I’ve been a customer of Vivint since 2016. Now I have 2 businesses signed up with Vivint too. Called 11 pm night before & had them installed next day. Jorge, the technician, and his crews were very good. Came in @ closing 7 pm & got it done @ 11 pm. 7 cameras, & all sensors… Thanks.

What a professional guy and very knowledgeable on this equipment. He is a keeper. Give him over 10. Thank you for the great customer service Ariel. He also went through the whole process with us making sure we knew what we were doing with the system. Once again thank you Ariel.

Salesmen was nice. Tech was nice. Finished in a reasonable time. He made sure his vape was charged by using my phone charger left out without asking. He left tools behind and instead of calling or him getting them he sent his friend to come get them at 9 pm. We didn't answer the door fast enough for him apparently because he just decided to start shining his flashlight all over my fence and into my windows. He also kicked down the Vivint sign while searching around.

Mike was detailed and patient during the installation. Always asked exactly what we desired so it will be completed to our satisfaction. Ensured that all facets of the installation was done as requested. And, ensured that our phones were set properly. You can tell that he is an experienced and professional worker.

I'm going to try it but it looks so good so far. Thanks for your help. The guy doing the installation was so helpful. Great customer sales. You have a wonderful time and enjoy your life. We are in this life to be happy helping people around in name of God.

The installation technician Grant was very professional and knowledgeable in his field! We really feel more secure and confident in our new system to take care of our investment when we are not home. Vivint gives us all we need in security and safety features that make sense. We were skeptical at first but Vivint representatives like Andrew and Christian convinced us that we would be happy with our Vivint system! They were right!! I am a First Responder (Law Enforcement) and I always believed I didn’t need a security system. I know we will be more relaxed and sure when we are away on vacation and such that Vivint will take care of our home. Thank you to all Vivint has done and is doing for us!

The sales rep that came to my door was kind, professional, and fun. He made the whole experience seamless, explained the product well, answered all my questions without issue. Although there was a very brief moment of confusion for my specific situation, he navigated it well and we found a way to make it work while also looking to future customers who maybe in my situation. The technician then came out same day, and installed services. The technician was also professional, answered any questions I had, and completed the install efficiently.

I think this would be the best thing I’ve purchased for me and my family, and I think my grandmother should switch from ADT over at her house, I feel like Vivint would be be the better option far as safety because you can do so much from your phone instead of trying to do it all from the control panel in the house

Answered all of our questions and was detailed and thorough with ensuring we were well aware of how to use the system. Process could not have been smoother. Walked through how to use the system and even made recommendations on what others do to help us make our decisions. Would highly recommend. No bad things to say!

This company is one of the most manipulative, deceptive, corrupt companies I’ve ever used for home monitoring. They have stolen from me for 3 years. I have proof that I haven’t used any physical monitoring for over 3 years. Provided proof recently that my loan was paid off and instead of canceling my contract like I asked, they send me to 4 different departments only to try to convince to pay for their services that I clearly don’t have or need. They offered me 3 months free after telling them multiple times the system is in storage and the goal was to cancel the contract. They lie repeatedly and throw around manipulative jargon hoping to exhaust you and you cave in.

Wayne is awesome. Very polite and professional. He was patient and took time to make sure everything is squared away. He also took his time to explained everything including the panel. He knows his job well! We look forward to have Vivint service for a long time as long as they show they really care for the protection of lives and our properties. Thank you so much Wayne! Way to go!!!

My tech, Hunter, was awesome. Very professional, very fast, and polite. He went over everything with me, made sure everything was set up how I wanted it, and made sure I completely understood my system before he left. This system is by far the best I’ve ever had! Great service so far!

Ryan was super amazing to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very professional yet down to earth. He explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He told me about other products and that I didn't have to decide today that I would be able to add them at any time. I couldn't stress enough how please I was to have him here.

Very efficient and friendly and neat. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I feel much more safe in my neighborhood with the ability to watch and monitor what is happening around my house. Me and my two young children will benefit from having this security system.

Both the sales rep and technician were fantastic!!! Sean (sales rep) was super polite! Gave us all the info we needed and made the process super quick and easy!! Ashton (technician) did amazing work putting up all the devices and walking us through how to use them and setting everything up! Totally recommend asking for both of them!

Blake, the Tech, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The system is high tech and makes me feel secure. Between the cameras, door locks, and front door keypad, my home is the safest it's ever been. Blake, insured the monitoring system was set up on our phones and we were totally comfortable on how to utilize each feature of the system. We are very pleased with our new system and use it daily.

Our technician Dante was on time and efficient. He provided the information of all the steps and devices installed. Overall we are very happy with the experience and products so far. We have the camera, door sensors, motion sensor and smoke/CO detectors. The particulars of the solar promotion of we decide not to commit were explained and are fair.

