30 AM, but instead, he called at 11:00 AM. Initially, we agreed the call would last about 30 minutes, but it went on for two hours. During the call, Alex was incredibly rude and unprofessional in his communication. His tone was unfriendly, and it seemed like he did not want to talk to me. When I asked clarifying questions, he was dismissive and even rude. He spoke very quickly and unclearly, making it difficult to understand him.

The installers were very professional and informative. They took time to make sure I was satisfied and always asked where I would like things put. Before they left they explained the remote and how to use it. A book with instruction would be helpful to have on hand. I know I will not remember all the functions.

They tried to problem solve by letting me know my resolution would take place outside 3 day cancelation window handcuffing me. Customer service on loyalty side’s mic keeps breaking and they don’t call you back. Installer was knowledgeable, but directs you back to customer service which is no help. Sales person made some promises that were not kept.

I really am enjoying my security system and Kevin was absolutely amazing and he was very patient with us. I couldn’t have chosen a better security system. I purchased my new Vivint security system a few days ago, and my sales rep, Sherry, has continued to surprise and delight me with his incredible customer support! He has texted me a few times each day to ask me how I’m doing and if I have any questions or issues I need any help with. When I replied that, "Yes, I actually do have some questions and concerns that I’d like to ask you about and get some clarification." He made his time available to come back over to my house when it was convenient for me and my crazy-busy schedule! Sherry is very polite and very personable! He’s also very knowledgeable and professional when speaking about Vivint security and he’s a great listener as well! I felt very comfortable asking him questions and I really felt heard because Sherry didn’t act like a shady pushy salesman trying to get my money!

Yes but friends and relatives already have one and I believe most of the neighbors have one already. Customer service was great and Corey did an excellent job installing our cameras but will return to install our door pad because the door is a custom made door and we have to make it fit.

Well it started out a little rough, but once I called the customer service team they were able to make everything align so our security system could be installed as promised. I had a very good experience with the sales person and install tech with Vivint. They were both friendly. Kind, knew their product and were respectful as I took time to get the product that I wanted. It was a pleasure talking with them and doing business with them. No pressure.

Setup was very easy, they sent all forms over via text and I was able to fill out and sign everything instantly. Installation took about 2 hours to fully complete including a walkthrough on how to use everything.

I’m a little disappointed about the fact that the exterior camera is hardwired. I wasn’t able to have an exterior camera installed, due to owner restrictions of penetrations through the exterior. A wireless/rechargeable camera is not available through this company, and I will have to go elsewhere to find an exterior camera that is wireless.

There has been no follow up on my garage door I have a two door garage and only one garage door has been set up & I let the salesman know, Will, and he has failed to respond after 2 phone calls & 2 text messages. So only 1 garage door is set up on my 2 car garage door as of today-December 18, 2024. Our contract was initiated on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

Got my thermostat changed by them and heat stopped working so did the AC. After contacting my installer there’s not a response at all. Called Vivint, they had me taking the thermostat off and do a wire test which is pretty dangerous for some people. Then proceeded to tell me my AC is broken! A Brand new unit and say they are responsible for it. And I need to contact my AC guy! Ridiculous to break your stuff and tell you to figure it out yourself

We've had Vivint for over 10 years and recently they missed 2 separate activations of the smoke detector. Never contacted us through the panel, never called us and NEVER called the fire dept. Had we not been home the house would have been burned down!

Happy with both Nilsson and Zek. They both made my starting service with Vivint very understanding and easy. I appreciate both!! Looking forward to starting my home security with Vivint. I have been calling customer service several times. My call goes to the Philippines where they don’t speak very good English and they are unable to hear me on the phone and I can hear them. I made over 10 calls and no resolution. I would like to cancel my service.

