Was pleased with the offer Vivint proposed. The system was quickly installed. The team was friendly and fast. I felt my neighbor could benefit from the deal and sent Vivint his way.. Salesman was friendly and patient and presented the material clearly and made sure I understood what he was presenting.

Salesman was great and very thorough in his explanation of products. We purchased multiple cameras, the thermostat kit, and smart locks. The only complaint I had was the tech installed the smart panel with very tacky cords showing in a way that was not acceptable. My husband did bring this up and it was fixed to look more discrete and they patched the hole in my wall. After fixing that I was pleased with installation. No comment on service yet as we've on had for about 24 hrs so far.

I’m pretty happy with the system. I wouldn’t say cameras, particularly in my carport are particularly sensitive to detecting motion though. I appreciate the whistling sound the cameras make, however, it does not always go off right away and depends on where you’re standing (even in the detection zone). Happy with the 24/7 monitoring, and the doorbell. I must say I’m disappointed with how the wiring was done. I wasn’t aware that cords were going to be visible and going down my walls. I really dislike that and wish I was told beforehand that that would be the only way.

It’s not that many companies, that actually go the extra mile for their customer. It’s greatly appreciated. This holds more true if that customer and child has Special Needs. The feeling of security in your home helps as well on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this company indeed as my son and I do our best to keep moving forward on our individual neuro journey.

My installer which his name was hard to remember asked me to call him O. So, O was great and knowledgeable with the security system he installed. Answered all my questions and concerns! So far look like this was the best move for me and my family! Love how after I pay off equipment the equipment is mine and I only then pay for service. Which will save me even more. Thank you, O!

Tech was very professional and friendly. He was on time and respected us and our home. Prices for some equipment is high based on what you can get it for elsewhere. But the service was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Overall great experience. I would recommend to a friend.

Wow. Just wow. Damien the salesman was friendly and very low-key; definitely not pushy. And with the product he offers, he doesn't have to be! Vivint offered me a great price and excellent service. The installers arrived within 45 minutes of my signing the contract, and were in and out in no time. They were professional, and considerate of my home, not to mention knowledgeable of all aspects of the system. If only everything worked this smoothly!

The technician was very helpful with sensor location around the house along with helping us set up the smart actions for the system. He made sure equipment was in usable range and he helped us know how to access the settings for each device. He walked us through adding a new admin user and a guest user.

Installer came and installed security system. There were no complaints about having to crawl into the attic and spend time doing the install. Very personable and nice. Made working with Vivint a great experience. The installer was on time, and did great work just as the salesman had explained to us in the presentation earlier in the day. The installation took place the same day as the sale so that made making this decision much better for us.

To start, my installer was great. 5 stars to him. First I was called multiple times by a guy named Chris who said he sold Vivint and ADT but said Vivint was better. He supposedly was concierge for buying a new home. Was later informed he most likely works for Vivint and that’s their sketchy sales tactic. Chris then quoted me $68/per month and that would drop to $25/per month after equipment is paid off. That was to include the hub, doorbell camera, 1 outside camera, 3 door sensors, and a glass break sensor.

This company has surpassed other security systems out there for the general consumer. Their 24/7 recording and user friendly system give me everything I need to feel protected in my home. The sales rep demonstrated the cameras and alarms options. The technician, Quincy, facilitated the set up and training on how to use. Kudos to the tech and sales rep Carlos.

The quality and images of the cameras are great BUT the price of the equipment is INSANE. It’s not worth the price they pitch you. Plus at least half the time my home doesn’t arm. The software is horrible on this system. I have filed for a refund but when you try to cancel it’s take 30 plus days for them to close your account and then more time just to schedule for someone to pick them up.

My experience with the technician installing my equipment for my home security system with Vivint was a very good one. The technician was very experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a security system. The technician has already checked on the function of the equipment and if we have any questions. Very reliable and concerned.

Superior installation. Installer was knowledgeable and professional and prompt and knew his job. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and clients. The quality of your service and products are very good. I was sure at first at going with your company but I’m glad I did. Could not be more please. My rep Riah and technician Brandon did a great job. Love the deal and the camera works great. Riah is a really sweet person, good conversation and very dedicated to making sure my sale was exactly what I wanted and needed. She’s very smart, amazing woman who cares about what she does.

The service was great. Both guys answered all of my questions and explained how the system worked. Both were curious and respectful. I received a number to call if I needed help with anything. The agent even came back after the service was complete to make sure I was pleased.

