Great service from beginning to end. Clear and direct communication made it easy to update panel with my new information. Appreciate the calm demeanor and patience. The whole installation process was quick and easy. Then the tech showed me how to use the app on my phone and the in house touchpad. It was all very user friendly and easy to understand. The technician was very nice and made sure to ask for a broom/vacuum to clean up any shavings from installing the door sensor.

Amazing service. Jake came to our home and we were in the market for a security system and only had the ring. He walked me thru everything, listened to what we were looking for and built an amazing package for us. The technicians that came to install were equally as amazing and made sure we could work everything.

Instillation had some hiccups and took longer than anticipated, fortunately I was patient and the installer muscled through them. The equipment was for a new beta install and I will say the interface is a bit clunky for how it is all tied together, and there are definitely some bugs, but that is what this program is about, real world testing. Upon completion the installer offered to follow up if there were any issues.

The Vivint sales person Tyrel ** and technician Ian were both very professional, respectful of my family and our home and pleasant to work with. I was offered a promotional discount and did not have to make any payments at the time of installation. I’ve been enjoying the conveniences that my system provides like notifications when anyone approaches my home and the video and audio quality are remarkable.

My rep. was very nice. He made me feel right at home, in my home. Service was quick. Service man was on time. He was fast in his duties. I hope I made the right choice. My family is the most important people in my life. I will do all I can for them.

Sales person was friendly and professional. Gave a great presentation of the Vivint product. Answered our questions. Installation was prompt. It was done within the same day as sales person's visit. A review of the security panel and security login was given. Would recommend Vivint to anyone. The services covered in Vivint contract encompasses many aspects of your home and personal safety. Which is nice to have coverage under one package.

The staff we worked with were friendly and helpful. Their response for installation was super quick, the same day for us. We are having router issues, so they are to return when the new one arrives. Their follow up so far has been great. Our neighbors have the same system, which helped us to decide to also get the system. We look forward to our continued relationship.

My technician Shawn was great. Very informative and he was very well informative and he walked me through of showing me how to work my system. Shawn is a great tech. He has great customer service. Well experience in his job. He needs a raise. He knows his job description.

Alex was absolutely amazing. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He was knowledge, helpful and friendly. Any problem that came up with instillation, he quickly resolved. He explained how the system worked multiple times and he was very clear with his instructions. Alex answered all my many questions and made sure I was completely comfortable before he completed the job. He is a great representative for the company.

I'm very pleased with the company, the worker whom talked to me about it and who installed my security. I had told some of my friends and family about your security system and how much I love it. I was told that they will get in touch with the company about having someone coming out or talking about the security system.

Everything was going good until the payment issue came up. To me if my service is free for the first year why am I having to give a method of payment. Then I was told one thing and when the work was completed I go to the account and my checking account information was there, then Monday that a payment would be taken out on the 22nd of every month so I will be watching. All of this should be explained to the customer upfront before anyone ever comes out.

Great group of young guys. The only problems that I have is that they didn't clean up after installing the product. I also checked behind the installing on my garage door lock and found that they used an improper screw in my door security deadbolt lock. The shavings of wood and wire clippings could have been vacuumed up.

Representative gave a great presentation of the product, very knowledgeable about the home security system. Representative very concerned about the customer, and the well being of the need for security in the home. Great job. The security system is very effective system and very affordable. The Representative went out of the way to assist in the affordable options to finance the system.

We were very pleased with the Vivint sales and installation experience, even though it took much longer than expected (old house, thick walls, access to outlets, etc.). About 8 hours in all. The sales person and installers were professional and personable as well. We are hoping it will be the robust and integrated system we want for greater peace of mind.

Jordan and Hunter arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to show how the system work and answers all my questions. They were efficient and clean up after each task. The hard credit check was the one thing I did not care for, but I do understand.

I usually avoid or send away ANYBODY that comes to my door but my sales rep Alex was very welcoming, professional and he explained everything to me thoroughly. My technician Randy was the same. He was very helpful with walking me through the set up of my new equipment. It was a wonderful experience. I’ve definitely recommended Vivint to all of my friends and family.

They showed up later than originally scheduled, but once here they were quick setting up the system. They did a great job cleaning up after and made the install look very clean by hiding any wires. They were also very kind and respectful. The lead technician was awesome and did a thorough job of explaining how to use the system.

The product does not disappoint. The employees were great, gave great advice about the product. I would recommend giving this a try. It’s straightforward and gives a feeling of security when installed. Very user friendly and accessible for all ages. The doorbell camera has a very good picture quality and sound quality.

