Andrew was a phenomenal tech. He knew his equipment, he did a great job explaining things to me and was so quick. The biggest reason for the 5 stars is how kind and patient he was. I have a special needs kiddos who was so excited and curious. He was so kind and patient with her. Letting her help and never once seem annoyed or bothered. He was amazing.

Kind service. Lots of options to choose from. Loved that I could pick in choose my custom package. Great communication and knowledge by the representatives. Dylan and install technician were very helpful and presented options that were relatable to our needs. Easy to understand instructions. In fact, I slept better l ast night knowing the house was more secure for my family.

Just had a whole house alarm, cameras with flood lights and smoke/fire detector installed. The tech was very professional advising me of all capabilities for every piece of equipment. The install took more than five hours so don't be in a hurry. The picture from the cameras and doorbell camera are great. The app is easy to use if you have had other alarm services before. So far so good!

The cost of the product is at a higher price point. You must spend around a thousand dollars or more to have a decent system at your house. The main issue is that their components are not compatible with any other type of security system. I also have the app and have many times tried to click on the camera, and it takes more than 30 seconds to load the camera, or sometimes it does not even load. The system is highly overrated, and I would not recommend purchasing this product. You will be extremely disappointed.

Help me understand that service can reconnect with a 50 dollar for 6 months was nice. The reconnect was fast and reliable. Tech update the panel perfectly. Recommended at all time. I just got the Vivint system installed a few days ago and so far we really like it. Great interface, very responsive. More importantly, the gentlemen installing this were super friendly and very knowledgeable!! Also the upfront sales staff wasn’t pushy and made recommendations based on my needs. Highly recommend the system and service.

The system was supposed to be the same and better than ADT! Smart switches and lights, garage door opener, door sensors, smoke and CO detection glass break detection were not compatible and I did not receive it with this new package so I actually lost services converting to your package.

Adi was in our neighborhood and randomly saw him and called him over to talk. Explained my mother’s situation with current ADT service and how unhappy she was and in need of an alarm system she could depend on. Well I’ve been with Vivint several years and it’s amazing. Adi confirmed her address and offered to help get her set up same day. My mother was so pleased with Ashton and with everything overall. Adi also had just helped a friend of mine who just moved to the neighborhood. Kudos to both of them for their professionalism and getting the job done.

I met with Chance, he explained everything thoroughly and had an installation tech (Kevin) on site within an hour. Wasn’t expecting that quick of service! Beyond happy with the service we received! Thank you so much for everything! Safe and secure in our new home! You have a great team out here and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your team welcoming us to our new home!

From sales to installation, these two men made my return to Vivint services a seamless process. Ryan was patient and understanding with regard to our current needs for upgraded equipment. Matthew was a super capable installation professional, and also helpful to explain how to use some of the new products we purchased. 10 for 10, this team earned my business, and improved my view of Vivint services. Highly recommend.

We had a gentleman come to our door very professional by the name of Caesey advertising for Vivint home alarm system. He explained what his company was doing throughout our neighborhood areas and was very professional about it. He explain what he was offering and what pricing was. He didn't push us into getting the system and actually came back a little while later after we asked to give us a little time to think about it and we made the choice of getting our house alarm.

Jamal is personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Tommy was kind, professional, trustworthy, and helpful. It was just before 12AM and we were both on the same page that it was a full day. But I need to know how to work the kwikset locks. And more information on the panel to navigate it. Today is Sunday, I will connect with Jamal Monday. I don’t know if I got the pendant that was ordered for mom. Maybe he can help me navigate the system a little. They both told me about the help videos too.

This was an exceptional experience. The sales rep, Adyan, was awesome. The installers, also awesome. Texted Adyan the following morning with an issue (I knocked the power plug out unknowingly) and he drove 40 minutes to help me. This was on a Sunday no less. I am in sales and this was next level service. Highly recommend VIVINT and Adyan and the installers. 6 out of 5 stars.

The representative for the company and the person who installed the equipment were very friendly and informative. The representative came back the following morning to if everything went good with the installation. Again they were very friendly and helpful. If I decided not to keep the service, the experience was pleasant.

