    I needed my doorbell checked and my garage door controller removed along with an indoor camera installed. The serviceman who came helped me with those exact things quickly yet thoroughly. He also did an overall check of my system and found my thermostat wasn't running as efficiently due to some connection issues. He fixed that on his own initiative and then let me know that I could contact him personally should I run into any future issues. I felt extremely taken care of and loved how efficiently he worked. To top it off, he also was caring for our dogs - making sure they didn't run off whenever he opened the front door. One of the best service experiences I've had!

    I had some questions after the installation. I didn't have the service reps' phone numbers so I called the 800 number. They answered all of my questions as best as they could, but had to defer to the reps since I had specific install questions. They gave me their numbers and I was able to contact 1 of the 2. He answered and was able to help some but had to contact the manager for advice. Next thing we know the manager came by, the same day! Amazing!! My questions were answered, he made sure I could access the system and made me very happy. Everyone from the 800 number to Kyler and Mikey were very professional and patient. I highly recommend them and Vivint.

    I’m tech savvy when it comes to security systems since I’m in construction. I’ve dealt with all their other major competitors and I know who’s good and who’s garbage. I don’t have any issues with Vivint's service which is one of the reasons I chose them. I got three cameras, door contacts and motion sensors. They came when they said they were gonna come and whenever I have a question, I just call and things are resolved. The installer was a nice, young man who lives in the neighborhood. I added a camera a week later which was done very effectively, timely and neatly. With that, I have recommended them already to a number of people.

    My experience with Vivint has been marvelous. I previously had an alarm system, which we didn’t use for years and we couldn’t remember the code. And then, someone who knew we weren’t using the alarm, break-in our house and stole my jewelry so I needed to put an alarm back in the house. Also, I work at the hospital and work for long hours. When I leave at 6:00 in the morning, I don’t get back until 9:00 in the evening. I then got Vivint and I’ve been with them for a couple of years now.

    I am very satisfied because I know how to turn it on and off. It’s easy to use and that’s what I want. They came and changed the system over to Verizon now. I have the alarm that chimes when the door opens and closes. I have the monitor inside, which I can see from my phone. I haven’t done that in a while, though. I can turn off the alarm from my phone too. A guy from Vivint came and updated the system a couple of months ago, and it was very convenient to me because they worked around my schedule. He was also very friendly.

    Vivint had installed a unit at my mom’s house and so I knew about them already. Included in the service package I purchased from them are the thermostat, spy camera, doorbell, smoke detector and a glass break detector. It made me feel better to have all my bases covered and so far, it's been really good. The installation team was very knowledgeable, efficient and very quick. When they were done, they stayed and went over every single piece of equipment - how to change the batteries and how to use each part of the system. However, there's been a couple of times where we've had bad weather and the WiFi shuts off and messes everything up. Their staff has been patient, gone through everything and made sure that everything was working. Every time I've had a problem, they’ve always followed up.

    Very expensive. Do not take any additional home automation. Just take the basic service from Vivint (Still expensive) and buy your own Z-Wave enabled services. It is very easy to add them to their control panel for alerts and such things. IF you go with Vivint then you will end up with paying 4x of original price of the device.

    We have our own camera system, but Vivint handles our security in our business and we're satisfied with them. Anytime there is an issue, they're on the phone with us as soon as the alarm starts going off which means there's somebody in there that's not supposed to. But when the buzz is in here and we're on the phone with them, we give them our passcode so they call off the dogs. But, otherwise, if they can't get a response right away, they could use dispatch to find out what's going on.

    We want to be protected since it's just me and my husband, so I got the service from Vivint when they had some agents out. Their sales representative was able to recommend the things that I was interested in and their installation team was great and knowledgeable. They were on time and it didn't take them a whole lot of time to finish up what they had to do. They also left the work area clean once they completed the job.

    We're using monitors with the app and we can turn the services on and off through it including the alarms, thermostat, lights, and cameras. All of their features are great. In fact, I like the feature with the control panel, where they can talk me through it if I need some help. I can turn the lights on and off when I want to and I can use the app to set my alarm if I leave my home and I forgot to, just like when we went out of town and we actually forgot to turn on the alarm. I can also turn my air conditioner and heater off and on. Then when we had a tornado coming through our area, the panel alerted me and told us to take cover. We were home at that time and I was elated because it was a great feature. So overall, I've had a great experience and very satisfied with Vivint.