I love the system and I love the content but the cost is extremely expensive and not competitive in the market. I have another provider who can provide me the same and more for 39.00 and the quality is just as good. I will be calling to cancel the installation.

I’m very pleased with Molly the girl who sold us our system and the young man that installed it. They did a great job. The both of them were very professional and respectable. Thank you so much. It’s really nice that we’re all integrated under one app. This makes my life so much easier.

Yesterday, a young man stopped at my house as I was just returning home. He told me who he was and his purpose for the visit. Next thing I know, I am signing up for a full home.security system, with cameras, new locks, new smoke detectors, . . . Too much to remember. Miguel, the young man, kept reiterating that they ask for flexibility in scheduling the installation. I mentioned to him that I needed to wrap it up, as I had to meet my son for dinner out. When I thought we were wrapped up, he told me that a guy named Justin would be at my house in 15 minutes for installation. I reminded him that I had to leave, and he said that if they had to reschedule, I would have to pay $500. Up to this point, I felt comfortable as Miguel and he had earned my trust. But, I told him directly that I felt like this fresh trust was breached, and that he should have mentioned it sooner, like when I told him about my scheduled dinner.

Very friendly, explained everything well. Answered all questions we had. Gave us call back numbers if we had any questions or concerns later. Set up equipment we needed right away. Was done in a timely manner. And again all was explained very well. They cleaned up after install. We were very happy with everything.

To be accurate and fair I will need a couple of weeks to give an assessment. I've only had the systems for a little over 12 hours! I can tell you your crew that was here, sale and installers, were top notch and I highly recommend them and commend them for their efficiency!

Tank was wonderful, he was on time, he made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving, my family and I enjoyed spending evening with your Tank. Your technician was an absolute pleasure. Wonderful experience designing the system, tailoring the install, and learning to use the panel. We accessed the iPhone app and setup our preferences easily as the install tech answered our questions. I am especially glad to have the addition of a point in our home where anyone could call for emergency services if a phone isn’t immediately available. The integration with our ‘Nest’ thermostat is also a nice feature that further secures the home from specific hazards.

Jason was so informative and a pleasure to work with. A+++ to Jason and the Vincent Team for designing a great install experience. Jason took his time to make sure all my smart devices were hooked up and working. He was great at keeping me posted along the way, and getting me up-to-speed on each device’s function. Thank you!

First, our salesperson, David ** presented himself as a professional. It was clear from the onset, he had my experience and needs at the forefront of his purpose. He thoroughly explained all products and expectations of service & support. The installer today (next day service btw) was equally professional, patient and helpful. She did not leave until my myriad of questions were answered & I had a full understanding of how Vivint’s products operated, including the company’s mobile app.

Just like many others, the salesman showed up after 8pm, told us he waived all the costs and had the installers come same night to install equipment. Next morning I get an email from a finance company saying an acct was opening and they paid Vivint 4K. I tried to cancel immediately, which took massive effort. Was able to send my cancellation letter to them within in the time frame. I have now scheduled 3 different appointments, where the tech has not showed and not called. They said they cannot refund the 4K to the finance company until they receive their equipment back, but no one seems to come to get it!!!! I have only 20 days for them to get the equipment or I get stuck with charges. I am so angry and no one at customer service is helpful at all. My next call is to the BBB and the local DA.

Kayla had great communication skills and was pleasant to work with. She was on time, and did a clean install. Her explanation of how to work the system was thorough and easy to follow. She answered all of our questions.

Just became a returning customer, Vivint is overall great. Good products with a wide selection of equipment to choose from at affordable prices. Installation went well. A very smooth process not to mention the installation guy was very friendly. From selecting my new package over the phone to actual installation I am really satisfied.

The sales guy TY was so amazing to get our order processed with no money down! And we were even installed the same night. The installer was very kind and stood and explained everything to us in detail. He did a great job! I love the system. It is awesome and the garage door opener is a bonus.

I moved into a home that already had roughly $2,000 worth of Vivint equipment installed and paid for. Curiously, I activated the subscription to enable their features. I did some research after the review (mistake) and discovered the slew of lawsuits and shady business practices Vivint has dealt with. Between that, their premium prices compared to competitors, and awful compatibility with third party hardware, I quickly called to cancel my subscription since it was a trial period.

