Kyle was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and went over the system multiple times in different ways so it made sense to me. The technician was also super helpful and nice when walking me thru the system on the iPad. Overall will be telling family & friends about Vivint.

Hunter was everything and a bag of chips!! He was polite and very knowledgeable. Patient with all my questions and me being excited! I feel safe and protected! This was the best decision I’ve made for my safety! The system is easy to understand! I can’t wait to to tell all my friends about him and the service!! The best customer experience ever!

I was advised by my son to use Vivint when I was ready to add security my newly acquired home. He had another company, and I said I did not know Vivint. Another friend had a Vivint sign in their yard, so I asked her about the company. She too gave a great rating about Vivint in comparison to another well known security company. I was ready and made the call. I am pleased to say that the technician was very kind and patient. I was late, but he waited as I drove home from work. My house was in a mess, but he understood, as I was always out working, thus the need to have the security system installed. The technician was very knowledgeable, he worked for hours to have everything working properly. I must say that I am a satisfied customer.

The initial interaction with the sales people was good and we came to a purchase agreement about 7:30 PM. I was informed the install would start at 8:30 PM and be completed by about 10:30 PM. I thought this was a little bit late and would’ve preferred for it to be done the next day. The install was completed by 12:30 AM, which was very late. Everything appeared to be working fine but it was late so I’m not sure we covered all areas. The next day I discovered there was a $199 charge on the purchase that I did not believe was included. I contacted the sales person and he backtracked from our previous agreement and said no this charge was supposed to be included. I disagreed but left it there.

Charles was our tech that installed our equipment. He was very informative. We started off with discussing the equipment I had requested. We walked through the house inside and out and discussed the placement and installment of all the equipment. He was very detailed about how he was going to install them around the house. Overall he was excellent. He walked us throughout the whole process from beginning to end. He provided a demonstration of how everything after the installation. He was very professional.

I recently had an alarm system installed in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final setup, everything went smoothly. The technician Maudo ** was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Maudo took the time to understand my needs. Installation was quick and efficient, with minimal disruption. The technician walked me through the entire system, ensuring I felt comfortable using the new equipment. He also took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood how to operate everything, from the app to the sensors. What really stood out was the level of customer service. The staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about my safety and satisfaction. I now feel confident that my home is secure, and I’m grateful for the peace of mind the system provides.

Technician, Ronnie, and area manager, James, showed up. They both were great. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all of our questions thoroughly. Ronnie ensured all equipment was working before he left. He “trained” us on keypad and even showed us how to do things on the app. He took time to make sure we were comfortable with everything. His customer service attitude and commitment to our satisfaction was stellar. He’s a great ambassador for Vivint.

The gentleman that came to place the cameras was so helpful and was very accommodating to anything! He also wanted us to be very happy for the product, and he was always making sure what was being put on the house. I am very dissatisfied with Vivint and the service and customer service. I will be canceling after this month. I already paid. Wish I could be refunded. That’s how bad the experience has been. I’ve been signed up a week and still no service but my payment has been taken the first 5 mins. Ridiculous.

My install was great and he was the best. Made sure everything was right. Showed me and my mom how to do everything and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. He noticed something wasn’t right so he called to double check with me then called the people to make sure and got it all fixed and taking care of and had the right stuff installed for me.

So we had another service before that we were not happy and went with Vivint instead. Camera are better and records all the time. We got 2 camera and a doorbell. So far everything working great. The tech was very helpful and we thank you guys. We will be recommending them to other.

Danny ** was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. I have been hesitant over the years with past sales reps/techs, but Mr. ** was very reassuring and helpful in obtaining what I needed. We recently got Vivint installed and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Our rep Jeff was absolutely amazing — super knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us choose exactly what we needed without any pressure. And shoutout to our tech Charles who did such a great job with the installation! He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up perfectly and easy for us to understand. My installation person was amazing and very detailed when explaining how my new security system works. He was also fast and efficient. The installation of my cameras took 7 hours and the technician was at my home from 5:30 to 12 midnight and still didn’t complete the job. He left dirty hand prints on my cabinets and shavings from the drill on my floor and even left his own drill in my backyard. A horrible experience for me it was.

We are happy with the product, lengthy install but worth it. Our technician was super knowledgeable and helpful making sure we knew exactly what we were getting, the cost and what each item would change the cost to. We got a camera installed in the backyard as well with great picture. All the sensors we need.