Hakeem the gentleman that sold this to me was very nice and very patient and he even came back to make sure that everything was set up correct and showed me more on the panel and how to work and so was the gentleman that connected everything was very nice, very nice staff and crew.

The service representative was excellent. He was very professional. He explained the installation process and was very good at explaining how to use the equipment. I feel that the cost was fair; however, some of the information on the surveys about the installation cost had errors and need to be updated. The representative pointed out the correct information on the contract that was emailed to me.

My over all experience was great. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the technician was fast and very polite. They both answered all my questions and put me at ease with my purchase. The only thing I would have liked was if the technician cleaned up after himself. He left the shaving on the floor when he left the house. He did let us know but I would have liked him he offered to clean it up himself.

The initial salesperson was great: kind, considerate and patient, however, the installer thought it was okay to smoke without asking us, and when he left my phone can not access my box, my husband's phone can but mine cant. Very disappointed about that. He also kept receiving phone calls which may have distracted him from focusing on the lob at hand. Excellent installation of equipment however as mentioned earlier software not working on my phone.

All the team members were great and did their jobs fast and efficiently. Spencer, Ryan, and Aiden I believe were their names. Explained the Vivint product accurately and got us the plan that worked for us. Nice cameras and interconnected locks. Easy to use software and app. Seems like a good security system and good pricing promotion and if anyone is looking for a whole house security system and smart home hardware/software Vivint is worth looking at.

She was very kind and explained different things and asked my opinion on where to install different things and how I was comfortable with it. She truly listened and was very helpful. I can feel safe in my home again. Then she went over how my new equipment works. Very happy.

Excellent and informative tech that’s installed our system and I would recommending to all of my family and friends. Zane took his time to explain everything that we should know about the system and made sure we were comfortable with how to use the system as well before he left.

The guys who did the installation were friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Any questions or concerns I had, they were happy to answer to the best of their ability. They were also cooperative and accommodating when a relocation company arrived during the installation. Both teams stayed clear of each other as the other worked, aiding in one another's efficiency.

Hello, I have a complaint about your tech. He came and installed my system while my daughters were here. He showed my 15-year-old daughter how to bypass the window sensor in her room and gave her a magnet. I don’t know what type of business you guys are running, but that defeats the purpose of the alarm system. How is your tech gonna tell my 15-year-old daughter how she can sneak out of my home. I need somebody to contact me ASAP or I will be pressing some kind of charges or contacting law-enforcement. How is a grown adult going to be telling my 15-year-old daughter how to bypass a window sensor in her room after I pay money to get an alarm system?

The guys were awesome. They came and set up my system quick and efficient. They worked around my schedule and came by after I got off work and within 10 minutes a tech came and set it up. Only took 20 minutes. These guys are super informative and helpful and didn’t push me to buy anything. Will definitely be reaching back out to them for more equipment down the line.

From start to finish the process was seamless from being customer service friendly, answering my multiple questions and working with me on the expected financial costs. The tech that came out was very friendly, helping me to place specific electronics effectively around the house to meet my needs. Was able to show me step by step process and stayed until the job was finished despite the time of night it was when he left.

I had a great customer service rep and technician. They were both very professional and quick on their feet. I am happy with my service and installation. Teamwork is what made my process go very well. My dad even got the service and he is also really pleased when he got his equipment and his technician was also great.

I recently had a new security system installed from Vivint. The sales person and customer support have done an amazing job. My sales rep has gone above and beyond to assist me in all my needs, he was very knowledgeable on the products and services, and very customer driven. He treated me like family. My technician Dustin was so professional and charming, he definitely won a friend in me. His drilling was perfect, he made sure I was covered with VPP, his immense and natural charm even cured my depression; the bucket hat cured my anxiety. I could tell he tried to upsell a little but I was so enamored, he could've sold me a broken RV trailer I didn't even want. Would recommend.