    I have the doorbell alarm and the camera in the house from Vivint because I've been having some trouble with my grandson. Their reps were very excellent and I enjoyed them. However this morning, I opened my sliding glass door and got the alarm off. I forgot that it was set. Also, I have a friend staying here for the summer and he comes in one door while I come out the other door and we set the alarm off. He heard the alarm while I didn't so he turned it off.     9 years ago, my husband and I decided it wouldn’t be bad getting Vivint. We were both working at that time, and so that way we can know what's going on. We have the camera, fire and smoke detectors and the app on our phone and I control it with a computer. Vivint’s reps have all been nice. We've had them out to change batteries in the smoke alarm twice. They've also put the camera and the door lock in.

    We haven't actually had a break-in, just false alarms. Whether it’s accidental or not, they call when it goes off. My husband falls a lot because he’s getting dementia, and so I wanted the camera so I could see. He sometimes forgets and opens the door and doesn’t get it unarmed. The keypad has helped that because he’ll use it. It’s just that he's colorblind, so he can't tell whether it's armed or not. I have to go look at it because he literally can't tell.

    I just thought that Vivint was slow with getting back to us. I should've just called instead of doing the email. Not seeing the email for half a day is my fault but I don’t check email. But then it was still another 24 hours before they could respond that my camera wasn’t ported anymore. That was last Friday and they just mailed it this Friday, so that just seemed slower than most of their things have been.

    I'm on my second contract with Vivint, and it includes a couple of indoor cameras. I have upgraded on all the previous contract equipment, and added a smoke detector at the other end of the house. You never know when you're going to be a victim of burglaries so I also had a doorbell cam put in. When I've made the mistake of opening a window or a door without disarming anything, they called within 60 seconds, which was a great response time. Their sales rep overstepped his boundaries in as far as providing me with what we were going to negotiate and he ended up losing his job, but they eventually accommodated me with what I needed.

    Don't get me wrong, we have used and loved Vivint for more than three years, but when we were approached about signing our contract I told the Vivint Representative I am a disabled Veteran with health issues that might force my wife and I to move before the end of the contract. What I find shocking and appalling is the representative said, "Don't worry. Vivint loves veterans and it won't be a problem to cancel your contract if you have to move." Now, my medical conditions have worsened and that I am now rated 90 percent disabled. Because of these health issues the Veterans Hospital wants me to move to be closer to family for assistance. This means I need to move from the DC area to Oklahoma and live with my brother.

    However, when I call about canceling my service I am told, in very nice terms, by the gentleman on the phone that I am on the hook for the remaining 23 months of the contract and will have to buy it out at $63.00 per month, or $1449.00. Who can afford $1440? Certainly not a disabled veteran. I find the entire situation of misleading a person with a physical and mental disability beyond comprehension.

    I just got this installed. The sale rep told me if I wasn't completely satisfied with the services I can request a return within 30 days. Come till now not reading thoroughly it's only 3 days. Which when I had to call customer service and ask. Then 2 lie I was told my I was never charge a tech to come to my house if any technical problems. Oh most importantly my door bell sensor is still not working properly and I emailed with a concern, they didn't respond to my emails. How awful is that. I very dissatisfied with Vivint. I don't know if anybody even review these questionnaires. But if you do the pricing for your package are very high, the equipment that you guys offer sounds good for a moment but when it doesn't work then customers are very disappointed. And the terms are so long. Especially for single parents.

    I have everything that Vivint offers because I like to be able to check what’s going on inside my house when I’m not there. I like to be able to get somebody a code to get in my house without giving them a key because I can give them a code and then delete it. I’ve had three burglar alarms before I got Vivint. Also, I like the fact that the heater and air-conditioner are controlled by the thermostat which is done through my cellphone because I’m disabled. Sometimes I don’t want to get up and go to the thermostat to control it. I like the fact that I have all kinds of different control over all these things in my house from my cellphone.

    I have four cameras, which is the maximum total of cameras I can have in my house. I have the doorbell camera which was something new that just came out. Once someone pushes the doorbell, it rings through the alarm system and sends a message to my cellphone as well. I can either look at the screen if I’m in front of the screen or check on my cellphone and see who’s at the door. I can talk to them through the cellphone or the panel, which would be kind of ridiculous for me because the panel is five feet away from the front door. When I upgraded from the regular Vivint system to the Vivint Sky, the guy who came and put it in was very good. I deal with him a lot and he seems to be the local assigned repair person and does all the work in my house. He's very good.

