The process was easy and took about 2.5 hours. The technician was thorough and answered all of our questions. Everything was installed well. It works great and even looks good in our home. The app and in home monitor are easy to use and change settings. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The salesman was awesome and the installation was excellent. Security system was setup, tested, and shown all features. We tested the security features, and my kids enjoyed tripping the alarm to watch spotlight move and make sounds. All of my existing compatible devices were connected, and tested. All future expansion upgrades were covered as well. No issues to report.

They were super helpful with my installation. I was super busy with work and so they helped me through text. It was simple to activate accounts and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything else. They respected that I had everything I thought I needed. Would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone that is looking for a quality camera/security system. Also would like to mention that the equipment came with the home we just bought and we absolutely love the quality in the cameras. We feel more secure especially having children at home. Sales team gave me one price and when the installation team came it was much higher. I had to negotiate down to get close to the original offered price. Over all the sales and marketing installation people were easy to deal with. Their equipment is very nice and their app is easy to use.

From start to finish this was easy to set up, timely and not expensive. The installation went smooth and the technician was professional and nice. The system is easy to use, and the tech stack they offer is just as good as the more expensive versions out there. Would recommended Vivint if you’re shopping for a new security company.

Great experience, the tech Blake was quick, honest, precise! Exceeded our expectations. I wasn’t in the house but my wife and children were there and he kept in contact with me via phone, text and delivered what was promised to me. He stayed 10 mins afterwards just to make sure everything was up and running and placed in the right areas. Love it!

The Vivint rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Shared all the available products and costs to help make the best decision about what was needed. Installation was flexible and not many adjustments were needed to accommodate the work. Rep was kind and respectful to all household members and shared all the features of the products chosen and operation of the Vivint box/console and app.

The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and remained professional the entire time. Kriss was assisted by a trainee who was very helpful and engaging. Well I think the person that sets you up should explain more about the financial part. He really didn’t explain that to me. I found out later that I am adding another card to my credit report which I didn’t want. And I am aware of the law suit against the company and I hope they don’t use my credit to allow someone else to join in your company. My tech was great. I am hoping this company will not let down!

The technician came and performed a great service, All sensors and the panel had to be changed, I recommend it to everyone. Now we have access to the panel and on the cell phone, easy and fast. We never have an alarm at home, the technician set up all the devices and we answered all our doubts, I would like to thank them for their attention.

My experience with the technician today was great. There were recommendations made but I wasn't forced to get anything I didn't need. There are plenty of options for favorite, but I got the package I wanted at a price that is fair. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Gabriel and Nick came today to install cameras, a thermostat and a new system. They were absolutely amazing! They were thorough and detailed with their work. Everything came out clean and they were very detailed. They ensured that everything worked properly and that I understood how the new system worked before leaving. They were very professional and it was a great experience. They made everything very smooth and I couldn’t be more impressed by the work they did. Highly recommend them for any work and will be asking for them again in the future!!

Very nice people and very competent. Excellent install and service. Very knowledgeable and helpful in getting phones setup. Very friendly and took time to explain all of the functions of the system. Helped setting up all the components of the system and demonstrated how to use the phone application. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the employees. They were very friendly and even pet friendly to our dogs.

I'm a returning Vivint customer. When we moved from PA to FL 7 years ago, Vivint wasn’t in the Tampa market. Very excited. They knocked on my door to say they are in the 813 now! Signed up and got next day install. Tech was great. Family feels safer. And we already know the Vivint customer service is in our corner.

We have replaced an older system on advice from family who had Vivint for several years. Our technician, Tim **, was knowledgeable, professional, detailed and patient. He explained the system, including the sensors, control panel, cameras, smoke/carbon monoxide detection, etc. He set it up according to our needs. He answered our many questions. We highly recommend Vivint and Tim!

This Company really does not have a clue. I have nothing but problems with the system since day one. Doorbell Camera went out and they sent a new one and I sent the old one back with the label provided. They received the old doorbell on the 8th of Nov, but charged me 308.00 on 11/21. Have been on a hold now for 23 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM VIVINT! I am now going with SimpliSafe. If I can get someone one the phone to cancel the horrible service..

Corey did a really good job installing my equipment. However, I was not aware they would need to drill holes in the wall for the wires which I wish I had known beforehand. Otherwise it was a very good experience and if anyone ask me about it, I will give them Vivint’s information.

