Michael was wonderful. Very patient and thorough. Walked me through system, detailing service. He was very polite and professional. He figured the most efficient method of placement and noticed and placed missing sensors. Very pleased with service and system.

Everything I expected and more. Very professional. Very easy instructions and informative. Very very affordable. I highly recommend this company to all my friends who want a peace of mind when they are home relaxing or away shopping or on vacation.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable of his products. He helped me out tremendously to pick what I really need and for my family safe and peace of mind. I am very pleased with the service that I have now.

I am not happy or satisfied with the outcome. After about 4 hours of installation was completed, I was able to recognize, that my expectations were not met. I am very disappointed. I had a car come to my driveway & my phone never advised me of the car being parked in my driveway. I tested the system with my own car several times, it never notified me on my phone, & it wasn't recorded in the system either. Also my garage overhead door, was never set up to alarm me on my phone or home monitor, the same for my door bell & back door camera movement. I was also very disappointed, because my equipment, which was removed, monitor etc was taken from my property without my permission or knowledge. I plan on canceling my service within the next 24 hours.

Christopher and his technician were both very polite and nice. Christopher explained everything very well and his technician was always so polite. He was asking for permission do things and get everything installed. I highly recommend Vivint to anyone. I was overall very happy and satisfied with the service.

The sales rep followed up after a few months. We had previously been interested in the system, but didn't qualify. We did this time and are happy so far, the install was pretty quick and the tech explained the hub and the app very thoroughly. The thing we like the most was the fact that we can move it if and when we move.

Mr ** with Vivint stopped by and offered Vivint security. He promised I would not be unhappy. For starters I got the doorbell camera and alarm system even though they offered so much more. I am extremely happy with the service and I will be coming back for additions. 5 out of 5!

Technician was thorough with his explanations of everything installed and was fast and quick with installations. Very, Very, Very, good work. Loved Loved Loved work and the newest technology that Vivint has put in place explained all installed equipment. Good Good Good Accurate Job or Work done at our home.

I am an active Vivint employee & this is my first home security installation. Daryal was my tech installer & he was phenomenal. He was super friendly, very funny & quick with installing equipment. I absolutely love the outdoor camera pro and Ping camera. Now I can capture any activity any time inside or outside my home. The best part will be recording scaring my roommate! Lol! Within 24 hours of having the Vivint smart home I am impressed with the service and peace of mind. My Technician was amazing and explained everything in detail. Worked hard and was very professional! Excellent Job completing the job and I recommend the outdoor cameras if you are considering everything much more.

Trevor did an excellent job installing the security system, cameras, and sensors. It was fast, friendly and was a real pro. He arrived late in the day, but still finish the job within a couple of hours.Yes he did everything perfect.

We were very impressed with both techs who installed what is a very large, impressive set of products throughout our home. We were excited to do business with this company primarily because of the technology and vision, but the service, attention to detail, and friendliness of the personnel have made the experience even better than we imagined. Aaron the technician came out to do the installation for Vivint. He was professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained to me how to use the system. I appreciate all the Aaron and vivint have done to help keep our house and family safe.

Good installer, some disparity between what was quoted on phone and what was final price! Flexible system that can be modified is a big plus! Too much paperwork and you really don't have to have my email address! Too many questions!

Initial set up over the phone was easy. Vivint came out the next weekend to install. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Every thing was simple. I would recommend to a friend. Installer explained everything to me and made sure I understood how it all works before leaving. I am satisfied with the service

Rafael came out on time, very professional and helpful. I was not expecting the system from previous tenants to be updated, however he ensured everything was working. He also walked me through using the system and ensuring it was properly updated.

We have only had the product for a day but so far so good! There are tons of ways to personalize our system so we are still playing with it! But the employees were great and quick about installing it. It's a little bit more expensive but we got so much more than we had!

I was unpleasantly surprised to be charged installation fees when I was lead to believe there were none. I also did not appreciate that the equipment was much more expensive than I was told over the phone. The tech was excellent and I understand it was not his fault. My issue is with the misleading information/pricing over the phone.

Cecil is a great employee to have for installs, he took his time to explain and made sure he didn't miss anything. Also made sure I was satisfied with the equipment and system before leaving my house. 10 out of 10 on customer service.

Was very happy with our installer who also dealt with our daughter working from home and grandchildren in a bit of chaos at times! He explained things great, answered questions and was willing to go the extra mile! He did a great job!!

We were satisfied with the 2 installers, they were very friendly and very informative! We enjoyed our conversations with them and they had no trouble communicating with us, we enjoyed learning where they were from and how they are with their positions and how they like it a lot.

Had a great installer today! Matt was very professional and on time. He cleaned up his mess and wore all the correct PPE during this COVID Problem. My system was installed quickly/professionally. Vivint customer support was great to deal with. They all had my system up in running in no time. My family feels the house is nice and secure now.

I didn’t get a sign or window stickers like I was promised but otherwise everything was quick and easy. Technician was in and out in thirty minutes. I’m happy with the install and everything that came with it.

