Adam was incredibly professional and courteous throughout our interaction. There were several issues that arose when getting my inherited equipment activated which he was able to correct with easy and simplicity. I was very pleased with his service and I am excited to utilize my Vivint security system.

Fantastic job by Andrew - thanks! Like the equipment and capabilities. I got a very thorough review of the control panel and using the apps. Love the camera clarity and the ability to zoom. Also, Andrew did a very neat installation.

The guy who did our install was very helpful. He came on time, was patient answering our many questions, and was thorough in his teaching. We really like the system. It is modern and easy to use. We really like the app on our phones and the convenience of the app and smart lock.

The installer Emilio, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this service and products. High-quality cameras and very good microphones on the cameras which helps while interacting with other people or possible burglary. Also very good customer service with answering any questions.

The technician, John ** was also very competent and took his time, making sure I understood how it all worked and answered all my questions. My husband and I had a great experience with the Vivint install. Was quick for the amount of stuff needing to be installed and we got all the information we were wanting and needing. We are excited to use our new products and have security for our home to keep us safe!

Great job and communication with new setup... Walked through the entire process with me and showed how everything works. Setup was also explained to my 13-year-old son so he understands how the system works and what to do in case of an emergency.

This is the 2nd time in the past handful of years Vivint has come by. We liked their products both times, but the sales folks couldn’t answer our questions fully both times. It turns out the reason why they can’t really tell you much without running your credit/etc. is one initial step in their sales process is to see if the customer qualifies for a multiple-thousand $ unsecured loan to carry the cost of the product they’re providing you for “free” if “your home” qualifies as a “good fit.”

The overall experience was great. The technician was thorough and very efficient with his time. I would recommend Vivint services to any and everyone. I am looking forward to an even better service with Vivint moving forward in the future to come.

Well it's been a week since I've had it. I was really excited the first two days. Not as much now. Whenever the system is on and someone rings the doorbell I go to look at it. The camera and the app tells me would you like to close the app, would you like to report the app or would you like to wait. By the time it loads up I'm already at the door looking at who it is face to face. This system is not what I suspected and for it to be as expensive as it is I should be able to get better service. I may try calling to disconnect my services.

Great salesperson. Provided all our answers and did a terrific job. Contacted the install person and he came and performed a great installation. Our salesperson Denton checked back with us today (7-13-20) to be sure everything was working properly and that we understood all the features of the system.

Had a wonderful experience with Vivint, tech was very helpful and forthright with information and technology. Setup did not take very long and the only thing that upset me was that there are still remnants of my old security system still in my house.

I recently canceled my Vivint service and during my research of other companies, I found that Vivint had the best to offer. So, I contacted them for a new contract. Everyone that helped me was very courteous and answered my questions or transferred me to the correct department.

Yes great cameras, simple system, very easy to operate, very high quality review, great audio, all around the total package to complete the security of your home and I am so glad that my neighbor recommended me as a new customer.

Cy my technician did a great job. He came in. I showed him where cameras were to go and he started working. After installing all items, Cy explained and showed me how everything works. Cy made sure I was comfortable before he left. Thank you Cy.

Out of the blue a sales rep showed up. He was very knowledgeable, listened well, and answered all our questions. He wasn’t pushy or anything. The situation was unexpected, but he made it worth our time. The installation was just as smooth. The installer was respectful of our home and family. Then he helped walk us through everything. We didn’t think we needed this system and all the equipment we purchased, but turns out after less than 24 hours of it being installed, we feel a little safer. It might be in our heads but who knows.

Both our salesman and installer had excellent attitude, were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending to friends and family. So far the product meets my expectations. I would like to get one of the locks for our back entrance.

Everything was very professional, our technician Mark explain every step of the installation. Also our sales rep Jonás was very patience and give us the best deal that we can get. We are very happy with the product. Peace of mind that my family and my house are protect it with this system.

So far the system is working well. I must have the system for some time to determine its full capabilities. Vivint was introduced to me by a relative, I too will refer your company when it has been fully tested. Service still has to be tested.

Speaking my experience was horrible. I had a date for installation on July 4 between 12 and four. Later that day I received a phone call letting me know the day. Did not get my name put in in time and lost my appointment. My second appointment was scheduled the following Tuesday which was July 7 between the hours of 12 and four. No one showed up after multiple phone calls and talking to multiple people asking each time to speak to a supervisor and never transferred to a supervisor. I had to wait an additional four days in order to get another appointment which was set up for Saturday, July 11 between 12 and four. Since I had Vivint before I was told that my panel was the only thing that would not be compatible on my existing devices were compatible.

