Great service. No complains, the technician was kind, polite, and respectful. Installed all of the equipment and also helped me understand how to get the full function out of the system. He went above and beyond to complete the installation at my home.

I had no problems whatsoever. It was a great experience. The guy was in my neighborhood and I stopped him to ask him questions and he had a rep out about an hour later for the installation and the training.

From Ross, the salesperson, to the installers, Alex, I was extremely impressed and pleased with their personalities and hard work, plus very efficient. I would hire them to work for me in a second! I am also pleased with my new system.

Security system and cameras installed today. Great tech and great system! The tech walked us through everything from the equipment loan, monthly fee, adding users, disarming and arming the systems, to seeing the cameras and seeing where motion has been detected & recorded.

Super fast and easy to use. Our installation was a breeze and our tech was very polite and very informative. He broke down everything for us and helped us downloading and understand the equipment before he left. And the app and getting us all set up.

Security system. Installer did not set up DVR and I forgot to remind him. Still need assistance setting it up. Is there a youtube tutorial. Ok the installer was great. Wore his mask when I asked. No complaints.

Device has been installed today (June) by Clint, but the Date on the monitor is April. This must be corrected. Clint (installer) said he couldn't do it but said it would be fixed by the company's software team because he reported it to the company. Give me some approximate date by when it will be fixed completely.

Shawn was very patient and efficient installing our camera system, and thermostat. Even when I had a million questions and when my dog attacked him. Lol He made sure everything went where we wanted and he even cleaned up before he left. Thank you for the great customer service Josh and Shawn!

Good quality, good service, super professional and I feel really protect and secure... I’m in track with every move in my house, even if in not in home I feel like I’m always there with my kiddos, I’m embracing with this service.

We are very happy with the equipment, but we weren't very happy with the install, we had to clean up after him. He left empty boxes on the floor in several areas, he left sawdust where he drilled holes, and never consulted with us as to where we wanted the devices installed. He made that decision on his own.

Sales rep and technician were professional and friendly. Cameras are clear and it's nice to be able to hear through them as well. Our vehicle was broken into over a month ago so we were considering getting cameras. It's day one and so far so good.

Steven was our service technician and he was extremely professional and took time with us to figure out all the features of our camera system. Our first concern was just knowing how to operate all the components of the system and Steven walked us through all of that in a patient fashion.

We recently bought a home that had Vivint installed when we viewed the home and thought it looked great so we wanted to continue once we purchased the home. We had install set a month prior to move in. We were going to be getting a 300 discount for military and then another 200 (I think) for being referred by someone who partners with vivint. We moved in on May 15 had scheduled install for the 18th. The day came and went by the end of the day after not hearing from them I called to find out where they were. I was informed that the system had auto rescheduled for some reason and was now set to be installed on the 21st as that was the first available next appointment. Well guess what 21st came and went and as it got closed to end of install time I called.

My experience was great. Kohlton made sure everything was put in the best place possible and made sure everything was cleaned before leaving. He did a great job and was very professional! I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Austin was fantastic and answered all of my questions and then followed up with additional information. I was very happy with the install and quality. Was pleasant to be around and courteous. On time and was in and out with precision and answered all my questions. He was able to put the cameras where we wanted them with no issues.

The only positive thing I can say about my experience with Vivint is the customer service representatives are very courteous. They listen and share an interest to solve whatever problems they can. The equipment is absolutely garbage and has been since the day it was installed. My panel has to be rebooted almost every day. The cameras drop out all the time. Much of what happens is never recorded on the hard drive. Updates that are supposed to be automatically downloaded only seem to get installed if I contact customer support.

He could have made the installation much easier by taking shortcuts, but he talked through various options and he was perfectly willing to take the harder options. I had a security system installed and so far everything seems to be working great! As soon as we closed the deal we had it installed the same day. Great customer service. Let’s see how it goes. One of the things I liked most was that the system doesn’t require wifi to work. Where I live, getting internet service is always an issue.