My system works amazing and allows me so much peace of mind while at work knowing my wife is safe at home (she works from home). Our rep Doug ** was incredibly helpful and professional. He was transparent about the terms and I felt that I could really trust him.

We started at 8 am, Kendra had to do 2 different orders on a new set up, after many hiccups and issues we got done with both work orders at 10pm, she was very professional and answered all of our questions and will walk us through setting up the internet when it arrives.

Noah introduced himself in a polite manner. He explained the systems offered and the prices. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and expertise. The installation crew (2) were polite and very efficient. They chose an appropriate place for door bell connection -- drilled so that wire is inconspicuous to me and to visitors. I appreciate this! Installation didn't take long and system was explained to me. Excellent 3 man team!!

The installation tech was very organized and communicated very nicely. Also he was completely cooperative with us. We were comfortable with him as well. I would trust him in my home any time. Jack installation was quick. The time flew because my family and I was engaged. He stayed and answered numerous questions for us. Until we were comfortable with the devices.

Steven was very helping with helping me activate my panel and set the security system up. Everything went smoothly and when I had questions he answered them to where I could fully understand everything. I would recommend Vivint to any of friends and family because of how easy the process was.

Great job to all involved, Brandon had my back all the way. Installed as if it was his own home! Explain the system in detail and answered all questions with no exceptions. Brandon very patient with my wife and I, we are not very savvy when it comes to tech support. Highly recommend to all!

Jarred was amazing at explaining all my options and Brandon was very professional in his work and explaining the functions. Would definitely recommend your company for anyone looking to upgrade security system. There were no surprises or problems excellent experience. Thankful that company was recommended to me. Very happy with everything.

Correy was our Vivint Professional Tech, and he was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time perfect person for the job!! He installed our whole camera system and did an amazing job and he showed us what was what and explained everything to us and we are so glad that we went with this company and had Correy as our tech. Now our home is even more safer now. Big ups to Correy!!

We'd like to thank Brian for his installation of our security system. He was polite, explained the system well and patient with us as we learned how to maneuver in the app and panel. The install was perfect. The guy was very helpful and understood all the equipment. He made sure it was working and help me to understand both app and home. He also showed me when I wanted to upgrade how to do it and what I need. Only thing is I forgot to tell them when I ordered the system that a friend referred me to Vivint. Jose was awesome. He worked with me to stay within my budget and walked me through every step. He was very professional and friendly. The install by Ian was very mindful of my property and he listened to my concerns about camera placement. He cleaned up any leftover debris, and made sure I was connected in the app.

Angel was great! Was fast and efficient. Left everything looking nice and made sure I had no problems or questions before leaving! Very satisfied with my new system! I highly recommend Vivint with their great pricing as well and glad all of my smart home is cohesive and can be used together.

Good quality equipment and the technician that make the installation was very professional and explain step by step every single device he was installing and did a great work cleaning after finishing up the installation. Feel now more protected with this device and equipment and make me and my family feels secure.

The work done was very professional. Employees were very friendly and explained the system thoroughly. Only problem was they were here way too late. Didn’t finish up till about 11 pm on night before Easter Sunday. System works great so far and have no problems arming & unarming system. Thanks for all the installation and friendly employees you have hired.

The service they required to us was very very good. The smiles, the warmth of the service was excellent. I would recommend the service to anyone and I will be making my point to spread the word. I feel that cameras today is very important due to what’s going on in the world today because before they knocked on the door, we was not intended to get no cameras whatsoever, but after listening to them and presenting their service, we agree.

The process was quite painless. Charlie was very knowledgeable of products offered. I love the camera and security lighting as well as no phone line or wifi needed to work the system. The installation team was in and out in no time and cleaned up afterwards. I even referred a family member and received a cash referral. Thank you, Vivint. I feel safer.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of your sales rep Hunter **. He bent over backwards to address every concern we had and made sure we were satisfied with the installation and use of the equipment. The young man who installed everything was phenomenal. He stayed with and resolved every problem before leaving. Am I satisfied? YES. Would I recommend this? YES.

Roden was very helpful, professional and friendly. I would recommend him as a Vivint service technician to anyone. I had issues with Vivint management directly but Roden himself was helpful the entire process. Roden made sure to test all devices and all newly installed products. He even gave me some helpful customer tips for the future. He was friendly with our dogs and made sure to wear sanitary shoe covers in our home.

My order was two cameras and a ring doorbell. Truly a quick and painless process and set up! The tech was very experienced and made sure everything was properly mounted and explained the ins and outs! I’m pleased with the service so far. Safety should be high on your list. I highly recommend.

They are horrible. The service quit working day one then - again 2 days later told them I did not want them. Had billing issues. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. I was pushed into a service that don’t work. You call them and you can’t get a supervisor then hang up on you. They are not professional.

