Unfortunate communication on day of scheduled installation. Did not receive a confirmation prior, other than contacting Rep to reassure appointment. Waited 6 hours, finally had to reach out to Rep again, only to find out technician was supposedly in auto accident. But found out Tech claimed to call several times - no answer. We never received call on our end. Appointment had to be rescheduled for the following day, and Tech showed up and completed install.

From getting and planing out the system to the install and walk through on “how to” it was an amazing experience!! Very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable!! Joe with the install was great! It’s a lot to install, but he was efficient and quick. He was patient when going through the app and panel on how it all works and answering any questions!! I feel super comfortable and confident in using this system!!!

Everyone was helpful and the process was easy. Setting up the system was an easy step by step process. Everything was explained in an understandable way. I liked that the directions were texted to me and then followed up with a call to complete everything. All options were explained and all questions answered. I was happy with everything.

Very satisfied with my product. The entire process from getting a quote to installation was very easy and fast. Less than 24 hours. VIVINT works with the customer and that’s very much appreciated. Overall, I have no complaints. I feel safe in my home and even when I’m not home, I know my house is protected.

Chad provided awesome customer service, and was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing our cameras while explaining the product and had the installation done pretty quickly. We appreciate all the help he provided to us. He also provided his contact info in case we needed any more help, which we greatly appreciated.

Our installer was great and the whole process was seamless! I recommend 200%. I have had other systems but this one is definitely the best! Clear cameras, easy to use equipment and state of the art technology. Get you one.

He was very nice and attentive! Explained everything perfectly and thoroughly and made sure I understood the system inside and out. The whole process took less than a hour and our doorbell, two doors, glass break and smoke detectors were installed without a hitch! I’m very satisfied with the system and customer service/installation.

So far I am extremely satisfied and excited about the service from Vivint. The tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was very patient with me as far as explaining how things will work and to keep me and my family safe.

Marlon did an job explaining the services and features that I am getting. The initial process of getting started was very aggravating, the tech had to call several departments to correct an error on my monthly payment for services. Set up was so easy. Everything was clearly explained during the initial consult. Installation happened immediately after. The installation was so smooth and it was cleaned up like he was never even here. We love the equipment, easy of use, and peace of mind.

Was unable to set up system with initial visit. Nothing set up so rescheduled a week later. Also told I could use ADT equipment however not the case and did not have a lot of the options installed that I originally requested

My Vivint install team did a great job with customer service, sales, and install. I am so impressed with our new system in our new house that I will never ever leave vivint! Best price and best service for home security and smart home needs. The initial jump into using vivint requires more down than the competitors, but it’s worth it in the long run whenever you have a killer system with a great app and options available to choose from.

The gentlemen that came by to do the install were excellent at their jobs. They made logical suggestions based on my home and I'm happy with the professional finish to the physical installation. They were also very courteous of my time.

Benjamin and Harold did a great job setting us up. Ben did a great job explaining functions of the different system elements. There was a little mix up on the quoted price but they fixed it right away and we are good to go.

Awesome service! Great people! Spencer and Tristan were great and so were Josh and his partner doing the install. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We got a late start but they were able to finish the job! Instructions for use were very simple and we are looking forward to feeling more secure in our home!

Chris our installer was professional and courteous. He had the correct answers for all of our questions. His installation was perfect leaving little evidence of installation. He showed us how everything works from panel to phones and turn on and off.

Gunner was an amazing tech, he was helpful and very hands on in showing me how to use my system. Vivint has been a very calming system for my wife knowing that we have cameras and motion sensors catching everything in real time.

Arturo was fantastic! Great service and explained everything very well. After the install he made sure that I knew how to operate the App and keypad. The equipment is extremely easy to use which is great for a multigenerational home.

We got what we asked for installed right away. System works great. The price is great too. Really appreciate the gift card as well. Thanks for everything and for being able to do it all on the spot. Would prefer a system that works with Alexa but for the price we can do without that.

Satisfied with the product and installation. I just wasn't aware of the fact that my bells that already existed throughout the house would not ring anymore. I'm not sure if I will be able to hear the doorbell ring on the Google Home Mini, if I'm in my basement doing laundry.

The process was fairly easy and harmless. The Tech arrived early and was very patient with all my questions and concerns and he (Mike) did an excellent job and swept up himself any shavings from drilling the holes for wires.

On hold for over an hour just to have someone answer and not fix the issue. The call disconnects and instead of the rep calling me back, here I am on a 17 minute wait hold! Let’s see how this goes!!!!