Sam ** was great!!! Did an awesome job explaining the full package. Lee was a good as an installer. I am glad I’ve added the extra security to our home. We had a few bumps during the application process but Sam and Lee stayed around to work out the kinks. Thanks Guys!

The sales rep & installer were very professional & knowledgeable of the products & services offered. Vivint offers “one stop shop” for my home safety & security in one app & company. Previous security was via multiple companies & apps. One of which I had to purchase multiple add-ons just to view from the camera & still there was delay over 30 seconds.

Representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience with his explanations. I was very surprised at how quickly a technician was able to come and install my equipment. My experience with ADT was not good. I cancelled them at least 7 years ago. Am looking forward to see how well your company does. Thank you.

Super sales job by Faraz. He was very thorough explaining the plan and costs. Timothy was the installer and he did a great job and went over the panel and explain everything I needed to do to use this system under different scenarios. He helped get the app set up on my phone and how to work it.

The salesmen were very polite. Did not use pressure to buy. The installer was efficient and informative. The equipment seems easy to operate. My home will be more secure and I will feel safe. I will recommend it to friends and family.

It's awesome to have this type of security equipment in my home. I'm very satisfied. It's nice to know while I'm at work or out and about I can turn on my phone and watch my house. The customer service was outstanding. I will refer my family and friends to the Vivint company.

They explained the product and features. Set up appointment immediately and installed and shown how to use in less than 2 hours. The salesman and the installer were both very nice and professional. I like the features this product offers like camera, keypad and app you can set alarm with and see who has been at your door.

Very professional and polite. All work was done neatly and the technician cleaned up after himself. I was informed periodically as to what he was doing and approximately how much more time was needed. Before leaving, he patiently instructed me on how to use the system and asked if I had more questions. I am very satisfied with this installation.

The late night attempt at installation not really a good move aT 9pm. I work. Have little kids and found it a bit off putting. Should have a Mon evening time of 7pm. Had they come around when my husband was gone I would have asked them to leave.

Jade was amazing! He walked me through all the functionality for my alarm system! He also made the install super easy! He was also personable with explaining all of what the system does! This was a good experience. It's been something I needed to look into but hadn't yet due to time constraints, and while the one thing that I really wanted couldn't happen the service and peace of mind provided is worth it.

Very smooth install, impressive system. Technician arrived on time and explained everything well. Selected VIvint because of very high on-line customer service rating relative to other alarm companies (including my current provider). I got two cameras for the system. It all seems very easy to operate and includes an iPhone interface.

K J was really nice and explained everything well. Josh was really nice and professional while installing the equipment. He looked like he knew what he was doing. He installed the equipment in a timely manner. He was patient and very professional in both manner and appearance. I would recommend this team anytime.

Today I received the installation today at my apartment & I am absolutely had the best experience with both the rep who came to my door and the technician who installed the product. They both were very informative about all the options I had, all the options I could get and even gave me some insight one what would be best for myself due to the thing I had been telling them about. Today was an experience within itself. I normally don’t act on things such as someone selling a product at the door. But today this changed my mind. Asona & Warren were both great, wonderful and informative. I am happy I excited about my new installation. Thank you to both those men for today!

I like how you can pick how much space you want before sensor goes off. Like that the main board is touch screen.

Did a really good job on the installment of my security system. He explained the usage of the Camera's, doorbell, control panel very well. And, how to download every thing to my cell phone. He also explained how to get it to come up on my phone and my sisters phone.

The purchase of my Alarm system Vivint was quick, professional and efficient. The recognition Bart was so kind and knowledgeable. My install was about 2 hours. I can see who comes to my door and can set my alarm from my phone as well as view the whole area via a camera that shows up on my alarm panel and on my phone thru their app. I would recommend Vivint to anyone wanting a professional and worthwhile alarm company.

The whole process was very easy from Josh explaining the services and related costs. The paper work took minutes. Everything was right there in black and white so no guessing what it was going to cost or the "catch" so to say. Alex was there to install the system before Josh even left and he did an outstanding job. Everything is excellent. We could not be happier. If the service is as good as the two gentlemen that we dealt with yesterday then I am sure it will be a very good partnership between us.

