We had a very good experience. Juan ** stopped by and explained everything thoroughly. Then Louise came and installed it today. We're very happy with our experience so far. We were very educated on all of the technical aspects of the system by both Juan and Lewis.

I was very pleased with the customer service received today! The customer representative was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me to make a decision on what system I needed. He answered all my questions efficiently and was able to help me even though I wasn’t 100% sure what I needed. I am so excited to get my Vivint system!

From the Salesman to the installation Technician, this Company sets the bar of Excellence! Jordan was the Salesman that did a great job under fire, lol. I bet I asked him a million questions and he professionally answered them all. Now came time for the installation. Nick arrived right on time looking like Santa (to me) carrying all of the boxes of hardware. From the moment he showed up, I just knew that this guy knows his trade. The best personality, very professional and it showed that he loved his job.

Our tech Jessie did an awesome job installing our system, was knowledge on the products, and handled himself professionally. There was a bump in our installation plan and he went above and beyond to repair the problem and ensure that it was done perfectly. Compared to other companies' technicians, Jessie blew them out of the water.

First of all I don't typically take time to do reviews. This point in and of itself should be a sign of total satisfaction. Both the teams Abdi ** & the technical team are excellent at their jobs. I was even making plans to come out of retirement I ask for a position with Vivint.

Great company. The installation guy was great and very helpful. Made sure I understood the system and how to use the system. He explained what he was doing and checked to make sure all was up and working like it should be.

I’ve always been very comfortable with Vivint. We have installed four systems so far. To be honest I haven’t tried any others because I’ve been very happy with them. They don’t charge a lot monthly and their service seems to be timely. Also, I’ve always had good experiences with the installers and with everyone that I have called on the phone. No company is perfect and I’m sure there are people out there with complaints but I don’t have any.

Technician was very nice. Explained everything. Showed us how to use the system. Very polite. Answered all our questions. Cost was very reasonable. We had the choice to finance or pay up front. We chose to pay up front. I would recommend Vivint to anybody who needs a Alarm system.

Josh was our installer, and he did an amazing job. Any questions we had he answered with great detail, and helped us understand the system fully! We are new to home security system, so he made it a breeze for us!

Happy with the price for what I got. Sales rep was nice. Wore mask and worked with what I would need. Installer was nice and fast. Also wore mask. I will definitely refer people to come to Vivint and with the incentives it makes me even more want to get more people on board.

I feel that the wiring should've been ran through the attic so, I don't see visible wiring in the rooms. He needed a outlet for cameras. Looks really tacky. He didn't put a fitting around the wire in rooms so I've hole with wiring in it. I've seen better installations in my time. And also your first tech canceled on me because he had a doctor's appointment so he sent Evan in his place.

The tech was fantastic, he went through everything very thoroughly and I understand how to use everything. I couldn’t be any happier with the system and how quick he took. He was very kind and I would recommend Vivint to family and friends any day.

Did expect to have a payment with Vivint and Fortiva and I am pay 25 more a month... Your salesmen are liars and the installer did not clean up. I am satisfied with my service but not what it costing me.

I switched from Brinks. The rep took his time to explain everything to my husband and since I wasn't available at the time he explained it to me also. The installation was amazing and done within 30 minutes of signing the paperwork. It only been a day but based on customer service I'm very pleased.

I requested a total of 6 cameras and a doorbell. Although I made it quite clear that I needed to see the products, I was charged and money immediately withdrawn. Feb 12th 1 installation was done and eventually completed on February 17th. I installed a total of 4 cameras- cannot contact CS and a further charge was taken out of my account. Communication with the company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Still waiting to hear back.

My sales representative was very polite and professional, explained the system and its functioning versus the system I had already installed but was very professional as to not belittle the other company. Installation was done with regards to how the homeowner wanted the camera to be arranged for viewing. Overall experience was very well presented and done.

Yes great installer. There was a shortage on sensors and cameras so he has to come back but that’s expected right now. He was great, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything when he was done. Looking forward to this system and completion of install. Camera feature a plus already. Thanks.

The equipment and APP is top-notch and user-friendly. After researching many other alarm companies offering self-service packages, I am so happy I went with Vivint.

Negotiating the deal was great and the pricing as well. However, my only complaint was that the installment was done immediately. I would not have complained if the negotiation was at an earlier time in the day, but it was late in the day. We were waiting for the crew to finish, but once they were finished, they were done at around 12 am. Overall, the crew was very polite and kind.