Colton was super helpful and informative. He was really professional, I appreciated his patience and help! He took the time to explain everything to me and go over different scenarios that I had questions about. I also didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me but had my best interest in anything he was recommending.

Very professional with communication as far as timing of installation and very good service at the time of installation. System works great and it was at an affordable rate. Tech provided insight on system functions and how to get the best out of our equipment. I would strongly recommend this service to other interested users as installation took only about an hour.

Our sales associate was not transparent with the financial explanation of the sale, he only expressed the cost of each equipment. It was not until the technician came when we actually found out that we were paying over $5,000 for the system. He appeared at our residence at 9:30 in the evening, having to get out of bed to answer the door. My husband called Jonathan Lacagnina to talk to him and he has not returned the call. We are not happy that he was not transparent with the financial information, and would like to speak with management about the situation. Thanks

I received professional advice from Mr. Lamaris ** about the Vivint security cameras during our meeting. He allowed me to ask questions about the cameras, security monitoring and financial services and gave me answers that were very clear to empower me with the information I used to make the decision to purchase the equipment and service. I never felt like I was listening to a high pressure salesman who had only the company’s interest in mind. Mr. ** was also available during the installation via phone calls and texts to answer any questions and concerns I had about the cameras. The technician, Thiago, took the time to explain the installation process before, during and after the completion. He respected my property and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Your agent Nathan provided great customer service and took extra time demonstrate all the features of the product. Being Senior citizens he made sure he customized our package to fit our budget. We are very happy with the equipment and extra security it brings to our home. We have already experienced the benefits of updating our older system.

The selling point was good. The person doing the selling convinced me to purchase the service. Made it look good and I am satisfied but not to 100. Maybe to about 80%. The window breaking alarm keeps going off for no reason. It goes off when I’m not home and in places where I have no signal or can’t access my phone and the police comes. The back of house cameras keep going offline, keep rebooting the system but it keeps happening. Both things have me quite annoyed and I’ve even considered just getting rid of the service all together. I wanted at least a couple of weeks of service before giving out a review about it.

Not satisfied on how you lure people in getting an equipment promising we have 7 days to cancel when the contract clearly says 3 days after installation. I have called, spoke to three people and was told someone would come to remove the equipment yet no one has. Today I spoke with Jaycee who was more helpful in this situation. I told her I sent an email with a letter of me requesting to cancel this service to documents@vivint.com and she asked for proof so I emailed her proof. Waiting for this equipment to be removed from my home.

Jordan was one of the nicest sales people we've ever had come to our door. He wasn't pushy at all, just talked to us about our current system and what we'd be looking for if we switched. Everything was installed THAT day (wow!). Kendall showed us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable using the system before he left. Great experience!

So far so good. The salesperson was good and the tik was ok too. Just wait for them to finish the job that all but everything else is amazing and like I said I just can't wait for them to actually get everything done and I appreciate the chance to use y'all products.

Dissatisfied! I'm unhappy about after the tech installed my thermostat my new AC unit will not come on! It was 11:00pm when the tech finished. So it was late evening when she left but I quickly noticed that my AC unit will not come on after my thermostat was installed. Leaving me and my wife in the house overnight in 100 degree weather with no AC! I'm thinking about returning the equipment if this is not corrected immediately. Also my smart garage opener is not setup.

Our technician did a great job! He was in and out quick but was very thorough. He did a great job of showing us how to use the system. We are excited to try out our new Vivint system. Ashton was the guy that came by to sell this product to us and he did a great job explaining everything.

I had already had an alarm system in place and was told that they could sync with my existing sensors but they couldn’t. I’ve been trying to cancel my service and they have given me a hard time doing so but was very prompt at installing their cameras. I talked to over 5 people and still having difficulties canceling my service.

For a monthly subscription I feel that the camera with the voice features should be spot on as if I were talking on the phone. I just expected more from this system, in the demo Victor showed me, the picture was clear as day and the response time was spot on, I feel as I got cheated out, a lie I could say.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the very first interaction with Vivint (first was a chat on the website), I was impressed. The chat agent quickly answered my questions and scheduled a follow on call for the next day. The agent called on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through products and functionality for each section of our house. Once done we scheduled the installation. The technician arrived promptly at the agreed time. One strange thing....we did the initial paperwork outside. He wouldn't come in the house until I was done (glad it wasn't raining).

Also justin in customer service was great helping me get set up. There were issues transferring the account from the previous owners but justin managed to get it all done easily.

