Ryan the installer did a great job, and was very helpful with his instructions on how to use our new system. Draven **, the salesman was very courteous and helpful in explaining the the system to us. We’re very excited to join the Vivint family of customers.

I was rescheduled 4 times before I got my install. I was told I would get credit and that didn’t happen. I wish I had more instructions on how to use the app. A pamphlet would’ve been nice. The contractor was a nice guy been could’ve made some better choices of placement.

I was greeted by a very polite, friendly, salesman at my door. He told me about my neighbor’s smart doorbell which I’ve used before, so I was intrigued. Going over all of the options with Justin was a great experience and he wasn’t at all pushy. I ended up going with a whole home security system. While the equipment is quite expensive, after my awesome technician was done with the installation and demo, I’m so happy I’m making the investment. The monthly service charge is very reasonable at just $30, and you get 0% interest on the payments. Two thumbs up!

I was surfing the Internet looking at security cameras when the sales rep rang the doorbell. I got two outside cameras, one inside camera, motion sensing, and smoke alarm. The installation took about 1-1/2 - 2 hours. So far I’m happy with my decision. It was fate...

Hardware is on the expensive side. Tech had trouble hooking up with our existing system so they are to come back next week to finish with his boss. Both sales rep and tech were very helpful and knowledgeable of the product.

He was nice and clear in presenting his product. He made me felt real comfortable, He was knowledgeable and speak very clear I understand what he was discussing. If you did not understand he would explain it again until you got it.

Craig did a wonderful job getting our home system set up. He was on time (we were late!), wore PPE the whole time, got us everything we needed and even let us a thermostat and fire alarm at the last minute. He gave us a great understanding of what our system covers and how to work it. He was polite, professional, and great to work with. Thank you!

Let me see how this works before making any referrals! They were professional! Please make sure this bill doesn’t go up! I Can not afford any extra! I think the price is astronomical! I will let you know how everything turns out. OK didn’t really want the drilling in the garage but it was too late so hopefully he cover that up. I will go out there and look at it momentarily but everything’s fine thus far. I will keep you apprised of everything and let you know how the system works out. Thanks!

Tristan was a great representative very respectful and knowledgeable. I am a little confused on what Fortiva is, I was told the fees would be waived and I would be spending $78 a month but I now have been set up with an account that I have to pay $1800 to and have no idea why. I feel like that wasn’t explained very well. But everything else was great.

The technician, James, was very professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. He ensured he gave his professional advice and the recommendations on the services needed to provide an adequate amount of safety for my family. Furthermore, he was thorough in explaining how to work the system.

Blake ** came during the appointed time. After the sale, Jordan, the technician, immediately placed all devices. He wore a mask and gloves the entire time of the installment. He explained all the monitors to my satisfaction. Two hours of my day for safety in the future. That’s a win!!

We had a great installation from Vivint today. The equipment is fantastic and we are feeling very happy and relieved to be able to ensure better protection and safety for our home and family. We had outdoor cameras and door locks, window and door sensors installed. The panel and ap work seamlessly and are providing the level of security we were in search of. Installer was professional and courteous and did not try to sell us things we weren’t looking for. He was quick and left our home clean when he left. We are happy!

Everything is very nice. Lavaugn was very helpful. He had patience and went through with me how to properly work everything. Very respectable and kind. Explained to me how everything works and corrected what I was told on the phone.

Yes I would recommend a friend. Excellent camera. Excellent technician. The price was right. I had a situation in the beginning and the representative took her time and worked it out. At first I was approved but then there was a miss understanding that said I was not approved. Once the representative looked over the account and patiently heard what’s I had to say she ran my information again and I was approved.

Colby the promotion guy was awesome. Very nice. The installation went smooth and he was very friendly. Walked me through everything. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Was nice and neat and cleaned up after the installation.

