The sales rep Nolan was very professional and respectful, and very knowledgeable about the security products and services. He explained things well and gave us all the applicable discounts and promotions for a great deal! The tech who installed our new equipment was friendly and worked as quickly as he could to install the equipment and get everything hooked up and synced.

My technician was polite, very thorough. He showed me how to use the equipment. Angel who sold me the equipment was very thorough explaining everything. Show me how the equipment works before the equipment even got here. Prompt service. Within 24 hours I am set up. My family is safe. Thank you.

Chad did a great job installing. He was very informative and personable. It's nice when someone is willing to take the time to install the cameras properly and explain the why behind it. Now to the sales rep Johnathan, he gave me his pitch, I was interested and asked him to come back two separate times to give me more information and he did. Johnathan was also very nice and respectful. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend Vivint, I am happy with the service.

This is not the cheapest option, but it is absolutely worth the money in my opinion. The camera system is top notch and could act as a great protector on its own. The installation was professionally done by a highly competent guy. I recommend Vivint highly for a home alarm system.

So happy to have the peace of mind with Vivint services. They were totally clear on what I was to expect and explained the details more than once. The technician was thoughtful, considerate and performed an install that met my needs. He explained everything and I good to go! The app and its options are so awesome!

Elgin did a large install for our Vivint security system with almost 90 individual items on the order. He then took to time to explain how to use the app and camera doorbell. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time needed to make sure I received the product and services I desired.

The Vivint employees are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, from the initial phone call to the installer. They provide quality equipment and a user friendly app. Upon install, he went over all the functionality of the Smart Home System. The monthly service fee beats many overrated security systems. Today was my install date. So far... so great!

The technician Damon ** was very friendly and very respectful as well as patient with every question I had. I would definitely recommend Vivint to all my friends and family. He took me step by step on how everything works and made sure I had the knowledge to use the equipment after he left.

The technician was professional, answer all questions that I had, helped me with issues with getting my ID Uploaded into your system with kindness and patient. You have a young man on your team that represents your company with professionalism. You should be proud that you have a jewel on your team. If anyone wants to ask me on an opinion of a security system I would recommend your company.

I was just waiting in my new home that we just purchased for our internet to get installed when Kaiden came by. The next thing on my to-do list was to set up/change over the Vivint system from the previous homeowners to us and Kaiden being here helped me check it off faster and easier than what I thought it’d be. He pointed out to me all the systems the previous owners left, the purpose of it, and was so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything we have and everything Vivint does. I could not be happier with the service I received ☺️☺️

Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful about equipment. He helped us set up our apps on our phones and walked us through how to use our equipment. We really appreciate the kindness of Ashton. He made us feel like family. He also said that if we had any questions or concerns that we could call him and he will be glad to help us in any way possible.

Extremely pleased with the Vivint system and especially with the installer Jorge, he did an incredible job with installation and was very patient with explaining all things about the system. The cameras are very clear, well positioned and easy to access on the phone. The doorbell camera gives a wide view of the front porch and yard. The panel is easy to operate.

I am quite impressed with the quality of cameras! I came into a situation where I needed home security's, IMMEDIATELY! I called around and Vivint was the best option. Their original installation date was 2 days away, but they assured me if anything came open they would get me in, and BOOM, NEXT DAY INSTALLATION! My installation technician John S. was AMAZING! Very personable and understood my needs and concerns. He is full of life and made sure every view he set up on my cameras was to perfection. If I request to tilt the camera a little lower or higher, he gladly did. (Most of the cameras was spot on)

The Tech that came to my Home was extremely patient with the whole process and He went above and beyond the outline of his job description! There was so many snags with the financial company and he worked thru every one with me. Absolutely amazing gentleman and I will definitely recommend Vivint to any one and everyone I know.

Ryan was early... Had texted first to see if he could be early. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Was friendly and personable. Cleaned up dust from drilling. Made sure to explain everything and said we could contact him if we had questions. Left his business card also.

When the technician arrived at my house to install the cameras and security system, we had to stop the process because the contract was incorrect. Everything they originally offered us had changed. We contacted the salesperson and pointed out that they were charging us $1,000 more, the down payment had increased, and the monthly payment had tripled. They fixed some of the issues, but not everything.

