The process went really smoothly. The person I spoke with on the phone before the service technician came out was very patience and spent a lot of time explaining everything and answering my questions. When the tech came out, he was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very kind. It all went well. The only negative thing that happened was that the prices quoted to me by the phone agent weren’t the same as what the tech had down. So I had to contact the phone agent several times, and she made sure I got the prices I was originally quoted. So the company makes a big deal about honoring their word, which I appreciate. My recommendation would be to have the phone agent send you an email with all the prices quoted. We’d received an email, but it didn’t have all the prices. But my agent backed up all she’d said, and she honored every bit of it. I highly recommend Vivint!

Both workers had Incredible customer service and support. I highly recommend this company. The technician was very informative and helpful. The installation went smoothly and all questions were answered. Both workers were very professional and respectful when in my home. They cleaned up all the items that my security system and took it with them so it didn’t have throw anything out. He explained the use of the system very well.

The installer was courteous and explained everything about the system. He took us step by step how each function worked. He gave demonstrations on each function. He provided his contact information in case we had any questions after he left. He also cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure having him do the install.

Tech was friendly, informative and professional. I would definitely recommend Vivint for your home security needs. The install time was not too long and recommended positions for the cameras were good and thought out to best protect my home. Our overall experience is given out of five stars. You can not go wrong with Vivint.

My Service Technician "JB" was on time, very professional and courteous. I appreciated his willingness to help and make sure I could operate my new system. All of his installation were neat and tidy. I was missing (2) smoke detectors which he assured me a follow up to install them upon receiving.

He was a great problem, solver and did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone. He did exactly what I wanted. Had even done much of the prep work before he came so all he had to do was install and then connect using the Internet. I’m sorry I don’t remember his first name, but part of his heritage was from Trinidad in the West Indies.

Nico was an awesome salesperson and kept me laughing the entire time! He was patient with us and let us ask every question we had. Shamari was diligent and professional. He stayed almost to midnight installing all of our equipment and set up everything just how we liked!! I love my new security system and you can’t beat the price! Thank you so much.

Drew was awesome and Zeke was efficient with the installation. Everything is great, love the cameras and the peace of mind of knowing who is at the door and not having to guess if it is someone we want to talk to. Highly recommend this for everyone out there to have a comfort level.

My tech Mason was amazing. He was very patient by answering all my questions and making sure I knew how to work my system. He ensured he showed me every detail and he was very knowledgeable about his job. 10/10 would recommend. I got exactly what I needed as far as equipment and wasn’t upsold. I’m very happy with my new system.

Excellent service, tech was very thorough on explaining all things for the install and setting up the system and going over how it all works. On time and was informed prior to arrival and what the whole system contained, I think the whole install took around 4 hours and we couldn’t be happier with the performance and overall experience.

Jason was super. He knows his products was very easy to talk to and ask questions. He was very responsive making sure we were taken care of by the installers. The installers were prompt and did quick work. Efficient work. They also were friendly and did a very good job. Thank you very much!

Service rep and set up guy were very lovely and helpful with getting us what we needed. They provided plenty of help and support for our needs in the future with the system as well. The new system was explained in great detail to ensure proper use and we very much appreciate it.

Chris was very knowledgeable about all Vivint’s equipment and very helpful. The camera installation turned out perfect with no wiring showing. All of our sensors were updated and he was able to get us an amazing deal. We have been with Vivint for over a decade and would recommend them to our friends and family!

My technician Christian did a wonderful job setting up my security system. He troubleshooted with me, led me through everything clearly, and was very kind and friendly. The process was easy and it was done before I knew it! I'm so glad I have my Vivint system now. In the future I will definitely recommend Vivint to my friends and family!

We are very impressed how our new security system works in our home. We now feel safe when we are either home or away when traveling with our Vivint security system protecting our home. Our technician Daryl was super friendly and went over and beyond explaining the benefits of our security system features.

Kobe came and install the alarm system. He was wonderful. He helped me decide what components I needed and installed them quickly and took all the time I needed for him to show me how everything worked. You’re lucky to have him. He placed the keypads exactly where I wanted them in. The system was working fine when he left.

