The sales person was very courteous and answered all questions. The price offered was nice and reasonable. Installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. The install team were able to answer all questions. They also gave recommendations on where it would be best to install some of the items.

Our technician was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, super nice, hilarious, and good at his job. He did a great job at installing everything and he was just an all around pleasant person. I love the quality of the cameras installed, the easy to navigate app, and all of the ways you can customize your Vivint experience through the app.

It was very enjoyable having Vivint install a new security system in our home. Installation was very professional and seems very easy to operate. I am very happy we have the Vivint security system now. Just had it installed and have no further opinion until I have used it for a while.

Installation was effortless. The technician was very knowledgeable. The salesman was not pushy when it came to buying the system and installation took place the next day. I would recommend this system for any homeowner or even just if you’re renting to keep your perimeter safe and know who’s entering your zone especially if you have children at home with you or even if you don’t, it’s still a good idea to be protected for at least a love or protection that you can at least do something or something goes wrong. You have a little bit of control, not much but a little bit.

Excellent customer service by the technician who installed the equipment. The technician provided detailed information on how to operate system and explained all paperwork thoroughly. The technician also assisted in positioning of cameras and angles to get the best possible coverage of my residence. Overall was a great experience and look forward to the services provided.

The representative was very excellent. He was nice, courteous. He explain everything in details, he showed examples so I was very pleased with him and that’s why I changed over. I hope that this system lives up to what is so on video. I was very excited and well, pleased so far.

The two Vivint installer specialists (Angel and Marius) were knowledgeable, efficient, extremely helpful and a delight to work with. They made extra sure all equipment was where we wanted it, and thoroughly explained how everything functions. Lots of security and flexibility with this system, and wonderful knowing we have their support for any further questions or concerns.

The recent purchase and installation of the Vivint security system went smoothly, despite the obstacles faced by our technician, Buck. He was able to overcome the difficulty with the support of a nearby colleague who was ten minutes away. Both the sales rep (Joey **) and Buck were knowledgeable, patient when answering our questions, friendly, professional, and helpful (I needed some help in connecting Vivint and MyQ on my phone). Even though some unexpected glitches extended our technician’s stay, Buck remained calm and focused until everything was done and he had walked me through the use of the new system. It was a very pleasant experience overall!

They did a great job. Christian was really professional and pleasant to be with. The guys that put it all in seemed to be fairly knowledgeable about the system and explained everything which was good. Waiting for the sign to go in the front yard as I think that's a deterrent too. I can't say enough about Christian, I had no plans to buy a security system today though. Though it was something I have been wanting for a while.

The installation process was incredibly quick and easy, taking hardly any time at all. We were impressed with how simple everything was to set up. Now that everything is in place, we feel much safer and more secure in our home. It’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Mike was very helpful throughout the installation. Camera quality is amazing. No connectivity issues so far. App and control panel are user friendly. I would highly recommend this this service to friends and family.

Everything went well but they need to take the boxes with them. The guy explained everything. Was very nice and professional.. He took his time to show me and set up the account answering all my questions. Even though it was a bit of mess because we just moved in he was understanding and patient. Great experience with the technician. Hopefully it is like that with the company. He made the proceed look easy even though it’s long.

The installation was poor. Ledy my house dirty. The sales person, was not truthful. I tried to cancel within the time frame, was not give correct information to cancel. I am stuck in a contract. With equipment that doesn't work. Bad wiring showing on my walls. Cooking smears on walls. Tech left trash at my house. Offered buy still has not received the buy gift card. I think a lawyer can get me out of this mess.

The install was quick and our technician, Dylan, was great. He walked us through the entire process and gave a tutorial on the apps and system. Customer Service was great and even helped us get a promo deal on our service.

Elliot ** was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He took what I told him and recommended the products that best for our family's needs. I have a special needs son and my disabled mother also and he cared like they were his own. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Although the young man seemed to be doing ok with the installation, he seemed rather slow. It took two other installers coming out to be able to leave at 10:30 pm and everything was still not done. Was supposed to be here today (Monday) by 2pm. Still not here. Texted and said he was waiting on jeu to his apartment and was afraid to leave his belongings in his car. I don't know if he'll even be here today.

I was completely satisfied with my technician and my new service. I was a little nervous at first but he was super friendly and very informative. I was able to go upstairs with my kids and felt safe and everything was explained very thoroughly and showed me to work everything before leaving. I would definitely recommend.

