The sales rep was quite knowledgeable. To get everything set up was easy, except when it was time for access. After about two weeks, someone came and the issues were squared away. But we are liking it so far.

I was very happy and very pleased with the service that Nick provided, how he presented himself, how he cleaned up after he was finished. Got rid of all the trash and cleaned up vacuumed and left everything nice and clean. Gave me complete instructions. I was very very happy. I will Recommend to anybody that needs security system. Thank you.

Cameron knocked on my door at the perfect time. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of her products. Any questions had were answered confidently. The technician was great too, polite and efficient. They were able to get everything taken care of quickly. The app is easy to use and everything has been very user friendly.

Vivint was a quick and easy installation. It really does everything they say when they’re doing the sales pitch. The cost is better than most other and everything is at your fingertips. The picture are crystal clear. The motion detection is on point and the voice activation is incredibly well!

I had an elderly person come inside and install my system from the gecko. He wanted to use my restroom, but we still have no water in service so he left and came back. Was very unprofessional and very impatient. Could not wait to leave. Wanted to finish everything in a very fast and orderly manner. He just wanted to get the job over with instead of taking his time and actually going through the overall process, had no manners was rude and honestly, I couldn’t wait for him to leave. I was expecting the chemical qualities to be a little more high-quality when being zoomed in and maybe I would have wanted to install a light in the backyard but again he was in a rush instead of trying to make the customer that he was attending satisfied.

Sales rep and Tech were both well mannered and professional. Both the explanation/setup were relatively quick and simple to understand the operating systems. So far still in the testing the system out and seems to be well functional for its purpose.

I had an amazing experience with Vivint at my other house. So why not for my new home! The money is worth it 100%. Big shot out Ricardo **. He was amazing, funny, helpful and friendly. Best service ever! I wish I had more money to install more Vivint products!

I had my alarm system installed today, and our installer Cipriano was very helpful. Not only did he install the equipment in a timely manner, but also explained to me and my parents how to navigate the platform. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciated his patience with every question we asked.

They were very professional, explained in great details their products, made sure I know how to use my products properly before leaving. My tech was perfect. He was on time & attentive. Took no breaks, worked the entire time. If I had any questions he was knowledgeable enough to any all questions

Very happy with the install, and the system features. Technician was very professional and efficient. Did not push for any unnecessary information, and didn't complain about my music which was nice. System set up was very easy and straight forward. Overall I was not sure how things would go, but I'm very happy with the outcome. I will sleep well tonight. 😁 Will be recommending to friends.

I had renters that had placed the equipment in my home without permission. As I am now remodeling and living in the how as I make improvements this system is amazing. I had 3 employees assist me when the customer service phone rep was not able to assist me at all because I did not buy the equipment. I will say they were absolutely helpful, friendly, and kind.

However; I do recall Mr. ** telling me they would be installing cameras inside the house. When we were contacted by Vivint as previous customers, we had a great experience discussing our move, and our inability to continue our service with Vivint. We talked about the various products and made product selections that fit our smaller home. When the installer arrived, we made even more equipment changes to fit our property type relying on his expertise. When the installation began, Ryan took great care installing our equipment and ensured we knew how everything worked, and to increase the equipment effectiveness. Great service from the initial contact to the final installation. We're glad to be back as long-term customers.

I like the products but don’t think the value is great (expensive for what it is). The installation team came quickly but struggled on several of the installations and left me with homework to do (hole in the wall, sanding and painting where thermostat is, one of the garage door openers doesn’t work, the doorbell camera didn’t cover up the previous holes, etc.). I don’t regret it but I’m not sure I would do it again.

From the salesman to the installer, both were amazing and considerate. I will highly recommend this to all my friends, family, and employer. Feeling safe in my home is super important to me and now I feel at ease. Everything was installed on the same day!

I had a really good experience with the person. He was amazing and hated a really good job and I like it really quick and fast service. The gentleman was here, he was amazing and he did really good. I loved my technician Steven. He had a positive attitude, great customer service, fast and efficient work. I would most definitely recommend Vivint and Steven to a friend. The doorbell camera and panel installation was very quick. Steven placed the doorbell camera in the perfect place and put up the sensors fast as well 10/10.

Just had the install done and was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism of Santiago. He was on time, polite and did a great job installing and explaining all the features of the multiple devices we purchased. The install was clean and all wires hidden, a very professional install job.