    I've had Vivint for a few years before they changed the name. We have the doorbell camera, an outside motion detector camera, two indoor cameras, glass breaking, motion detector, and the door opening. So far, I'm generally very satisfied with their service. However, with the most recent changes, I'm not very satisfied at all. The doorbell camera was supposed to pick up when someone is standing there, whether they rang the doorbell or not, and it does that sometimes but, more often it doesn't. But it does pick up when the wind blows, so if one of the leaves of the tree moves, it picks it up and then records it. It's crazy because it sends these constant notifications. But when there's a person standing there, it doesn't do that and that's annoying.

    The motion detector camera is relatively similar. A person can walk across the deck where it's set up in the line of vision and doesn't pick it up at all. But it'll pick up the trees moving or a bug that flies by. Then the third thing, we used to have when our garage door goes up or down, it has a tilt sensor in it and notified us. When these new cameras got installed, it no longer notifies us. That's very annoying because that's something that we've grown accustomed to having and using and it doesn't work. I don't know if the guy didn't know how to set it up or it's just isn't offered with this new wall unit. I was about to call them to tell all these things but I got a phone call from them saying that they would call back and I'm waiting for that.

    Also, the installer showed me how to use the products but he showed up very late. He said he had a flat tire but he could have called us ahead of time to say that he's running late instead of just not showing up because we had to take a day off from work to accommodate him. My husband was sitting at home waiting for him when he could have gotten things done. Then the installer was there until way after I got home from work, so, we couldn't even go out to have dinner.

    So, I would like someone else to come out at some point and see if he gets it right, if it can be adjusted and if we can get the tilt on the garage door to work. I would be happy if I can get these items to work the way they're supposed to. Nevertheless, I would recommend them because when the alarm goes off, they're on top of it. Up until this recent change, they are fantastic but after that, if they can't fix it, not so fantastic.

    Vivint cut the ADT when they took over and put in a different wireless system. I use some of the system's features like the one that says, “Stay,” and the one that says, "I’m gone." The only thing that hasn’t worked for me is my sensor in the living room. It kept turning my alarm on. Some of my other little sensors go off if the wind got them. The police would come and I started getting bills for $125 for them coming and it goes up $25 every time it does. It's always accidental and never an emergency and as it's going to cost me fortune I had the monitor in the living room disconnected. I don’t want the police called But want the fire department called if needed. Also, the Vivint sign is an ugly one so I don't put it on the door. I would suggest that they change the color of the sign.

    I just want to say that I'm not impressed with Vivint. My husband and I had the system installed on a Friday night (June 24) and the sales guy was pushy. He showed up at our house after 10pm and explained that if we installed that night we'd get it for free installation. We explained that we had to work the next morning at 5am and that it wasn't preferred to have installation until 1am or 2am that night, but he insisted this was the only option. So we agreed to have it done that night. Not super impressed but if it saved a few hundred dollars then fine - and if this had been our only issue, it wouldn't be a problem.

    After having the system installed, a BUNCH of the features didn't work. We didn't get an alert letting us know the doorbell had been rung, we didn't have video recordings of every person coming to the door, our app didn't communicate with the panel when we locked or unlocked the door, and when we tried to arm the system it didn't always recognize it either.

    We called our sales rep less than a week later and asked to have the system removed because we didn't feel like it was reliable. The sales guy said he would send someone to remove the system that evening. When the guy showed up to remove the system, he had only been told he was troubleshooting to see why it wasn't working. I was not impressed. So I called our sales guy. He said that we couldn't remove it until the 10 day trial was up, so he had decided to send this guy to figure out if he could fix it. I allowed him to fix it, but it quit working 20min after he left. Our sales guy also told us to call the following Monday (July 4th) which we did, but since it was a holiday we got no help.

    On July 5th, my husband called customer service to have the system removed - he was on hold for a few hours and redirected a few times to different people, which got irritating. Finally he was able to talk to someone and set up an appointment to have it taken out. On July 14th the original installers showed up to remove the system. After they left I realized that the putty job they did where the panel was, was the ** job I have ever seen. After two days I was able to pull out the putty because it still hadn't dried properly, and when I did pull it out I realized she had jammed a programming manual in the hole and puttied around it - and the putty must've been a terrible quality because it was still soft after two days. As well as they didn't fill any of the holes in the door frames from the sensors.