Would also like to have a paper written handout with instructions to refer to later as we are retired and not too tech-savvy. The tech was good at explaining but if we are not using items regularly we occasionally forget.

Love the new equipment options. The sales rep and installer were both awesome! The tech had a difficult install but he made sure all bases were covered. He made sure he trained us on all the options and we knew the alarm system options inside out.

Salesperson was a good salesman, did not mention the referral program. Installation was fast. Left a mark on a wall and a hole in another, back door camera keeps going off saying person detected but when I go to look, no one is there.

The installers did an excellent job. I asked them to hide the wire for my camera and they took extra time to do exactly that. They also worked with me to correct a couple of mistakes. Overall, professional job. I look forward seeing how the equipment works.

We had a sales person in our neighborhood who dropped by. We thought we were paying too much for our alarm service and after a few minutes with the representative we found that we were. He was able to show us all the features they offer for about half the price. After making the switch the technician was at the house in about an hour and installed the system quickly replacing our outdated equipment with new and more efficient equipment with better features than we had. They took the time to explain how everything works and showed us all the ins and outs of our new smart home system.

Presentation was thorough. The sales rep was very respectful and courteous. He had very good knowledge of the product. The installer was very friendly and also respectful. Camera system. Price charged was way more than agreed on. Can’t get a resolution from my salesperson. The installation was done exactly the opposite of what the tech said would be done. Equipment seems to be good quality. Company seems legitimate. Salesman and installation tech Just came into town and were not honest. The entire experience seems like a big scam. Would not recommend to anyone unless the company makes everything right after I have chased someone down who can help.

Did a good job with everything but 1 base for the thermostat and he was very much a professional in his work. He cleaned up his own mess and left the place clean but he didn't put the base plate on the thermostat to cover the wall where the paint was missing.

Just need my camera fixed so I can enter my password. Otherwise no problems. The Young man were very friendly and respectful and so was the technician who install equipment. We used it last while leaving our house and it worked. I will refer a customer to this co. Thank you.

Vivint men were friendly and knowledgeable. We were not happy with our previous security company. With this change we get more bang for our buck. We now have updated security in the front yard and a camera in the backyard. And we feel safer.

We met Marvin ** while he was walking in our neighborhood, selling. We struck up a conversation, and he introduced the product. He asked to set up an appointment to tell us more about the opportunity, and we sat down after my work the next day. He worked with us EXTENSIVELY on pricing, and set up a 0 percent loan for 60 months for the equipment, plus the service, which ended up around 110 a month, which for what we got was very fair. 5 total cameras, 2 new thermostats, smart lock, and a takeover of the old ADT system.

I like the system. I’ve only had it for overnight so far. I like the camera and being able to get it on my phone. The locks are nice and easy. The Installer was very polite and nice. It seems good. I just had it overnight so far but it does make it nice knowing it’s on.

I am very satisfied with the entire process of choosing Vivint to help safeguard our home. Although one camera had some glitches the help desk immediately helped me troubleshoot and when that didn't work they sent a new camera to replace it. The user friendly interface is simple to understand and use. The cameras, both inside and out, are crystal clear even at a low quality setting.

We have just had the Smart Home System installed so can't give a review of the actual workings yet. But, we were very pleased with both the salesman and the technician. I'd only just moved in a couple months ago.... I hadn't quite gotten around to thinking about a security system yet. Thanks to Tadd and Vivint I didn't have to. The sales appointment and install happened in the same day... All within a couple of hours. They addressed all my security needs, they were friendly, thorough and professional. The only thing that made me uneasy is that I continually asked if they were part of ADT since that was my previous company and Kurtis kept dancing around it like he was trying to avoid the question. Turns out, they are not the same company. I would have preferred the truth as I understand he has to sell product.

Our technician was great, did an amazing job. Have only had the system for a day, but so far it works well. Hoping to also get the discounts, as that was the main draw for us. The quality of the cameras are very clear, and the door sensor noises can be customized.

