Anthony answered all our questions and was very personable. Scotty was quick on the install and cleaned up everything after he was finished. He showed us how to use the smart panel and got us connected with the app. We would recommend Vivint Smart Home to our friends.

Technician was prompt, thorough, and willing to assist in whatever ways I needed. He even made sure placement of cameras gave accurate coverage of the area to ensure our protection. He was certain to clean behind himself and properly and nearly store chords so they were undetectable.

Cody ** acted very professionally, yet quite personable while installing our updated alarm system. We had an alarm system with Vivint for many years. We just wanted something more up to date. Everything went smoothly. Extremely happy with our service! Thank you Vivint.

The service was good except when trying to call for help! I experienced long waiting times on the phone several times! Not sure why your service cannot pick up the phone and help its customers in a more reasonable amount of time?

James ** did an excellent job with our installation. He was very respectful and wore a mask the whole time. He explained everything to us on the panel and features and helped us set up the apps on our phones. I would highly recommend him to my friends and relatives.

The technician was very patient and helpful. He certainly went above and beyond to get everything in working order. Spent more than the usual time just to make sure are equipment was up and running. Answered all of our questions and explained what was going on at every step.

The tech John ** was phenomenal with his exemplary customer service, hospitality, his orientation to detail, and his patience to teach me how to utilize the system. He went above and beyond his duty by explaining how to set everything up with google to make it easier for me to utilize my home as a smart home! He definitely deserves praise from upper management!

My technician was extremely polite and helpful. He’s was punctual and when he arrive he explained the functionality of the system as well as the different options that I had available to me. He was also able to link my door lock to the system.

Both the sales man and the installer were super professional and respectful. The installers name was Davis. He was a great guy who explained everything very clearly to myself and girlfriend. The sellers name was Cameron and he came back at a more available time for us to make this sale.

He was very professional and kind. Answered all of our questions. He even was excellent with our dog. He explained everything well and helped us with the phone app. He cleaned up after himself and his job was done very neatly. Our doorbell looks as if it was always there. Before he left he made sure we were comfortable with using the panel and the phone app. He even showed us examples of different things from the panel.

Installer was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Completed the system install in record time. Would definitely recommend the Vivint security system as well as the installer to family & friends!. We were impressed with Mr ** presentation and was more impressed to have an installation team install my system that same night. They were professional and knowledgeable with all our questions. Going to bed that night with a running burglar, fire, and Monoxide alarms working were peace of Mind. Plus the outdoor cameras recording activity outside my home was a relief for my family.

Received fast knowledgeable service and feel safer already. Hayley took her time in walking me through my service options and Brandon showed technical wizardry in making my ancient garage door work with the system to open from my phone. Excellent experience.

The sales rep took the time to explain the system & is knowledgeable about the system. Also took the time to find the best system for our needs. The installation people were knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Also was very helpful on where the equipment should be installed.

Everything was great and we are really happy with the service and equipment we got, but they started installation when the sales rep left our house around 9 pm and didn’t get done until 2 am. I wish the rep had told us how long the install would take and given us the option to do it that night or the next morning.

Alarm installation overall went well. Installer was friendly, courteous, and respectful. Installer was about 30 mins late though and between the thunderstorm and traffic that’s ok. We have had issue with cameras going offline intermittently but my biggest complaint is the garage module not always showing true position of garage door. Seems like sensor is not communicating all the time. System seems nice and I hope it does last for the price I ended up agreeing to pay.

The young man was very informative and explained the devices properly. He was very respectful and efficient. Will return to install the cameras tomorrow and will call to make sure we are home. I am looking forward to having the security cameras installed.

I would recommend to friend and family. I think it's affordable the installer was running a little late but didn't take him long to install it. They demonstrate it to me, downloaded the appointment was ready it's simple to use. My camera on back facing driveway can be moved a little so I can see both sides, backyard and driveway. Other than that, love it.

I got an installation appointment the same day and my monthly rate for two outdoor cameras, new lock system, smart panel, and 6 window sensors is only $81 per month and will reduce to $30 once devices are paid off. Tech was efficient and friendly. Only criticisms would be 1) Not making it clear a loan is involved on initial call. 2) Tech didn’t clean up drywall for outdoor camera installation. Very happy with system.

The person that put our system was very professional and very well versed on what he was doing. Explain how to use the system in a matter we understood. I would recommend the product to family. And friends. I have to say the equipment was very good. Cameras are very clear.

I think it’s really cool that you can see you comes and go to your house. Especially on your phone when you're out of the house. I think it’s neat that you have an app and you can actually control it from there too.

The only complaint I have is the installer was in my until midnight. I have to be at work by 6:30 am and I don't think they should keep people up so late. I am pleased with the new system. Thank you for the new security.