Had some issues with setting up account and documents but through multiple device I was able to get started. Quick turn around from order to install was amazing. Both Christian and Matthew we amazing with service and professional. Install went smoothly and was quicker than I anticipated. And the instructions I received clear and easy to understand. Good explanation of product from the sales team to the installation team. Feel more secure in home having security features installed. Like the fact that I am able to monitor when away from home also. Easy to use technology. Cost affordable and I feel it is worth it for the added security.

Technology is super. Easy to use and can integrate all our home devices. Cameras are awesome with the spot lights and Deter feature. What’s more is the image quality is superior to other systems we have reviewed. The phone app matches the features on the main panel and gives added adjustability. Installation and setup up were complete very quick by extremely professional individuals. I’ve been with Vivint for about 13 years as soon as vivint started their services in New Orleans. I’ve moved my services to different locations each times and always kept their services. I have just added another account to my rental property, because I really feel protected with vivint Services. Police only came out once thankfully in all the time I’ve had them. And it was, because I forgot my password. Had to much fun that night lol. Totally love having them to protect my home and my family.

The Vivint field service technician, Roberto T., was very thorough in his knowledge and customer service. He explained everything in detail and in terms I can understand. He was very professional and kind. He walked around my property and explained equipment that can be utilized. When I would say that I’ll have to think about it he wasn’t too pushy and offered to come back at a later time to install it if I wished. Vivint’s equipment is really nice and of good quality. I am really happy with this company so far.

The salesman, Joel, was knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor the installer was very professional and did a great job. He stayed until the whole job was done. He explained everything on the app for us, which was very helpful. I think the service is great. I’m very happy with the result. My favorite thing is being able to open the garage through the app.

Sales rep went over the top to make sure we got what we need. He responded 24/7 to my questions and came back twice when my schedule was busy to help me understand the system and install. Installation was smooth as well. Would refer to a friend. System is running smooth so far. The connectivity of everything is the best part.

Our installation technician was great, but the equipment itself can use some work. Our control panel is downstairs so we can’t hear when it says a window or door opens. There should be a speaker for upstairs that relays when sensors are activated. Also, the app should be updated so that my cellphone notifies me by saying “front door open” like the Ring app does.

Kyle was so kind to go over everything and really listened when I explained what I wanted. He was patient while I asked a multitude of questions before, during, and after installation. He made sure to not make a mess while he was working. His working did not interfere with what I was doing in the house. He was professional from the moment I opened the door to let him in until he left.

Vincent stopped by while walking my neighborhood and I happened to be wanting an alarm system but had been putting it off because I knew it was expensive from the local bay alarm company that I’ve used in the past. After we walked the house for cameras I was stoked to learn I could get a thermostat garage door opener and doorbell camera all part of one complete system with the usual sensors and glass break and monitor that classic systems used. I was stoked to find out I could finance the whole thing with Vivint and the monthly price in my opinion was fine. Then he called a service installed and they came 10 minutes after all the paperwork was signed! I thought that was awesome!

I had the security system installed. My salesman Alejandro is a really nice guy. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The installer was just as nice and both were polite. He got everything up and running quickly. He was patient and walked me through all of it. I’m confident in using the system and feel safer. Thank you Vivint.

Something your competitor which I previously had didn’t. Jorge’s installation was impeccable. AND he cleaned up after himself too. How unheard of is that. Lol. The employees were great. The guy who convinced me to get Vivint was knowledgeable, patient and friendly while explaining everything to me and helping me sign up. The technician who set everything up was quick, thorough, and kind. They were very helpful in familiarizing me with system. The technician was also very mindful of keeping our home clean, and made sure to tuck all wires. Despite it being dinner time, the technician stayed until all technical issues were resolved and things were running smoothly. Overall I am very pleased with my service. The products we bought make our home feel more secure.

Gunnar showed up to our home around 745pm. He walked us through what Vivint had to offer in contrast to ADT. My wife and I had been speaking about getting cameras for our home. The bundle made it possible. Gunnar was exceptional. Very kind guy and knew his stuff. I recommend the switch.

Your agent Alex and technician (don't know his name) were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to myself and my family to where we could understand and able to use the equipment as needed. They were also very considerate of my time when it came to the installation of equipment.