Very unexpected service display because we were looking into security cameras the day before. Parrish did explain Vivint to the max capacity and gave us a great deal. Installation person named Jessie was very quick and upbeat. Informed us on all his decisions and guy that helped him was very polite also. We came up to a snag with payment amount but he quickly resolved it. Overall glad we upgraded to Vivint. Jessie was awesome.

I’m very pleased with the salesman, technician and the speedy installment. The Actual process was completed in 4 1/2 hours. The serves and devices were explained. I can’t comment on the services as of yet. I like there is 0 % financing and no down payments.

Sale rep Kevyn was very knowledgeable and informative. Install went smooth however install tech didn’t have ladder (so had to use mine), install tech didn’t clean up mess from drilling, nice gentleman however not equipped and felt was sloppy install. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Salesman knocked on my door at around 9:30pm, and I had to make a quick decision to proceed with a $3k system or not. Not cool but very nice system. Will probably cancel my order. $3000 is crazy. SimpliSafe is way cheaper.

I am in love with my new Vivint Smart Home System. The installation was fast and the tech showed us how easy it was to use before he left my house. I think Vivint has great customer service. I would definitely recommend to all.

Overall I like the Vivint system compared to my previous system. However, after the sales rep sealed the deal he was rushed to leave. My questions were no longer important. He also forgot to complete something that the technician needed in order to start the installation.

Jeffrey, our technician was so helpful! Our service person was also very helpful. I think his name was Phil. He showed us how to use our system. It was quick and easy. Jeffrey provides his number, and this was helpful because we had questions the next day.

I am quite pleased with the whole experience. The salesperson was professional and courteous. Likewise for the installer. Both were informative and explained the system components and use. The interface is simple and easy to use. I was very impressed at how quickly the setup occurred. The installer arrived with all of the components before the salesperson left my home. No waiting for service to be scheduled. I can't recall that ever occurring for my past purchases. Amazing!

The staff was very courteous provided answers to questions that were asked about the equipment. The placement of the control box was done inconsideration of the fact that I am disabled and would need access to the equipment. Kudos to all!

Both the salesman and technician were polite and professional. The installation was quick and everything was explained in great detail. The only problem I had was with the fact that on multiple occasions they wore their face masks under their noses. That is the reason for the 4 stars.

I wasn't planning to sign up or have it installed the same day. The process didn't take long and the technicians were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. However. I just got home and I needed to tend to my baby so it was not the most convenient time.

Our Representative Ben was great, and helped us get set up with the system that fit our security needs, and within the hour, our technician Cassie was here to install our new equipment! We love all the cool gadgets like the cameras and smart thermostat, but most of all are comforted knowing that Vivint will help keep our home safe.

Our installer, Adam, was great. Very informative and helping during entire time. Worked with us on placing sensors (my wife is VERY picky) and made sure it was all ok before final installation. Adam stayed late to set up a second control panel because the first one was not working, then showed how whole system worked and we are very happy. However, the overall process of getting this system was not optimal. I recognize that, as a company, you save expenses by trying to establish equipment needs over phone but it didn't work at all for us.

Technician did a good job overall. Could have been a little more helpful with doors and windows that were a concern for us. He did install a couple of sensors for us but the system does not react when they are open or closed. So they are useless.

Very courteous, professional staff. Did a terrific job at a competitive price, quick and friendly service and very prompt, I would recommend this company for everyone to remain safe inside the home at a reasonable price, I like the ease and using it while away from home.

Both the sales man and the installation technician was great! The technician was great at explaining everything and making sure we knew how to work everything. He was also very respectful and made sure he cleaned up his mess.

He cleaned up after himself and great asset to your company. I own a business and you cannot teach character. You can teach a trade or skill which he obviously has but his character is 5 star.

We just got our system but it seems to work great. Install was a easy and a breeze with Paul. Really happy with our setup. Phone app and touch panel integrate seamlessly. Doorbell camera has good quality video and range. Vivint systems are encrypted and do not allow anyone who you don't allow to access.

All the technicians were very friendly and professional. It was a late job so by the end of the night they had 4 people at my home so the job would be done quicker. They also came within 20 mins of me saying I wanted the system! I was thoroughly asked what my home security goals were and showed how to work the system properly. They will have to return to work on one camera (which is fine with me) but everything else seems to be working great.

Oscar was very professional, he explained everything in great detail. Already slept better at night knowing our family is safe and secure. We will be recommending to all our family and all of our friends to join Vivint security. Thank you again for the great service!