    When I asked him about that, he said we'd have to figure something else out. This made me upset because when they first arrived I asked if they would be filling all the holes and they said yes and then I caught them leaving without holding up what they said they would do. So this showed me EXTREME dishonesty and no integrity in this company.

    Also, after all this I STILL had a payment withdrawn from my account two weeks after the system was taken out. I'm currently on hold (have been on hold for an hour and a half) to ask for my money back, and I think it would only be fair to be reimbursed for the previous months payment as well since the system wasn't working. My husband and I spent many hours on the phone arguing with Vivint reps, and we didn't even have the system for the whole month. Not impressed with this company. Will not return and will not recommend for people to sign up with Vivint.

    The salesman of Vivint was a good one. I didn’t really want it but that guy was really great. I was in the hole with money rebuilding the house and I didn’t wanna get any more debt, but after he came here he sold like four houses in one area - mine, my mom's and my aunt's. Everything’s good about the alarm system. I can lock and unlock my house from China if I want. If anybody walks in, it'll automatically start recording. I can also do anything from my phone and that’s a good feature. The camera and the locking and unlocking the house is unbelievable.     We have Vivint's package with the garage door features, remote open from the front door, freeze/smoke detector, and window break alarm. I was going to get the thermostat but I don’t think they could attach to a boiler. The one for the garage door was the big reason for the purchase as I always forget whether or not I locked it. The salesperson, Wes, did a really good job of presenting that feature. He was a great help in selling the products for the company as well as giving us products that we could use.

    The installers were really good and Wes stopped by and made sure everything was going smoothly. We’ve had a few problems since then but they came out and helped us out with them. Everybody’s been great. The team that came out recently to fix the garage door and smoke detector were friendly, polite, and explained the features to us. It's been an all-around great experience.

    We had the security and one camera from Vivint. The service has been pretty good. It's much better than what I had and we haven't really had any problems. My alarm before hadn't even worked for two years and they were still billing me. But the reps of Vivint were good. The only problem that we had was when they hooked it up, they cut some wires and I lost my internet. They said they'll send a serviceman but that took about two weeks. Then the serviceman came and he didn't do any better, so I had to hire an electrician. They paid the first time but it wasn't fixed so we had to do it ourselves.

    I recently sold my home and was told by the Vivint moves department that it would not be a problem if the new owners took over my account. After about a dozen phone calls with the moves department this process has been a nightmare to say the least. I have been told that Vivint will not have a technician in my area until 3 months from now so I will have to remain the person responsible for the account set up in a home I do not own and with people living in it I do not know.

    While trying to set up the technician appointment the new owner has now been told that Vivint will not be available anymore for any new accounts in my area and that the account would have to be cancelled. They were told this had to do with a signal strength issue. I have had 2 separate accounts in this city over the past year and never had a signal strength issue so this is all very strange (I was told the real issue was that my city is too far out of the way for their technicians).

    It would have been nice if I was told that a transfer would not be possible when I started this whole process but clearly communication is not one of Vivint's strong points. I do like the product and what it can do but now I am starting to doubt what all this means in terms of future serviceability of the account in my current home, and whether or not other people in the area will be notified of the issues with transferring an account here.

    We have a monitor on the door and a camera included with the service package that we got from Vivint. We like them. It was something we thought we could use and we have. Their service is excellent. Their rep and installation team did a good job. We really like their camera feature. However, if we travel certain periods of time and we have to change the batteries, for instance the door, it's difficult if we’re not in town. So, I have to make sure I check all the batteries before we leave. But it seems they don’t need to be changed that often. We just remind ourselves if we’re going for long periods of time. Overall, it’s a great product and it works for us.

We've had the system for four years now and so far, their service has been good. I only wish it wasn't as expensive as it is. Also, in the four years, we have one sign for the front and one for the back. The one in the front eventually started deteriorating, so I had to pay to have a new sign that lights up at night put out front. I found that strange as I am advertising for them and I had to pay for that. I told them that but they told me that that was something they didn’t supply, so I had to pay for that. Other than that, we're staying with Vivint.

    So far, I've been very happy with Vivint's system. I wanted their doorbell monitor so I can see who's coming at the front porch and who's ringing the doorbell. It records all the time even if I'm not at home. Then, the glass break monitor allows me to put down in the number of door sensors that I have to have. The installers were professional. But when they first came in, they couldn’t install the doorbell monitor because I didn’t have high-speed internet yet. They told me once it was available to give them a callback and they’d come out and install the doorbell monitor with the doorbell camera. When I finally got high-speed internet installed, I called up Vivint and they sent somebody right out and got the system installed. They have provided great service.