AT first I wasn't sure about this system the sales man came on Monday and I told him come back on Thursday and he did. He was very pleasant and respectful and definitely know how to Sale, The installation was amazing the installer was very kind and mostly helpful and very kind. I would have preferred to have the schedule a time to come install the equipment. The salesman came sometime after 7 p.m. When I asked if the techs could come back the following day a bit earlier, I was told they were already on their way. The techs came after 9:30 p.m. They didn't finish till past 10:30. The location of the cameras wasn't exactly where I wanted them either, but the men were all very nice.

Caleb was very upfront and honest with us about everything that was going on, explain everything very well or we didn’t have no hidden fees or anything like that. I recommend Caleb to friends and family. Also, our installer was fast, cleaned up after herself, explained everything that was going on during insulation. We decided that we wanted to add some extra equipment, she had everything on her work truck, went very smooth. Would recommend this company.

I had been interested in a security system for some time now. I’d looked at various systems, but none of what the competitors had to offer could ever “close” me, until Vivint came along. I opened the door on a random Wednesday night to Ethan, expecting to have tell another door knocker to kick rocks, but I quickly became very invested in what Vivint had to offer compared to the other competitors. Ethan was both funny AND informative, which is a nice change of pace compared to other sales reps I’ve dealt with in the past. He answered all my questions adequately, and honestly, I was already sold before he even brought up numbers. The price of the service, installation, and equipment was very fair, in my opinion.

Micheal and Christian, my salesman and install tech were very informative, professional and friendly! All placement of equipment was verified before placement to ensure my satisfaction! Christian made sure I knew and understand how to work the system before leaving! Great job, fellas!! I'm having more issues trying to upload my rating than I did having the work done! Weird.

My salesmen, Sky ** was great. He was professional, polite, answered all my questions and checked on questions that he wasn’t 100% sure about. Sky is really going to be a good team member for this company. The technician whose name escapes me was just as professional, helpful, kind and polite. He made sure everything was set up and that I could navigate the app on my phone. I’m so happy to get this safety system! Normally I’d NEVER buy something from a guy walking through the neighborhood, but being a woman who is disabled and home during the day, I decided to listen and see what the offer was. I love having the doorbell cam and being able to speak to people at my door. And the other cameras are pointing, so my house is secure. I’m very happy!

Great service, quick and fast install, the tech that installed the equipment was very professional, would highly recommend. Only thing that didn't work was the myQ garage opener/closer. Cameras are not the clearest if you try to zoom in. But all in all, great service, would definitely look into getting a different garage door opener though. 8/10.

Salesmen were helpful and respectful. Installer was professional, friendly, and kind and interactive with my curious toddler. He answered all my questions, showed me how to set up and use my system, and gave me a good reference point to transition smoothly.

As of now, I am happy with the install, but the sales rep told us that we could integrate Vivint into our Google Home. So far, the only real thing I’ve been able to add to GH from Vivint is the ability to control our thermostat from the app. I have two cameras that I want to be able to see from the Google Home app and they do not come up when adding Vivint to the app.

Both the salesman and installer were very polite, professional and respectful. They are great representatives of your company. They were great listeners and make recommendations based on our conversation. I’m sure that many older prospective clients are not knowledgeable about your product but your employees answered all my questions. This made me comfortable during this process.

The person was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Both yourself person and your technician took the time because it took me a little bit of time to catch on but they took the time and they patient with me so I can learn what to do with my alarm.

We signed up for services and were told by the salesperson that the install would take 15-30 mins and he could have a tech run over and get it done that evening. Once the tech arrived it was apparent that there was much more work than what could be completed in the time frame given, and he was not even told what equipment we ordered so he didn’t have it all with him. There was also a thermostat listed that I did not request and we had to call the salesperson and have that removed. The technician was extremely nice and worked very hard to get everything installed and up and running, he had to come back another day to complete the install and everything is working perfect. We’re happy with the system so far but it was very frustrating to be kept awake for hours when we were told it would only take 30 minutes. There should be more transparency prior to scheduling out the install.

