Adam and Andrew (as well as Colton on the 1st visit) were impressive representatives of Vivint. Adam is a consummate young professional. He leaves a great impression on Vivint’s behalf. Same to be said for Andrew. Both young men were friendly, cordial, and very knowledgeable.

Very Good experience. The representative and the technician were awesome. They explained everything so I can get an understanding. My experience with the company with good and I would recommend them. Very reasonable pricing. Made it affordable and convenient to make the payments and I love that the equipment is yours when it's all done.

Very happy with the equipment and service. Technicians was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with yawing the system and app. Installation was done with ease and cameras were put into place per my request/locations. I would recommend vivint to my friends and family members.

These guys were amazing. The sales guy was here and calls installer. Within 10 minutes he was here. Then 10 minutes the Inspector was here. All were patient with explaining system to me. I'm not tech savvy but they were helpful and taught my grandson the system also. Wonderful crew. Thank you.

I like this company. The rep Chance that came to my home was very nice as well as the manager who came. Trent and the the tech who installed everything was great. He was very knowledgeable and ans all my questions.

Sandman ** was great and did a really good job in getting us the right products for our home. The installer was pretty efficient besides tripping a breaker and we couldn't figure out what happened until a couple hours later. We also had to replace the doorbell and wall panel because they would not work with the deter setting which increased the install time by about 2 hrs. Lastly, only issue I had was that we weren't told that we were going to pay for the service starting on install day. I was told we had a trial period of 1 week. Then a month from there we would be charged the monthly equipment fee and the service fee. It wasn't a huge deal but wasn't expected. Overall, a really good experience! I'd recommend to others!

The technicians did an outstanding job. They were very professional, worked fast, and did an amazing job. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding operating and using the system. They did not leave until I knew how to use everything.

The Company have a great team of employees. Very professional and polite. Trent went over step by step of the information about the package. What ready sold me was the CEO, he seem like a legit caring person. He was generous to employee in his time of need, I understand the cost of cancer treatment. The young man that came to speak with me was very patient and kind. He took time to explain everything to me. Allowed me time to ask questions without any pressure. The tech was very kind and respectful. He told us everything he was doing. Asking permission to place everything on the walls before doing it. He even cleaned up his mess before leaving. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. It really makes a difference when you feel like the person that is explaining everything in detail really cares about his product in which he is selling.

Brady was a great installer. He was professional, timely and very pleasant to work with. He explained everything to me and took time to make sure I knew how to use the new system. We're excited about our new security system!

We are very happy with our Vivint Smart Home security system. Bryan O., who sold us our system, and Nick, who installed our system, both did a GREAT JOB! We had a question about our system the day Nick installed it. We called him that day, and he answered our question. Bryan came back on the day to see if we had any questions. We were encouraged to text him with any concerns we might have.

A good experience with installation. Ron was great, really efficient and explained everything, set up was great and couldn’t have asked for more from him. The initial sales person did miss telling us certain information regarding you will be enrolled in a citizens loan for the purchase of equipment and that the bill will be split in 2 each month.

I called them after another company couldn’t keep a connection several times, I was wanting something fast due to not feeling safe and no defenses. We finalized a price and although a bit steep and not including the outside cameras it was some security and I could add on later the extra cameras, when he told me it would be next week I said, "Oh no I’m sorry (that’s at least four or five days ). I will search more for a quicker solution". He then asked me to hold to ask his supervisor about overnighting to me which would’ve put my security here Friday or Saturday.

Quick installation. Technician arrived on time. He was very polite & patient, very professional too when he heard my current company bad-mouthing the change/cancellation. He didn't take up a lot of time from my busy schedule. I sure hope Vivint lives up to my expectations as I was with my previous company over 14 years!

Nice system and service worth the price. Easy to use. Installation was quick and easy, non-intrusive. My technicians were knowledgeable. Helped me determine equipment placement to meet my needs. They trained and answered all my questions. Great customer service. Did a great job.

Sales representatives Marcus was amazing in explaining all the equipment and services, thank you very much. So excited to get my system and really put it to the test. If you ever come in contact with the Vivint team I highly recommend them.

They had to reschedule the appointment and the next day they were late showing up but gave us the first month free for the inconvenience. After they arrived they were apologetic and very professional on the install. Very Courteous and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend them.

Vivint install. Great. Young tech did great job. Made sure I understood how Vivint works and all options I have to system. Showed up on time. Cleaned up work area after he finished. So I am happy with the system so far. Hope to be happy in the future.

