Clint ** the Vivint technician that installed my home security system did a fantastic job. He called me the day before his visit to tell me what time he would arrive and was on time. He showed me how everything worked and walked me through setting up the system and the finer points of operating it. Now all my home systems are linked together through one access point.

Great experience. Our initial phone call with a rep messed up our order, but the technician who came out corrected it and installed exactly what we were looking for and explained everything thoroughly. He even mentioned some other products that we could benefit from. Thank you, we feel more secure now!

Our installer was friendly and thorough. He cleaned up the messes he made while drilling holes. He didn’t cut corners like the ADT guy did when he came two years ago! He took good care of us and we are excited to use our new home security system.

So far, I have been pleased with Vivint. Kenneth, the installer, was thorough, informative, and personable. I have used the in home and app made for this system, and both work well. One concern is that the door lock doesn’t have a handle for those who need to replace the door handle to get the remote lock. I’ll need to manually install a handle to open the door. Other than that, I’m impressed with the system.

Eduardo, Vivint home security technician was exceptional in his customer service, he greeted and introduced himself respectfully. Explained the installation process and thoroughly went over the product usage and information. He was patient, kind, and friendly and had a down to earth personality. The installation went well. The app was easy to install and use. Eric, the person who installed the doorbell, was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained how to use your product well. I like knowing when a package has been delivered and to be able to see who is at my door.

I made a decision to change alarm companies from ADT to Vivint since I was at the end of my contract. I contacted Vivint to see what they offered. I was able to run down all my current options with sales and they provided a quote. For the most part this what was discussed but sensors was bumped up in numbers. This was no big deal as the on-site tech would review options when they showed up.

WIlliam the technician was very professional when it came to the installation of our security equipment system. Furthermore he explained every detail on how to use it. He was very informative to my family and took a step-by-step on how to use the pad. He was very friendly and very patient and answered all of our questions without a problem. All paperwork was handled before the appointment even began making for an easy installation. The tech called before arriving and was very polite and professional. Installation took about 1.5 hours. Use of equipment was explained along with any after appointment support tools we may need. Very happy with our experience.

The Vivint installer was knowledgeable, approachable and professional. The installer explained the process and expectations clearly. I originally asked for four cameras but due to the range of the cameras the installer made the adjustment down to the three cameras needed in the areas I requested.

Everything went smooth with installing our new Ring doorbell! The Tech did a great job and was knowledgeable and quick about his work! He had some trouble setting up the Google Mini to get it to ring through but figured it out! Thanks. Good job!!!

Everyone I have worked with on the phone and in person has been purely professional & inquisitive and respectful to our needs and questions for the equipment and services we might need. James our sales rep was exceptional in helping us develop a plan, Pedro our installer was very kind and professional during the entire setup process. We now have a sound basic security system for our family that provides a sound sense of security for me and my wife.

When deciding which security company we would choose I had an estimate from ADT & Vivint. My estimate with ADT for equipment was $2300 and when I spoke to Vivint it was $78 including monitoring fee for a 3 year commitment. Not until the day of installation I find out it’s $4,000 for a 5 year commitment! This did NOT include monitoring of $39 per month for 5 years is another $2340. I should have known this info when signing up for service not be surprised at installation.

I needed a new alarm system and the transition was seamless. Michael came and set up my alarm with ease. Instructions for usage was simplified. The camera views are excellent. So many options in making every aspect of your home controllable through their system. Definitely recommend using Vivint.

I signed up for Vivint in 2016 after being assured that I had the option to cancel at any time so long as I pay off the equipment. I was specifically trying to avoid a long-term contract. I was told they were giving me their "buyout promise" and they would be required to honor it. After multiple connection issues with the devices, their technicians' recommendation was to upgrade the equipment that would require me to pay off the existing equipment then have a higher monthly payment. I declined and have been trying to cancel service for several months since.

The whole process was very easy to get started. The installation process was very fast and efficient. Our technician provided great customer service for the entire time of service, and his explanation of the system was very thorough. Thank you, Vivint! We feel safe and sound in our house now.

I just became a customer and it took 3 days to become a customer. The experience was terrible. Customer service was not good at all. I was provided 1 price and when I called back to provide my card information I was quoted a different price. The call was recorded and confirmed that I was given a price but they still was not willing to honor it.

The installer was a pro. He had to overcome the misinformation disseminated by your sales staff just to get a customer. If it were not for Joshua and his professionalism I would not be a client. Tune up your sales staff to the quality of your install team.