    When our doorbell rang, we thought "Oh no, another salesman to get rid of." Brock introduced himself, explained his mission and the system. What they had to offer. He was upfront and very knowledgeable. We decided to install the system and the rest of the team arrived in a timely manner. They were gentlemen, explained step by step what they would be doing and went to work. They not only installed the system quickly but made sure we understood and could use the system before they left. They even cleaned up after themselves so I would not have extra work.

    So far our new system is so much better than the one it replaced. I would not hesitate to recommend this system and these employees to anyone. I must add that my two year old great grandson was visiting at the time and these men went out of the way to answer his many questions about what they were doing.     Vivint's sales reps are easy to contact. When anything needs to be done, they're really good about getting out here and getting it taken care of without charging me too. But they didn't explain a lot of stuff to me the way they probably should have. They showed me how to use the products but they went through it really quick trying to show me how to get in there to the screen. The service itself is fine but they need to lower the contract price for people who have been with them for years.

    So, I was trying to relax after a long work week. I told my spouse: "Don't answer the door." He answered the door. I signed a contract just to get the man out of the house; only to have his service tech arrive. His service tech was nice enough, but did a slipshod job. He didn't remove the old system, just installed the new one below it. He never pointed out a cracked wall plate. Later I noticed both, but there was another service tech coming tomorrow to deliver a key fob. I asked him to replace the wall plate and remove the old system hook up. (I had a replacement wall plate.) He was very annoyed by this request.

    I also requested he cover some exposed wires with electrical tape. He repeatedly said: "Fine, I'll cover these wires so your cat doesn't rub against them!" He did the job asked; one I could have done myself, which leads me to believe their customer service in the field is worthless. Or at the very least disagreeable. I REALLY regret signing a 42 month contract when I was hot and tired. BTW they keep saying they will waive a $99.00 activation fee. Guess what? We had to fax them a copy of the contract repeatedly so they would believe it; after several phone calls about it.

    We have found the literature they gave us is very vague and does not give very good instructions on how to use our new system. Although the reps explained everything, we felt there was too much to comprehend at once and would have appreciated having an explicit manual to fall back on.

Was never told about the 5-year contract, until the installer had left the house! I should have been informed. Office staff said they would subtract $5.00. Not good enough; too small for inconvenience; was told I could still cancel the service due to circumstances involved!

    Vivint was wonderful while we had their system and it gave us a sense of security which was nice. But we had to cancel with them because we couldn't use it anymore given my husband's dementia. It was hard because there were times when he remembered the code and times he didn't. Also, he remembers there's an alarm or he doesn't remember there is one. So I really couldn't set it because he was uncomfortable because we didn't know how to get out of the house. However, they were very cooperative during the cancellation. Overall, Vivint is a great company to work with and we would have stayed with them.

    First I was told incorrect information by the sales rep. I was told when my contract was up I could keep the equipment and it would be fully functional. After about a month Vivint told me that that was impossible and I would need to pay a minimum of $50 for the rest of my life to have access to the app. Not what they promised me. So after speaking with several people and hours on the phone Vivint said they would not honor the sales rep's pitch and I should cancel. So I did, with the promise that they would "open a damage claim" since I got rid of my old doorbell, deadbolt, and thermostat and I would now be out hundreds of dollars because I trusted Vivint.

    By the end of it the damage claim was rudely and immediately denied. Vivint told me I should have kept my old equipment (apparently forever). They didn't care it was a heat wave and I would have no thermostat. They didn't care I didn't have a deadbolt. They hid behind the contract they themselves broke. They refused to let me talk to anyone else, appeal, or open another damage claim for the holes they drilled in the walls and doors. They are not an honest or trustable company.

    I don't actually have an account with Vivint, but noticed payments were coming out of my bank account from them. I notified my bank and put in all the necessary paperwork. My bank, who could see the payments were coming from VIVINT, said I needed to contact Vivint and if they were a "legit" company I should have no problem getting my money back. After speaking to 7 different people at Vivint, not only did I get nowhere, one employee actually said to me, "WE DON'T ACTUALLY CARE, BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT A CUSTOMER"!!! I had to ask to speak to a supervisor after this 4 times before I actually got through to anyone, and they again said they couldn't do anything for me to stop the payments or get my money back. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are horrible to deal with and now I am out over $600 for a service I was never even provided.

