The person who explained the service as well as the installment person were both very professional and friendly. They checked back to make sure the service was good and were able to answer all of my questions. I was very pleased.

Camera system. Price charged was way more than agreed on. Can’t get a resolution from my salesperson. The installation was done exactly the opposite of what the tech said would be done. Equipment seems to be good quality. Company seems legitimate. Salesman and installation tech Just came into town and were not honest. The entire experience seems like a big scam. Would not recommend to anyone unless the company makes everything right after I have chased someone down who can help.

New home security system that's hi tech and doesn't break the bank! Quincy took time to explain how the whole program works. The technician, Sharif, also very courteous and did professional install and trained me how to use it. All that in just about an hour. Very happy, job well done!

Did a good job with everything but 1 base for the thermostat and he was very much a professional in his work. He cleaned up his own mess and left the place clean but he didn't put the base plate on the thermostat to cover the wall where the paint was missing.

Just need my camera fixed so I can enter my password. Otherwise no problems. The Young man were very friendly and respectful and so was the technician who install equipment. We used it last while leaving our house and it worked. I will refer a customer to this co. Thank you.

Vivint men were friendly and knowledgeable. We were not happy with our previous security company. With this change we get more bang for our buck. We now have updated security in the front yard and a camera in the backyard. And we feel safer.

THE INSTALLER WORKED VERY HARD ON MY HOUSE. I HAVE OLD WIRING BUT SHE MADE IT WORK, THANKS. I GIVE A 10 to your team. They both are Very professional. When I upgrade I will make sure that I contact Your team.

I love my new smart device put in by Zack, he did an excellent job. I will refer him and the service to friends and family. I can now lock up from my phone, lock and unlock my door, change my thermostat settings and I absolutely love it!

I was impressed with the door bell camera and the ease of using with the app! Also the arm and disarm of the security system. The installer Rex was very professional and the salesperson Kieth was very informative. I was thinking about this for awhile and I am pleased with the company.

Everything was explained great, our main installer was friendly and very knowledgeable of the product. When he was finished he tested everything and showed me how it all worked. I’m just sad I didn’t find Vivint when I first moved in.

It was a good experience and job well done. Coming back today to complete the job and I’m sure it will go well. I referred a neighbor also and I’m sure we both will love our new security system and enjoy the non buffering WiFi ring doorbell. I feel safer already with the cameras around my home already. Vivint was there for me when I needed them at the right moment. I say this because I was about to get cameras for my home and pay more and now I don’t have too.

We met Marvin ** while he was walking in our neighborhood, selling. We struck up a conversation, and he introduced the product. He asked to set up an appointment to tell us more about the opportunity, and we sat down after my work the next day. He worked with us EXTENSIVELY on pricing, and set up a 0 percent loan for 60 months for the equipment, plus the service, which ended up around 110 a month, which for what we got was very fair. 5 total cameras, 2 new thermostats, smart lock, and a takeover of the old ADT system.

Great communication and explaining how system works and how to add users. Smart Home Pro Thomas ** and Eric our installer were great!!! Great representation for the company. Our Son has Vivint in his home also and recommended this company.

Kylee was amazing! She did a wonderful job explaining everything and she definitely cares about the product. I was appreciative of how quickly I got my new system set up. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The camera pictures are amazing and definitely have a great field of view.

He explained the equipment to us, worked with us on the best options for the size of our home, inspected each possible way to make our outside cameras be placed according to our wishes, installed the items carefully as to not damage our property AND THEN explained the system after it was installed AND made sure all of the users were setup AND understood how to use it! Your staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with them. They were upfront on the details and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I understood all of my options and they patiently worked with me and my husband.

I like the system. I’ve only had it for overnight so far. I like the camera and being able to get it on my phone. The locks are nice and easy. The Installer was very polite and nice. It seems good. I just had it overnight so far but it does make it nice knowing it’s on.

Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and informative. The technician was very friendly, made sure we knew how to use the equipment before he left and went above and beyond to help my mom with her phone to be sure she received the notifications. Great service all around.

