I ordered the self install kit and it's not even going to have the major reason I'm getting the system for in the first place which is the outdoor camera to guard my front door. And my car. And they would not even add it to the kit for me and I'm coming from ADT that really dicked me over. And I want a system in my home. And my system has not even shipped yet.

The install went very smoothly and the technician was very friendly and caring and helpful. I am very happy with the system installed and it meets all of our needs and wants. I feel safe and protected for a good price and great quality!

Great job. Arrived on time.. Excellent installer. I was very pleased with the work, skill level and patience the installer had. Great instruction on how to use the system. Answered all of my questions and assisted me in downloading apps.. Recommend this service for anyone needing security.

Christina was very thorough with her install. She cleaned up her workspace prior to moving to a new location. She made sure I was okay with a location of a product before drilling and mounting anything. Upon completion, her instructions were thorough. She made sure I was able to operate the functions and features of my new system before leaving. It was a pleasure having her in my home to complete this installation.

Vivint installed my new home alarm, the servicemen were great, they installed my system really fast as I am very satisfied with the products. I was a bit apprehensive of the pricing but the servicemen thoroughly explained the charges, the terms and the service. I think it’s well worth the cost...

Install and demo were top-notch, the tech was patient with our questions, and thorough in his explanations. The system itself is beautiful and really takes this old home to the next level. Will recommend to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience connecting my Vivint system. They were on time, friendly and all questions that I had were answered thoroughly. I am entirely new to the Vivint home security system so it was nice to have someone that was willing to take the time to help me set it up around my lifestyle. I will recommend to family and friends!

I just loved the service, this is not a paid review by far. Unfortunately I was duped into a 3rd party contract with ADT & received outdated equipment and was paying a Bill of $70 a month. I was given the opportunity to switch with Vivint replacing all of my outdated equipment with newer stuff of course & my bill would be only $15 more than what I’m paying now. Almost everyone in my neighborhood has Vivint and now I’m happy to be a part of the family.

Our representative was very knowledgeable about alarm systems. She helped guide us through selecting the products we needed and the ones that would enhance our security. We loved the video doorbell and the camera over the garage. The video quality was very impressive. We loved that you could talk through the doorbell and the video camera.

Everything looks and works great. The tech that installed my equipment was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything in detail and went over all equipment and ap functions. I would recommend Vivint to all my friends and family members.

Kevin was excellent. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. He was super helpful with everything. I would use him for everything he treated me like we were family. He’s definitely the best! I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The technician had the answers to all my questions. Right now, as far as I can tell everything is working as it should. In the future if it comes down to it I will recommend them to anyone.

The technician was very friendly & knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know & was knowledgeable in showing me how to use the equipment. I would definitely refer anyone to Vivint for security. I may upgrade to the newer system in the future. I really love the emergency buttons on the panel.

He gave an impressive, inclusive presentation with visuals, videos. As a retired educator, I appreciated his knowledge, patience, and empathetic demeanor.

My sales guy and the guy who installed my security system were really professional, fast, and kind, right after I got approved literally 15 min after that a guy was here ready to install and explained to me how to use my security system and answered all my questions with patience. Love this system.

Can't believe how quick the installation was able to take place. Tech was in and out same day just an hour after making the purchase from the sales rep and did a fantastic job installing the equipment. Everything working seamlessly. I could not be any happier with my purchase. Highly recommended!

The installation crew were extremely professional and courteous! They did a good job and followed health and safety protocols, which we appreciated. Although it was late, they offered to come back another time at our convenience. They worked hard and efficiently to get the job done in a timely fashion. It was a pleasant experience. Five stars for all three of the guys that worked on our system. Overall great experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, the salesman did a good job with not pressuring the customer. Awesome and personable customer service and super quick installation! I was expecting weeks for installation, but they came out the same day for installation. The cameras are so clear and I feel so good knowing I have peace of mind that my home is protected!

Technician, Q, was very good with meeting our needs. He was very patient in explaining process and took into account what our needs were. I felt bad for him because installation took 4 hrs! But he hung in there! Rebecca, rep, was very patient in explaining the program even if it took 2-3 times to ensure understanding.

With society today I would recommend VIVINT home security for personal and property protection. The quality and cost of the service and products is money well spent. So far I am extremely happy with my service. I hope it just continues to get better and I have peace of mind.