I’ve had the Vivint system since October 2024, and to be honest—I’m not in love with it. When the sales rep came to my door, everything sounded great, and I was genuinely excited about upgrading my home security. But since then, it’s been one expensive disappointment after another. First, I was told by both the sales person and the initial installer that my existing equipment would integrate just fine—I wouldn’t need to replace everything. That turned out to be completely false. After just a month or two, I started hearing loud, annoying noises from the system. When I called Vivint, they said it was due to the old equipment and it now needed to be replaced. That call alone cost me a service fee plus over $800 for new equipment I was originally told I didn’t need.

The process was quick, fast and easy. Right to the point. The technician was polite and easy to work with, broke down everything that was need with the install and kept things simple. I would recommend this company to all my friend and family. Thanks for the experience and am glad I made the switch to Vivint

Got pushed into a contract, we were told if we didn't like them we could cancel with no issues within certain number of days. Tried to connect with them when it didn't feel logical to have them now they say we'll have to owe $4,000 to get out it or we could downgrade for $2,500. Will never recommend this scam company of a to anyone!

Chad was very helpful and explained our home security system to us in depth! Excellent work across the board. He installed everything perfectly and showed us how everything worked. I would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone looking for affordable home security. The tablet you control everything with is easy to use and even shows us the weather.

I had amazing and friendly service today with Dusten! I would highly recommend. I love how everything is integrated and also on the app- very easy! It’s also kid friendly which is a huge plus for a family.

Even though there were some complications from Ambia Solar the technician did an excellent job working everything out and proceeded with the insulation. The technicians did an excellent job. Explained and answered all our questions, and every time we distracted him he went right back to where he left off. Clean, careful and respectful.

The two guys that came and installed the security system had great customer service, both showed me how to use the security system, explained everything, thank you so much, I will be referring family members, the guys that came installed the system fast. Hopefully I can try to purchase something different

When I called to make the quote, I told the seller how many windows and doors I had. I accepted the proposal thinking that what I had asked for was what I had been quoted. When the installer arrived, I was notified that I only had three sensors, the camera on the door and outside. My house has 8 windows, 1 sliding door and 3 doors. When I call the seller, he accepted that it had been a mistake, that he does not know what happened and that he remembered my conversation. The installer called his supervisor and in order to stay paying me more or less what I was told I ended up without the motion sensor inside the house, the smoke detector and I had to pay an additional $100 to add the missing sensors and however I want I do not cover a window.

I have always known Vivint to be a quality product as I have had them in the past. This most recent installation did not disappoint. Both the seller, Ricky and the installer Stu were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Service was fast and I would highly recommend. Installation was quick and easy. Package affordable and sales and installation people were professional and friendly. I'd recommend to any and everyone I know in search of a security system that embodies safety at an affordable cost. The only thing I can think of that's missing is my Vivint sign in my front yard. I'm sure I'll receive that shortly though.

Salespeople were extremely pushy. Would not take no for an answer and took a lot of asking for them to get out of my home. They will also lie to get you in contract. I let them know what I was currently paying for my previous security system and said I would like to match it since prices are going up everywhere. I did not want this added to that as well. He said no problem and matched it. He was extremely pushy about breezing through the contract but I noted that the payment we agreed on was stated in the contract. I was happy with that and finally agreed. I stated “this is the payment forever and will not go up” and he said “yes”. They got out of the house and the technician was already in the driveway. I felt off about it since they were so quick to breeze through the contract.

I was impressed with the quality and how easy it was to operate on the pad and the phone. The installer was great. He explained everything clearly and installed the equipment nice and neat. He answered all my questions and concerns. I also like the different features on the pad. The date is nice and large and I like seeing the temperature too.

Honestly waste of money. Was instructed to set up my panel for my account through texting. Pretty ridiculous that I had to pay $50 for this to begin with but even worse to not even have this over the phone. The app is being set up now by myself and it's lagging significantly. So far not pleased with the services provided.

I had a great experience with the service. Everything worked very well thanks to Vivint. As a first time customer people over the phone and the technician that did the installation were very helpful. The monthly payments too work well with my budget. I feel a lot more safer in my new home and I trust the system when I’m away from home. Thank you again Vivint.

My installation was performed on March 28. I received a call reminding me of the time of my appointment. The technicians called when they got to my neighborhood. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were neat, professional, and efficient. The job was done in a timely manner and the teaching was excellent. The equipment is modern and easy to use. All new out boxes. Highly recommend this company. A++.