I am more than pleased with the gentleman who installed my system. Very courteous and answered all of my questions pertaining to the service from the system at home and even when calling in for particular questions. Extremely knowledgeable and stayed as long as necessary so that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Customer service was great. Very friendly and professional. But they told me I was getting the service for “free” which obviously I know not everything comes for free but I was charged for the service when I was told I had a few months to try out the service because I was charged.

The salesman was extremely informative and answered each question I had. The young man that did the installation was very patient with me learning how to work the hub. I'm very happy with how fast everything went and how nice it looks.

Yesterday a technician came out to activate our system. He was friendly, professional and did a great job of explaining how everything works. He even went downstairs to help me look for a downstairs panel. The appointment took a lot less time than I had expected it to. I highly recommend.

Josh and Brad from Vivint Home Security were very professional. All questions were answered and the system was explained in detail. I would suggest anyone looking should contact Vivint. The phone app is awesome being able to check cameras and lock and unlock front door remotely.

I am very satisfied with the entire process of choosing Vivint to help safeguard our home. Although one camera had some glitches the help desk immediately helped me troubleshoot and when that didn't work they sent a new camera to replace it. The user friendly interface is simple to understand and use. The cameras, both inside and out, are crystal clear even at a low quality setting.

Very nice service rep and technician. Took the time to answer questions and ask for my input. Showed me how to use the devices and shared recommendations on best practices. I look forward to benefiting from this System for years to come.

The installation technician was great. Mark was very professional and I appreciate his professionalism during the installation. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. We have just had the Smart Home System installed so can't give a review of the actual workings yet. But, we were very pleased with both the salesman and the technician. They were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We have great expectations that working with the system and company will be equally as good.

My Technician, William was excellent. He also gave thorough explanation on how my alarm system works. And yes I would recommend this to a friend; very easy system to understand. He was extremely patient and not in any rush whatsoever!

The setup process was super easy. The technician came and set it up without any issues. He was respectful of our time and our home and asked us our opinion before putting up any of the equipment and made sure we were comfortable with the system before he left. Definitely would recommend!

The service today was exceptional. In addition to setting up our new panel, the technician was able to adjust our door so the front door lock was smoother. It had been sticking for us previously. He stayed and made sure everything was connected properly and that I understood how to work the panel and the app. I was very pleased with his professionalism and great service.

I must say that the David the tech was excellent. He explained everything in detail and has excellent customer service. He showed me step by step how to use each piece of equipment and was extremely patient if I didn’t understand something he would go back and ask if I understood it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Quick, detail oriented, no hassle, answered all the question I had. Technician was very knowledgable. Offered if I wanted any other services install and I asked if the had garage door openers. He said yes and now I can open it and close it from anywhere.

I'd only just moved in a couple months ago.... I hadn't quite gotten around to thinking about a security system yet. Thanks to Tadd and Vivint I didn't have to. The sales appointment and install happened in the same day... All within a couple of hours. They addressed all my security needs, they were friendly, thorough and professional. My service tech AJ was fast and knowledgeable and answered all my questions as he set up my system. It's so much more than warning me of suspicious activity, it's a modern link that connects me and my family to our home with technology at a affordable price. Even more so... It's peace of mind!

Our experience was fantastic. Jonny who sold us our service was very nice and polite, answered all our questions and concerns and helped us get the equipment we needed. Barret was our installer, he also was great. Answered all my questions, he had no problem with me walking around and asking him questions when he was working. Very nice and accommodating. Our technician was great, did an amazing job. Have only had the system for a day, but so far it works well. Hoping to also get the discounts, as that was the main draw for us. The quality of the cameras are very clear, and the door sensor noises can be customized.

This product is absolutely incredible. My husband is disabled and unable to change the thermostat or get the door if someone isn't here to help him. He can now see if someone is outside, talk to them and let them in without having to leave his chair. He can now also get help if he falls alone.