Dylan ** was the rep who knocked on our door and actually sold us the Vivint system. He was incredibly friendly and thorough with his explanations of all the products and services offered through Vivint. As soon as we purchased everything he had technicians to our house within 20 minutes to install! Our technician was Gabriel ** and he was very friendly and efficient as well. He brought a couple guys to help and they were in and out very quickly. All in all we are very happy with not only the products we received, but also the team members we interacted with. Also, the price of the system itself is amazing and much better than other companies we have looked at.

Vivint sent us a great technician! He answered all of our questions. He set up system quickly and efficiently. It was obvious he knew what he was doing! He was very patient in his explanations. I am not technically oriented and our technician made certain I was able to manage our new system and handle it confidently. He was one of the best technicians I have had from any company. He had the winning combination of knowledge, professionalism, and cheerful patience. Vivint is fortunate to have him as a technician.

The sales and installation teams were professional and friendly. All questions were answered and the work was completed right away. I upgraded the panel and added several smart home features that I had not previously had. So far all is working well. The installation was not complete until nearly 1 AM, which is my only complaint.

Great service and product works very well so far. Cameras look great and have great coverage. It’s more responsive than our ring system. Very easy to use. Only issues are cheap seeming materials of the lock and thermostat, and lack of color selection for items like the lock during install. We got a gold color lock that doesn’t match anything. So far happy and impressed.

We were pleased with the great customer service today! Darryl and his partner did exactly what we needed. Very professional in service. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Now with 4k quality makes also a huge difference. We pick up a total of 7 cameras and sensors. Now we have a great peace of mind leaving and using our application to activate and disactivate alarm.

I was skeptical about it and in the end I decided to go for it. It’s been amazing to see what happens when you are not home. I would really recommend this to everyone. I thought I would have to sell a kidney to afford this but it’s literally not expensive.

It took 4 hours to install our alarm because they said the rep on the phone did not run a "hard" credit on me during my application hence Juan the technician had to get the run around transferred from 1 dept to another to verify that I qualified for financing. The customer service lines are terrible, you get 1 phone rep only to be transferred to another one who is still unable to resolve the issue at hand. Vivint needs to consolidate your phone lines to a single person who is efficient, and reliable. We were transferred numerous times and I'm just glad Juan the technician was patient enough to stay that long just to install the alarm. I will Definitely not recommend Vivint to anybody due to the terrible run around/customer service on the phone. It is not consumer friendly, imagine wasting half a day on phone calls! It is a very inefficient system your phone customer service. That will be vivint's downfall

Tech is top of the line. On time, polite, down to earth, clean and respectful. The best ...I would give him 20 stars if I could. He came and politely waited in the car until it was time. He knows the system equipment and software and really has people skills. Thank you!

The service we received from start to finish was phenomenal. From placing our order onto the time of the installation being complete was approximately four hours. Everything was explained to us and easy to use Terminology and set up completely by the professionals. Shout out to Jared for a job well done. Our salesman did an accurate and down to the last point. He let us ask questions as he went along. If we didn't understand something he would explain it to where we understood it. When he left he left us with no question. He did a great job.

The tech guys were both very informative & helpful. They showed both my husband and myself how the system works & how to use said system. They also send a digital card with additional contact information. They even explained how to connect the system to the internet once that's installed.

We had thought of buying home security for years. But figured it was too expensive. The representative was very likeable and did not pressure me at all. He explained what they had to offer and I picked what I wanted. He explained that my payment would never go up and after the equipment was paid for the payment actually went down, because you were then paying for the monitoring. The installer was here within 20 minutes and did not leave until everything was perfect. When he was ready to leave he made sure everything was back to the way it was when he arrived. I have it for less than 24 hours, but I am very pleased so far.

Richard was so thorough and really set me up extremely well. Richard came at 8 AM and was very prompt. The only slight complaint I had was that the sound of the drill was so loud. But other than that, everything was perfect!

The technician is good, the whole activation process is smooth, the product is perfect, I'll definitely recommend to my friends whoever need it, it will be better if we can add door lock by ourselves, because the Kwikset doorlock they're using are far less expensive than they're charging if I Purchase from the market.

I Wasn’t very happy with our installer. He installed cable in middle of walls and when asked to move a camera angle he was very annoyed. When we asked to move cable he said it’s fine just paint over it.