I am truly enjoying my new service with Vivint so far! And my Rep Hunter was very helpful in helping us decide on this project as he was very informative and made sure that we understood how the system works, as well assured us that if we have any problems that he would be there for us.! To make sure we understood the product in which he represents. The system has been easy to use making us feel safe and confident in this security system in which we paying. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with what happened during installation on 4/19/2025. And we want a supervisor/manager to come to our house and discuss the issues we have. Please notify us at ** or ** to let us know when someone is available to come. This experience is not good.

I had a gentlemen come by door at 5 pm, sold me on an upgrade on my present system security system with Xfinity. Installation was done same day and done with installation by 8 PM. I received new door entry sensor, break glass sensor, two outdoor cameras, new security panel, fire detectors with radon, and indoor camera and front door lock. All under one system with AI features and 60 day cloud storage. Price was reasonable and paperwork was easy. Great service so far.

From the sales rep to the equipment installation, it was a very pleasant experience. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable at the same time I am certain I made the right decision. My daughter commented how safe she feels having this system installed. We had an alarm system previously, but never had quite the experience that we had with this installation. I’m overjoyed that I decided to become a part of the Vivint family.

Great customer service when installing the equipment! Made sure they were in the right spots before putting holes in to the walls. Also didn’t care there was dogs running around the house. And made sure before leaving that everything worked. I will be recommending this company to any of my friends who are looking for security and safety.

Brian ** and Elijah were professional and knowledgeable of the products offer. I appreciate their customer service and timely installation. They provide instructions whereas it was easy to understand. Eric ** was not honest with the products I wanted. Brian was able to explain the agreement and I advised that wasn’t quoted. He advised he could make adjustments, but I explained I told Eric what I wanted and thought everything was included. It is because of Brian and Elijah that I did not cancel installation.

The wonderful people came out and put in cameras,, door camera as well and a camera with motion light over garage door,, and also switched out alarm system for the new one,, they put in window break box along with door censors,, a new garage door box was installed too,, where I can open and close garage door from mobile device,, everything they did today was programed to my cell,, the tech showed me how to set it up on phone ,,, another satisfing customer,, I am very with the service I received today,,,

The salesman was very friendly and informative and the technician arrived around 30 minutes later, he was friendly, informative, very professional and he helped me decide where to put the control panel. Installation took a little over an hour, He answered all my questions and spent time to teach me all of the features of my security system.

Staff are polite and professional. They made sure I understood the products and services and sales staff even came back to make sure I was able to use it. I did not feel any pressure to get something I didn't want, use or need. Set up was quick and convenient.

My tech Habib was very knowledgeable and able to explain to me everything he needed to do. We reviewed options and he took my concerns seriously. He was friendly too, which isn’t necessary but is always nice. He was conscious of my time and did his best to work quickly and get everything set up well.

This is by far the best service I’ve received. The technician Kadeen was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I may want to include cameras at the back of my house for extra protection and security. So far, I’m very, very pleased and I’m extremely happy with the service I have. Impressed with the quality of the security system. I love that there’s a 24 hour recording instead of the 30 second clips. Smooth process from beginning to end with friendly employees! I’m glad that we made the switch from our previous security company. I recommend Vivint to everyone! It’s worth it!

The representative(s) and install representative was very professional, good, courteous and efficient in their presentation and work. Excellent Customer Service provider. The camera view is excellent and overall the service was exceptional! I will definitely refer Vivint to family and friends. I got the Ring doorbell camera, sensor on the windows, security panel. I was so amazed at the time spent installing the system. The tech also explained how to use the system and everything. I am very pleased with their work.

Vivint Home Security Install Review. Had my Vivint system installed today. Overall, the new setup is really cool—love the features and the upgraded tech. The only downside was that the installation took longer than expected because the technician was stuck waiting on a response from his team chat. That delay was a bit frustrating, but once everything was up and running, the system itself made up for it. Looking forward to seeing how it performs day-to-day.

Sales process was smooth and all terms were clearly explained. It appears many of my neighbors also have had Vivint installed recently. The installer did an excellent job. He made reasonable suggestions on where to place equipment. He wore me out just watching him move effortlessly from task to task.

Ms. Krista ** was amazing. She knocked it out of the park for me. Grand Slam Home Run. Expert at her job. Made sure everything worked before she left. I have 2 dogs and they loved her. Recommend her highly. She rocked. Very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable with her.

Easy and fast install with top of the line equipment. Easy to use and functions better than the ADT system we canceled. Also, the monthly price is great and easy auto payments. I am impressed with the functions and prompt monitoring. The insurance discounts were great and also a great help.

I was left with holes that have to be painted and one on the outside that will need to filled to prevent water damage. I’m going to have to buy paint and water stop cement that takes time and money. The technician planned on leaving it like this. After to confronted him. At this point I’ll do it myself but frustrated with how y'all can leave a house like this.