We are so excited about our new alarm system! Our installer, Brennan, was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional, kind and courteous. He also displayed great patience when dealing with all of our questions, and even helped us set up all of the parameters on our cameras. We have worked Vivint for about 5 years. They provide great products and we did feel more secure using their company. We eventually decided to make some changes and cancel. My disappointment comes with the customer service with this. My experience with trying to cancel was fine; they did the usual, "are you sure you want to cancel- we can make changes to the package, change prices," etc.
I ended up cancelling and that was it. However, three months later they are still charging us. I called back and the representative read from a note from the original call that I was rushing and getting upset during the phone call and the employee didn't have a chance to state that an email was needed to end the service. Hmm. Interesting. So.... that was pretty disappointing to hear that the representatives do stuff like that. From my point of view, I was the usual customer wanting to cancel- no yelling, no bad words, just... cancelling the service. I don't know if that's just a common practice done on purpose just to get more money or if it was a rare occurrence. But that has been my experience and others should be aware: if you ever try to cancel, you have to send an email.

Eli was great, he explained every detail and worked hard to accommodate my family with what we needed. Techs were fast, respectful and courteous. Products are user friendly and installation was fast. All Vivint employees that came to my home were respectful and happy to help even after I said it was out of budget. They still tried harder until it worked out for both of us. The first issue I had, but this system was that a continuously stopped communicating with the mobile app. I was unable to access functionality that I had paid for. The second thing is that the keypad went out on three separate occasions over a year and a half. Even though they replaced the key that I had to go through all the manipulations to put those keypads back up call into the office and connect them to the system. What a pain in the butt. Thirdly, when I decided to cancel because I was just so through with all of the ups and downs with this system, and how things kept disconnecting and the wireless connections and batteries were just failing they disconnected my mobile app so I'm not able to access my camera even though before I have been paying for storage. Of course I thought that you could still use your system even if you weren't signed up to pay them a monthly fee for the rest of your life to use the functionality of your cameras.
This is a horrible system and actually, I thought that they were gonna be better. They had been in some kind of fraud scandal. You can google that to check me on that and then they were bought out by another company what they were doing some fraud with individuals accounts and I thought they were turning themselves around but they're just an absolutely horrible system. I've had other systems for the last 20 years ADT being one of them. They're all monitoring systems and they never tell you that. By the way they can't call the cop without talking to you first, so what good is that anyway. Of all the systems that I have had this by far the lowest and I will give them minus one stars if I could, but I just want to get it out there to let you know

We love Vivint’s system because we had it before in another State. So to get it again was a no-brainer. One thing we’d ask for in this account activation experience, however, is attention to detail when installing. Blinds should be put back the way they were before sensors were put on. Panels should be straightened, including garage mounted receiver, etc. Customer service is top-notch. Just slow it down and truly make it a white-glove experience.

The installer was wonderful, quick and helped me upgrade my plan! Now we have peace of mind with our new security system as well as a doorbell camera. He even offered to be on the lookout for security locks that will match my door handle! I am very pleased with the experience and we will certainly refer to others. We recently got a Vivint security system. We are loving the system so far. More than anything the staff has been absolutely fantastic. The sales rep that helped us was David ** and he was incredibly friendly and informative. He was also very genuine. I never felt like he was selling me unnecessary things. I don't remember the techs name, but he was also friendly and worked at a very good pace. Hard workers all around.

Anthony was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way with the installation of my house alarm. He took in mind my budget and didn’t try to upsell unless to fill a need. The inability to get your account cancelled is just AWFUL Business from this company! I sold my home in December and called to begin the cancellation process. Every month I am charged the fee to f $27.14 and every month I call the customer service to cancel the account and obtain a refund. It is now the next November and I am still being charged. Vivint owes me a refund and NOBODY has the competence to cancel the account and send a refund.

I called back on October 22, 2024 and was told I would get a $500 refund because an installation guy said he could not install my equipment in this apartment. I have called once a week for 6 weeks and have gotten no resolution. Their customer service is overseas in a country where they have broken English and the language barrier is terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Could not understand why I only received $75 for my commission when I had my system installed. Still waiting for the bonus $300.. And I also needed to find out if there are more incentive or bonuses for the installation of my system. Plus when I recommend others do I get any bonuses or other commissions.