Easy as can be. I picked the color, and he went to work while I worked on some projects around the house. The next thing I knew he was finished with the set up. He walked me through getting the system on WiFi once the cable people do their install. It definitely added an update to this old house.

It was smooth and very nice! My brother had to be there for the installation and the guy who installed the system communicated with me the entire time while I was at work! It made me feel like he cared and he wanted to make sure that I was happy with the service even though I couldn’t be there in person.

The rep was very informative and helpful...The installer did an excellent job in a professional manner..Mike ** came back another day and assisted us with our many questions. He have us his personal phone number and request we call anytime..He had a great sales pitch so we were anxious to purchase...Also our neighbor has Vivint as well..

Can’t talk enough about how much I love this cameras. The quality is excelente and the sensors are amazing. I am not thankful enough to my tech who worked wonders and helped me understand everything about it and how it works. He had so much patience with me. Antonio, I hope I got his name right, came out to install all of the gadgets and gizmos, he did a fabulous job, very thorough and informative, he was well organized and knowledgeable of all of the equipment. I was exceptionally pleased with him and Joel, who marketed your product, he was awesome too! Both gentlemen conducted themselves highly professional, they answered all of my questions professionally and I’m very pleased.

I was initially nervous about joining Vivint, but Mike took the time to explain the benefits, security, and safety features I would be gaining for my family. He thoroughly answered all my questions, making me feel confident in my decision. The installation process was handled by Eli ** and Antonio **, and they were absolutely amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable about the system and took the time to explain every detail. They answered all my concerns and even provided expert advice on the best placements for my cameras to ensure maximum security. Their professionalism and patience made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

The techs were very polite. They knew what they were doing. They asked me where I wanted my panel and cameras. Then they went to work from there. Customer service was a great experience for me. The agent took his time with me finding a the right package to fit my needs and budget. The men who came out installed everything in the right places and was very professional the whole time. They even helped me with any questions or concerns I had after installation. The installation guy was very efficient. Was in and out with no problems. Answered all my questions. Also had time to run through everything he installed so I could understand. I was grateful to make a decision to switch security companies. I had been with ADT for 5 years and while Vivint was going to replace and check on previously installed carbon monoxide alarm found no batteries. So for 5 years that trust with ADT has been lost. So far the new Vivint system is doing awesome recording motion that I didn't have previously.

Great Job Justin, He was on time. Install everything with new products. Tried to up sale but at this time I was not ready. Very respectful, I've had installs before but not like this. Very professional, great attitude considering it was late. My first installer was a no show and Justin went out of his way to help. Thanks again Justin.

Sales rep was very friendly and professional. Upon asking questions, also very knowledgeable. Also went above and beyond and out of his way to come back when I was available to listen. Good thing he came back when I was available. Because he did make a sale. Love the features and the quality of this product. Received installation of Vivint security equipment. Service technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. He did an excellent job at explaining how to use the equipment. There was one issue after he left. I was able to text him. He responded quickly and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Vivint camera is clear and shows a wide range view. It notifies me every time there is someone at the door, and I am happy that I am able to speak to the visitor from my phone. The armed systems is easy to use and connect to. My wife and I were able to understand the functions with the employees help. So far so good.

Justin did a great job installing our security system today. Very friendly and transparent. We appreciate the great service! Seems like a nice security system. The only thing I would suggest in terms of the company policy would be to allow us to add devices during the solar promotional period. 12 months seems like a long time to have to wait. A huge missed opportunity for the company.

The BEST technician. During the setup of my alarm system he came up with suggestions and options and they were the most positive and best decision that I think that anybody or I would do. I recommend him a raise and the best technician that y'all have me out apart. Thank you.

The Installation Technician was great and installed what I believe is one of the best Security Systems I’ve seen. Even though I only had Ring & now Vivint. My only noticeable flaw to point out about Vivint is the Cameras are stationary. With Ring it is wider Camera vision and the Cameras move left to right. That's important because if a Possible intruder walks up they can hit an angle known as a Blindspot. Hard to track a criminal if the Cameras are stationary. Also The night vision isn’t great. But it can get the job done. Great Installation and I recommend the technician & Vivint. Because if power goes out, Vivint will work and Ring will not.