Victor was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained every aspect of the process as well as how to download and use the app. He was also very friendly with our dogs (who know nothing of personal space lol), and expressed patience with all of our questions. Lastly, he did a great job installing our panel and making it look professionally done.

The female who installed it knew what she was doing! Fast and efficient. I thought it was going to be a lengthy process but I was definitely wrong. She didn't even have to make a hole for the monitor, she replaced an existing one that wasn’t serving a purpose. Used her brain for sure!

My sales rep Josh was awesome! Josh explained how everything would work as far as payments, the installation, and how the system would work! My installation tech Terry was great and very thorough too!! Terry made sure all my cameras, doorbell and panel was working properly before he walked me through how to use the panel and explain to me how the system worked. He made sure all my wires were secured properly and hidden as much as possible.

Great customer service - from the initial phone contact - Ethan, to the manager who helped clarified my contract, to the installer - Andy. Every person I had communication with was professional and courteous. The install went smoothly. The hub is sleek and high-end looking and the sensors are discreet. The home security system is what I was pricing and the promotion came at the right time and works good with the WiFi system plus I can earn rewards if I recommend friends to install the system as well. It is also compatible with Alexa smart home for voice commands for in-house use.

The whole process was without any issues, and the installation process was as smooth. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installer was professional and did and amazing job. The system is very good and easy to learn. The Tech did and amazing job, teaching me how to learn the interface on the tablet and the App.

The technician was amazing. He did an amazing job installing everything, he made sure all the wiring wasn't showing and it didn't take him long at all, he gave me amazing conversations while he was installing me. My installer Kerry was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with setting up the app and explaining the system to me. Kerry he explained my bill and charges. I could tell that been installing for a while because he made fast and easy. I would definitely recommend my Vivint security to all my family and friends who are interested security system.

David was a great salesman, walked me through all the products and answered all my questions with grace. This kid is a pro and should be on the fast track to upper management by this same time next year! He was able to price me out of my old contact and didn’t blink an eye when it came to sacrificing personal commission in exchange for a loyal customer.

The Vivint tech sent a text to inform me when he would arrived. He was on time, very professional, and courteous. He took care of rapidly installing the equipment and placing all of it where it was easy for me to access. He helped me through the app navigation and made sure I knew how to work the app and equipment. Perfect tech and equipment install!

I contacted Vivint because 2 family members are existing customers and they have a positive experience. The sales rep was helpful, patient and professional. My installer, Brandon, was even better. He immediately recommended customized options appropriate for my home that saved me money. He was efficient and courteous and knowledgeable.

Beware of signing up for their trial, they are not ethical. We bought a house that had a unit in it. In December I called to see who Vivent was and understand services. Their sales person offered me a two month trial. I signed up. On Dec 9th the tech called to set up our system. I asked him about the terms of the agreement and he shared. At that point I decided it was more than we were willing to spend and we asked him not to activate our system and to cancel services. This call was recorded and Vivint has that call.

Seamless install and super helpful staff. Would recommend this to all of my friends and family. The technology and product is super easy to use and I was able to easily teach my family how to use it. Look no further when it comes to a full smart home system

I feel secure and safe with Vivint, I'm loving it. They offer the security to fulfill everyone needs and that is very important in this world today. Also the salesman/women are not forcing you to buy things you don't need or interested in. I would recommend them to family, friends even strangers. There is nothing in this world better than a peace of mind whether you are home or away and vivint give me and my family that peace of mind. No paid me or is paying me to say this. I'm just a customer who loves what they offer "SECURITY".

Customer service rep was kind and did her best to answer all my questions. Issue was not fully resolved due to lack of Wi-Fi at the house at this time. Called because doorbell camera is not linked to hub or app. She schedule a follow up next week. Satisfied with service provided.

Sadik the rep and the technician were great. They answered all my questions and concerns. The set up was quick and we are enjoying the quality of the camera recordings and how up to date the system is. We love the lights on the camera for the outside front yard and backyard.

All Vivint people were very professional and patient and easy to work with. They answered our questions and showed us how to use the system. They were friendly and personable. We felt comfortable with them, and also feel comfortable reaching out to the sales person in the future for and future questions or concerns.

Okay everything is okay as of right now. I haven't had the equipment long enough to describe anything so right now everything is okay. The equipment that's going to be just fine. Both times we had a security issue and needed footage. We were told the cameras were offline but we never received a notification and they couldn’t tell us why or when they went offline. We were told it was because an email wasn’t entered on the panel when we signed up but then they recited the email. Very odd, unreliable service.

I was introduced to Vivint through a concierge service when I closed on my house. I know other people who have Vivint and their reviews were better than the folks I know who has ADT. That portion of my experience could have been better. However, when the technician, Trevor came to install today I received a totally different experience. He was very professional and he explained things and was able to answer all my questions. He cleaned up behind himself and ensure the install was nice and neat. So, we shall see what the service will be like.