I spoke with Marie and she help walk me thru the whole process of transferring owns on the Vivint account. She was so nice to talk. She was friendly. Patience and understanding of my needs. I greatly appreciate her kindness. She deserves a bonus. She make sure I got the best possible deal and I loved talking to her and how she made me feel at ease. Thank you Marie.

Sales guys as always sell more than the installers can do. Our installation guy was amazing. Much harder install than the sales guys told, but Robert was amazing. System seems easy enough to use. Camera quality is AMAZING! Silly but if you could have custom tones play for the alert would be pretty cool.

The camera in the back is not to showing the way I would like it. Thank you. Happy with the installer. The guys worked very hard. I give them 10 out of ten. I need someone to check on the back camera. Please and thanks.

I had Alex as my representative and he was so helpful and was so fast even when my WiFi wasn’t working, he found a way to troubleshoot. Having Vivint makes security feel easy and in my control, it was so easy I was able to relay everything confidently from Alex to my roommates!

I experienced excellent customer service. The install was amazing and my technician was very knowledgeable about the subject. Would recommend this service to people. I didn't know anything about security systems but they made me feel comfortable about this setup and helped train myself and my wife in the operation.

The technician that came out to install my system was professional and courteous. He was very thorough when explaining all the features on the app. I seen all the videos of the security system, but to see it at my own home will give me peace of mind. Brent installed entire equipment, explained the functions of each item and helped me with the app in less than two hours. I am very pleased to have selected Vivint. However, window and door sensors were an added cost which was not communicated to me by the salesperson.

Brianna is a great asset to this company. Her customer service is A1. She is knowledgeable in the products and she explains everything about the paperwork. She asks if you have questions or concerns and she is very polite. She has experience as you can see when you speak with her. The technician Marcos is wonderful. He definitely knows what he's doing and the most polite young man I've ever interacted with. I think they both need a pay raise. I don't do reviews but I honestly feel that these two are definitely wonderful assets to the company. Will definitely refer a friend or more.

I was thinking about canceling, but I’m glad I didn’t. My technician made the experience very pleasant. It was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. He is going to be a pleasure to work with and very helpful. He was patient, kind and helpful. I hope every aspect of my time with the company is as positive.

Greatly appreciate that Vivint’s teams across the board are all employees of Vivint, and not third party contractors. The whole experience from scheduling the install and going over wants/needs, and the install itself was painless. The installer was incredibly helpful in explaining the system and its features, and exercised care during the install. Very happy with the initial experience!

MARCUS installed my equipment and he did a great job and his customer service was impeccable. He showed me how to use the equipment and now I am very confident working my VIVINT security system. I was given the doorbell camera, two indoor cameras, a motion sensor, and door sensors.

Christian came over. Was great. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, came in, explained everything from top to bottom. Took his time explaining how it all worked and how to get the most out of it. Once the installation was complete he still stuck around until we completely understood all the ins and outs, great customer service, highly recommend him and Vivint for their professionalism and technology.

My installer was professionally and knowledgeable. He had wonderful customer service and educated me on the products. He set up my system and explained to me how to work it. I feel much safer and more confident now. Everyone I have talked to has been professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Everything was good.. Is there a way the camera in the front can see more like the one in the backyard.. Javier was very friendly so was the guy that came to installed the cameras..** with long hair. I will recommend this to family, friends and co-workers..Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Installer took 4.5 hours and had to call for additional help. Installer brought in a dirty ladder and put it on our carpet which we had to clean that took hours of our time plus purchase to clean carpet. Installer left attic cover open and did not put back. Our heat was going up in the attic for 2 days because we did not notice that it was not put back correctly. There is at least a quarter size hole/notch in our wall now underneath where he had to put in system that sticks out like a sore thumb. NOT HAPPY with installation at all but like the system so far. Also sign VIVINT was not put in yard.

The service was easy going and all of my questions have been answered. I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by Travis. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. He’s was on time, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The camera and set up is very clear and easy to work with. I’d choose this over any other company.

After 2.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, with someone that spoke poor English, asking multiple times for another agent, she refused no resolution I joined monthly payment that day $9.00 for service calls. Two days later I called to ask for the appoinment for service call, not scheduled, another one hour to trouble shoot, only with no results again, After they will send a new locking mechanism, I am 84 years old disabled from Army. Seven days no locking mechanism the door is open. Never never recommend this Vivint locking security program. Friendly on the phone, lousy mechanical support. Very very lousy, US Army Green Beret retired.

