My installer Elliott was knowledgeable, prompt and polite. Ordering the system I wanted was easy and the installer was prepared when he came on-site. I had a ton of questions that Elliott was able to answer with ease. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for home security and home automation.

Install Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although the alarm system was just installed today it seems very easy to use and has a lot of neat features. You can link it with Alexa and add extra features like telling Alexa to arm your system.

Dave it was very accurate on everything he Did. He walked me through everything every step of the way. Checked everything. Cleaned up after himself. A very polite. Checked my phones. Make sure my apps or everything was running again. He was a great guy. You need more people like that.

This may have been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service installation. Our rep was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure we understood our product and how to use it all. I'm happy we chose Vivint.

Installation. The tech was extremely professional. I received courtesy call the night before and also the morning of...I had a lot going on at the house when he arrived. He walked through step by step process and was very detailed. Would absolutely recommend to others looking for Security.

The whole process from my initial call with the sales associate to the install was a breeze. The system is very user friendly and really like being able to control everything through the app on my smart devices. My home is now safe and am able to save money easily by controlling my thermostat to heat/cool at my discretion. I no longer have to live on a schedule. Very happy with my investment into this system.

The salesmen, Anthony, was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I ended up getting all but 2 projects off my “dream package.” The technology and contracts were explained in great detail. The installation was simple and easy to understand how to use. Alexander was very polite and answered all my questions. He did a awesome job on the install.

Sheldon was Amazing and had so much patience with me since I had horrible signal and a lot of questions. The man that he connected me to for internet service was extremely rude when I told him why I didnt want that internet provider he requested.

This is my second time having a system installed. Just like the previous time, the installation tech was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, there is a clear lack of communication between the internal teams at Vivint. If it wasn't for the tech I would have went with a different company this time around.

Mason came out and installed the equipment in our home. He was very courteous and professional. He installed all equipment and he walked us through the entire setup. The only issue was I didn’t get the extra cameras installed. It was a mixup and it wasn’t on his work order. I was a little disappointed, but I’m not holding Mason responsible. He did his part and for that I give him 4 stars.

Just had my home security system installed. It was quick and easy and seems to work well! I look forward to feeling safe in my own home! They also helped with smoke alarms and CO2 alarms which I didn't even realize they did. I am very thankful for that!

The technician was right on time. Explained the system very understandably. Demonstrated all the functions on the keypad. Andy was very cordial with me and answered all the questions I had. The installation was fast and easy. The program is very user friendly. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because they canceled on us twice with no advanced notice. They did give us a credit to our account, but the cancellation was an inconvenience.

First of all, Stephen the technician was really punctual, helpful and professional. He explained all the services pretty well. Now with all the Vivint's amazing cameras and other devices plus the 24/7 monitoring, you will definitely have a peace of mind.

Getting a home security system is never a small step. You need to be sure the system is actually going to protect your family and assets. Mike from Vivint was very thorough and pleasant. He explained everything well. All cameras and sensors were installed properly. He tested the system several times. He explained what is considered "false alarms". He also showed us how to arm and disarm the alarm; and what to do in the event that someone forces their way in right behind us and demands we disarm the alarm, how we can alert the police, while quelling any suspicion.

Everything was amazing! From the beginning Anthony was very thorough, he explains everything well! The cameras and the wirings were well put, and has a clean finish. When he left we felt very confident that we're able to navigate the system. We will definitely recommend Vivint to everyone I know in the future!!

$25.00 dollars was taken from my debit card without my permission on April 4-2020. I was very upset about that transaction. I request that the $25.00 be put back on my card. I do not want any more transaction made from that card.

From my first phone call to inquire about alarms, to the installation, my experience so far has been terrific. The ease of the app is amazing! I did call almost every single alarm company in my area and really did my homework before I decided on Vivint.

Great customer service, tech explained everything very well and did not leave until we were comfortable working our system. Installation took less than expected. He was very clean and organized, did not leave a mess and walked us step by step of what he was going to install and how.

My tech was finishing up my install and during our final walkthrough I noticed a blind spot. John climbed back up the ladder and adjusted my camera several times to no avail. I was already on a strict budget and unsure of what to do. John had a great idea in the moment that took care of the blind spot and worked with my budget as well! Great experience, great tech!