    I have had a tech out three times concerning my camera doorbell going off-line and I have had my transformer blown by a tech. The tech I had today always addressed me "yes ma'am" or "no ma'am". Before he would enter my home he put on shoe covers. I have never experienced this with Vivint employees and some other businesses. Once I explained my problem with the doorbell and that the electrician who installed the transformer was tied-up on a job, Vivint Tech said he could take care of it, and I mean he did. He explained other transformers I had that I didn't know I had and no other electrician ever told me. The questions he asked and the information he gave me concerning electrical wiring informed me this man knew what he was talking about and he did an excellent job without huffing and puffing about the job and it didn't take him long. Great Job!

    I will be canceling my Vivint after finding out that Vivint is refusing to turn off my 94 year old parents alarm. A non family member was allowed to use their (the non family member's) phone number and email on an account that paid that non family member $100.00 to sign up a deaf man and half blind woman on an alarm account. They were told the contract could be canceled anytime by this non family member. Now that there was a false alarm and my parents want it canceled they are being told it's 10 days past the 30 trial they give to old people and they owe $3200 to shut down the alarm. How disgraceful and absolutely disgusting. This non family member was a hired helper to my parents and Vivint did not use due diligence when allowing this account to be set up through someone else's phone.

    Vivint was canvassing the neighborhood because we had a different alarm company at that time and they came to our door. Their sales reps were friendly and knowledgeable, and we got the security, door locks or store alarms, motion sensor and a camera. They made the process very easy because sometimes, people will say things and throw so much information at one time, which is overwhelming making me not remember half of it, but this wasn't the case with them so it was great.     We had a great experience with the salesperson and the installer. The installation guy showed us how to use the product. He was very nice. We have glass break sensors, 3 cameras, which includes the doorbell. We also have wireless sensors in all the windows and doors but the front doorbell and one of the sensors keeps malfunctioning. That's our biggest problem but everything else is good.

    I got a service package with security, thermostat, doorbell camera and a shed camera from Vivint. The camera in our shop was one of the main reasons that we got the system from them, but we had trouble with it. It took us a long while to get that rectified and get a camera up here but I guess that's because they're not in Canada. Their service has been good so far and they've been taking care of the problems we've had. They had to come back and install the touchpad door knob thing because they didn't have enough with them. They showed us how to use the product, but I still do not have a great understanding the way the thermostat works. They didn't really clean up after themselves though. All in all, the experience was good.

    My package from Vivint includes the motion detector and it has the electric but it’s also battery backed up. We also have the fire, water and smoke. Even though I have smoke alarms, they also have the detection on that. I'm very pleased and satisfied with their service. Initially, my cat would make the motion detector go off and they would call and then we would reset it. Then they came over and moved it and didn’t charge anything. Their reps were also very friendly and explained how everything worked. I liked that their employees actually answer the calls and they don’t outsource it. Their installers were friendly too and called to do a confirmation. I have recommended them. Numerous people in our development have them and seem satisfied with them, too.

    My Nest thermostat through Vivint Smart Home security has a error code on the device and will not function whatsoever so my ac unit is constantly running and won't shut off which is going to cause a big electric bill. I called Vivint to get the issue fixed which started out smoothly with them trying to have me troubleshoot over the phone.

    After about 20-30 min the troubleshooting was a failure. The rep said they couldn't get someone out until Wednesday. Today is Friday. She said it would be a 50 dollar charge for them to come out and fix their piece of equipment which I think is bull crap. I explained that they needed to get someone out by tomorrow (Saturday) because the ac won't turn off and it was going to run up my electric bill. She then proceeded to tell me that I could just turn off the breaker to the ac unit then. So then I wouldn't have any ac and it's in the high 90's to low 100's right now and that was not acceptable. She then said that I could just turn on the breaker when it got hot. So I said "So you want me or my wife to go outside to the side of the house every hour or so and keep turning the breaker on and off all day?" and she said "I don't know what else to tell you."

    So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she kept asking me why. After about 10 minutes of trying to get her to transfer me to a supervisor I finally hung up. Don't even know if I have an appointment and my ac doesn't work because I had to turn the power off to it so that my bill won't be outrageous. Piss poor customer service and I'm paying for something that isn't working and they want to charge me another 50 to fix their equipment that I already pay a monthly fee for and I know I won't be reimbursed for the days it isn't working.