First of all, a lot of the information I received when I called versus during the actual visit by the technician was different, second the Technician did not want to work with my needs as far as camera installation location and quantity and was argumentative. Third, the installation itself is very unprofessional and incomplete because she did not cover the holes after installing the wires which gives a way for the bugs to come inside the house. Fourth, the system is very intermittent and not working as advertised, cameras Don't give a timely alerts and unable to take pictures while watching live cameras as I was told. So we're totally unsatisfied with Vivint.

Tech showed up and completed work in a timely manner. Explained how the system works and how the app functioned. He also reviewed the web-site with me. He also answered my wife's questions about the app, website, cost per month and questions about our previous system with Vivant.

The sales department lied to me about being able to use the Simplisafe equipment so it cost me a lot more. For 4000.00 I expect something much more professional looking than the placement of the most awful jumble of plugs sticking out or hanging off the walls.

Christian was great. Nice professional and patient. However the financing side was a complete nightmare. This was eventually worked out. But was very frustrating. Seems that maybe there is a communications problem. It took quite a bit of time, most of it on hold, before this situation could be remedied. Also the “FaceTime” survey did not respond to verbal answers and that about doubled the time it took to complete survey.

I haven't fully used the system yet, but going through the tutorial and experimenting with the panel, I'm quite impressed. I'm really impressed that the front door locks automatically. The camera range is also impressive, better than the ring doorbell.

The sales person, Uriah was very knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment was expensive, but once that is paid off, the service fee will be lower than we paid previously. It makes us feel more secure with cameras at our back patio, driveway and front door.

Got a great deal for financing and equipment was installed quickly and works great. Fast response! I accidentally tested that out. I feel safer with the videos and picture quality is great. They offer a lot of bells and whistles but we only got the door bell, interior motion sensor, and one backyard camera. If you are into easy mobile techy system. This is an all in one for sure.

The technicians that came to my my house last night left my house very unsecured. All window sensors are not synced to the system, neither is the motion detector. In addition, the front door lock is not synced to the system, my previous codes do not work. My daughter could not get in last night. She rang the doorbell, it doesn't work. If I leave, my house is going to be very unsecure. Oh, I forgot to mention I don't even know the passcode to disarm the system. I am afraid to arm the system.

Today we just got our Vivint system installed with 4 cameras, doorbell, fire detectors, co2 detectors, glass break detectors, door and window sensors, and other gadgets. The service was amazing, very professional and quick. The installer really took the time to understand our needs, give us some recommendations (upselling and downselling), he explained what he was going to do in detail and he did everything. The whole system was up and running in less time that I was expected and he took the time to teach us how to use the platform, configurations, automations, etc. In the end he even cleaned all the dust and debris generated due to the installation, while the ATT guy left our house dirty.

He even informed of other items that I could install to my system that would keep my home safer. He may Suggestions on items but didn’t pressure you. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. I am so happy I listen to my siblings who highly recommended them to me. The system is so user friendly. You couldn’t go wrong by going with Vivint for home security needs. Being a new home buyer I went with ADT. I’m going to tell you that was the first mistake I made. Everything I wanted I wasn’t able to get because supposedly I didn’t have a D.R. Horton home that’s the only way I could have all the furnitures I wanted. So one day there was a knock at my door and I decided to listen to the sales rep and I’m so glad I did. I love my new system and I feel safer.

Felt like I could’ve saved more by putting everything in my wife’s name for the credit check, guy on the phone seemed like he was in a hurry to get off work. I called when he was supposed to be clocking out of work and I kept him like 20 minutes after his clock out time, he said it wouldn’t have made a difference but I know it would’ve because she has good credit.

The security products appear to be great. The salesman was fantastic. They have products of all sorts to provide safety to your home. The installer is who made the whole setup go bad. It took him several more hours than it should have. He did not speak fluent English which made learning the system nearly impossible. He forgot what he was suppose to be installing. He asked us where we wanted things but we wanted a recommendation from a professional. Would ask me to read things to him. After 4 hrs. I had to go to bed not knowing how to work my system. My home is suppose to be connected to one app and he could never get that to happen. They're sending another tec today. We'll see how this goes.

The customer service is horrible and has no idea what they are doing. I was kept on the phone over a hour doing the job of a serviceman and it took in 5 minutes. I asked over and over to have a service call sent to my address. I am very unsatisfied with this company. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He rest everything back to normal that the call center messed up. I would say that working with customers over 30 years that how your call center handles call should be fixed.

The representative Jake was so helpful and went over and beyond for me to be able to get service. He called me back at the time permitted and set up everything I needed. I will have services on by the close of this work week.