The techs were awesome, friendly and respectful. They explained to me about how to work everything and were patient. I wish we could have more employees with such great attitudes everywhere. Everything went smoothly and the rep and tech were very courteous. Love the new cost. My only concern is my other doorbell had not worked in a while. Was glad to get new camera and was very excited. Unfortunately it was not working and I could not figure out. Today is Sunday and rep said he would be by tomorrow and hopefully he will fix. Was late when they left and I did not call. Thank you.

When the rep saw my pickup in the driveway and he recognized it from a Facebook post because I just recently had my pickup stolen, he said to himself, "I have to talk to these guys." I'm happy he did. Told me about a great that they had going on and worked with me on getting a system for my house that wouldn't break the bank but would help protect my house. Then came the install. Asked me a time that would work best, and I told him as soon as you can. He told me that a tech would be at my house in 25 mins. That's freaking fast. The technician shows up to install everything and only take an hour and a half to get everything installed and in a very clean manner. The technician was very pleasant to work with. We had great conversations while he was still working fast to get everything all set up. These guys are topnotch. I'm very pleased with the products I bought and the service that was provided.

Both our salesman and installer were extremely professional and personable. Very happy with the quality of the products and level of security they provide. Very customizable and technologically advanced. Cellular over WiFi is huge for reliability even in outages. They showed up for the install within an hour of the sale. This product will be able to keep up over the years as our kids grow and our needs change. We have looked into other brands and this seemed like a clear winner.

We had a great experience! We initially were only getting the thermostat and doorbell camera that was offered to us through our power provider. After being shown all the great incentives that Vivint was offering we decided to go with the security package and also purchased 2 outdoor cameras. Jason ** did a great job on explaining everything, was super helpful and is also just a great guy. We enjoyed spending the afternoon with him while he did our install.

Everyone from the sales rep to the technicians were absolutely amazing. Super nice and informative. Went through all details of the system and answered all questions and concerns. They also offered if we had any further questions or concerns we may also contact the company at any time or if our system had any issues they will return.

Vivint crew was very nice guys. They were very professional and helpful. We would recommend vivint to friends and family. They even helped my husband push his truck into the carport. Justin even left his phone number in case we needed any help.

Happy with everything my installer did. Excited to have a full alarm & camera system. My wife and I both feel 100% safer now that we have a Vivint alarm system on our home. We will be able to rest easy knowing we are better protected. If the alarm doesn’t scare them away the 12 gauge going off will. Stay strapped.

Great service and incentives. Appreciate the attention to detail. Service representative Jordan did a great job. Free installation is a plus and that monthly fee matches. My current service provider that I am switching from. I think it is plus to give an opportunity to refer a friend and personally receive a referral fee of 300 dollars.

The Vivint installer was very knowledgeable and professional while installing our new service. He seemed very proficient at his work while being careful when attaching everything to the walls. He was able to handle each issue that appeared. He was genuinely helpful and made sure we didn’t have any issues using the equipment. Product overview was very Detailed and they were able to answer every question honestly and got us a great price. The installation process was just as quick as the orientation, super fast. The software is very easy to use. We felt safer in our home the moment the system was installed.

I was pleased with the openness of the signup process, ease of working the technology, competence of my service provider, and the willingness to work thru any difficulties in the contracting process. When an issue arose over the long term payment for equipment, Vivint made concessions that resolved the issue satisfactorily. I am very pleased with my choice.

The Vivint team were professional and courteous as they installed my equipment. Charlie at Matt, along with the other team members, worked diligently to provide me with security for me and my family in our home. Vivint was very professional on setting things up, the installer that came to the house was great and professional. He installed everything in the pouring rain instead of trying to reschedule. 5 ⭐review for him as well. System is very user friendly. Had installed 2 outdoor cams, 2 indoor cams, door sensors and glass breakage. Total time was maybe 2 hours.

Well I'm just upset cause I was told I could cancel and I had a 30 day trial but I'm finding it difficult to actually cancel. I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford this but I tried to help an agent out. I mean the security is fairly decent. I've only had a few issues but was able to get that straighten out thanks to the agent and I definitely don't want to mess up my credit.