So today I was researching security systems. Among the some of the ones I looked into was Vivint. I got a call from a representative who asked questions about the type of system I was looking for. After everything was noted, I was asked for my social security number and my personal information to be able to get a quote. When I told the representative that I would not provide that information just to get a quote, he stated that there was nothing he could do to help me out and hung up. I don't care how good of a system you guys offer. But to ask for personal information this days just to be able to get a quote is completely ridiculous. Don't even know how you can get any business like that.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job. As we discussed the installation we made several change and improvements because of his knowledge. We are very pleased with the system and the process. The system is an upgrade from our previous security company which give us more security and more coverage. We really like the great definition on the cameras and the ability to record and zoom in.

Installer was professional and knowledgeable, installer stayed late to ensure system was properly functioning. Installer made sure we knew how system worked and went through all the available options of our system. Installer was careful and worked pretty fast. We have animals and he was aware of their presence to ensure they did not get out of the house as he was going in and out of the doors completing the installation.

The tech actually showed up a few minutes early our appointment. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. We double checked and confirmed he had all the equipment that was discussed and set up with the salesman before starting any work. He worked fast and with great care to our home. Before proceeding with any work made sure that’s exactly what we wanted and explained all of our options for different or better locations that he could do to make sure we got the best coverage for each camera in each area. The sales reps really explained everything and promoted all the benefits! I really like the doorbell camera and the deter mode when I have packages delivered! It only took them an hour to get it all in and working! Very simple directions. The fellas Anthony and Derrick were wonderful! They cleaned up and everything was properly placed!! I feel safer already!! I've had trouble with people driving in my driveway for no reason. Or sitting in my driveway. I'm older and by myself so I have a fear of unknown people who come around.

Customer service was good, installing text were easy. Up until they charge my account without telling me I had a fee for it other than the monthly payment. You guys need to advise a different amount of payment as you go through and not just charge it at the end.

The install was a reinstall after a rebuild from a house fire. The install was great. Didn’t take too much time to install. I didn’t have WiFi installed yet so the tech Jessica offered to come back out to help me finish setting up the app on my cell after WiFi is installed.

My system has only two of the many cameras working after over 6 hours on the phone with four technicians on different calls. I took the panel on and off 8 times moved the box from above the garage door and back door like a prank still not working after being held on the phone for hours finally a real person is set to show up hear on 11/22/24. All this was less important in get my system running to my expectations the most important was getting my payment & yearly contact taken care of. I am most impressed with the company so far. Still waiting to see if they will be able to get the system up & running when the tech arrives at my home. My suggestion would be to improve set up experience & only start collecting money monthly after the system is set up & running correctly not before and expecting payment for part of the services that were provided.

It was a door to door approach with is usually off-putting but Kam was patient, kind, and thorough with his explanations. It was a later-in-the-day sale so installation didn’t start until 7 and lasted til 9:30 pm. We did have to split up the install for another day. So far, the system has been easy to navigate.

Had a great experience when they upgraded the outdated system from the previous owner of our new House. Very respectful, listened to our needs, didn't push any products that we don't need, made sure we were comfortable with the monthly bill. Well, since I had to change security companies I decided to go with a company that is up to date with the 21st century necessities in home monitoring security. After checking ratings (4.9/5.0 stars), and a referral from a friend who has Vivint and likes the system, she showed me the equipment and how it works, and I must say that I liked what I saw. So far it functions great, is user friendly and does not have the complications and added expense of a wired battery box in a closet. I've had Vivint for only a few days but customer service seems excellent and the tech that installed my equipment was personable and efficiently determined to get my system up and running as he worked around and helped me remove the old equipment from the prior company. So far, so good.

I had a very positive experience with the security install today. The two young men that did the work were very polite and professional. They explained everything they were going to do according to the work order, made some changes after discussing it with me, and went about their job. The install was fairly quick. They explained how to use the equipment in a manner I could understand. They cleaned the work site inside and out. I would definitely recommend Vivint to my friends and family.

I just bought an older, but thoroughly renovated house. The upgraded systems were included in the sale. The installation went smoothly, and all of the features of the new systems were thoroughly explained and demonstrated — a clean and professional job. So, let’s start with my title. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I was very uneasy. A tech came to my front door in plain clothes, no company car, and no ID. Thank God he was able to pull my service contract up and show me his info or I would have declined service. I think this is VERY unsafe considering the world we live in today.
Overall my tech Mike was wonderful. He went through every step with me. Showed me what he did and how to work the system thoroughly. He also had great conversation to avoid the awkward silence when someone is doing work in your house. So my subtraction of the star is company related and has nothing to do with the service of the tech. He was great. Vivint should really look into uniforms to avoid this issue and have customers feel safe.