Our Technician Matt ** was excellent, very patient and informative. Answered all our questions. Initially, I was going to go with CPI, I am so glad CPI gave me the runaround and I ended up with Vivint! I would recommend Vivint to my friends and family.

The sales person was programed it seemed that all he wanted was to sell a contract. I must had told him 10 times that I'm on a fixed income Social Security. I could only spare $25.00 per Month. 25.00 that means I can not pay more than $ 25.00. I figured that the sales person had a special discount he was going to give me because I am old. After the installer was completed. (He did a Fantastic job, also vacuumed up). When I went to sign the charges were 69.00 for equipment and Over $38.00 Every month. Sorry. I have to Cancel because I cannot afford more than 25.00 per month. Ever.

Very professional and friendly people, I would recommend them, today is my first day using it so I can not tell much about it but so far I’m liking it, the resolution of the camera is very nice and so is the sound, I can hear very clearly what’s going on outside!

It was an Easy installation, Very polite serviceman, he explained services completely. Demonstrated all details of the new service. Installed the garage door opener which is wonderful. Sign in front, cameras up with great resolution. The Doors work, the window glass breaking is working.

The installers were friendly and knowledgeable and very respectful. Extremely patient with all my kids running back and forth where they were trying to work. They also cleaned up any wood dust mess that was made. Were great at explaining how to use every aspect of my smart hub. Great job guys thank you!???

The person who demonstrated the product and explained everything was very helpful. He was able to sell the product to me in 15 minutes. The price was within my budget and the technician was at my home within 1 hour to install. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a good alarm system with cameras.

Was very polite. Well informed on everything we questioned him about. Was very helpful overall. Showed us everything we needed to know about the system since we were taking over a previous system left by other homeowners. The only thing we wish he had for us to receive was batteries for the equipment but we understand!

Our salesman Christopher ** explained everything very thorough. He was kind and understanding towards our wants and needs. Triden our technician came to install our system an hr after we made the commitment. We were very pleased with his work. We got a great deal and are happy with our equipment. The wall panel is easy to use and we love getting notifications sent directly to our cell phones. Everything was great in the beginning. Love the equipment, loved the sales rep that came to our house. I even had to call customer service and that went well. But, the next day, my husband found shoe prints on the hold of our very expressive car. Two techs came out but one of them used my husband's car to walk on while installing the garage system! Who does something like that and we asked both techs multiple times, "Do we need to move our vehicle?" And both said no. I'm extremely pissed!!!! To top it all off, the one tech had some type of issue with women and would only communicate with my husband.

I had a great experience with Vivint from the sale person to the same day installation. I have only had the system for one day but I’m pleased with the package and would recommend Vivint to other people. The staff was great and showed me how to work the system and the sale person called me to make sure the installation went smoothly.

Salesman was knowledgeable and explained everything that we had questions about. He didn’t use high pressure tactics. The installer explained to us after each piece of equipment was installed as well as how to use the system. I will refer them both in the future.

Nice Representative named Troy stopped by to offer this fantastic product that I was at first very skeptical about but, Troy was very helpful and friendly and he explained all the great perks about having this security system. My wife wasn't sure about getting the system but, now she loves it just as much as I do. Great system. Nice friendly Representative.

Both the salesman and technician were very nice. They explained everything simply. The only negative comment I have was the time. They came at 6pm, I thought it would be a quick in and out. Not so, they were in our home for 4 hours, meanwhile I’m trying to feed my family and get kids to bed. They pressured us to have the tech put the equipment in right then and there because he was “just around the corner”. It was a bit annoying and inconvenient. But I do like the product and services, a huge upgrade from what we had before.

My experiences was great. I like the features I chose. All this is new to me but me and my family would be safe and my home and the people were very friendly and helpful from beginning to the end. Thank you very much.

Andrea was very friendly! I was told install would take 45min to hour but it was more like 3.5 hours. No exaggeration. Installer was friendly and polite but did leave a mess of nails and staples. I have a new puppy who puts everything in his mouth. Bernetta

Professional, thorough and quick. I am very pleased. Abraham and Joe did a wonderful job. Product appears to be top of the line. My only complaint is the boxes being left but I understand it’s because of the customer’s option to cancel and rebox.

I was iffy at first, didn't want to waste any more money but when they told me I could save money down the road I was hooked. So I decided to give them a try and once I tried the cameras and I was shown everything they could do to keep my family safe I was glad I switched.