I had a deep hate for your company. Anywhere I went and saw a sales rep leave a neighbor's house I would tell them not to go with you guys. You screwed me by not letting me out of the contract since I was moving to a state where you didn’t support. The sales guys approached me yesterday, I quickly brushed them off, told them my story, and they went above and beyond. I feel like it was a win win for both sides and now you got me back. And I’m happy to refer again... unless I get screwed again. Then I’ll really go on an attack. Good job finding my sales rep! He was amazing.

The crew were friendly and knowledgeable..excited to have full security inside and out of my home. Will recommended to friends and family. I can rest at ease knowing my home is secured..and family is protected with Vivint security. Glad to also know my elderly mother is safe with her life alert necklace in case she has an emergency or a fall or not feeling well. Thanks to Vivint security my mind is at ease.

The technician are very knowledgeable and very patient and taking his time to listen to us and he make sure that we understand how to use the equipment. He said that to call if need to updated or put more cameras around the house. We use to have camera inside the house he said is not compatible but we call if we want one in the future. Right now we love our Vivint plus Ryan seems like very smart and very helpful. Thank you.

The Vivint staff were great. They were fun in the process of easy to understand about the system. I love it. Especially the app to use on my phone. To help keep in touch and keep track of everything. Being able to monitor and lock and unlock my door from my cell phone is amazing.

Customer service was great and the install was very quick. The people installing the equipment were very friendly and very helpful when teaching how to use the system. The System is very easy and simple to use. Having the system available on your phone makes it that much more accessible.

We have tried to get home security for several years and could never get approved, Vivint has continuously come back and tried again, well now, we got approved! And our salesman got us the best deal! I’ve not known of a more dedicated and caring company to take that kind of time and care to make sure a family can get the home security that is so badly needed during these times. It's definitely high quality equipment, and they were out to our property within the hour. Although I will say the salesman kinda pressured us into buying without asking if we even wanted it. I was already planning on purchasing but I was asked to sign before I agreed.

Tech was nice, very knowledgeable of the system, explained everything in detail to me, wasn't trying to get me for every dollar. He showed me the best equipment to fit my home. Didnt take long. Very happy with my system so far.

The technician that came to activate the system was very polite and professional. Victor is an employee worth keeping!! I was happy I did not have to get new equipment. He checked all of the sensors, changed the batteries, and set me up with the application.

We were very pleased with Todd the salesman as well as Jay and Brandon the installers. They were prompt and met our needs. Installation took awhile but they kept at it with a smile. No high pressure sale, very easy to work with.

Ryan was great. I saw him doing an install across the street and asked for some information. He provided it and I decided to get a quote. We chose a day for him to come by. The scheduling folks changed our window for him to be here by hours, and it wound up taking away from dinner and family time. No fault of his, but something the company should try harder with. He was very professional and provided me some great advice on how I could adjust my order to get it into my price range. All the equipment is great. The cameras are HD, they even tell me if I have a package rather than some other disturbance. The app and control panel are well done and easy to use. This seems to keeps and bounds better than my last company.

Great service and very cool product. High tech stuff that I can use. In fact I have a co worker that I’m already going to recommend the product to. I especially like the cameras and door locking features. I hope to never really use it, but it is peace of mind.

I like how you get to control what’s going on in and around your home and get notifications in a timely manner. I would recommend a training to staff on terminologies to use. I was told that I could co-sign someone by one representative and informed later by another that it doesn’t happen with Vivint-I was not happy.

Blake ** was super helpful. Dustin was at my house for install as Blake was heading out my door. Your employees are friendly and informative! I feel safer already! So far the system seems user friendly and appreciate that Dustin told me I will accidentally set off the alarm at some point.

I have had for a total of 11 hours. I am still learning how to use my new system. I am excited to have a feel of safety and security. Today my system will be completely installed with the smoke detectors.

Installation went smoothly, technicians were very helpful and informative on best placement options for cameras and sensors. System is easy to use and very convenient. Just got it installed. No hiccups yet, and hope none in the future! Definitely feel better having this system on the house, really love the touch pad and app access to view the cameras!