Super fast install with the tech showing up 10 minutes after we signed up! The product shows quality video and the system is user friendly. The Smart Home features are nice and give you a level of comfort that you're able to see your home if you're away.

Well I’m not very satisfied!! It’s been over a month, that I have still not yet to receive my equipment. But yet Vivint is quick to take my payment out! I have spoke to a few representatives and they say, "Your equipment is on its way" and nothing yet.

I was interested in security. I contacted ADT...well, that was anticlimactic. No show for home appointment. Phoned to find out what happened...spent an hour on and off hold, being swapped back to phone trees and being hung up on. Finally was connected to a provider (contractor?) here in LA who said he could not schedule a new appointment for me, because there was an appointment scheduled...but he couldn't see who that appointment was with nor get me in touch with anyone who could figure that out. He told me it was, "Like calling WalMart and asking for information on your Target account." Seriously. Dialed the same number, every single time.

Very professional job. The price is on the high side but we’re pleased with the service. The sales rep and service tech were very nice and both professional. We had looked at some other products for self installment but since I’m a paraplegic who uses a wheelchair and my wife can’t do the installation that was out of the question.

He explain everything to me where I understood everything he was explaining to me. I thought he was great salesman. Explain to me about my windows my front door also about my kitchen floor and the bathroom writing things down. She let me know right away if something is flooding. Also explain to me if somebody break in without my knowledge and if he played get in contact with me how can you get on contact with to make sure alarm is not going off by itself so I thought that was great.

Julio F. was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Explanation of options available to me and how Vivint operates greatly impressed me. The installation however ran quite bit late into the night. Tech didn't leave until 12:00 a.m. Other than that all is good. So far I'm happy.

Zach the representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained what I was receiving. Carson the technician was great and he took his time making sure everything was installed right. He explained the app, the monitor, and everything else with ease. Wife loves it and feels safe.

The service is great I love the app, the panel on the wall, the emergency push-button for my mom. The salesmen were great and very helpful, the technician was great and fast. Also made things very easy for us.

The sales rep was very friendly and informative. It was quick and easy to set up. The system has been great thus far. Easy to use. Works well. Cameras are clear. I would recommend this system over any other security system.

The problem is Vivint and their inappropriate actions. Vivint came in to upgrade my panel and only discussed lower payment with the camera. When I checked my account, Vivint took $853. I didn't authorize them to take that amount, which wasn't explained. Personally it's false advertisement. I called and no feedback, just a survey. I completely think different of vivint. Things should be handle better and not misleading through your representatives. I'm just not pleased.

Polite. Explained things well. Answered any questions we had. Showed us how to use the monitor. Set the volume for the doorbell and demonstrated how the camera worked. Demonstrated how the locking system worked as well as the alarm system.

Sam badge **. Was the best informative, polite, On time, explained what he was doing in detail, then walked us thru the system twice. Answered all our concerns. I definitely would recommend him and your company. I am going to call all my friends and tell them to get the system.

Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the system by thoroughly explaining its features. I will recommend my friends and family to get this excellent service.

This company take advantage of Senior Citizens. I was sold a product and I was not told it was going to be my responsibility to put it together and install. I was told that once the product came in to call the sales rep and he would come right out and install it. That was a joke. He never came and would not answer his phone. So I was stuck like Chuck. When I call corporate they too gave me the run around and wanted me to pay 200.00 for installation. This was a terrible experience for me. This company is awful!

Tyler did a great installing our system and explaining it all. I would recommend him to anyone in the future. He went above and beyond. The Vivint system has been great thus far. If you don’t have an alarm system I recommend Vivint.

It is probably not important to some people, but if someone is running my credit for a loan of $4000, it’s something I’d like to know. Something the salesmen don’t tell you. Kind of disappointing to get dinged on my credit when I’m trying to buy a house. This isn’t something that should be brushed off.

We were pleased with the installation of our Vivint security system that included cameras. The technician was knowledgeable, and we were comfortable having him in our home. He made sure we knew how to operate the system on our own before he left.

Excellent experience with Vivint customer service and installation. We would recommend Vivint to neighbors and friends. The App is a very nice feature for remote or in-house viewing and allows you instant access to cameras or alarm regardless of your location.