Vivint installation was done very professionally and with great care. Agent wore mask for safety. We were very pleased all around. We really liked the care he took to be sure we understood everything before he left. He was very prompt and polite. He made sure we understood how to work our panel and phone.

Workers were on time, respectful and patient in explaining how everything works. The sales rep worked with me on the cost, and length of time for my trying out the system. The installation did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big problem.

Great experience signing up for my alarm system as well as the installation. Both guys who I dealt with were friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and explained things with great knowledge. I would definitely recommend Vivint to any friends or family who are looking for an alarm system.

Just had a new system installed. The new system is a major upgrade from my previous one. The install was quick install and directions on how to use it are simple to follow. Looking forward to using it on a daily basis.

Good price. Did not give it 5 stars because the tech did not install the fire alarm that was part of the order. Also we ask for the install price to be included in monthly payment and it was billed also.

Equipment was set up on Saturday 5/16/20. We are dissatisfied with the cameras and had many issues with equipment, We contacted salesman within 24 hours we wanted equipment picked up!!! I sent email cancellation notice directly to Vivint Monday 5/18/20, We want everything picked up ASAP!!!

Our representative was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. While we were looking for a system, he definitely made the sale. I really found it unusual that the technician did not clean up his mess. Left all boxes that he took the product out of on table. I felt he rushed through instructions even though we have had a system years ago. The salesman asked us for a password when selling the product so we gave home the password if Vivint would call to verify our identity so we gave it to him. When tech was here I had to leave so he asked my husband for a password also. He did not know this was the same password he was asking for so we gave him a different one not realizing that’s what he wanted. One or the other should ask not both.

I had an excellent experience with Vivint. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. We feel so safe and secure now. Our technician was amazing and did the job in a quick fashion. He was very friendly too.

Everything was fine, only now the price for what I want has gone higher, and paying for something you don't want is not okay. They gave me a price, but now it would be more if they measured what they promised me.

My tech was working till almost midnight and was not too happy with that. Well I appreciated his dedication that was way too late for myself and my family. He was very sorry for having to be here that late in order to get the equipment installed and I was even going to ask him to come back the next day but allowed him to finish.

Exceptional customer service! Our sales representative and technician were both very knowledgeable and helpful. My friend has said good things about her system. So I had no hesitations! After being disappointed with a Cox home security for years. I was actually excited when a Vivint sales rep knocked on my door.

KC was professional. He wore a mask and gloves as a matter of protection in this current pandemic situation. He took his time to answer all my questions in a detailed polite manner. He added on smoke detection at no added costs when I told him that our present ADT system could pick up our smoke alarms and alert us.

Very nice, very helpful, knew what they were talking about, got what we need and what we wanted, had fun with them. They were like part of the family and was very happy with everything they did and got done.

I would give it 5 stars but the home office or whoever set up the install messed up paperwork/information and when we ran the credit for the payment plan/financing, it kept saying declined yet I got emails for the terms/etc. Apparently it was being run under my wife’s name and my SSN/DOB etc. This caused a delay with the install for 2 hours because the tech kept having to call and the customer service said it was fixed but it never was. The tech was beyond patient and made sure we were taken care of in every sense. Highly recommend him for any install.

It is my first time that we put this type of security in our house but stop everything is very good. The people are very nice and they explained very well. We hope that we have more security that when we leave the house everything is assured. Thanks Vivint Smarthome for everything his work.

Home security system with video and cell phone app to view anywhere. Can close garage or open it with your phone good for when the clicker is not working properly and will tell you status of house when you are away.

Your technician was very polite. He arrived early, explained the necessity of completing the paperwork and then the installation. He worked quickly and thoroughly explained the differences between my old system and the Vivint system, and provided a thorough training on Vivint.

Felt better when I said I would be able to get a backdoor camera. The security I feel just from that alone was awesome. Protection from someone breaking windows to enter my home was an added bonus. Lifting the window is one thing so sensors will know if it open. One thing I was missing was the breaking glass feature. Thanks Vivint.

What a great experience! So glad Tyson ** showed up. We were about to order some off-brand junk when he showed up. Got a great system at a wonderful price. He fully explained the whole system and was very knowledgeable of what we wanted. Definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

Mike was our sales rep. He was awesome, he was very informative and was able to put us at ease when it came to buying the system. Our tech woman (wish I remembered her name) she was wonderful along with her colleagues. She was very informative and was able to teach us everything in no time. Even though it's our first night, I would highly recommend, even if just for their customer service.