I was impressed with the quick service. For the price, it is worth the money. This is the first time I have cameras in the front and back of my house. I even have a new doorbell. You can set the dimensions for your security on your phone and keep tabs of activity on your phone. I am happy with my new security!

We’ve only had installation today, but already, we have more peace of mind, plus, the process was smooth and relatively quick. We are still deciding on locations for indoor cameras but that’s flexible. The doorbell camera works and we can see everything from our phones. I’m also happy that the equipment is not an eyesore. So far so good!

I would recommend all my friends and family to invest in your company because you go through every part of the system step by step and answer all questions that I had. Walk me through the device on my wall and on my phone and made sure the alarm worked before leaving.

Our installation technician, Tim was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable and polite. Took his time to explain everything. A PLUS SERVICES! All installation work was done cleanly, no debris left behind. Tim was so good I needed to leave a review of his services.

The experience was amazing from the customer service representative that set up our appointment to the installation in the house. Cory was very professional and even recommended some upgrades. We added another camera and the automatic door lock which is really cool can unlock the door with your phone or your own 4-digit pin. The days of getting locked out of the house are over. I feel more secure now that I can access the cameras from my phone anytime and arm the house with the app.

I had a home invasion occur last Thanksgiving & spent many nights with little to no sleep. Every little noise woke me up out my sleep. It’s so nice to rest assured that my house is protected and under surveillance so if anything like that were to occur again I’m protected by Vivint!

The sales manager Brad was courteous and thorough with his presentation. He made a compelling argument for your home security system because I had recent bought a Simplify system I had not yet totally installed. The install team was out immediately and put the new system in quickly, efficiently and professionally. Raoul also did a good job going over the operation of the monitoring system. My wife was very impressed when she took the dogs out last night and encountered the light and the accompanying tone, as well as the camera images. Learning the new system is challenging but the monitor and phone app seems to be pretty user friendly… A plus. We still need to get the garage door app and Vivint app to shake hands and pair but Brad is coming out to follow up so we are confident this issue will get resolved.

The Techs were all very professional and their dedication to the install and professionalism were top notch but my wife wasn’t happy that this took until past midnight to install on a school night. There were some unforeseen circumstances that created the delay and as an engineer I completely understand that this happens, but this is the only reason this is a 4 star rating instead of 5. This morning we woke up, turned off the system and are completely satisfied and happy with the results. A huge shout out and thank you to the tech that persevered past all of the obstacles and got this installed the same day!! Here’s to a long relationship with you!!

Dan was great with explaining everything. Really like everything we saw in the presentation. Several neighbors already had Vivint. Install was excellent and so fast. System was installed the same day we purchased it. They went over everything installed and how to work it. Love that it's on my phone and mounted wall location. My mother in law has old school system (different company) and there is no comparison!

Tech came same day to install camera and thermostat. Camera went up nice and works great, but thermostat doesn’t operate. Tech came back next morning to attempt to repair and still no air, even tried to put the old thermostat back on and still nothing works. So now I have no AC in southern Texas with a newborn in the house and the only response I got was maybe call an HVAC guy. The AC worked fine until your tech tried to install the new thermostat. So thanks. Tech was a good guy, no fault on him but clearly a lack of experience.

Worst Customer Service Experience – Avoid at All Costs. I’ve never encountered customer service as terrible as Vivint’s. The representatives were extremely rude and dismissive, and they make canceling their service nearly impossible. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone, being bounced around and repeatedly told I couldn’t cancel — despite having paid off my equipment a year ago.

Brendan was polite, informative, and quick. He made sure to review everything before beginning and then took the time to walk me through the new system before leaving. During the installation, he was quick and not disruptive. I’m happy with everything and know that I have easily accessible support services if needed. Overall a very positive experience.

Just bought a home and the previous owner had Vivint service before, so he left sensors and cameras behind. Sales rep and installer were both great but I was told my equipment was going to be double-checked and batteries all replaced and that wasn’t the case. It was more of a hurry up and get the service started than carefully examining equipment and replace all batteries.

I was a Ring camera owner, and became one when some lawn tools were stolen from my front porch. I never kept my batteries charged on my devices, and the coverage was reliant on my iffy Wifi services. Spencer was a great salesman and really has a passion for security and knowledge of your product. I am a single mom of three and having a security system watching over myself and my boys, definitely gives me peace of mind, knowing we’re safer in our home.

Installer walked through the process from start to finish. Informed on product knowledge and placement. Help set up apps and smart connection to the home. Also informed about solar and other upgrades to system etc in a few years if you prefer. Explained the warranty and the procedure to get help after he left.

