Both of the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful to me. They explained the product very well. The salesman stayed in touch with me even after he left to answer questions. The technician was excellent in explaining the system also.

Yes I would recommend and I will, to my Aunt who is 81. The presentation was excellent, the presenter was very friendly, not pushy. The installation went very well and he was also friendly and very personable. Loved him like a grandson. No complaints.

We switched from ADT to Vivint and the transition was very smooth and painless. Had everything installed and running within a few hours from them knocking on our door. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for home security and smart home capabilities.

TL;DR - Very friendly and personable team made the purchase, installation, and setup of our new Vivint system easy and comprehensive. The sales representative was very friendly and delivered the information about the system in an informative, concise, and direct manner that was very welcome without trying hard to oversell. His genuine nature and honest answers about some of my and my wife’s questions and concerns put us at ease throughout the process of creating our security/automation package.

Sales process was great, friendly and not pushy. Install went fast, and installer demonstrated the product so me and my wife completely understood all features. I am glad I switched from ADT. I will recommend Vivint to a friend.

Yes he did a great job explaining everything to me and I'm going to enjoy the new system. It's real neat. I could see whoever coming on the porch in my yard and I'm not scared anymore. And yes I would recommend the system to more than one friend.

My experience was very nice!! Since all the dust is settled, this is not such a great deal. We were told the equipment was valued at $3400. $95/101.00 for 60 months is far more than $3400. I don't like that this is really a bank loan. Austin & Sean were great!!! A total pleasure meeting them.

They both did a great job. Explained how to use the system. They made sure I understood how everything works and answered all my questions. They left everything neat and tidy. Made sure that everything worked, before they left. All things were done in a timely manner.

Our technician Michael that installed a full system with 5 cameras and the ring doorbell, was super nice, gave us so much information, and made us feel like we made the right decision. He was very patient, and was able to explain in detail how everything works. He made sure we picked the right locations for the cameras for our security, and even he helped us capture our escaped pet hamster.

The installer did a excellent job, he took care making sure everything worked. He took time to explain how to use the system. I think I will be able to use it without problems. Will be able to to tell if can explain to my family.

The installer that was here at my house was the best. He deserve a raise. I would recommend my family to Vivint. He was very informative. Anytime he done something he explain it. He also clean up after himself. I really am happy with my service at Vivint already.

I had such a great experience with Michael who installed my home security system today. He was beyond respectful, helpful, and extremely proficient. He made my whole experience more enjoyable and easy to understand. When I was talking on the phone with Joey he was also very helpful. I love it! Salesman and technician was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything was done on the spot as far as credit check, making the payment, installation, etc. I would recommend this system to anyone, and you can have everything connected to your cell phone.

Salesman region manager, experience went very well, insulation went very well, I just need a certificate of alarm system insulation, for my home insurance so I can get my discount from my insurance co., once I get that, everything will be fine, maybe it should have been giving out after insulation.

Install tech was great. He was on time and efficient. He answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Everything works great and he even went the extra mile to replace batteries in our system that were low.

The salesperson Kate was very energetic but professional while telling us what is available. She was not pushy on convincing us to get the system. The technicians were professional in checking where we wanted everything placed. They made sure everything worked before leaving.

Install 2 hours late getting to house. 2 hour job took 4. Left our house around 2215hrs. Did not seem to have enough equipment to get it done. Overall system works. Did go over system with us but install was not like what the sales rep said it would be.

My wife and I were more than pleased with both gentlemen, salesman and technician. Beyond the product we purchased the two gentlemen were like having “company”, they are the type of individuals that make a big difference in the success of Vivint.

We were able to see a direct comparison between our current equipment & service with the Vivint product & upon agreeing to a program the installation of our system began almost immediately and we had service before we went to bed. Much better than what we had before and extremely pleased we made the switch. Customer Service is phenomenal!

This is a good product, I can see how secure my property is every minute of the day & night. The alarm alerts me every time the doors are open and I can check this on the camera. I have seen today Monday June 1st that my lawn men came to cut the grass so I am really satisfied with the security that you sold me. Thank you so much!