Thomas was a pleasure to work with! He was communicative, professional, and efficient! He patiently walked me through my home, making sure to consider all of my security needs. He addressed all of my concerns and informed me about the best way to mitigate them. I had an excellent experience and would choose Vivint again in the future.

Tech. came out to connect equipment and was informative and quick. He understood everything I wanted and was professional. He was very experienced. However I didn't like that he didn't have screws to my old equipment. I feel they should carry some small pieces for the customers with old equipment in their house considering the equipment was only 3 years old and haven't changed much since the new equipment came out.

I decided to upgrade my security from a DIY system to a just work system. Calling and asking any question I could think of, the associate answered every question and was able to explain if needed. Having the option to finance was also very helpful. The technician was here when he said he would be, polite, knowledgeable and confirmed everything I wanted and what I was looking for. The system is fairly easy to use and I like the app. So far so good. If I have an issue, I know I have two phone numbers to call/text and get a person to help me. I feel like the options available are very affordable and I have complete ease of mind that my family is safe.

Great information was given about the services they offer with a variety of products. While we selected what we needed he educated us on how to use the alarm system. We also got it installed the same evening which was fantastic. The quality of the images are impressive and the back up system is a plus in case of internet or power outages.

We have had a great experience with Austin and Jacob during this experience of getting our Vivint security system set up in our home. We had to reschedule our installation because we had an unexpected death in our family, everyone was understanding and changed the time last minute so we could be with family.

Installation was fast, easy and informative. At first they wasn’t sure if the signal would reach the garage (which would have been a deal breaker). My technician reassured me that it would work and was confident in his craft. Needless to say, my garage cameras worked perfectly fine! Thank you

The set up was easy and what we needed, but we kept having the issues of connecting to the cell tower. Kenneth, not only stayed persistent, working on the signal and equipment and making it happen, but was so sincere helpful and went as much out of his way to make everything work. Thank you Kenneth!

I'm very please with the service provide by the sales representative and the guys doing the install, very professional and from the moment I got visit by the sales representative and the moment I got everything installed it pass no more than 4 hrs, so I’m very happy with this experience.

Your tech stated our or original security firm could not provide an upgrade to our system. That is that is not true. He knew this as he was referred to us by an an employee of ADT. We took him at his word. ADT can and will upgrade our system.

Salesman Charlie ** and tech installer Zsolt N. were on time and effective. This was a great experience overall. The cameras have worked well so far, and the camera/doorbell combination has already been useful. Zsolt was very good at locating the power supply needed for the cameras, and getting the job done when some bulky items needed to be moved.

Our sales rep Ashlee, did a really good job communicating with my wife and I on everything Vivint has to offer and what packages we could get to fit our budget. I feel that we got everything we needed for a fair price. I had originally kicked 3 other salespeople off the front porch, not interested at all, but Ashlee had such a warm personality that she made it very easy to talk to.

I have given you 5 stars for the professionalism with Luke and David and his helper. However, the installers left my front gate and my screen door wide open. If I had not checked the screen door and front gate, my two dogs would have gotten out late in the night. Please make sure the guys lock and shut all doors and gate before they leave and /or let the homeowners know so they can secure the home.

Cameron is a great salesman and helped us get set up with this new smart home security system fast and easy. The installer Lewis came about an hour after we purchased and stayed late installing everything and making sure it was to our liking. Overall, good experience and happy with the product so far.

My car was stolen in 2024 and it has taken me until this week for Vivint to finally convince me I need their system. I feel SO much better and the whole process was so easy and fast.

The two installers showed up on time for our appointment, introduced themselves and went right to work. They both were very knowledgeable about installing the system and explained to me what they were doing and answered all my questions. On 05/03 I contacted Vivnt to activate my equipment and discuss monthly rates. During the phone conversation, the salesman looked at my account and mentioned all my equipment was in good operating order. The salesman went on to mention that if we needed to replace any faulty equipment it would be covered under the protection plan we had purchased. On 05/06 we activated the equipment and realized the doorbell camera was not functional. I was instructed to contact ATS to file a claim and that the doorbell would be covered.