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Already have the system at my home. Now I decided to get one for my business. The company is top tier and highly recommended. He arrived about 3pm to install 1 outdoor camera and flood light, doorbell cam, 5 door sensors, and hallway motion sensor. He was here till 10:30 p.m. He wasn't very apt at figuring out the hub. Didn't know how to set up anything on an iPhone. The camera and the floodlight are not centered above the garage door.

I was very pleased with Antonio’s sales pitch. Information about the company and products were well explained. Antonio, that installed my equipment was very thorough. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He did not leave until the work was completed and made sure that I understood how my home security system worked.

It was a great turnaround time. I decided to try the service after speaking with Antonio ** that afternoon around 3pm. Antonio actually persuaded my son to join in on the conversation, which helped in my decision making of Vivint products. He did a great job selling, answering questions and reassuring me that he’ll continue to be my agent should I need any assistance. Before leaving, Antonio told me to expect a team of technicians that evening. Geo ** and his team showed up at my house, did a walk through, then began installing the equipments. Once completed, Geo did another walkthrough and showed me how to use the system. Friendly, professional, kind and experienced. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Very happy with our service and products. Love the features and the ability to add our google nest into the main app for a one stop shop app. The cameras working without Internet and still recording is also a huge plus. The smart lock integration as well is a nice touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to update their security systems.

My technician Anthony did such a thorough and complete. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction, issues addressed and confirmed. I couldn’t be happier with the service and installation. The equipment is of excellent quality and construction. And I like that it is all USA made and serviced. I opted for the service plan in the unlikely event something fails but I couldn’t be pleased at this added security to my home.

Both of these guys were gentlemen. Very polite. Stayed right to it and got the job done. The installer cleaned up after himself and stayed and showed us how to work everything and answered all our questions. So far I’m very impressed with the company, but it’s only been one day.

Got my Vivint activated yesterday and the one walking through it over the phone seems so distracted and uninterested in the work he was providing. You can hear people in the background which made it difficult to hear his directions and seemed so unprofessional. This has made me very worry of doing business with you guys.

I recently became a Vivint customer. I had a rep P who was in my area with is supervisor; both gentlemen came in to my house explained in details what Vivint was offering for smart home security. At the time o had ADT for 7+ years. I was pleased 😢 with the information and the fact that I would be receiving door bell and the water sensor as well as the price breakdown was good. I was assured that this is a soft credit with no impact whatsoever to your credit. I decided to move forward, the soft credit was done and approved. My equipment installation was done 3/8/25. On 3/19/25 I received a notification from my credit that it went down 23 points due to a hard pulled from Fortiva. I wasn't aware who this company was, when I called 🤔 the customer service number, this company is affiliated with Vivint. Fortiva ran a hard credit on 3/14/25.

First rep I spoke with gave me a quote on my monthly bill and how much I’d have to pay. I had zero down payment but had to pay for first month fee is what I was told. I didn’t schedule that day…called back a few weeks later and another rep was able to pull up what I wanted which was: one indoor camera, 2 outdoor cameras, 2 window sensors, 2 door sensors and the doorbell. The fee was higher even though I originally had 2 indoor cameras. They send me the contract to sign and it has everything I asked for but the wrong date so I called back and another rep tells me, “it’s ok to sign we have the correct date that we will install but if you don’t feel comfortable you can wait”

I had an excellent experience with my security system installer. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain every step clearly and ensure I fully understood how everything worked. His attention to detail and strong communication skills made the installation smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable and professional installer!

Shawn ** is the technician that came out to our home to put in our camera system. Very respectful, knowledgeable, young man, explain everything in detail. I absolutely love it! I slept like a baby. I live alone, and as a woman with a concealed carry permit, the extra protection feels amazing. The peace of mind I’ve gained from adding Vivint to my home is priceless! I’m so excited about having Vivint. My mom got her Vivint first. As an elderly woman, she’s not tech-savvy, so I get to be the administrator for the system at her home. Seeing how it provides peace of mind for her and me, because now I can keep a closer eye on my mom, I decided that I definitely wanted the same for myself and my home. There’s no reason not to protect your home. It’s super affordable. That’s all I have to say. The techs are very professional and friendly. They work quickly. For my install, I was lucky enough to have Jordan. Jordan was extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. He explained every step thoroughly and carefully he took his time and installed the system beautifully. No exposed wires were left. The cameras have a clear view day and night. I feel safe in the hands of Vivint. Definitely worth the money to have peace of mind.