I was referred to Drew and he was amazing in helping me choose the right package at an affordable price. And then Jamison came over to set me up and he was so helpful in helping me understand the app and how to set my alarm and disarm!! Give them a raise!!!!

I thought the overall experience was very nice. Kaleb the salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We’ve encountered others not from this company who gave of strange vibes. So that was nice to deal with. Wasn’t expecting it to be installed same day! Cameron the install tech was friendly, humble and courteous. Handled any issues he came across with relative ease and gave and made sure we knew everything before he left and answered any questions. Will recommend to family and friends.

Josh was so helpful and knowledgeable! Vivint offers everything I want in a camera/security system at the best quality I’ve seen or ever had before! The install team sat down with me to explain how to use every button and hooked it all up to my mobile phone as well!

Great experience with the salesmen and their the installer. The monthly payment was rather high for our budget but we told them that if we’re disappointed we would cancel. I still need a sign for outside. Installer was out of them. The installer and salesman were very professional and courteous and the installer was very quick to install. They both knew their job very well. I hope that my husband doesn’t make me cancel the system. I was very dissatisfied with our Brinks system. Since it didn’t work right we never used it.

From the sales man to the installation they were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They gave us information and showed us how the system works. It was a great experience and so far we are really enjoying the security that we have received from out new Vivint system. I don’t like your system and Please remove your equipment from my house. I want off your system. I am 90 years old and is too confusing for me. The young man who installed the system said if I didn’t like it he would remove it but he didn’t, he left the area.

System half in and very impressive. Jake and Seth doing a great job. We couldn’t have them complete it for personal reasons but they are scheduled to return to finish. Really looking forward for them to finish need to set up other family phones so they can access the house when necessary. Thanks again for your great job.

Looking for good security camera system. Excellent system and does not operate off wifi so systems always recording. Very clear video and nice wide angle. Price was very good for how good of a system it is. Installer knew his stuff too! Much better than Arlo and Ring system which is wifi.

They did not clean up their mess and they never left use a sign. The sales guys were very nice and informative. Did not like that they could not put my door bell where the old one went. We do wanna get cameras and the door lock at some point in the filter.

The installer of the system was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the system. And very easy to follow and understand. He also answered every question we had. When he was finished he went back through and walked us through the entire system. Was able to work through some difficult areas or house is old and hard to work with.

Our doorbell and alarm was installed today by Nadi, who was very professional, courteous, and informative. He was not able to install the thermostat because the wiring from our central AC/Heating unit is obsolete and insufficient, but he instructed me on an easy solution and gave me his card and told me to call him when the wiring is upgraded and he will come back out and complete the installation. He walked me through the alarm panel operations, helped me set up the app on my phone, and showed me how to make customized changes and shortcuts. Nadi was very pleasant, had a great attitude, was on time, and he answered every question I had as well as ones I didn't know to ask.

From the salesman to the Tech that did my install! They were very knowledgeable and did not speak any lies to sale me. What they told me is exactly what I got!!! I am not disappointed! Tech made sure everything was correct and neat before he left. I am pleased to say they sold me away from ADT. ;-)

The installation took a long time. Not sure what the problems were, however out installer was a very pleasant man. DJ arrived and went right to work. If the system hadn't gave him problems he would have finished much sooner.

The technician work was not professional. I have had to call him back for work he performed that was not up to standard. He left trash where he worked and he did put the lock plate back on my door frame and he put a hole in the wrong door for the alarm. I have tried to reach him in several occasions and he refuse to respond. I’m a unsatisfied customer.

I spent a surprisingly pleasant afternoon being sold and having installed a security system essential to our needs that can be adapted when needed. The installation was improved by the technician making suggestions to improve our purchase. It was both affordable and enjoyable to make our home and our family more secure.

I have had nothing but problems with Vivint. Their system is Okay but their sales and billing. I consider borderline illegal. I have been with them over 8 years and wanted to cancel when my 5 year contract was over. Instead this salesman talked me into a new system promising me 24/7 recording and no contract with them, only Citizens Bank. I absolutely did not want a contract. This is something I was looking for. I ended up buying a whole new upgraded version. Then the problems started. I was charged double for items I didn’t get. Ex. Charged for 2 doorbells. Only have one door. I finally got this taken care of then the recording stopped. I complained and they listened to the recordings of my phone calls and determined I was right. So the recording was started again. One month later turned off. It is so hard dealing with them I just gave up. Now I am moving. I am NOT taking the system with me.