The sales rep Kati was one of the best representatives I have experienced. Not only was she very professional and knowledgeable but she had great character. Our installation team was the same way! It was late in the night and they could not have performed any better. Great Experience!

I just got the system installed today so I cannot speak fully yet. The technician who installed it was very polite and nice and through. He explained the system and took his time to make sure I understood. Hopefully we will like the system and be able to keep it.

Edward did an amazing job installing our security system. He was kind and courteous. He got it installed in a timely manner and explained everything to my husband and I. They are also extremely affordable unlike ADT who also made things complicated to try and get an install.

I order my system on May 20... Didn't receive it til May 28! When we got the system, we didnt receive outdoor camera...that is one of the things we wanted along with doorbell camera...which we got but cant get it to work keeps going offline.... Now I have been on hold for over 50mins and still waiting!!! Not a happy customer and my boyfriend wants me to send back system.

Rep Kelly did a great presentation of product. I was sold. Tech Eric did a super job of installation. I will gladly recommend VIVINT to my friends and family. Whether I'm home or away... I now feel comfortable knowing that my home and belongings are protected.

Excellent customer service. I love the new system Much better than ADT... looking forward to a more secure home. Feeling safer already! If I had to complain, my one complaint would be the cost of the equipment was a bit pricey but the service I’m getting with Vivint outweighs the cost.

Vivint alarm system is incomparable to no other. The demonstration during installation was amazing and assuring! Every step during installation and after provide. We had made the right choice to choose Vivint. The technician did a great job to explain each and every aspect of how the alarm and degree of efficiency was shown and demonstrated.

Was unable to get the door lock. It was one of the main reasons I wanted this. Problem had something to do with holes drilled in the door. Unable to connect my phone as there is a problem with the router. Doorbell and thermostat work fine.

The sales and service people were knowledgeable and friendly (Cameron and Javi). Their service was easy and efficient, the way they both explained the setup to me. I was lucky enough to have been able to receive the equipment as the same day I signed up.

The salesman was very nice, answered all my questions and told me about Vivint and how it works. I was glad to see that my alarm system set in the same day!! THANK You for my new alarm system. I feel very safe now.

The quoted price war 53 dollars but when they left it was 70 some dollars. Did not get my security signs outside or for the windows. Very unhappy on this. Call the sale rep but he was in a meeting. When they added what he promised the price went up.

David gave excellent customer service! He took his time installing all of our devices. Not only was he professional, but he also gave good conversation. He made us feel like family! We’re not the most tech savvy, but he was very patient when it came to showing us how to operate our security system on our phones, the door, and the keypad. He even took the time to answer my son, who always has 1,000 questions! Due to David, we are very comfortable and happy with our Vivint security system. We were so lucky to have him as our technician and installer. Thank you!

The equipment seems a bit expensive. The free installation offer is good. Have had the service for less than 24 hours. Do not know what else to say at this time. The salesman is a sweet kid. Installer was courteous. They need to remember to present their vivint ID right away.

I’m very pleased with the equipment. I was surprised my installation was so late, from 9:00 pm-12:30am. My tech worked quickly which I appreciated, but I could tell he was tired. I’m flexible but I think that’s pretty late. I was ready to retire for the night by 10:30pm. I’ve had to troubleshoot my wireless connection several times so I will have to keep an eye on that. Also, my automated door lock keeps alerting that the bolt is not secure when I lock it, each time. It appears fully extended and the door will not open so I’m not sure what the problem is. Lastly, I noticed I have 4 window sticks on my statement of equipment but none were installed on my windows. I will call to check on what happened there.

Vivint is the company we have chosen, along with most of our neighbors. They have wonderful equipment, easy to access, and so much coverage for the price. We love that we can have full control of the security of our property from anywhere we go. Wonderful customer service as well! We are in Great hands with Vivint.