New system has been installed and up and running. Chris helped with all of our questions and put the cameras in secure areas of our house that we wanted coverage. Called to shared I was charged twice during an account transfer process, they basically told me they could do nothing about it and to ‘call my bank’ and implied I was lying. I asked for the dispute process and they declined to provide the information (billing department guy was RUDE, talked over me - mansplained me - just awful). This was after talking to 2 previous employees (who I could barely understand) and being on the phone for 1.5 hours, I was out of luck and hard earned money. Then I had called to back to move my service, to find out that they transferred my service to the wrong address, which then they couldn’t help move my service because the address was wrong and didn’t match. So then I had to call the account transfer number to fix the issue I had already paid twice for
HOWEVER - this department was amazing! Brennen and Noah really listened to me - they had become frustrated with my experience as well. Brennen and Noah explained the double charge to me, fixed the account transfer and set up my service move - they solved all of my problems and it took less than 30 mins! This was the experience I was wishing for the whole time. When/if I call Vivint in the future those humans are the ONLY people I will speak to. They cared, empathized and actually helped me and solved all my problems in one swoop. Kudos to Noah and Brennen in the account transfer department. If it hadn’t been for them, I would’ve canceled my account with Vivint.

Everything was fine BUT….the installer showed up two hours late... around 10:30 I think. One person. We had dinner plans for 6:30 but he was long from finished. This was clearly a two-person job. He said we could not leave and that he had to finish. We canceled our reservation but gave him a 8 pm deadline. He didn’t finish it all but apparently, it’s not much. This was unacceptable to make us miss dinner. They are finishing sometime next week.

I've had too many bad experiences with Vivint. The products are unreliable, expensive, and break easily. The app is useless, completely skipping recording for times when activity was happening and it happens way too often. Customer service is non existent unless you're willing to pay more. The experience with the sales person was uncomfortable at best. Avoid Vivint. I spent a lot of money only to have cameras that don't work and recordings of times that I don't need.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a system and signed a contract. Smoke detectors started going off randomly. Service tech could not fix the issue. Called customer support no less than ten times with no resolution. I removed the smoke detectors about 2 weeks after installation. Vivint would not credit my account for faulty equipment and still made me honor the contract. I had to pay these crooks for equipment that did not work. DO NOT USE VIVINT FOR ANYTHING!

I have always thought highly of this alarm company until a false alarm was triggered last night and the alarm was not audible upstairs where I was sleeping. It could’ve been a disaster, but for the fact that somebody else was awake and heard it downstairs. Otherwise, police would’ve come crashing through my door. When I called today, they told me that “it’s just a to scare away the burglars“ which is ridiculous because you have to respond to the panel and if you’re sleeping, obviously you will not be able to go and do that. They told me they just came out with the chime extender, I guess that’s a good idea except now they want me to pay for it and install it myself. I’m canceling my service. I have had other alarm systems and when they activated you definitely heard it throughout the house.

There was no coordination between sales and install. I had spent an hour on the phone the day before to ensure no delays on contract price for install the next day. Installer arrived and spent 2-2.5 hours on the phone getting pricing sorted before even starting. The upshot of this was, he rushed at the end, did not clean up, did not finish, because he was rushing to get home to dinner. New systems- current issues, no holiday tones, dead batteries, did not finish installing components on a door. I cannot in good faith recommend based on a very poor experience. I have yet to receive the 2nd keyless FOB that was not provided. This was the second attempted install. I did get to listen to the installer complain loudly about sales for 6 hours.

Everything was good initially! The smoke detector is amazing as it picks up on kitchen smoke immediately! The camera has a good view and sees everything except the person that STOLE my grand daughter’s bike at 2 in the morning! Nor did it catch the car being stolen over night! So unfortunately I do not support the product! Also, I was receiving auto deductions and then they turned it into a credit card making the interest more and extending the balance!