Love the quality and easy access to my new door doorbell and thermostat. Thank you, Vivint. I love the panel where I can control everything and can place it anywhere. My doorbell was installed in a perfect location where I can see my whole front yard. I love that I can control everything through my phone, board panel or wall. Thank you.

Bobby was excellent. He made sure he checked for accuracy as well as showed me how everything works. Using the device panel as well as my phone. I would definitely recommend Vivint for security reasons. The price is reasonable and the equipment is excellent. My cameras are clear and free from debris. I’m in love with my service this far.💕💕

Adam our representative was great. Set me and my family up and had his insulation team come out the same day and they were great. Walked me down on the setup and didn’t take long with having 6 cameras to set up. Two days later recommended a lady down the street that stopped by wanting information.

Overall extremely pleased with the local manager In Henderson Spencer who spent considerable time to walk me through the system including the various options. There was no sales pressure. Additionally I was pleased on how he helped us think through the utilization of existing infrastructure. The installation went extremely smooth. Our technician was on time - and walked us through each phase of the installation. We are extremely pleased with the first phase of our journey with Vivint. The tech was very professional and explained everything that I needed to know, and he also was very fast and neat, no problems. I have a wonderful experience getting my security system set up. Tim was very understanding when I was late for the appointment. He showed up early and called in advance to check if that was alright with me. Walked through everything I needed to know before he left. Thank you again Tim for the help!

Windows and motion detectors not are detected. Don't know if installer was finished, Said he had to get to another job and did not come back to finish. Don't like of size of monitor and camera pictures. Door bell in a circle design, very ugly. I would like to cancel my service with you. Come remove all devices.

The sales guy initially talked to told me a lot of false information. It was difficult to correct this information after the installation guy came to sign documents multiple times and honestly feel like I’ve been taking advantage of a bit. Installation guy was very friendly, very professional. Very happy with him, but the terms that were explained to me and the initial sales call were not the terms in which the company works And I feel like that was bad business for me to make a decision after the installation guy was already there.

The installation technician MICHAEL ** was incredible. He had a calm demeanor. He was very professional, fast, knowledgeable and he was very neat when installing the equipment. He left everything spotless! He also took the time to explain how the panel works and gave my husband and I his personal number to call if we had any questions. We were very pleased. VIVINT seems to be a great alarm system, but we’ve only had it for one day now. So far a great experience.

Educated me on the use and resetting my pin. How to arm and disarm rhe system. I have been using it today with no problems at all. The technology in the security system is powerful yet intuitive to operate. The connectivity between the main panel and our cell phones is amazing. Ricardo did a fantastic job with the installation and was extremely helpful in showing us how to operate it. The icing on the cake is also being able to easily operate all thermostats in our home.

The young man that sold me the system was very nice. I felt he could have explained better that I was buying a system. I only started to understand that when I got approved for a loan. I now also understand that there is a lawsuit against the company. I will be looking into this.

Woody, our installer was top notch. He was in /out. Didn't take as long as we thought. We are in awe of our new system. We are enjoying the smartness of our system now considering what we had initially. We are glad we chose Vivint. Yes, the equipment is pricey, but we will get by that eventually.

The whole experience was great. Our sales Rep was informative. Warm and helpful. My technician was at my home. For hours making sure everything was installed correctly and then took his time showing us the system. Both were top notch. Be prepared that the sales call won’t be quick although very informative. Already love the motion lights!

This has been a long time coming but I’m glad we finally have a secure home. Having control when I’m away is HUGE and Vivint have been so great. This initial salesperson was so great. Not pushy. Asked great questions. And tailored a system to our needs. She was very honest about not needing this or not needing that for my family. I really appreciated the honesty. Installation was great. It was a little late at night but I appreciated having the system installed in the evening so I didn’t have to juggle my work schedule. Tech support has been great and they have answered quickly to all my questions or issues. I can’t recommended them enough. I’m very happy with the product but also the experience as a whole.

Horrible company to try to cancel. I had mail a letter as requested, try to email the requested documents, they first gave the email address but it failed. Asked for the emailed address to send cancellation doc, chat person would not forward the email address, kept on referring me to the phone which I had already spoke to two times. I had delete payment card from my app but still charge me. IF I was you look for an another alarm company. Horrible, Horrible experience with this company.