My installer Phil treated my home as if it was his own. He gave great suggestions regarding equipment, made sure I knew how to work the equipment properly, and was very courteous and respectful. The service so far is above average, would definitely recommend.

I like the system. Great technician, fast, efficient and friendly, he was very nice, answered all of my questions, taught me how to use the Vivint app and made sure I was happy with the position of the panel and sensors.

Yes service is great. My mom has it on her home and Sister have recommended to several other friends. Don't know where to register code for person to get 50 dollars if direction was clearly. The installer was great guy. He did a great job.

I appreciated the whole process from Vivint. My experience with sales, the installer and customer service on the phone have been very good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable home security system that uses very good hardware and cameras and so forth. Others are cheaper perhaps but quality goes a long way.

Overall it was a great experience! We did have some issues at the beginning but we were able to overcome those and the installer Markus was great! He was very patient and stayed to correct the issues then professionally installed my system! We look forward to feeling secure with our new smart home security system!!

Mr ** was very nice. He took time to explain everything he was doing. Afterwards he explained how to use everything, how to monitor and arm and how our cameras work and when an alarm went off what to do. He was great. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would.

Completely pleased with installation process. The technician explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable about system. I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and neighbors based on my experience. System is easy to use and the images for cameras are surprisingly crystal clear. Solid security purchase.

Bill was very Helpful, efficient and quick. He gave me the information to have a successful experience with my alarm. Bill gave me a full detail of my alarm and what can be done on the keypad versus my app on my phone. I for sure will be letting my family know about the system that was just installed.

It was installed yesterday so we have only used it a day. I am sure we will love it. Our installer, Chandler, was so great. He showed us everything and explained it all. When we have Someone ask about our doorbell, we will for sure tell them to ask for him.

The experience was good. The installation went well. Just having problems logging into the app. The tech is coming out to see what the problem is and help me log. They are very good about helping with the situation and the rep who sold the alarm system she explained everything good so could understand the system.

The sales rep and the tech were amazing. The quality is top notch. They explained everything in great detail and the pricing is the best in town. I didn’t know what to expect at first but I ordered the service and it was installed the same day.

Was lied to by salesman. He told me I’d get a garage controller; installer said it wouldn’t work. Did not know til after install. It took 8 hrs to install. He called a helper, left the place a mess. I’m cleaning it up now. Outside camera can’t hear out of. I would like a pro to come make sure it is properly equipped.

They all were friendly and very professional and they made sure everything was working like it should before leaving even cleaning up the mess. Yes I would recommend it to a friend or family member. They even went over everything to make sure you fully understand it.

I can’t yet speak to the services because I just had my system installed yesterday but the sales person and techs were friendly and efficient. I was not expecting the system to be installed the same day but the tech showed up as soon as I had provided all my information.

Been using Vivint for 2years now and we are very satisfied with the service. Fast response and very accurate alarms. We love Vivint, 13 window sensor and 3 door sensor, fire alarm and 2 outdoor and indoor camera and the system for only $80. And easy to operate.

It was 9:15 PM Saturday, Sam was still out knocking. I had been thinking about Vivint after seeing the undercover boss, and Sam’s commitment to stopping and saying hi was all I needed. Great experience and I will recommend anyone to Vivint! Sam especially.

The technician who installed service was wonderful! Otherwise, the customer care is extremely poor, no one showed up or called to cancel for first appointment, spent approximately one hour, spoken with three agents which none of them could help me. I received a call from Tabitha, very nonchalant and provided little help.

Both representatives I spoke to were polite, friendly and patient while trying to troubleshoot my issues. While I still needed to have a technician come out to my home they tried to troubleshoot all angles before sending someone out.

All went well. The equipment was functional. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was well explained and demonstrated. The technician was on time and followed directions well. All the paperwork was signed and explained. That's all I have to say.

Onshore customer service team is great; however, Vivint has a bad habit of not doing ALL of the work and then wanting to charge you more to come out and fix or "upgrade" what you already paid for. The technicians are usually really nice...messy, but really nice. I only had one that made me uncomfortable. I have had no issues with my service in terms of alarms going off prematurely and the response team is great when an alarm does go off.

Paul ** was awesome. Alarm rep. made the whole buying process easily and was very informative and was polite and listen to our needs. Nick the install tech was great and very knowledgeable and helpful!! Thanks for y’alls help today.