I could not be there at installment but my brother was and said they were very professional. One of the other installers came to my work so that I could sign and know a little bit more about the system. I thought that was far and beyond his job. Thank you for.

Went very smoothly. Conrad explained things very well, answered all questions to my understanding. He was very polite and professional and he arrived on time. I had just moved in so boxes are everywhere. Conrad moved anything in his way and put it back after. He didn't leave a mess. Wonderful young man. Give him a raise!

Gunner approached my wife and I respectfully and was one hundred percent transparent and explained the products perfectly. He answered all of my questions throughout the process and gave great product recommendations for my home. Very professional as well as his tech. Technician that came to my house was super nice and very helpful. Made sure I understood the program. I moved into the property not too long ago and I've been. Very stressed out. Scott came out to my house on time and very professional. He sensed my frustration with the Vivint rep, who sent him out and didn't have my order correct. He spent around 4 hours trying to the correct the situation. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied, as I was ready to say no to Vivint, due to the incompetence of the representative who scheduled my service. Once Scott got my service order together, he then stay beyond the time he should have had to be here, to install my service and make sure that it worked correctly. He then followed up the following day to ensure my satisfaction, although he is scheduled to come back to do a 2nd install in a few days.

Great rep and installer. Too soon to tell how well the system works. So far, so good! Will be happy to recommend after 60 days. Equipment seems to be high quality, service good, installed promptly, price a touch high but worth it for the quality and service. Overall good experience.

I just signed up with Vivint and so far the service is great. They came to the house and explained everything well. I signed up with the system friday and had the technician at the house by Sunday. They did an amazing job from beginning to end. Had a small issue with the doorbell camera which was quickly resolved by chatting with a support person over the chat in the application. Will be recommending to family and friends who need security systems.

I really like the tablet and the coverage. The installer had an issue so it took longer than normal. But he stayed until he got it fixed. Also Hunter was very professional and made sure I understood everything. Then came back to follow up. Thank you! I would share my experience with friends.

Work was quick. Install was simple and explained well. No system issues and all kinks related to the system were solved before the technician left. Placement of cameras were optimal and coverage of house was good as well. No complaints.

Great service, happy to stay. Quick setup at no additional cost. Tech was helpful and walked us through all issues sensors and cameras. How to arm disarm and use other apps on the panel as well as the phone. Wife and mother are pleased with security when I'm not home.

Very disappointed with service. I took the day off for installation on 2/13/25 and my order was short. My smoke detectors and smart lock, installer came back same day, installed smart lock and scheduled me for 2/15/25 to install smoke detectors which at that time I told him to add one more smoke detector, total of 6. Different installer called me on 2/15/25 and told me he only had 1 smoke detector and had to reschedule me if I wanted 6 which I told him that I did and as of 2/16/25 I’m still waiting for a call to reschedule. My DVR keeps displaying Playback DVR unavailable, not happy at all with my experience so far.

Kyle was great and thorough! He arrived within the time frame and did not rush through our time together. He walked me through every step along the way and made everything super simple from start to finish. He showed me the system itself and the app, which I love! Overall, great service AND system!

The tech was nice, but did show up late. The process to use the alarm system is pretty straight forward and not difficult to follow. The camera quality is good. The tech was able to take some old equipment off but not all of it so we have a mix of old stuff and new.

Alaina was great & she super nice & explained everything thoroughly. She had our cameras & equipment installed the same day! The tech was great & nice as well, installed everything, & at the end showed up how to use the panel. Both of them were great! Excellent customer service. I would recommend to my friends & family.

Greg M was polite and patient when explaining the app, home screen, and product. The installation was quite a process but it went smoothly. I love this security system. Hands down much better than what I had before! Being able to see all cameras at once is a game changer! Also, safety with the smoke and CO detectors. Lastly, the price is very reasonable.

They were both very patient with me as I had several questions. They both made sure that I understood and was getting absolutely everything that I was looking for in the security system. We accepted the challenge to switch to Vivint security system because Peter, the sales rep, was very informative and made great points on why it was better to make the switch. In the end we felt the pros were sufficient. We were very impressed with the quality and guarantee. The camera is a plus and all the offers are great.

The person in sales that took my order did not double check the address after I told her the house was in McKinney. The tech was late. He called ahead to let me know he was having problems with the address. He did an excellent job with installation and explained to me how to use the system.