I have had Vivint for 6 years and it's been an amazing alarm system. I always feel secure leaving my house because I know that the alarm system I always check if the alarm is on. The alarm system has never failed me or my family. The customer service with Vivint is amazing and whenever I call them, it is a smooth process.

Our experience was great all the way from sales to install. The sales was very professional and the install was same day and within the hour. Wonderful experience and will recommend to everyone. The equipment is top of the line and install was quick and done professional.

The installation with Daniel ** went very smoothly once I decided on the installation products. He is very informed on all the products and very professional. With regards to any complaints I would have, it would be that I was NOT told that the installation would/could take place the day the tech was arriving. Also didn't like that I had to make a cc payment when I spoke with Dustin at my first contact in order to "book" the tech. Other than that, I'm all installed and looking forward to feeling secure in my home.

Very nice technicians and very efficient and I really like that they pick up after themselves. The only thing is that it does take over two hours to complete but everything else was just fine. And the technician was very knowledgeable.

The guys installing our devices were extremely friendly and nice. They ensured to show us exactly how it worked and were very patient with the three little ones we had running around the house. They stuck around while we tested the cameras and installed the app on our phone and walked us through how to use the app.

I’ve only recently gotten Vivint and I already love it! It makes checking on everyone in my household so much easier too. I feel safer and more secure with my cameras and the option to lock and unlock doors from my phone.

All I want is to set up the internet! Not secure! I don’t want it anymore. That’s not I want. I only want to set up WiFi internet for playing the games or browsing the website, not securing my home safe. The technician is great, but the device is not my wish. I don’t want it anymore! Earlier on 5/6/2020 an initial guy showed up to complete the installation. He was inconsiderate of my home rude and arrogant. He was asked to leave. Later on Andrew was sent. He was very knowledgeable, Respectful and extremely professional... He represented Vivint well. He should be responsible for customer service and training for the technicians going into people's home! Thanks Andrew!

The installer was amazing and did a great job. I felt a bit bad for him because he had to tell me most of the information. The person who sent him out left out quite a few details. Tim was very good from setting up account. And getting the monthly price going through all the financing Tim took care of it all took care of his mess and explained the screen and showed me how to use it and explained that there's more security we could and thanks.

Every since I've had this, it's been nothing but problems. I absolutely hate Vivint....Door bell went months without working and camera always go slow. A waste of money!! Even when I called customer service, he had me to repeat the same steps and I end up fixing the plug myself.

The guy installing the equipment was very professional and courteous. He walked us through everything from the setup including setting codes and how to talk through the microphone in the app. Would define or hire him again if we needed help.

We just purchased a house that had a Vivint system already installed in it and we decided to go ahead and take over the system and continue services. The tech they sent out to help get it set up for us was excellent! He was efficient and made sure everything was working then walked us through how to use the system. The technician who came to install the security system was great and worked hard to get us the very best. But while the technician was there we experienced a ton of problems with the set up due to the new online system. It had nothing to do with the technician but everything to do with the online system. I had to re-enter my card information 4 times because the system would not take it and we had to resign the agreement 3 times because the system continued to discard the information. What should have taken 1-2 hours took about 3 1/2 hours.

I was pleased with both the sale and installation of my new security system. The informed delivery of the Vivint advantages encompassed several options to secure our home. After selection of these options, within minutes the installation was in progress. They were very thorough with locations of the cameras and doors to be covered by the system. We were advised when changes needed to occur and then briefed on the operation of the service. Kudos to all.

My experience with my Vivint home security has been wonderful so far. The technician was very well prepared and knowledgeable about the services and what he was doing. Since the installation I have not had any problems. My kids are able to work the panel as well.

BUYER BEWARE!! If I could I would give this company a negative 5 stars. The service and products are so bad. We stupidly purchased a Vivint security system for our 4000 square foot building including four cameras, a door bell camera, glass breaks, door sensors, motion sensors, heat and smoke sensors, etc, to the tune of $4,425.00. We wanted to like the system, we wanted it to function with the ease and high level of performance that we were promised by our salesperson but after 6 months of nothing but problems, all elements of the system constantly going offline, hours upon hours of talking to tech support, 6 visits by techs to see if they could fix the issues we finally had the system removed by Vivint on March 3rd 2020.