We had Vivint remove our old security system and install their new system. The technician, Tim, worked hard to make sure everything was correctly placed and working. He explained the system to us and helped us navigate through the control panel. He was very polite and helpful. We've had the system for less than 24 hrs but it is working well so far. Tim gave us his phone number in case we had questions.

He was is extremely knowledgeable on the products use them everything in detail. Finished within the timeframe that was scheduled. Also called me to start early. Which was beneficial to me. Pleased from beginning to the end. Installer great sells rep wonderful. I am glad I choose you all for my security needs. I like that he was quick and didn’t need to upsell me, the product sells itself. So all he had to do was give me the details and push the button.

I received either the wrong info or different info from the agents. Simple things like non rechargeable batteries can not be used. That there is an app and how to sign into the app. The fact that I couldn’t hear anything from upstairs and had to buy an extra sensor. When I could’ve been told about said app a head of time, it’s only day 2.

The installers were nice and kept in touch on their arrival time. They installed in a timely manner and explained everything very well. Was a painless switchover from one to Vivint. Would recommend to friends.

It would be immensely beneficial if the company offered a monthly military discount. Such a program would not only express appreciation for the service of military personnel but also provide significant financial relief. This initiative would be warmly welcomed and would have a positive impact on the lives of those who serve.

The folks at Vivint are extremely thorough throughout the entire process. From sales to installation to educating me on how it works. They left no stone unturned. They very professionally guided me through the entire process and I feel comfortable knowing that I can pass that knowledge on to my wife and family. It's great to feel protected.

Both of these gentlemen were above board and helped us with the product. All questions were answered. After the equipment was installed There was no cleanup. Getting used to this new equipment will take a little time to get familiar with, but it will be worth it. Thank you for this system.

The tech was super friendly, well knowable, and was energetic. I greatly appreciate him coming out and setting up my security system. He was able to install everything in a fast and quick manner. I didn’t have Wi-Fi yet but he was able to show me how to use the system without Wi-Fi and he also showed me how to connect to the system to Wi-Fi.

It would have been 5 star but I think they need to communicate better with each other, because of lack of communication I was charged an extra almost $500 during my tech visit and after being charged they found out it wasn’t right. After me having to call and speak to corporate, now still waiting on that to be refunded. But other than that everything went smoothly.

The equipment and service are great just ask questions from tech before they leave. How can you rotate cameras without triggering the system, is there any way to change chime or alarm settings to your preferred settings. And if alarm is triggered how much time do you have to cancel? Questions that relate to your needs and again, great company, good products and service but ask before they leave after installation.

At first I had some issues over the phone with appointment times and dates being incorrect and wasn’t really able to get a clear line of communication with Vivint prior to my install today, but after all that was sorted out and my Tech Simon Came out for our install and my opinion did a complete turn around…. He was very friendly, helpful and overall a joy to have in our home during the service! He’s GREAT! Would HIGHLY recommend HIM to any and all of our friends and family! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE LOL.

A friend of mine recommended Vivint, and now I will too! They showed up on time, reviewed my options and made sure I had the right package for me. They did a great, clean job installing everything. Both were friendly and efficient, and made it a painless process for me.

Mr. ** was fabulous! He was punctual, kind, he answered all of my questions and overall he just had a great personality. I appreciate his patience, and the way he explained everything. He cleaned up after himself. He also asked my opinion on everything and when I was not sure, he would give me his professional opinion so that I could make an informed decision.

So far I like the product and feels more comfortable knowing that I’m more protected. I understand having Vivint May lower my home insurance premiums. Having all doors secure gives us more safety at home or away from home. Another plus is being able to see and speak to anyone while away from home.

I hired Vivint security company to install a system on March 17, 2025. During the installation, the technician placed two sensors on the front windows, which made it impossible for me to open them. I called the company on March 22, 2025, via chat and spoke with a representative named Alfonso. He instructed me to resolve the issue myself, but despite my efforts, I couldn't fix it.

Did not like the technician that came, was really disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable making comments that I did not like. As well cameras are slow. They told us that it will function without internet but no it has to be with internet to be working and it’s so slow, not recommend.