Vivint did an outstanding job on the entire process. They are second to none in service and installation. I would highly recommend using Vivint in the future and I will recommend and reference them to all of my friends. Their technology and equipment is superior to the competition. The doorbell camera is awesome and is completely safe. It cannot be hacked and if it is Vivint will write you a check for $30,0000.

We are happy with our new system. The rep and technician were very through and installed the system in a timely manner the same day. We installed cameras previously and were not necessarily real happy with their quality. I truly believe we will have the Vivint system for years to come.

Everything was great with my installation. Features are good and it all works great. Looking forward to spending more time with and I will probably add some more devices to my system. App is cool and streamlined as well. So far, I would definitely recommend this service to a friend.

First impression is not that great. I like the functionality of the product but the installation has been a horrible process. The technician caused some electrical damage, which Vivint paid for, but that prevented him from being able to finish the installation. I was able to get them out there same day for the install but fixes seem to take days to get coordinated.

They were very good at explaining and the service installation was fast. The cameras are pretty clear and the alarm and doorbell are loud. Everything is pretty easy to set, the alarm, door lock, temperature in the house....and I like the fact that it all can be done from my phone from anywhere.

Wait times are unacceptable. After 35 minutes I hang up. Trying to clear up an issue with installation, but no luck. Was told to have electrician repair existing doorbell transformer and wiring for better camera to work and then tells me needs perfect tone or something like that so could not use better doorbell camera. Just wanted a few months of monitoring comped.

My husband and I always talked about getting an alarm system eventually. The friendly customer service, same-day installation, low start-up cost and comfortable monthly payment were too good to pass up. It was easy to say yes, given the yearly cost is about the same as our home insurance deductible. We're very happy customers.

Installer. She was very efficient and told me everything that was happening. Moved a little fast setting up screen and phone. Asked my opinion on where to locate equipment. Asked if she could clean up after drilling. Showed me where all equipment would be placed.

I love this system, the service tech was awesome! My favorite thing about the system is how easy it is to use it and I can access it from my phone, if I have any issues calling customer service is really easy as well. They walk you through everything give you detailed information. Best security system I’ve ever had.

The serviceman was here over 4 hours stating problems w reaching Vivint service and was not wearing gloves or booties in my house during this pandemic. Also the originally ordered back for camera he claimed was not in the order and am still waiting for resolution for the financial end.

Salesman very knowledgeable. Tech. That installed was very professional although he did make one missed judged hole in my siding, but it was an honest mistake and he did apologize for it. Both the salesman and the tech knew their tasks very well. Only issue we had at all was the slow process to update the panel since I don’t have WiFi in the home yet and am apparently in a wireless dead zone. Great experience all around.

My previous company didn't install, due to my credit wasn't great; that left myself to install my system. Nick's outstanding customer service was simply amazing. The technician Sam, really did an amazing job; by installing and making sure everything was installed properly. Although it was late when finished Sam cleaned up afterwards and left. I'm an new homeowner and now feel secured at home. Words cannot explain how overjoyed I feel knowing that I'm truly safe at home; and that I can check on my home from my phone. I was calling to set up my system that the previous owners left for us. I was disconnected 3 times and the rep setting up my system ended the call without asking what else I needed. All 4 were zero help. I ended up figuring it out myself. I will be looking for a different service.

Great product and knowledgeable installer. I suggest to those who can afford to pay for the the system, pay cash. This way you don’t get locked up into a 60 month contract. Jason was great and did an amazing install. He is a funny guy too!

My sales rep Shane and installation tech Robby were extremely nice and helpful. I would've given 5 stars, however there were several issues with the computer systems and tech support/account creation department had to be called several times causing my experience to be very very lengthy however, both Shane and Robby were extremely patient with the numerous situations and things eventually got worked. At the end of the day I'm very pleased with my decision to switch to Vivint.

The installer was very nice. But, her lack of experience cause us both 9 hours, not all of n which was her fault. She had to do financing application which I thought was taking care of. Also, I’m unpleased with placement of my doorbell camera. The view is VERY restricted.