The initial gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant, but in training and had to wait for his supervisor to arrive to give me more details. The supervisor arrived and was very thorough in explaining the product. What he didn't tell me was he was running my credit AND opening a line of credit. My credit monitoring service notified me after it was already done. Had he asked me, I would've declined, but it was too late. The supervisor, also rushed me through the disclosures and insisted on which answers I should select during the survey. It was very heavy-handed and discomforting. On a positive note, the installation technician was very patient and he did an amazing job installing the system and showing us the ins-and-outs. Overall, kudos to Tyler (the trainee) and Peter (the installer). Not so much to Tyler, the supervisor.

Love the new monitoring system! Great customer service. The sales rep Johnny was really helpful and informative. The tech installer Billy was fast and knowledgeable. He helped me get the system up and going right away and showed me how to use it, it was real easy! Very satisfied with my interactions and now new monitoring system.

Installation went well. System works good so far! I like the cameras that allow me to see the entry areas front and back. I also like the remote control features that allow me to open the front door and garage from my phone, as well as, the ability to activate and deactivate the alarm from my phone.

Shaun did an amazing job setting up our home security system. Our home was built in 1977, so the electrical is pretty rough. Shaun climbed up into our attic and wired everything like a boss. It was very impressive to watch. We love our new home security system.

We had a home break in Wednesday and many things were stolen, to include our car and house keys. We knew we had to get a home security system asap. My wife called Vivint because our daughter has been very pleased with the company and gave us a referral code to set up service for our home. We spoke with Aton in Utah and found him to be not only extremely helpful but sympathetic to our need to get our security system in as soon as possible. As promised our system was installed the next day by Sheena in Lawton Oklahoma. She gave us excellent customer service and explained everything we needed to know to operate our system. My wife feels safer now, as do I.

My system was only just installed last night, but I already feel peace of mind knowing my valuables are being watched over. The sales team and technician were all very efficient and super polite. I would recommend Vivint to anyone and everyone.

The sales rep that visited was professional, friendly, and well informed. The time he invested to walk us through each step was greatly appreciated. This can also be said for the tech who began our install. He took his time to carefully discuss placement of the products to meet our desires and give us the most esthetically pleasing result. It’s only been a couple days so my review is more on customer service and feasibility than the product itself. Our door to door salesman was beyond informative and amiable. He presented himself and then answered every question and concern is such a genuine way we couldn’t help but keep listening. He was also training someone that was with him and he was very open about that from the start as well. Then as he taught her the of VIVINT it became even more clear that this company is straightforward and sensible in its nature. He sold us on the product and thus far we have no regrets.

I didn't get everything that when I talk to the peoples about I was supposed to get two camera & a doorbell camera. That is the only thing so if y'all can fix that problem with the same price that I'll be paying every month with military discount if y'all can't do that I am okay what I got.

Their system and products have more customizable features than any security system I’ve ever seen. The controls for the garage are not compatible and technician didn’t installed new sensors for all my doors. He use the same that were in the house, He left the old ones and some of them the batteries are low.

Equipment is easy to use, but I love the features. I also love that I can give my kids a different pin to limit their accessibility to the cameras. My technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention the system itself was better priced than competitors.

Had a great overall experience with customer service and install. Only complaint, is that the prices given to me were a bit off. The first person I spoke to gave me diffident information than the prices seen in writing on contract. A bit annoying, I don't like surprises or lies.

Compared to what I have gone through with the last company I was with Vivint has so far been very professional and very very good customer service. The tech that brought the product to my home and installed everything was very professional and very curious and has very good customer service. On top of that he knows his products very well. I have only been with the company for a very short time but because the tech knew his products and was very professional and very curious I just said yes. I want to be with this company even if I am going to spend the extra. It's worth being with the company that knows what they are doing on top of knowing their products and how it works. 100 percent happy with Vivint so far.

I had the pleasure of having my system install today and my engineer was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he answer all my questions and was super effective and efficient, but he was able to break down every component patiently when I asked him questions about my system. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a security system. Everything is so easy to navigate with the press of a button and the use of my phone. No complaints here.

Installer very nice.. explained how everything works, and how to access it from my phone, also from the touch screen. Installed motion sensors, smoke and Co2 alarms. I am very pleased with the equipment and the customer service all around!