Yes the salesman and the installer were great. They were respectful. They answer questions. They stayed until everything was hooked up. Had a few problems with the doorbell. He figured it out. So far yeah he a really good guy, got yourself a good installer. There he helps his other employees that are installing for you guys help them out

I was very impressed with Vivant. A representative came to my door and completely convinced me to get a system installed in my house. I was shocked at how fast they could come and install everything. 15 minutes after agreeing and purchasing the service the tech was at my house seeing everything up. He was even courteous enough to clean up all the dust that came from the walls when drilling.

Had a very pleasant experience from the sales all the way to the tech later in the evening so the man came and was only able to put part of it in and then asked if he could come back on Saturday and that worked perfect. So I'm very pleased with everybody's attitude and how the sales went down and the salesman and made sure to get it where I could make a to work for me financially. And I'm very impressed with the the hardware and the cameras and what they do and if you're really good about my wife and baby staying home I'm alone now.

I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Tech arrived late with a field manager who left before the install. The entire install was rushed. I have no idea how to operate the system. My inbox is flooded with contracts and other emails. I had to do multiple "surveys" during the install. And I'm paying twice what I pay another national security brand.

Worth the money. Satisfied. Guys who sold product were nice and they came back the next to ensure my satisfaction. They went through all the features, although no instructions on how system works. They were excellent. Several neighbors purchased as well. I believe cost was more than I wanted to pay. I believe system will pay for itself in the long run.

Everything went very well with the process. Installation went smoothly and the instructions on how to use the product. I would definitely recommend the company. First off, I’m an electrician by trade, and am constantly going on service calls and working in occupied spaces. If I ever left a client's property the way my house was left, I would get fired! The strike for the deadbolt wasn’t installed correctly, so now the door can’t lock properly/fully. The screws that were used for the strike plate are only about 1/2” long… maybe 3/4” so definitely not “secure”! I don’t think the installers owned a level, or a broom and dust pan. Everything is crooked, they left sawdust and trash everywhere. I’m planning on leaving things the way they are for a day or two, hoping that my sales rep, swings by so I can show him. And explain that now I’m going to have to hire a locksmith to come make sure the front door can close and lock correctly! I hate leaving online reviews, and very rarely do it, but I’m pretty upset about this unprofessional workmanship. Hopefully, their product works better than their install team did!

Last but not least, I appreciate Daniel for helping me step by step until he tried to connect me to technical support and there was an issue connecting me & no returned phone call was followed up but I still appreciate the services.

The installation and timing went great. We appreciate the person who did the installation and went over everything that was needed to know. We are happy with the products and Vivint. We will definitely be referring to family and friends. We would like to add products later maybe in about a month but we will definitely be giving y'all a call for that. Normally, door knockers are told no or I do not answer. I've had bad experience with several companies, but this time I thought I'd give the sales rep Eric a shot and listen to his pitch. He was very informative, educated me on the system, and proved to be an honest kid we opted to go with. Vivint and couldn't be happier. The price, the quick install, the follow up, everything was top-notch. I would highly recommend them. Glad I gave this door knocker a shot.

Technician and Salesperson were friendly and efficient! I have two cats and that was not a problem for them. They were respectful and polite to my cats. The technician came right in and got right to work. I was pleased at how he handled each obstacle as there seemed to be many. I really enjoyed working with the salesperson😊. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful our experience with both Vivint workers we got to meet the other day! I especially want to recognize Christian who was assisting with the installation of our system. He was extremely thorough and explaining how everything worked even diving into some of the set up technicalities to help us understand exactly what he was doing and when it truly felt like we had a friend in our home, assisting us in helping to ensure that we were even safer, I can’t think this company enough for the services that they offer!

I had some doubts and he was able to clarify everything for me and reassure me there weren’t any cut corners of anything. Tech did a wonderful job with the install, but the salesman was a bit misleading on time frame of install. If you’re not doing the install you should not speak on what it takes, then to say my equipment would be compatible not knowing if it would it also adds to the misconception. But overall ok.

Customer service contacts have been helpful and knowledgeable, working with me on scheduling. Friendly folks. Installer took time to explain all of the functions and features of the new system and helped set up both of our phone apps.

My husband and I are pleased with the professionalism of both your sale Rep, Alvin and technician, Cody. Your team worked with us so we could stay within our budget. The installation went smoothly and the features were explain in detail and with patience, given that we're both senior members of society. So far everything appears to be working as promised. Of course more time will be required in order to give any real detailed observation.

Excellent experience!!! Just installed tonight and everything seems to be working as designed. The sales rep and installation person were respectful and friendly. The app seems easy to navigate. I like the shortcut features in the app to control multiple actions with one click. The cameras are clear images and audio is clear.

They just want a sale until they don’t care about telling the customer everything that is right. It’s not hard to be honest with people that’s just want the best for their family. When they are not happy with the situation in the long run. They need more training on how to deal with people.