He did a great job and explained everything simply. Exemplar employee! He managed to get everything setup with minimal damage to walls and interiors. Thanks to him we got it all up and running with no issues to the hardware or the house. There were no issues with setup and everything was explained well.

Professional, quick, and very helpful on how the system works. Also helped me try to get my truck stuck in the mud. Definitely is not in their job description, but they tried for almost 30 mins on helping get it from being stuck. Afterwards they started doing what they was suppose to do, which was install the alarm system as quickly and professionally as they could. I would recommend the crew that came out today to do install anyone's alarm system. I'm sure they would be on point.

Sales associate was outstanding, only issue was the installer left a lot of rubbish and the panel was not straight along with the door sensors. I had to remove and reinstall the panel and door sensors so they could be straight. To add the installer came here at 8 pm and assuming it was his last installation of the night. Something like this could be scheduled for the next day if that means better quality.

Great services. Installed in a timely manner and ask me about every action he took so I could feel involved in the installation. Did not feel like he was trying to upscale me on equipment it was what was best for me and my family. Could not be more happy with the services I got. The initial appointment was set to be between 12-4 PM. The company was late and I had to reach out to them. I was given a new appointment time of 530PM. The new representative was a few minutes late. The worker that came to my house was professional, personable, and quickly handled the installment. He was able to answer all questions I had and made me feel even better about my system.

Great deal, found the perfect system for my home and was not expensive. Awesome customer service from both sales and technician. Technician provided all instructions and explained it perfectly to where I understood Vivint a big 10! For excellent customer service and super fast accurate installation by the tech. I never thought I would have it installed the same day after I signed the contract. Now my home feels very safe and I am able to sleep without worrying about any intruders since I live in a desert.

We just had Vivint come install a new Security system in our new home this week, the guy was VERY professional and did not leave till we totally understood the system. We had Vivint in our previous home and tried another company but we went back to Vivint. Can’t beat their equipment and are always friendly.

They are a great company. A little high but other than that’s great company and I love their system. The gentleman that came to my house were very friendly and nice. He explained the system very thoroughly and the gentleman that put it in was prompt and it only took about an hour. I like Vivint. I would recommend them to others. Like I said before they're little high, but nothing is too high to guarantee your safety and to feel safe in your own home.

This rating is only for the tech, installation and equipment. Tech was very knowledgeable, very professional and very efficient. Installation process was lengthy but very efficient. Although I just received the equipment it appears reliable, etc. Customer service on the phone was very frustrating. It took numerous attempts to schedule the installation. At one point the customer service representative put me on hold for 20 minutes. Another promised to call me back once he figured out the Information and never did.

We moved into a new home and a Vivint system was already installed on the home. However, once the tech came he noticed that the panel was damaged. Tim was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and very, very patient. He went above and beyond to make sure my system was fixed and working properly. Also, he was able to help me get my new panel fees waived. I can not thank him enough. I work in customer service and I understand how hard our jobs can be at times. After doing research I decided Vivint was the way to go! Sales & Tech was absolutely phenomenal! All around smooth process & delivery! We switched to Vivint from ADT for its clearer cameras images. We are impressed with its 4D cameras and for the lights and sounds that go off when someone comes within range of our settings. Friends were recently burglarized from the back of their property which caused us to research and change to Vivint’s enhanced security.

I realize that I made a huge mistake signing up for this service. A sales guy knocked on my door yesterday and pitched me on the service. It felt like he did not set good expectations. After he got me to sign up, he said he would have technicians here within an hour to an hour and a half. This was at about 6 PM. However, technicians didn’t show up to my house until 10 PM and proceeded to work in my home until midnight. I probably should have told them to come back the next day because it was so late and my family was trying to sleep, but I felt like they were pressuring me to get it done tonight because they were already in the area. My wife had a 5 AM flight in Orlando and needed to get some sleep and so if you can imagine she was about ready to kill me for letting technicians into my home this late at night. I think as a company, it should be standard practice that you’re not going to have technicians working in people’s homes at 10 o’clock at night.

From the sales rep and then the installer was great. Got it all set up where I don’t need two camera and is amazing company and I will be getting the people I know and all to sign up for this company and will recommend them this company to the most fullest as they were great.

