The tech was excellent and very efficient. Thoroughly explained all details of the equipment and service. I would recommend Mark to all of my clients and friends. For your information nothing was offered as an incentive or bribe; furthermore, I am appalled that question is being asked. My integrity means more to me than any incentive. Moreover, good reviews from me, are not just handed out. If your tech did a bad job, not only would you know: Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Myspace, Tiktok, Fanbase and any other social media outlet would know.

The installation technician was very friendly, informative and helpful. And the system works well. The Ring doorbell and display for it make seeing what's happening on the other side of the door something that wasn't possible before and is so simple to operate that my daughter (7 years old) was able to use the display to see what is outside and even talk through a speaker with the touch of a button. And it's nice that you can interact with the system through the app on your phone. All in all a good experience.

The salespeople and technicians were very professional and efficient. They were very polite but also extremely friendly. They all knew what to do and explained things the first time in a way we could understand and remember how to operate the systems. We have several large dogs and I was impressed that the dogs barking and wanting to be petted did not bother them in the least.

We recently had a Vivint security system installed, and overall, the experience was great. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, ensuring everything was set up correctly and working properly. The system itself is high-quality, with great features like remote access, real-time alerts, and smart home integration, making it easy to use and highly effective.

Wonderful service! The sales rep explained everything and walked around to help me figure out where to put all of the cameras. The service team has been wonderful with getting everything installed! Our installation for one camera was a little tricky but they are working to figure it out. Definitely recommend the service to anyone who needs home security set up!

Absolutely LOVE my new system! It's so user friendly and aesthetically appealing. My technician Cameron was very thorough during the walkthrough and made sure we were covered in every aspect. Very personable and easy to talk to!

The sales guys was great and knowledgeable, he didn't push us into anything. He was able to get a tech out the same day for installation. The installation guy was good. We put in all new cameras, thermostats, flood lights, it was a big job. He was there late getting the job done. However the installation guy was not really knowledgeable on the app and rushed through that process so we are still navigating on our own but YouTube and Google have helped. We have reached out to our tech about the door lock as that is the only thing so far that hasn't connected and we are paying for. The tech told us we may need a new lock. Waiting to hear back, I don't want to pay for a service we can't use. Other than that we so far love the system.

The whole process was so smooth and fast. The tech that installed our cameras was really professional. He explained the whole process and answered any concerns or questions we had. We are really content with our cameras. I honestly wasn’t expecting on getting cameras but I’m glad we decided on doing so.

Sale Rep was great and very professional. The Install team was great and instructed us well in use of system. Only thing I can say is price needs to be more budget friendly. May have to cancel after my 30 day trial for budget reasons. Love the equipment and its great technology. But with taxes and everything, it’s like I am paying another cell phone bill.

The sales person came and talked to us when we asked him to come back the following day. Explained everything very well. Had technicians come in couple hours later for install and were very fast and professional. Everything seems to be working quite well. Glad we had it done.

It has been a long time since I have had monitored services to protect my home. Install went flawlessly. The two techs were very professional & efficient. They were able to explain the system and answer our questions fully and were easy to understand. I’d also state that they were both very nice & polite. Install couldn’t have been any easier and we are very satisfied.

Mr. ** did an excellent job of fixing my thermostat, very professional, make sure I understood what he was fixing and help me to understand how to work the thermostat using my phone. I will be calling Mr. ** to install carbon detector. Mr. ** also did good with his recommendations.

My experience with Vivint has been nothing short of frustrating. Their customer service is extremely poor, and their retention tactics are borderline unethical. Trying to cancel services with them is an absolute nightmare—they make the process as difficult as possible, putting customers through endless hurdles just to terminate an agreement. The lack of transparency, long wait times, and unhelpful representatives only add to the frustration. Overall, dealing with this company has been a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

It was nice working with the Vivint team. They explained everything and did a great job with the install and the equipment is really nice. It’s gives us peace of mind knowing when we aren’t home we can see who is at the door or near our garage. And let them know the camera is recording.