Payton went above and beyond with our install. He was fast. Patient with us. Explained it all. And he kept it so clean during the install you didn’t even know he was here! So pleased! And really surprised. You don’t get this kind of customer service anymore! But we did today with Peyton and Vivint

I wasn't expecting to sign up with Vivint but after Lexi the sales rep showed up at my door one day and I got to view the product she was selling I was impressed with the security and camera system they offer. We definitely made Lexi work for her pitch tho she had to come back to see if the husband approved before officially moving forward with anything. Lol. Needless to say she's a really good sales lady and very professional and respectful and we were looking to upgrade our system. Taz was our tech and he was pretty amazing himself. He went above and beyond, really took the time to make sure it was right and didn't ever leave us hanging. He is a little goofy which made it for an ever better experience because we couldn't stop laughing at his jokes. So 5 star for the vivint team I received which made it easy to recommend to friends. Also liking the cameras and how they work themselves as well.

Giving the on-site installer a 5 for persistence. The paperwork and billing was not correct and it took many hours of workarounds to get the system working. From that point of view the process needs a lot of work. It took a lot of back office intervention to finally get the system to function.

The entire process from getting a quote to having installed to billing and set up was completely awesome. Very painless, super quick, easy, like controls are very easy to use. The installer was very helpful. The app that is used with this system is very clear and easy to use VS other security systems. Everything's just great. I would highly recommend and I will recommend to other people that I know on other business owners that you should go with this system.

Our tech explained everything to us and had us all set up very quickly. The system is easy to operate and should be a perfect fit for our family's needs. I love the emergency call button for quick calls when you need assistance and the code you can put on in times of distress.

So far my encounters with Vivint have been nothing but pleasurable. They were friendly and gave me great ideas on where the best place some cameras should go. They also explained everything to me in a great way. They were patient with my dogs and worked well around them. One of the members was very courteous and even thanked me for my service because he saw that I was a veteran.

My technician Robert was fantastic. He was polite, professional and very friendly. He explained everything and seemed genuinely happy to be here. You need to find more people like him to work for your company. Upgrading my system to the newest and adding cameras is one of the better things I have done for my safety and safety of anyone entering my home. Thank you.

The set up was quite quick and easy. My problem was my phone. I need to either upgrade or get a new phone. It's not working right when I try to watch the monitors. Other than that I'm pretty happy with my purchase. My technician was very knowledgeable and very professional and helpful. He was very patient with me and my animals.

They were timely arriving within the scheduled window. I was ill prepared with access for them to certain areas and they were very patient and helpful. They helped me set up the apps and cameras and they also cleaned up afterwards and took the recycle to the designated can. We are off to a very good start!

Please cancel my services! I have requested it to customer service tier 2 and tier 3, I have spoken to the sales agent requesting to cancel and I have sent an email also requesting to cancel. A credit card loan was taken out on my behalf without my knowledge or consent.

Contacted Vivint and spoke w/ representative who went over pricing and scheduled install. While on the phone, the representative quoted me 69.00 a month along with a 3 year contact to pay off security equipment. After agreeing to the plan, I was immediately charged $41.47 on my credit card for service. Fast forward 2 weeks later, an install tech arrived and stated my monthly payment would be 89.00 and requires a 5 year contract to pay off the equipment. When I didn't agree with the increased pricing and new terms, Tech changed the price to 75.00 a month. He then says, "Well the company is definitely overcharging you, while, I'm here call customer service and tell them you want to cancel and I'll get you a cheaper plan 30 days from now."

I like my alarm system and Kevin was very pleasant. The tech great. But I was not aware I took out a loan. I was under impression I just would be making monthly payments. Now I am not sure I will refer my sister because I told her it wasn't financed.

Great salesman, great installer. Highly recommend them to anyone! I do want the yard sign and stickers to promote Vivint. I did not receive them and they were on the list of items delivered. Camera coverage is amazing!! Doorbell camera is also amazing. Vivint all the way! Worth the money. Great company. I will recommend to everyone I know. Let’s go! Oh ya! Damn near perfect. Kyle was my tech. He was very helpful and professional. He arrived about 30 minutes after noon. He was prepared and started working right away. He made some to communicate all the steps while he installed my new security system. I have more services and equipment for almost the same price that ADT was charging me.

The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectation. Hopefully they continue to live up to standards. Go Vivint. Overall a good experience!

Walk away from this company! They are overpriced for equipment that malfunctions on a consistent basis. We have a total home security system (cameras, sensors, alarm) and all the equipment has and continues to have multiple malfunction issues. We pay for "added" monthly service protection where they are supposed to send out a Technician instead of charging you $99.00 every time you need tech support and they try everything they can to have you do the troubleshooting (when that still doesn't solve the issues) instead of of sending someone out. The amount of hours on the phone, the frustration of paying so much for a system that doesn't offer consistent protection. They don't stand behind their products. Find another more reliable company.