My review is for my tech Ian who did my install on 3/17. He was super friendly, answered all my questions and recommended items for my new system to make sure I was getting the most out of it to feel safe. His install was quick and efficient and I appreciated that he didn’t make me feel like just another customer that day. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was going good and if I had any questions. Ian really made the whole experience from first to last interaction enjoyable and I would def recommend Vivint to any friends or family because of it.

Technician was very friendly and respectful. However, it seemed he was possibly running being and therefore did not removed the old system sensors. I later learned that some of the equipment is faulty, I.e. camera lights that detects motion does not work. The alarm system does not work. Overall I felt I should have kept my old system and upgraded to include the cameras as part of the new system.

Rhonda was a well experience Tech, because of her I will always recommend your company..she is the greatest she made sure I have a great understanding of the system that was installed and she did answer any questions I had, plus she had a great attitude and respect for her customers, I really enjoy spending time with her, she is a great asset to your company.

Our salesman, Dave, was very knowledgeable about the system and answered all of our questions. I especially like the audio whistle alert when a camera is activated from motion. I feel like it will be more likely to scare an intruder off. Our installer also answered all of our questions and was very quick to get the system installed and setup.

Our new security arrived with the technician in a timely manner. He was very respectful and helped explain how everything worked. My roommate and I are really pleased. It's comforting to know if anything happens then help will be on the way. We are quite thankful! Looking forward to a lasting partnership.

They are helpful and very friendly. Vivint Alarm is fortunate to have employees like Geo **. Their work is exceptional and first-class. Also, they clean up and put everything back in place. They were fantastic.

Services are excellent but seem a little high. At the same time you are getting what you pay for though the technicians are absolute amazing, though great instillation clean, no cables anywhere to clutter up the view. I am certain though that nobody is getting in without my knowing, even from halfway across the globe.

My experience with Vivint has been exceptional. My installer Mr ** done a great job explaining how all the equipment works as well as installing everything properly. I already referred my son to get the same equipment. My daughter also has Vivint for her security system as well. Mr ** was also very impressive presenting the security system. He is the only reason I decided to get it.

Misael went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best deal as I had had service with Vivint before and canceled because rates kept increasing and I would have to buy more equipment after I had just paid it off.

My technician was courteous and respectful. My house was a mess and he said "No worries, you're good", I was very comfortable having my technician here today. Took his time to work through some issues able to resolve it. Installed my equipment nicely done and walked me through it all. I feel happy and satisfied with my new system.

Very professional. Would love to use him again if I need more thing installed. He also came very early. Was not expecting him till 12 pm but I liked that he came by 830.

Cooper was very helpful in explaining the functionality of the new security system. He took his time to evaluate the house and advised where the equipment should be placed. The only issue we faced was with the indoor camera where the wire was short and the camera is not mounted and is sitting on a window ledge. Not ideal but might ask for mounting the camera with electrical extension cord.

We hadn’t heard of Vivint until recently. Our tech Anthony was knowledgeable, personable and able to speak to the equipment without being a typical “salesman”. Anthony arrived within the timeframe and got everything up and running pretty quickly. The image quality on the cameras is top tier and the main panel is easy to use. We also like that we can control the smart house features and alarm from our cell phones. We will definitely recommend this service to our friends and family members. Hopefully they get Anthony as well!

Our sales person Jaeger was great. The installation team was great, however, they were missing two carbon monoxide sensors, a yard sign and four windows stickers. I paid for a garage door controller, that doesn't look to be installed and is not set up on the panel. We received a text Sunday o3/16/2025 morning that a technician would come out between the hours of six pm and eight pm but no one showed up. I missed the window to set up the app access link and need to have that reset. I tried to fix it myself but revoked remote as access trying to re establish the link. It did not work and now we have no control with the app. I was going to talk to the tech about it but they never showed up. If this doesn't get resolved Or an action plan is not created, before the free look period expires on 03/19/2025, I will cancel the order.