Raoul, the installer, was equally impressive. He was polite and respectful of us - checking with us about equipment placement before installing as well as incredibly respectful with our home - cleaning up as he worked and treating every detail with care and precision. This is the 2nd house that we’ve installed a Vivint system and are very pleased. We’ve also used our installer both times and he is knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working! He also helped us integrate the garage door openers, smart thermostats and other devices compatible with the Vivint system. Highly recommend!

So I had the pleasure of dealing with Skylar and then meeting Mike and then the two techs who did our install and I am extremely apologetic that I did not get their names. So all in one fell swoop Skylar laughed at me when I mentioned that I got denied before and said well let me see, and although I think he may have push some type of qualify button he quickly let me know that I had done something amazing since those denials because I was approved. He was so quick so thorough so patient because I had no socks on didn’t want him seeing my feet. My grandbaby was chasing me and needless to say max 30 minutes he had me done and scheduled for a brand new home monitoring system.

We recently had our Vivint system installed, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! Dan and Tommy were absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure we felt confident with our new system really stood out. We’re so grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Vivint install! Especially with our two young kids, we are feeling extra safe with the camera and alarm system.

Super friendly and knowledgeable, product looks nice, installation was very professional and courteous, instructions would be nice to come in the box. We are already thinking about adding at least one more camera. One of the nice features is the ability for everyone in our house to download the app on their phone. Ease of use on the pad and the phones are another great feature.

The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and very much in a hurry to get me off the phone. I explained I had never had a security system before & had a lot of questions but he rushed me so and cut me off and I had no idea what to do with this system. He was supposed to transfer me to someone that could help but he hung up before that.

I called to get the service set, all my concerns were addressed accordingly. Brandon, the professional tech, arrived to install my equipment a couple days later, he was on time and very polite. He cleaned up behind himself and didn't leave until he was sure we knew how to utilize our equipment. Great guy!

Our experience with sales and installation was excellent. In fact, we had a good time with Joel and Sebastian. We are very pleased so far. Huge improvement—Especially the quality of both audio and video are super clear. Also, the outlet speaker allows us to take it to any room. Plus, the ease of operation is very nice.

My service person was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and was able to fix the problem. I was having with my panel. My problem is my outside camera is not working and outdated and the technician could not replace it. I was told my during my initial sign up that it would be replaced if it couldn't be fixed.

He did a fantastic job troubleshooting my cameras, setting up my system, helping me to switch over my credit card information with customer service, and making me feel comfortable and at ease. This is the man you want representing your company every time a new client signs with Vivint. I appreciate the work he did in my home today.

Everything was great! Install was super! Easy to use & equipment is awesome! Matt & Tyler were terrific. My only wish is that the screen saver was still there with time & weather. Really liked that!!! ☹️ If they could bring that back, that would be perfect!! Otherwise it's 5 stars all around!!

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Installation went smoothly - provided answers for all my questions and my concerns. I have an appointment on Monday to complete the fire alarm install and expect the same quality work. I have been pleased with the whole speed of the entire process and looking forward to having a completely protected house with a state of the art system.

The guy who installed my service was the greatest. He walked me through everything and clean behind his self which I really appreciate that. He also was very kind and took his time to make sure I understand everything, super great guy. Now Andrew the guy who sold the me the service lie to me. He said this was a free service to me as long as I put the sign in my yard and promoted the company and also that the service didn't work off my internet and works off of solar and the internet service before I let him in the house which I don't appreciate that, that's the only reason I let him come in. I should have know it was a lie but I took him at his word just to find out everything is super expensive. In my opinion just be straight up. Don't trick people into a service.

The switchover from Brinks has been straightforward (although we still have to find out about the buyout for Brinks). Little disappointed in the incompatibility with our Daikin furnace, we also need high contrast options and/or different color/contrast options for visually impaired. My wife has retinitis pigmentosa and many friends have similar visual challenges

From the representative to help me set up my package down to the installer, both were extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made this transition smooth. I was able to schedule a next day appointment as well with more incentives. The installer was very honest, patient, and informative. Highly recommend.

I like the system but it should be able to connect my current doorbell tubular doorbell which is very nice! That would really make this doorbell system perfect! If that were possible this would’ve been a perfect addition to my home!

I was approved services with Vivint and credit ran 3 times with issues for product to be installed. Did not understand why it was so much trouble when I was approved in the beginning. This should have been a much smoother process especially when I have been a customer for a few years.