The sales rep Alex S. was pounding the pavement in the rain and we set up a time after most the kids were down for him to come back. He talked a lot about product but what sold us were the actual videos. Not only could we actually read license plates, we could get clear pictures of issues in real time, even from our phone from far away. We could help our neighbors and protect our homes at the same time. The ability for the cameras to detect all the audio was beyond incredible. I can allow the kids in and out or the babysitter and know who it is at all times. It makes me disappointed in our old service. We will never go back.

Our salesman was really good with us however, the installation did not go as smooth. We also did not receive our key fobs that we were told we would get. Could someone please make sure that we get those. Also, we were told that due to the electrical problem that we had due to installation that we would receive six months free and I have not received anything stating that. Thank you.

Christian came by last night and convinced me to switch from my previous security system to this new one. I’m getting more products and a great deal. I really like how all my cameras and system are on the same app and it’s super user friendly. I would recommend them to my neighbors and I’m glad to have the peace of mind that comes with this system.

Tech could not have been nicer but had issues the first day he came by so he had to come back the next day and had issues again. A lot of time wasted but still want to give Vivint a chance. Hope future business goes smoother. Hope to see better work in future.

The staff is incredibly kind and quick to respond. Our system and the app is also very user friendly. It feels like we are getting a lot for our money! I love the option to text with staff vs calling. It made the whole process much more convenient. Noah in particular was great to work with. There was a minor delay in starting service and he was quick to make things right. Our home already had Vivint equipment installed from the previous owners. Reactivating service was incredibly easy! The technician was able to walk me through most of it via text messages which was very convenient. Very pleased with our experience so far!

I got employee pricing and was fully aware of what I signed up for and pricing. Tech showed up and additional equipment was added. He tried to charge me $150 more than the correct price. He called supervisors who gave me three different prices. No one knows pricing, employee discounts, or even what charges were for. Spent over an hour trying to get correct pricing. Tech rolled his eyes at me and was not friendly from this point forward. Very disappointing experience.

The installation setup on the phone very easy. I had to move my installation date several times due to my closing date changing. Each time the representatives (Cyril, Amanda, Graham, & Brandon) assisted me with patience and kindness. The day of my installation was wonderful. Bryan, the technician, was the best! He answered every question I had, and I had A LOT! He was also friendly which is excellent when a stranger is in your home.

Tech left saw dust and wire trimmings everywhere. Lacked the proper materials to do the install how I wanted, so wires were left exposed. Also the tech didn’t not know how to install my garage door controller and said “oh probably isn’t compatible” however I did it myself when he left. Instead of just calling someone who knew what to do instead wanted to lie to me.

I had a short timeline to work with as I was leaving town. The previous owners of my home hadn’t cancelled their system. Lindsay ** worked with us to turn it around quickly so that we could do same day activation for me after the previous owners cancelled their system. And Edward ** came at 6 on a Friday night to do the activation. Plus he answered all my questions before, during and after the activation process. I appreciated the quick turn around and late hours from both of them. It was a very positive experience.

On my initial appointment the technician didn't show up and didn't call. After that you called to reschedule. I explained what happened and you offered me $300.00 discount since I waited all day long at my business and you were a no show. You made a new appointment and showed up but when I asked for my discount your technician said she knew nothing about it. She told she couldn't start unless I signed documents. I also put down a deposit and I don't see a credit. I still don't have my credit for $300.00. The technician kept asking me to sign off at the end but wasn't even finished testing system and never help me or even asked me if I had my app set up and just wanted to leave not even asking if I was satisfied or if I had any questions.

Telephone consultation was a bit slow because of system technical issues, but installation technician was very knowledgeable and patient until the process was successfully completed. We think a personal appointment would have been easier for us, but the process worked great as is. We will be consulting again for specifics about the system installed in our new home later next week. Thanks.

First and foremost, the technician brought his wife with him. They claimed she also worked for Vivint. They were nice, but also it was stressful for me to have multiple people in my house at once. Nothing was explained to me in detail. My garage unit still isn’t working to sync with Vivint and the sensor on my front door showed low battery and when I asked about that they told me it needed to settle in and would change. It never did.

Great customer service, went above and beyond to install and made it convenient as well. Our tech was Anthony ** and his ability to solve problems one after another to find a solution and made sure we were set up in one day, was amazing. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to family and friends.

We had our security system installed yesterday, including fully integrated security/camera/light/temp/door lock control using our phones or a panel in the house. Jason ** installed our system and then thoroughly demonstrated and explained all the features. He was extremely professional, kind, and courteous. Our experience with Vivint has exceeded our expectations. Our primary home is several hours away. We now have complete remote control over our home when we aren't here. What a comforting feeling knowing Vivint has our back.