The tech was awesome and patient and helped me understand my system and showing me how to work it, use it and understand all the important features and how it works with the emergency team as well as the do’s and don’ts. I would refer him to anyone I know.

After a horrible experience with customer service rep Adam, my impression Vivint made a 180 turnaround with the install. Eric **, sales rep, was so efficient, profess, and kind. He notified me of his ETA, he explained how to operate the equipment, he the answered all my questions, and discussed the various services Vivint offers... I have a few more months on my ADT monitoring contract, but thanks to Eric, I will be calling Vivint afterwards. Thank you Eric, you changed my ideas and attitude towards Vivint!!!

The representatives were very professional. The explanation of cost, installation and how the process worked was very clear and detailed. I didn't have to wait for an installation appointment. Connie came into my home, assessed the security situation, and acted with my best interests in mind. I let her know that I had plans on moving that day but would also help support as necessary. She let me know when we’d be finished and that estimate was completely accurate. I did not have to leave early to complete my move. Connie also let me know the ins and outs of the security system all while being an absolute joy to talk to. I suspect Connie is on everyone’s radar as being a standard to follow.

This is the system for those who are looking for a full-featured, professionally installed system. This is the top of the line consumer option. The cost is higher than DIY options, but only about $15/month more for 24/7 monitoring & panic/duress features most DIY systems don’t offer. You do get what you pay for. The tech who did the install was courteous, professional, and collaborated with me on how & where the components would be most helpful. The install and system setup took about 2 1/2 hours & the tech made sure I could easily navigate the features before calling it completed.

I have had my system for about 5 years now. For the most part it is pretty good. The one complaint I do have is the doorbell camera. It picks up (a person) which is actually just a shadow from headlights. It gets pretty annoying when it makes noise because of this. Also be sure to delete some of the videos from time to time since you will run out of room and the videos won't save.

I was his only new install for the day. Did not seem he did not wanted to be there. He was very polite. He had the impression I was confused on where I wanted my cameras. I was not confused. Where I wanted the camera he was not able to put.

My installation process went well with one exception, the panel was unable to be hung due to interior wall supports within my walls. The technician did not discover this until after a large hole had been drilled into my wall. Unfortunately, Vivint does not supply stud finders for their technicians, so something like this could have been avoided. I am extremely impressed with my technician, he was concerned about the situation and willing to find a way to repair the hole, even offering to purchase paint if needed. Thankfully, I still had that color in my garage. I also appreciate that my technician was extremely personable throughout the installation process.

Ordered a security system and within 24 hrs. A technician arrived. Shawn was very professional and gave good opinions on where devices should be installed for both interior and exterior of the house. Took approximately 2 hours including a thorough walk-through of the program. He cleaned up everything and the install looks very discreet.

First time homeowner as a single female in the suburbs, I wanted to be sure I had an eye on my new home especially when I’m not there. My consultant was very calm and knowledgeable about the difference devices. I needed to change my appointment and after called, they moved it to basically next day! That morning I received a text and then an “on my way” message so that I had plenty of time to get to my house from work. The tech called me and we went over the order again, added things that I thought I already had, installed, and then showed me how to use the app and the control panel. Derek showed me how to change my PIN, arm and disarm the system and test it out! Plus I got a promotional discount!

Tech was patient as it was hard to find my daughter's apt. He was accurate and informative. Smooth setup and helped install the app for us. The camera installed quality looks great. Very crisp and easy to operate. This is my first system with Vivint. If I really like this I will get for my house as well.

I had a Bad experience, didn't have proper equipment upon arrival. He had to leave and met with another technician. Took about a hour and in the process of everything 4 hrs before anything was done, service was canceled then had to get reinstated. Was on the phone for hours until anything was done. Phone rep. So not too pleasant.

I am not satisfied with the customer service and assistance provided. The home that I purchased had Vivint installed so service was just transferred over to me. The gentleman transferred me to tech support but it was an endless loop that finally disconnected itself. I reached out to the gentleman via text as he assured me the number he texted me on would go directly to him if I had questions or needed help. I'm still waiting for a response. Also I am still waiting on an email to reset my online password. There you go, good luck future customers.