Outlined what we ordered and discussed other options that we could consider. After that discussion we determined that what we ordered was sufficient for our house. He worked quickly and completed all of the tasks on time. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had a good experience with salesman and installer. Only negative thing I have to say is that the salesman will tell you a camper can go in a certain spot and the technician will tell you otherwise. Also we had little training on using the equipment and the salesman never showed up the next day as he said he would to review everything. We didn’t get the myQ garage opener as our opener was older, also we didn’t get the automatic deadbolt installed because the salesman left it out.

First, the sales representatives were amazing! They explained everything in detail and were professional in every aspect. Their customer service was beyond reproach. Very impressed with the technology of the system and service provided by Vivint. The system was installed on the same day, the technician was on target with our ideas and was a perfectionist with his knowledge of the installation. I cannot express the satisfaction I felt with the entire experience.

The install crew was there the same day and was extremely efficient and personable. I like the larger screen wall panel and the app is very easy to use. With Vivint I have the option of outside over the Garage Door cameras and lights which I’m very happy with. I felt safer in my home last night!

My initial experience with the salesman was excellent. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The monthly rate is excellent considering everything we got and we got everything they offer. Indoor, and outdoor cameras, keyless locks, door monitors, thermostat, and more. The installer was friendly, fast and knowledgeable as well and answered all questions and the equipment is extremely user friendly.

We had Michael with Vivint install out home security the entire process was quick and very professional. Michael was very personable and did a great job installing and explaining the system. The system is very easy to use and the app is very seamless. We're very happy with it. Hopefully, we don't have to use it.

On install alone I am happy with the performance and knowledge of the technician. Orlando was knowledgeable about the product and not pushy. Tazmen was clean and efficient in the work done. I felt comfortable with both of them in my home. I like that both were wearing uniforms and badges as well.

Aaron was the technician who installed our system. He was fantastic. He worked hard, cleaned up after himself and took time to explain the system and questions. The system seems to be very user-friendly. I feel our home is definitely more secure, which gives me peace of mind for me and my family.

Their fast install and really nice. They explain to you how to use the system, what what to do if there are issues but I thought they were gonna take a couple hours to install but they took less than an hour which I was really surprised and he cleaned everything and made it look really nice.

The representative was kind and showed us all products that were available to us. He explained how it works and got us set up for the technician to come in. The technician was kind and professional. He got things done and showed us how the hub works and to get it set up on our phones as well.

The salesman Jay was informative, explaining everything upfront and honest. Installation was quick and professional. All went well and the follow up with the smoke detector the next morning was good. Jay followed up the next day going over everything and showing all features. We look forward to seeing everything work out, keeping an eye on what’s happening outside the house and reviewing the recording. Gives us peace of mind.

I was told one thing by the representative that had me sign up. Then the installer comes and goes over the information again and nothing that he said to me was on that. He told me I could cancel anytime three months six months anywhere down the road I can cancel. It’s three days. Called him and told him I wanted it in writing. Still haven’t heard from him. He’s A smooth talker. Very little what he told me about the product and signing up. When I asked how much the total cost was, he just gave me my monthly cost. He wrote down one thing on a piece of paper for me as he figured it out, but I didn’t get half of what he wrote down. Installer was really nice. So was the one that stood at the door and explain a few things to me. But he told me what he thought I wanted to hear, and I kept asking him questions and he would not respond with a full complete response. he filled it in with other stuff.

From the sales person to the installer, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The sales rep was not pushy one bit and offered very good information on the camera systems and worked with me with my budget. The installer (which was 20 min after the installation) was very friendly and walked me through the whole process. He even guided me to were he would recommend I put the cameras and worked with my suggestions as well.

Our installer Joseph did an excellent job explaining the details pertaining our specific system. Very professional installation! Cleanliness and care for our home! Made sure we understood how to use our system and offered his assistance should we have any future questions! We bought a house that had the Vivint security setup.. I can't count the number of times trying to connect with the technician to get the system on our account. They kept calling my landline which is in my old home. Then when trying to contact them there is no direct way to talk to someone. One are given a menu of choices that are not applicable to your situation. Oh, and don't press zero to connect to a real person that disconnects you totally.

The Technician, Conrad, was very easy going and nice to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and patiently. Conrad helped us with the basic system set up, how to use the system from our phones.