Ryan was great. He explained everything and definitely knew why he was doing. As the former building inspections manager of Hamilton County he followed all codes. All of the equipment works very well. I decided to upgrade on some features when he came and plan on adding a few more things in the future.

I can’t speak more highly of how knowledgeable Cody was and how efficient he was during the install process. We had a rep front Vivint come out a few days prior and told us we couldn’t install cameras in any of our back yard locations and that we would need to install a outlet at the panel location. We needlessly spent $200 on an electrician to do the Vivint install. Cody was able to do the full install with the existing wiring in our home and also integrate our pre installed door/window sensors which the prior rep said was not possible.

Ryan was our tech guy and he totaly nailed it. He was pleasant and courteous and answered all of our questions in a timely manner with a wonderful attitude. We appreciated his great service and if we need assistance again hope it's him we get. Thanks again to Ryan for being awesome!

Pena was was very patient with this install. Had a lot going on and not living in the house fully caused a little bump, but everything was done and kudos to Pena and the crew back at Vivint. Thank you for making this happen. I might be calling with some questions when I start playing with the alarm system.

My technician demonstrated extensive expertise in his work. He patiently clarified any areas of confusion I had and provided me with a comprehensive understanding of my options. His knowledge of the equipment and the Vivint app was exceptional. He arrived punctually, and the installation process was executed with the utmost professionalism. Never again with this company, they came knocking on my door, they told me it was a one week free trail and cancel before that, they ran my credit after I found out how much it was for a 2 cameras and 1 door bell “4k”. I decided to call the guy to come pick up their stuff. He decided to block me and I had to call the company direct. They came to pick up their equipment and I’m still getting charge

Mr. Ray ** done an excellent job of installing and educating me of Vivint equipment. He arrived on time and he left premises clean. He was very courteous and helpful. I have learned a lot from him. I am looking forward to seeing at my next service job. Thank you.

I called to inquire and the rep was great. He provided me with full and clear details, and got me set up for installation quickly. I asked for my install to be escalated and they were able to get move my installation to happen within 48 hours. The install was neat and everything is very user friendly. I’m very pleased!

Woke up this morning not even 12 hours after installation to a bill of $236. I was then on the phone for TWO HOURS talking with SIX different people from Vivint to only be told nothing can be done. I wish I NEVER heard of this company of liars and thieves and people who just don’t obviously care. Disgusting. And now those same people are being paid by me for my security…the horrid irony. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND VIVINT. NEVER.

Wonderful fast service. They were in and out. Setup was quick. Zack is a great service rep. He even stop back by after everything was done to make sure everything was going right. I was glad he did. The security system works great and it's much better than Ring door bell. I like the whistle of the bell.

Everyone was really professional and helpful. Dave showed me everything and did a price rundown. Zach and Spencer set everything up. I am able to see all of the main rooms in my house from wherever and feel safer when leaving.

I think everything went ok. No complaints. System appeared to be working well. I’m very pleased and happy that I can check in on my mom while away at work. The only issue I have is that sometimes it takes a little time for it to load. I’m not sure if it’s my internet service or not.

Vivint was very prompt to get me a quote and able to get my system installed extremely prompt and professionally. The system is spectacular. The camera quality and human interface with the in home panel and my cellular device make this system very user friendly. Customer service is the best I've encountered.

Moved into a new home with an existing Vivint system and the reactivation process was swift, smooth, and easy to follow. Really enjoyed the step by step instructions and personal touch with calls prior to and after activating my system. I commend Vivint for not trying to sell me more products without activating their service and will now look to expand my system in the future because I really like how their system works.

Joel the salesman was really good! I never have bought anything from someone at my door before! So that was a first for me! Josh the technician was great. He stayed late and completed everything. Made sure everything was working. Took the time to explain everything to us. Everything went great!

Orlando was very helpful and descriptive with his sales. And Tyler did great with the tech (besides accidentally locking our cat in the garage) he also helped me discover how to use the app and the tablet.

Mike, the installer, was very knowledgeable and patient walking me through the app and how to navigate the keypad. He made sure to “leave it the way he found it” so there were no debris or packaging items left behind. The job was done exactly to my satisfaction. The entire set up was quick and took no time. My technician was very helpful and made sure I knew every feature my alarm system included. He also gave me an overview of other options I can have for future add-ons to my current system. I would definitely recommend Vivint to everyone I know.