Fast install. Installer was very helpful and knowledgeable, he explain and answered all my question about the new system. Clean install. Looks and works great. I'm super happy that the system works with some of my smart devices. My house is now protected.

Although we had issues with scheduling our security installation with Vivint, the technician who came to our home truly saved the relationship with his company. Conner was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He showed respect for both our time and our property.

Eric was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He was respectful of my home and didn’t try to upsell a bunch of products. He actually saved me some money by recommending some different options that suited my needs.

Installation was good and explained in detail. Every equipment was review by Carlos and tested. Always answered my questions in a very professional manner. Had plenty of questions and answered all of them with no hesitation. Hope I get to see Carlos one of these days again.

The diy kit is perfect for me and my family. Presely did an amazing job guiding through the process. We cannot wait till they show up at our doorstep. He gave us three options to choose from and explain all of them very smoothly for us to understand what each one does.

“Bob” Was fantastic! He spent a lot of time explaining how to use the apps after he had done all the work for us. We maybe some changes to where we wanted the cameras and he didn’t hesitate to make it happen. He’s a guy you want putting your stuff in!

The Tech installing the system did a great job and fixed problems left by the salesperson. He explained how the system was supposed to work and installed the cameras where I wanted them. He made sure to explain the control panel before he left.

You charged me twice when the rep that went to my house said Vivint was only going to charge me once the installation was complete. We have tried to call text the rep, even the guy that installed our system and we never got and answer. We even left messages, no answer. I've emailed no answer. I even ask the rep I didn't want it to be charged out of my card and it still is. I also asked the guy to put some signs that we have you as our security and we didn't get that either. We have a few more questions and we need them answered. If anyone is reading this please call my husband at **. Hopefully you can get to us so we can ask some questions. Thank you.

Everything was fine installer was great. Maybe a heads up that I may need to touch up things after the install. Ie. paint around Thermostats and cameras. Other than that everything is great so far. Looking forward to getting to know this equipment and how it works.

Technician was fast and efficient as well as patient while explaining the system to me. He was able to use the existing system to supplement the new components that we purchased with Vivint. The process was straightforward. Vivint Rep & Installers did a great job. Explanation of system was good. The installer was very interacting and answered any questions I raised. This system is new to me. I am at ease using it.

Would recommend to others. The installation was quick and everything was explained thoroughly for easy use. There are options to adjust and choose equipment that is best suited for the home. There was no mess and all wires are installed out of the way.

Everyone should have one. Protect your family when you’re not around. You can see what goes on inside and outside of your home, when you're at work or away on a trip and you can even lock or turn on your system from where you are.

I feel any contractors entering someone's home with rugs, carpet, shoes covering should be worn, especially if it's wet outside. Other than that installers were very knowledgeable and thorough. I was pleased with the install as a whole down to the explained instructions of use of monitor and app.

The individual that came to our door presented us a sales pitch that was filled with false information. He presented us with the idea that we would be used for advertising and because of this we wouldn't pay any out of pocket for the equipment, but after he left it was discovered that actually we are paying for the equipment. The gentleman who did our install did a great job, no complaints there.

This is the Best security system by far! I love my Vivint Smart Home and what a company. Might be the best Company in the world! I control this system from anywhere in the world!! Nobody has a better doorbell camera.

Both the sales associate and the installer were very knowledgeable and informative. We are very satisfied with the equipment and experience. The security the system provides makes me sleep better at night! And when I leave for work in the morning I feel my wife is secure.

I would give 5 stars for the install and another 5 for customer service. My reps were great! However, the employee who was recovering training left my side gate open and my dogs got out. I then had to pay $60 to get my two dogs from the pound because they were picked up from animal control. That is very unprofessional.

The product is excellent but the price is kind of high. I don’t have any complaints. The product feel my expectations so I am very satisfy. I like Vivint. I will recommend it but like I say for me the price is high.

Technician Efren was very patient and acknowledged about every step of the process. System is working good so far. Easy to alarm and disarm. Panel is in sync with phone app, and can be controlled from anywhere. No cameras were added due to their high cost.

Salvador, was very knowledgeable and precise on location of cameras. Customer service/sales messed up my application but he was also able to complete what sales failed to do. He took the time to make sure I knew how to change batteries, work the app and work the monitor. Will recommend Salvador!!!

Hey Neighbors! My family and I also got the Vivint Security System installed in our home today, and we love it! My husband and I have wanted to get a Smart Home Security System ever since we first moved into our new home in May, but everything got delayed due to COVID. The unique feature about the Vivint Security System is that all of the equipment does not run through your wifi; it's all connected through satellite, so there’s no fear of your security system going down when there are storms or if someone cuts the connection to your wifi. George was our sales rep, and he did a fantastic job explaining all of the features of what they offered and sold us on the spot of why we needed it in our home. All of our furbabies loved George, too, as you can see in the picture. LOL!