The time spent in the Q & A was very well received and informative and made our decisions to invest in this product with decisive clarity. The whole process was very smooth and understandable. All my questions were answered fairly and I'm currently enjoying everything that I was provided with. They way everything was set up, to the functionality, everything is neat and easy to use. Just knowing that my girls and little one to come will be just that more safe.

The technician was very informative and explained everything in detail, had shown where he installed the outside cam and was explaining how big the prior folks had made a bigger hole opposed to how he would have made it and the representative were ever helpful by explaining the equipment thoroughly.

First of all no one said anything about a credit filing or going on my credit report, I was told this is a no contract just monthly payments. I don’t understand the total on the bill and I am very upset and confused. How much am I being charged for this equipment and for the installation?

Ordering was simple -- advisor found exactly the pieces we need for this house, install tech was on time, worked quickly and cleanly, explained everything we needed to know, and we feel confident using the system and that it will help us feel safer in our house whether we're inside it or somewhere else monitoring the cameras.

Mike ** and our installer Brandon were absolutely the best. Would recommend to anyone trying to protect their house! These guys were honest, friendly, and overall good people. No over-the-top sales pitch! You get what you pay for! And these guys at Vivint are top-notch! The system is super efficient and very user-friendly. You get a wide angle and the ability to upgrade is legit! We can ease our minds that when we are away from our new home. We have eyes on the property from every angle! I’d give more stars if I could!

Installer was very good at his job and very polite. I was very impressed. He did his job within a timely manner. He also explained to me how it all works. I'm very satisfied. And they also cleaned up after they were done. They dressed nice and explained everything they were doing.

Chris ** was my service tech and he was nothing short of amazing. He is very knowledgeable about his job and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. He was very informative about everything he was doing and kept us in the loop the entire time. He explained to us what each equipment piece does and how to use it. He gave us a thorough explanation of how to use security system, its features and walked us through downloading the Vivint app and getting us hooked up with it. He ran into an issue which required him to stay longer but he remained positive the whole time and ensured us he would not leave until the job is completed. The service he provided made me feel like he valued me as a customer and not just a sale. Keep up the good work Chris!

My experience was very good. Nico, my salesman was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was completed very fast and with no inconvenience at all. Matt did a good job. The equipment that was installed is a good quality and appears that I will get a lifetime of use out of the equipment. We also are excited about the additional security that we will have with our house. And also the security of knowing that our family is looked after.

I can’t say I am very impressed with the install itself, but I did not appreciate how the one younger gentleman kept slamming my doors and stomping going in and out, and then made a giant mess and then the older gentleman would not answer my questions. He would just kinda just shrug it off as if it wasn’t that important for him to even bother and then he would walk into another room. Lastly, which I kind of think is kind of petty to even stress about, but like I brought out a stapler to staple my paperwork that I just printed out and then need me to put the Wi-Fi information in, and I left it on my table out there, and when they packed up they took it with them.

My wife and I are very satisfied so far with the service provided by Vivint. We just got it during the weekend after thinking about it. The salesperson was very polite and took the time to explain how Vivint works. My wife and I decided to get what we really needed. So we decided for the doorbell camera, outdoor cameras and doors and windows sensors. The system is sophisticated and very easy to use. The installers were professionals, knowledgeable and were able to finish the installation in an hour. We will definitely recommend Vivint to anyone looking for homes security systems.

Salesman knocked on our door, sold us a system. Install crew showed 30min later started work, didn't finish, but scheduled 2nd day week later to finish with more parts but failed to remove previous cameras, stucco and paint holes. They said needed 10' ladder and would need a different crew to come back for that. Which now means a third visit which isn't scheduled, yet. We still have on going problems with our cameras working our phone apps, some days work fine. Others I have troubleshoot the app for the camera view to work on either my phone or my wife's phone.