Your technician was very professional, clean and informative. He took his time and explaining your device answered all questions. He was patient with us. He utilized his time effectively. I will be very happy to suggest this company to any friends or family. And as for ourselves, man, Jackson, he was funny and witty and knowledgeable about the company and the device I want you to thank your company for accepting us as a new customer, look for to many years of service.

The whole installation process was quick and easy. Then the tech showed me how to use the app on my phone and the in house touchpad. It was all very user friendly and easy to understand. The technician was very nice and made sure to ask for a broom/vacuum to clean up any shavings from installing the door sensor.

Amazing service. Jake came to our home and we were in the market for a security system and only had the ring. He walked me thru everything, listened to what we were looking for and built an amazing package for us. The technicians that came to install were equally as amazing and made sure we could work everything.

Instillation had some hiccups and took longer than anticipated, fortunately I was patient and the installer muscled through them. The equipment was for a new beta install and I will say the interface is a bit clunky for how it is all tied together, and there are definitely some bugs, but that is what this program is about, real world testing. Upon completion the installer offered to follow up if there were any issues.

The Vivint sales person Tyrel ** and technician Ian were both very professional, respectful of my family and our home and pleasant to work with. I was offered a promotional discount and did not have to make any payments at the time of installation. I’ve been enjoying the conveniences that my system provides like notifications when anyone approaches my home and the video and audio quality are remarkable.

The staff we worked with were friendly and helpful. Their response for installation was super quick, the same day for us. We are having router issues, so they are to return when the new one arrives. I'm very pleased with the company, the worker whom talked to me about it and who installed my security. I had told some of my friends and family about your security system and how much I love it. I was told that they will get in touch with the company about having someone coming out or talking about the security system.

Everything was going good until the payment issue came up. To me if my service is free for the first year why am I having to give a method of payment. Then I was told one thing and when the work was completed I go to the account and my checking account information was there, then Monday that a payment would be taken out on the 22nd of every month so I will be watching. All of this should be explained to the customer upfront before anyone ever comes out.

Great group of young guys. The only problems that I have is that they didn't clean up after installing the product. I also checked behind the installing on my garage door lock and found that they used an improper screw in my door security deadbolt lock. The shavings of wood and wire clippings could have been vacuumed up.

Great experience with the salesmen and their the installer. The monthly payment was rather high for our budget but we told them that if we’re disappointed we would cancel. I still need a sign for outside. Installer was out of them. The installer and salesman were very professional and courteous and the installer was very quick to install. They both knew their job very well. I hope that my husband doesn’t make me cancel the system. I was very dissatisfied with our Brinks system. Since it didn’t work right we never used it.

Looking for good security camera system. Excellent system and does not operate off wifi so systems always recording. Very clear video and nice wide angle. Price was very good for how good of a system it is. Installer knew his stuff too! Much better than Arlo and Ring system which is wifi.

They did not clean up their mess and they never left use a sign. The sales guys were very nice and informative. Did not like that they could not put my door bell where the old one went. We do wanna get cameras and the door lock at some point in the filter.

The installer of the system was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the system. And very easy to follow and understand. He also answered every question we had. When he was finished he went back through and walked us through the entire system. Was able to work through some difficult areas or house is old and hard to work with.

Our doorbell and alarm was installed today by Nadi, who was very professional, courteous, and informative. He was not able to install the thermostat because the wiring from our central AC/Heating unit is obsolete and insufficient, but he instructed me on an easy solution and gave me his card and told me to call him when the wiring is upgraded and he will come back out and complete the installation. He walked me through the alarm panel operations, helped me set up the app on my phone, and showed me how to make customized changes and shortcuts. Nadi was very pleasant, had a great attitude, was on time, and he answered every question I had as well as ones I didn't know to ask.

The technician work was not professional. I have had to call him back for work he performed that was not up to standard. He left trash where he worked and he did put the lock plate back on my door frame and he put a hole in the wrong door for the alarm. I spent a surprisingly pleasant afternoon being sold and having installed a security system essential to our needs that can be adapted when needed. The installation was improved by the technician making suggestions to improve our purchase. It was both affordable and enjoyable to make our home and our family more secure.