I definitely didn't expect Jake to come over and introduce me to Vivint today. He was very informative and easy going. He answered all of my questions with confidence. I wasn't sure about starting with another camera system, I was with Swann before, and honestly the difference in camera quality is impressive. In addition to the display you receive, it's really convenient and easy to use. The money upfront is a lot, I do appreciate the plan they use to keep monthly payments low. Even with just the monthly maintenance plan is well worth it to add in my budget. I absolutely appreciate the effort they put into setting everything up and the efficance they put on security and privacy while they do the setup.

I signed up the same day that I talked to the salesmen. Later that evening, their installer came by to set up. Eventually he called two there’s because he was at a loss. They kept stepping on my rug with their shoes and the install took over 5 hours. They didn’t leave my house until after midnight. But other than that, I’m happy with the products and their capabilities.

The person who came and pitched for the cameras basically sold us on how all things will be in one app. Well that’s not the case before promising that. They need to make sure the equipment people is compatible. He told me I would be able to add my thermostat and door lock to one app. When the tech got here he stated it would not be compatible and have to buy it from Vivint. I already had cameras just was going to add the features all in one. So it’s very misleading on the customer. Not sure if I will keep after 30 days.

The recent purchase and installation of the Vivint security system went smoothly, despite the obstacles faced by our technician, Buck. He was able to overcome the difficulty with the support of a nearby colleague who was ten minutes away. Both the sales rep (Joey **) and Buck were knowledgeable, patient when answering our questions, friendly, professional, and helpful (I needed some help in connecting Vivint and MyQ on my phone). Even though some unexpected glitches extended our technician’s stay, Buck remained calm and focused until everything was done and he had walked me through the use of the new system. It was a very pleasant experience overall!

They did a great job. Christian was really professional and pleasant to be with. The guys that put it all in seemed to be fairly knowledgeable about the system and explained everything which was good. Waiting for the sign to go in the front yard as I think that's a deterrent too. I can't say enough about Christian, I had no plans to buy a security system today though. Though it was something I have been wanting for a while.

The installation was poor. Ledy my house dirty. The sales person, was not truthful. I tried to cancel within the time frame, was not give correct information to cancel. I am stuck in a contract. With equipment that doesn't work. Bad wiring showing on my walls. Cooking smears on walls. Tech left trash at my house. Offered buy still has not received the buy gift card. I think a lawyer can get me out of this mess.

Although the young man seemed to be doing ok with the installation, he seemed rather slow. It took two other installers coming out to be able to leave at 10:30 pm and everything was still not done. Was supposed to be here today (Monday) by 2pm. Still not here. Texted and said he was waiting on jeu to his apartment and was afraid to leave his belongings in his car. I don't know if he'll even be here today.

I was completely satisfied with my technician and my new service. I was a little nervous at first but he was super friendly and very informative. When the rep saw my pickup in the driveway and he recognized it from a Facebook post because I just recently had my pickup stolen, he said to himself, "I have to talk to these guys." I'm happy he did. Told me about a great that they had going on and worked with me on getting a system for my house that wouldn't break the bank but would help protect my house. Then came the install. Asked me a time that would work best, and I told him as soon as you can. He told me that a tech would be at my house in 25 mins. That's freaking fast. The technician shows up to install everything and only take an hour and a half to get everything installed and in a very clean manner. The technician was very pleasant to work with. We had great conversations while he was still working fast to get everything all set up. These guys are topnotch. I'm very pleased with the products I bought and the service that was provided.

Both our salesman and installer were extremely professional and personable. Very happy with the quality of the products and level of security they provide. Very customizable and technologically advanced. Cellular over WiFi is huge for reliability even in outages. They showed up for the install within an hour of the sale. This product will be able to keep up over the years as our kids grow and our needs change. We have looked into other brands and this seemed like a clear winner.

Well I'm just upset cause I was told I could cancel and I had a 30 day trial but I'm finding it difficult to actually cancel. I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford this but I tried to help an agent out. I mean the security is fairly decent. I've only had a few issues but was able to get that straighten out thanks to the agent and I definitely don't want to mess up my credit.

So I had the pleasure of dealing with Skylar and then meeting Mike and then the two techs who did our install and I am extremely apologetic that I did not get their names. So all in one fell swoop Skylar laughed at me when I mentioned that I got denied before and said well let me see, and although I think he may have push some type of qualify button he quickly let me know that I had done something amazing since those denials because I was approved. He was so quick so thorough so patient because I had no socks on didn’t want him seeing my feet. My grandbaby was chasing me and needless to say max 30 minutes he had me done and scheduled for a brand new home monitoring system.