Tony did an amazing job!!! He did run into some problems, but never gave up. He was nice and kept me updated. My only suggestion would be to maybe have an actual supervisor available for the installer. Tony cleaned all of his mess up and left everything looking great.

Installation was clean and neat. He had everything put in and connected then helped set up our phones. Everything seems to be working well. He checked and made sure everything worked with existing equipment in my house. Would recommend using them again.

As soon as the replacement was made and Vivint installed their cameras and everything else you could tell the difference immediately. Honest from the start and everything we talked about was done by the rep who came to install. Very pleased with how fast he went and how well he explained everything.

Ryan works very hard and did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend Vivint for their quality and ease of operation. My daughter has Vivint and highly recommended it to us and I’m really pleased we made the decision to go with Vivint!

The guy who installed he was super helpful.... Very nice..... My 13 year old son was sad to see him go. It's people like this who make a difference in this ugly world. He made us feel super safe with him in our home, and took his time explaining how everything worked.

When I signed up with company I was under the impression that the system could be shipped to me within 24 hours If I hurried and paid for it because I didn’t want to bring my merchandise in the store without it. I was suppose to open my store on the 1st of July. It’s now the 8th and I still haven’t receive it. If you wouldn’t of misled me to believe I would get the system right away I probably would have not went with your company. Wishing I would’ve seeing I’m still not open because I’m still waiting on my security system. I called and spoke with someone and they told me I would receive it Monday or Tuesday, I still don’t have it. Wish I never signed up with you guys. Very unhappy l

I was kind of afraid at first thinking that I was going to be frustrated and not understand but the product is so self-explanatory even a child could work it. I will be recommending 2 friends. Choosing Vivint was certainly a great and easy process. With the recent increase in crime in the area Vivint's easy to use devices ensure more safety and peace of mind. Keegan was great and very professional. His knowledge of your products helped simplify the choices in what were my security needs. The installation process was fairly simple and they came out within 45 minutes of me signing up with Vivint. I'd definitely be sure to pass the word to my friends and neighbors as Vivint's ability to connect to mobile devices ensures my home and family's safety even when I travel or simply leave the home for a quick outing.

The cameras have gone out twice at my business when I needed to review video of an incident. Twice I have been let down when I needed the system the most. Just upgraded our system, and less than a week later I am having to reboot the panel, because it loses connection with the brand new outside camera. For the love of everything good in the universe, hope you never have to call the customer support. Gave an extra star because during one of the incidents of theft when the cameras were offline, I recieved 3 months no bill to offset the $180 stolen item.

The salesman told me the equipment was free for having the sign out front. When I asked him about the contract, he said the contract was for the sign. Upon receiving my paperwork he signed me up for a 5 year loan, for 3 grand. I canceled immediately. But the guys are dragging their feet to pick the equipment up. Why? So they can charge me for it. I called to make an appointment for them to pick the equipment up and the only available window for 2 weeks is 12-4. Yet when they put the equipment in, it was 830 and they arrived 10 minutes after me signing up. Oh and the doorbell camera stopped working after a day. So frustrating.

We got a great deal and a friendly sales guy. Now we are set up and good to go. The system seems pretty easy to use. And I loved how the installer cleaned up after he was done. I still waiting to see how much we like the system but as of now I'm excited for the upgrade.

Received call 30 minutes before arrival. Technician arrived on time as scheduled and was professional, friendly, neat and thorough. At conclusion of survey, went over use and guidelines for everything that was installed. Gave me info for continued support if I had issues.

The technician was prompt. Introduce who they were. Explain the process of the installation, what it offered and all that was part of the process. Explain what I was signing. Explain the contract. I am pleased. I have no complaints. No mess to clean.

Very happy with the sales person. Competitively priced, happy with the install and the products. I really enjoy knowing what is going on at my house when I am not there. This system gives great peace of mind! The app is very easy to use and I like how you can set up the camera zones so you don't get a bunch of "false alarms" like I did with my Ring Doorbell.

Manuel arrived neatly dressed, professional, and wearing a mask. His expertise was soon known by the way he explained and performed the installation in a professional manner. I am most pleased with his work. In the future, when a technician is needed, I request Manuel to since he is aware where the installation is. I rather use the same person, if possible.

We switched to Vivint from CPI. CPI was charging us the same for outdated equipment. It was cheaper and easier to switch to vivint which got us the cameras and security we needed. They even installed on the same day. Cameras look great and have a good image. Loved programming the video doorbell to make different sounds.