Our sales rep Sami was great, she was patient, kind, informative, and attentive to our needs. I only give four stars because my family did not know that the install would be that day, by that time it was already 9pm and had to start our sleep routine with the newborn. Luckily the technician who installed was a kind, funny man who respected our space and did quick, good work. We are happy with the system so far and it was everything we were looking for.

I called Vivint based upon a recommendation from a daughter. They have had their system for some time. The quote I was given was very reasonable and their sales manager was very knowledgeable. I agreed to the transaction. The install was scheduled for about a week out but shortly after I got a call that there was a cancellation and it could be done that afternoon. Sales was professional, knowledgeable, able to determine exactly what I needed. Service was exemplary, again knowledgeable. State of the art equipment. Excellent on site training. Quick and easy install. Extremely happy with my equipment, my training and the speed in which they installed my equipment. There is no delay in waiting for them to show up. I practically got my whole system installed within 24 hours of making a phone call to their sales department.

Asher, sales representative, would have been turned away, but his presentation was so compelling that I made an appointment. He talked and explained and answered questions in a reassuring, calm, friendly manner. His demeanor was that of an exceptionally well educated person who knew all the details of Vivint and was happy to be working for them. He believes in that product. He sold us the contract. We bought it because of how he and the tech people (including Liberty, Tony, and one other nice guy) acted while installing the system.

We just switched to Vivint and the whole process has been so easy. The installation was quick and everyone has been readily available to answer our questions. So far, I am loving my new Vivint equipment! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. In addition to having the doorbell camera, motion sensors, and door sensors, I also received the smart thermostat. I can operate the smart thermostat even when I am on vacation to help with my power bill! That is an awesome piece of equipment that I did not know about. I would highly recommend Vivint to anyone who is looking for a top-of-the-line security system or Smart Home technologies.

They all are & were better than we could even pray for. Carol + Me are Silver Sr. Citizens & all 4 of these fine young men work triple hard & made sure we understand all of the system, so we can use it to best advantage!! A little pricey but the sales reps were friendly, the camera quality is amazing, and the ability to customize and prevent a crime rather than just record it is an amazing perk. I love how quick everything was installed as well.

The young gentleman that came was very nice and polite. He was very helpful. This young man needs a raise. He took the time to help me with my phone, because I wasn’t sure how to get to all the paperwork, and forms. I’m not really good on my iPhone. He explained everything to me in detail.

I’ve been looking for a reliable, affordable security system and Vivint is definitely it. It’s so well thought out, it is easy to learn and gives us no problems. My 5 year old daughter can even operate it easily (if I were to have a medical emergency). It’s dependable even through a horrible storm or if an intruder cut our lines, has no gaps in its recording/live feed, and from sales to technicians to customer service it’s is amazing. Also, I love saying, “what’s up” to every visitor/delivery person who comes to my door after receiving a live alert to my phone or panel. ;-) We feel so safe with Vivint! On.

10/10. Asher was great salesman and everything was handled quickly to my satisfaction. We are already considering adding cameras and other features. They were kind and respectful. They were careful to listen to us on placement and worked through some challenges with our door being weird. These guys should be getting raises - Great hard workers.

Salesman was easygoing. No pressure to purchase. The installation technician was at the house before the salesman left. Wonderful installation and technician. Stayed late and fully completed the install. The technician made sure I was fully informed on how to use the system and app before leaving. A great job.

I’ve been a customer of Vivint since 2016. Now I have 2 businesses signed up with Vivint too. Called 11 pm night before & had them installed next day. Jorge, the technician, and his crews were very good. Came in @ closing 7 pm & got it done @ 11 pm. 7 cameras, & all sensors… Thanks.

What a professional guy and very knowledgeable on this equipment. He is a keeper. Give him over 10. Thank you for the great customer service Ariel. He also went through the whole process with us making sure we knew what we were doing with the system. Once again thank you Ariel.

Salesmen was nice. Tech was nice. Finished in a reasonable time. He made sure his vape was charged by using my phone charger left out without asking. He left tools behind and instead of calling or him getting them he sent his friend to come get them at 9 pm. We didn't answer the door fast enough for him apparently because he just decided to start shining his flashlight all over my fence and into my windows. He also kicked down the Vivint sign while searching around.