I love it. I think I did the right thing and I love the features being able to work my alarm from my phone anywhere that I am without stressing over if I forgot to lock the door or set the alarm and most of all I can check my camera anytime any place.

From Jesse the salesman and Aaron the technician, the process was smooth! I was hesitant to get cameras but the pros outweighed the cons. Both were able to answer my questions honestly (I knew some of the answers already). I would recommend this company with anyone. I was skeptical about the pricing and also How it works with the police and outages and Jesse and even Aaron were able to give me peace of mind.

Sales guys were friendly and knowledgeable, installed same day. Installer was quick. So far I'm happy with the system. Allows my partner to see the area while he is traveling which eases his concerns. Will definitely take some getting use to but has some nifty features and it's not as expensive as I thought which is a plus.

Technician was knowledgeable on time, courteous and did a great job. The technician called before he came. Once he got here he set up. He didn’t take too long to get things done. He did a great job. Everything looks so neat. All the wires are hidden and everything looks great.

Salesman were knowledgeable about their products and the installer was somewhat knowledgeable. Discovered the installer was only somewhat informed about the product he was working with - for example, the difference between a garage door and laundry room door. We asked for a the garage door to have a sensor and instead got a door sensor for the laundry room door?

So far everything that Vivint offers is exactly what we needed, in today’s world crime has spiked tremendously, and is not always when we can act on certain situations and know we have a security system in place it helps you know there is always an extra layer to protect us and our family members.

Missing events, not getting notifications on my phone, the app is not working correctly, the deter keeps going off when everyone is passing, I had to take deter off since I only want the deter on for in front my door activities. When chatting with technical support they informed me that I don't have 24-7 recordings and made me add on subscription for $10 monthly, which I think it's unfair, since I just got the system. Please refund my $10 and cancel the monthly $10 subscription for technical support. I don't think the tech installed the camera correctly since he didn't remove the old wires from the door nest camera we had before. I am requesting a return of a tech the installation.

He was professional. Super helpful and a fast worker. I would recommend based upon my experience. I will be a customer for a long time and I feel very confident as well as far as how to use my new equipment and navigate thru the different screens and where to find anything I might be looking for and how to make changes to any of my settings passwords or pins.

The door lock buttons doesn’t work, messaged the person who installed it. Told us they would come back and look at it and never came. However we have spoke with Vivint and they have ordered us a new one. No charge for the lock but charged for the order which is fine I guess.

Tyler was very helpful, very considerate, Pleasant, quick. He said it was going to be about two maybe more hours. He was done within 45 minutes. I was very happy with the outcome. It was a wonderful experience working with the Vivint team. Communication was clear, transparency on prices and just excellent customer service, everything was explained to me and they left no questions unanswered. We had ADT for a long time and upgraded to a new "improved" system in 2020 and a couple of months in started not working correctly. After calling and trying to get it fixed they wanted to charge and I refused since we just got it. Now five years later and Vivint reps Brian and Eric helped switch us over to a really new and improved system. We all love it but most of all the simplicity. I now am able to arm and disarm with ease and paying the same amount of money. Plus several awesome upgrades.

We recently had a Vivint sales person Alex sell us a security system. The installation with installer Zekel was great. He was very knowledgeable and found the existing power supply so that the installation could be completed. Once installed he took the time to go over all the feature and set up the cameras and alarm access. Thank you guys.

Honestly they left everything a mess. It was a young man and woman. It felt like they just wanted to finish and leave. She was very helpful in explaining some things but I don’t feel like the man explained or wanted to do anything. I wanted to be able to use the stuff I had already on a different location but everything seems broken and just thrown in the floor. They didn’t install the indoor cameras. I imagine they didn’t have them. But honestly the service could have been way better.

Everything went smoothly but I thought I was going to do a phone call, but mostly done via text messaging. I have been a customer since 2019, equipment is top-notch and very reliable! The system is great!