The technician came out was very professional and knowledgeable about what would be happening with my installation. He did a Great Job! Vivint noticed my sky bell blinking red then green. They explained to me that the doorbell was offline. They introduced me to their product and I was thoroughly impressed. I had them install 2 new door locks and a camera for the front. They kept the price reasonable as well.

On Feb 14th, I get installed my new alarm system by Antony ** who was very helpful and informative about everything I needed for the system. Vivint seems to have hired the best of the best. The sales rep, Taylor, was phenomenal (and funny), and our installer, Nolan, was kind and insightful. We have been avoidant of home security companies and services in the past because they didn’t feel secure, but Vivint does! We got this to not only keep our place secure, but for an extra measure to help us keep my dad, who has dementia, safe. We’ve only had the service a few hours and we love the approach to security and customer service. We are having so much fun with the features, too. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is curious. Take the leap, you won’t regret. it!

I have been wanting to get a doorbell camera for a while. I happen to be home when Cody showed up. We talked for about 10 minutes and went with what he recommended. The install crew showed up in 5 minutes. Both of them knew what they were doing. Two hours later it was up and running. I had one problem with my old router and Nick brought one by the next morning. I love it. Crew was legit, good, and I got what we talked about. They went through it in detail, and it is very user friendly! 99 bucks a month with 0 percent. Can’t beat that.

Ryan was Very patient with me, but I did not like getting multiple pages of the contract on my phone in micro sized print, I had to use a magnifying glass with my contacts. Customers should have this info prior to your rep visiting to activate the plan. Customer would be better prepared

Technician was very accurate with the entire process. Jermaine explained everything to me. Installed in a timely manner. Love the service. He showed us how everything works. Cameras shows great. Window alarms installed and works great. The technician showed us to arm the alarm when leaving home and at home. Window alarms were installed too. Doorbell camera lets us know about visitors on the property. He was very patient and very good at showing us the process.

I had been with Vivint for 15 years and then I stopped six months ago. I thought I didn’t need a system so I tried to buy one of the ones you buy at Costco. It did not fulfill the same security as the one I had at Vivint so I called and talked to the representative online for a price quote. I had to get new equipment but in the end the price was worth it and I feel safer and more importantly my family feel safer so thank you to Vivint and thank you to Mike. Who did the installation. Look forward to coming years

I am a customer that’s been with this company Vivint for x amount of years and was buying a new house and they came out uninstalled my system and didn’t put my account on freeze till they re-install at my new address which was never explained when they did it. Now I have a bill for a system that is not monitoring or protection for my family and when I called them to dispute charges they said there’s nothing they can do. It’s sad we work hard each day to pay our bills but if something wasn’t explained on their end when doing it why is we’re responsible for something we have no control of. I find that highly inappropriate when I know ADT or B rinks customer service has been better on situation like that. I don’t know why I went back to them, listening to the field representative that says their service has got better as I can tell it has it’s just a rip-off.

Very, personal, took time to make sure we were happy with placement of camera and equipment. He was on time, very important to me. Help me with the mobile application and also helped my husband. Clean up area where holes were drilled. I’m very pleased with operation of arming and disarming.

Romar installed my Vivint security system and was very professional, on time, “this is very impressive considering there isn’t a company that has came to my house to install something that has kept their appointment time until today”, He explained in detail how the security system works and explained each feature so I could pick the best one that fit my household..

He was Very professional, he was punctual, he was knowledgeable and he was very friendly. Technician came into the home. Set the system and explained it flawlessly. He insisted on me asking questions and making sure my security was maintained throughout the visit. He knew exactly what he was doing and dove in without hesitation.

I made the mistake of listening to the salesman instead of reading the fine print carefully. I don't recall being told I was locked into this contract for 60 months. The monthly cost is far more than what is listed here. If you try to cancel you'll find out that you have to pay 30 months plus the equipment cost to get out of it. One of the sensors doesn't always work. I feel their practices are deceptive. I have learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Great service technicians, fast and easy installation. They have a lot of knowledge about what works best for the safety and security of your home. We discussed plan of where we would like security sensors and panels would work best for the integrity of the system and to suit our lifestyle and needs. The technician did a super job explaining the app, overall service, how each device functions etc. Quality system and competitive pricing.