Help me troubleshoot the problem but couldn’t so she set up an appointment with a technician to come out to find the problem. Was very friendly and helpful. She tried everything she could do on her end. Doesn’t know what the problem is so the best solution would be to send a technician out to the house.

Excellent service! Tyler installed all my cameras/sensors perfectly and explained how the panel would work. 10/10 recommend. Will be recommending to friends and family and even neighbors. Camera quality is fantastic!!! I feel a lot safer with having Vivint security system and being able to see it on my cellphone device.

The system was priced amazing and the install went in within a reasonable amount of time! It’s very user friendly and makes me feel at ease how much more visibility I had compared to my nest and other home systems before Vivint. I can lock and alarm easier and I can check in at home easier. I also like the control panel matching the phone screen so it’s easy to use.

I signed up through a sales rep in my neighborhood and the service from beginning to end was top notch! The installation rep was amazing too! They both offered great customer service and explained everything to me. I was pretty impressed overall and love how the system will allow me access to monitor my home 24/7.

Everything the from the salesperson to installation was great. We called to inquire about what they had to offer and were sold. The rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Elgin came to install the security system and provided excellent service. He called and was able to come earlier than expected. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process. He made sure we were happy with everything. The video is clear. The app and panel are easy to use. We definitely feel our home is well protected.

The technician, Conrad, was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me with what I needed. The only issues I currently have are that the battery in the security system is already low and the back door security system doesn’t work after only the second day of installation. I was also supposed to get 5 months of free monitoring and I’ve already been charged for a month.

Doug my tech was great! Doug arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Answered any questions I had. Install didn’t take long at all. He explained the system and answered my questions. Vivint sent an amazing group of people to my neighborhood that offered me a no pressure presentation of their proprietary security system. As a retired security consultant, I must say was impressed with what Vivint has to offer. When the installation tech arrived he was friendly, informed and a true professional. He explained entire system to my wife and I and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. The cost of equipment and modest monthly service fee was fair and reasonable for such a product and service. My family is well pleased with this decision to hire vivint.

Today I had my alarm installed. It was so nice that he called me and arrived earlier than my scheduled time. The tech was more than helpful and very professional. Sales rep was clear, precise, to the point, friendly and approachable. I called to inquire about install on Wednesday. The agent was very helpful and kind and swiftly got me an appointment for Saturday. Robert, our installer was awesome, professional and took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were all set with how to use the app, panel and even how to set auto arm/disarm.

Most painless services install I have had for the house. The app, notifications, scheduling and tech arrival were spot on. Everything works the way it was supposed to. No glitchy apps, or poorly trained techs. Very rare. Great sales, cost estimation, efforts up front. All person to person contact covered every detail. That the customer would need to know. Thank you!

This person is really good and honest and I would recommend him anywhere. As a matter of fact I have three more people at church would love to see him from my church. You don't find good people like him. They are very few and far. You have a good good employee.

The installation technician was very friendly, informative and helpful. And the system works well. The Ring doorbell and display for it make seeing what's happening on the other side of the door something that wasn't possible before and is so simple to operate that my daughter (7 years old) was able to use the display to see what is outside and even talk through a speaker with the touch of a button. And it's nice that you can interact with the system through the app on your phone. All in all a good experience.

The salespeople and technicians were very professional and efficient. They were very polite but also extremely friendly. They all knew what to do and explained things the first time in a way we could understand and remember how to operate the systems. We have several large dogs and I was impressed that the dogs barking and wanting to be petted did not bother them in the least.

Wonderful service! The sales rep explained everything and walked around to help me figure out where to put all of the cameras. The service team has been wonderful with getting everything installed! Our installation for one camera was a little tricky but they are working to figure it out. Definitely recommend the service to anyone who needs home security set up!