The equipment is a little on the pricey side, but it's a good replacement to TWC's IntelligentHome that was phased out after their merger. We will see after using it a bit more, I like that it's compatible with Alexa as well.

From when the rep talked to me about Vivint to the technician installing the equipment, I’ve had a great experience. They were all knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. The technicians installed the product quickly and walked us through every setting of the smart hub. Overall, had a great experience and will highly recommend Vivint to anyone.

Uriah was very professional and explained everything very well. Stayed very late until dark to get cameras and equipment set up. He took his time to make sure things were working. He wore shoe covers which I appreciated. The other worker didn’t.

Tech was great and got everything working.. Worked with us to find best location for cameras and what it would see from where... Had a slight issue with the Garage Hub but that was do to the distance from the wifi downstairs.

I don't think I made a good choice after sitting and reading the who papers this morning. I don't think that I will be able to afford this. It is very expensive and the doorbell is not ringing or letting me know when someone is at the door. And I was told I would not have to make a payment until November and this morning the money was already moved from my account.

Timely, clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Equipment was installed with skill, wires concealed. Software is straightforward and easy to use. Setup is complete, cameras work better than expected. Looking forward to new options also. Would definitely recommend Vivint over any other major vendor I researched.

I’m going on my second billing cycle with no access to my panel, wires are still exposed, and not a call or return from the guy who came out September 14th. I’ve called multiple times, submitted surveys. This is supposed to make me feel safe with Vivint? NO.

Install went well and was done rather quickly! I have never had a security system before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Very cool equipment. The ring bell camera has a very wide angle! My home is older and doesn't have a wired indoor bell, but that was not a problem for the technician.

The technology does not work as well as the sales person explained and the system cost significantly exceeds the benefits. The install was sloppy and the tech left a big mess to clean up. Disappointed in the overall system for the cost and would not recommend.

Had a young gentleman show up at my house. Very polite, very easy going to explain everything very thoroughly. He is dressed very clean cutting, very well spoken and had a team over here to install our cameras and security system and no time. What impressed me the most was the time of night that they were out working to think there were here until almost 10:00 10:30. We had a couple minor complications but the gentleman took care of our bill and knocked a couple months off and couldn't be happier. I have recommended you to multiple people and will continue to do so.

I was very impressed with my technician, he really took the time to make sure I had all my cameras exactly where I needed them to be and covered all areas that I was concerned with. Having a business run out of my home I had a lot of concerns and he really made sure everything was covered, and walked through using the app on my phone. Tech arrived on time. Called another tech to help with the install. All went well. Installed four camera, 9 glass breaks, door lock, and four-door sensors. Did a good job explaining how to use the Vivint system. Pleased with the install. Can't wait to use the system.

I love the system. So far the only issue has been with a camera going offline for no reason and not getting our 5g router to stream the video to my phone. The sales guy was helpful and the installation was quick. Shelby and Donald are great.

I operate short term rentals and I love that I can have secure keyless entry, cameras and thermostat all on one app. The panel needs to upgrade periodically but it all works smoothly from anywhere. Makes it easy to keep track of what is happening at my places.

Service was great... The only issue is different referrals.. Some say 50. Some say up to 200. I feel like it should be same across board... This should be offered the same to everybody.. Love smart home so far.. It seem to work great and eager to use it.

I'm very pleased with the system itself. My only issue was the sales rep describing some awesome cameras with all the bells and whistles. When the installer arrived, she had basic cameras and I had to pay about $100 extra for each of the 5 cameras to upgrade to the cameras that were described to me. I didn't even know there was a basic camera. I thought I was getting the cameras described to me. And because I went over the credit limit with the upgrade, I now have to pay an additional "large system" fee every month. I feel like I was bamboozled. The system is great though.

The guys were very nice and very helpful. The setup didn't take too long. And even offered to sweep the mess they had from the drilling. Something others don't care to do after work they do. Both guys were very talkative while still working making it not be so uncomfortable.

My tech, Reuben, was here for 11 hours for my install and made sure everything worked before leaving. He had to replace a couple of different parts to get my install right and never complained or tried to put to the next day; just got it done. He was great and hope he’s my tech moving forward!

Best experience! Before the call I was sent email reminders and text messages to remind me and have me sign needed paperwork! Mitch did amazing explaining everything and making sure I understood everything! He walked me through all steps! I will be sending others to sign up for this service!

Husband and I are very satisfied with the customer service we received from Vivint. Cameron was able to come over and within the same evening have everything installed so we could have peace of mind during the night after an attempted break in. I don't know if their timing was just right, but these guys were great. The only reason we were staying with our cheap crappy monitoring company was because I couldn't buy out the rest of our contract of nearly $1000 and I wasn't sure anyone else would be affordable on a monthly basis as well as quality. We're excited for our new system!