This was a really good experience! Aaron was professional, informative and a really good guy! He installed all of our equipment and explained all of the functions so that we knew all we needed to before he left. He also climbed up and down the ladder several times as we were a bit picky on the camera angles. He never complained or showed any annoyance.

Salesman Sean and tech were both awesome. Very friendly and respectful. Both had answers to all of our questions and knew the system inside and out. Tech did not make a mess and talked us through each part of the system. He tested everything and then had us do it so we understand everything. Overall a great product and experience. Kyle was a great salesman as he explained the benefits of the Vivint system while also showing us some gaps with our Ring system. The installation started that night and we have been pleased with the system since. Kayven did a great job installing the system and worked long hours to do so.

The technician was supposed to be at my business between 8-12. I was told that he would be late. He arrived at my business two hours before my business closed and wanted my staff to stay over. The technician was not able to finish installing all of my equipment and I do not have a date on when someone will be able to complete the work. This is not a very good first impression of your company.

Jordan was incredible! A pleasure to work with. He was so polite. He was very informative. He answered all my questions quickly. He also accommodated whatever times I needed, with my work schedule, for phone calls and instillation, even if it was after hours! I’ve told everyone I know about the amazing customer service.

The tech Khalil was awesome during the installation process. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and did an awesome job explaining the system. I'm really impressed with the quality of the cameras. I’m upset because the price changed from the original contract amounts. I’m seriously considering canceling the contract unless this issue is resolved.

Awesome install and service. Thoroughly explained everything. 3 indoor cams. 1 inside. Door sensors and 6 window breaks. Electric deadbolt lock. Works amazing. I can check in any time I want. So happy this is my second home I have with a full Vivint install. Have been a customer for several years before we got one in second home. We love it.

Cameras was installed however the tech was not HVAC certified and messed up my heating and air conditioning unit trying to replace my thermostat. I’ve been getting the run around to get it fix and this stupid company wants me to pay for something that their fake technician did. I would never use this company again or refer any to them. They are inconsiderate and don’t care about what their employee did.

I had a very good experience with the salesman and installer. All information was shared and shown. The operation of the device was modeled and it works as told. I am one happy customer. The system works great. I can see all my vehicles and what goes on in the front of my house. The camera inside allows me to see who enters my property.

Vivint made the transfer of account from my daughter's name to my name in 1 day. Although it was a little difficult at times due to a system upgrade, the transfer rep found a way for it to be completed. The rep was also patient with phone issues I seemed to have & did not rush me or pressure me to make a tech appointment which would have been easier.

My parents are older and had trouble with their previous alarm company. We reached out to Vivint and they were extremely communicative, timely, and THOROUGH. Kyle our installer even recommended some features that Vivint offered that he hadn’t thought of! At the end of the installation, Kyle gave a very thorough rundown of how to use the system. The cameras are extremely clear, the system works amazing and Kyle was amazing too. My family is very happy to be a part of the Vivint family.

Great service from sales to install. The install professional came in at a last minute request and was very knowledgeable and professional. I received a follow up visit from sales professional to see if I needed further assistance. I would suggest either of the two professionals I dealt with to anyone as both were very helpful.

We had Vivint installed last year. We love the system; it keeps us safe. It alerts us to people on the premises, alerts us to packages that have been delivered and when someone rings the doorbell. I particularly like the deter alert that lets people know they are being recorded. With all the vehicle break-ins it helps to keep my vehicles safe. People see the cameras and also can hear the deter tone. The app works well and allows me to remotely view my home when I am alerted, also if I just want to check up on it. I am also able to arm and disarm the alarm remotely. All in all, it is a very reliable system. The installer was professional and ended up spending 3 hours installing the system and explaining to us how it works.

Very happy with our experience. Two reasons I didn't give 5 stars, 1) the requirement to use a debit or bank card is unacceptable. Please consider allowing the customer to use a credit card. 2) A little sales pitchy, in the sense a lot of information is thrown out fast. As a career salesperson, I was able to see through it and took notes, however, I could see how someone could be deceived, quickly.

Manny was excellent in presenting the product and services. I couldn't believe that my system was installed before the evening was over! The quality of Vivint's camera is far superior to that of other security systems. To be able to see who's at my front door with my phone will be a real plus.

Horrible weekend due to equipment failure and technician a nice guy but my door is ruined and the smart lock haven’t worked since install. The tech came out and tried to fix but couldn’t. I can’t lock my door at all. Now my home is fully unsecured. I’m frightened to death to go to sleep with me and my family. I can’t get in contact with the business office because it’s the weekend. I am so sorry my fiancé allowed this service to be installed.