The process went really smoothly. The person I spoke with on the phone before the service technician came out was very patience and spent a lot of time explaining everything and answering my questions. When the tech came out, he was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very kind. It all went well. The only negative thing that happened was that the prices quoted to me by the phone agent weren’t the same as what the tech had down. So I had to contact the phone agent several times, and she made sure I got the prices I was originally quoted. So the company makes a big deal about honoring their word, which I appreciate. My recommendation would be to have the phone agent send you an email with all the prices quoted. We’d received an email, but it didn’t have all the prices. But my agent backed up all she’d said, and she honored every bit of it. I highly recommend Vivint!

Both workers had Incredible customer service and support. I highly recommend this company. The technician was very informative and helpful. The installation went smoothly and all questions were answered. Both workers were very professional and respectful when in my home. They cleaned up all the items that my security system and took it with them so it didn’t have throw anything out. He explained the use of the system very well.

The installer was courteous and explained everything about the system. He took us step by step how each function worked. He gave demonstrations on each function. My Service Technician "JB" was on time, very professional and courteous. I appreciated his willingness to help and make sure I could operate my new system. All of his installation were neat and tidy. I was missing (2) smoke detectors which he assured me a follow up to install them upon receiving.

Had even done much of the prep work before he came so all he had to do was install and then connect using the Internet. Kobe came and install the alarm system. He was wonderful. He helped me decide what components I needed and installed them quickly and took all the time I needed for him to show me how everything worked. You’re lucky to have him. He placed the keypads exactly where I wanted them in. The system was working fine when he left.

Easy as can be. I picked the color, and he went to work while I worked on some projects around the house. The next thing I knew he was finished with the set up. He walked me through getting the system on WiFi once the cable people do their install. It definitely added an update to this old house.

It was smooth and very nice! My brother had to be there for the installation and the guy who installed the system communicated with me the entire time while I was at work! It made me feel like he cared and he wanted to make sure that I was happy with the service even though I couldn’t be there in person.

I was grateful to make a decision to switch security companies. I had been with ADT for 5 years and while Vivint was going to replace and check on previously installed carbon monoxide alarm found no batteries. So for 5 years that trust with ADT has been lost. So far the new Vivint system is doing awesome recording motion that I didn't have previously.

Received installation of Vivint security equipment. Service technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. He did an excellent job at explaining how to use the equipment. There was one issue after he left. I was able to text him. He responded quickly and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Vivint camera is clear and shows a wide range view. It notifies me every time there is someone at the door, and I am happy that I am able to speak to the visitor from my phone. The armed systems is easy to use and connect to. My wife and I were able to understand the functions with the employees help. So far so good.

Justin did a great job installing our security system today. Very friendly and transparent. We appreciate the great service! Seems like a nice security system. The only thing I would suggest in terms of the company policy would be to allow us to add devices during the solar promotional period. 12 months seems like a long time to have to wait. A huge missed opportunity for the company.

The Installation Technician was great and installed what I believe is one of the best Security Systems I’ve seen. Even though I only had Ring & now Vivint. My only noticeable flaw to point out about Vivint is the Cameras are stationary. With Ring it is wider Camera vision and the Cameras move left to right. That's important because if a Possible intruder walks up they can hit an angle known as a Blindspot. Hard to track a criminal if the Cameras are stationary. Also The night vision isn’t great. But it can get the job done. Great Installation and I recommend the technician & Vivint. Because if power goes out, Vivint will work and Ring will not.

He arrived about 3pm to install 1 outdoor camera and flood light, doorbell cam, 5 door sensors, and hallway motion sensor. He was here till 10:30 p.m. He wasn't very apt at figuring out the hub. Didn't know how to set up anything on an iPhone. The camera and the floodlight are not centered above the garage door.

I was very pleased with Antonio’s sales pitch. Information about the company and products were well explained. Antonio, that installed my equipment was very thorough. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He did not leave until the work was completed and made sure that I understood how my home security system worked.

Very happy with our service and products. Love the features and the ability to add our google nest into the main app for a one stop shop app. The cameras working without Internet and still recording is also a huge plus. The smart lock integration as well is a nice touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to update their security systems.

My technician Anthony did such a thorough and complete. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction, issues addressed and confirmed. I couldn’t be happier with the service and installation. The equipment is of excellent quality and construction. And I like that it is all USA made and serviced. I opted for the service plan in the unlikely event something fails but I couldn’t be pleased at this added security to my home.