Mike was detailed and patient during the installation. Always asked exactly what we desired so it will be completed to our satisfaction. Ensured that all facets of the installation was done as requested. And, ensured that our phones were set properly. You can tell that he is an experienced and professional worker.

The installation technician Grant was very professional and knowledgeable in his field! We really feel more secure and confident in our new system to take care of our investment when we are not home. Vivint gives us all we need in security and safety features that make sense. We were skeptical at first but Vivint representatives like Andrew and Christian convinced us that we would be happy with our Vivint system! They were right!! I am a First Responder (Law Enforcement) and I always believed I didn’t need a security system. I know we will be more relaxed and sure when we are away on vacation and such that Vivint will take care of our home. Thank you to all Vivint has done and is doing for us!

The sales rep that came to my door was kind, professional, and fun. He made the whole experience seamless, explained the product well, answered all my questions without issue. Although there was a very brief moment of confusion for my specific situation, he navigated it well and we found a way to make it work while also looking to future customers who maybe in my situation. The technician then came out same day, and installed services. The technician was also professional, answered any questions I had, and completed the install efficiently.

I think this would be the best thing I’ve purchased for me and my family, and I think my grandmother should switch from ADT over at her house, I feel like Vivint would be be the better option far as safety because you can do so much from your phone instead of trying to do it all from the control panel in the house

This company is one of the most manipulative, deceptive, corrupt companies I’ve ever used for home monitoring. They have stolen from me for 3 years. I have proof that I haven’t used any physical monitoring for over 3 years. Provided proof recently that my loan was paid off and instead of canceling my contract like I asked, they send me to 4 different departments only to try to convince to pay for their services that I clearly don’t have or need. They offered me 3 months free after telling them multiple times the system is in storage and the goal was to cancel the contract. They lie repeatedly and throw around manipulative jargon hoping to exhaust you and you cave in.

Wayne is awesome. Very polite and professional. He was patient and took time to make sure everything is squared away. He also took his time to explained everything including the panel. He knows his job well! We look forward to have Vivint service for a long time as long as they show they really care for the protection of lives and our properties. Thank you so much Wayne! My tech, Hunter, was awesome. Very professional, very fast, and polite. He went over everything with me, made sure everything was set up how I wanted it, and made sure I completely understood my system before he left. This system is by far the best I’ve ever had! Great service so far!

Blake, the Tech, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The system is high tech and makes me feel secure. Between the cameras, door locks, and front door keypad, my home is the safest it's ever been. Blake, insured the monitoring system was set up on our phones and we were totally comfortable on how to utilize each feature of the system. We are very pleased with our new system and use it daily.

Our technician Dante was on time and efficient. He provided the information of all the steps and devices installed. Overall we are very happy with the experience and products so far. We have the camera, door sensors, motion sensor and smoke/CO detectors. The particulars of the solar promotion of we decide not to commit were explained and are fair.

My system works amazing and allows me so much peace of mind while at work knowing my wife is safe at home (she works from home). Our rep Doug ** was incredibly helpful and professional. He was transparent about the terms and I felt that I could really trust him.

We started at 8 am, Kendra had to do 2 different orders on a new set up, after many hiccups and issues we got done with both work orders at 10pm, she was very professional and answered all of our questions and will walk us through setting up the internet when it arrives.

They chose an appropriate place for door bell connection -- drilled so that wire is inconspicuous to me and to visitors. I appreciate this! Installation didn't take long and system was explained to me. Excellent 3 man team!!

The installation tech was very organized and communicated very nicely. Also he was completely cooperative with us. We were comfortable with him as well. I would trust him in my home any time. Jack installation was quick. The time flew because my family and I was engaged. He stayed and answered numerous questions for us. Until we were comfortable with the devices.

Good quality equipment and the technician that make the installation was very professional and explain step by step every single device he was installing and did a great work cleaning after finishing up the installation. Roden was very helpful, professional and friendly. I would recommend him as a Vivint service technician to anyone. I had issues with Vivint management directly but Roden himself was helpful the entire process. Roden made sure to test all devices and all newly installed products. He even gave me some helpful customer tips for the future. He was friendly with our dogs and made sure to wear sanitary shoe covers in our home.