I have been a customer since 2008 and then worked there from 2010 to 2019. The system is outstanding. Like all tech it has hiccups but the peace of mind you get from all the features is unmatched. I highly recommend their service for anyone that wants to monitor their home or business.

It was frustrating to learn that the price was more than I was initially quoted once the installer came. The guy I initially spoke to did not tell me that the cameras would cost five dollars each per month for me to monitor with my phone. I was told one price but it turned out to be quite a bit more.

Selvin ** was the installer and very polite, patient and explained in detail the system. I could not be happier with the system. If I had questions he would stop and answer me. He walked me through arming and disarming the system till I was familiar with it. Everything went smoothly last night.

The experience was good with the installation and the quality is at my expectation. However, the customer service is lacking. I was transferred twice and placed on hold multiple times to carry out minimal adjustments to my security plan. The background is noisy and the staff seemed unsure if they could assist me. It was not a good way to begin with a company. I seriously considered scrapping the whole thing. Forty-five minutes on the phone is excessive.

Christian had great customer service good communication and had a lot of knowledge. He also had good recommendations on things. I will be recommending to friends and family. I am going to make sure he gets some more clients. Keep up the good work, you have a bright future with this company.

I just got the service, so I don’t know how it will go, but it was an easy process and affordable. The technician was friendly and my sales representative was as well. I really like what Vivint offers as far as safety and security. The doorbell is nice and I love the chimes it has. The screen inside is large enough to see from across the room and is moveable, so that's awesome!

Installer and Alaina sales rep were amazing. I highly recommend them to come and install your system. Did a good job in showing what they offer and getting you switched over to Vivint from another security company. They were able to install the same day that you purchased without having to work around the schedule. They were quick and efficient.

Quick with presentation, then about 15 minutes later the technician came to install and set up the equipment - although service was fast and customer service from the tech was thorough, I was caught off guard by the promptness (how quick the tech was able to come out to put in the equipment.) I expected to have to schedule that out at least a few days.

Good and thorough job installing the new Vivint system. The system seems to operate correctly. The installer was very courteous and seemed to have a good knowledge of the system. It will take some getting used to as this system is somewhat different than the old hard wired system that it replaced.

The peace of mind that Vivint is bringing me in my new home, in a new area is incomparable. The camera works great and the app is easy to use. Also connecting it to Alexa is a huge bonus feature. I feel more secure with my children in the home and they feel more secure as well. I underestimated what a home security system could bring. And it is affordable!

I don’t know what’s better the prices or the technician that came out and installed. Mr. ** was knowledgeable about the service. He explained everything in detail. He cleaned up behind himself. Best experience ever. He wasn’t satisfied with how he wired one part of the house. He offered to come back out and corrected it. He’s our technician for life.

I installed my Vivint Alarm system 4 years ago with the hopes that it would be a better experience than working with Brinks or ADT. What I found was there were eager to sell me equipment and get my install completed, but the system never worked correctly. In 4 years I very rarely had all my cameras working and getting support and customer service is is not in their vocabulary. They only want to sell you an upgrade and get you to buy the next piece of equipment. Cancelling my service took 4 hours of my time, even though I was no longer under contract. Their Chat agents have no access to help you with anything. Let alone my system if they put the keypad in the back of my house the doorbell would not connect, if they put it in the front; the camera over my garage would not connect.

Overall, very good experience with sales person and installer they answered all questions I had. They were professional and courteous. Would recommend to a friend or neighbor. System is a bit pricey, but happy with the quality and the features.

My internet router wasn't compatible with the alarm system. Technician added an extra device so that my router would work. I would like to get a new router compatible with the alarm system. And have you come to my house and remove extra device at a later date. The technician did a great job.

My experience in getting service with Vivint was a lot smoother and faster than I expected. The telephone reps were all very professional and helpful. They made sure I understood everything. The tech that to my home was great, he made sure that before he left I knew exactly how to use my system. He made sure I got familiar with all the functions of the pad and from my cellphone which was awesome as this is my first alarm system & was very nervous about being able to understand everything!

Mike had several challenges to be able to install the service and equipment for me. I'm 81 and have accumulated too much but we were able to accommodate Mike. Mike was very courteous and patient with us. He explained as he worked. He pointed out all of the features. When I had trouble doing the things as necessary Mike took over for me and did those things. Having Mike here was a pleasure. I'm happy to have the doorbell but I need to get people used to using it.