The sales guys was great and knowledgeable, he didn't push us into anything. He was able to get a tech out the same day for installation. The installation guy was good. We put in all new cameras, thermostats, flood lights, it was a big job. He was there late getting the job done. However the installation guy was not really knowledgeable on the app and rushed through that process so we are still navigating on our own but YouTube and Google have helped. We have reached out to our tech about the door lock as that is the only thing so far that hasn't connected and we are paying for. The tech told us we may need a new lock. Waiting to hear back, I don't want to pay for a service we can't use. Other than that we so far love the system.

The whole process was so smooth and fast. The tech that installed our cameras was really professional. He explained the whole process and answered any concerns or questions we had. We are really content with our cameras. I honestly wasn’t expecting on getting cameras but I’m glad we decided on doing so.

May have to cancel after my 30 day trial for budget reasons. Love the equipment and its great technology. But with taxes and everything, it’s like I am paying another cell phone bill.

My experience with Vivint has been nothing short of frustrating. Their customer service is extremely poor, and their retention tactics are borderline unethical. Trying to cancel services with them is an absolute nightmare—they make the process as difficult as possible, putting customers through endless hurdles just to terminate an agreement. The lack of transparency, long wait times, and unhelpful representatives only add to the frustration. Overall, dealing with this company has been a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

It was nice working with the Vivint team. They explained everything and did a great job with the install and the equipment is really nice. It’s gives us peace of mind knowing when we aren’t home we can see who is at the door or near our garage. And let them know the camera is recording.

First of all no one said anything about a credit filing or going on my credit report, I was told this is a no contract just monthly payments. I don’t understand the total on the bill and I am very upset and confused. How much am I being charged for this equipment and for the installation?

Ordering was simple -- advisor found exactly the pieces we need for this house, install tech was on time, worked quickly and cleanly, explained everything we needed to know, and we feel confident using the system and that it will help us feel safer in our house whether we're inside it or somewhere else monitoring the cameras.

No over-the-top sales pitch! You get what you pay for! And these guys at Vivint are top-notch! The system is super efficient and very user-friendly. You get a wide angle and the ability to upgrade is legit! We can ease our minds that when we are away from our new home. We have eyes on the property from every angle! Chris ** was my service tech and he was nothing short of amazing. He is very knowledgeable about his job and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. He was very informative about everything he was doing and kept us in the loop the entire time. He explained to us what each equipment piece does and how to use it. He gave us a thorough explanation of how to use security system, its features and walked us through downloading the Vivint app and getting us hooked up with it. He ran into an issue which required him to stay longer but he remained positive the whole time and ensured us he would not leave until the job is completed. My experience was very good. Nico, my salesman was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was completed very fast and with no inconvenience at all. Matt did a good job. The equipment that was installed is a good quality and appears that I will get a lifetime of use out of the equipment. We also are excited about the additional security that we will have with our house. And also the security of knowing that our family is looked after.

I can’t say I am very impressed with the install itself, but I did not appreciate how the one younger gentleman kept slamming my doors and stomping going in and out, and then made a giant mess and then the older gentleman would not answer my questions. He would just kinda just shrug it off as if it wasn’t that important for him to even bother and then he would walk into another room. Lastly, which I kind of think is kind of petty to even stress about, but like I brought out a stapler to staple my paperwork that I just printed out and then need me to put the Wi-Fi information in, and I left it on my table out there, and when they packed up they took it with them.

My wife and I are very satisfied so far with the service provided by Vivint. We just got it during the weekend after thinking about it. The salesperson was very polite and took the time to explain how Vivint works. My wife and I decided to get what we really needed. So we decided for the doorbell camera, outdoor cameras and doors and windows sensors. The system is sophisticated and very easy to use. The installers were professionals, knowledgeable and were able to finish the installation in an hour. We will definitely recommend Vivint to anyone looking for homes security systems.

Salesman knocked on our door, sold us a system. Install crew showed 30min later started work, didn't finish, but scheduled 2nd day week later to finish with more parts but failed to remove previous cameras, stucco and paint holes. They said needed 10' ladder and would need a different crew to come back for that. Which now means a third visit which isn't scheduled, yet. We still have on going problems with our cameras working our phone apps, some days work fine. Others I have troubleshoot the app for the camera view to work on either my phone or my wife's phone.