I had a great experience with the installation and setup. I would recommend this service to everyone looking for home security. No upsell of products. Great information regarding home security and of all products. What I don’t like is that I’m trying to leave a great review but they are not letting me submit it because they have a minimum amount of word count. Get rid of it.

Worked great for a while; but then auto door locks stopped working and was getting a number of errors in the panel, customer support transferred me to 3 different people. Problem still not resolved yet. It was going to be $2,900 to cancel.

I agree 100% with you!! Vivint service sucks! They are so wonderful before signing up.. but one technician leaves, "Ohhh you are in for a horrible experience!!!" I disputed account with my credit card company and I am hoping I will get a refund. I paid equipment in full $1500 but it is the cheapest equipment and doesn't work. I reached out to them to get them to come fix equipment and they said all I needed was an update etc... Long story short, to me they didn't fix any of the issues so I contacted my credit card company and disputed charge, now I am trying to return equipment but Vivint says it's mine to keep and refuse to give return address.

Our tech showed up on time! He walked us through everything before starting, kept us updated along the way and did an amazing job! We are very pleased with everything! He cleaned up during the process along the way. Highly recommended!

I have downloaded the manual and am going thru it. I am trying to find how to clear the list of camera notifications in my phone. Your rep Brandon was polite and on time. I will send more after I read the manual. Am going to ask my neighbor Jerome ** some questions. He talked us into getting the system. It would be nice if we could get another alarm to go off at the other end of the house. Yours is not very loud.

The technician was excellent in everything that he did. I understood all the things he explained to me and above all he was kind and understanding. It would have taken a lot longer to install the equipment because the person who input my information on the phone yesterday misspelled my name. In these times we live in, I was hesitant about sitting through a presentation re a home security plan felt I didn’t need, I also dreaded hearing how much the plan cost. However, after sitting with the technician and hearing all of the functions, services and “ownership” eventually of the equipment, I changed my mind. Dear to me, is the fact that I am protecting my family. I look forward to becoming proficient in the understanding and operation of the plan and equipment that in the long run, there is no regrets on my part.

The installation was fast and easy and the installer was friendly and explained everything easily. The installer made the process very enjoyable and my wife was happy with the results. The technician arrived on time to the scheduled appointment. Even though I arrived late, the technician was kind & understanding. He explained everything thoroughly. He checked all of the sensors to make sure that they were all working properly with no malfunctions. He also showed how to use the system. There is nothing negative to say about today’s experience.

I’m very satisfied with system. However I’m having a difficult time with my previous security company regarding cancellation. As my contract expires May of 2021. I wanted to wait until my contract was over but the salesman said I would be reimbursed.

Upgrade problem was fixed by my 10am appt. today. I was told that 2 accts existed and one of them needed to be deleted before the system could be fixed. Thank God he knew what he was doing. Thank you very much.

The Vivint service is great. But the contracted tech that was out here set the 2 cameras where it was easier for him. And also made a hole In our ceiling to our garage and placed the power for cameras on the ceiling. Very unacceptable and I am very unhappy with the work performed.

The technician Chris ** that came out for my service was great! He was professional, friendly and very informative/knowledgeable about the system. He showed me step by step on how to use the system. On top of that, I was impressed with how conscious he was with peoples feelings regarding covid19. He hand sanitized and asked me I wanted him to take off his shoes. He said he smelled that I just bleached the house and didn’t know how I felt about wearing shoes in the house. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely recommend this to my friends!

The technician was very kind, diligent, and made sure I understood the system. He walked me through the whole process. He took me through each step on the system and because my bay windows open from the inside he helped me understand why the sensor would not work on that window. So he placed a sensor on my kitchen window.

Told I get a 2 week free trial, but the day cameras got installed my card got hit for 3 charges totaling $142. That's not a free trial! Also hit my credit with a hard inquiry, because they call it a loan, instead of calling it a monitoring fee.

I live in a rural area with limited bandwidth and asked during Vivint installation if the cameras (3) were going to cause any disruptions on wifi. I was told no. My spouse is currently deployed and I travel for work, so we were not home to test the system. When I did arrive home just over their 30 day downgrade policy, I noticed I was unable to get on my wifi. I called my internet provider and took their first available appointment. They came out,tested the system and said the cameras were the issue.