My order was two cameras and a ring doorbell. Truly a quick and painless process and set up! The tech was very experienced and made sure everything was properly mounted and explained the ins and outs! I’m pleased with the service so far. Safety should be high on your list. I highly recommend.

They are horrible. The service quit working day one then - again 2 days later told them I did not want them. Had billing issues. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. I was pushed into a service that don’t work. You call them and you can’t get a supervisor then hang up on you. They are not professional.

I had a gentlemen come by door at 5 pm, sold me on an upgrade on my present system security system with Xfinity. Installation was done same day and done with installation by 8 PM. I received new door entry sensor, break glass sensor, two outdoor cameras, new security panel, fire detectors with radon, and indoor camera and front door lock. All under one system with AI features and 60 day cloud storage. Price was reasonable and paperwork was easy. Great service so far.

From the sales rep to the equipment installation, it was a very pleasant experience. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable at the same time I am certain I made the right decision. My daughter commented how safe she feels having this system installed. We had an alarm system previously, but never had quite the experience that we had with this installation. The salesman was very friendly and informative and the technician arrived around 30 minutes later, he was friendly, informative, very professional and he helped me decide where to put the control panel. Installation took a little over an hour, He answered all my questions and spent time to teach me all of the features of my security system.

Vivint Home Security Install Review. Had my Vivint system installed today. Overall, the new setup is really cool—love the features and the upgraded tech. The only downside was that the installation took longer than expected because the technician was stuck waiting on a response from his team chat. That delay was a bit frustrating, but once everything was up and running, the system itself made up for it. Looking forward to seeing how it performs day-to-day.

Easy and fast install with top of the line equipment. Easy to use and functions better than the ADT system we canceled. Also, the monthly price is great and easy auto payments. I am impressed with the functions and prompt monitoring. The insurance discounts were great and also a great help.

I was left with holes that have to be painted and one on the outside that will need to filled to prevent water damage. I’m going to have to buy paint and water stop cement that takes time and money. The technician planned on leaving it like this. After to confronted him. At this point I’ll do it myself but frustrated with how y'all can leave a house like this.

He explained every aspect of the process as well as how to download and use the app. He was also very friendly with our dogs (who know nothing of personal space lol), and expressed patience with all of our questions. My installation tech Terry was great and very thorough too!! The home security system is what I was pricing and the promotion came at the right time and works good with the WiFi system plus I can earn rewards if I recommend friends to install the system as well. It is also compatible with Alexa smart home for voice commands for in-house use.

I contacted Vivint because 2 family members are existing customers and they have a positive experience. The sales rep was helpful, patient and professional. My installer, Brandon, was even better. He immediately recommended customized options appropriate for my home that saved me money. He was efficient and courteous and knowledgeable.

Beware of signing up for their trial, they are not ethical. We bought a house that had a unit in it. In December I called to see who Vivent was and understand services. Their sales person offered me a two month trial. I signed up. On Dec 9th the tech called to set up our system. I asked him about the terms of the agreement and he shared. At that point I decided it was more than we were willing to spend and we asked him not to activate our system and to cancel services. This call was recorded and Vivint has that call.

I feel secure and safe with Vivint, I'm loving it. They offer the security to fulfill everyone needs and that is very important in this world today. Also the salesman/women are not forcing you to buy things you don't need or interested in. I would recommend them to family, friends even strangers. Both times we had a security issue and needed footage. We were told the cameras were offline but we never received a notification and they couldn’t tell us why or when they went offline. We were told it was because an email wasn’t entered on the panel when we signed up but then they recited the email. Very odd, unreliable service.

I was introduced to Vivint through a concierge service when I closed on my house. I know other people who have Vivint and their reviews were better than the folks I know who has ADT. That portion of my experience could have been better. However, when the technician, Trevor came to install today I received a totally different experience. He was very professional and he explained things and was able to answer all my questions. He cleaned up behind himself and ensure the install was nice and neat. So, we shall see what the service will be like.

I was impressed with the quick service. For the price, it is worth the money. This is the first time I have cameras in the front and back of my house. I even have a new doorbell. You can set the dimensions for your security on your phone and keep tabs of activity on your phone. I am happy with my new security!

We’ve only had installation today, but already, we have more peace of mind, plus, the process was smooth and relatively quick. We are still deciding on locations for indoor cameras but that’s flexible. The doorbell camera works and we can see everything from our phones. I’m also happy that the equipment is not an eyesore. So far so good!