I am a huge fan of Vivint!!!! I already have service at my residence but I have now trusted them with my mom’s residence. When I reached out to Vivint about adding service to my mom’s house, I was shocked at how quickly they got me an appointment for installation. I had an appointment that same week which I was extremely happy about. They are reliable, immediate response time, and courteous, reliable customer service. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

Excellent experience with install. Specially because he had a great installer/Technician. His name is Greg. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. And was patient with us when it came down to us decide where we wanted our cameras mounted. Greg also said if we had any questions regarding our system to text or call him. Great customer service, salesman always on point. The equipment is awesome and easy to use. The installation was fast and non messy, once installed he explained all the equipment and answered all of our questions. I will greatly recommend Vivint to my fiends and family. We are new customers and the process was quick and easy. The equipment is easy to use. They installed quickly and cleanly. The installation tech was good and knowledgeable about the products. The app is user friendly, with lots of great features. The no long term contract is a nice feature from Vivint.

The sales rep was really professional and explained the system and service in a lot of detail. He answered all our questions and was pretty knowledgeable. Being a family man himself, he understood all our concerns, and even a few experiences he had that we didn't think of. The installer showed up much faster than we expected (not certain, but I swear it was under an hour). He installed everything thoroughly and cleaned up after himself well, then gave a proper walkthrough of the system. When he left, I felt like an expert myself. The service and professionalism was stellar. Only time will tell if the equipment meets that high bar, but with a lifetime warranty, I'm sure we're in good hands.

The sales guys were great! Professional and polite. Price is really good for all of the equipment you receive along with the monitoring and recording of camera images. Our installation guy was great too! He was a one man show and got everything installed in a decent amount of time. We are excited to use this new company and will definitely refer friends.

I had security installed today by one of the best Vivint Tech, Anthony. He was on time at 8am on the dot. He contacted me one day prior to inform me of his next day arrival. He explained everything and at the end of the installment. He exudes professionalism and went over and beyond to ensure that installment was working properly and he cleaned up anything and everything off floors in each area equipment was installed. No technical issues and had everything that was needed. Kudos to Vivint, all Techs should take a page out of Anthony's book. I will not hesitate to refer my friends to this company. Very fast, courteous technician, system is simple to use and convenient with cellular app access, also more affordable than comparable companies. I like the new control panel and it is expandable with camera options as well, technician called ahead of time to let us know when he would be able to get to the house. Now to the sales rep Johnathan, he gave me his pitch, I was interested and asked him to come back two separate times to give me more information and he did. Johnathan was also very nice and respectful. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend Vivint, I am happy with the service.

This is not the cheapest option, but it is absolutely worth the money in my opinion. The camera system is top notch and could act as a great protector on its own. The installation was professionally done by a highly competent guy. I recommend Vivint highly for a home alarm system.

They provide quality equipment and a user friendly app. Upon install, he went over all the functionality of the Smart Home System. The monthly service fee beats many overrated security systems. Extremely pleased with the Vivint system and especially with the installer Jorge, he did an incredible job with installation and was very patient with explaining all things about the system. The cameras are very clear, well positioned and easy to access on the phone. The doorbell camera gives a wide view of the front porch and yard. The panel is easy to operate.

I am quite impressed with the quality of cameras! I came into a situation where I needed home security's, IMMEDIATELY! I called around and Vivint was the best option. Their original installation date was 2 days away, but they assured me if anything came open they would get me in, and BOOM, NEXT DAY INSTALLATION! My installation technician John S. was AMAZING! Very personable and understood my needs and concerns. He is full of life and made sure every view he set up on my cameras was to perfection. If I request to tilt the camera a little lower or higher, he gladly did. (Most of the cameras was spot on)

When the technician arrived at my house to install the cameras and security system, we had to stop the process because the contract was incorrect. Everything they originally offered us had changed. We contacted the salesperson and pointed out that they were charging us $1,000 more, the down payment had increased, and the monthly payment had tripled. They fixed some of the issues, but not everything.

I spoke with Marie and she help walk me thru the whole process of transferring owns on the Vivint account. She was so nice to talk. She was friendly. Patience and understanding of my needs. I greatly appreciate her kindness. She deserves a bonus. She make sure I got the best possible deal and I loved talking to her and how she made me feel at ease. Thank you Marie.