I love it. I think I did the right thing and I love the features being able to work my alarm from my phone anywhere that I am without stressing over if I forgot to lock the door or set the alarm and most of all I can check my camera anytime any place.

From Jesse the salesman and Aaron the technician, the process was smooth! I was hesitant to get cameras but the pros outweighed the cons. Both were able to answer my questions honestly (I knew some of the answers already). I would recommend this company with anyone. Allows my partner to see the area while he is traveling which eases his concerns. Discovered the installer was only somewhat informed about the product he was working with - for example, the difference between a garage door and laundry room door. We asked for a the garage door to have a sensor and instead got a door sensor for the laundry room door?

So far everything that Vivint offers is exactly what we needed, in today’s world crime has spiked tremendously, and is not always when we can act on certain situations and know we have a security system in place it helps you know there is always an extra layer to protect us and our family members.

Missing events, not getting notifications on my phone, the app is not working correctly, the deter keeps going off when everyone is passing, I had to take deter off since I only want the deter on for in front my door activities. When chatting with technical support they informed me that I don't have 24-7 recordings and made me add on subscription for $10 monthly, which I think it's unfair, since I just got the system. Please refund my $10 and cancel the monthly $10 subscription for technical support. I don't think the tech installed the camera correctly since he didn't remove the old wires from the door nest camera we had before. I am requesting a return of a tech the installation.

He was professional. Super helpful and a fast worker. I would recommend based upon my experience. I will be a customer for a long time and I feel very confident as well as far as how to use my new equipment and navigate thru the different screens and where to find anything I might be looking for and how to make changes to any of my settings passwords or pins.

The door lock buttons doesn’t work, messaged the person who installed it. Told us they would come back and look at it and never came. However we have spoke with Vivint and they have ordered us a new one. No charge for the lock but charged for the order which is fine I guess.

Tyler was very helpful, very considerate, Pleasant, quick. He said it was going to be about two maybe more hours. He was done within 45 minutes. I was very happy with the outcome. We had ADT for a long time and upgraded to a new "improved" system in 2020 and a couple of months in started not working correctly. After calling and trying to get it fixed they wanted to charge and I refused since we just got it. Now five years later and Vivint reps Brian and Eric helped switch us over to a really new and improved system. We all love it but most of all the simplicity. I now am able to arm and disarm with ease and paying the same amount of money. Plus several awesome upgrades.

We recently had a Vivint sales person Alex sell us a security system. The installation with installer Zekel was great. He was very knowledgeable and found the existing power supply so that the installation could be completed. Once installed he took the time to go over all the feature and set up the cameras and alarm access. Thank you guys.

Honestly they left everything a mess. It was a young man and woman. It felt like they just wanted to finish and leave. She was very helpful in explaining some things but I don’t feel like the man explained or wanted to do anything. I wanted to be able to use the stuff I had already on a different location but everything seems broken and just thrown in the floor. They didn’t install the indoor cameras. I imagine they didn’t have them. But honestly the service could have been way better.

Everything went smoothly but I thought I was going to do a phone call, but mostly done via text messaging. I have been a customer since 2019, equipment is top-notch and very reliable! The system is great!

We don’t have Vivint. It wasn’t what the salesman discussed with my husband on pricing…so we didn’t finish the process and didn’t agree to some terms. We didn’t get a system installed at our home. I don’t understand how it got this far if I didn’t finish the process and I feel like the salesman did it illegally. Now they keep sending messages like I have vivint and I have this loan that I didn’t authorize!!!

I would like to say thank you to Vivint my new camera and alarm system. I feel safer knowing that I can watch home throughout the day if need be. I love how the streets come to my email and my phone and through the app to alert me of packages being delivered, someone is at the door and when doors/windows are opened/closed. I just want to say thank you as well for the technician that came out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of the service he provided, asked me questions for clear understanding, made sure that everything was set to my liking and also made sure I knew how to operate the app and the alarm system again. Vivint is up and down the best. I use to have the services back in 2013. So getting upgrade at my new home has been a pleasure. Brandon was professional and got the job done. Even went beyond and helped me with and call to customer service. Thanks great service great people!