Ross A should be fired, I work in customer service and that is un-acceptable. She was calling to cancel service that our her son ordered without her knowledge. I would not recommend Vivint simply because of their billing practices. I cancelled my service due to relocating and not needing their service anymore. After almost an hour of them trying to keep my business I was told my account would be closed. A long story short, my credit card was still being charged for the next three months. I called to inquire, again long holds lots of apologies and confirming that my account should not have been charged. I wish issued a refund for last three charges. The next day I was RECHARGED for the refund I received. I am now on hold (43 minutes and counting) to rectify this once again. I have asked to elevate the call to a representative of account services. Now they will not allow me to elevate the call. We are in the process of building a home. I would NEVER allow them to provide service to me again. I am filing a complaint against the company.

Vivint service is pure garbage. Their customer service reps and account reps lie through their teeth about getting you support to fix your system and never call back, never schedule repairs that they caused, etc. I spent over $10,000 on my Vivint system and all the cameras go down 10 times a day and at best they send out techs who were hired yesterday with no training and then follow up with calls trying to sell you their service plans. I was psyched about Vivint when I first signed up and spent over $10,000 on their system. 100% regret it. Their service is garbage. Pure garbage. Even for a client that spent that much with them. Go to ADT or anyone else.

I was explained in great detail how the alarm service worked both on the main panel and my phone. I requested on numerous occasions to cancel the contract with Vivint because the service and equipment does not work. Over the very short time I used the service, I had Vivint technicians come to my home on three separate occasions because of issues with the system and equipment. I armed my system less than 10 times, and two of the first six times I used the Vivint system, two resulted in false alarms. The last false alarm resulted in the police being called to my home at 2am-although the system never sounded enough to be heard on the second floor of my home, where our bedrooms are. The Vivint doorbell cannot be heard on the second floor of my home, and technician had to put a device downstairs to extend the doorbell even on the first floor.
Vivint falsely claimed to be compatible with Alexa, it is not-so all of my Alexa-compatible devices are linked to each other but not my home security system. When the third technician came to my home, the technician could not figure out what was wrong with the equipment, so their only solution was to disconnect the sensor that they claim was the source of the false alarms. That sensor is on my downstairs kitchen window, and If someone were to break into that window, they could walk straight to the alarm pad and disarm it. Clearly, Vivint is unable to secure my home, so there was no reason for me to continue utilizing their service. I refrained from using the service and requested cancellation repeatedly for months and they refused to cancel my contract.

Okay, how bad can it be? Everything that you promise doesn't happen. They overcharge me. I spent 8 hours trying to get my money back. Still not sure if that's happened. The five times that I called I was on the phone for an hour. Now the camera, my ring camera stayed online more than the Vivint camera. Every few days it's offline for no reason because the internet is fine. Long story short, just run. Just run away not towards away.

Installer was courteous, very pleasant, explained how to use the system and worked around my pets without complaint. He offered to return on Sunday because he was missing one camera. This was very convenient for me because I did not have to make arrangements again at work. Minor suggestion to trash the screws from the old fixtures. Other than that great service!

The two lads that presented the product were knowledgeable, professional, candid, and extremely personable. Our only concern was there was too much to digest in operating the numerous modes of the system in such a short amount of time. The technology provided is difficult for me since I’m not tech savvy.

After discussing my needs we decided to add additional sensors and camera and add video playback from the cameras. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy! I was having issues with my current camera and I chose Vivint for my replacement. I'm really excited going forward. I attempted to end my service with Vivint after moving. I was told I could keep it active for two months without charge and could follow up to determine if I wanted to continue service at a new location or to transfer it to the new homeowners. I declined and was still charged for those two months of service. I called Vivint repeatedly over months, and was eventually told I would be issued the credit. After weeks passed, I still didn't receive the credit so I called again to follow up. The last person I spoke to said my account was closed and it was impossible for them to issue the refund on a closed account. They even attempted to get me to open a new account and pay for additional services to get that credit. The constant up-selling and their lack of ability to rectify the situation with a long-standing customer was incredibly frustrating. I will not be using their services in the future.

The Technician was thoroughly versed in the service: blind spots, heavy/low traffic areas, equipment limits, response time, etc. All questions were answered satisfactorily. Be prepared, because setup took some time. Anytime an issue arose on compatibility, it was resolved quickly and to my benefit.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and assisted with questions we had on the products and he assisted with recommendations. The entire process was easy and our technician worked with our schedule to come out to our house and installed all of the equipment quick. Our technician showed us how to work the panel. It is a very nice system and we’re loving it so far. The features are far not better than a simple ring doorbell camera. Go with Vivint for sure.