I have had nothing but problems with Vivint. Their system is Okay but their sales and billing. I consider borderline illegal. I have been with them over 8 years and wanted to cancel when my 5 year contract was over. Instead this salesman talked me into a new system promising me 24/7 recording and no contract with them, only Citizens Bank. I absolutely did not want a contract. This is something I was looking for. I ended up buying a whole new upgraded version. Then the problems started. I was charged double for items I didn’t get. Ex. Charged for 2 doorbells. Only have one door. I finally got this taken care of then the recording stopped. I complained and they listened to the recordings of my phone calls and determined I was right. So the recording was started again. One month later turned off. It is so hard dealing with them I just gave up. Now I am moving. I am NOT taking the system with me.

Yes the salesman and the installer were great. They were respectful. They answer questions. They stayed until everything was hooked up. Had a few problems with the doorbell. He figured it out. So far yeah he a really good guy, got yourself a good installer. There he helps his other employees that are installing for you guys help them out

I was very impressed with Vivant. A representative came to my door and completely convinced me to get a system installed in my house. I was shocked at how fast they could come and install everything. 15 minutes after agreeing and purchasing the service the tech was at my house seeing everything up. He was even courteous enough to clean up all the dust that came from the walls when drilling.

Had a very pleasant experience from the sales all the way to the tech later in the evening so the man came and was only able to put part of it in and then asked if he could come back on Saturday and that worked perfect. So I'm very pleased with everybody's attitude and how the sales went down and the salesman and made sure to get it where I could make a to work for me financially. And I'm very impressed with the the hardware and the cameras and what they do and if you're really good about my wife and baby staying home I'm alone now.

I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Tech arrived late with a field manager who left before the install. The entire install was rushed. I have no idea how to operate the system. My inbox is flooded with contracts and other emails. I had to do multiple "surveys" during the install. And I'm paying twice what I pay another national security brand.

Worth the money. Satisfied. Guys who sold product were nice and they came back the next to ensure my satisfaction. They went through all the features, although no instructions on how system works. They were excellent. Several neighbors purchased as well. I believe cost was more than I wanted to pay. I believe system will pay for itself in the long run.

First off, I’m an electrician by trade, and am constantly going on service calls and working in occupied spaces. If I ever left a client's property the way my house was left, I would get fired! The strike for the deadbolt wasn’t installed correctly, so now the door can’t lock properly/fully. The screws that were used for the strike plate are only about 1/2” long… maybe 3/4” so definitely not “secure”! I don’t think the installers owned a level, or a broom and dust pan. Everything is crooked, they left sawdust and trash everywhere. I’m planning on leaving things the way they are for a day or two, hoping that my sales rep, swings by so I can show him. And explain that now I’m going to have to hire a locksmith to come make sure the front door can close and lock correctly! I hate leaving online reviews, and very rarely do it, but I’m pretty upset about this unprofessional workmanship. Hopefully, their product works better than their install team did!

Normally, door knockers are told no or I do not answer. I've had bad experience with several companies, but this time I thought I'd give the sales rep Eric a shot and listen to his pitch. He was very informative, educated me on the system, and proved to be an honest kid we opted to go with. Vivint and couldn't be happier. Tech did a wonderful job with the install, but the salesman was a bit misleading on time frame of install. If you’re not doing the install you should not speak on what it takes, then to say my equipment would be compatible not knowing if it would it also adds to the misconception. But overall ok.

Installer took time to explain all of the functions and features of the new system and helped set up both of our phone apps.

My husband and I are pleased with the professionalism of both your sale Rep, Alvin and technician, Cody. Your team worked with us so we could stay within our budget. The installation went smoothly and the features were explain in detail and with patience, given that we're both senior members of society. So far everything appears to be working as promised. Of course more time will be required in order to give any real detailed observation.