Sales guys as always sell more than the installers can do. Our installation guy was amazing. Much harder install than the sales guys told, but Robert was amazing. System seems easy enough to use. Camera quality is AMAZING! Silly but if you could have custom tones play for the alert would be pretty cool.

She asks if you have questions or concerns and she is very polite. She has experience as you can see when you speak with her. The technician Marcos is wonderful. He definitely knows what he's doing and the most polite young man I've ever interacted with. I think they both need a pay raise. I don't do reviews but I honestly feel that these two are definitely wonderful assets to the company. Will definitely refer a friend or more.

MARCUS installed my equipment and he did a great job and his customer service was impeccable. He showed me how to use the equipment and now I am very confident working my VIVINT security system. I was given the doorbell camera, two indoor cameras, a motion sensor, and door sensors.

Took his time explaining how it all worked and how to get the most out of it. Once the installation was complete he still stuck around until we completely understood all the ins and outs, great customer service, highly recommend him and Vivint for their professionalism and technology.

Installer took 4.5 hours and had to call for additional help. Installer brought in a dirty ladder and put it on our carpet which we had to clean that took hours of our time plus purchase to clean carpet. Installer left attic cover open and did not put back. Our heat was going up in the attic for 2 days because we did not notice that it was not put back correctly. There is at least a quarter size hole/notch in our wall now underneath where he had to put in system that sticks out like a sore thumb. NOT HAPPY with installation at all but like the system so far. Also sign VIVINT was not put in yard.

The service was easy going and all of my questions have been answered. I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by Travis. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. He’s was on time, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The camera and set up is very clear and easy to work with. I’d choose this over any other company.

After 2.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, with someone that spoke poor English, asking multiple times for another agent, she refused no resolution I joined monthly payment that day $9.00 for service calls. Two days later I called to ask for the appoinment for service call, not scheduled, another one hour to trouble shoot, only with no results again, After they will send a new locking mechanism, I am 84 years old disabled from Army. Seven days no locking mechanism the door is open. Never never recommend this Vivint locking security program. Friendly on the phone, lousy mechanical support. Very very lousy, US Army Green Beret retired.

The sales guy initially talked to told me a lot of false information. It was difficult to correct this information after the installation guy came to sign documents multiple times and honestly feel like I’ve been taking advantage of a bit. Installation guy was very friendly, very professional. Very happy with him, but the terms that were explained to me and the initial sales call were not the terms in which the company works And I feel like that was bad business for me to make a decision after the installation guy was already there.

The installation technician MICHAEL ** was incredible. He had a calm demeanor. He was very professional, fast, knowledgeable and he was very neat when installing the equipment. VIVINT seems to be a great alarm system, but we’ve only had it for one day now. So far a great experience.

Horrible company to try to cancel. I had mail a letter as requested, try to email the requested documents, they first gave the email address but it failed. Asked for the emailed address to send cancellation doc, chat person would not forward the email address, kept on referring me to the phone which I had already spoke to two times. I had delete payment card from my app but still charge me. IF I was you look for an another alarm company. Horrible, Horrible experience with this company.

Definitely is not in their job description, but they tried for almost 30 mins on helping get it from being stuck. Sales associate was outstanding, only issue was the installer left a lot of rubbish and the panel was not straight along with the door sensors. I had to remove and reinstall the panel and door sensors so they could be straight. To add the installer came here at 8 pm and assuming it was his last installation of the night. Something like this could be scheduled for the next day if that means better quality.

We just had Vivint come install a new Security system in our new home this week, the guy was VERY professional and did not leave till we totally understood the system. We had Vivint in our previous home and tried another company but we went back to Vivint. Can’t beat their equipment and are always friendly.

They are a great company. A little high but other than that’s great company and I love their system. The gentleman that came to my house were very friendly and nice. He explained the system very thoroughly and the gentleman that put it in was prompt and it only took about an hour. I like Vivint. I would recommend them to others. Like I said before they're little high, but nothing is too high to guarantee your safety and to feel safe in your own home.

This rating is only for the tech, installation and equipment. Tech was very knowledgeable, very professional and very efficient. Installation process was lengthy but very efficient. Although I just received the equipment it appears reliable, etc. Customer service on the phone was very frustrating. It took numerous attempts to schedule the installation. At one point the customer service representative put me on hold for 20 minutes. Another promised to call me back once he figured out the Information and never did.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about Vivint. Most of my family are customers of Vivint. I’m glad I chose Vivint. Although some of the forms are frustrating.