Not satisfied because equipment (cameras light) not working correctly. They have send a technician out to my house three times and light is still not working. Just started today, installation was good. I would recommend. It was a little more expensive than I thought to get a new panel. I was aware I might have to get a new panel because the place we rented hadn’t been activated for 4 years. Nice system overall, as far as I can tell. I didn’t like that I had to sign up for 24 months as a rental unit tenant.

After shopping around for weeks to find a security system finally my son told me about Vivint. Customer service rep provided me with the best plan and advise for my home. Robert did a great job installing all the products but he hit a snag when trying to connect the SmartHub with the iPhone App. He spend many hours trying to debug and we had the same issue on many devices. They ended up installing a beta version of the software which seemed to work and fix the issues. Everything seems to still be working but it worries me that we are not on a stable version of software and one that is being tested in beta. I am worried that we might encounter issues in the future after our probationary period and the issues we originally had might return. With such a special issue it would be reassuring from your company that you will always be there if I need service because of this problem. I know Robert also sent this information to the engineering group. Please reach out if you would like more feedback.

I’ve only had this for 3 days but thus far I love it!! The visual is good and I can actually hear who’s ever at my doorstep! I’ll most definitely recommend Vivint to a friend or family member. Also I like how I can move the camera anywhere there’s an outlet. I’ll give Vivint five stars and five thumbs up. Salute to Vivint.

The only reason I give 2 stars is because the very last tech who was Chris (the third agent to help) was the one who solved my problem and because of him I give two and not 1. The first guy who came out was DESPERATE TO MAKE A SALE. ”Today is the only day you can do this Mr. **,” he would say. And the second one who did all the installations his name is Perry, he seemed alright at first but as a couple days went by I told him about my issue with No A/C coming out my vents , I called and he said do this and that and call me back 15 min. Nothing, so we spoke again FaceTime, did something again and he said, "Call me back 15 min." He never answered. Again I text him. "Perry, it’s getting hot in here. 81 degrees!" He did not reply and my family went to sleep with fans and open windows. This morning I spoke with Chris and he noticed the white wire was supposed to be in the W-2 slot and not the W. Air was cold again.

From my first call with sales to the installation today VIVINT has provided excellent customer service. Our technician, Dillon, provided exceptional service, took the time to explain the system, and best options for securing our home. Having the peace of mind that the home is secure is priceless. I feel much safer already!

Your tech Carlos was so rude, did not listen where to put the equipment at, did not care about solve questions about how the system work and avoid to talk to me. The system was on my name and all was send to my phone number, and just talk to my husband cause I told him the camera was in the wrong place. But Leo, the sales guy really make it better coming multiples times to solve the problem and being super professional about everything even if was his first sale. My appointment was cancel at last minute (by the tech), for the second appointment the tech “had a flat” and the 3rd time was 20min late. So be late 3 times in the same day and on top have and attitude… this tech is going to cost you money guys.

I was a former Vivint customer for 12 yrs. I returned to try the service again. Today has been an excellent example of Outstanding Performance by our installer, Kevin. He worked nonstop to complete the installation. He was quite attentive to our needs. I look forward to doing business with Vivint again.

Was told I had 60 days trial. The price was not accurate. Told me items was free was not. I called to straighten it out but could not get a hold of him. Your office could not get a hold to him either. Have had several problems with the service since I got the system.

The tech was knowledgeable and provided great customer service skills 👌. He answered my questions and showed how to arm/disarm the system so that I now have the skills necessary to do it for myself. We had a last-minute cancellation from the previous guy but we were able to get someone to come out and he did an awesome job. He wasn’t supposed to come service the house but he did and I greatly appreciated it. Without the security system I would’ve felt unsafe. And the next available day I had wasn’t for another week.

Kade, the technician who installed the equipment, was very friendly and expedited the process with skill. We were very happy and pleased with the process from start to finish!

I would give them zero stars if I could. My experience started off great. The sales guy called to check in on my service that I have had for probably 7 or 8 years. He told me about a great deal they had to update my equipment and keep me right at the same price I was paying now. The day of the installation, the tech came out and instantly I could tell he didn’t want to be here like there was something else he wanted to do. He first complained about the amount of space next to my door to install the new larger camera. After I told him not to worry about it, I could get it mounted, he miraculously found a way to install it. I was getting a new panel that he hung up crooked.

Recently I moved into my new home and took over the equipment left by previous renters. Had it not been for Jason C, I would have given up hope of getting my services activated, He had the patience of Job and went way beyond the call of duty to walk me through every step very meticulously. He even offered to follow up with me the following week to ensure that I ordered and replaced a needed sensor. My brother & I were very grateful that we ended up with Jason C, right before leaving town. What a relief to know that my home will be secured and I can monitor everything from my phone.