The installer was very professional and knowledgeable of the equipment. He was also able to answer all my questions and recommended great camera placement to be able to see my entire property. The installer communicated his time of arrival and was exactly on time. He installed all equipment neatly and cleaned up after himself.

Vivint was responsive and professional from the first call all the way through the installation process. It was not an easy installation due to the foam in the walls. Ben the installer never complained, kept working diligently to find a solution and installed everything to our satisfaction. Ben also walked us through exactly how everything works and said to call him personally if we had an issue. Good company and good people.

Jesse and Brandon are "the bomb" when it comes to installers. They thoroughly explained all aspects of the system and how to utilize it. They were very professional and worked well at teamwork. And.. they cleaned up after themselves extremely well. I'm a happy camper! I would highly recommend the service.

My Vivint installation experience was great, and my technician was very helpful in explaining the install process and providing me with an initial tutorial on how to use the system and the app to manage the thermostat and work the security system. So far, everything has been easy to use and customize our options.

I have had a great experience with the installation of a new Vivint Security System in my home. The person who sold me the system and the technician who installed the system have been great. I highly recommend! The sales person and the technician were very courteous and very knowledgeable about their product.

Our technician was amazing! He made sure to explain everything to us when he was doing it and answered any questions we had along the way. He was able to help us figure out our hub and how to navigate the app. He even helped put one of our indoor cameras up on a high shelf that I would've never been able to reach. Very helpful and informative! He also made sure to let me know the motion wouldn't send me a notification everytime my cat ran around which was something I was worried about, so that eased my mind!

Installation Tech was extremely kind and helpful. He was on time and was ready to begin as soon as he arrived. He was very respectful of our home and made sure to include us in every step he was doing. Every question was answered and every part of our system was explained. The technician walked us through the entire setup.

The salesman that came to my house very respectful and love how he handled everything. But the young man that came and installed everything I want to take everything back and go back with my my old alarm company. He was rude, was in a rush, damaged my wall and tell me where he wanted to put my window breaks 'cause it can can read the whole room. Idc about reading the whole room. I wanted it right above my window 'cause I wanted to hide it behind my window curtain so nobody can see them. Then when we was trying to connect to garage he seem like he was just overwhelmed and never got it connected. When taking off the alarm system equipment he left screws in my door because he don’t wanna take time out to get the right tools for the job he made really making me second guessing every change over.

Kevin and Mike were truly exceptional. Their professionalism and dedication to service exceeded all our expectations. The entire experience was not only efficient and tidy, but their extensive knowledge shone through in every interaction. They took the time to educate my husband and me about our new home security system, making us feel confident and informed. Their approach was both thorough and engaging, leaving us feeling secure in our choices.

The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. I am thankful that I finally was able to get security through Vivint. Kariel with Vivint who did the install did great and explained everything to my daughter and I thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. I recommend this to everyone. I have been happy with the service.

From the very start when speaking with a Vivint representative I was amazed by the professionalism, their ability to explain everything and find detail and make me feel at ease when the technician arrived. He walked me through everything that I wanted plus a few things I didn’t even know I needed and things that I didn’t need. He took his time installing things and making sure it was what I wanted and where I wanted. I am very happy that I went with this company and I feel more at peace every night when I arm my system.

I’ve been given multiple different times and dates to when someone is going to go to my house and do the upgrade on the panel and cameras!!! I don’t appreciate being told different times and dates if I need the system to protect my family! I keep being told that there is nothing they can do on the time but they keep moving the date further.

James was great. He's a solid professional who does excellent work. He made sure everything was to my specifications. He provided me with honest information and reassurance. I’ve had my system for 5 years and recently needed another system at a different location. They even allowed me to refer myself for the added discount!! Fast scheduling, great customer service both via the phone and in person, system is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Highly recommend Vivint.

Just had my new alarm system installed this weekend as we replaced a system that was not working for us. Great job done on an older home. The whole process was great! I signed the contract and the service tech was at the house the next morning. Done in 2 hours!