The sale guys that I talked to was wonderful and did everything to help me make the best decision on my system but he help me lower the cost to get what I wanted, the technician was just amazing. I am well pleased with my new service, please if you need a new security system go to them they are amazing.

My installer was great and very professional, there were some issues with the payment system that caused a bit of a delay but once the installation got started it was very quick, well done, and he explained all the equipment to me. The payment system could definitely use some work.

Our technician, Chad, was very professional and courteous and provided great customer service. The system works perfectly and is easy to use. The prices are fair and the quality of the cameras are supreme. We feel a lot more safe after making the decision to go with Vivint. The lifetime warranty is worth the few extra dollars and so is the spotlight on the driveway camera.

Aaron was quite professional and knew how to adapt our existing system, except that several of our sensors were strange to him and could not be connected. He bypassed them with wireless alternatives. I only wish I had a heads up in that the only electrical outlet in proximity would be consumed by your equipment. I will now have a labor intensive job of bring another outlet over. It would have been easy to fix if I had been told at the time of assessment.

He needs to explain that the first 60 months is for service and equipment and that once the equipment is paid, the reason the fee goes down is because it’s just the service at that point. Easy to use panel. We like the phone app feature and control the panel through there. We were previous customers from out my of state and was pleased with the service.

The guys were fabulous! Great customer service. They were there all day without any complaints and were clearly there to do whatever they could to make us happy which we are. The cameras appeared to be working great. There’s a few few little things they’re gonna come back and change, but that’s just things that I didn’t ask for an initial order like I want lights on the outside cameras. The only thing I would ask is if they pick up their things. When they left there were a couple boxes left in the yards and a couple wires here and there and I have animals so I just always like things picked up because it could be dangerous if they ate them. But the guys were great explained. Everything were there all day.

Vivint sent Tim out to do our install. He was here all day which I didn’t expect but appreciated. He was extremely professional and direct which I liked. He was very patient with my 2 year old son wanting to watch him and ask questions all day. He streamlined all the equipment and had everything up and running before I knew it. I would definitely recommend to people looking for an upgraded security system.

The camera was awesome, the salesman Antonio was phenomenal and respectful, the price was a little high, but he was able to accommodate me to get me exactly what I wanted and needed for the right price! The young lady that installed it was highly professional and answered all our questions. She explained everything very well and we got it all at a great price!

Excellent knowledge and experience by the Tech. Expert advise positioning equipment and programming the smart home settings and assisting my wife and I setting up the app on our cell phones and explaining how to use it. This is our first time using this company And I am sure it won’t be our last time.

A very nice and patient young man. The perfect man for working with older clients. He took time making this process so easy, showing me how to work the alarm system. I would recommend Vivint over and over again if I knew he would be the one doing the installation.

Very pleased with the new system. It is working great. The experience from sales to installation has been top notch. Brandon was awesome! He did a great job at explaining the system and making sure we were happy with things. At the end of the appointment, we decided that we would really benefit from one additional camera. Of course we felt awful because he had already packed up all of his equipment, but he was more than happy to pull back out what he needed and get to the fourth camera installed for us. Having a visual of the outside of your home, gives such peace of mind!

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and was informative on what needed to be done to get the cameras in the positions that I was wanting. He was very precise to make sure all equipment was working before he left. The new cameras have been working perfectly. And I am very pleased to have them.

Left the space clean and trash picked up. Was friendly and professional. Left his card for future reference and asked us to call if we need an assist or further product and services.

I was greeted by sales team and had their products and service explained to me before I agreed to sale, The installers were on time and installed system. They were very clean and courteous. The system use was explained to me and showed me how to use it. The whole process from sales to install 3 hours.

I feel safer in my home, because now I have a deterrent that will actually be a threat to any intruder. Not having to open my door to see who’s there and be able to talk to them without actually exposing myself to them. I think it is very protective. This is a wonderful system. It’s not that expensive and it gives me the assurance of safety and a comfortable feeling while I’m at home.

Absolutely the best customer ever. Outstanding, he answered all my questions was very patient and thorough. He was hands on showing me how each component was to be operated. He demonstrated what to do when certain situations can occur and how the system helps you in crisis. He was very informative and covered everything to put my mind at ease. I have never experienced that kind of customer service ever. He was outstanding. Very professional and helpful with my many questions and took time to explain even when he had to repeat himself.