With our new home we now feel extremely safe with the new alarm system. We have an 8 month old baby and me working away from home, I am extremely happy that I can see and hear everything that goes on around our home.

I have only had the Vivint system installed for 24 hours but so far it seems pretty good other than a few installation issues. The equipment seems like it’s good quality and both the panel and the application is smooth and easy to use. Here are a few of the problems I had. After the install I had a garage door sensor cover loose error. I used the Vivint troubleshooting guide to figure out that the tilt sensor backing plate was upside down and was not pressing on the internal spring. So I removed the plate and set it right side up. Then none of my cameras were detecting movement, deterring or sending notifications. After chatting with Vivint over half an hour it was fixed with a software update.

Seller an Installation Guy. Just would like to thank you all for even having them type of guys on your team. It was a blessing to be able to find a security that I feel comfortable with and safe with it easier. Your team is great and they explain everything I needed to know. Thank you so much.

The gentleman that came out was very friendly and could answer all questions. Would def recommend to a friend. Now I just got it installed today. But they are very fast and accurate and precise. I look forward to doing business with you guys for awhile.

So far I am very happy with the system. I have only had it two days so I am still learning it as far as using it with my Alexa and just going through some of the features that come with it. All in all I love it.

Installation was easy. Shipment was fast. I am still on the fence about the doorbell camera. It goes offline a lot, and the speaker never works when I attempt to respond to the person ringing the doorbell. I do like however how I am able to know when packages are delivered.

Day 1 So far so good.... Very friendly and knowledgeable. System is def a step up tech wise. Glad we switched. I was very skeptical with the door to door salesman but he was able to verify himself, let me and em the wife talk it over. Very easy to work with and the recognitions we very nice, prompt, efficient And respectful.

The job was done with courtesy and precision, and everything was explained in detail and I had a trial run before the technician left. Also left phone numbers in case I had a problem I could contact them, and also showed me how to find things I needed on the panel box.

He was very knowledgeable and respectful and even wore a mask as I had mentioned to the salesman. The only and I mean only, small issue was the doorbell cover was left off and the trainee should be wearing be a mask regardless.

Very courteous salesman and technician. Equipment installation was good. Same day installation. Didn’t have to go to the store, they came to our home. Don’t want to be out in public to limit COVID exposure and practice social distancing. Forgot to ask for the Vivint signs and decals for outdoor use. Cameras are very nice. Alarm panel is user friendly. Will monitor how well the alarm response is and will recommend it to friends based on experience. Too soon to tell. I had ADT monitoring services before.

Tech who installed system initially asked me to sign pad stating he went over information before he had actually went over information with me and my spouse. When I stated I could not sign pad until information about system was explained to me, tech became angry and threw down pad onto my table and walked over to wall mount as if he was angry that I asked to get information before signing a document.

Everyone was awesome hear! Answered questions and put things where I ask them to go! Had a few issues that were different in some windows. They both understood why I wanted what I wanted and both accommodated me. They were both great.

The techs were very nice and worked hard to install all the equipment. We were told it would take 30-90 min and it ended up taking nearly 4 hours. They did also want to install the equipment on the spot without notice which I rather had planned a set up time. We are excited to start using our new equipment! Overall experience was pleasant.

I am pleased with the service I received from Julio who signed me up and Jake who installed. I got an updated system with cameras for a few dollars more than my old system. Julio gave me the name of the tech who was being sent, so I knew who to expect.

On the plus side: Salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the system as well as addressing our issues and concerns. The installation was well done by professional installers who are good at their job. The Vivint security system is a complete monitoring system that is easy to learn and use. The ability to control it remotely through our cell phones is a real plus for my wife and me. We are in our late 70s and appreciated the professional installation, thorough, patient training and ease of use of the system. On the negative side I feel the equipment is overpriced and the contract period is too long even though the system monitoring service seems to be in line with competitors. I also just happened to remember that I have been with my present monitoring service over 10 years.

It was a great easy process. Brandon was understanding. I was running late and things weren’t all the way set up. He still waited and completed the job. I plan to use them in the future. I am a real estate investor and will recommend Brandon/Vivint to my friends and family.