I love this new system. We’re having a great time customizing our security system after install. We didn’t have cameras before and we were looking into updating our system. The clarity is awesome. The deterrent tone is a nice touch. 2-way communication is a cool feature too! We didn’t get all the bells and whistles, but this is definitely a great system no matter your tech skill level. App works great. Touch panel is intuitive. Now I can see who’s at the door without leaving my couch! 5 -stars.

My installer, Codey, was extremely professional and am so grateful for his kind demeanor and just overall professionalism. I highly recommend Vivint and Codey. He did the entire install in a timely manner and asked multiple times if there was anything else I had questions on.

Very professional. High quality electronics. My house is covered top to bottom with security. The alarm system is state of the art with DVR playback. Yes I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Maybe in the future I'll even add more cameras inside my house.

This process went smoothly from beginning to end. Answered all questions we had with detail. John was absolutely no pressure which was much appreciated. The installation crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. In and out within an hour or so. Made sure we had numbers to call when questions arise which I’m sure they will. Austin and Elijah were awesome!! Even at a great deal though, a month the price is steep to have something I MIGHT use. I was swayed to have it installed because I'm a person that needs time to think and being able to have it for a week FREE gives me plenty of time to make a decision that's best for me and my life with no pressure.

They explained everything thoroughly and I was signed up and had it all installed within a few hours. I already feel more safe having Vivint and I have been checking on my home often throughout the day. The app is easy to use and I had a question and reached out late at night and I got a response quite quickly.

Person that I talk to you originally very nice, clear, very easy to understand, explained everything in detail. The technician I had to install everything was the same way. He had everything he needed prepared, got everything done quickly and efficiently. Quailty As well as where I wanted certain things installed so they didn’t just do it randomly. I have it in the spot I want and it’s perfect. Have had no issues with any of the equipment so far and hopefully never will.

Service technician lied saying once my 5 day trial period was over and for some reason I change my mind about keeping the system they would return to my home and disconnect the system and then they would reconnect my old alarm system for no charge. But when a different technician came by to disconnect the system then he told me they dont reconnect the old systems. Had I known that then I would not have agreed to try out their system. They're very dishonest just to get your business. Not professional at all.

No complaints but great reviews for both our sales representative (Juan) and technician (Max). They were both professional and patient. If I could change anything about the engagement I would have wished that Vivint was our choice/option when we first moved into our home.

The installer was very well mannered and professional. Did a great job on the install. He went through the whole process on arming and disarming the system. All and all a great guy and did a great job on the install.

There was no attempt to push us into buying just an excellent presentation. The installer was very patient going through the setup even when he finished the install though it was late in the evening when he finished. He didn’t rush in explaining things to us.

Amazing Experience!! No doubt did it exceed both my own and industry expectations. Lucas (sales pro) was not pushy at all but was straight up and fair. His pride in working for Vivint and extreme confidence in the product won me over. Lucas should be top level management. (No were not old friends.) Daniel installed my system and was super nice to my family. His patience with my lack of knowledge was so appreciated. He is the type you want with your co. Forever!!! Both lucas and daniel deserve a raise/bonus. These two specifically made me a Vivint Lifer!! If you want the best security for your family and in the industry...you cant call them soon enough!!!!

The Install was fast and easy. We are very excited to use our new device. The installer was knowledgeable about the service, he was also kind. So far I am very very pleased. My favorite feature is the doorbell.

Everything went well with the installation. The Tech was tiny but she knew her work The second Tech that came was just as pleasant and polite. She explained everything to me, as far as "how to" is concerned. My only problem is I was quoted one price and more money was taken out of my account. I authorized my bank of this and before any amount is paid to you I will have to authorize it.

TToo many beats we can’t even go to the backyard we can stand in our front yard. Too many beat beat beep so it’s annoying! Everytime somebody comes in and out of the front door too many alertsI Have nothing else to say.

Representative was very good at presentation of Vivint Smart Home use. Explain and answer all questions for my understanding. Very efficient for concern of who is at my door when I’m home and not home. Make me feel more secure. The representative explain how to use the unit. Helped with how to view and how to email Vivint Smart Home for any questions.