Got my Vivint activated yesterday and the one walking through it over the phone seems so distracted and uninterested in the work he was providing. You can hear people in the background which made it difficult to hear his directions and seemed so unprofessional. This has made me very worry of doing business with you guys.

I recently became a Vivint customer. I had a rep P who was in my area with is supervisor; both gentlemen came in to my house explained in details what Vivint was offering for smart home security. At the time o had ADT for 7+ years. I was pleased 😢 with the information and the fact that I would be receiving door bell and the water sensor as well as the price breakdown was good. I was assured that this is a soft credit with no impact whatsoever to your credit. I decided to move forward, the soft credit was done and approved. My equipment installation was done 3/8/25. On 3/19/25 I received a notification from my credit that it went down 23 points due to a hard pulled from Fortiva. I wasn't aware who this company was, when I called 🤔 the customer service number, this company is affiliated with Vivint. Fortiva ran a hard credit on 3/14/25.

First rep I spoke with gave me a quote on my monthly bill and how much I’d have to pay. I had zero down payment but had to pay for first month fee is what I was told. I didn’t schedule that day…called back a few weeks later and another rep was able to pull up what I wanted which was: one indoor camera, 2 outdoor cameras, 2 window sensors, 2 door sensors and the doorbell. The fee was higher even though I originally had 2 indoor cameras. They send me the contract to sign and it has everything I asked for but the wrong date so I called back and another rep tells me, “it’s ok to sign we have the correct date that we will install but if you don’t feel comfortable you can wait”

I had an excellent experience with my security system installer. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain every step clearly and ensure I fully understood how everything worked. For my install, I was lucky enough to have Jordan. Jordan was extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. He explained every step thoroughly and carefully he took his time and installed the system beautifully. No exposed wires were left. The cameras have a clear view day and night. My review is for my tech Ian who did my install on 3/17. He was super friendly, answered all my questions and recommended items for my new system to make sure I was getting the most out of it to feel safe. His install was quick and efficient and I appreciated that he didn’t make me feel like just another customer that day. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was going good and if I had any questions. Ian really made the whole experience from first to last interaction enjoyable and I would def recommend Vivint to any friends or family because of it.

Technician was very friendly and respectful. However, it seemed he was possibly running being and therefore did not removed the old system sensors. I later learned that some of the equipment is faulty, I.e. camera lights that detects motion does not work. The alarm system does not work. Overall I felt I should have kept my old system and upgraded to include the cameras as part of the new system.

Rhonda was a well experience Tech, because of her I will always recommend your company..she is the greatest she made sure I have a great understanding of the system that was installed and she did answer any questions I had, plus she had a great attitude and respect for her customers, I really enjoy spending time with her, she is a great asset to your company.

Our salesman, Dave, was very knowledgeable about the system and answered all of our questions. I especially like the audio whistle alert when a camera is activated from motion. I feel like it will be more likely to scare an intruder off. Our installer also answered all of our questions and was very quick to get the system installed and setup.

My technician was courteous and respectful. My house was a mess and he said "No worries, you're good", I was very comfortable having my technician here today. Took his time to work through some issues able to resolve it. Installed my equipment nicely done and walked me through it all. I feel happy and satisfied with my new system.

Excellent work and fast service. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Very good manners and great hospitality. He was punctual and explained everything he could in a timely manner. Very professional. Would love to use him again if I need more thing installed. He also came very early. Was not expecting him till 12 pm but I liked that he came by 830.

Cooper was very helpful in explaining the functionality of the new security system. He took his time to evaluate the house and advised where the equipment should be placed. The only issue we faced was with the indoor camera where the wire was short and the camera is not mounted and is sitting on a window ledge. Not ideal but might ask for mounting the camera with electrical extension cord.

We hadn’t heard of Vivint until recently. Our tech Anthony was knowledgeable, personable and able to speak to the equipment without being a typical “salesman”. Anthony arrived within the timeframe and got everything up and running pretty quickly. The image quality on the cameras is top tier and the main panel is easy to use. We also like that we can control the smart house features and alarm from our cell phones. We will definitely recommend this service to our friends and family members. Hopefully they get Anthony as well!

Our sales person Jaeger was great. The installation team was great, however, they were missing two carbon monoxide sensors, a yard sign and four windows stickers. I paid for a garage door controller, that doesn't look to be installed and is not set up on the panel. We received a text Sunday o3/16/2025 morning that a technician would come out between the hours of six pm and eight pm but no one showed up. I missed the window to set up the app access link and need to have that reset. I tried to fix it myself but revoked remote as access trying to re establish the link. It did not work and now we have no control with the app. I was going to talk to the tech about it but they never showed up. If this doesn't get resolved Or an action plan is not created, before the free look period expires on 03/19/2025, I will cancel the order.