My experience was a pleasant experience. The salesman and the technician was very efficient and nice. After the salesman came through within 10 to 15 minutes the technician came put in my alarm system it took them about 2 hours I was amazed by the speed that everything happened. I would have given it five stars but the financing and price was a little high for me. But, I was looking for a while at different systems and I just didn't like the fact that every time I went to go forward with one it was I was a little uncomfortable with the some of the security problems. So, I guess you have to pay to get a really good system and I'm pretty satisfied with my system.

Sales rep and Installation rep made this process so easy! Installation occurred within 10 minutes of confirming order with Sales rep. Everything was complete within 2 hours. I would recommend anyone looking for home security and smart home features to go with Vivint.

We have had another provider that was supposed to be great but the products weren’t working and they never came to check on anything after our initial install. While everyone I communicated with was extremely helpful, Brennan ** went above and beyond! My situation was a bit difficult with trying to close a current account and then activate and set up a new account and Brennan helped through every step, even when the baton had been passed to someone else he still followed up with me to ensure I was being taken care of. He is phenomenal!

James was wonderful; however, I had to take that silly survey three times and there were/are a lot of glitches in the software. I'm still not on the app properly. I will need tech support. This is ridiculous. Why are you making write stuff.

We had initially denied service, but had a follow-up appointment with a manager. He explained more in depth and really worked with us and reassured us about our doubts we had. We signed up and the next day Ahmad everything installed. The installation was easy and done professionally. It’s been working great and have had no issues. Highly recommend.

I really disliked my ADT system and we were looking at alternatives we could get setup. Luckily, you found us. Both people I met in person were fantastic. He was very patient, informative, and cooperated well with our home environment needs; I have an active 4 yr. old son who needed to be fed and given attention. Installation went well and the system has been working well since!

Our salesman was awesome! The guy doing the installation was ok but he showed up 30 minutes late and then stayed at our house until 11 at night knowing we work the next day. Said he would be back at 9 in the morning to finish. He didn’t show. My husband was even later going to work waiting on him. Now he calls and it will be 630 this evening to finish after my husband lost time at work. Impressed with the cameras but not impressed with the installation and customer service.

Kaylin was a great salesperson. INSTALLER WAS REALLY HELPFUL. SO FAR LOVE THE SYSTEM. I FEEL SAFE AT NIGHT, LOVE THAT I CAN SEE THE ACTIVITY AT MY HOUSE. Love the nest system as well and that I can easily dial up the temperature and reset as necessary.

Both Andrew the sales rep and Tyler the technician were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However they were completely unprepared for installing the system in our space. They were not able to deliver the exact products that were promised because our space was too big for them. They also were not able to install the thermostats as promised because of an apparent wiring issue. I just wish that they would’ve done a more thorough job investigating our property before they told us what services they could offer.

Was told I would receive a call then received text message to setup. Didn’t receive a text for setup until I recached out the next day. Text was prompt. But left out steps I later had to go to a chat for. How to connect WiFi and how to set up app.

Everything was great but I was informed by the salesman that everything as far as the pieces of equipment goes was in a 4K resolution but after the technician informed me that it is a 1080p resolution for the panel I was a little annoyed that our salesman did not divulge that information.

3 things were not deliver to us as promised, I came to find out after I myself printed the contract and realize that 2 of them were not installed and one was not in the contract. We are even thinking of canceling the service, but the 3 days you guys give does not give a real time window if the installation happens over the weekend.

Wasn't planning to get sold on a home security system last night, but couldn't say no to such a great deal with modern technology and cameras. Also wasn't expecting that the installers would be here within 15 minutes after I bought into it! Everyone was very professional, fast and informative, and over-all an awesome experience. The only issue I have so far is the app seems a little glitchy, but I'm sure that will improve with time, and it's certainly not enough to say I would deter anyone getting set up with these guys. The app still works fine, just could use a little fine tuning is all. The customer service, the deal they provide you and everything else that went with it is enough for me to give 5 stars, really great company so far!

Really friendly and straight to the point. Helped me understand everything that was going on and how the whole system worked.

My installer Kevin W. badge# ** was first on time to install my equipment. Cleaned up his area and explained carefully to me all I needed to know about my cameras. Kevin helped me set up and pair my system with my phone. I will refer VIVINT to my friends, coworkers and family. Finally Kevin had his mask on and kept his 6 feet distance at all time.

Technician was very professional and polite. Explained everything in detail. Offered other services I didnt know Vivint did. I wasn't able to get the garage sensor but was told he would look into it and let me know the prices. I would recommend to anyone.

We really appreciate it when someone like Clint comes and works on our house. Whatever it may be. The salesperson was very informative, the only issues were that the salesperson had confirmed an appointment for equipment installation on Thursday and no one came to the appointment, I contacted the salesperson again and he had to resubmit the order again, I was not contacted for scheduled appointment time and had to call myself to know what time my appointment had been scheduled for on Friday.