Glad with our new service Vivint security. Xeno our sales rep went above and beyond to take care of us. Cheaper and more equipment than ADT our prior provider. Received cameras and motion, plus doorbell. Would recommend to family and friends. Service pulls up fast. Looking forward to using this new service.

The salesman Max was great. Explained everything and didn’t push stuff on us we didn’t need. Ryan did the installation and he was great too. He was quick, efficient and took time to walk us through the entire system. I would definitely recommend Vivint.

Excellent experience!!! Just installed tonight and everything seems to be working as designed. The sales rep and installation person were respectful and friendly. The app seems easy to navigate. I like the shortcut features in the app to control multiple actions with one click. The cameras are clear images and audio is clear.

They just want a sale until they don’t care about telling the customer everything that is right. It’s not hard to be honest with people that’s just want the best for their family. When they are not happy with the situation in the long run. They need more training on how to deal with people.

I had an excellent experience with Jason, the technician who came to install my system. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. Jason was not only respectful and professional, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly and that I understood how it all worked. I definitely didn't expect Jake to come over and introduce me to Vivint today. He was very informative and easy going. He answered all of my questions with confidence. I wasn't sure about starting with another camera system, I was with Swann before, and honestly the difference in camera quality is impressive. In addition to the display you receive, it's really convenient and easy to use. The money upfront is a lot, I do appreciate the plan they use to keep monthly payments low. Even with just the monthly maintenance plan is well worth it to add in my budget. I absolutely appreciate the effort they put into setting everything up and the efficance they put on security and privacy while they do the setup.

Christian, the sales representative is such an amazing young gentleman. Personable and extremely knowledgeable with the system and with his explanations and breakdown. Great experience overall. Jose, our sales representative, was very helpful and kind. He walked us through all of our options and the available equipment to ensure we got what was best for our needs. Michael, our installation technician, was very polite and thorough. He set all of our devices up efficiently and made sure we were aware of how everything worked. We will definitely be recommending Vivint to our friends and family.

Enjoy talking to Resp, did it in a fashionly way, didn’t take long. Would remind to a friend. The technician was specifically great and did his job very well. He was very nice and installed everything correctly and helped me learn the system. The sales rep was honest as well. The technician also completed the install very fast without issues as well as completely leaving no mess or anything.

I just had the system installed at my house. Loved the experience. Very polite and respectful technician (and his trainee). They quickly installed everything and clearly explained everything to me. I signed up the same day that I talked to the salesmen. Later that evening, their installer came by to set up. Eventually he called two there’s because he was at a loss. They kept stepping on my rug with their shoes and the install took over 5 hours. They didn’t leave my house until after midnight. But other than that, I’m happy with the products and their capabilities.

Ryan was very professional patient and helpful. I would recommend him and giving to my entire family. Fast and friendly service. Ryan was also very knowledgeable of all products and services offered. So far the derive and products have been such a wonderful experience. I feel much safer now that my home is protected.

Gilbert and Sal were courteous and friendly. They did a great job. Both were very professional. I was impressed with their knowledge and kindness. Gilbert stayed until the job was completed. You should be proud of the hiring of both Gilbert and Sal. They are both very hard workers. I would recommend Vivint for these reasons.

The customer service was superb. I think his name was Harrison and he was well informed very personable and super polite. It didn’t seem like a forced sale. The guy that did the installation was really nice very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I had no clue that I was going to Get an alarm system while sitting on my porch enjoying a sunny day. Everything happened so smooth and quickly. Great company!!!!

The person who came and pitched for the cameras basically sold us on how all things will be in one app. Well that’s not the case before promising that. They need to make sure the equipment people is compatible. He told me I would be able to add my thermostat and door lock to one app. When the tech got here he stated it would not be compatible and have to buy it from Vivint. I already had cameras just was going to add the features all in one. So it’s very misleading on the customer. Not sure if I will keep after 30 days.

Cory was great in installing new system. Very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me how to operate. Would highly recommend to friends. He was professional and pleasant. I look forward to having Vivint as my new security system. My system needed updating. Thanks so much. The salesman Connor was very knowledgeable and helpful also.