I would recommend all my friends and family to invest in your company because you go through every part of the system step by step and answer all questions that I had. Walk me through the device on my wall and on my phone and made sure the alarm worked before leaving.

Our installation technician, Tim was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable and polite. Took his time to explain everything. A PLUS SERVICES! All installation work was done cleanly, no debris left behind. Tim was so good I needed to leave a review of his services.

The experience was amazing from the customer service representative that set up our appointment to the installation in the house. Cory was very professional and even recommended some upgrades. We added another camera and the automatic door lock which is really cool can unlock the door with your phone or your own 4-digit pin. The days of getting locked out of the house are over. I feel more secure now that I can access the cameras from my phone anytime and arm the house with the app.

This will be our first time with Vivint. We have been recommended by our friends and colleagues. Josh, our technician was great and very patient helping explain everything for us. Detailed in his work!! We had a small error and he came back quickly to fix it. Thanks so much Josh!

From sales to installation, Cayden ** and Seth I believe were the gentlemen, the entire experience was thoughtful and professional. I had a home invasion occur last Thanksgiving & spent many nights with little to no sleep. Every little noise woke me up out my sleep. It’s so nice to rest assured that my house is protected and under surveillance so if anything like that were to occur again I’m protected by Vivint!

The sales manager Brad was courteous and thorough with his presentation. He made a compelling argument for your home security system because I had recent bought a Simplify system I had not yet totally installed. The install team was out immediately and put the new system in quickly, efficiently and professionally. Raoul also did a good job going over the operation of the monitoring system. My wife was very impressed when she took the dogs out last night and encountered the light and the accompanying tone, as well as the camera images. Learning the new system is challenging but the monitor and phone app seems to be pretty user friendly… A plus. We still need to get the garage door app and Vivint app to shake hands and pair but Brad is coming out to follow up so we are confident this issue will get resolved.

The Techs were all very professional and their dedication to the install and professionalism were top notch but my wife wasn’t happy that this took until past midnight to install on a school night. There were some unforeseen circumstances that created the delay and as an engineer I completely understand that this happens, but this is the only reason this is a 4 star rating instead of 5. This morning we woke up, turned off the system and are completely satisfied and happy with the results. A huge shout out and thank you to the tech that persevered past all of the obstacles and got this installed the same day!! Here’s to a long relationship with you!!

Dan was great with explaining everything. Really like everything we saw in the presentation. Several neighbors already had Vivint. Install was excellent and so fast. System was installed the same day we purchased it. They went over everything installed and how to work it. Love that it's on my phone and mounted wall location. My mother in law has old school system (different company) and there is no comparison!

Tech came same day to install camera and thermostat. Camera went up nice and works great, but thermostat doesn’t operate. Tech came back next morning to attempt to repair and still no air, even tried to put the old thermostat back on and still nothing works. So now I have no AC in southern Texas with a newborn in the house and the only response I got was maybe call an HVAC guy. The AC worked fine until your tech tried to install the new thermostat. So thanks. Tech was a good guy, no fault on him but clearly a lack of experience.

Worst Customer Service Experience – Avoid at All Costs. I’ve never encountered customer service as terrible as Vivint’s. The representatives were extremely rude and dismissive, and they make canceling their service nearly impossible. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone, being bounced around and repeatedly told I couldn’t cancel — despite having paid off my equipment a year ago.

Brendan was polite, informative, and quick. He made sure to review everything before beginning and then took the time to walk me through the new system before leaving. During the installation, he was quick and not disruptive. I’m happy with everything and know that I have easily accessible support services if needed. Overall a very positive experience.

Just bought a home and the previous owner had Vivint service before, so he left sensors and cameras behind. Sales rep and installer were both great but I was told my equipment was going to be double-checked and batteries all replaced and that wasn’t the case. It was more of a hurry up and get the service started than carefully examining equipment and replace all batteries.

I was a Ring camera owner, and became one when some lawn tools were stolen from my front porch. I never kept my batteries charged on my devices, and the coverage was reliant on my iffy Wifi services. Spencer was a great salesman and really has a passion for security and knowledge of your product. I am a single mom of three and having a security system watching over myself and my boys, definitely gives me peace of mind, knowing we’re safer in our home.