Technician arrived as scheduled, he was professional and very helpful. Alarm panel has a sleek design and is easy to use. Being able to access everything from your cell phone is a plus as well. I did not have to wait a long time to get an appointment. Customer service was great.

High pressure and deceitful sales tactics, false alarms, unanswered alarms, equipment works about half the time, poor quality installation, hard to understand the employees answering the phones because most speak broken English, etc… and so on. Hey but don’t take my word for it. Do the research. This is one of the most negatively reviewed companies I have ever encountered, BBB, Google, Yelp…. and the lawsuits that have been brought against this company are numerous.

We've been trying to cancel my dad's Vivint security account FOR 6 MONTHS. The unit doesn't work, they keep increasing the bill, taking directly from his checking account. The alarm goes off, nobody calls, no police come, it hasn't worked for a year. We call to cancel. We get transferred a dozen times, they try to sell us a better system, but when I told them my dad had cancer...they added what stage, I told them 4 and they said, "Oh we can cancel it." Except, there's no email on the account so we can't do online and they've yet to send the paperwork. At this point we are calling the Attorney General because we have no recourse and the bank isn't cooperating either. It's so upsetting.

Deceptive sales tactics, such as inaccurate initial estimates or misrepresentations of contract terms. Installation was done incorrectly (I have 45 years experience in electronics, telecommunications, fire alarm and security systems (Installation, management and maintenance). The customer service is very poor. I have put in over 9 hours phone time to get an issue resolved and it has NOT been corrected. This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Buyer beware. This company is rip off.

I was promised cameras that never showed up, they sold me them in September and I’ve called the sales rep who has never responded. I have also called Vivint directly 2 separate times, and cannot get anyone to help fix the issue. I only did the system for the cameras, I never alarm my system but it was needed in order to use the cameras. I can’t believe it is so hard to fulfill on their commitment and breach of the agreement we have made with them.

Had a perfect sit down with the sales rep who was informative and is a customer himself. Our installer was very helpful and informative. Helped set up my wife and I with profiles and get all equipment installed where we wanted it. Only reason for the 4 star is that the MyQ cannot connect with the garage opener. This really isn't on the personnel.

Disappointed that I was told certain sensors were compatible with Vivint. Installer came and told me I would to buy new door sensors and the garage piece of equipment really isn’t compatible with Vivint. Texted with sales rep and he seemed upset because I did not answer his call while the technician was setting my phone up. Says he would take care of things, but I have to hear back from him! It is potentially worth switching back to my previous company!

I’m extremely disappointed with Vivint’s service, which has been a nightmare. Despite having a contract until 2026, Vivint has consistently failed to provide the functioning security system I was promised. My cameras and other equipment have been essentially useless for the past six months. I contacted support multiple times, endured numerous visits from their technicians, and even had equipment replaced, but nothing has resolved the issues.
When I tried to escalate to higher-level support and management, my calls were disconnected repeatedly, with no effort to address my concerns. It’s appalling to see a company with such a lack of accountability and care for its customers. In my experience, Vivint takes your money but fails to deliver the basic service they guarantee. I would caution anyone considering their services to save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values integrity and customer satisfaction. Vivint has been a massive disappointment and feels like a scam that keeps you locked in a useless contract.

The sales and installation were fine. The sales person was friendly and knew the answers to the main questions. Installer did fine. Though he did not speak a lot of English, it was enough. System seems easy to use though it does remember our favorite access code from the last time we were with Vivint. Thus it will not let us use it.

Initially didn’t understand I was getting a doorbell but was very understanding to hear me out on it, he added the doorbell on and put every sensor in a good spot, and managed the chords and equipment placement well. Was also very respectful and made a couple jokes here and there.

The salesman and the tech were fabulous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only group I have is the people on the other side of the phone with the tech giving the tech a hard time about changes on the ticket. Wanted to close the ticket and not be helpful and help. The tech was real professional, courteous and helpful. You could see the frustration you had dealing with the people on the other side of the phone when he had a problem. Shouldn’t be that way. Vivint security system is working properly and looks on the building is very professional. The work was well done, technician explained process and help understand what we might need considering our location and building. Technician and supervisor worked together, which was amazing to see, and provided education on the Vivint security system. Would definitely recommend to others.