We met with the sales representative late in the day and the very next morning had a complete home security system professionally installed. Communication was informative and accurate. The installer was prompt and very knowledgeable. Her expertise made the entire process worry free. Every aspect of the experience was a 10/10.

The technician arrived on time and explained the process. The system appears to be simple to operate. However, the initial fee is a bit steep. You do get some free products with the package. I especially like the carbon monoxide detector. It came in handy because the one I had died the day before. Only time will tell if I made the right decision to get this system from this company.

This was the second time a salesperson came to offer their products. My s/o suggested we go for it this time. Both Luke and Jacob were friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all questions as they were asked. I do recommend two things that may have swayed my decision. Upon agreeing to sign up, there is a hard pull on your credit and when installing the equipment, they must be plugged into outlets. Other than that I was very satisfied.

For something so expensive, it should at least work correctly. I've had my system for 2 and a half months and already had two issues. First, garage door sensor wasn't working, technician came and fixed and it stopped working again. I wound up deleting it. Now, one of the cameras shut off and it couldn't be rebooted so I have to waste another day waiting for a technician. Even worse, customer service actually tried to sell me something else as a solution to the problem. Troubleshooting comes up with some crazy things for you to try to do as well. Ask around before committing to them.

Also with positioning the camera lights and door locks. Very prompt and was able to show up early to appointment to get started.

I would definitely recommend this security service to any friends and family in the future. I hope that once we start using the system and have questions or issues the customer service will be just as good.

Knowledgeable And confident. Had a few issues that took him longer than the usual installation. Met this challenge with confidence. Knew when to call for additional support from his team. The tech who installed my system was very professional and quick. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and app. I haven’t had any experience with customer service but so far so good. No negative feedback. The system is easy to use and navigate. Customization in the app is also easy to use and to set up.

The entire process was easy to understand how we built my system to my needs. I have 2 cats I didn’t want to set off a motion detector and was even concerned if I should bring them to a friend's during the installation. Chris came on time, and explained what I was getting and how the process would be and told me he’d make sure my kitten wouldn’t run outside. (He had his running shoes on). He went over the app and the control panel how to use it. He made me feel at ease and that I would be protected.

The tech drilled so many holes in my home and wired my home so bad that the manager had to come out and redo the whole installation process all over not to mention the price I was quoted and what I see in the app is so different that I know I'm not going to keep this service. It went from $35 to $125 and they couldn't even hook up the thermostat. The color keeps going back to black and white. It's just not what I thought it would be.. The clock don't say on the keypad home screen. It's just not that good. I should have stayed with Arlo.

Installed new security system, dropped a ADT for bad customer service. They stepped right in and offered better service, security and prices, I was very impressed, they came out and installed the new security system within 12 hours, the installer was very knowledgeable and confident, I do appreciate the quality of service and customer care....Excellent JOB!!!

First appointment was scheduled for July 20th. That appointment was cancelled because of car trouble with the technician. 2 Appointment was canceled because of a flat tire. Third appointment was a no-show and finally received a call that the technician was sick. Then couldn't reschedule me for over a month later. At that point I was canceling my service and they found a technician for this morning. Technician was outstanding and very professional. However, leading up to him was extremely frustrating since I burned 4 days of vacation and I wasn’t sitting on a beach.

Technician was very straightforward in explaining how system works. Technician was quick with installation and cleaned up afterwards. Sale representative was very thorough and kind. Got to know customer (me) on a personal level which made the sale for me.

The guy that came over to do the sales and the guy that did the installation yesterday did a great job. I like the equipment and the way it works. I like how the camera is operating on the door camera. I like having a doorbell as well which I didn't have before! All in all I'm very happy with the services that were provided yesterday.

The installer was rude. They did not listen when I said I did not want all they recommended. They started charging me immediately even though they said I had three days to review their product. Then ghosted me when I tried to contact them. I do not recommend them. Find a different more affordable security system.

The salesman gave me the “I never do this for anyone” spiel. Install team left trash on the ground and a a partially filled hole in my wall. The install team also left Sheetrock dust and scrap from the inside of the wall on the floor, outside, and in my garage. The install team was very friendly and thorough with their work other than the mess issue.