The clarity on the Vivint is great, but BE CAREFUL, there are many issues with this system. The Sales Rep. Wes, was a complete joker, he sold me a system that does not fit the need of my property. He sold a fairytale that turned out to be a nightmare. First off, you can only have VIVINT doorbells as the functioning system at your house. Any other system, such as Ring, or even a standard doorbell will not work. In order to address this you have to purchase a VIVINT doorbell for each door. As for the cameras, the view lines are not as expected. I now have 2 large dead spots on my property that required coverage. For an additional doorbell and 2 cameras (that I didn't know I would need) would cost more $$$$.

I got set up with Vivint through my property management company. There was some miscommunication on my management company’s part on the deal I was getting for the system. The day prior to my installation I got a call from Vivint to go over installation and just general information. Upon talking to the representative we figured out that what I was told by my property management company was not the deal I was actually getting, he referred me to the account helpline; Upon calling the rep who assisted me heard my concerns and did his best to get me the best deal possible. He was very polite and very helpful.

Great experience. The technician talked me through everything and even though I was not able to get everything I still feel very secure in my home. He was nice and personable and gave me insight on what he would do to better help my decisions.

The only negative I have was that installer show up late with no uniform or company car. He dont let any signs that mention that we have the Vivint service but besides this we love the whole system. Thanks.

Loved working with Brian. I was referred to him by someone at work. He was so informative and nice. Will definitely recommend to my friends. I am really excited about my new system. It looks very user friendly and I like that.

This was my first time getting the service, and the tech that came out Mike H (?) did a fantastic job—even with virtual schooling going on! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I love my serve already! The system is easy to use and straightforward. I can control everything from my phones and feel more secure knowing our home is better protected.

I had a really good experience with the Sales Person and the technician. Excellent Customer Service. Both was very knowledgeable and work Diligently. I am very please. I definitely will refer Vivint to other so they can experience what I did.

Super easy!! We were able to do everything over the phone and over text and the alarm system is up and running easy. Was able to get my users to find and the notifications set up as well so the whole process is very very easy.

This service sucks and I’m going with another service. Cameras take a while to come on. My camera in my backyard has never worked since I had it. I have called several time. They never send anyone out to try and get the camera fix. They try to fix it with a person on the other end of the phone every time. They will come in your home as if their service is great. Trust me PLEASE DON’T DO IT. DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE. WHAT THEY SELL YOU IS NOT WHAT YOU'RE GETTING. I even paid AT&T to come in and put a internet box in my home so the internet would reach outside still no camera. In my backyard. DON’T DO IT.

Security System was upgraded. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The sales rep was a sales rep. When we asked when the installation would be he asked if we could be flexible, that it would be within the week. My wife was under the weather and not prepared to absorb everything we probably needed to absorb. I asked if we could delay but he was rather insistent that he had people next door and it would cost him more money to come out again later. That was rather off putting and insensitive. Like I said, he was a typical sales rep. It nearly cost him a sale.

Was scheduled for a weekend installation but the installer asked if he could come out a day earlier. Very professional and courteous. They came after working hours to get the job done right. I would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Everything went very well. Have had no problems with any device pairing and the video is very clear on all cameras. The install went excellent as did the salesman who came to show us products and did not push any products but just seeing what we would like covered and what would be suggested. All the wires and home hub are tucked away neatly and no wires are showing. Excellent service.

Javier came and did our install. He acted with utmost integrity and work ethic. He clearly explained details and instructions clearly as well as worked beyond hours to make sure everything was done correctly. He is a measure twice cut once type of person. I recommend this service and Javier to anymore who wants outstanding customer service.

James went above & beyond! Super polite & patient with our crazy household! Super friendly! We had kids in & out of the house, up & down the halls & he was so patient with us all. Made the process super easy!

Clayton with Vivint alarm system arrived on time and did a great job. It’s definitely a lengthy process with getting the alarm install but he got the job done. And he explained the process well. Thank you for a job well done.

Mason was the installer I had. He was very pleasant and was able to answer any question I had. He also was very clear about each process from the installation to signing the agreements. He explained the cancelation time frame as well.

Our Salesman and Installer were incredibly thorough. Explained the products and the why behind each product. I feel so much safer in our home. The cameras are so clear. I love that I can check on my house anytime and anywhere.

Our technician, Gabriel, was amazing. He was so patient, transparent and helpful when it came to the installation. He asked for our input which made it feel like it was truly personalized to our needs. I would recommend Gabriel for any job.

Initially, I thought I was getting a consultation from Vivint. I quickly realized the gentleman Tim who came to my home was not aware of what the sales rep briefly told me. I could tell to her it was “just a sale”, but for Tim he truly cared about me as a customer and wanted to be sure I was well aware of what I was signing up for.

The best thing is having security to protect your family and property. The professionalism with Vivint is an excellent experience. Totally awesome. I appreciate their kindness and curiosity. Was a pleasure to meet and talk with very knowledgeable with the work they accomplished.

They were fast and efficient! All employees were knowledgeable and friendly also! The security products seem to be state of the art and quite fun!! The cost factor seemed to be a good deal as the installation was featured as free!

I bought a house with Vivint already installed so I called them about pricing to keep the product in my home. I had a service tech out the next morning and got some additional equipment set up. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I got a great deal and great product.