I had an awesome experience working with Tristan obtaining information I needed for approval and installation. The tech was late for the appointment (2.5 hours) and he had to come back a 2nd time because he failed to install 6 of the windows sensors I ordered, the glass break sensor and turn the outside camera lights on to my specifications. He was also late for the 2nd appointment time that he set up. However, all in all I am satisfied with my security system and I would recommend Tristan and Vivint to others. Working with Vivint has been super easy and pleasant. All of the representatives that I’ve spoken with have been kind, and knowledgeable of any questions I might have had. The installation process was very simple, the representative that installed my Vivint system was early, and did not take any longer then the scheduled appointment time.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I bought Vivint in 2023 and was a loyal customer that wanted to protect my home and children. I didn’t care how much I spent if it gave me and my family a peace of mind. I’m sure that’s why most families buy a security system. I paid 150 dollars for a professional technician to install it because I wanted to know it was done right. I also bought 3,000 worth of equipment. The fire alarm was installed right next to my guest bathroom. Since it was a guest bathroom the shower was never used. After my babies were born a year later I had some guests using the bathroom more often and the system kept going off for a fire alert.

This pair was amazing. Peter did an excellent job walking us through the product catalog and building a product package to what we needed. I have never met such a thorough sales rep! Bryan was very professional in and clean during the install and walking me step by step on how to use the product.

The tech was on time, accurate, helpful answering question that I asked and lots of patience. His supervisor came in to assist because there was a problem to get my identification wouldn't accept after numerous times. That's very annoying for me but since the tech was so kind I had to be patient. It wasn't the tech fault.

Luke did an absolutely wonderful job listening to what we needed, and he filled our needs so well that we purchased a second system for our medical clinic. The installation went seamlessly. Everything was done professionally and the area was left neat and tidy. Accessing the service was very user friendly and footage was very clear.

Jerry was great to us. Very respectful and nice. Love new system. I will be recommending this my friends and family. Thank you. Very great installation as well. We really liked it. We can see when our cat comes home at night and we can let him in the door so he's not stuck outside all night and it alerts us. Thank you.

The sales rep was absolutely great at his job. He did way more than he needed to help me out and he should get a raise and the installer was absolutely great. Very professional and kind gentleman and dealt with my mess and dogs. He too should get a raise.

Their technician was awesome. He was so informative. He was so professional in explaining everything like literally every detail To setting up. He has to be one of their best technicians. Every time he did something he’d call us out and explain this is the old system's wires. Ours is wireless and he was just great.

The whole process was very easy to navigate. The app and cameras are simple to use if you are moderately good with technology. Pricing is very fair compared to similar providers. And the installers were very professional and took the time to include me in the process to ensure the system meets our family’s needs.

The tech was very nice and friendly and willing to answer and help out with all my questions. I will be willing to tell many others about switching over or become a customer with you guys. I’m a brand new customer and just hope things to continue to be great.

Hard to find operating instructions - Can't find How to tutorials - Text and Emails seeking praise - Tech Support hard to find. Sales pressure a bit hard sell. I can't find out what happens when you give someone a pass key - how is the alarm turned off when they enter and on when they exit.

My installation expert was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions and the system is very user friendly. The arming and unarming process of the system is easily accessible using my mobile phone. The camera has a very wide viewing range and is very clear. So far very pleased with everything.

Ashton provided excellent service. I would recommend Vivint to friends and family because of the job he did. He was very knowledgeable and had a positive attitude. He was patient with me and gave a tutorial on our newly purchased equipment.

The technician was very polite and patient and was knowledgeable in his product. However, he was not familiar with the air conditioner that he was attempting to install the Vivint thermostat because the thermostat he could not install because he would have to change the wiring of the air condition so he suggested we call an air condition technician to do that. The technician said that the thermostat was not compatible with the air conditioning unit we had therefore the thermostat could not work unless he had to rewire the whole system of the air condition and that was costly. So will return Vivint thermostat. The AC person also said that our unit was top of the line and that particular thermostat was not compatible with it to function properly.

Installation. My tech was Mr Mike **. He was Outstanding. Very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and concerns. Very polite. He represented your company. Again I thank you. I recommend some of my neighbors to your company. Again thank you. I was very pleased and satisfied with my purchase and my new service.

These guys ARE THE REAL DEAL!! I got the best price in town!!! They literally are friendly and down to earth! I would RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THIS SYSTEM. I live in Laveen where there is a little violence in the area but I feel super secure and safe with my new system.

Needs a little more polishing, parts of the equipment were left out & not discussed, we ended up discussing that @ install process, the fire detection, primarily… but after we discussed it, it seemed like we were missing equipment and the tech needed come back to finish the install…. Overall though it was a great experience!

The installation tech, Marcos, did a great job installing and was very informative on what was to come regarding my new plan. He answered all my questions and explained all the details to where I felt comfortable I knew what I was signing and agreeing to. I do feel I am getting the best service for what I’m paying and have the option to grow my security with the company when I’m ready.