Mike was running a little late but called me ahead of time and I was able to accommodate him and be available for his arrival. The installation went smoothly. We don’t have Vivint. It wasn’t what the salesman discussed with my husband on pricing…so we didn’t finish the process and didn’t agree to some terms. We didn’t get a system installed at our home. I don’t understand how it got this far if I didn’t finish the process and I feel like the salesman did it illegally. Now they keep sending messages like I have vivint and I have this loan that I didn’t authorize!!!

I would like to say thank you to Vivint my new camera and alarm system. I feel safer knowing that I can watch home throughout the day if need be. I love how the streets come to my email and my phone and through the app to alert me of packages being delivered, someone is at the door and when doors/windows are opened/closed. I just want to say thank you as well for the technician that came out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of the service he provided, asked me questions for clear understanding, made sure that everything was set to my liking and also made sure I knew how to operate the app and the alarm system again. We had 3 salesmen knock at our door and we really didn't want to hear anything about another product but glad we listened. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even the ones we ask trying to see if there was a trick or anything but they were on point. Once they finished we were sold. The installer was very professional and knowledgeable of the equipment. He was also able to answer all my questions and recommended great camera placement to be able to see my entire property. The installer communicated his time of arrival and was exactly on time. He installed all equipment neatly and cleaned up after himself.

Vivint was responsive and professional from the first call all the way through the installation process. It was not an easy installation due to the foam in the walls. Ben the installer never complained, kept working diligently to find a solution and installed everything to our satisfaction. Ben also walked us through exactly how everything works and said to call him personally if we had an issue. Good company and good people.

Jesse and Brandon are "the bomb" when it comes to installers. They thoroughly explained all aspects of the system and how to utilize it. They were very professional and worked well at teamwork. My Vivint installation experience was great, and my technician was very helpful in explaining the install process and providing me with an initial tutorial on how to use the system and the app to manage the thermostat and work the security system. So far, everything has been easy to use and customize our options.

I have had a great experience with the installation of a new Vivint Security System in my home. The person who sold me the system and the technician who installed the system have been great. Our technician was amazing! He made sure to explain everything to us when he was doing it and answered any questions we had along the way. He was able to help us figure out our hub and how to navigate the app. He even helped put one of our indoor cameras up on a high shelf that I would've never been able to reach. Very helpful and informative! He also made sure to let me know the motion wouldn't send me a notification everytime my cat ran around which was something I was worried about, so that eased my mind!

Installation Tech was extremely kind and helpful. He was on time and was ready to begin as soon as he arrived. The salesman that came to my house very respectful and love how he handled everything. But the young man that came and installed everything I want to take everything back and go back with my my old alarm company. He was rude, was in a rush, damaged my wall and tell me where he wanted to put my window breaks 'cause it can can read the whole room. Idc about reading the whole room. I wanted it right above my window 'cause I wanted to hide it behind my window curtain so nobody can see them. Then when we was trying to connect to garage he seem like he was just overwhelmed and never got it connected. When taking off the alarm system equipment he left screws in my door because he don’t wanna take time out to get the right tools for the job he made really making me second guessing every change over.

I’ve been given multiple different times and dates to when someone is going to go to my house and do the upgrade on the panel and cameras!!! I don’t appreciate being told different times and dates if I need the system to protect my family! I keep being told that there is nothing they can do on the time but they keep moving the date further.

Just had my new alarm system installed this weekend as we replaced a system that was not working for us. Great job done on an older home. The whole process was great! I signed the contract and the service tech was at the house the next morning. Done in 2 hours!

Live video is great but to rewind to an event has caused me to have to reboot my cameras. Really would have wished for the installer to have gone into the addict to do the installation. Also these cameras are Power On Ethernet but they don't run data over the wire; it's still WiFi which sucks up my router bandwidth. Now that I think about it, this system sucks.