This product is absolutely incredible. My husband is disabled and unable to change the thermostat or get the door if someone isn't here to help him. He can now see if someone is outside, talk to them and let them in without having to leave his chair. He can now also get help if he falls alone.

Vivint did an outstanding job on the entire process. They are second to none in service and installation. I would highly recommend using Vivint in the future and I will recommend and reference them to all of my friends. Their technology and equipment is superior to the competition. The doorbell camera is awesome and is completely safe. It cannot be hacked and if it is Vivint will write you a check for $30,0000.

We are happy with our new system. The rep and technician were very through and installed the system in a timely manner the same day. We installed cameras previously and were not necessarily real happy with their quality. I truly believe we will have the Vivint system for years to come.

Everything was great with my installation. Features are good and it all works great. Looking forward to spending more time with and I will probably add some more devices to my system. App is cool and streamlined as well. So far, I would definitely recommend this service to a friend.

First impression is not that great. I like the functionality of the product but the installation has been a horrible process. The technician caused some electrical damage, which Vivint paid for, but that prevented him from being able to finish the installation. I was able to get them out there same day for the install but fixes seem to take days to get coordinated.

They were very good at explaining and the service installation was fast. The cameras are pretty clear and the alarm and doorbell are loud. Everything is pretty easy to set, the alarm, door lock, temperature in the house....and I like the fact that it all can be done from my phone from anywhere.

Wait times are unacceptable. After 35 minutes I hang up. Trying to clear up an issue with installation, but no luck. Was told to have electrician repair existing doorbell transformer and wiring for better camera to work and then tells me needs perfect tone or something like that so could not use better doorbell camera. Just wanted a few months of monitoring comped.

My husband and I always talked about getting an alarm system eventually. The friendly customer service, same-day installation, low start-up cost and comfortable monthly payment were too good to pass up. It was easy to say yes, given the yearly cost is about the same as our home insurance deductible. We're very happy customers.

Awesome job! Chris took care of everything. Even talked about issues that might happen before he began. He made sure I had exactly what I needed and was happy with where he was placing each camera. I would suggest him to anyone for an install.

Installer. She was very efficient and told me everything that was happening. Moved a little fast setting up screen and phone. Asked my opinion on where to locate equipment. Asked if she could clean up after drilling. Showed me where all equipment would be placed.

I love this system, the service tech was awesome! My favorite thing about the system is how easy it is to use it and I can access it from my phone, if I have any issues calling customer service is really easy as well. They walk you through everything give you detailed information. Best security system I’ve ever had.

Like having Vivint installed. Technician was professional, neat, clean and made sure wires were not visible. He was thorough in explaining how to use the system. Would recommend to friends and family. Also, like options available and being able to make some changes just prior to installation.

The serviceman was here over 4 hours stating problems w reaching Vivint service and was not wearing gloves or booties in my house during this pandemic. Also the originally ordered back for camera he claimed was not in the order and am still waiting for resolution for the financial end.

Salesman very knowledgeable. Tech. That installed was very professional although he did make one missed judged hole in my siding, but it was an honest mistake and he did apologize for it. Both the salesman and the tech knew their tasks very well. Only issue we had at all was the slow process to update the panel since I don’t have WiFi in the home yet and am apparently in a wireless dead zone. Great experience all around.

My previous company didn't install, due to my credit wasn't great; that left myself to install my system. Nick's outstanding customer service was simply amazing. The technician Sam, really did an amazing job; by installing and making sure everything was installed properly. Although it was late when finished Sam cleaned up afterwards and left. I'm an new homeowner and now feel secured at home. Words cannot explain how overjoyed I feel knowing that I'm truly safe at home; and that I can check on my home from my phone. I was calling to set up my system that the previous owners left for us. I was disconnected 3 times and the rep setting up my system ended the call without asking what else I needed. All 4 were zero help. I ended up figuring it out myself. I will be looking for a different service.

Great product and knowledgeable installer. I suggest to those who can afford to pay for the the system, pay cash. This way you don’t get locked up into a 60 month contract. Jason was great and did an amazing install. He is a funny guy too!