Emilio and his trainee who came to install were professional, polite and very much subject matter experts in their job. Made and explained everything very easily. Their installation jobs were very precise and clean. I would definitely recommend going through Vivint and I would recommend these guys to do any installation.

My wife and I had three sales representatives come to our Home. My wife chose Angel **. Angel was wonderful and family oriented. He listened to what we wanted and explained everything to us regarding purchasing or Financing our equipment. Also explained how some of the equipment worked. Our equipment was installed by Quincy. He immediately confirmed the equipment we ordered then asked where we wanted our equipment. During and after installment of the equipment he explained how the equipment worked and helped with setting the Apps on my phone, helped with logging on and showed me hands on how to navigate the Apps. Quincy also asked for a broom and cleaned after himself. Great attitude and an awesome experience with both Employees from Vivint.

Yes I am happy with my alarm system but the quote the sales representative gave me was way off from what the installation representative gave me and I felt like that was really messed up. So I still went with it but felt very disappointed with the initial quote and then find out it’s gonna be more. Not cool.

Everything was working perfect and going smooth. But as soon as the install team left my wife got kicked out and two cameras went offline! We have 7 other friends waiting to get theirs. I hope this is fixed very VERY SOON! NIKO OUR SALESMAN GREAT. 5 STARS. My wife and I would sleep better at night with our kids knowing our security cameras are working. I don't want this to leave a bad thought in my mind. I'm waiting to give a 5 star rating. For now it's a 2 but can easily be a 5. Again the guys were GREAT BEYOND GREAT. HOWEVER THE CAMERA TROUBLESHOOTING (LESS THAN 8 HOURS MAKES YOU WONDER).

We had Vivint installed today. Considering the age and restraints of our home, the install and installer were great. The outside cameras are impressive, the picture and sound quality are remarkable. I liked the pitch and the quality of product you offer. I do wish I was informed that a hard credit check was performed before I agreed to anything but that’s just something you can add in later. I also enjoy customizing the amount of security features you can have because some are not needed and I stay away from packaged deals.

My system was just installed and both the technicians were wonderful. They answered all my questions and took their time ensuring everything was properly placed. So far I am please with the doorbell camera, outdoor camera, the hub and the app features.

Santiago did an amazing job updating my unit with 4g SIM card. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. The contract spoken over the phone with sales people was incorrect and it took a long time to modify but after all said and done I am a content consumer. Thank you Santiago!

Agent and techs were very professionals, we’re very happy with the quality of job, excellent service, the system is very easy to work with, excellent cam resolution. They kept the house organized while they were working. They came in a group of 5 so the job.

We are happy to have switched. The camera’s video quality is great. The deter feature along with the announcement of being recorded makes our drop off deliveries more pleasantly done. Also the NEST thermostat is the best. We are enjoying our system.

The installation crew was very late in arriving but highly efficient and very considerate. I was concerned that the cameras would be easily spotted, but I could not possibly be more pleased with camera placement. I would highly recommend their product and services to all family and friends.

Painless and easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend. My technician answered all my questions. Installed all equipment in less than 2 hours. Trained me on how to use my home security system. Asked me lots of questions to figure out how to best serve me and my family's needs.

Tech gave me a call before he arrived to give me a heads up. Tech promptly walked the property with me and explained where camera placements would be best placed. Tech even installed extra equipment that wasn't on the initial offering call. Great experience overall.

Installers Jose & Julio greeted me at the door. Both were friendly and got right to business. Reviewed the order and work to be done. Accommodated the location of cameras and sensors and went to work installing. They cleaned up any and all areas of debris from their work. Tested system for complete coverage and then reviewed the system with me and my wife. Asked if we had any questions he could answer. Completed the install by signing the work order.

Sales manager was upfront and transparent, very professional and friendly. Install crew was very efficient, thorough and their cleanliness was top notch. Both answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Definitely will recommend Vivint and be a loyal customer for as long as I own my home.

The sale was great. Kai did a great job explaining everything. Once the deal was done, at 9pm they install team showed up to do the install.... That was unacceptable. They said it would take at least 2 hours to do it all. Finally, they agreed to just do the control panel and deadbolts on the first night and reschedule the rest to another day. It worked out, but they left our house at 10:15pm and went to another home to do yet another install. So, be prepared to discuss scheduling as you go.