The technician, Freddie was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure that I understood everything about the equipment. It was a pleasant experience. He arrived ahead of time and I didn't have to wonder or be concerned about whether he would get here soon. He explained every step that of the process. It was a pleasure to meet Freddie. Thanks!

Nadi did an excellent job installing our Vivint Home Security system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did he set everything up perfectly, but he also took the time to explain how everything works. Best of all, he left no mess behind! Highly recommend Nadi for a hassle-free installation.

Andy did a wonderful job and was courteous and respectful and thoughtful of my concerns and questions. This is my second home and I already had Vivint on my other home. So I now have 2 systems. That must say a lot about how I have been treated by the company. Also my other house has a system from 5 years ago. The equipment now has progressed with the latest features.

Benjamin was great and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about my new system! He even took the time to make sure that he put on another plate on my wall that was already broken. Something he didn’t have to do.

The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable. The tech that did our install was amazing. She tripped through kids' toys and dealt with our very large furbabies without any complaint, and she was very polite. Even though it was late when everything was done, she never had an attitude and was completely professional.

We switched to Vivint from ADT for its clearer cameras images. We are impressed with its 4D cameras and for the lights and sounds that go off when someone comes within range of our settings. Friends were recently burglarized from the back of their property which caused us to research and change to Vivint’s enhanced security.

I would definitely be recommending friends and family to have the system in their homes.

Blake was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He worked in a business like manner to help transfer the security system and assist us to understand its features and how it works. Highly recommend Blake to anyone working with a Vivint System.

I realize that I made a huge mistake signing up for this service. A sales guy knocked on my door yesterday and pitched me on the service. It felt like he did not set good expectations. After he got me to sign up, he said he would have technicians here within an hour to an hour and a half. This was at about 6 PM. However, technicians didn’t show up to my house until 10 PM and proceeded to work in my home until midnight. I probably should have told them to come back the next day because it was so late and my family was trying to sleep, but I felt like they were pressuring me to get it done tonight because they were already in the area. My wife had a 5 AM flight in Orlando and needed to get some sleep and so if you can imagine she was about ready to kill me for letting technicians into my home this late at night. I think as a company, it should be standard practice that you’re not going to have technicians working in people’s homes at 10 o’clock at night.

From the sales rep and then the installer was great. Got it all set up where I don’t need two camera and is amazing company and I will be getting the people I know and all to sign up for this company and will recommend them this company to the most fullest as they were great.

The tech was awesome and patient and helped me understand my system and showing me how to work it, use it and understand all the important features and how it works with the emergency team as well as the do’s and don’ts. I would refer him to anyone I know.

Roberto was amazing. He came in, got the job done, explain everything to me how to use the keypad, explain how to use the monitor and how to talk through the door and the camera. He was very polite and respectful. Y’all are very lucky to have someone like Roberto to be working for your company. He’s so amazing. Thank you.

Our installer Mario ** was very thorough and attentive throughout the installation process. He was knowledgeable and informative and would recommend his services to anyone who is looking to install a Vivint security system. He made the process comfortable and easy to understand that made us feel at ease throughout the process. He certainly is a valuable employee for Vivint.

He was very knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely did what he was suppose to do. Helped me with deciding where to put my censors and window sensors. I wish I could’ve got my signs for the yard. But I wasn’t there to remind him. I will take that hit and will just call and have them send me one.

After a horrible experience with customer service rep Adam, my impression Vivint made a 180 turnaround with the install. Eric **, sales rep, was so efficient, profess, and kind. He notified me of his ETA, he explained how to operate the equipment, he the answered all my questions, and discussed the various services Vivint offers... I have a few more months on my ADT monitoring contract, but thanks to Eric, I will be calling Vivint afterwards. Thank you Eric, you changed my ideas and attitude towards Vivint!!!

The representatives were very professional. The explanation of cost, installation and how the process worked was very clear and detailed. I didn't have to wait for an installation appointment. My installation was completed the same day and the technicians were fast and efficient. So far I am pleased with the service and I would highly recommend Vivint to others.

We first met Rich when he rolled up on his Segway into our front yard. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and refreshingly different from the typical high-pressure salesperson. As he introduced us to Vivint and its many benefits, we became increasingly interested and decided to invite him in to learn more. That same evening, Josh arrived to handle the installation, and he was just as professional and personable as Rich.