This company has good employer! Very professional staff, ported and well educated manners. They go the extra mile to keep inform on any detail how the alarm operated and the show step by step to operated the alarm. They show you how to activated and deactívate same.

Our installer Manual showed up on time, was very knowledgeable about the system and very thorough. He was very professional, polite, answered all questions, and quickly got us set up! Would definitely recommend him to friends and family looking for a new security system!

Mark was wonderful. Installed equipment and gave us thorough instructions on how to use system. Set up so in both of our cellphones. Made sure he cleaned up any mess he made after drilling holes. Informed us of glass breaker so we added to our installation.

Yes the installers were excellent, they answered every question I had. They were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Vivint. The installer was very precise in explaining the system and how it works. Very courteous and wore their masks the whole time.

I moved into a home that had a Vivint system. It was deactivated and we decided not to activate it at the moment. However, the other day I went to wipe/clean the screen (no idea what made me do that) and the system armed (why/how?? If deactivated). When I went to open my door obviously it went off. I had no access to the code to turn it off so called Vivant. The only way to turn it off was to activate it under my name ($$$$). I find that odd, you couldn’t send me a code or something to turn it off without my business? Anyway, in order to be able to at least leave my home and not rip this thing off the wall, I had no other choice really so activated it.

Had a great experience. Will recommend to friends and family 100%. Technician came over and installed everything in a timely manner. Was knowledgeable of the products and gave me a tutorial at the end to get me up to speed on my products.

The technician came to do an installation with equipment that was already in the home. He was able to tell me what kind of equipment was there and compare it to the newest equipment available. Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Very willing to answer my questions. Was prompt, efficient, and very courteous.

I didn't know that Vivint worked with third party techs. In the beginning it was either the fault of the computer or the tech, and I will never know.. He came in quoting me over $1600 what I was initially quoted before he showed and that's the only reason why I cannot give a solid 5 stars. I appreciate that he was able to call and get it fixed, I also appreciate he got his manager involved to come back a couple hours later in the day with a fixed contract for me. He also gave me his word on coming back with a sign for the yard which he did.

The technician, Dustin was very polite and super helpful. He walked me through all the security he installed on all ten of the house's Windows and all three of the house's doors, and also the camera installed inside the doorbell, and especially the touchscreen controls.

Our tech, Andy **, was on time, professional and fast. He took time explaining all of the functions of the new equipment making sure we understood how everything works. We are very happy with the products. I plan to recommend Vivint to all my family and friends. Thanks again!

Got referred to Vivint by Marquese ** and set up with Ralph. Both were very helpful and super knowledgeable about everything. They set me up with exactly what I wanted. Install went well too and tech was very friendly and made sure the system was exactly what I wanted and where I wanted and working perfectly before he left. I would definitely recommend Vivint at this point.

Aaron was extremely knowledgeable in his company's products. He saved me from overspending by stopping me from buying things I didn't need. Which is both refreshing and appreciated. The installation was very clean and the wiring is canceled very well.

The sales rep completely lied about everything that would be included. Made false promises that wasn’t on contract. When I was asked about he guided me what to say on call, didn’t let me read terms, just told me where to sign, was extremely pushy. He had me under the pretenses that I would be switching over from Guardian to you guys with everything guardian offered me and more however that was not the outcome and you guys charged just as much for not even half the features.

The salesman and tech were awesome. I hope everything goes well but I am extremely happy with services. I had service before with another but really happy with Vivint. Hope to get some of my friends to get their services also.

The installer Vivint sent out was amazing. Chandler did a great job. He was very professional. It was a great overall experience. The mobile app is designed for IOS at this time. It works on Android but doesn't have the full features.

Everything is great. Only thing that was a little off was when I spoke to the rep to set the appointment he made it seem as I wouldn’t have to but found out I would have to finance it. Travis the tech did great! He ran into a few problems but he corrected them and took care of everything. Explained the system very well.

ADT didn't care that we never had our system running since last March. Left us without service for a year and still billed us every month. Vivint was responsive and beat the package we had with ADT. Vivint was friendly and made sure we as customers felt comfortable with their service.

I am was very happy with the whole journey. It started I needed some cameras and I emailed the Vivint security cameras. That’s when I met Payton. This guy was great. He told me about everything. I started out just wanting to know about it and then by the end of the conversation I am having a make appointment and having someone come out to install the cameras so I want to give big kudos to Payton.