The service technician was very prompt. Even came earlier than scheduled. Was very detailed with set up and what he was doing during the entire time in my home. He showed me in great depth how to use my equinox as well. 10/10 service and customer service. Would definitely recommend their company to others. Everything from beginning to finish went absolutely flawlessly. Our salesman was very nice, professional, and informative. We sat down and built a package, my husband and I took about a day to think about it, the salesman came back to the house, and we finalized everything, and the next day our system was installed. The installation was very easy and not invasive at all, and he was also very informative and gave us a lot of tips on where to put things which really helped. Definitely an overall five out of five experience, not to mention the price is very fair, so much cheaper than I would have thought a full service camera, and alarm system would be!

Like always, salesman over promises just to get the sale. I was overcharged and during installation they kept telling me that the amount I was seeing was not correct and that it's just the financing credit amount I qualified for. I keep calling or a response and they won't answer phone calls or text messages. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

So far our experience has been completely professional. I was given a thorough run down on the phone and when they installed there were zero hidden costs. We did add more but we had planned on it. Only bringing the price up by 5 dollars a month! I’ll update if something goes wrong but one day in and we are extremely pleased.

Everything is ok. I feel that the HUD in my home isn't working like it should, the screen keeps timing out at first it didn't, screen stayed on constantly. I was able to watch my Camaras as long as I wanted to. I would much rather the hud didn't time out and stayed on constantly.

I have been with Vivint 15 years. I never had an issue with them until last year when they installed a camera for what was supposed to be free and they zapped my checking account for installation fees and left me overdrawn because they had told me installation was free. They have outsourced all the customer service to where you can not speak to anyone that speaks good English. I'm feed up and called to cancel my service. They want 892.00 cancellation fee. They will not cancel my service unless I pay them this fee. I am selling my house and moving in with my daughter so I do not need their service any longer. It took me 6 months to get the unauthorized issues worked out last year and now this issue!

Terrible Billing Practices & Awful Customer Service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I canceled my service with Vivint months ago, yet I keep getting charged! I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and not only are they unhelpful, but they also give me the runaround every time. No one seems to know how to fix the issue, and they just keep transferring me from one representative to another. This company either has shady billing practices or complete incompetence in handling cancellations. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I will be disputing the charges and warning everyone to avoid this nightmare of a company!

The door lock doesn’t relock as it’s supposed to after coded entry. The cameras are very good and clear. The system is user friendly, easy to add users, and seems very simple to run. The technician was very neat, clean and efficient. He explained the process and the system well.

They were amazing. They took their time addressing my concerns and before the call was over. They made sure I was satisfied and conformable with services. Also, they made me feel like they cared about my specific situation. I am going through a domestic situation and they did all they can.

I found it predatory that as much information the seller provided they did not inform me that this product was credit impacting and that same day set up would require a contract “fee” if cancellation is requested there after. Definitely Predatory!!!

The installation technician helped me understand what could and couldn’t be done. I rent where I live, so I can’t drill holes. He set me up with a system that would work for my basement apartment as well as be the same price that was originally offered to me by the person I spoke to on the phone. The technician was also very fast with the install which was greatly appreciated as I had gotten off a 12 hour night shift that morning.

I recently had a Vivint technician come out for installation/service, and I have to say, the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and ensured the system was set up properly. No complaints about the service at all! However, I was shocked at how much more expensive Vivint has become since I previously had it in Colorado. The pricing now feels significantly higher, and I’m not sure it justifies the cost compared to other options on the market. While the system itself is high-quality and the app is user-friendly, the steep price increase is definitely something to consider before committing. If you’re okay with the cost, Vivint offers solid security and great service. But if you’re looking for affordability, it may be worth shopping around.

I was very pleased with the timely arrival of Travis to implement my security services. He did all he could to ensure that my connections were live and the home was secure before he left. He walked me through how to use my panel, my apps, my locks, as well as showed me how to make changes if I needed them. He was very patient as we had a 2 hour delay due to issues with how customer service set things up. This caused Travis to have to be there much longer than he should have been. If it weren't for that, I would give this rating a 10. Travis did an excellent job completing the installation process and testing all measures.