At first my wife and I were kind of skeptical since we already had an alarm/ security system but as we saw the videos and the FACT THAT the cameras are equipped with sound deterrent system we were in awe. Was misled and felt very pressured to commit to system which I cannot afford. I am a senior (72) on a fixed income of social security and cannot afford this luxury. Want to cancel all. Also a 45 minute installation took 4 hours with instructions given at a very late hour.

He was fast, friendly, nice, and knew what he was doing. VIVINT makes me feel safer when I am home alone while my husband is away for work. I like that I can watch my child while she is outside playing while I'm inside. I can see when my packages come in.

My service guy was professional and very informative. He made sure I understood my Vivint security system. I am in love with the cameras. I don't have a response right away if someone walking around the camera. Beside that, everything is great. I recommend this company to my friends at work to try it. Hopefully, they will be a great safety devices for my house.

Overall my experience with Vivint thus far has been great. From the moment my sales guy Gregory came to my door step until the finishing of my setup from Warren. Both were very professional and delivered great customer service. Thank you for a great beginning to my relationship with Vivint! ☺️

Kevin not only did a great job with the installation; He put extra mile to explain in detail the use of all the equipment. All the devices were installed, me and my wife were so pleased with the job that he did.

Jake was great at explaining exactly what the product was and how it was installed. We received a great deal and have one month to try it out to make sure we are actually using it. The installation tech, Derek, was easy to work with and patient to explain how everything worked - sometimes twice because of our limited technical abilities.

The installer was very courteous and thorough. He did his job very precise and he was very clean. Overall it was one of the best experiences I had with someone like this. After the install, he took his time and showed us how to work the system.

I had to call too many times (+50) to get the door camera back online. They charge way too much for the service. 3 year service contract is too long, they increase the monthly payment on four different occasions and once you cancel the service, they charge you another 30 days in which, I was not informed about until, I received my credit card statement.

The installers were on time as scheduled. Polite, efficient, and informative. They explained everything very well and left behind no debris. Everyone I have came in contact with has been very polite and courteous. I would recommend Vivint to anyone!

Chris ** was the technician who install my home security system. He did a great job and was very professional. The job was done well and even if a problem arised he came up with a solution and everything went well.

We are very happy with our security system install. We had several technical issues that were a bit annoying during install (not our techs fault, they were great) but overall still pleased. When sales technician Antonio ** came to our area and talked to my neighbor and I, I was a little reluctant about making a big decision is that. My wife and I had discussed upgrading our system. Also Antonio talk with me the advantages going with Vivint as I was a little disgruntled with my current provider. Xavier and Triden were the installers and they did a great job every step of the way. It will be a little time for me to learn the system, but with our neighborhood, it's best to expect the unexpected.

Although the install process was lengthy (we have an old home) the final product is amazing. From the doorbell camera to all of the different customizable features on the app, I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. The interface is very user friendly and easy to pick up.

Had great and friendly service when setting up the control panel. Customer service line was simple and easy to call and quick to help out. The gentleman who came out to help was polite and asked my preference on wearing a mask and gloves before entering my home, that was greatly appreciated. He was quick to set up and walked me through everything and answered all of my questions.

Sales guy gave me a piece of paper with a bunch of prices crossed off and turns out they all don't go away. Install guy was terrible. Couldn't troubleshoot system. Didn't get installed in a timely manner. I missed dinner cause of him. Cancelled the next day.

Everything was going fine. They ask to have my credit unlocked and it would be soft inquiry. I agreed. Turns out it's a hard inquiry by the bank that determines approval. This was a very misleading interaction. If they were honest about the whole process. I would keep my product. But for me one misleading problem results in my trust. If I was told that it would've been a hard inquiry I wouldn't have wasted mine or the rep's time. I stopped him, by the way, as he was on his way elsewhere. That's what annoying. What's more annoying is everything is installed and I want it out my house. You guys need to have your reps be more honest about their sales. I was in sales before and this is wrong. I can write more about the situation but what's the point.

Robert explained every detail, step by step. He was able to answer all questions, as well as add another smoke detector to my account. I'm very pleased with the customer service as well as the equipment. I would definitely recommend this company.

The sales representative and installation technician were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this service to others as they buy out your previous plan and can install the same day. Window sensors, AC control, a doorbell camera, and fire protection were all included in my new system for less than $20 more than my previous plan (which included none of those things!).

Was a fairly quick process, all in all from salesman to complete installation took less than four hours which is impressive. Four stars because we were told there is a week trial period before billing, however, I was billed $27 the same day. Other than that, this was a good experience.