I was looking at upgrading my Simply Safe system and fortunately met up with the most knowledgeable Vivint representative! He knew all the other systems because I had already researched them and he was incredible accurate. I was able to tailor my system and came out way better than if I had kept the current system and upgraded. I am confident I have a system that meets my current needs and can easily adapt. If I feel I need more or less in the future. I feel my main reason to decide on. Icing in the end was more about customer satisfaction and personable service than anything. It certainly beats talking with a live person face-to-face than an online checklist or a phone call with just a voice.

Then after the installation was completed he walked me through all of features on the phone app as well as the control panel. I feel it’s a good system but we’ll see. It was installed just last night 8-7-2024.

I had time constraints today for the install and made sure the sales rep knew this. The install team was late but did keep me informed of their arrival. Install took longer than anticipated due to some unexpected issues but because of my prior commitments, I had to leave while they were still at my house. Still waiting for service technician contact info for the smart thermostat. Clean up post install could have been better given that they knew I had a young puppy in the house. Overall, nice techs who worked hard but install could have been smoother.

Went from ADT to Vivint and before they started the estimated time of installation was 6 1/2 hours. Mine took 11 hours. He had trouble with running the wire through the attic for the outdoor camera. But I must say he was tenacious and got the job done. I haven’t had the system long enough to review, but it seems like I will enjoy using it.

Ryker was a great salesman. He answered all our questions and signed us up for the equipment that would make our lives easier and protect our home the best. John and Brittany were great installers. They chatted it up with us to make for a very pleasant experience. 10/10 for everyone on that team. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs home security.

Charles was early and prompt with my installation. I was able to ask questions freely and he gave advice for security as well. He also let me know about the referral program. I enjoyed his conversation and he gave me step by step instructions on using the smart hub. I am very pleased with my results.

Did an amazing job both with install and customer service. Very professional and polite even with them having to do the install late at night and during a pretty decent rain storm. From start to finish it was only about an hour total time. I would highly recommend them any time!

The payment was an issue but the installler and rep were amazing and patient They both found ways to make the customer happy and went above and beyond what was expected and necessary. I would recommend both of them to anyone.

I had the system for about a month. The system is fine it is the support. I got a low battery message on my control panel 6 days after installation. The online help tips are horrible. When I called the first time I was informed the battery on the control pad has to be changed by myself and instructions would be emailed. Never got them, second call after researching and online said panel has rechargeable batteries why am I getting the warning. Then was told it was a camera with low battery and again up to me to change battery. So I asked to cancel my service, was transferred to retention was set up for a tech to come, and tech never showed up or called. The first tech appointment was two weeks after installation for a digital thermostat also a no show no call. The technical support is so inferior and I am sorry I got the system.

Great service! Worker was very respectful, kind and patient. He worked quick and efficiently. Is very respectful of property. Explained everything well and answered all our questions till we were completely satisfied. This security service has great quality cameras and would highly recommend for your home if in need of a security system.

Good people. Salesman was great. The installer was a great person. Will tell others about the great job they did. I do not know what to say. They did a great job and they are good people. I will stand up for their products. This is too long. I have nothing else to say.

The installation was quick. The tech was very nice and he made sure that I understood how to operate wall monitor. He explained the service terms. The customer service representative was very professional and polite.

Today was a cool one. Joshua ** came to install our service today and I’ll tell you he’s one of Vivint’s Best Techs by far!!! He gave us his honest opinion on certain things for my family and I appreciate him for that. After today, my family considers him family. Get Ready for the house warming Josh!

The initial set-up and installation process was simple and easy. My technicians was super awesome. They was clear and worked with efficiency. They was able to explain everything clearly and in details. The system seems easy to understand. Equipment is super affordable. I really feel secure now with my new system. I highly recommend Vivint.

I like the features that the system has to offer. The clarity of the camera and ease of use with the app. The technicians that came to the house to install. The product were very knowledgeable and professional. The sales person that came to the house to explain the system was very knowledgeable, very personable and explain things to us in detail.

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase this equipment. The salesman lied, lied, lied. He told us we would be in a 60 day trial period yet two weeks after having this equipment installed, we received bills. When questioned, they informed us it's for the equipment which is through some bank. This particular bank places it on your credit card so your score is impacted. In addition the salesman was supposed to video the transaction so that any discrepancies could be verified and he didn't so it's his word against ours yet how would I know about a trial if it wasn't mentioned. This company is out to con individuals plain and simple.