Promised more than delivered. Being a technologist myself. Somewhat disappointed. Was told I would get a DVR, no such thing. Was told can read license plate. Does not. Camera is inferior to my existing system. Doesn't pan & tilt. Monitor panel doesn't even have a stand and I want to pay $1400 for it? Seems to force ne to take doorbell and sensor when I am not interest. Some disconnection, sent email to support, no responses. General feeling is poor product and poor support in first 24 hours.

Service establishment was easy and installation was done same day. Tech was professional and completed the install without hassle. On the equipment side- camera is clear and sound quality thus far has been excellent. App control is mostly intuitive and has good responsiveness. Have not tested the "Glass Break" sensor and hope it never needs to be, but test reviews make clear that they work well. Garage door tech has a swath of the market it doesn't work with- when change out the one it have will rectify that.

Our Vivint security system was installed yesterday and it was a great experience. Our installer, Alex was extremely helpful and very professional. I would recommend Vivint to anybody. I feel like the product is nice and cool but it is just a lot more pricey than my old system. Everyone that I spoke to was really nice and helpful. Even so the price it's not necessarily worth it, which is why I still won't be going back to my old product, but it was nice to try something new.

I called to get pricing on a new alarm system, as I was disappointed with the current company. The rep was great. Gave me wonderful discounts, because my son was a current user. Did not push me into having a contract. I paid for the items I had installed and was told I did not have to do a yearly contract. That lowered my bill a lot! They came out the next day and installed what was requested. I had one small snafu with a door monitor and I called the next day. They talked me through fixing it and answered all my questions.

I’ve only just had VIVINT equipment activated in my house, so jury is still out on the performance of the equipment. However for the set up and activation, both VIVINT employees that came to help were professional and polite, and walked me through everything I needed to know. I only put 4 stars because the first visit to the home to start the set up was unannounced and unscheduled, and they came by at 5:30 pm, which I found slightly unorthodox. But the tech was very polite, friendly, and professional and helped me get started.

We are happy with the system all the components. The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are still learning to work the system and the components. We love the alert PIN for our mother to used. We hope everything works out. The system is state of the Art, I think it's worth the money. Thank you.

First, Carlos was patient and professional in explaining the capabilities and advantages of the Vivint security system, and then customized the configuration that best met our needs. Then, Josh came in and installed the system. He was equally professional and very careful to respect the state of our walls and placement of equipment. He consulted us at every step of the installation process and left all work areas clean of debris. He patiently went over the system operation and navigation of the control panel and the Vivint app. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our selection of Vivint to provide a top-notch security system for our home. My experience with Vivint Installer Donnie was amazing. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me down to the T. He came and hooked everything up in a timely manner and made sure I understood how to work my panel and I really appreciate him and the work he did for me.

Fast and well mannered tech, process took less than an hr to install, product review is amazing. Tech also showed me how to use the equipment to arm and disarm. What's really great is also the app you can install on your phone to see any activity right from your phone.

Everything with Michael technical was great, even he make some offer because I'm not expecting more payments at the end of the service. They didn’t clear that but he explained and look for my best offer, there was a gift card promotion but nothing was given soooo have to be aware when you do your promotion.

When Cristian ** knock on our front door Monday morning. In my surprise me and my husband wasn't ready for the commitment for the alarm system due to our financial difficulties. But he has helped us to understand how important to have a alarm system and that it can be affordable. I'm so happy that we have made a decision to have Vivint system.

Worst experience ever. If you want to get scammed and raked over the coals…give them a call. I was lied to and told I could try the service out for 90 days without any repercussions. Turns out it’s a 3 day trial period. Once they have your social they will open a line of credit to pay for their overpriced equipment. The sales guy failed to mention this. It amazes me that this company is still in operation. It’s only a matter of time before they are shut down.