Kyle did an amazing job. He provided guidance on the equipment and I highly recommend him! The install was quick and efficient and I am extremely happy with the finished product. He explained all the features, which are extensive, and answered all my questions.

The guys were very professional and knowledgable about their job, kind and courteous also. Installation was clean and very easy to access, the technican was very good and very polite. The tech came in on time... gave all the information that comes with the product.. I'm still in the process getting to know more Vivint.. I have to familarize with the system. I hope this will help me secure while I'm away from home.

It doesn't work yet but the installer and sales people were great. We're having a problem hooking up to my phone. I would like to keep the system but if I can't operate it does me no good but everything you offer is great., I hope we can resolve this issue and move forward. I was only approved for so much but plan to add as time goes but.... I guess we will find out????

Our installer, (I believe his name was Drew), was a very nice young man. He was efficient and fast with his installation. He answered our questions and explained the system in such a way that made it easy to understand. He followed up with a great job of cleaning up after himself.

We had a great experience overall. Kait was very pleasant to deal with and was very upfront about all of the capabilities the equipment provided. It was kept simple and I was able to build the package we liked. Chris showed up super promptly and did an excellent job and was super helpful and pleasant and the installation is neat, clean, well done and functioning properly and was up and running super quickly. I was absolutely pleased with Brandon, the installer. He went over everything with me and there were a few surprises. The person I spoke with on the phone didn’t do a great job at explaining things to me in full at all. I had a totally different idea of what I was getting and how much it cost. I was torn about what I was going to do.

Loay was very helpful in my home security installation. He was patient with me as he explained the system to me and walked me through arming and disarming the system as well as the other options for security while I’m at home. I bought the equipment and they told me that it does not need WiFi, and when it arrived it turns out that it does need it, and the installation said that it was free, and it was a lie. It turns out that they charge it. The truth I like that when they offer me something they tell me the truth before pay.

On May 23, 2020, a vendor from Vivint offered me the alarm service and offered to pay 50 dollars a month for an alarm and doorbell, and he never told me that the equipment would be charged, he told me that they would use the equipment I had. I from my other company told me that he would give me a free month for me to try it and if I did not like it I could cancel it he told me that if I decided to keep the service the contract would be for 2 years.

I was rather impressed with the presentation and your sales person. He was professional and followed through with all he was able to do with us and the current promotion. My husband is a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran, going blind and already deaf. He is not a person who jumps at a change, or makes quick decisions and he surprisingly liked what he saw immediately. Neither of us are physically well, and our efforts at putting up with ADT.

Sales rep (Zach) & tech (Jeff, I think) were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They explained all aspects of this whole experience. They both were able to explain step by step what I was getting for my money and how to use the monitoring system at my level of understanding. In just a couple of hours the job was complete. Today is only the second day I have this security monitoring system. So far so good. I am loving it! Very satisfied! Thank you VIVINT.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say a 10 for giving me the full details on how this system works in full and discussing the paper work in accuracy. The installation tech did all the work in a timely manner. He explained the system to me on how everything works. On a scale of one to ten he gets a ten.

These guy won’t hide anything from you. Riley, who was my sales rep, was a total pro, courteous and clear about all options available. I personally thought they had great pricing. Same day installation was also great and smooth, guy knew what he was doing.

We just moved into a home that had a Vivint doorbell installed, and when we called yesterday to get it set up under our name, we were informed of all the other equipment we had in our house from the previous owners. The representative quickly explained that we could have someone come out the next day to get everything set up and working so that we could start using these features. The installation rep, Daniel **, came out this morning and installed the panel, a couple other items we requested and went over everything with us in great detail. It was so easy and he was so nice and helpful. I can’t believe that after making one quick phone call not even 24 hours ago, we are set up and ready to go! Highly recommend!

I never would have thought I would buy a home security system from a man going door to door. I was impressed with the clarity of the camera. And the other options as well. I like also that there is break in protection.