We almost didn't go with Vivent due to a few issues getting started however the staff was amazing at reaching out to assure we were set up properly. William was absolutely great. He took his time installing all my equipment perfectly and was helpful in the entire process. I didn’t have a dead bolt in my door and he was patient and helped us install the dead bolt to put in the smart key pad lock. I’m so glad he was our technician. Charles came out and went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. After failed attempts with the spectrum Wi-Fi he called customer service and helped get them to understand what needed to be done. Love my new Vivint alarm system. The installer was great but the back office system was giving him problems. Not his fault, he did a great job and was professional. It just took an extra hour or so for the office people to get things right, just a little frustrating.

Technician was very polite, but did not get all of my items to work on the system. Did not connect my Nest thermostat, could not get my garage to connect to the myQ. Returned at 11 pm to finish installing the front door lock, which I had to re-install the next morning because screws were falling out. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was told by the sales man that my garage door opener would be able to connect to this system and the technician said it wasn’t possible. Same with my front door lock system. I would like another technician to come out and try to connect these items being it was a main reason I switched to this company.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever experienced. I have been a customer for over four years before I noticed they were stealing my money. My account was set up on auto-pay, and once I found out, they applied the credit to my account, not the bill. Thus, the money is just sitting. Fast forward, I found out about the money they owed me on the account because I moved and started a new account, the tech that came out to my home played a dirty game. I was supposed to be going through Citizens Bank we had a conversation about not wanting a Vivint loan due to all the bad reviews however, my credit was locked I lifted the lock and he came back the next day and still put me through them without my knowledge, on top of the foolary he want over the amount on my loan therefore charging me a fee I was unaware of.

I love how everyone was just so easy to work with. We joke a little and honestly that’s what sold me. They were nice and the Technician made it easy for me to fully understand my alarm system better. It was difficult to find the perfect placing of the cameras but he made it work and I was satisfied with the outcome.

You’re CHARGING ME for equipment that NOBODY has come out to install! I refuse to pay for anything that I have yet to receive! Send someone to install the camera system that I’m paying you for!!!! I’m deeply disappointed in your service to me at this point! Please help us by sending someone out to install what we’re paying you to install!

Vivint wasn’t my first pick even though it’s a little bit more expensive, my wife convinced me and their product was just better, like the fact the camera has 189 degree view instead of 90 degrees and you can talk through the camera and people can actually hear and understand you.

Bad customer service. Very Disappointed. Was on phone for over the phone was on for over 2 hours being transferred continuously after I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. Very Disappointed. Wish I would have never called or gave my Cc information as I was also double charged for equipment. I didn't authorized to be installed in the home and the tech took advantage that I told him I didn't know anything about the system or how it worked

Daniel was great. He was very helpful during a stressful time that I am going through. I am going through a hostile divorce and needed to be safe in the home from the man I’m married to currently. I feel so much better now. He was patient and understanding during this difficult time for me & my family.

I had the pleasure of having Gardy ** install my security cameras and security system with Vivint today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He did an exceptional job, completing the installation neatly and efficiently. He also took the time to walk me through all the systems, ensuring I fully understood how everything works. On December 12, 2024, Nick **, and a coworker knocked on our door to tell us about Vivint. Our kids were being so loud and the dog was barked but Nick was so kind and understanding. He listened to what I needed and gave us the best deal while also explaining everything so clearly. Then Sean came to install the system and he was amazing. He did his job quickly and efficiently and was so professional. I was very impressed with these two! I definitely wouldn’t have purchased if it wasn’t for how kind and professional they were. They really made the experience seamless.

Vivint’s customer service on the phone was excellent when I inquired about their service. Addison was easy to understand and efficient. My installer Derrick was friendly, patient and knowledgeable! I liked him and the product so much that I scheduled him to place a system on our summer home. He also reassured me that he would be there for any help we need with the system down the road.

Do NOT use Vivint. You will regret it. Worst experience in every way. Read Reddit or Google reviews first. Included is a pic of an outdoor camera after 6 months destroyed by water intrusion due to poor installation. They said they only have a 120 day warranty but they'd sell me a new camera for $500 plus $119 installation.