Super friendly and knowledgeable, product looks nice, installation was very professional and courteous, instructions would be nice to come in the box. We are already thinking about adding at least one more camera. One of the nice features is the ability for everyone in our house to download the app on their phone. Ease of use on the pad and the phones are another great feature.

The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and very much in a hurry to get me off the phone. I explained I had never had a security system before & had a lot of questions but he rushed me so and cut me off and I had no idea what to do with this system. He was supposed to transfer me to someone that could help but he hung up before that.

I called to get the service set, all my concerns were addressed accordingly. Brandon, the professional tech, arrived to install my equipment a couple days later, he was on time and very polite. He cleaned up behind himself and didn't leave until he was sure we knew how to utilize our equipment. Great guy!

My problem is my outside camera is not working and outdated and the technician could not replace it. I was told my during my initial sign up that it would be replaced if it couldn't be fixed.

The guy who installed my service was the greatest. He walked me through everything and clean behind his self which I really appreciate that. He also was very kind and took his time to make sure I understand everything, super great guy. Now Andrew the guy who sold the me the service lie to me. He said this was a free service to me as long as I put the sign in my yard and promoted the company and also that the service didn't work off my internet and works off of solar and the internet service before I let him in the house which I don't appreciate that, that's the only reason I let him come in. I should have know it was a lie but I took him at his word just to find out everything is super expensive. In my opinion just be straight up. Don't trick people into a service.

The switchover from Brinks has been straightforward (although we still have to find out about the buyout for Brinks). Little disappointed in the incompatibility with our Daikin furnace, we also need high contrast options and/or different color/contrast options for visually impaired. My wife has retinitis pigmentosa and many friends have similar visual challenges

I like the system but it should be able to connect my current doorbell tubular doorbell which is very nice! That would really make this doorbell system perfect! If that were possible this would’ve been a perfect addition to my home!

I was approved services with Vivint and credit ran 3 times with issues for product to be installed. Did not understand why it was so much trouble when I was approved in the beginning. This should have been a much smoother process especially when I have been a customer for a few years.

Our sales rep Sami was great, she was patient, kind, informative, and attentive to our needs. I only give four stars because my family did not know that the install would be that day, by that time it was already 9pm and had to start our sleep routine with the newborn. Luckily the technician who installed was a kind, funny man who respected our space and did quick, good work. We are happy with the system so far and it was everything we were looking for.

I called Vivint based upon a recommendation from a daughter. They have had their system for some time. The quote I was given was very reasonable and their sales manager was very knowledgeable. We bought it because of how he and the tech people (including Liberty, Tony, and one other nice guy) acted while installing the system.

We just switched to Vivint and the whole process has been so easy. The installation was quick and everyone has been readily available to answer our questions. We love feeling more secure in our home now. Jordan our sales representative was thorough and took his time to understand what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend for home security needs.

So far, I am loving my new Vivint equipment! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. In addition to having the doorbell camera, motion sensors, and door sensors, I also received the smart thermostat. I can operate the smart thermostat even when I am on vacation to help with my power bill! That is an awesome piece of equipment that I did not know about. I would highly recommend Vivint to anyone who is looking for a top-of-the-line security system or Smart Home technologies.

A little pricey but the sales reps were friendly, the camera quality is amazing, and the ability to customize and prevent a crime rather than just record it is an amazing perk. I love how quick everything was installed as well.

The young gentleman that came was very nice and polite. He was very helpful. This young man needs a raise. He took the time to help me with my phone, because I wasn’t sure how to get to all the paperwork, and forms. I’m not really good on my iPhone. He explained everything to me in detail.

I’ve been looking for a reliable, affordable security system and Vivint is definitely it. It’s so well thought out, it is easy to learn and gives us no problems. My 5 year old daughter can even operate it easily (if I were to have a medical emergency). It’s dependable even through a horrible storm or if an intruder cut our lines, has no gaps in its recording/live feed, and from sales to technicians to customer service it’s is amazing. Also, I love saying, “what’s up” to every visitor/delivery person who comes to my door after receiving a live alert to my phone or panel. ;-) We feel so safe with Vivint! On.

10/10. Asher was great salesman and everything was handled quickly to my satisfaction. We are already considering adding cameras and other features. They were kind and respectful. They were careful to listen to us on placement and worked through some challenges with our door being weird. These guys should be getting raises - Great hard workers.

Salesman was easygoing. No pressure to purchase. The installation technician was at the house before the salesman left. Wonderful installation and technician. Stayed late and fully completed the install. The technician made sure I was fully informed on how to use the system and app before leaving. A great job.