Rafael was amazing! He was on time and room his his time to explain everything to me. He took his time installing all the equipment and made sure to clean up after himself. After installing and setting everything up he went through the whole system and made I understood everything.

Great service from beginning to installation. The young man who set us up on Friday was having online issues. He never lost his composure and maintained a professional attitude the entire time. He ended up calling us 4 different times.

At no fault with the respectful and knowledgeable technician's, the set up did take a long time. The download procedure was long. My pkg included the garage door hardware only to discover that it wasn't compatible. My salesperson Clint said he would look into getting me a compatible one. I like the product. Just the installation part did not go well, I had an extra hole drilled inside and outside of the house that I have to fix repaint. The door lock was not put in all the way correctly so have to fix it, so the door is securely close with no light coming in.

Trevor was very knowledgeable about the services and very friendly. Ammon was very thorough while installing our system and answered all of our questions while showing us how to use it. We are happy to have this system installed and are adjusting to having it in our home.

Every interaction we had with the Vivant team was a great one. Parker was very kind and informative without being the typical pushy or aggressive salesman. We met his team lead as well, John, who you could really tell knew this business inside and out and was passionate about it. The technicians were extremely courteous and did their work perfectly. They even stayed late to fix an issue with our order summary. It only took 4 hours from the time Parker knocked on our door until the whole system was up and running! AMAZING!

The two technicians were prompt, courteous and very helpful from beginning to end. We added another camera that was not ordered initially and extra window sensors. They were very patient and very nice while we decided exactly what we needed.

Installer was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Only thing I would change is that he did not have a mask on. If you have employees going into someone’s home, I would think that would be standard protocol.

The guy signing me up was nice but told me he would take initial payment out of my husband's card and put my card on file for next payment and that did not happen and the date I needed to pay was the 5th not the 1st and he said he would change it and did not. Those 2 things were important to me.

Alarm install. Tim was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. Tim was thorough and it was nice that he was able to look at our home and make suggestions, that were phenomenal. He stated he's only been at this job for 4 months. You would thinks it's been years.

The installer and main guy were very nice. The only thing I felt blind-sighted by was that the equipment is financed and shows up on your credit report. Other than that, we were pleased with how they presented the equipment and the that they took the time to show us how to use everything.

Ryan who installed and Aaron our account rep did a great job getting us set up, even though our home provided some unique architectural challenges to consider! The equipment is great and quality on cameras is very good. The Vivint folks are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to home security.

The service with Vivint is questionable at best. We probably had four phone calls between me and my wife and probably talked to six or eight people in the course of those calls and now about a week later the system is finally operational. Setting up ADT and installing Ring at our old house was much easier but I’m willing to try this out with no contract for 30 days @$45. On top of the horrible phone system and siloed customer service there was no offer of a discounted doorbell cam when the tech showed (as had been suggested by my acct rep - the 3rd person I talked to). Good luck if you are reading this.

This was our first experience with a smart home security system installation. German was a great Technician! Courteous, and very flexible when we wanted to chance a few items. Listened to our needs and did very good work with all the installation of the equipment. So far so good! Thank you!

Love the service, was difficult trying to get through. Sebastian and Matt were patient with me and I was a bear but they held their cool and that’s what made me stick with the service. However had some issues after trying to get the app and send the invite which lead to me having to have the system software updated and being offline for 24+ hours and I declined because it was such an ordeal getting up and running. So just my box alone I’m happy with it how it is.

Jessy did a great job, was pleasant, thorough but not overbearing. Did work in a timely manner and explained how everything works very well. I especially liked the fact that he was not "pushy" with equipment options. I definitely added more things on the system but felt it was my decision. Great job!