Help me troubleshoot the problem but couldn’t so she set up an appointment with a technician to come out to find the problem. Was very friendly and helpful. She tried everything she could do on her end. Doesn’t know what the problem is so the best solution would be to send a technician out to the house.

Excellent service! Tyler installed all my cameras/sensors perfectly and explained how the panel would work. 10/10 recommend. Will be recommending to friends and family and even neighbors. Camera quality is fantastic!!! I feel a lot safer with having Vivint security system and being able to see it on my cellphone device.

The system was priced amazing and the install went in within a reasonable amount of time! It’s very user friendly and makes me feel at ease how much more visibility I had compared to my nest and other home systems before Vivint. I can lock and alarm easier and I can check in at home easier. I also like the control panel matching the phone screen so it’s easy to use.

I signed up through a sales rep in my neighborhood and the service from beginning to end was top notch! The installation rep was amazing too! They both offered great customer service and explained everything to me. I was pretty impressed overall and love how the system will allow me access to monitor my home 24/7.

Everything the from the salesperson to installation was great. We called to inquire about what they had to offer and were sold. The rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Elgin came to install the security system and provided excellent service. He called and was able to come earlier than expected. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process. He made sure we were happy with everything. The video is clear. The app and panel are easy to use. We definitely feel our home is well protected.

The technician, Conrad, was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me with what I needed. The only issues I currently have are that the battery in the security system is already low and the back door security system doesn’t work after only the second day of installation. I was also supposed to get 5 months of free monitoring and I’ve already been charged for a month.

Doug my tech was great! Doug arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Answered any questions I had. Install didn’t take long at all. He explained the system and answered my questions. Vivint sent an amazing group of people to my neighborhood that offered me a no pressure presentation of their proprietary security system. As a retired security consultant, I must say was impressed with what Vivint has to offer. When the installation tech arrived he was friendly, informed and a true professional. He explained entire system to my wife and I and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. The cost of equipment and modest monthly service fee was fair and reasonable for such a product and service. My family is well pleased with this decision to hire vivint.

Today I had my alarm installed. It was so nice that he called me and arrived earlier than my scheduled time. The tech was more than helpful and very professional. He took his time and explained everything. Everything was installed nice and clean. Very good experience. I love my new alarm system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Randy did an outstanding job installing our system and explaining the equipment and service. He did everything with great care, patience, and good cheer. Sales rep was clear, precise, to the point, friendly and approachable. Installer was on time, completed the job, cleaned up behind themselves, explain how to use the system and make sure both my husband and I were comfortable with maneuvering in the system. Mr. ** was very respectful, helpful and making sure that I fully understand the set up. When I got upset and changed my mind, Matt did his best to calm me as he remained calm, he talked with his supervisor and between the both of them I was greatly satisfied.

Great job. Very good technician. Stayed late to make sure we understood everything. He did a terrific job when we did not want monthly payments for the equipment. He called the office and worked with us to get it resolved. This was a very good experience for us.

Very detailed oriented. Installed quickly and explained how equipment worked. Will definitely recommend. Walked me through every step. Was very helpful in understanding the needs for safety. Was very helpful in telling me where each camera was and how it worked as well as other features and services. Did not leave until I was comfortable with using the equipment. Explained what I can do in the future to add on other devices for the cameras.

I called to inquire about install on Wednesday. The agent was very helpful and kind and swiftly got me an appointment for Saturday. Robert, our installer was awesome, professional and took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were all set with how to use the app, panel and even how to set auto arm/disarm.

Most painless services install I have had for the house. The app, notifications, scheduling and tech arrival were spot on. Everything works the way it was supposed to. No glitchy apps, or poorly trained techs. Very rare. Great sales, cost estimation, efforts up front. All person to person contact covered every detail. That the customer would need to know. This person is really good and honest and I would recommend him anywhere. As a matter of fact I have three more people at church would love to see him from my church. You don't find good people like him. They are very few and far. You have a good good employee.

Great guys. I am new to Vivint. Yet, my impression thus far is very positive. It seems to be a very well managed company. Very smooth experience during setup. Efficient technicians amenable to answer any questions as well as accommodate any reasonable requests. I will likely follow up for upgrades.
